After a bit of walking, the two sisters found a flask with goggles on his face.
Saikyo approached him. "Excuse me sir. We're looking for someone named Hilda Berg, do you know where she is?"
"She's always up in the air near the observatory." The flask-man replied. "You'll need bikes in order to go after her."
"Well then what are we waiting for?" Louise exclaimed before going towards the bikes.
"We don't know how to ride these." Saikyo had to point out.
Louise opened her mouth and then closed it before slumping.
"You will once you get on them." The flask man pointed out.
Louise looked at her sister.
Saikyo shrugged.
Both got on the bikes and clutched their heads as the information was downloaded into their brains.
"A brain freeze had nothing on that." Saikyo groaned.
After a few minutes, both had recovered and revved their bikes, flying into the sky.
Hilda Berg flew on her cloud, hoping to get away from the observatory when she saw something in the distance.
It was the two sisters.
"WWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Saikyo hollered at the top of her lungs. "This is amazing."
"Hilda Berg dead a head!" Louise shouted as she spotted the cloud that the blimp girl was sitting on.
"Oh no, she's a girl. That jerk never said anything about female contractors. Now I feel bad all of a sudden." Saikyo looked down.
"Too bad, we have a job to do!" Lousie shouted back.
"Well, so much for a peaceful get away." Hilda muttered to herself. "Looks like I'm going to have to fight for my life." With that, she inhaled the cloud she was sitting on. This transformed her into a blimp with her face on the front and her legs coming from the bottom, she was riding a unicycle.

WALLOP!
The kuuga driver materialized around Saikjyo's waist. "Davis translation!" She gripped the driver's buckle with her right hand as the light turned on, displaying the brawlVeeDra setting. "Henshin!" She transformed into Kamen Rider Digital, brawlVeeDra translation.
The pirate driver appeared on Louiuse's right leg, she pulled it from its holder. "Second endbringer translation!" The driver's light turned on, displaying the leviathan setting. "HENSHIN!" Taking aim, Louise pulled the trigger and fired a sea green bullet. Hilda dodged to the side and the bullet missed. Then it turned back to Louise and shifted into a sea green armored figure that merged with her. Louise had transformed into Kamen Rider Endbringer, leviathan translation.
"Fitting, isn't it? I'm a blimp and you're all wimps." With her taunt given, Hilda laughed, firing a giant black 'haha' from her mouth.
Both Kamen Riders barrel rolled out of the way before Digital revved her bike's handlebars and shot forwards. She lowered her horn but Hilda grabbed her by her shoulders, stopping the horn from hitting her. Endbringer fired a blast of water at the woman, only for her to use Digital as a shield. But the water forced Digital forwards and allowed her to slash through Hilda with her horn. Digital swung her claws upwards, throwing Hilda upwards. Hilda spun and flung a tornado at Digital, sending her spinning through the sky uncontrollably. "Woah!"
Endbringer shot down with her bike, forming two water clones on either side of her that shot ahead like missles. Hilda spun around, firing a tornado that ripped into the clones, turning them back to water. The water was pulled into Endbringer, increasing her speed. She shot down like a sea blue comet that slammed into Hilda's stomach, knocking her down towards the ground. Digital came shooting upwards and spun, slashing Hilda with her tail spikes. Hilda recovered and punched the Kamen Rider in the stomach. Digital grunted in pain as she slid back through the air.
Digital gripped her driver's buckle with her right hand. "Tai translation!" The driver's light switched to the angeGrey setting. "Slide henshin!" She switched to the angeGrey translation.
Digital set her right fist one fire with holy white fire and jumped from her bike. Her flapped her wings and shot at Hilda. Hilda fired another haha at her and Digital rammed her fist into it, holy golden cracks spread through the word before it exploded! Endbringer cupped her hands and sea green water gathered between them. She thrust her hands forwards and fired the water as a beam that slashed through Hilda's side, drawing a line of sparks. Hilda crossed her arms and then threw them out to the side. She was covered by white cryo energy that expanded outwards, freezing both of the Kamen Riders. She fired a haha at Endbringer.
Endbringer used her powers to form a thin layer of water between herself and the ice before heating it up. Crack spread through the ice and she broke free before spinning on her bike, causing the haha to miss. Digital coated her body in holy golden fire, breaking free of the ice and held her hands above her head. The fire gathered into a sphere that she hurled at Hilda. Hilda fired a blast of heat that struck the fireball and forced it back, slamming it into Digital. Digital gave a roar of pain as she flew out of the fireball and let loose a pulse of holy white light, putting out the fire that clung to her body. She drew the shining sword and was coated in holy white light before shooting at Hilda.
Hilda fired two beams of heat from her eyes but Digital dodged around them and closed the distance. All Hilda could see were holy golden streaks zipping around her and slashing at her. She unleashed a blast of heat that forced Digital back.
Endbringer drew the pirate driver. "Third endbringer translation!" The driver's light changed to the simurgh setting and she fired. Hilda used her right arm to summon a wall of ice that the bullet bounced off. "Slide henshin!" The bullet transformed into a marble white armored figure that merged with Endbringer, she emerged in the simurgh translation.
Meanwhile, Digital gripped her driver's buckle with her right hand. "Sora translation!" The driver's light changed to the hasta setting. "Slide henshin!" Digital emerged from her transformation in the hasta translation.
Hilda fired another haha at the Kamen Riders. "Access: Dodge." Endbringer held up her right hand and a ripple of black energy appeared in front of her. The haha was absorbed by the ripple and shot back out at its caster. Digital shot forwards at high speed, she zipped past Hilda, slashing through her right side with her left arm feathers. Hilda spun around and fired a tornado that Digital was sucked into. Hilda fired a beam of heat from each eye that set the tornado on fire. "Access: Glace!" Only for Endbringer to flap her wings and fire a blast of cryo energy that cooled the air and put out the fire.
Digital spun around and shot back at Hilda before flying up into the sky and flapping her wings, firing a hail of feathers. Hilda spun, forming a barrier of cold that froze the feathers before she fired two beams of heat from her eyes. They sliced into Endbringer, damaging her badly. "Access: Sphere!" A see through barrier of silver light appeared around Endbringer as her wounds started healing. Hilda wrapped her fist in bright purple light as she shot at Endbringer. "NO!" Digital flapped her wings and moved to intercept, but green toy zeppelins appeared between her and her target before firing cannonballs. Digital was moving too fast to stop or evade and was hit by the wall of cannonball, they forced her back.
Hilda threw a punch at the barrier with her lightning coated fist, only for the barrier to explode and force her backwards. "Access: Stinger!" Five missiles materialized above Endbringer and shot at Hilda. She crossed her arms and summoned a barrier of sheer cold that froze the missiles, causing their processor to lock up. They hit Hilda and pinged off of her before falling to the ground. Digital spun through the air as the zeppelins chased after her. "Enough of this!" She turned so she was flying backwards and fired a barrage of feathers that took out her attackers.
Endbringer drew the pirate driver from its holder. "First endbringer translation!" The driver's light changed to the behemoth setting. "Slide henshin!" She pulled the trigger, firing a bright red bullet. It circled around her before merging with her, changing Endbringer into the behemoth translation.
She revved her bike's throttle and shot at Hilda. Hilda fired two heat beams from her eyes at the Kamen Rider. Endbringer formed a square with her thumbs and index fingers. The heat was pulled into the middle of the square and absorbed. Endbringer held up her hands and formed a sphere of burning heat that she hurled at Hilda. Hilda fired a beam of cryo energy that slammed into the fireball and started to freeze it. Suddenly, Digital shot forwards and slammed a fist into Hilda's back. Hilda shouted in pain, losing focus on her cryo beam. The fireball burned away the ice and impacted Hilda, sending her spiralling down.
Hilda recoverted and flew back up. She swung her arms, forming a tornado that flew at Digital. Digital crossed her arms as her body lit up with pink fire before uncrossing them and rocketing forwards. She tore through the tornado but her fire was put out. Digital swung her right arm down to the left, slashing through Hilda with the feathers on her lower arm. Hilda punched Digital in the chess with her right fist as it was coated in bright purple lightning. Suddenly, Endbringer jumped off of her bike and came down with a guillotine kick. Her boot was coated in pitch black flames as it slammed into the top of Hilda. She screamed in pain as the flames spread over her and set her on fire.
Endbringer pulled both fists back so that they were next to her ribs. Pitch black fire appeared from the air and spun into her fists, surrounding them. Meanwhile, Digital threw her arms out to the sides before crossing them. She was coated in bright pink fire that formed into the shape of a bird, it even screeched like one. "LOVING CORONA!" She shot forwards. Hilda recovered from Endbringer's kick and all she had time to do was widen her eyes as Digital slammed into her. She shouted in pain as she was badly burned by the attack. "BURNING CRASH DOWN!" Hilda opened her eyes, painfully, right in time to get two burning fists to the face that sent her spinning ass over tea kettle.
