Author's Note: Yes, this takes place in, but does NOT follow the Pilot. Here we go! Please read and review!

Chapter Two: In The Pilot

Kyle's P.O.V:

I walked into work at the I.M.P Headquarters and saw a kid lying on a table. "Uh..." I trailed off.

"Don't ask," Blitzo demanded. "Anyway! We have a mission for you Kyle!" he added happily. "We need you to find a demon named Jack...he's been avoiding pay and needs to be taken out."

I thought about it for a minute. If I know one thing, I'm no killer. "Uh, don't you mean taken down?" I ask hopefully.

"Taken out, taken down, doesn't really matter," Blitzo shrugged. "Just make sure you do it fast."

"Yes sir," I salute.

"Loona will give you the info," Blitzo added. "Now, off you go!" he ushers me out.

ZZZ

(BGM: Kingdom Hearts 2 "Port Royal.")

I walk down the street looking for this...Jack person. Unsure of where to go I see a car, as I walk up to it shadow creatures appear. "What the?" I ask out loud. The creature twitches and jumps at me only for me to slash it. The other creatures notice and growl.

(BGM Night of Fate)

"Looks like there's no other way around this," I say running at the creatures. I slash one and get hit by another. I continue to slash the one dodge rolling as I go. Soon the shadows continue to attack. As I fight I'm careful not to get hit any further. At the end of the battle I jump and slash my Keyblade downward destroying the last shadow.

(End BGM)

Whew...that was tough. I shake it off, drink a potion that was provided to me and continue to look for Jack.

ZZZ

(BGM: Kingdom Hearts 1 "Villains of A Sort.")

I eventually find a streetlight that flickers. I gulp, feeling a dark presence. At that moment a voice coughs out loud to catch my attention.

"Hehe," the figure Imp chuckles. "So, them guys sent you after me huh?" he asks lighting a cigarette. "Tough luck pal. You now gotta deal with me!" he adds flicking the cigarette at me, which I narrowly dodge.

"What's your problem huh?" I demand.

"I don't pay nobody for nothin," he growls. "So I'll give ya one chance sweetheart. Leave me the fuck alone."

"Not gonna happen!" I say summoning my Keyblade.

"Hmph, guess that Xaldin fellow was right," he smirks. Xaldin? That name...sounds familiar.

"Looks as if it's time to end this MY way," Jack says unsheathing a knife.

(BGM: Kingdom Hearts 1 "Destiny's Force.")

Jack runs at me and slashes forward but I Jump back and slash him. "Ah!" he yells. "You little brat!" he adds stabbing forward. Once again I dodge and slash him multiple times. As the battle wears on I realize we're almost at an impasse.

I jump and dodge roll before slashing him five times more, then dodge, and another five. "BRAT!" he roars and side slashes me cutting my arm. "Ow!" I grunt as I jump and perform a downward slash which he jumps away from. "This is it!" I say pointing up my Keyblade and summoning light before slashing him twenty times.

"WHAT? Impossible!" he shouts as the battle ends.

(End BGM)

Jack gasps and falls to the ground as a heart flies away. I sigh...I just...killed someone...

ZZZ

"Ah, you're back!" Blitzo says. "Got what I asked for?" he inquires.

"Yeah," I say tossing a bag of money toward him. He counts the money and smiles. "Kid, you ain't half bad. On our next mission, you'll be joining us for sure."

"Th-thank-" I stop as I see a dead kid in the room that Millie and Moxxie are cutting up. "Uh...what happened?"

"Well, ya know what they say," Blitzo says as he looks at an imaginary camera.

I hear a musical jingle saying, "Kids die for free!" and I run to the bathroom and throw up...what a fucking day...
