Stitched Kitsune: Chapter 15

Wave Country: With Zabuza

Guy threw a kick and dispelled one of Zabuza's water clones; another one of Zabuza's clones tried to attack from behind but Guy responded before the attack could commence. Guy swung his nunchuck into the clone's head destroying it; the last couple clones all rushed Guy who smirked and got into a low stance.

The clones all raised their swords and brought them down on Guy; Guy however jumped at the last second and spun around doing a spinning kick. Guy destroyed all the clones with a kick to the head and landed; just in time to see Zabuza charging at him.

Zabuza swung his cracked sword at Guy trying to decapitate him; Guy spinning his nunchucks swung one of at the sword hitting and stopping it with a resounding clang. Guy jumped over Zabuza and landed bahind him swinging his other nunchuck at Zabuza; Zabuza not reacting fast enough was hit in the ribs by the weapon and was sent flying across the clearing.

Zabuza landed and looked down seeing his ribs now purple and feeling the stinging from the blow 'damn; it felt like I got hit by a wrecking ball' he thought. Zabuza stabbed his sword into the ground and went through hand signs 'Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu' Zabuza created a massive water dragon and sending it towards Guy.

Guys seeing this ran towards the water dragon and brought both of his arms in front of him in an 'X' formation; with a mighty roar Guy jumped towards the water dragon and swung both of his nunchucks. Guy's nunchucks split the dragon into 4 pieces.

However, when he did that, he did not see Zabuza coming right behind the water dragon; Zabuza slashed at Guy landing a cut across his chest ripping his flak vest, jumpsuit and causing a large gash to form. Blood sprayed from the wound as Guy kicked Zabuza away and both jonin landed on the ground and got into fighting stances.

"You were able to land a wound on me" Guy said looking down at his bleeding chest "you are one skilled opponent" he said.

"I'm not here for praise" Zabuza said "I'm here for a job; and you are getting in the way" he said as he readied his sword.

"That was nothing" Guy said as he crossed his arms "first gate… Gate of Opening… Open" he shouted as his muscles began to bulge making Zabuza's eyes widen. However, Guy wasn't done yet "Second Gate… Gate of Healing… Open" he shouted as his wounds healed and a cloud of dust kicked up.

"Now then" Guy said with a smile "lets get ready to rock" Guy said as he rushed Zabuza at a speed which Zabuza could barely keep up with.

With Shino, Neji and Tazuna

Shino and Neji were looking at Guy's battle in awe as this was their first time seeing 2 jonin fighting "amazing" Neji said genuinely impressed "so this is a battle between 2 powerful shinobi" Neji said. 'I wonder if I'm fated to fight someone as power as that' Neji thought.

"It is an impressive display" Shino said cooly.

"Impressive; more lie horrifying" Tazuna said looking on "what kind of monsters are those 2" he said.

With Kurenai

Kurenai threw several shuriken at Fubuki who was flying up above; Fubuki seeing the shuriken performed some evasive maneuvers avoiding the projectiles. Fubuki dodged the shuriken and immediately went through hand signs.

"Ice Style: Ice sparrows" Fubuki shouted; using the moisture from the light mist around her she created a flock of ice sparrows and sent them towards Kurenai.

Kurenai took out a kunai with an explosive tag and threw it at the ice sparrows; the tag exploded destroying half of the sparrows while the other continued towards Kurenai. Kurenai began to run as the sparrows approached; Kurenai jumped as the sparrows neared her. The sparrows hit the ground where Kurena just was; as Kurenai landed, she saw that there were still several sparrows left.

Kurenai took out a kunai and began slashing the remaining sparrows; when Kurenai was done, she looked at Fubuki flying in place looking down on her.

"I have to admit; you leaf ninja are great at running away" Fubuki said with a smirk "why don't you use some genjutsu; oh, wait you can't, I'm to far away for your little party tricks" she said making Kurenai angry.

"Come down here and I'll show you party tricks" Kurenai shouted as she was losing her patience.

"How about… no" Fubuki said as she went through hand signs; Fubuki created another flock of ice sparrows and sent them towards Kurenai 'damn it, Karin; hurry up' she thought as she continued to buy time.

With Haku

Haku was in her ice mirror in her ice dome looking down at Kiba and Akamaru; both Kiba and Akamaru were down below covered in senbon and on the ground in pain but still conscious.

"Please stay down" Haku said tiredly "this is starting to become painful for me to watch" she said; Kiba got on one knee and looked at a mirror that Haku wasn't in but at her reflection.

"Screw you" Kiba shouted "I will not give up; I will bust out of here and kick you ass" he shouted as he jumped and began spinning. "Fang over Fang" Kiba shouted as he went towards one of the mirrors; Haku seeing this rushed from her mirror with a senbon in hand.

Coming from the side Haku kicked Kiba disrupting his jutsu midair and sending him back towards the ground; Haku threw her senbon at Kiba's foot and hit him in the Achilles tendon.

"Gahhhh… you bitch" Kiba shouted in pain as he pulled the senbon out of his foot.

Haku sighed in annoyance as she looked off in the distance 'I wonder how Naruto is doing' Haku thought.

With Naruto

Naruto blocked a kick from Lee and countered with a punch to the green clad boy's midsection; the punch connected knocking the wind out of Lee and making him stumble back. Lee barely had time to regain his composure when Naruto's heart charged in and swung its arm at him; the heart extended it's arm and hit Lee on his right side sending him skidding across the ground.

Lee corrected himself and got back to his feet; Naruto seeing this smiled under his mask "hot damn this is fun" Naruto said "you are the first person who's put up such a great fight" Naruto said complementing Lee. Naruto was genuinely impressed; over the past few years most shinobi he has fought have been low level grunts. But Rock Lee was different; he was an actual challenge.

"I appreciate your kind words" Lee said being a good sport; Lee began to unwrap his bandages and let them fall to the ground before crossing his arms "however I must beat you and your… what ever that think is" Lee said to Naruto and his heart. "First Gate… Gate of opening… open" Lee shouted as his muscles began to bulge "Second Gate… Gate of Healing… Open" he shouted as some dust began to kick up.

Naruto seeing this became alarmed as Lee was now fully healed "what the- "Naruto began; Lee rushed Naruto in a burst of speed and kicked him under the chin sending him up into the air. Naruto's world was rocked for a quick second as he went up into the air; Naruto was suddenly grabbed and restrained by something.

Naruto looked down and saw that he was wrapped in Lee's bandages with Lee behind him "I hope you can forgive me for this" Lee said; Lee turned him and Naruto down and began to descend to the ground at a rapid pace. Lee began spinning at an incredible speed towards the earth "Forward Lotus" Lee shouted.

"Gaaaahhhh" Naruto shouted in fear as he saw the ground fast approaching; Naruto undid stitches all along his body. Naruto used his stitches to cut through Lee's bandages as fast as he could; Naruto got out just in time as the bandages ripped open and Naruto fell out from Lee's grasp.

Naruto's relief was short lived as he continued to fall to the ground "ohhhh shiiiiiitttt" Naruto shouted; Naruto thought his life was over until he saw a blur of red from the side. Naruto's heart seeing it's owner in danger ran over with its arms outstretched; the heart caught Naruto like a football and skidded on the ground. Naruto's eyes were closed until he opened them and saw his heart holding him "you saved me" Naruto said and the heart nodded its mask head.

Naruto heard a crash and looked over and saw that Lee has crashed; Lee was in a crater in the ground trying to get back up on shaky legs.

"Nice try bushy brows" Naruto said "but it'll take a lot more than that to beat me" Naruto said.

"I will win, no matter what" Lee said as his stinging muscles made it painful to move "come at me" Lee shouted and both Naruto and his heart charged Lee once again.

With Hinata and Tenten

Fu was flying in the air using her wings well above Tenten and Hinata; Hinata felt useless as she was a close-range specialist.

"Hinata" Tenten said gaining her attention "I'm going to knock her out of the sky; when she's on the ground, take her out" she said and Hinata nodded.

"I'll knock her out for interrogation" Hinata said and Tenten shook her head.

"No kill her" Tenten said "we don't know how many are attacking; we need to eliminate them to ensure no one else will come after us" she said. Hinata hearing this began to doubt herself.

'I can't kill her… can I' Hinata thought 'she hasn't tried to kill us; it won't be right, we should- 'Hinata began but Tenten took off.

Fu seeing Tenten run towards her began to become suspicious 'what she up to' she thought; Tenten stopped and took out 2 scrolls. Tenten then jumped into the air and began to spin while opening up her scrolls.

"Twin Rising Dragons" Tenten shouted; Tenten summoned out a kunai and threw it at Fu.

Fu seeing this dodged the projectile and looked at Tenten; however, she then had to dodge a spiked ball "kami above" Fu shouted as she then had to avoid a meat cleaver.

Tenten began summoning all her weapons at a rapid pace; she threw everything from shuriken and kunai to swords and maces. Hinata looked up from down below at the vast arsenal Tenten was sending towards Fu who was barely able to avoid being hit by taking evasive maneuvers.

'How many weapons does she have' Hinata thought.

"How many weapons do you have" Fu shouted as she dodged a naginata spear the cut the front of her shirt.

"A lot" Tenten shouted as she summoned out 2 chained swords and sent them towards Fu; Fu did a summersault in mid air but miscalculated the time. Fu's right wing was cut off making her scream in pain.

Fu began to fall towards the ground and Tenten shouted "Hinata now" she yelled.

Hinata gulped and rushed towards Fu bringing back her palm to strike 'this won't kill but- 'Hinata began but stopped; Fu was going through hand signs.

"Water Style: Water bullets" Fu fired a large volley of water bullets at Tenten who could not dodge midair; Tenten was hit by over a dozen water bullets being knocked out and falling towards the ground.

"Tenten" Hinata shouted as she veered off from Fu to go and catch Tenten; Hinata jumped and caught Tenten just before she hit the ground "Tenten! Wake up" Hinata shouted in worry.

Fu smacked the ground hard and groaned in pain as her wings receded "ow that hurt" Fu said as she clutched her side; Fu stood up and looked over at Hinata and Tenten "and then there was one" Fu said slightly angry.

Hinata put Tenten down and looked over at the angry Fu; Hinata wanted to run away and find Kiba or Shino to help her but she couldn't. Hinata got into her taijutsu stance and spoke.

"I-I will not l-let you hurt Tenten" Hinata said her voice stuttering as she was reverting back to her old ways.

"Your choice" Fu said as she clenched her fists and ran towards Hinata.

With Guy, Shino, Neji and Tazuna

Guy was fighting Zabuza and was winning over the Kiri swords man; Guy swung his nunchuck at Zabuza's head nearly hitting him but Zabuza ducked at the last minute. However, Zabuza was kicked in the chest and sent flying into a tree. Zabuza slid to the ground as he groaned in pain and looked at Guy.

"Well Zabuza" Guy said "looks like- "Guy began but he heard a noise.

"Hold it" a young woman's voice shouted from the mist "touch Zabuza and the bitch dies" she shouted; out of the mist an object was thrown and hit the ground. A young woman was tied up in strange glowing chains and had a gag on her mouth.

"About damn time" Zabuza said weakly.

"Tsunami" Tazuna shouted in panic.

"That's not all" the voice said "I even have the little brat here as well… Inari right" she said.

"You monsters" Guy shouted "taking a woman and child as hostages" he shouted.

"Shut it buddy" the woman shouted "here's the deal, Tazuna walk off to your right into the mist and let Zabuza get up and leave; once you do, I'll let the brat and the woman go" she shouted.

"You're bluffing" Neji shouted "you won't- "he began; the chains began to tighten around Tsunami cutting through her cloths and cutting her skin.

"I can pop her like a toothpaste tube" the woman shouted "hurry up or I'll kill her and the brat" she shouted.

"Ok, ok; I'll do it" Tazuna shouted to Guy, Neji and Shino's surprise "just don't hurt them" he said as he began to walk.

"Tazuna, don't" Guy shouted "they'll kill you" he said.

"Better me than my baby girl and my grandson" Tazuna said as he continued to walk before stopping "Tsunami" he said to the bound woman. "Tell Inari I love him… and I'm sorry" Tazuna said as he began to walk; Tsunami tried to speak but couldn't as she saw her father walk into the mist.

Guy was shocked until he was pulled out of it by Zabuza chuckling "til next time" Zabuza said as he vanished in a water shushin. Guy, Shino and Neji all stood there for a few minutes as the mist lifted; the chains around Tsunami dispelled and she got up taking out the gag.

"Dad, Inari" Tsunami shouted.

"Mommy" came a child's voice; a young boy ran out of the woods crying as he ran into his mothers arms "mommy, mommy" he cried.

"It's ok baby" Tsunami said crying herself "you're safe now" she said.

Guy clenched his fists in anger "fuck" he shouted in anger; Neji looked at Guy in surprise.

'Guy sensei cursed' Neji thought 'he never uses profanity' he thought; Guy looked over at Shino and Neji.

"Go and find the others; I'll give chase" Guy said as he ran in the general direction, they left off in.

"I'll go to Kurenai sensei" Shino said "hurry; we could still find them" he said as he ran off.

Neji nodded and ran off to go and find Lee and Kiba 'how could this happen' Neji thought 'we were fated to complete this mission' he thought.

With Naruto and Haku

Naruto and Haku were both fighting until they heard their comms go off "Naruto, Haku; this is Karin" Karin's voice sounded "we got the bridge builder; get Fu and evac to the rally point" she said.

"Very well" Haku said as she undid her ice mirrors much to Kiba's surprise.

"What the" Kiba said panting and in pain from the dozens of senbon in his body.

"You have a lot of work to do" Haku said as she rushed over; Haku planted her fist into Kiba's gut sending him to the ground "take care" Haku said turning around and leaving the wounded Kiba and Akamaru behind.

"Fuck…you" Kiba said before losing consciousness.

Naruto was panting as he looked at Lee; both he and Lee looked like hell as their battle took a toll on their bodies. "Hey man" Naruto said putting up his hand "look, we can fight or you can go and help your friend there" he said pointing at Kiba. "My mission is over; lets just call it quits for the day" Naruto said and Lee nodded.

"Very well" Lee said as he got out of his fighting stance "if we ever meet again; I want a rematch" he said and Naruto smirked.

"Ok, Bushy brows" Naruto said as his heart went back into his body.

"Very well… um… stitches" Lee said hesitating on the nickname.

"A little lame, but a good attempt" Naruto said as Haku got next to him; Naruto wrapped his arm around her waist and waved "later" Naruto said as he and Haku vanished in a swirl of ice.

With Kurenai

Kurenai blocked a punch from Fubuki who descended down on her; Kurenai grabbed her arm and swung her towards the ground to slam her. However, Fubuki landed with on her feet and retaliated with a kick to Kurenai's face.

Kurenai's head cocked back from the blow as she stumbled; Fubuki was about to push the attack but stopped when she heard Karin's voice.

"Fubuki; objective complete" Karin's voice said over the radio built into her helmet "head to the rally point ASAP" Karin said and Fubuki cursed.

"You got lucky" Fubuki said to Kurenai who was holding her bleeding nose "I gotta go; see you later" Fubuki said as she opened her wings and flew off.

Kurenai seeing this got a bad feeling 'what was that' she thought; out of the corner of her eye she saw Shino rushing towards her.

"Kurenai sensei; they have Tazuna" Shino said shocking Kurenai "they took his family hostage and used them to get him to surrender himself" he said and Kurenai cursed.

"Where are the others" Kurenai asked.

"Guy sensei is in pursuit; Neji is going to get Lee and Kiba and I'm not sure of Hinata and Tenten" Shino said and Kurenai nodded.

"Let's get Hinata and regroup" Kurenai said as both ran off in the direction Hinata and Tenten were last seen heading off.

With Hinata

Hinata side stepped a punch from Fu and countered with a palm strike which Fu dodged; Fu grabbed Hinata's arm and pulled her in. Fu elbowed Hinata on the chin; Hinata recovered quickly from the blow and performed a kick which nailed Fu in the gut.

Fu had the wind knocked out of her and stumbled back; Hinata steeled herself and charged at Fu. Fu was still recovering as Hinata began her attack. Hinata sent palm strikes at a fast pace which Fu could barely keel up; after several failed strikes Hinata landed a blow on Fu's right shoulder.

Fu felt her arm go numb and panicked 'no' Fu thought; Hinata advanced and landed a strike on Fu's stomach making her cough up bile. Hinata finished her attacks by performing a sweeping kick and landing a strike to Fu's chest sending her flying and skidding across the ground.

Fu was holding her midsection in pain as she laid on the ground 'how could this happen' Fu thought; Hinata reached into her pouch and produced ninja wire.

"Please stay still" Hinata said softly "I'm going to restrain you; I promise I'll- "Hinata began until she spotted something out of the corner of her Byakugan. Hinata jumped back as a volley of senbon landed where she was standing; a masked figure landed next to the Fu and crouched.

"Are you ok" Haku said to Fu.

"I'm hurt pretty bad" Fu said.

Hinata POV

Hinata landed and got ready to fight the new comer until she saw a figure approach from behind her; spinning around she got ready to strike. When she did it seemed, time slowed down.

Naruto POV

Naruto readied a punch to the back of the girl's head; the girl began to spin around as Naruto hardened his fist 'sorry girlie' he thought as timed seemed to slow.

Third person POV

Naruto and Hinata were about to hit each other until at the last minute they stopped; Naruto's hand was inches away from Hinata's face while her palm was inches away from one of his hearts.

Naruto's eyes widened as he recognized her; the lavender eyes, pale skin, short Blue-black hair. 'No' Naruto thought.

Hinata's eyes widened as she looked at the person who was about to hit her; most of his head was covered by the ask but his eyes. Those cerulean blue eyes and that chakra signature; there was no doubt.

"N-Naruto" Hinata said in an almost whisper but loud enough for Haku and Fu to go wide eyed.

'What' Haku thought.

'How does she know his name' Fu thought; both Haku and Fu were then stunned a second time as they saw something they never seen before.

Naruto was backing away in fear 'no, no, no, no, no' Naruto thought in a panic; his mind was racing as he walked backwards and Hinata followed him. Naruto was so distracted he walked into a tree and was trapped; Hinata walked up now inches away and reached for his mask 'stop, please, no' Naruto thought in a panic.

Hinata grabbed his masked and pulled it off and was shocked; his mouth and whisker marks had a network of red thread stitches running through them. But the eyes, the blonde hair, the slightly tan skin; it was him.

"It is you" Hinata said tears welling up in her eyes "Naruto" Hinata shouted as she embraced him in a hug and began to sob. "I-I thought… I-I" Hinata cried as she could not find the words.

"Hinata" Naruto said making her stop and look at him "please forgive me for this" Naruto said making her confused; Naruto proceeded to chop her on her neck knocking her out. Naruto caught Hinata before she could fall to the ground and held her bridal style 'damn it; why Hinata, why here, why now' he thought in frustration.

Naruto looked at Haku who was helping Fu walk "Naruto; how does she know you, who is she" Haku asked Naruto who was clearly panicking.

"I… We-" Naruto began "I'll explain later; lets go" Naruto said as he began to run off towards the rally point.

"What is this" Fu said "what's going on" she asked Haku who shook her head.

"Not sure" Haku said "but I think it means trouble" she said as she and Fu chased after Naruto.

About 1 minute later Kurenai and Shino landed and looked around "Kurenai sensei" Shino said pointing an unconscious Tenten; both Kurenai and Shino ran over and checked her "she's unconscious" Shino said.

"Wait" Kurenai said looking around in a panic "where's Hinata" Kurenai said as both she and Shino got panicked looks on their faces.

"HINATA!" Kurenai shouted; but only heard her voice echoing in the forest.
