With three of LeBlanc's syndicate uniforms, the girls could enter their base. We dropped them off outside Guadosalam then after we knew they had gotten in, I took the boys to wait outside in case we were needed. The girls only had one problem, when they were disabling the security system. I told them where the last button was. I usher the boys back on the airship when I heard that LeBlanc had been beaten in battle.

When we got to the bridge, I told Buddy that the girls would be back soon. And to be ready to fly to Bevelle. A few minutes later, they appeared with LeBlanc and her lackeys in tow. Buddy was already taking off when LeBlanc said they were heading to Bevelle. Buddy gave me a weird look, but kept his mouth shut.

Bevelle wasn't that far away, so it didn't take long. I got the boys ready for a lot of battles, and made sure we all had potions of every kind. Antidotes, Eye Drops, Echo Screens, Remedies, and Softs as well. I grabbed as much as possible for us to carry. I knew that we would face a lot of enemies, so I wanted to be ready for anything. And soon we were there.

When we got there, we had to fight our way to the temple. That was the easy part. Once in the temple, no one even looked at us as we made our way into what used to be the Closter of Trials. It took a couple of turns because we all couldn't fit in one of the lifts to take us there. Once we were all together, I led the group through the steps. After twenty minutes, we were heading deeper.

It didn't take long for us to find the underground of Bevelle. The circular fortress labyrinth was ahead of us. LeBlanc decided that she would guard the way to the fortress like a chicken. Once the security system activated, we headed down to start our descent into the depths.

I immediately started to solve the puzzle. And every time I touched a part, we fought off a guard as expected. Then the guardian appeared as I touched the last part. Sora and I had to do a lot of healing during the battle, but we survived. Before we headed down, I told them there was another puzzle here that led to a great item, if they wanted to get it. We decided to go for it, and I touched the right puzzle pieces, and again met with a boss. This battle was just as hard, but again we survived it.

Now the path was clear, so I led them down to the ledge that held the Ribbon accessory.

"This guards against all status ailments. So it is one of the best. Who should wear it?" I asked looking at all of them. They smiled and told me that I was to wear it. When I asked why, I was told that I was the healer and needed to be able to heal without having to cure my own status ailments. I was touched.

I led them back up to the door that led to the next area. Yuna looked dazed at all the identical walls, and Rikku looked like she wanted to scream. Luckily, it all came back to me and I was able to lead them through with minimal problems. At least until we were close to the next boss battle.

"I have to tell you...there is no way I can willingly lead you without you knowing. There are two bosses up ahead. And there will not be a lot of time between them. Rikku, start as a thief then after stealing everything, switch to warrior. Paine, your best bet is a warrior due to your strength. Sora and I will focus on healing and black magic, so Yuna you will focus on keeping the bosses blinded with songstress. And I am really sorry for what is ahead." I gushed. Zaon knew to guard Yuna, so I didn't assign him a spot. And Auron would be Auron, which was fine. These two battles would be hard... especially on Yuna. Along with what comes after.

Everyone nodded, and we turned the corner. There came Baralai and after a few minutes of talking, he attacked. I was ready with a fire spell, to give the others time to draw their weapons.

Like I told them, Rikku stole everything she could then went to the warrior dressphere. Paine and Zaon attacked with all their strength. Yuna used the Darkness Dance to keep him blinded. Auron focused on keeping Yuna and Zaon safe, while Sora and I kept healing. When we finally knocked him out, I knew. It was time...time to defeat the dragon of Bevelle. I healed everyone as we walked and right before we entered the chamber, I drank a Turbo Ether and handed one to Sora.

"Grab Yuna when the boss appears. Pull her back. Don't ask just do." I whispered to Paine. She nodded, and we entered the chamber.
