Fighting a Giant scorpio, sounds like a lot of fun, but when I say this was a BIG scorpion this thing was as big as a double decker bus (and a half at least) and it viewed us as prey, and I was not gonna take that, immediately I slit my arm and sprayed a streak of blood from the underside of my arm that formed into a solid staff that turned into a trident that I spun and stabbed into its eye and all it did was anger it, so after pyrrha started firing at it I began throwing rapidfire glass ice shards at it and we turned and ran. Through being chased by it, we had to find a way to beat this thing I don't know what it was doing here but it was in our way, I then turned away and started to fire at it eventually we were just wearing ourselves out, so we ran over into the forest and the first thing I had plans on was trees and I looked at pyrrha "can you hold them off?" and she nodded, slightly worried about what I had planned and I ran into the forest andl looked around and finally found what I wanted and swung my double edged spear blade and slashed a massive tree before it came down directly on the scorpion's pincers and we immediately started to run, for now the tree was giving us time, so we headed towards the forest, running hard looking back periodically, as we ran into the forest we ran upon the temple, and we breathed hard and I looked at pyrrha and said "what..was that…thing?" and she said "I told you..that was …probably NOT..it," and I nodded "I wish I believed you, förbanna mig i sidled"which was swedish for "curse me sideways" I said and walked around the place and said "this is more likely" and She nodded "there's pieces missing..chess pieces..we arent the first one here" and i nodded, and that's when we again hear gunfire coming from behind us and when we turned we saw yang and blake there pointing themselves at us and said "pyrrha Caleb" and I nodded "yang uhhh" and the black haired girl nodded "blake we haven't been introduced but weve seen one another" and I nodded "caleb I think I saw you helping ruby" and she nodded "yeah I saw you tear into weis" and I shook my head "not my finest hours, now at this point we got massive scorpion back there we need to go" and I nodded to pyrrha "what about the white rook pieces?" and She nodded "Fair bet" and at that moment we looked over at yang and blake as ruby started to run with weis and the smell of fire radiate outwards and I nodded "you burned the forest!" I called and they were rushing over to us followed by a giant bird behind us and in that moment the scorpion got loose and I blinked hard "oh sheit" and everyone looked at us and said a giant scorpion? You surely make a challenge for yourself" and I nodded "Pyrrha told me zat zis vasn't it and I clearly didnt listen förbanna mig i sidled" which meant "curse me sideway" at that moment the bird and the scorpions were coming from one side and the bird the other and I said "What do we do furono affondati?" which meant "we're sunk" in italian and I nodded as to what Weis said next for the first time we were on the same side " there's no sense of dallying we can't destroy these beasts and at that moment I looked over at ruby for confirmation and all I saw was her startting to run hard towards the beasts and I blinked "She's really trying a frontal assault?" and yang NOW ran forward to trying frontal assault and at that moment gun fire was raining as everyone was firing but this time I was rushing to help ruby, my energy flying around me as I took out my knife and I started to chant as I slit my arm and blood started to pool "I call to you in the shadowy wood the dominant one is evil and good the winner is who I feed and see in your trials both are shown to me I give my spirit to the wild one the one who I sing this song I give power to keep me strong in exchange for protection all night long guardian of power given look for courage that helps me fight even when the goal is hidden" I rotated my arm and the blood that pooled on my arm dripped onto the ground as a massive green circle sigil formed in between ruby and the giant bird and the giant scorpion as they attacked with flying stabbing feathers that trapped Ruby's cloak leaving her vulnerable to its stinger and at that moment She was done for…. Thats when after seconds of almost being attacked weis voice spoke ""you are so so childish, and dimwitted and hyperactive, and naive and dont even get me started on your fighting style and it goes for you too Caleb…you are silent, dangerous, unpredictable..but both your skills are undeniable and I believe I can be a bit difficult. but if we're going to do this we have to do this together so if you two will stop showing off..I'll be…nicer" thats when Ruby and I sighed and said "we're not showng off…we want you know we can do this.." and I nodded and said "luk I zink ve all 'ave big shoes tou fill, ve all just started on ze wrong foot" in that moment Weis said "your both fine.." and did I hear Ruby whisper "normal knees" I blinked but didnt ask sometimes nothing surprises me about people. It appeared in that small risky moment that ruby ALMOST was taken out by the scorpion or the bird..both were blocked the bird was blocked by my sigil that leaned upward into a shield and as Weis came from behind the stringer came over the shield to attack her thats when she freeze the ice stinger At that moment we all looked at the scorpion's tail was frozen to the ground close to Ruby and me and yang and it was in that moment weis looked at me and said "I think you were doing something Caleb?" and I nodded and in that moment held the blood on my arm before I rotated and my blood started to run and drip and again I chanted "1 drip..2 drips..3 drips...4 I summon you when I open this door," and the energy pooled around towards the scorpion and the giant bird and cried out "Nox Nightfire I summon you" and at that moment a line slit the massive gate in half and separated each half from one another and a massive blue tribal wolf the size of the bird and the scorpion jumped out of the circle and took down the scorpion and the bird in one on two combat thats when we all looked at each other and I said "your not gonna get an invitation like this" and everyone nodded and we all started to run and I nodded "were good here lets go" and everyone nodded and we started to run through the forest along with the cries and the howls and the massive fissures we could tell something big was happening and I knew nox could do it thats when we started to run over to the giant temple ruins, covered silver and grey and black and we headed over to the cliff we widened when the bird came around us and we all looked up "Caleb your summon didnt cut it so typical" and I said "hes not done that easily" and Yang looked over and said "how do you think?" and I pointed as a massive bipedal winged muscled creature was swinging the scorpion and dropped it onto the area in front of us completely dealt with and we could tell there was power in my ability of course and when we landed it was weakened, but not willing to give up that's when I closed my eyes and formed energy into my core that formed outwards and that's when my aura formed around me in my eyes and around me and cried out "gninrom naval stores" I yelled and absorbed energy into my arms, my body my legs and with my eyes closed I yelled something just incomprehensible like a scream or a groan and when I forced my arms forward my aura began tangibly like a pair of giants serpents that were as big as the scorpion causing the scorpion to become bathed in fire energy and that's when Pyrrha ran forward in between them and started to hack away at the creature as the fire was attacking and I looked over at Nora and ren and yelled "Nora" and she nodded and ran forward to meet Pyrrha. With a leap, she came down with her helmet and hit the ground bouncing Pyrrha into the air with her sword and shield she traveled into the air and came down towards the creature as the serpents were blocking the tail leaving her to come down with her shield and sword right into the skull of the scorpion the shield creating force behind sword that went into the skull and that's when I yelled "Nora finish it" and nodded and this time I ran with her as the energy focused in my am that would give me super strength. She jumped in the air as I threw her as high as I could which was pretty high and she came down as Pyrrha jumped out of the way leaving her hammer to slam into Pyrrha's shield sending the blade deep into the scorpion skull ... .killing it. And I nodded hard, breathing the serpent fried away the corpse of the scorpion leaving Pyrrha to extract her weapons from the corpse of the scorpion I then looked over in time to see Ruby Bungie her scythe into the bird that was frozen and soon SHLINK its head came off….the two most powerful beasts were killed and we celebrated, thats when Nox landed on the cliff and overlooked us in his wolf form and howled and soon vanished,,, and I was sure I was the only one who saw it…

When we all returned we had a welcome ceremony, a graduation for not only survival and completion of the beacon initiation. organization and teamwork were planned out well, it was in front of many different people clapping for us and there were few different teams besides us. That's when the Professor began giving us medals and merits. He went on the mic and said "Cardin Winchester Russel Thrush Sky Lark and Dove Bronzewing you guys picked up the black bishop pieces you will stay and work together as team cardinal(CRDL) led by cardin winchester'' and everyone clapped for these guys, I don't know much about him, but unless hes on the level that I sense he's going to be a problem, we'll see" and ruby nodded "I don't like to judge, but these guys are pretty brawny" and I nodded and then ozpin cleared his throat and called "Ciaran night, Nora Valkyrie, Pyrrha Nikos and Lie Ren you brought back the white rook pieces you will wil be known as team Sniper(SNPR) and I raised an eyebrow "SNPR" not bad but my name started with a C not an S but I'll take it that's when ozpiin said "led by Ciaran Night" and I widened my eyes slightly, but looked forward in appreciation and understanding "Led?" and Pyrrha hit me in the arm as a sign of congrats and I lurched slightly and nodded and winced and held my arm slightly."well done son," was the last that was said frmo ozpin And I walked through my team and presented knuckles to Ren,Nora, and Pyrrha. We then turned and walked back to the downstairs that's when Ozpin picked the final team "Ruby rose Weiss schnee Blake belladonna and Yang xiao long you brought back the the white knight pieces you will stay and work together as team RWBY let by RUBY ROSE''
For now we are only at the start of the events leading, and as for me, my world is only beginning to open..I can only guess what my next moves will be…
