Coven Fairy
The sun was shining brightly, and the air was salty with a hint of garbage in the air, as Luz, Eda, King, and Kali with Sapphire were standing on the shores of the beach near the Owl House, in front of a giant garbage slug, that dead from an overdose of sea water.
"Well Luz, Kali? Did you ever in your life, think you'd see something as breathtaking as this?" Eda questioned.
"I don't like this." Luz stated.
"To be honest, I'm not all that surprised anymore." Kali said.
"Yes, it doesn't get much more inspiring then the trash slug." Eda said.
"Well, you have fun with your slug." Kali bid farewell, turning and walking away.
"Where are you going missy?"
"I have my interview and tour today." Kali said. "You're more then welcome to join me Luz. After yesterday's fiasco with Phantom Lord, I'm sure you'd like a normal day without garbage."
"I think I might learn something from this." Luz said, shrugging her shoulders.
"Suit yourself." Kali said, heading off. "Bye King you little cutie. Don't get sun burnt."
Heading deeper into the forest, Kali tried to retrace her steps that would lead her straight to the school, but her train of though was interrupted when her PCL went off.
N: Hey Kali, it's Natsu. How's it going in the Boiling Isles?
K: It's going good. I stopped one of Eda's rivals from killing my new friend Luz, and I managed to teach her a life lesson at the same time.
N: Glad to hear things are going well, how's Sapphire doing?
K: She's okay, a little homesick, but okay.
N: Anyone give you trouble yet, aside from that jerk face of course?
K: Aside from a few Coven Scouts, not really. Did have to save Sapphire from Warden Wrath though, when he was gonna hand her over to Belos.
N: What's the deal with that guy anyway, what's he got against Wild Magic?
K: Apparently, he claims he can speak with the Titan, and says Wild Magic goes against the Titans wishes. Sounds fishy to me.
N: Same. Magic is meant to be wild. Enough political talk, where you headed to now?
K: I'm heading to Hexside, School of Magic and Demonics. I'm hoping to be able to learn better control over my Boiling Isles magic there, more then I did in Earthland. If they'll accept my application that is.
N: Hope you get in. But if you ask me, school seems kinda boring.
K: I know, but this is a chance for me to learn more of my roots, and heritage of where some of my family came from.
N: Listen, I'm also contacting you to let you know, you should stay away from Earthland for a while. When Jose was arrested, he made you the bad guy, and claimed Fairy Tail sicked you on them first, to instigate the war.
K: You can't be serious. They were the ones who attacked first.
N: I know, but the towns people said they weren't surprised when they heard those claims, and said a lot of nasty stuff about you. Gramps is trying to get it all cleared up, but it's not going so good on his end.
K: At least I'm safe where the Council can't reach me.
N: Gotta go, a fight's breaking out and it's just getting good.
K: Have fun, send pics.
N: Only if you send us pics of Hexside.
K: Deal.
Lowering her PCL, Kali looked up to realize she'd somehow wondered to the school during the conversation.
"Guess I'm here." She smiled, taking a pic of the school with her PCL.
"What are you doing here?"
Kali looked up to see one of the students in a purple and black uniform with green and brown hair. She was sitting on a cauldron being pushed by her magic, while holding a book Kali presumed she'd been reading a moment ago.
"Can I help you with something? This school is for students only."
"I know, I have an interview and tour with Principal Bump in ten minutes." Kali said. "I'm applying to be a student here."
"Oh, well I hope to see you get in. I'm Amity Blight."
"Kali."
"See you around Kali." Amity said, her cart wheeling in.
Following Amity into the school, Kali followed the map she was given to the principal's office, and knocked on the door.
"Come in."
Inside the rather quaint looking office, was the principal, wearing what she assumed was his Palisman like a hat, and wearing the appropriate robes for his position and place at the school.
"Can I help you?" Bump questioned.
"I'm here for an interview and tour with Principal Bump."
"Ah, you must be Kali. Please come in have a seat." Bump smiled. "I see your parents sent you with one of their Palismen."
"Actually, Sapphire is mine. I carved her myself from a chunk of Palistrom Wood my grandmother left with my grandpa." Kali explained, scratching Sapphire under her chin, causing the Palisman to purr. "I've had her since I was ten."
"My, to be so young and already possess a Palisman. Who is your grandmother?"
"Uh… I don't think you'd like to know."
There was a moment of silence before Bumps expression soured.
"It's Edalyn Clawthorne, isn't it?"
"Yeah." Kali sighed. "But, can you please keep quiet about it? She doesn't even know."
"Mind elaborating on that for me?"
"Okay so Eda had managed to somehow use her portal to make her way to Earthland. While there, she met my grandpa, had his baby, then up and left returning to the Boiling Isles after he was born, and I managed to make my own portal to and from Earthland and here, and I met Eda at the market a few days ago, but she doesn't know I'm her granddaughter, she just likes I'm a fellow guild member from Fairy Tail." Kali explained, showing Bump a poster with the Fairy Tail Emblem and name on it.
"Intriguing to say the least. I promise I won't tell Edalyn your secret, but I can honestly say I'm surprised to hear that. Though I can tell you're a bit more dignified and respectful of others then her, so I will give you a chance. After all, no student is irredeemable, that's my belief." Bump said, pulling Kali's file out of thin air with magic as he summoned it. "Now considering you're the one who filled out the application paperwork, I'm assuming you'll be handling your own tuition as well?"
"Yes. I make a living selling carved wooden statues, made from normal wood." Kali explained, pulling a statue from her satchel, and putting it on Bumps desk. "You can keep this one if you like."
"Oh my, this is some quality craftsmanship. An' you've been making these for how long?" Bump asked, examining the well detailed wooden statue of the dragon's head.
"Since I made Sapphire." Kali smiled.
"So, I assume when you put in your application papers, Earthland was what you meant by circling, other, when answering where you were from?" Bump inquired.
"Yes, that is what I meant." Kali explained.
"I see. Well, I'm surprised to say the least that Eda was on Earthland long enough to meet someone and have a child with. But it explains where she went, when Emperor Belos declared her dead for a few years." Bump stated with a smile. "You simply must tell me what kind of delightful place Earthland is. But for now, let's get started on the tour."
"Yes sir." Kali smiled.
With both of them getting up from their seats, Kali and Bump went through the halls, with the principal giving detailed explanations as to what each class was for, and where each course was located. But their time was interrupted when one of the teachers came up to Bump, requesting his help.
"Excuse me Kali. There's an important matter I must attend to." Bump said. "Feel free to roam the school, just try not to get into trouble. An' if you wanna see some of the graffiti your grandmother did, the lockers with the magic paint graffiti are just down that hall."
As Bump left, Kali turned to where he pointed, and looked at the lockers as she walked, trying to find the specific ones, before she stopped with a smile, as she saw the graffiti bouncing around the lockers like a sleeping screensaver.
"Dang, Eda had some art skills of her own back in the day." Kali smiled, putting a hand on the graffiti. "Guess I know where I get that from."
With an electric jolt, Kali pulled her arm back, shaking her hand from the numbing sensation she got.
"What the hell? I'm not supposed to feel any sort of pain from electricity. I'm a Vermilion Dragonslayer." Kali hissed. Looking back up, Kali noticed the graffiti was gone. "What the?"
"Scree." Sapphire alerted, before pulling at her hood.
Kali looked to Sapphire, before she looked down and gasped, seeing her right arm was covered from the back of the hand, to the top of the shoulder, in a living sleeve tattoo.
"Damn." Kali smiled. "It must have sensed my relation to Eda, and connected with me."
"Scree." Sapphire cried again, before flying off.
"Hey, Sapphire get back here." Kali called out, giving chase to the Palisman.
Kali continued to chase Sapphire down, only managing to catch up when the Palisman landed on a cauldron lid sniffing around it, the cauldron similar to the one Amity was riding on earlier, but with another girl with black hair, wearing glasses and the colors for the Abomination Track, and a boy wearing the colors for the Illusionist Track, standing next to it.
"Oh hi. I don't think I seen you here before." The girl said. "I'm Willow."
"Kali." Kali huffed hands on her knees from running.
"Kali?" Luz questioned, her head popping out of the cauldron with Sapphire still on top of the lid.
"Luz? What the hell are you doing here?" Kali asked.
"Me? What are you doing here?" Luz asked, before noticing Kali's arm. "Oh, nice ink by the way."
"I had an interview with Principal Bump and he was giving me the tour until something came up." Kali said. "Now answer me, what are you doing here?"
"I wanted to see what the school was like, after I decided that Eda's lesson was a little too gross for me, and Willow wanted to get a passing grade in her class, so here we are." Luz stated.
Kali just looked at Luz, like she'd just destroyed Sapphire in her Palisman form, before slapping her face with an, are you serious right now, expression etched into her features as she couldn't believe Luz could think this would end well.
"Luz, if Bump finds out about this, not only will he dissect you, but I won't be admitted to Hexside, and I'll be dissected alongside you." Kali stated.
"Oh, that is kinda bad." Luz said.
"You know what, why don't I just come with you to make sure nothing bad happens." Kali sighed. "If I keep an eye on you, then nothing's bound to go wrong."
"Except Amity might get a bit suspicious of my sudden, Passing Abomination." Willow said. "She saw what I had earlier, and she won't be too thrilled."
"Amity? Wait, as in Amity Blight?" Kali asked. "She's the first student I met before my meeting with Bump."
"Really?" Luz asked. "Because Amity just seems like a big old bully who believes herself to be superior to everyone else."
Kali just looked at Luz as her eye began to twitch, before several scales appeared on her cheeks.
"Uh Kali… you got a little something on your face." Luz said.
"Sapphire." Kali sighed.
Sapphire looked to Kali, before jumping off Luz's head and dove head first and wriggled around in Kali's bag, popping her head out with a vial of red potion in her jaw.
"I have a certain, skin condition, that tends to act up in cases of extreme anxiety, annoyance, and rage." Kali stated, drinking the potion, the scales disappearing. "Let's just get this over with." She sighed, Sapphire sitting on her shoulder.
"Abomination, back into the darkness you go." Willow said, pointing at Luz.
"Hiss." The human girl hissed dramatically as she sank into the Cauldron.
"We're doomed." Kali groaned.
~Class~
"Good Morning Class. We have a visitor joining us today." The teacher said directing their attention to Kali. "Please, introduce yourself."
"My name is Kali, and I'm currently just looking around, seeing what kinds of things I could learn if my enrollment papers are put through." Kali said.
"Well we welcome you to Abomination 101." The teacher said. "Now, let's get to reviewing all your Abominations."
The first student up, was a young girl with curly hair, and horns on her head. Her Abomination… was less then appealing, depending on who you asked.
"Too many toe nails in unexpected places." The teacher said. "Fail. Pathetic, the biggest Abominations are all of you."
"Kinda harsh for the first presentation." Kali whispered.
"If the next Abomination is a failure, everyone gets extra homework, for a month." The teacher said. "An' the next one to come up is…"
"Excuse me sir." Amity said getting up. "But I am ready to present my Abomination. Rise."
Kali noticed Amity had looked back towards Willow before she spoke up, and she could sense a bit of tension between them.
"I always save the best for last, Amity. You're just gonna have to wait your turn." The teacher stated. "How about… Willow."
"Now I see. Amity did that on purpose to make Willow his target." Kali sighed, hearing the whispering and murmurs of the other students who were calling Willow names as the girl went up to the front. "Geez, no wonder she agreed to Luz's crazy plan. She's the target of so much abuse."
"Abomination… rise." Willow said nervously.
Kali's eye brow rose, when Luz punched the lid off the cauldron, and jumped out, surprising everyone.
"Tada." Luz said, her eyes in different directions.
"Abomination, bow." Willow ordered, to which Luz did so while acting like an abomination.
"Very impressive Willow, but does it speak?" The teacher inquired.
"Oh no." Kali was now worried.
"Uh, I might be your Abomination, but you're my Amomination." Luz said, taking Willows hands and getting close to her to make it realistic, to which some of the other students found it adorable.
"Splendid work Willow. An' Amomination, oh such a clever play on words." The teacher smiled, putting Willow's grade on Luz's forehead. "A+."
Kali looked to Amity, and could see that she was getting very suspicious of Willow. Luz and Willow had mentioned Amity picking on the witchling earlier, which meant she'd probably seen the Abomination that Luz took the place of. As the bell rang, Kali hung back by the door as Willow and the hidden Luz left, only to be stopped by the teacher.
"Wonderful work today Willow." The teacher said. "Looks like we have a new top student." He stated, just as Amity was walking past him.
"Not good." Kali sighed as the teacher took the star badge from Amity and gave it to Willow.
"Amity, could I talk to you for a moment?" Kali asked, stopping Amity from confronting Willow, and pulling her to the side.
"What do you want? I have to go find out how Willow did what she did." Amity said as Willow walked off.
"There's no mystery behind it Amity. Willow's got an actual living person inside that cauldron who took the place of her Abomination." Kali said.
"Aha. That lousy cheater. Wait until I tell Principal Bump, I'll…"
"Amity you're not listening." Kali said, stopping Amity's angered rant. "Just let Willow have this one."
"You can't be serious." Amity said.
"I am. Look Amity, I don't know what's going on between you and Willow, and frankly unless it's got something to do with abuse, I don't care." Kali stated. "But you've seen the way the rest of the school talks about her, you've heard the things that are said about her behind her back. Willow needs this one victory to balance out all that. I might not have known you for long, but I can tell you're a good person Amity. If Willow doesn't get at least this boost of self esteem, she may end up doing something, no one should do to themselves."
Amity just looked at Kali, before looking back to Willow as the girl made her way to the cafeteria, thinking about all the things she's seen, heard, and even done to the girl herself. With a sigh of defeat, she relented to Kali's request.
"Alright, you win. I won't rat her out, just this once." Amity said.
"Swear it on your family name."
"I swear, on the Blight Family Name, I will not rat out Willow and her accomplices." Amity stated.
"Good. Now if I'm not mistaken, it's lunch hour, and that means food." Kali said.
"Come on, I'll show you to the cafeteria." Amity laughed, but was spooked when Sapphire climbed on her shoulder. "A Palisman?" She questioned as the dragon rubbed her head against Amity's cheek with a purr.
"Yep. Her name's Sapphire, and she really seems to like you." Kali smiled. "She knows when someone's good, and when someone's bad."
"But… I'm not a good person." Amity said.
"She wouldn't be showing you this affection, if that were the case." Kali said. "Your mean outer exterior, is just a facade. Sapphire and I both know deep down, you're a good person."
~Cafeteria~
"Hey, do humans like PB&J?" The Witch boy, Augustus nick named Gus by Luz, questioned looking at Luz and splitting his sandwich in half.
"Oh my gosh I missed breakfast and Kali's delicious cooking this morning, can I please have some?" Luz questioned, before Gus gave her one of the halves, and she went back into the cauldron.
"I don't know Gus. If Amity saw that." Willow said worriedly.
"I saw." Amity said, sitting next to her, while Kali sat next to Gus, both of them carrying lunch trays filled with food, Kali's a bit more full then Amity's. "But then again I know that your Abomination was a fake and you have an actual person in there."
"Kali, you told her?" Luz questioned, popping her head out.
"Would you rather I hadn't and she caused a scene, getting her in needless trouble with Principal Bump right now?" Kali asked, feeding Sapphire a french fry.
"Good point." Luz said.
"Willow." Amity began. "Kali has helped me to see and understand that, I was being a jerk and that you only did this with the human, because you needed some positive reinforcement. So, I'm sorry that I've been a jerk, and I hope we can make amends."
"Kali, are you a Goddess?" Willow asked turning to look from Amity, to Kali.
"Dragon actually, why?"
"Because it would have taken a miracle to get Amity to say something like that to Willow, and you made that miracle happen." Gus stated. "Wait, did you say dragon?"
"Yeah. I wield Dragonslayer Magic." Kali stated. "Side effect of that magic is I have some physical traits similar to a dragons, scales, lungs, fangs, metabolism, strength."
"Scales?" Luz asked.
"Yeah, though I wouldn't say they're actual scale. My skin just has the durability of dragon scales, which is what makes me immune to the harmful effects of the elements I wield and consume." Kali explained.
"Wow. That's the rarest kind of magic on the Isles. The last person to wield that kind of magic in recorded history, was four hundred years ago." Amity said. "He's mainly considered to be nothing more then myth. Not even a Coven Badge could contain and isolate his magic to a single type."
"Ah, you must be referring to Acnologia." Kali said.
"That's his name?" Willow asked.
"How do you know that?" Gus asked.
"Because he's someone my Dragon mother warned me to steer clear of." Kali stated.
"What?" Amity questioned. "But that can't be right. He's got to be long dead by now. So there was no need for the warning, since he's long since passed on."
"That's true, if he were still human." Kali stated.
"Explanation please." Luz said.
"Dragonslayers are powerful, but that power can come at a price, one you have no choice but to pay." Kali began. "If we grow too strong, and allow our power to consume us entirely, we can end up turning into actual Dragons ourselves, but that can usually take longer; it really depends on the person wielding Dragonslayer Magic and their drive. But in general it means all traits of a dragon, become ours. The actual scales, the elemental breath, the claws, and of course."
"The longevity of a dragon." Amity said. "So Acnologia paid this price, and is a dragon himself now."
"Yep, but thanks to the aid of a certain Dark Wizard who's famous for mass genocides, he can change between human and dragon. Taking either form at will." Kali stated.
"Wait, are these people from Earthland?" Luz inquired.
"Yep."
"I'm more curious about what you said earlier. You had a dragon mother?" Gus asked.
"All first and third Gen Dragonslayers have at least one Dragon Parent who teach them Dragonslayer Magic. I had a Dragon Mother, who taught me how to fight, and defend myself." Kali explained as the bell rang. "But that's a story for another time."
~Owl House~
Hooty was just humming, minding his own business as he looked out to the forest, enjoying the day, before his door was slammed open and his beak hit a wall as Eda was the one responsible.
"Ow." Hooty said.
"Have you seen Luz?" Eda asked. "Kali isn't back yet either."
"I heard her tiny mouse feet walking close by." Hooty said. "Or that might have been some mice. Anyway someone started moving in, that direction." He stated, gesturing with his eyes.
"Are you trying to point or…"
"Look at the Weather Vane." Hooty stated.
Stepping out from under the canopy of the entrance, Eda looked up and noticed where the Vane was pointing.
"But the only thing that way is the… No." Eda gasped, before she began running towards Hexside, chanting no repeatedly until she reached the building, and peered into a window with a Spider Demon Witch, teaching children who didn't even look fully potty trained yet.
"Okay everyone. Recite your runes." The teacher said.
"Krom, Zix, Elgrim, Zenomide." The children recited.
"No. Blind obedience." Eda said, before running further along the building and peering into another window, with a Snake Demon Teacher.
"Heximal System time. Let's get memorizing." The teacher said.
"No. Pointless busy work." Eda gasped, feeling faint before heading further along the building, and peering into another window where she saw Kali, and Luz standing up in a Cauldron, paying attention to the class. "No! Why? School?"
~Later~
"Woo. I'm a sweaty little Abomination." Luz huffed, crawling out of the cauldron and stretching.
"Gotta admit, you do make for a convincing Abomination." Amity said. "Even if you're a bit on the small side."
"Alright, praise from the Abomination expert. High five." Luz smiled, confusing Gus, Willow, and Amity, before Kali slapped her hand.
"A high five is a gesture with the representation of a successful job well done." Kali explained, before the door opened, revealing Principal Bump.
"Oh Principal Bump." Willow said as Luz went limp, falling to her knees. "What can we do for you?"
"I came by to grab Ms. Kali. The time for her visit is up. But I must say, your teacher did tell me of the exceptional work on your Abomination for class this morning. Guess I have the perfect opportunity to witness it in action." Bump said, stepping up to Luz and examining her. "Abomination, rise."
Luz rose up from the ground, doing her best to act like an Abomination.
"Abomination, lie."
"Uh, Viral fame is a worthy pursuit. Your cat would never eat you if it got the chance. Chemtrails are real…"
"Oh, no Abomination." Bump said with a laugh. "How strange for it to get the command wrong."
"I made her with a few modifications sir. You have to be a bit more specific with your commands with her." Willow said.
"I see. Abomination, lie down." Bump said, pointing to the table.
Luz and Kali had a bad feeling about this, as the human girl took to the table and laid down. There would only be one reason why Bump would command this, and Kali was not interested in seeing Luz's guts spill out all over the place.
"So very lifelike." Bump said. "I simply must see what you're Abomination is made of."
"Oh, I have her list of ingredients right here." Willow said.
"No." Bump said, pulling a crooked blade from his robe. "I was hoping, for a closer look."
"Uh, Principal Bump." Kali began. "This is probably gonna take you some hours to do, so before you start, I was hoping to talk to you about something. I have some ideas that might make students more eager for learning, and taking extra curricular lessons. Which might result in a higher GPA and more funding for the school all together."
"Oh? Well I am intrigued, please do tell." Bump said, putting the knife down. "Hold on, where'd you get that tattoo?" He asked, noticing her arm.
"Eda's graffiti from the lockers. Jumped right off them, and onto me when I touched the lockers." Kali said. "Back on track, you see sir. During the time I spent here, I noticed that a lot of students weren't all too happy with the tracks they'd been placed in."
"Well that's to be expected. Most of the students here are put in tracks their parents pick out for them, not ones they choose themselves." Bump said.
"But what if that could change?" Kali inquired.
"Please elaborate what you mean by that."
"I'm curious about this too."
"Well, I was thinking, maybe give the students a chance to find out which course would best suit them, on their terms. Have them attend two tracks at the same time for a certain amount of months, switching tracks every couple weeks, before interviewing them to determine if they've made up their minds, and finally settling on one that they feel is right for them." Kali explained.
"Hmm… that's actually not a bad idea. We'd have to find a work around for overpopulation in certain tracks that get chosen more then others, but I don't see why I shouldn't give this idea of yours a try. I'll bring this up with the board of directors at the next meeting I have with them, and we'll see how it goes from there." Bump smiled. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have an…"
Bump stopped when he turned back to the 'Abomination' that was supposed to be lying on the table, but only found Sapphire sitting on her haunches eating a length of Abomination goo, and rubbing a somewhat bloated abdomen that made her look like a cat about ready to deliver one big litter of kittens, with some Abomination goo on her snout, and giving off a belch.
"Sapphire." Kali gasped. "Bad dragon. You weren't supposed to eat Willow's Abomination. Sorry, Abomination goo is her favorite food. Has been since we got to the Boiling Isles."
"This little creature sure has an appetite." Bump said, poking Sapphire's stuffed belly, causing it to jiggle before Sapphire burped again. "Now, if you'll follow me Ms. Kali, we have some paperwork to finish up for your enrollment."
"Wait, you mean I…"
"That's right, you've been accepted and enrolled into Hexside School for Magic and Demonics." Bump smiled. "Come along now."
Following Bump, Kali smiled and turned back to give the others a thumbs up as Amity picked up the over stuffed Sapphire. The moment Kali and Bump were gone, Gus let out a sigh of exhaustion before Luz poked her head out of the cauldron.
"Nice work you guys." Luz smiled. "Sapphire drinking all that goo from the cauldron and taking my place on the table, really helped to sell the ruse."
"An' it was thanks to my Illusion Magic that the splatter from you jumping back in wasn't seen at all." Gus smiled, proud of himself.
"That was a close one. Kali almost lost her chance at getting in." Amity said as Sapphire grew in size, and began lapping up the spilled Abomination goo. "I think it best you head out now Luz. We don't wanna risk Kali getting into trouble now that Bump knows she has a connection to you."
"Wait." Willow said. "I think you should stay in the Cauldron, until I wheel it off school grounds. That way, there's no risk involved."
"Right, smart idea." Luz said, before lowering herself into the Cauldron again, with Willow putting the lid on top of it.
~The Owl House~
"I'm home." Luz said, greeting Eda and King at the front door, Sapphire in her arms, while there was an empty barrel of salt that she was pretty sure was full that morning, lying on the ground next to Eda and King.
"Welcome back Luz." Eda said.
"Eda, you'll never believe it. That greasy slime ball you told me to hold onto helped. I was in a bit of a pinch earlier, but thanks to some quick thinking, and some friends I made, I got out there, no harm, no foul." Luz said.
"An' I got accepted into Hexside." Kali smiled, coming up to them with Gus and Willow.
"Oh Kali hey, so how'd it go? Did you finish the paperwork? Gus, Willow you're here. I wasn't expecting a visit from you so soon." Luz said.
"Kali invited us to hang out, she wants to tell us stories about Earthland, and all the adventures she's gone on with her Guild." Willow smiled.
"I got in, but I have to wait until next semester to start classes, since this one is already halfway done and over with." Kali said.
"BTW. Look what I found in the market today." Eda smiled, holding up a wanted poster, with half of Kali's face, and her silhouette on the cover, with Luz beside her, a wicked grin on her own face. "Ah, babies first wanted poster."
"I'll get a copy of my poster for you from the Earthland. I was already framed for instigating the war between Phantom and Fairy Tail anyways." Kali sighed.
"So, what brings you two here aside from Kali inviting you?" Luz asked looking to her new friends.
"Surprisingly, Principal Bump actually put to practice what Kali suggested about track courses, and he allowed me to demonstrate what I was best at, and look." Willow smiled, before doing a twirl, the purple of her uniform turning green. "He moved me to the Plant Magic Track immediately. I mean the school now looks like a rain forest inside because of what I did in my demonstration with that seed you gave me, but hey it all worked out for the best."
"Enough of this sentimental stuff already. I'm going inside to make dinner, and maybe raid Eda's hard Apple Blood stash." Kali said heading into the house.
"What? No, that Apple Blood is for adults only young lady." Eda said, running after her.
"So? I found one of your fake ID's when you were my age. What did you use it for if not to get hard Apple Blood, getting into R-Rated shows?" Kali questioned, her voice echoing through the open door.
"If you want Apple Blood, get your own. Or have a drink of the soft stuff I keep for King." Eda said.
"No way. I'm wanting the good stuff." Kali stated.
"Wow." Gus said, sounding shocked.
"Are they gonna be alright?" Willow asked.
"They'll be fine. That's typical for them as Guild Mates actually." Luz snickered. "But seriously, we should keep Kali away from the hard stuff."
