Chapter 4: The announcement and Attack of the Dementors

Predictably, the next two days were nothing but annoyances for the young Potter as word got out about his return. The Daily Prophet delivered an article about him lying about the return of Voldemort and that he was mentally deranged. After his breakfast with Daphne and Astoria, he tried going into Diagon Alley, but after being spotted by some reporters, he disappeared into the crowd. Normally, he would just ignore them; however, their constant questioning about what happened during the fourth task got on his nerves. In order to avoid the public at large, he spent a large amount of his time at Rowena's and Salazar's family manors. Having already been to Godric Gryffindor's manor while at school, he thought it would be best to spend more time in Rowena's and Salazar's old dwellings. Truth to tell, he preferred Salazar's ancestral home over the other two as its library was filled with tomes full of ancient books and scrolls.

Rowena's library might have been bigger with texts with ancient knowledge. He figured that Salazar's would be more beneficial. That said, he had the house-elves inspect the three manors, and after they verified that it was safe, he allowed the others to browse through the collections. The only catch was that they couldn't read anything that contained family magic. Only Harry had that right since he took up their mantle as Head of Houses.

At the moment, he was in Rowena's private study room, jotting down some notes regarding his progress with the orbs. The more he wrote, the more his mind wandered back to his battle in the graveyard with Voldemort. There was no doubt the bastard was powerful as his spells hurt like hell. However, Harry found the duel very enlightening. He got to analyze Tom's dueling style and spell work. Anyone normal would have begged for mercy. The duel also demonstrated that even though he was weakened, Tom's power still put the other Death Eaters to shame. It even showed that Harry still had room for improvement. What really got his attention was that Voldemort could perform unsupported flight. The laws of magic have always been absolute, and one of its sacred laws dictated that wizards and witches are forbidden from flying without assistance.

How Voldemort accomplished this, he will never know. But perhaps there was a way for him to come close or at least find another way to fly without resorting to brooms. However, one thing was clear. He would need to locate and destroy Voldemort's last Horcrux. Of course, that was easier said than done, as he would first need to know what it is. But one problem at a time.

Turning to the clock, he saw it was fifteen minutes till seven. Sirius had called for a family meeting at Black's castle earlier as Amelia was not feeling well and went to St. Mungo's to get a checkup. Packing the last of his things, he made to leave the manor via teleporting into the main sitting room of the castle. Much to his surprise, Susan was also in the room and squeaked when he arrived.

"What—How di—d you get in here?" She began spluttering incoherently.

"It's one of my newest creations," he casually said, sitting next to Dora.

"So, now that Harry is with us, that only leaves old Arcturus and Severus," pointing out the facts as the gods arrived in the room thanks to Suzaku flaming them inside. Neither of the Malfoys had been invited, as Lord Black didn't want Lucius to reveal information to his master.

Arriving from upstairs, Sirius, Amelia, Severus, and Arcturus came to greet the rest of them. "I suppose you all are wondering why you're here," Arcturus began, "well, I believe that my grandson and Amelia can answer that for you."

Susan saw that her aunt's usual stoic expression was replaced by one of overwhelming happiness. "What is it, auntie?"

Sirius wrapped his arm around Amelia's waist and gently pulled her closer. She looked pointedly at her niece and pseudo-godson. "Susan, Harry, I am proud to announce that I'm pregnant."

"What," they exclaimed at the same time. Meanwhile, everyone else clapped in congratulations at the great news. Susan jumped to her feet and embraced them both. "This is fantastic! How long are you?"

"Three weeks," Amelia happily replied. "No doubt they will be a handful," placing a hand over her stomach.

"Congratulations to the both of you," Harry stood up and went to hug them. He would have said more, but his eyes went wide "wait. You said "they" as in more than one."

"We're having twins," Sirius said. "Though we decided to let nature run its course and decide their genders." It was really Amelia's decision as she wanted it to be a surprise.

Dora then spoke, "but wait doesn't that mean that Hardy will no longer become the next Head of the family?"

"No," Arcturus said in a firm voice before anyone could speak. "Let me be clear. Hadrian is my heir and will succeed me." He then turned to face his nephew, "however, I have one request. Should Amelia give birth to a male, I would like you to ensure that he is ready. If he proves his worth, then make him the next Head. Will you honor that?"

"Of course," a smile appeared on his face. "You have my word that should Amelia have a boy, he will be ready when the time comes."

Arcturus nodded in gratitude, knowing that Harry would ensure the family's safety. If he could be selfish for one minute, it would be to wish that both of his sisters could be here. Dorea would be over the moon to learn that her great-nephew would soon become a father. Cassiopeia would act nonchalant, but on the inside, she'd be happy.

Harry has the making of a proper Lord and Head of their House. This was something that Arcturus had always known as it felt like he could rest peacefully knowing that their family would be in good hands. Little did his heir know that he'd relinquish the title to him sooner rather than later, as he was old and tired. During his time as the lord of the house, success and failures have occurred. Some of which he would have changed if given a second chance. However, one thing was certain if the situation required it, then he will fight for the little family he still had left. The old goat and snake bastard be damned. They will both end up dead.

Resuming with a stoic face. "According to our sources, things at the Ministry are becoming unstable… Fudge can deny it all he wants, but there is a war coming, and no matter what, this family will survive."

"I agree," Amelia's face became serious, "the last war nearly took everything from me, and I'll be damned if I allow that to happen again." Her priorities were clear: ensure that her family was protected and do everything in her power to bring Voldemort and Dumbledore down. She will not allow any of them to take the ones she loved away. Not again! "Susan, head home. We have some things to discuss."

Susan was about to protest but stopped after receiving a critical look from her aunt. After she left through the floo, Amelia turned to Severus. "Severus, do you have anything new on Voldemort's movements?"

He had a skeptical look "far as anyone knows is that he is out of the country and won't be returning for a time. Why? I don't know. But if I had to ascertain a theory, it would likely be to obtain more power."

"He hasn't shared what his plans are?" Sirius grew a bit concerned.

"Other than forbidding the Death Eaters from attacking, Harry. Nothing," mentally breathing a sigh of relief. "In the past and now, the Dark Lord has always ensured that no one knew too much about his plans. I may be a member of his inner circle, but even then, my knowledge of what he wants is limited. He tells different groups their objectives and expects them to accomplish the task. If they fail, then he will surely make them feel his wrath." That monster only gives his followers a small amount of information and doesn't give a rat's arse what happens to his men. Similar to Dumbledore.

Seeing the collective looks of downcast, he continued, "though, I do have a theory about something…his pet snake Nagini."

That got everyone's attention as they heard from his last report of Voldemort having an unusual amount of control over her. The damn snake Nagini was large, green, roughly twelve feet long, and thick as a man's thigh. Similar to Voldemort, she was brutally aggressive and extremely deadly. Several Death Eaters were terrified of her as her bite contained a venom that was one of the most dangerous in the world.

"Out of everything in the world, he seems to be the most fond of her and seems to possess a significant amount of control over her. Even by Parseltongue standards, his control over exceeds the norm," filling them in on what he knows. "He's also increased the potency of her venom."

"How is that significant?" Sirius sheepishly looked at him.

"During the first war, he used her to attack people either by weakening or outright killing them," Severus replied. I suspect that he will likely use her again, though I can't be sure. And there's the fact that she reeks of a similar magical aura identical to his."

"Is it possible that Riddle converted her into a Horcrux?" Amelia asked. "Could she be the final piece of his soul?"

"I do not know," he began, "at least not without running some test on her venom, but that will be easier said than done. He always keeps her around his person and rarely lets her out of his sight."

Arcturus frowned but accepted the information, "do what you can, but be discreet." He turned to Harry "how long will it be for you to synthesize an antidote to the venom?"

"I will need to examine the venom to give an accurate answer. But, without knowing what he did to her, it could take weeks, maybe months," rationalizing the point.

"How many vials will you need?" His dad asked.

"A minimum of eight."

Swallowing his tongue, he answered, "that's going to be difficult. But I'll see what I can do."

Later that day, the teenagers were out in the back enjoying the evening air at Ravenclaw manor. Harry and the guys were in the middle of making plans to head into muggle London for a night out on the town. So, far Neville, Aaron, and Adrian were on board, though Blaise was not entirely sure as he didn't know if his grandfather wanted him to work that day… "for the past couple of days, I've been up to my neck in paperwork. Whenever I return home, my first instinct is to grab some food and go to bed. Hopefully, the old man will let me take the night off."

Harry slung an arm around his back "relax, I'm sure he'll give you the night off. Besides, we're teenagers and can easily pass off as adults."

Adrian picked up by adding, "not to mention we have ways of getting out should things become a problem." Easily referring to the portkeys they all had and their custom-made motorcycles.

Adrian purchased a Suzuki Hayabusa, a brilliant pearl white and metallic matte stellar blue with an ouroboros dragon painting on the right side of it. Next, Aaron decided to get a glass blaze orange, glass sparkle black Suzuki GSX-R600. And finally, there was Neville, who commissioned a blue and black Yamaha YZF R1. All of which were enhanced with magical defenses and other necessary attachments.

"That, however, is not the only problem," Neville commented "during the last Wizengamot, things became chaotic when your mother put the motion of helping werewolves on the floor, and while my dad and several others agree with her that we should do more. There is no way Fudge or any of his supporters are going to allow it."

"That's a good thing," a dark smile appeared on Harry's face.

"How is that good?" Neville asked, not understanding why Harry found this a good thing.

"It's good because the more that useless sack of shit continues to endorse Umbitch's stupid law regarding werewolves, the more things will come to light."

Aaron rounded and stared with wide eyes "you planned this from the beginning. You wanted him to go against their proposal. But why? We all know Fudge will never help those with lycanthropy."

Releasing a dark chuckle, "that's the point, Aaron. By all accounts, Fudge needs to be removed, but as long as Malfoys group continues to fill his bank account with galleons and support his decisions, then he will remain. This can also be used against him and at the same time reduce the number of werewolves for Voldemort to control."

Blaise caught onto what his plan was, much to Aaron's confusion. "I see, so this is strategy. If enough pressure is put on him, then the more he will make himself look like a buffoon and exhaust his resources. On the other hand, though, I cannot imagine him backing down anytime soon."

Adrian quickly added, "think, Blaise. Fudge is a politician, and like most politicians, they are only interested in keeping their positions of power and having a large amount of gold. As the Minister of Magic, he is a servant of the people and is supposed to do what is best for them; if he doesn't then, he will fall out of favor and do anything to stay in office."

"I understand now," Aaron exclaimed. "Since he is under Malfoy's payroll, then he will do anything to keep his main financial backer happy, even if that means doing anything that abuses his power. And if he is shown in a bad light, then he will likely become desperate and do anything to get back into the people's good graces." Clicking his tongue, "you really are more Slytherin than Gryffindor."

A wry smile appeared "old man Salazar has been saying that since the day I've met him."

Just then, the voice of Alice was heard "dinner is ready."

Walking back inside, the boys went to the dining room and took their individual seats. The elves prepared various foods for them, and soon a light conversation overtook them.

"So, Harry, I'm told that you're being endorsed for the rank of Master class Duelist in two different branches of magic," Frank started. "I hope you are ready as they will not be easy."

"I am well aware," Harry casually responded while holding Daphne's hand under the table. Earlier today, an owl from the Duelist Guild came by to deliver, saying that his appointment had been changed to the 27th and 28th of August. "It'll be a lot more interesting as I will be able to prove myself."

"Speaking of interesting," Miwa looked at Daphne with a mischievous smile, "your time is up, Greengrass." That made Daphne freeze as she completely forgot about the bargain they made. "I know it may be hard, but you and I had an agreement."

"What agreement?" Blaise asked quickly, becoming interested in what they made a deal on.

"Oh, we made a deal during the reception of Sirius's wedding," she admitted. "Seeing as how there has been no progress, I guess that means—"

"Nothing," Daphne shouted, "don't you even think about it as Harry is my boyfriend!" Her face became red as she realized what she had said.

"What?!" Several of the occupants shouted at the same time.

Miwa, however, continued, but this time in a more serious voice. "Really? Because Potter males only take strong women as their mates."

Since earlier this afternoon, Kawada and her have been butting heads, with the former getting on the latter's nerves. Well, no more. She will not let this Japanese girl take him away from her. "I may not be what some have intended for him, but I sure as hell will never use him for his wealth and fame. He might be the Lord of several high-ranking families, but to me, he will always be Harry Potter! If anyone, I don't care what you or anyone else thinks. Especially not a manipulative goat fucking asshole like Dumbledore or that murdering psychopath Voldemort. As far as I am concerned, they can both go and fuck themselves because if they want to get to him, then they'll have to go through me. And I will fight anyone who dares threaten the man I love, and that means you as well." Her blue eyes were set ablaze as they showed her determination and how serious she was.

The mischievous smile on Miwa's face morphed into one of satisfaction. "Well, finally!"

"Come again," Daphne stared in confusion.

Ignoring her, Miwa looked at Harry "it seems you made the right choice with her."

"I've been telling you that for the better part of a month," he commented, "and how do you know Potters only take strong women? No one ever told me."

"Ha! Your grandfather," giving him a knowing smile.

"Damn it. I'll have to have a word with him after dinner." Mentally cursing the old man. "You can also drop the acting since you've known about us."

"You knew," it was more of an accusation than a question.

"Of course, I knew," Miwa casually shrugged her shoulders. "I've always known you and Harry liked each other. I just had to give you a little push. Though, I did have to find out on my own as he neglected to tell me."

"Yeah, and you made sure to give me a long lecture afterward."

Miwa narrowed her eyes at him, "and I do it again if you try and keep me in the dark about something like this again. We don't do that," gesturing to the both of them with two fingers.

She then looked back at Daphne; "I've done my research about you, Greengrass, and have to admit I'm impressed. Turns out; you are right for my genius, stubborn, egg-head of a brother. However, know this betray him in any form or way, and I will roast you alive," giving a menacing look.

"Also, here's a quick piece of advice: Harry is a Potter, and like his ancestors, their intendeds will need to occasionally hit him over the head and remind them that they're not alone."

"Oh, believe me, I will be having some words with him later," giving her boyfriend a menacing look that made him scoot his chair away. "I also have experience when it comes to him being stubborn or if he decides to do something reckless."

Sighing a bit, "sister, I can tell you stories."

"Hold on a minute. When did this become about my faults?" Harry finally spoke up.

Cyrus and Cameron soon started laughing "get used to it, Harry; this is what wives do with each other. They gossip and complain about their husbands."

"Cameron's right, and it's more tiring when there are more females than males in the house. There's an old saying that a man's house is his castle, but it's a lie. The moment after you get married, you relinquish the right of the home to her."

"Aye, that we agree," Frank grunted while looking at his own son "take a good look at your mother and me, for instance."

"It seems you three like to complain a lot about your marital problems," Isabella interjected, giving Cameron a hard look, the same one that Alice and Roxanne were giving their husbands.

Harry did not dare say anything when Daphne gave him a scathing look "do you have any issues with our relationship?"

Slinging an arm around her shoulder, he pulled her close to kiss the side of her head "of course not. Being with you is always a pleasure."

"Uh-huh," raising an eyebrow at him.

"Kiss up," Blaise whispered to Aaron and Adrian, all of whom began snickering, much to Tracey's disapproval, who pinched her boyfriend's arm, making him wince. "What?"

"It would help if you took more after, Hadrian; at least he's learned to control his tongue."

Before he could speak, Sirius cleared his throat, bringing the attention to him. "What I like to know is when the two of you got together? As the godfather, I should have been made aware of who my godson is dating."

Harry and Daphne looked at each other for a moment and decided to have a little fun. "Are you referring to when we finally started dating or how it began?"

"How about both," Blaise said.

"During the near end of the yule ball, we went to the room of requirement for a final dance, and after felt like an eternity, I finally decided to make a move." Harry grinned.

"He kissed me, and I reciprocated," Daphne happily said. "After that, he finally asked me to be his girlfriend, and I gave my answer. From that moment, we started dating."

"As for why you did not know was because we thought it would be best to keep our relationship quiet. We knew some people would not be happy with the change in our relationship, so we decided to not show any public displays of affection."

Tracey then quipped, "wait, so you two have been dating for nearly nine months?" They both nodded. She then to Susan, "I won the bet. Pay up, Bones!"

Grumbling to herself, Susan handed twenty galleons over to the giddy brunette. Daphne, however, was not so happy "you bet on our relationship," giving them a frosty glare.

"Who wouldn't?" Not at all phased by her friend's anger. "Everybody knew that you and Harry were close. They just didn't know the two of you would enter into a relationship."

Sirius snorted, "Moony, now owes me thirty galleons," he said triumphally. "But I'm still not happy that you didn't tell me," glaring at his godson.

"We couldn't risk Dumbledore or Molly finding out as they will surely do everything they could to separate us. At least not until I was ready to take my seats on the Wizengamot. You're also giving me half of what you've earned from the bet."

"Seats? What do you mean by seats, Harry?" Alice asked with a confused expression on her face. "Your only the heir to the House of Potter and House of Black."

A big grin appeared on his face "that, my dear godmother, where you are wrong," he then started chuckling. "You see, I am no longer an heir and haven't been for some time. I've been Lord Gryffindor, Slytherin, and Ravenclaw for more than a year, and because I was forced into a tournament meant for adults, that means I am Lord Potter as well." He then lifted up his right hand, showing them the rings.

The ones who were unaware of Harry's change in status were so gobsmacked that they started gaping like fishes. Neither of them were able to move as they were trying to process the information.

"Are you trying to say that for the past two years that you've been shaking things up in the political atmosphere?" Cameron asked, somewhat recovering from his shock.

"Well, I did have a little help, but in a sense, yes. The time for waiting is over, and now I'll be able to shake things up even further."

"Cornelius will fight this. He is firmly in Malfoy's pocket," Roxanne warned.

"You have not told me anything I don't already know," he replied, "and that is what I am hoping for because there is more than one way to break someone."

Aaron shuddered a bit "somehow, I have a feeling that things are about to get hectic." He addressed the others, "anyone else got anything they want to share?"

"Let's try my oldest friend…Miwa," Harry looked pointedly at her as she balked at the frown he was giving her. "Is there something you would like to tell me? Perhaps about a young man by the name of Haruto Osamu?"

She then froze as to how he knew about Haruto.

"Ha, not so funny when the shoe is on the other foot, is it?" Sending her a glare. "Now, what should I do to him? Break his arms and legs? Takeaway his eyesight? Or should I scare him enough to make him want to move? Mmhm, the second one sounds pretty good to me."

"You will not harm him," she sent him a fierce death glare. "We haven't even started dating yet, and I don't want you scaring him away."

Harry then started laughing "calm down, Storm, I am only playing. But I will be looking into the boy's background and family history," waving a finger when she was about to speak, "don't get your knickers in a twist. Fair is fair! Besides, what goes around comes around. You looked into Daphne's family before we started dating, and now it's my turn."

"Harry, I swear if you scare him away, then it'll be you, me, and my sword."

"Fine." An agitated look fell on his face

"Fine," folding her arms across her chest. "You are so irritating sometimes."

A grin suddenly came as he got an idea "want to spar with our swords in the dueling room?"

"Yes," grumbling somewhat before chuckling.

The two hopped out of their chairs and raced out of the room.

Blaise sighed heavily "no one makes my head spin like those two. No one," rubbing his forehead. "I swear one minute they're annoyed and are trying to kill each other the next minute they're like brother and sister."

After finishing dessert, the other teens went to the dueling room, where they found Harry and Miwa going at it.

It was hard to believe, but their swings were lightning fast and almost a blur. While they might have been sparring, it seemed as if they were dancing with their blades, singing a beautiful melody.

"This might not be the tournament," Miwa parried his swing and retaliated, "but it's a good substitute." Delivering a front kick to his chest, which he recovered from with a backflip.

"Agreed! Believe me, I am no happier about missing the tournament," swinging his sword with deadlier force. "It deprives us of losing the chance of refining our skills. When both Voldemort and Dumbledore are out of the way, we can finally move on with our lives."

The two continued for another hour before deciding to call it a night. "It's such a shame that our generation of witches and wizards take their magic for granted. They have no respect for the magical arts."

"No need to tell me that," he sighed. "The curriculum at Hogwarts is too weak and not strenuous. It's embarrassing, to say the least."

"All right, you two," Alice entered the room, bringing their attention to her. "Neville, Luna, it's time to go." The two walked out of the room. "You probably already know this, Harry, but Albus wants to see you before the term begins."

Groaning in irritation, he replied, "tell him that I will meet with him and his Order of phoenix on the 12th of this month, but only if Miwa, Blaise, Daphne, Emily, Neville, and Tracey are present." He knew exactly what the old codger wanted and that the meeting will be more of an interrogation.

"I will let him know what you said," turning on her heels, she left the room with the others. In the space of a few minutes, only Daphne, Miwa, Emily, and Harry remained in the castle.

As they went upstairs to get ready for bed, Harry snatched Daphne's hand and led her to the Lord's study.

"What are we doing here?" She asked.

Instead of answering, he opened the door and walked in with her behind him. There she saw his parents and grandparents. Charlus and Dorea beamed with pride when they saw close the two were.

Charlus was the most pleased "well, look who finally decided to grace his elders with his presence," looking straight at his grandson. "Yes, I can see it in your eyes. You are more powerful than before and ready to take your place as the Head of our family."

"Enough of that, dear," Dorea silenced him "hello, Daphne. How are you doing?"

"I am fine, Lady Potter," Daphne smiled and gave a respective bow.

"None of that now," she brushed off the formality. "I see that my grandson finally stopped dragging his heels and decided to court you. About time too. He takes a lot after his grandfather as I had to drop hints."

Both Charlus and Harry looked away, though, not missing the amused look on James's face. Lily, however, was not going to be left out of the fun "wipe that look off your face. It took you until your seventh year to grow up, and I decided to give you a chance."

The smile on his face vanished.

"So, it's not just me that had to deal with the Potter males," Daphne gave Harry a mock glare. "Though, I will say that he is more romantic than his father."

Lily laughed a bit "that he is," she agreed, "and more mature. Merlin be praised. But I am glad that Harry finally made a move at the yule ball. It's so romantic."

"It was romantic. Truthfully, I thought he would have been able to pick up on the hints by the end of our third year, but…better late than never."

"Hey, I only had eyes for you and still do," kissing her on the forehead.

"Smooth talker," Daphne muttered.

"He definitely did not get that from James," Lily replied.

"Nor from Charlus," Dorea added.

Harry's blush became even more noticeable. Then, clearing his throat, "when were you guys going to tell me how the men from our choose their females?" Looking at both his father and grandfather.

The latter wore a proud grin "we thought it would have been obvious. Since the beginning, the men of our family have chosen only strong-willed women, and that has always been the nature of our family. Look at your mother and grandmother; they're both passionate and strong women that should not be trifled with."

He then looked at his partner, "since Harry has clearly chosen you, Daphne, I would like you to promise me that you will look after and keep him in check. He has certain tendencies that need to be ironed out."

"Grandad," Harry groaned.

Daphne kissed the corner of his mouth "don't worry, I will, and someone has to keep in control," giving Harry a mischievous look.

"Good, then I can rest easy knowing that my grandson will have a powerful woman by his side," sighing in relief. A grin then came on and threatened to spread, "so when can I expect for the two of you to fill this castle with my great-grandkids."

Now both teens were blushing, while James started laughing. Dorea fixed a glare on her husband and son. However, thinking for a minute, she decided to have a little fun herself.

"Now, Charlus, there is an order to these things that must be followed first," she stated, a little haughty. "While I'm sure Daphne and Harry know about the contraceptive potions, they are still young and unmarried. With that said, I am pretty confident they won't start procreating until after marriage. Am I right?" She looked at them with critical eyes.

"Yes, grandma," Harry urgently replied though he was still blushing.

"Good. Now, I believe that we need to have a talk about what you two get up into when you're behind closed doors," a mischievous smile appeared on her face.

"And we are gone," grabbing Daphne's hand, they bid them goodnight and left the study. With that, they went to the master bedroom and fell asleep.

(0^0)

The next morning after breakfast, Harry dropped Daphne at the Ministry for her shift at the Department of Mysteries while ignoring the glances and comments being thrown their way. One thing was for certain, he would never work in the Ministry. He wasn't short-sighted to believe that every employee was bad or evil; it was the people who allowed Fudge his whims. Mentally scoffing spineless arseholes.

Shaking his head to wipe the negative thoughts, he returned to the atrium. There he saw Avery, Parkinson, Goyle, Crabbe, Lucius, Amycus Carrow, and Nott arriving through the floo terminals. The moment they saw him, their eyes burned with rage. Lucius being the leader of the group, merely sneered at him.

"I thought there was something foul in the air," Parkinson glared angrily at Potter. "Shouldn't you be in hiding, Potter? We wouldn't want anything bad to happen to you."

The expressionless mask on Harry's face covered the rage he felt "perhaps, I should be asking you that and speaking of something foul. Of course, you should know all about that thanks to those bitch whores you call a wife and daughter." Parkinson's face became red with anger, not that Harry cared. "By the way, nice arm. It would be a shame if you were to lose something else of value."

Patrick almost reached for his wand but was stopped by Lucius "do not do anything stupid, you fool." He then glared at Goyle and Crabbe as they were ready to do the same.

A smirk appeared on Harry's face "well, isn't this sad. The two brainless gorillas who know only how to destroy are still breathing. I cannot simply wonder how the two you managed to survive the last war, though it's clear why your spawns are so weak."

"Watch yourself, Potter," Goyle snarled. "It's such a shame that things didn't turn out so well a few weeks ago."

"Yes, it is a real shame that I didn't get to finish you off; however, next time, you will not be so lucky," Harry replied darkly. "But while you're here, I have a message for you fatty to deliver," referring to a puce-faced Crabbe. "Tell that mangy mongrel I'm coming for blood." Flaring his magic to let them know how serious he was.

Taking his leave, he walked past them and exited the Ministry.

Theodore growled, "Potter will regret crossing us. He will get what's coming—"

"Do nothing, you fool," Lucius got in his face and whispered. "Remember our order to not make a move against him." The Dark Lord had ordered that Potter was not to be attacked.

"His time will come," Amycus sneered.

They proceeded to head for the Minister's office for their meeting with Cornelius and Delores.

Upon his return home, Harry found Emily and Miwa on the couch, speaking to Sora and Mizuki through the crystals above the fireplace. Sensing his presence, Emily diverted her attention away "hey, big brother, your back early."

"All I did was drop Daphne off at the Ministry and ran into some people who I rather avoid if possible," he responded, giving her a vague glimpse of the conversation he had with Crabbe, Goyle, and Parkinson. Turning his attention to the viewing screen, "hello ladies, I trust the two of you are behaving."

"Of course," Mizuki smiled. Harry was always kind and treated her well. Her friend Sora was also happy to see him again.

"Hello, master, it's been a while," she said, giving him a respectful bow.

Chuckling, "I am no longer your master, Sora," the young white-haired girl refused to acknowledge that he was no longer her teacher. "It does please me to see how much you have grown. Did you receive my gift? I sent it out yesterday."

"Mmhm," nodding her head, she pulled out a tanto blade made of goblin and archfiend steel. "It's very beautiful." Per tradition, a master would have to present his or her pupil with a gift after they've graduated from Mahoutokoro. The blade he had made for her was one of the things he had the goblins commission. "Will you at least come by and visit us when school is in session?"

"Hmm," rubbing his chin, "that will be tough as I will likely be very busy. Taking notice of the sad look on her face, he let out a breath. "But I will see what I can do." That brought a smile to her face.

"All right, if you lot need me, I'll be in my lab," moving towards the stairs, he briefly turned around. "Emily, be ready to go at three." That was all he said before heading towards his lab.

"What's your brother working?" Mizuki asked.

"Beats me," Emily shrugged her shoulders "he hasn't told me anything about it. Even when I ask, he says it will be a surprise."

She then turned to Miwa "you sure you don't want to join us in muggle London? It would be a shame to waste the amount of time you have since you leave on the 14th."

"Don't worry about me," giving her a small smile. "Go have fun." On the 14th, she would have to return home and prepare for the upcoming school year. Being an apprentice will not be easy, but she wanted to prove her worth.

"Ok," Emily turned back to the screen, "don't forget to write or call guys." Waving goodbye and turning the crystals off.

"Want to play some chaos ball?" Emily asked.

Miwa got up and went to the courtyard with Emily behind her. As soon as they got outside, they began playing their game.

A few hours later, Harry was putting the finishing touches on his latest project. The only thing left to do was see how well it performed and if there were any drawbacks. Though that was for another day, brandishing his wand, he banished the project into the closet. His job done, he walked out and went downstairs, where he saw Emily sitting on a couch reading one of the many books from Ravenclaw manor. Miwa, on the other hand, was reading a book from Gryffindor manor.

"Look who finally decided to come out of his lab," Miwa teased. "How's your project coming?"

"Just finished designing it and will begin testing to see if it works the way I want to tomorrow," a proud grin formed on his face. "If all goes as planned, then it will become a game changer."

Approaching from behind him was Byakko along with Genbu. "Young one, I trust you and your sister are ready to depart."

"We are, Dayvee," Emily closed the book she was reading and put it on the coffee table. "Will the three of you be coming with us?"

"Have to," Naga replied. "As much as I love this place, there comes a time when that person needs to get out and experience the world."

Already dressed in muggle street clothes, Harry lifted his shirt so they could become tattoos on his body.

"We are out of here. Miwa, do you want us to bring you anything?"

She was about to reply but stopped herself to think. There was that new shop at the mall they were going to. She may be somewhat a tomboy, but she was still a girl. Motioning for Emily to come closer, she whispered something in her ear, and the two squealed in delight.

Harry mentally groaned as he had a feeling about what they were talking about. Miwa handed Emily some cash before walking out the door with Harry. Then, mounting his motorcycle, he started it up to let the engine roar, and the next minute, they were in the air. As they soared through the air, Harry activated the invisibility function so they wouldn't be spotted by any muggles. He even put on some music. Starting with Give Your Heart A Break by Demi Lovato and proceeded to other songs made by Linkin Park and The Black Eye Peas. The first song was for Emily.

They finally sat down in a deserted muggle area where he disengaged the invisibility function and proceeded to the main road. After twenty minutes of riding through the streets, they finally reached their destination at Westfield Stratford City. Finding a parking space was difficult as the place was packed with teenagers and their families. Shutting the engine off, they hopped off the bike and went inside. If the outside was bad, then it was nothing compared to the mall itself as it was completely crowded. Navigating through one shop was hard enough for the two, but they managed to get to the mall's center. When they arrived at their first stop, Harry and Emily shared a knowing look.

"I'll wait out here," Harry was about to take a seat when Emily grabbed his hand.

A light blush appeared on her face "please come with me. I would like to get your opinion on some clothes."

Even though it was clear that Harry wanted to be elsewhere, he knew his sister well enough to know that she valued his opinion above all else. Swallowing his pride, he walked in with her. The store was called New Look. Clothes shopping was not something that Harry particularly enjoyed, but it meant a lot to Emily that he would actually go with her. While it was true that he did dote on her, that never stopped him from putting his foot down when she did something wrong.

Just as Emily stepped into the changing room with a couple different outfits, Harry saw out the corner of his left eye that a couple girls were eyeing him up and down. It wasn't difficult to tell what they were thinking about as their faces said it all. He had seen these types of girls before at school and could tell they were spoiled rotten by their parents. That and their clothes screamed, don't talk to me unless you are important. His enhanced hearing allowed him to hear what they were saying.

"That guy is such a hunk. Do you think he has a girlfriend?" One of them whispered.

"What about that girl he was with? Who do you think she is?" One of her friends asked.

The girl to her right scoffed, "she's probably someone he's babysitting; besides, she's too young for him."

"I don't know. They seem pretty close," another said. "But they can't be siblings as they don't look alike."

"You think he wants some company?"

Ignoring them, Harry's attention went elsewhere as the door opened, revealing Emily in a new uniform.

"What do you think?" She spun around to give him a view. "I think it looks fine on you, sis," moving a strand of hair from her eyes.

She gave him a quick hug before stepping back into the changing room to try on some more clothes. Each time she would ask for his opinion. Finally, after trying on the last of the outfits, she put her own clothes back on and stepped out of the changing room.

"Ready to go?"

"Not yet. I promised Miwa I get the outfit she wanted." Emily said.

"All right, meet me at the register when you are ready." Giving him a nod, she went to find the aisle that had the clothes Miwa wanted.

While she was doing her thing, he started moving towards the register, only to be stopped by the same girls who were talking about him.

"Hello, I don't believe we met before, my name is Erica, and these are my friends Francine, Sarah, and Jennifer," gesturing to her giggling friends. The one identified as Erica seemed to be the leader of their group. "We were wondering if you wanted some company while you shopped?" Batting her eyelashes at him

"No, I'm fine. My sister and I are about done with this shop."

"Sister? You mean that short girl that came with you?"

"She doesn't like it when people call her short," he replied.

Brushing off his words, the one named Francine entered the conversation. "I'm sure she wouldn't mind if you hung with us for a while," adding a flirtatious wink.

"Maybe, you should ask her what she thinks yourself," the girls turned around to see Emily narrowing her eyes at them. "So, Phantom, you ready to get out of here?"

"I've been ready," moving through the girls, they went to the register and paid for their items. "Let's go grab some food."

"Let's explore some more," she replied as they walked out of the store. Unfortunately, the girls followed behind.

"Um, perhaps we got on the wrong foot," Jennifer stopped them from leaving. "We never got your name."

"My name is not important," Harry said without turning around. "Come on, Shizuku," they proceeded to leave and quickly disappeared in the crowd as the girls persisted in trying to keep up.

Eventually, they were able to elude the girls and check out some of the many shops. Two hours later, they exited the mall with their hands full of bags. Discretely they put them in their watches and prepared to leave. Activating the engine, Harry drove them to a restaurant near the park. After they were seated by one of the waiters and giving him their orders, they began talking about the new school year.

Once dinner was over, they went to the park and sat on the swings.

"There is something else we need to discuss," releasing a breath. "And this is entirely up to you."

"What is it?" She gave him a confused look.

"When we get back to school, there's going to be some changes, particularly with your schedule," he began. "While you will still have your regular classes, including Alchemy. Your dueling lessons might have to change. Uncle Jack and I have discussed this matter and thought it would be best if you decided. Do you want to continue studying under Master Sakai and Master Robinson, or do you want me to teach you from now on?"

She could only stare at him with wide eyes. "Can I have some more details?"

He thoroughly explained the situation and why it was important why she needed to decide who was to teach her from now on.

Emily balked at what he said and took a couple minutes to decide. While she liked her instructors, their lessons and training system paled to Harry's. But there was also the fact that he would become increasingly busy with his new positions. However, given the current situation with Voldemort being back and Fudge ignoring his return, she figured that she would need all the help she could get.

"I would prefer to study under you," she answered.

He gave her a curt nod "if that is what you want, then I will speak to him and the Japanese board." Sucking in a breath, he would have continued but heard the voices of people from his past.

"Hey, hey, Big D, look who's here." The fool was scrawny and had the face of a rat

"Who is it, Piers?" Dudley came forward and looked from him to the one person he hadn't seen in years. "Well, well, well. Look who we have here, Potter the freak. And who is she, another freak?" Dudley and the others started laughing.

"I say we play our old favorite game called Harry Hunting. We can also add that little girl in," Gordon said along with Malcolm and Dennis, who eagerly nodded their heads.

Rising to his feet with a dark smile, "wow somethings haven't changed. The same set of brainless arseholes who were only good at taking orders. Even you, Dudley," he gave the overweight boy a sneer, "it would appear that you are still the same worthless piece of shit that you always were. Just like that dead walrus you called a dad."

Dudley's face became a brilliant shade of Weasley red. His aunt Marge told him his dad had been executed by some people and his mother imprisoned. She was also killed by some of the other inmates.

Harry continued, "tell me, Dudley, what hurts more? The fact that you no longer have your parents around or that you will not be able to get as many gifts as you wanted?" Walking forward, "I recommend you and your friends walk away before you force me to do something I won't regret."

"You murdering son of a bitch," Dudley shouted. "You did it, didn't you? You used your freakishness to kill my dad."

"I haven't the foggiest idea of what you're talking about," Harry feigned ignorance, enjoying how angry Dudley was becoming. "But perhaps I could reunite you with him."

Dennis moved forward "come on, Dud, let's kick his arse."

"What's the matter, Dennis, too scared to do it yourself?" Harry mocked. "Other than being the second dumbest of your group, you're also the weakest."

"That's it," he raced forward and tried to throw a punch at Potter's face, only for him to catch it in a vice grip, much to his friends shock. Harry applied some pressure making him scream at the pain. "You're even slower than I remember," quickly nailing him in the face with a hard punch that broke his nose.

He allowed the boy to fall to the ground, where he held his now broken nose. "Please tell me this is not the best you can do," looking at him with boredom. Dennis got back up and tried attacking Harry again, but each time Harry would strike him in his most vulnerable spots. The fool had no technique. Harry smashed the fool's bones until he lay on the ground, unable to move.

The others could only stare in shock and anger. "Don't just stand behind me. Get him," Dudley ordered.

As they raced toward Harry, he pulled out the dagger he had hidden in his pants and dealt with them. None of the members from Dudley's gang could land a blow as Potter's skills in combat surpassed theirs. Each time he attacked, they would end up rolling on the ground in pain and agony. Harry left some deep gashes on their bodies and managed to break some of their bones.

Dudley and Piers managed to get back up but weren't unscathed as they had more injuries than the others. Dudley had a broken jaw, missing the entire row of his bottom teeth, broken jaw, six shattered ribs, a destroyed right arm, dislocated shoulders and breast bone, deep cuts, and a cracked right knee. Piers was missing all of his teeth, had a bloodied-up face, several cuts, seven broken ribs, the bones in his left hand were destroyed, shattered shoulder blades, and a destroyed right leg.

"Are you idiots done yet because I'm bored?" Harry crossed his arms in front of his chest.

"Shut it, freak!" Dudley yelled, trying to ignore the pain he was in. He with Piers tried to attack together this time, but Harry countered with a kick to Dudley's stomach.

For Piers, he used his dagger to cut the fool's left hand off. Piers cried out in pain as his hand lay on the ground. Unfortunately for him, Harry was far from done as he stabbed the ground with his blade and picked him up. Raising his entire body up, he immediately brought the sobbing bully down on his knee, breaking a couple more of his ribs and severely damaging his stomach. As the now broken Piers lay on the ground clutching his stomach, Dudley made another attempt to attack Harry, but his movements were too slow.

Blocking the incoming punch, Harry put some power behind his strikes and brutalized the idiotic whale. Then, just as Dudley was about to fall over, Harry grabbed his neck in one of his hands "please stop, Harry. Please," Dudley gasped.

"Oh, don't worry, Dudley, I'm not going to kill you," narrowing his eyes. "No matter how tempting it may be, you are still a minor. But that doesn't mean that you will not be punished. You and the others are going to prison," was the last thing he said before looking into Dudley's memories. He saw how many kids Dudley and his friends beat up, the amount of drugs they did, and the things they've stolen.

"Looks like y'all will be spending some time in prison." Harry turned around and motioned for Emily to follow so they could go home.

They immediately became tense when they got to the motorcycle as the temperature decreased. On alert, the two pulled out their wands, luckily, Dudley and his gang were unconscious, so they couldn't see them. Unfortunately, there was only one creature that could change the temperature and darken the sky even further.

"Harry, I don't like this. I don't like this at all," Emily said, checking over her shoulder.

"Me neither," as the temperature continued to drop, so did the feelings of helpfulness. He didn't know how many were coming. The only thing on his mind was taking his sister and getting away. "Make sure your occlumency shields are up," he said, putting his back towards hers.

"Um, Harry," her voice shook as she increased her shields.

"Come on, Em, we have to get—"

"Get down," she tackled him to the ground as something flew by and narrowly missed them.

They looked up to see the foulest creature in the wizarding world. A Dementor. But what was it doing so far away from Azkaban? Why was it in a muggle area? So many other questions ran through Harry's mind but were immediately pushed away. Rising to his feet, he lifted his wand up. "Emily, get your recording crystal out. I don't know what a Dementor is doing here, and I'm sure I don't want to know."

Quickly pulling out a crystal, she activated it as he dashed forward and cast his Hebridean dragon Patronus. The moment he said "expecto patronum," the dragon rushed out of his wand and mowed the Dementor down as it approached him. It only took a moment before the creature fell to the ground lifeless, leaving only its ripped dark cloak.

Preparing to breathe a sigh of relief, Harry heard his sister scream; turning around, he saw another Dementor gripping her neck and trying to administer its kiss. The rage inside Harry soared as he directed his patronus to attack the other Dementor. The dragon responded to his rage and roared to get the thing's attention; before long, the dragon pounced on the foul creature. Harry raced back to check on his sobbing sister as the Hebridean destroyed its prey. Giving the dragon a nod, he vanished, leaving the Dementor's cloak behind.

"It's okay, Emily. They're all gone," he held her close. Spying the leftover cloaks and recording crystal, Harry waved his wand to summon them. Once they were in his possession, he grabbed her and his bike and teleported back home.

Arriving in the middle of the room, "Uncle Jack, Uncle Arcturus, get in here! I need some help!" He yelled. Not a moment later, Arcturus, Jack, Sirius, and Miwa came rushing into the room.

"Harry, what happened? And why is Emily crying?" Jack asked with his wand in his hand.

"We have a major problem…Emily and I were just attacked by two Dementors. One tried to give her the kiss…but I managed to kill it. However, that means I also had to use magic in a muggle-populated zone." Throwing the cloaks on the ground.

Jack was both furious and relieved but more furious than anything else. Whoever sent Dementors after his kids will be begging for death by the time he's done with them.

"Tell me exactly what happened," he growled. Harry took out the crystal and played it so the others could see what had happened.

The white-hot rage in Arcturus burned like a volcano as he had to take a couple deep breaths "whoever did this going to pay," he declared.

"That's later," a frowning Sirius stepped in "it's well known that Harry can easily defeat a Dementor. So trying to kill would be futile. No, this likely be an attempt…to get you in trouble for using magic…in a muggle environment."

"Yeah, but who?" Miwa asked. "The only way an attack can happen is if they have permission from the office of the Minister of Magic, the Head of the DMLE, Voldemort, or it was put to a vote by the Wizengamot…"

At that moment, Bucky appeared next to Harry with a letter. "Young Harry Potter, sir, has received a letter from the Ministry."

"How did they find out so fast?" Arcturus took the letter from the elf. "There should have been an investigation before they sent out a letter." Harry snorted as he felt someone was trying to do him in.

Meanwhile, Arcturus opened the envelope and pulled out the letter:

Dear Mr. Potter,

We have received intelligence that you performed an unknown spell and the Patronus Charm at twenty-three minutes past seven this evening in a Muggle-inhabited area. You are also in violation of failing to register your second animagus form.

This is a serious breach of the Decree for the Reasonable Restriction of Underage Sorcery and in violation of failing to register with the Department of Animagus Registry. Ministry representatives will be calling at your place of residence shortly to destroy your wand.

We regret to inform you that your presence is required at a disciplinary hearing at the Ministry of Magic at 9 a.m. on the twelfth of August.

Hoping you are well,

Yours sincerely, Mafalda Hopkirk, Head of the Improper Use of Magic Office Ministry of Magic.

Endorsed by:

Minister of Magic Cornelius Oswald Fudge

Junior Assistant to the Minister for MagicPercival Ignatius Weasley

"This complete dragon shit," Harry growled as his rage returned with a vengeance. "I was defending Emily and myself, and…now I'm being put on trial again." Plus, what was that part about underage sorcery? He's been emancipated for over a year. The trace was gone. Also, when did they conduct an investigation?

Not a minute later, the floo activated, with Amelia and Dora coming through. Dora immediately wrapped him in a hug and asked if he was alright.

"I'm fine, Dora," he snapped at her, then turned to Amelia. "This is bullshit…"

"I know, Harry," Amelia stopped him before he could continue, "Fudge has agreed to let you keep your wand until the hearing begins. What I want to know is what happened tonight as things are in an uproar."

Jack filled her in on what happened with Harry and Emily being attacked by Dementors and that they were close to administering a kiss to his daughter. "Contact Mrs. Schwarber. Tell her to come immediately."

"Already done," Arcturus sent one of the house elves to retrieve the women. "What I want to know is why is Hadrian being singled out? And why no one from the Improper Use of Magic office hasn't launched an investigation?"

"Forget that. I don't care who comes after me, but no one attacks my family and lives. No one!" The gods were working overtime to keep him from going straight to the Ministry and ripping Fudge's head off his body.

Jack spoke, "Miwa, Nymphadora take Emily to her room and have the elves bring her some chocolate and a dreamless sleeping draught."

Ignoring the fact he used her given name, she and Miwa escorted Emily upstairs.

"I'll be up there soon, sis," Harry said, somewhat managing to calm down.

He did not know who was responsible for the attack tonight, and it didn't matter as they would learn the true meaning of fear then they will die!

When the room occupants were about to leave for the dining room, one of the house elves returned with tired Mrs. Schwarber. "What seems to be the problem?" She had fifteen more minutes before she got to go home.

Harry was about to respond, but Jack beat him to it. "Harry is being charged for using the Patronus charm in a muggle inhabited area and for having a second animagus form."

Mrs. Schwarber was so surprised that her eyes became wide. Her demeanor then changed, and she snapped into lawyer mode. "You were right to contact me. Start at the beginning."

Arcturus motioned for everyone to sit and handed her the Ministry letter. As she read the letter, he explained how he and his nephew's sister were attacked by a couple of Dementors. "What were Dementors doing so far away from Azkaban? Why was there no investigation? Who sent them? And why is Harry being charged with having a second animagus form?"

The frowning lawyer responded, "all excellent questions," contemplating what to make of the situation. Deep in thought, she looked straight at the young man. "However, there is some good news. Starting with the law regarding animagi, the law clearly states that people have to register a form. Meaning only one! Legally they have nothing against you on that."

Harry snorted "this part I know," he mentally said.

"As for there not being an investigation of what Dementors are doing in the muggle world…" thinking her lips, "…that is oddly peculiar. They're stationed at Azkaban for a reason and only attack when given orders by a select few people."

Amelia spoke, "the Minister of Magic's office, myself as the Director of the DMLE, or if it was ordered by the Wizengamot," she left out the possibility of them acting under Voldemort's orders. During the last war, he coerced them into joining him. "Let me state for the record that Cornelius will require my signature to have a Dementor perform a kiss on someone. And I signed no such forms. In my case, I have never authorized the use of Dementors without the consent of the Wizengamot, and there was no session where they would send a pair of Dementors to attack someone without provocation."

Sucking in a breath, Liselotte continued, "this will likely be a stretch, but I'm positive you will be cleared of the charges. Even though you're a minor, the—"

"I have been a Lord for more than two years and emancipated," Harry interrupted.

She was gobsmacked by what he said. "Mr. Potter, can you say that again?"

"It's the truth," Dora said, coming in with Miwa "he has been an emancipated minor since the end of his second year at Hogwarts." She looked towards the other "Emily is safe and asleep upstairs."

Jack and Harry gave her a look of gratitude. "Excellent!" The latter was relieved that his sister was safe. "As for being the Lord of several houses, while I won't go into details, one of the reasons why I am emancipated is because Barty Crouch Jr. entered me into a competition meant for adults."

"Do you have the required paperwork?" she asked.

With a nod, he called Pipey, "Pipey can you bring my emancipation documents from the Lord's study?"

"It will be done," he popped away for a couple of minutes and returned with the documents. "Here are the documents," handing him the folder containing the paperwork.

Harry then gave the folder to Mrs. Schwarber and immediately read through the documents. "Unfortunately, that is not the only problem, as my magical core is currently in its maturing phases."

Her head immediately snapped up, and she gave him a critical look "run that by me again." He could hear the anger in her voice. Instead of saying anything, he showed her the arm bracelet on his right arm. He followed up by handing another folder with a set of appropriate documents stipulating that his core was indeed maturing. "Well, I say your chances of being cleared just increased exponentially."

"What do you mean?" Sirius looked at her questioningly.

"The reason why is because attacking someone who is undergoing his or her magical maturity is a very serious crime and is one of the sacred laws of the Wizarding world," she explained. "The law itself dates back to when the International Confederation of Wizards was first introduced. Given the evidence you've presented, there should be no reason why Mr. Potter should be cleared of all charges."

"You can even file charges of your own," stating a fact as this was her area of expertise.

"Go on…" Harry said, intrigued.

"Normally, in these situations, you will have to be questioned by the Director of the DMLE; in this case, Madam Black," gesturing to Amelia. "However, this is an abuse of power. It is impractical to hold a full criminal child for something like this. You can invite the reporters from the Daily prophet and have them broadcast the entire trial. After which, you can give a statement about your thoughts on the trial. What do you say?"

"Let's do it," a sadistic grin appeared on Harry's face. "Now, since this is being endorsed by Fudge and his lapdog Weatherby, we have a golden opportunity to severely damage their credibility."

"It will have to be something really good," a familiar voice entered the room. Severus was not a happy man at the moment. If looks could kill, then someone would already be dead. "Excuse my tardiness. I had some things to take care of, first."

"Dad," Harry greeted him.

"Not at all, Mr. Snape. Do you have anything to add?" Liselotte asked him.

"Like what Hadrian said…this is being endorsed by Fudge and Weasley. They will no doubt try to get Harry convicted." Severus's trademark sneer appeared but with more venom. Whoever sent Dementors after his son will soon be begging for the safety of Azkaban by the time he's done with them. "You should also be prepared as they will no doubt pull something underhanded."

"Don't you worry about that," Arcturus bit back, adding his own smirk. "I know how to manage them." He then gave Harry a knowing look. "I believe it's time you revealed your true status."

Harry snickered, knowing what his uncle was referring to. "Better buckle up, Mrs. Schwarber, as things are about to get chaotic." They spent the next hour or so going over what might and might not happen during the trial and preparing a set of contingencies. If Fudge and his entourage thought that he would just sit idly by and allow them their whims, then they had another thing coming. No matter how Fudge portrayed himself, he was still a politician, and like most politicians, they had a major weakness among others. In his case, that would be his image. Therefore, if he is put in a difficult position, then he'll crack. The Minister of Magic is a servant of the people and answerable to Wizengamot (the Ancient and Noble Houses). Should Fudge try to get him convicted or stop him from taking his seat amongst the Wizengamot, his tenure as Minister of Magic will be at risk.

Cornelius would be a fool to try and interfere with his right of ascension; in fact, this will be expected as they will have a few surprises in store for him or anyone. In three short days, heads will soon be rolling "…as for Lord Nott and his friends. I have something special in mind for them. Something neither they nor their families or friends will ever see coming or recover from."

She laughed, "you young man are more cunning than my other clients, not to mention exceptionally smart. If you ever want to become a lawyer, let me know," she half-joked. "All right, I believe we have everything. Let me know if there are any new developments." With that, she took her leave.

After ensuring that she was gone, Severus gave him a critical look "are you content with going down this route? This will bring more attention to you and paint a bigger target on your back."

"Better to have it done on our terms rather than our enemies," Harry replied. "I will speak with the council about this matter, though I have a feeling that they will be more angry with the current administration. And Madam Marchbanks has proven herself."

"And Amelia send word to the muggle police to have them arrest Dudley and his friends. I think the officers at the Scotland Yard might become very interested with those boys." He filled her in on their crimes and explained that she would have the arrest reports by the morning.

After that, they adjourned for the night. Instead of going to the master bedroom, he went to Emily's. Opening the door, he found her under the covers, fast asleep. Moving closer, he pulled the chair from her desk and sat down. He looked down at her; using one of his hands, he moved some of her hair behind her ear. She was one of the three people he cared for the most among his current family.

A/N: Hard to believe that Amelia is pregnant and Sirius will soon be a dad. Several of you will ask why Harry will still be the next Lord Black. Well, the decision is for Arcturus and Black's family magic to decide. Say what you want about Sirius, but he has indeed matured, albeit still acts like a man-child now and then.

As for the Dementors' attack, we all know it was Delores Umbridge. Believe me when I say that death will not come so easy for her as she will be an important character and instrumental to Fudge's downfall.

Also, Dudley and his friends deserved their fate. Bullies don't back down until you fight back and show you're not afraid.

Btw I have a couple things in stored for Book five but may require a little help.

Should I kill Lucius and Draco? Or Just kill Lucius and have Draco's magic taken away, turning him into a squib?

When will you like me to kill Voldemort? Book 5 or 6?

When the time comes, how do you want me to break Dumbledore? Lose his magic? Have all his crimes brought forward before the entire wizarding world? Make him relive his worst nightmares? Die a slow, agonizing death that will destroy his mind and body? Or all of the above?

I will give all of you a week to decide on these three categories.

Next Chapter: Unexpected Assistance. Part 1 of the trial: Oath and Humiliations.

Sidenote: Better break out the popcorn, pizza, sodas, and beers as these two upcoming chapters will be entertaining and shocking.
