The second confrontation
Meanwhile, as the sun soon set in, Willow, Gus, Vee, and Masha strolled down the street amidst the trick-or-treaters and the air thick with unease. "Ok, so our friend is killing people with an infamous serial masked killer from Illinois. That's never good." remarked Gus with a nervous chuckle, casting worried glances at his companions. Willow and Vee share his apprehension. "This is getting serious," said Vee. Willow nodded in agreement. Masha, however, remained composed as they continued down the dimly lit street, the distant wall of sirens punctuating the daytime. Three police cars raced past, adding to the tension.
"I'm sure they'll handle it," remarked Masha optimistically. But Willow could not shake the dread. "But what if they don't find her? What if more lives are at risk?" asked Willow. "We don't know that for sure." replied Masha. They proceed towards Masha's house, the weight of the uncertainty heavy upon. Masha climbs up the steps, they reach the door, and turn the knob with a hopeful smile. "Let's just try to see the bright side," said Masha. The Hexsquad looked at each other for a moment, and they agreed. "Alright. We trust you." said Gus. Masha smiles.
The scene cuts to the interior of the house as Masha opens the door and steps inside. "Mom, we're back!" called out Masha. Suddenly, they realized that the entire house was dim and quiet. The others followed them into the eerily quiet house. "Mom?" exclaimed Masha as they headed over to the kitchen. When Masha left, The Hexsquad had their senses on edge. "Something's not right." whispered Gus. Willow nodded in agreement. As they glance around the house, a blood-curdling scream shattered the silence, emanating from the kitchen. "Masha?!" shouted Vee. The group starts racing towards the source of the distress.
In the kitchen, Masha stood frozen, with their eyes wide with horror as they beheld their mother lying in a pool of blood from a single stab wound. "MOM!" cried out Masha, they're cry pierced the air as they knelt beside her, tears streaming down their face. Willow, Gus, and Vee rushed into the kitchen, the shock etched on their faces as they looked at the scene. "What happened?! Asked Vee with a dread evident in her voice. Masha looks at the Hexsquad. "She's gone.." choked Masha through her sobs. "Oh Titan..." exclaimed Gus with horror. Willow turns her head to Gus and grabs him by the shoulders. "Gus, go call for help! Call the police or something!" yelled Willow urgently. "Okay!" shouted Gus, and he ran out of the kitchen. Masha holds her mother's dead corpse in her arms, struck by her death. "Mom..." sobbed Masha.
The scene cuts to the living room. Gus dashed in the room to find a phone, and he located one lying on a stool. As his fingers were trembling, Gus dialed 9-1-1. His heart was pounding in his chest as he waited for a single response. Seconds stretched into eternity, but there was no answer. He frowns in confusion. "Why won't they pick it up?" exclaimed Gus. He started examining the telephone, only to discover that the cord had been cut. "What the...?" muttered Gus, with a sense of foreboding settling over him like a shroud of fear and confusion.
The scene transitions back to the kitchen, where Masha is still sobbing over their mother's tragic demise. Willow and Vee stand by, watching Masha's grief with heavy hearts. However, Willow's attention gets drawn to the pantry door. "Hm?" exclaimed Willow in confusion. The pantry door opens a creak as Willow approaches it, revealing that the palismen huddle inside. "Huh? What are you doing in the pantry?" asked Willow as she picked Clover out from among the palismen. Flapjack and Emmeline watch Willow hold up Clover. Clover looks at Willow, wide-eyed and frightened. She begins buzzing, convening the events that transpired earlier. Willow listens intently. Her expression shifts to one of horror as Clover mentions Michael Myers' name in their conversation.
Vee and Masha look at Willow and Clover having their conversation. "Is something wrong?" asked Vee. Willow's demeanor changes, her urgency palpable as she turns to face Vee and Masha. "Michael Myers is in the house!" exclaimed Willow with her voice tinged in fear. Vee and Masha's eyes widened in terror as they grasped the gravity of the situation. "What!? Oh shit!" cursed Vee, her voice starting to tremble. "We have to get out of here!" declares Masha. And without any hesitation at all, Willow, Vee, Masha, and the palismen flee from the kitchen.
The scene transitions back to a confused Gus looking at the cut cord. Willow and the others ran into the room. "Gus!" shouted Willow. Gus turns his head to the others. "Someone cut the phone cord." explained Gus. Willow grabs Gus' hand, urging him to move quickly. "Whoa! What's going on?!" exclaimed Gus. "No time! We have to leave!" replied Willow, running towards the front door. The Hexsquad raced to the front door, and Willow opened it. Before they could make their escape, Michael Myers suddenly appears in the doorway, his menacing presence sending shivers down their spines. The Hexsquad screams in terror as Michael strides into the house, slamming the door shut behind him. Reacting swiftly, Clover transforms into a staff in Willow's hand as she turns to face her friends. "You guys go, I'll handle Michael," said Willow. With a sense of urgency, the Hexsquad runs upstairs, leaving Willow alone to confront Michael.
Willow steadies herself and meets Michael Myer's dark gaze with defiance. "You may have had the upper hand before, but not this time. I won't let you win." declared Willow. Michael lunges forward, swinging his knife at Willow, but she manages to dodge his attack with nimble agility. Summoning spiky vines from the floor, Willow sends them hurtling towards Michael, only for him to swiftly slice through them with his knife. Undeterred, she leaps into the air, delivering a powerful kick to his back as he turns to face her.
The confrontation escalates as Michael continues to press his relentless assault, but Willow remains resolute, evading his strikes with graceful agility and countering with her own formidable skills. Willow delivers a powerful kick in Michael's leg, causing him to stagger momentarily, almost losing his balance. However, the masked killer swiftly recovers and advances menacingly towards Willow, his intent clear as he reaches out to grab her neck. Reacting quickly, Willow summons a thick vine from the ground, snaking it around Michael's arm and restraining him.
"Nice try." taunts Willow defiantly as Michael Myers struggles against the vine, attempting to free himself by stabbing at it with the knife. Unperturbed, Willow exerts her control over the vine, using it to forcefully slam Michael to the floor of the living room with a resounding thud. "Ha!" she exclaims triumphantly, a brief moment of victory washing over her. However, Michael rises from the floor, with his soulless determination unyielding. With her seizing the opportunity to defeat The Boogeyman, Willow charges towards him, aiming a punch at his face with all her strength. But Michael intercepts her fist with his own hand, halting her attacks on its tracks.
Willow's eyes widened in shock as Michael raised his fist, striking her a powerful punch in the face with a brutal force. The pain exploded through her as blood spurted from her mouth. "Ahh!" yelled Willow, recoiling from the punch. Before she could recover, Michael delivers a vicious kick to her stomach, sending her sprawling to the floor. But struggling to regain her bearings, Willow immediately summons a giant flower from her magic, using it to catch herself and break the fall. Michael looms over Willow, his kitchen knife glinting ominously in the dim light.
Michael tries to stab Willow, but she dodges his vicious lunge, narrowly avoiding the deadly blade as she scrambled to her feet. Determination flared within her as she soared into the air on her staff, aiming a desperate strike at Michael. But then, Michael somehow managed to seize her staff mid-flight, wrenching it from her grasp with a savage twist. Willow plummeted to the floor. "Ow!" exclaimed Willow in pain, dazed from her fall. Her heart started pounding with fear, adrenaline, and the struggle of rising. Michael drops the staff and walks towards Willow. Willow tried to regain her footing, and Michael's iron grip closed around her neck, squeezing the life from her with ruthless intent. Desperation clawed at her as she fought for breath, her vision swimming with darkness.
Willow attempted to save herself from Michael's stranglehold. But due to the chaos, voices echoed in Willow's mind, calling her a cruel nickname: Half-a-Witch Willow. Memories flooded her consciousness, painful reminders of rejection, and betrayal. Boscha's mocking taunts, Young Amity's betrayal, the horrors of The Day of Unity— they all converged, overwhelming her senses as she grappled with Michael's deadly grip The intense terror fueling Willow's actions surged within her, giving her the strength to summon a surge of adrenaline. With a sudden burst of determination, she lashed out, driving a powerful kick into Michael's chest with all her might.
The impact sent shockwaves through both of them, causing Michael Myers to release his grip on Willow's neck and stagger backward, his menacing facade momentarily shattered. Willow stumbled away from Michael, gasping for air. Her hand is trembling as she clutches her neck, reminiscent of the haunting sensation she had experienced, like how Luz attacked Amity last night. As Michael slowly began to rise up from the floor, Willow's heart raced with fear, her instinct urging her to escape. With a renewed sense of urgency, Willow sprang into action, pushing herself to her feet and bolting towards the stairs. Clover reverted to their usual form and followed Willow, with their wings fluttering with determination.
Michael Myers, his gaze fixated on Willow's retreating form, began to slowly rise to his feet, his silent menace casting a dark shadow over the scene as Willow and Clover made their desperate escape. Meanwhile, Camila is driving downtown streets of Gravesfield with Hunter seated behind her. Camila's frustration is palpable after the earlier encounter with Dr. Shatner, knowing that the situation with Luz and The Gravesfield Murders remains unchanged. Hunter observes the jovial scene of the trick-o-treaters gathering candy from people's houses. Hunter turns his head to Camila, breaking the silence. "So, what should we do now?" asked Hunter with his voice of uncertainty and his gaze meeting hers in the dimly lit car.
Camila looks at Hunter in the rearview mirror with an expression mixed with weariness and contemplation. She lets out a heavy sigh and responds to Hunter's little question. "I don't know," said Camila. Camila drives over to Masha's house and pulls up. Camila cuts the engine and steps out of the car. The weight of uncertainty is heavy upon her shoulders, which doesn't help with the unsolvable situation occurring. Hunter steps out of the car as well, until his senses are on high alert. He scans the surroundings with a foreboding feeling gnaws at him, warning of potential danger lurking within the confines of the house.
Camila walks towards the house, but Hunter stops her. "Hunter?" called out Camila, a bit puzzled about Hunter's hesitation. "I don't think we can go in there," said Hunter. Camila gets confused as her left eyebrow raises up. "What do you mean?" inquired Camila, searching for any clarification. Hunter looks at Masha's house. "I have a bad feeling that Michael Myers might be in the house." responds Hunter, his words laced with concern. Camila looks at the house, starting to agree with Hunter. "Get my bat." said Camila. Hunter approaches the back of the car and opens the backdoor. He eventually spotted the bat and picked it up. Hunter walks over to Camila, giving her the bat. Camila wields the bat, tightening her grip, and she walks over to the house. Hunter follows her.
Meanwhile, at the upper room, where Michael Myers ascends the stairs with deliberate steps. He surveys around the area in search of Willow and the rest of the Hexsquad, and he slowly walks down the hall. Each creak of the floor under his weight adds to the tension as Michael advances down the room. Inside Masha's bedroom, Willow, Gus, Vee, Masha, and the palismen stand ready, their makeshift defenses aimed at the door. Willow and Gus brandish their staff while Vee hides beneath the bed, and Masha grips a toy gun with a needle attached to the bullet, poised for action. Flapjack perches on Willow's shoulder as they all listen intently to Michael's approach.
Gus starts trembling with pure fear. "Oh Titan." said Gus, his voice quivering as he utters a prayer to the Titan. Willow looks at Gus, and she places her hand on his shoulder. Gus turns his head to Willow. "Don't worry, we got this." assures Willow, her own resolve unwavering as they await for the inevitable confrontation. Outside the door, Michael Myers stands motionless, his breathing heavy and labored. Just as he reaches for the doorknob, a voice calls out from downstairs. "Hello? Is anyone home?" called out a voice. That voice sounded like Camila as it echoed through the house, causing Michael to pause and turn his attention towards the source of the sound.
Back in the bedroom, Willow and the others hear Camila's voice and recognize it. "Luz's mom," said Willow. Willow approaches the door, attempting to open it, but finds it inexplicably locked. "What the?" exclaimed Willow. Frustration mounts as she tries to open the door with force. "Hey! Let us out!" yelled, Willow. The scene transitions back to Michael Myers, revealing that he locked the door with the chair. He turned his head downstairs and descended. In the main room, Camila and Hunter scan the area for any sign of The Boogeyman's presence. Hunter is armed with a golf club for defense. "Flapack. Willow. Gus. anyone?" called out Hunter. They keep looking until their attention is drawn by a slow creak coming from the stairs.
Camila and Hunter looked up to the stairs and saw Michael Myers descending towards him. Hunter gasps a little. "Shit." cursed Hunter. Camila stares at Michael, and she growls in anger. Michael walked down all the stairs and gazed at Camila and Hunter with those dead evil eyes of his. "You're going to pay for what you've caused, hijo de puta!" shouted Camila. Reacting swiftly, Camila swings the bat towards Michael's head, but he dodges the blow with unnatural speed. She tries again, only for Michael to effortlessly disarm her, sending the bat clattering to the floor. Camila's eyes widened in shock, and Michael raised his knife in the air. Once he was about to stab Camila, Hunter jumped into action.
Hunter leaps to Michael Myers, striking him in the back with the golf club, but it barely fazes him. "Get away from her!" shouted Hunter.Michael turns his attention to Hunter. Hunter tries to hit him again, but Michael immediately grabs the golf club and snaps it with ease. Hunter gets shocked when Michael breaks the club. Hunter stares at the broken piece that he's holding and then looks back at Michael before stabbing him in the leg. Michael grunts in pain from the stab. Hunter is left stunned and defenseless against the relentless force of evil before him.
Michael Myers grimaces as he tries to extract the broken club piece lodged in his leg, his movements labored in silent pain. Seizing the opportunity, Camila snatches the bat and swings with all of her might, connecting solidly with Michael's face. Michael crashes to the floor with a resounding thud, dropping the knife in the process. Camila rushes forward to Michael, intents on subduing him further by using the bat to strangle him. However, Michael retaliates, seizing the bat with both hands and pushing it back to Camila's efforts. Despite her relentless struggle, he manages to kick her in the stomach, knocking the wind out of her and causing her to stagger.
In a swift motion, Michael Myers disarms Camila of the bat and delivers a punishing blow to her face, rendering her unconscious with a pained cry. "Mrs. Noceda!" shouted Hunter. Michael turns his head to Hunter and rises up. The Shape walks towards Hunter with a menacing pose and pulls out the broken golf club piece from his leg. Hunter grabs the other broken piece and points it at Michael. "Stay back! I'm warning you!" shouted Hunter. While Michael advances, preparing to strike Hunter with the baseball bat, a basketball suddenly hurts towards him, hitting him in the face. "Hey!" shouted a voice. Hunter and Michael look upstairs to see Hunter look upstairs to see Willow, Gus, Vee, Masha, and the palismen.
Flapjack chirps cheerfully to see Hunter. He flies over him and turns into a staff. Hunter takes hold of the staff and starts teleporting to various places. Michael Myers attempts to hit Hunter while he teleports. Then, Hunter teleports behind Michael and lands a powerful kick on the head, causing him to stagger. Hunter teleports in front of Michael and plunges the broken club piece into his neck, eliciting a gush of blood that weakens Michael's resolve. While Michael attempts to remove the club piece, he begins to feel woozy and collapses to the floor, motionless.
Camila starts waking up. As she opens up her eyes, Camila sees Michael lying next to her. She gasps with fright and immediately gets up. Michael is not moving an inch, presuming that he might be dead. Willow, Gus, Vee, Masha, and the palismen stroll downstairs. Gus and Vee walk up to Camila. "Mrs. Noceda, are you okay?" asked Gus. Camila let out a sigh of relief, and she responded. "Yeah, I'm fine," said Camila. They gather around Michael Myers' motionless body, and uncertainty hangs heavy with air. Masha immediately picks up the bat and pokes The Shape with it. "Is he dead?" asked Vee. "I don't know." replied Hunter. Flapjack turns back to his form and flies over Hunter's shoulder.
Masha drops the bat, letting it clatter on the floor. "I think we should leave him here," said Willow. "Yep. that sounds like a good idea," said Gus, agreeing with her plan. Ultimately, they decided to leave Michael Myers on the floor and hastily exit the household, leaving behind the scene of their narrowing encounter. "Screw out, Michael!" shouted Gus before exiting the house. As they make their way out to the door, Masha suddenly feels a hand grasp their leg. "Ahh!" cried Masha as they fell to the floor. Masha looks behind their back, only to find Michael is still alive, dragging the non-binary teen to him. Vee turns to Masha being dragged by Michael, and she gaps in horror.
Masha tries to hold theirself from Michael Myers' grip. "No! Get off of me!!' yelled Masha. "Masha!!" yelled, Vee. Michael grabs Masha by the head and pulls them up. He grabs the kitchen knife and stabs Masha right through the neck. "MASHAAAAAAAAAAA!!!" yelled Vee loudly. Masha gasps as the knife is plunged into their neck. Michael pulls the knife out of Masha's neck, causing a huge splatter of blood to squirt out. Michael starts stabbing Masha in the neck multiple times as Vee watches in pure horror. Camila looks at Vee. "Vee, come on!" shouted Camila. Vee shallows in tears and runs away, leaving Michael stabbing Masha to death, leading the scene to fade to dead black.
Pinky promise
Meanwhile, at a small diner. Camila and the Hexsquad are sitting at a table, muted from the event that happened earlier. Camila is looking at the small TV, Willow is touching her neck with her right hand, Gus is looking traumatized as he is tapping his fingers on the table anxiously and Vee is laying her head on the table while shedding tears badly. Hunter seems normal, but he is still worried as usual. He swiftly turned his head to Willow, seeing her hand on her neck. "Hey, are you feeling alright?" asked Hunter. Willow looks at Hunter. "Uhhh…yeah." replied Willow. Hunter kept gazing at Willow, sensing the feeling that she was not fine. Camila kept looking at the small television, showing the news.
The news shows numerous photos of the victims, like a man got his face grilled to medium rare, and a woman getting her lower intestines sucked with a vacuum cleaner. Camila gets disgusted and disturbed from watching it. An employee holding a little notepad walks towards Camila and the Hexsquad on the table. "Hello, can I get you anything?" asked the employee. Camila sees the employee. "No, we're good," said Camila. Hunter looks at the employee. "Can I have a glass of water?" asked Hunter. "Good choice." replied the employee and walked away.
Someone walked into the diner, and it was Dr. Shatner. He spotted Camila and the Hexsquad, and he walked over them. "Mrs. Noceda." called out, Dr. Shatner. The Hexsquad sees Dr. Shatner approach them. Camila sees Dr. Shatner, but she immediately turns away with frustration. "Go away," said Camila. Willow, Gus, and Vee gazes at Camila. "Hm? Why do you want him to go away?" asked Willow. Camila looks at Willow as she sighed softly. "I don't want to talk about it." said Camila. Willow, Gus, and Vee look confused. Hunter was the one who explained what was happening between Camila and Dr. Shatner.
"Well, Dr. Shatner told us that he was Dr. Loomis' student. He told us about how evil infects a person, and he didn't realize it before Luz became evil." explained Hunter. Camila crosses her arms in anger. "He didn't give a shit about it either," said Camila. Willow, Gus, and Vee turn their heads to Dr. Shatner. "Mrs. Noceda, I wanted to apologize. I know that Evil spreads quicker than good. It's always vigilant for those who are mentally broken or drained. You have to understand that." said Dr. Shatner. Camila decided to ignore Dr. Shatner. Gus stares at Camila. "Wow, you really screwed up big time, Doc." said Gus. "Yeah. And I bet Amity will not like this either." said Willow.
"I know that, but this is my first time witnessing Evil. I never saw what evil affects a person until now." said Dr. Shatner. Camila looks through the window, still ignoring Dr. Shatner. "But that is not the worst part. Look at the TV." said Dr. Shatner as he pointed to the TV. Willow, Gus, Hunter, and Vee look at the TV, as the news shows footage of a woman being stabbed in the back multiple times by Luz Noceda. The woman cries in agony when Luz plunges the knife on her back. They get easily disturbed. "Oh Titan." exclaimed Willow. Camila moves her head a little and looks at the TV. She watches the footage in silence of anger and yet sadness. "She has already killed forty-seven people in Gravesfield with Michael Myers. And the authorities couldn't get her." said Dr. Shatner.
Dr. Shatner gazes at Camila. "I'm sorry. I really am. The truth is I can't do this alone." said Dr. Shatner. Camila kept being silent until she broke it. "I don't care how long it takes." exclaimed Camila. Everyone looks at Camila. "I don't care how long the murder will take, but we're going to stop them," said Camila. Hunter starts to agree with Camila. "I'm with Camila on this one," said Hunter. The Hexsquad joins in. "If you're stopping Michael Myers or Luz, then we'll help you," said Willow. "Me too," said Gus. Vee wipes the tears from her eyes. "I'm in." sniffed Vee. Camila turns her head to Dr. Shatner. "As for you, I don't know if I'll let you join in or something," said Camila. "But you promise me you won't walk out on this." said Camila. Dr. Shatner nods. "Yes, I promise." Camila pulls out her pinky finger. "Is that a pinky promise?" asked Camila.
Dr. Shatner pulls out his pinky. "Pinky promise," said Dr. Shatner. Camila and Dr. Shatner held their pinky fingers together and shook. The employee walks to the table and hands Hunter a glass of water. "Here you go," said the employee. "Thanks," said Hunter. The employee leaves the table, and Hunter starts drinking some water. "Right. So, how exactly are we going to stop them?" asked Willow. "Exactly, Michael is too strong. No matter how many times we hit him, he kept getting himself up." said Vee. "It's not too late to try again, even if they're willing to kill us." said Dr. Shatner. Vee looks at Dr. Shatner and inhales sharply. "Don't worry. I know exactly what we'll do. Because I already have a plan." said Camila.
Self-hate
Meanwhile, at a house. There was a Halloween party going on lately, but now it's just a bloody mess with lots of corpses in every room of the house. Thirty people were brutally murdered during the party, all thanks to Luz Noceda and Harold. The scene fades to Luz sitting on the stairs, watching one of her victims lose a lot of blood. A girl wearing a sexy nurse costume has been stabbed in the neck, trembling violently on the bloody floor as blood sprays uncontrollably. She reaches her right hand towards Luz, trying to strangle her, but the girl dies afterward.
Luz breathes heavily behind the mask. She turns her head to the left, only to find Harold inside the living room. Harold is making a jack-o-lantern with a man's decapitated head as he makes a halloweenie face and scoops out the eyes and brain. Luz kept looking at Harold, making a jack-o-lantern human head, until she lowered her head down and changed her gaze to her left arm. She begins unrolling her sleeve, only to reveal some cut marks on her arm. Luz has been cutting herself recently, ever since she was framed as a killer to the whole town. Luz pulls out a small knife and gives herself a cut on the wrist. The newly fresh cut began to bleed, even though Luz didn't care anymore. She basically wants everyone to suffer, but most importantly, Luz wants to punish herself for messing up badly at the demon realm. Luz rolls up her sleeve and gets herself up.
Luz was about to leave, but then a certain voice called for her. "Hey…uhhh, me." said a voice. Luz finds the voice sounding very familiar. She turns her head to the mirror on her right, only to find her past self in the mirror. Luz breathes heavily and violently as she spotted her past self in the mirror. "Luz, look at what you have become. This isn't the real you." said Past Luz. Luz angrily stares at Past Luz, with the dead silence surrounding the area. She walked towards the mirror and kept staring at her past self. "I don't think that murder is the best solution to all of your problems, Luz. It never was." assured Past Luz. Luz doesn't give herself a single response.
One of the party goers named Derek, a friend of Josh, is hiding under the staircase. Derek looks at Luz Noceda, staring at her own reflection in the mirror as he covers his mouth, preventing any sound. Derek couldn't see what Luz was seeing right now. Eventually, he slowly turns his head to the right, spotting the backdoor in the kitchen. So Derek thought that it would be a good time to leave the house immediately while The Shape II was distracted. And that is exactly what he is doing at this very moment. Derek begins to slowly rise out from the staircase, not making a sound to get Luz's attention and starts sneaking towards the backdoor in the kitchen.
While Derek makes his escape, Past Luz keeps convincing her future self to stop what she is doing. "Come on, you're better than this. You're just bringing the people of Gravesfield suffering, and you know that's never a good thing." convince Past Luz. Luz kept staring at her past self with a menacing stare, holding the knife tightly. "Your friends are worried about you. Your girlfriend is worried about you. They don't want to see you murder all those innocent people." said Past Luz. Luz couldn't respond to her past self. Because of that, Luz hates herself for the way she is and is in the demon realm. And for what she did in the demon realm, Luz could never forgive herself, even what she's been through.
"Please, let them help you-" convinces Past Luz. But then Luz raises the knife and angrily stabs the mirror with it. The shatter of the mirror was so loud that it almost made Derek let out a gasp. Luckily, Derek covered his mouth. Derek quickly opens the backdoor, only to find Harold waiting for him. Derek lets out a gasp when he encounters Harold. Harold points a shotgun to Derek's facial area and shoots him in the lower jaw. Derek's lower jaw explodes into bloody junks, and he screams violently. Luz turns her head to the kitchen, seeing Derek badly injured. Derek tries to run to the front door, but Luz blocks the way out. Luz pulls the knife out of the broken mirror. She walks towards Derek and stabs him in the lower jaw, all the way to the head.
Without hesitation or any accurate knowledge, Luz slices Derek's face by pulling the knife out. Derek gargles in his own blood, and he topples down to the floor, dying from blood loss. Harold gazes at the dead body of Derek and lifts his head up to Luz. Luz is remaining silent for a few seconds. She takes a deep breath and strolls out of the house. Once Luz walks out of the house, Harold closes the backdoor. The scene would fade to the amount of blood-soaked corpses left in the living room, then the dining room, then the upper room, and finally, the stairs. The scene transitions to the outside of the house as the cheerful sounds of trick-or-treaters conquer the background. Then the scene slowly fades to black, and the sounds dye down.
