That is when we got an message from Buddy.

"Guys! Djose Temple is in trouble, and we may need all of you. Hurry please!" Buddy yelled through the com. Sora didn't hesitate. Djose is where Rikku's people were besides Bikanel, and Rikku was Yuna's cousin. That made them family. He jumped out of the bed, and grabbed his weapon as Zaon grabbed his and Auron's.

Auron and Rikku met us at the door. Zaon handed Auron his weapon and said that they were going to help their sister. And to be safe before they dashed for the airship. Yuna and Paine were right behind them. I quickly gave Auron a hug and told him not to worry, as I ran off towards the airship. I had no clue that he was behind us, holding Rikku's hand. Rikku came onto the bridge minutes after I got there and said let's go. I pulled my boys aside.

"When the battle is over, Ixion will give a final attack that will send Yuna into a hole. I have to guide her out. While I am doing this, you will obey Paine and Buddy. If they say get onto the airship, you do so. They say jump, you two ask how high...got it?" I told them. They knew that I was trusting them to behave, with or without Auron. And who to listen to. Paine was close enough to hear the last part, and nodded while heading towards Buddy.

We got there in record time. And getting to the Chamber of the Fayth was a piece of cake. Ixion has fused with machina and when we defeated it, the machina took one last swing. Sora and Zaon were harms way, so I did what any mother would. I pushed them out of the way and took the attack.

I felt like I was falling, then darkness took me. When I opened my eyesand looked around, I saw Yuna talking to Nooj and Gippal. I knew they were chasing Baralai who was possessed by Shuyin. They handed Yuna two spheres, and walked away telling her to take care of things topside. This was were I was needed the most. For Yuna's sake. I stood up painfully, and walked over to Yuna. She was glad I was awake and started telling me what Nooj and Gippal had said. I told her that we had to get back, and for her to listen carefully.

She stopped talking and listened, and out of now where she heard a whistle. So did I. I told her we had to follow it. Yuna was

on her feet immediately and listened for it. She even whistled back. When the whistle sounded again, she ran towards it. I followed her, and soon we found ourselves in the Bevelle underground. She let herself drop to the ground, while I commed Buddy.

"Buddy! We are in Bevelle. And we need a pick up. And I would hurry." I told him. He came back with "Already on the way." I had to grab Yuna and carry her on my back. She was in a state of shock and while I carried her, I talked.

"When we get on the airship, we have to get everyone to join together. Music might be the best option. Maybe Tobli will help." I told her. "Just like the Hymn of the Fayth two years ago. Music brings people together like that." I finally got a response from Yuna.

"I think you're right." She whispered. I let a small smile grace my lips. I stopped and let Yuna get on her own feet. We were just about to exit the cloister of trials and into the temple when we were almost run over by two boys followed by Paine.

"When they heard your voice over the com, they refused to wait. I believe Zaon said that he had to go since he didn't protect you two properly, and Sora made the excuse that you two might need healing. And plus I was told that if I left them behind, we may not have an airship to return to." Paine explained, shaking her head.

The boys grinned and I knew they would have destroyed the airship to get to me and Yuna. And with Sora's magical abilities, if either of us were injured we would have been healed. I had always taught them that family comes first so when I introduced Yuna as their sister, the lessons kicked in.

After Sora had confirmed that we were unharmed, Zaon started leading the way to the airship. I asked Paine to see Yuna on the top of the airship privately when we arrived there before having to yell at Zaon about his telling the priests to make way.
After we boarded the airship, Buddy informed me that both boys were so upset and worried that they just sat by the com waiting for a message from me. Sora confirmed that they were worried that we had gotten injured when we fell into the hole. I also found out that we were gone for two days, and they hadn't slept the entire time.
"Well then, off to bed with you two. You guys are still growing and need your rest. And I dare you to argue with me." The veiled threat in my tone. They then laid down at my feet, and promptly fell asleep.
"I think they were scared that they would lose you, the only parent they have left. So it stands to reason that they would only rest when they either dropped from exhaustion or when you were safe." A gruff voice explained quietly. I carefully knelt down and hummed the song I would hum to them as babies. The one song that helped me when I was alone feel connected to their father, The Hymn of the Fayth. I hummed the song over and over until I too fell asleep, my arms resting on each one of my sons.
