[Author's Note: This is a fanfic with Tony Stark and a Female Harry Potter. Tony Stark may be a little bit out of character sometimes. Plus I wanted to write another time travel fanfic but with Tony and Harry this time.]

Harriet Phoenix Jasmine Potter had just defeated Lord Voldemort at the age of seventeen and she was trying to decide if she wanted to go back to Hogwarts to do redo her seventh year or not; because she had managed to learn to defend herself while working/training with MI6 as well as the British Royal Navy that she had secretly worked for almost three years.

She only let those that she had truly trusted with this information and she had found out of the truth about a few people that had pretended that they had actually cared for her and was secretly stealing from her without her knowledge. She knew that her true friends and family to her were loyal and were moving forward in their lives. So, she requested that those that were truly loyal to her as well as the Queen of England and her boss from MI6 to come to Gringotts for a brief meeting.

Gringotts Bank...

Draco, his parents, and several others arrived at Gringotts and the goblin that had met them at the entrance to a huge meeting room. Most of the witches and wizards were surprised to see the Queen of England here at a Wizarding Bank but still showed their respect to her.

Meanwhile, Molly, Ginny, Ron, and Hermione had just entered to get their money for school things unaware that they were getting ready to be on trial with the Goblins from stealing from one of their most financial clients, Lady Harriet Phoenix Jasmine Potter. Also, they were completely unaware that Lady Harriet Phoenix Jasmine Potter was planning to change some things by traveling back in time before she turned eighteen and how far she was going to go back was about probably eleven years or so she assumed.

Inside the room...

Harriet was talking with Ragnarok and Griphook about she was doing because of what she had found out and how she was changing her last name to Prevell but still be related to the Potters. They had just had finished going over things; when her most trusted friends and family arrived ; which she decided to explain everything once again in order to let them know what she was doing as well as to why she was doing it.

"Potter, what's going on?" Draco questioned.

Harriet faced Draco and the others and said, "I'm leaving Britain, Draco."

"Why?" Neville said.

"I just feel like I don't think my future is here but my future may be in the past." Harriet said cryptically .

"What does that mean, Harri?" George asked.

"It means that I'm basically traveling back in time to about eleven years; but my name will be different because of me doing this, I believe a few things may change in a way." Harriet said.

"What will you be going by once you're in the past, Harriet?" Andromeda asked curiously.

"My name will be Phoenix Jasmine Selene Peverell. Although, I might be starting a new in the past; you all will always be my true friends and family. While in the past, I may also find my soulmate/my other half." Harriet said.

"Then we shall wish you well, Lady Peverell and bless your marriage to your chosen that fate has for you." Luna said dreamily.

Harriet just smiled and explained more about what she was doing and was possibly going to do once she does this. She also told them about the story that the goblins had helped her to come up with.

Once she finished telling them; they all hugged her and wish her the best and in fact blessed her when she meets her soulmate and they wed/bond with each other.

Harriet smiled and disappeared back in time.

Moments later, Molly, Ginny, Ron, and Hermione saw the others coming out of what was one of the meeting rooms at Gringotts. They wondered what had gone on in that room. However, little did the know that their timeline was changing a bit.

Here's where our story begins for the timeline to change in 1987...

Phoenix had just arrived at MCUSA headquarters in New York when someone approached her immediately.

"Excuse me, but are you Phoenix Peverell?" The woman asked curiously.

Phoenix turned and said, "Yes, I am. Why?"

"You're related to the Potters, yes?" The woman asked.

"I am. James Potter is one of my cousins, why? And who are you?" Phoenix asked curiously.

"I'm sorry to inform you, Ms. Peverell; but your cousin, James and his wife, Lily were murder on October 31, 1981 and we had no way of reaching you. My name is Penny Blair and I am witch just as you are." The woman said.

Penny noticed that Phoenix looked like she was about to cry then Phoenix asked, "What happened? And where I'd their son, Harrison James Potter?"

"All we know is that the Dark Lord, Voldemort arrived at the Potter home at on All Hallows Eve which no-Maj call Halloween. Harrison is being called 'The Boy Who Lived ' but we don't know where he is and neither does anyone in Magical Britain." Penny said.

Phoenix sighed and said, "This is so tragic and I hope the Potters' wills were followed."

"Well, we don't know. However, Sirius Black was arrested and thrown into prison for the death of the Peter Pettigrew as well as betraying the Potters." Penny told her.

"What?! Sirius Black did the godparent ritual! Which means that his magic would have killed him!" Phoenix said enraged.

Penny gasped because she knew that Phoenix was right.

"Lord James Charlus Potter was my cousin! His son, Harrison is by all rights Heir Potter!" Phoenix said angrily, "Lady Magic, hear my plea, should there be foul play let Harrison be emancipated before his seventeenth birthday and let him chose the repercussions for those who have betrayed the Potter, Black, and Peverell Bloodlines if there is no chance of redemption for them, so smote it be!"

"So smote it be." Penny said in agreement with Lady Peverell.

Somewhere in London...

Albus Dumbledore was meeting with Molly Weaseley to discuss a marriage contract between Harry Potter and Ginny Weaseley; when he felt a tremble in magic but he ignored it because he didn't think anything of it.

However, little did he know that that tremble that he felt in magic was literally going to change things and his so called plans for Harry Potter.

At Private Drive Number Four...

Harry Potter was seven years old when he felt a strange surge of something that he couldn't exactly explain; it was almost as if someone or something was protecting him like what some people called a guardian angel or something.

Back in the states...

After Phoenix left MCUSA, she was going to find a place to live in for a bit while she was here. However, she was a bit depressed and saddened over the death of her cousin and his wife. She didn't even realize that she had bumped into someone until she heard, "Hey, beautiful. What's wrong?"

Phoenix looked up and saw the beautiful brown-ember whiskey colored eyes that she had ever had. Then she said, "I have just returned from my travels and learned that my cousin and his wife were murdered on Halloween in Britain. Also, no one knows where their son is."

The young man's went wide with shock and said, "I'm so sorry to hear that, Miss."

"Thank you." Phoenix said.

"You're welcome, Miss...?" The young man said.

"Peverell, Phoenix Peverell." Phoenix said.

"Well, Miss Peverell, my name is Anthony Edward Stark but I go by Tony. Would you mind if I call you, Nix for short?" Tony asked.

"Sure, that's fine, Tony." Phoenix said.

"Let me introduce you to my parents, my great aunt, and my friend." Tony said.

Phoenix seemed a bit surprised that Tony wanted her to meet his parents, his great aunt as well as his friend. She almost felt as if she was Tony's girlfriend who was meeting the parents for the first time. When Tony introduced her to them; she was actually stunned that they accepted her.

Of course, they asked her a lot of questions and she answered them, but when Howard asked her about her parents; she simply told them the truth in a way.

Maria gasped at learning that the young girl had been abused by her Aunt and Uncle as well as her cousin on her mother's side. Maria also noticed that Tony was in shock at hearing everything that the young woman had said and was hugging her.

Peggy was in shock as well as Howard to say the least.

Rhodey looked at the girl and said out of the blue, "You look like you could be a girl that could date Tony."

Phoenix looked at Rhodey and said, "Tony is a good guy and any girl that takes advantage of that is completely stupid in my opinion because sometimes you can't find a good guy that doesn't lie to your face and thinks that all will be forgotten as well as forgiven when they wanted a relationship with because something was thrust upon you and they wanted you not for you but they wanted you because you had money!"

Rhodey was shocked that this young woman was very opinionated but he also noticed that she could joke around with Tony who liked to joke as he watched Tony interacting with her. He wasn't the only one that was noticing it either.

Howard, Maria, and Peggy watching Tony talking with the young woman. It was like it was love at first sight for Tony but they weren't sure if it was the same for Phoenix.

"So, do you live here?" Tony asked curiously.

"I'm actually looking for a place. I just returned from my travels and recieved the news about my cousin and his wife. My cousin always saw me as a little sister, by the way." Phoenix said.

"Well, what exactly looking for in a place?" Tony asked.

"I'm not exactly sure, Tony. I mean I would like a place that feels cozy and like home I don't if I want to return to Britain right now until I know what I am to expect from them. Since I need time to process the information and mourn without being in the spotlight. However, I will be trying to figure out where my nephew, Harrison is as well." Phoenix said.

"I'll even help you search for your nephew, Nix because I can tell that you consider that family is important to you." Tony said.

Phoenix smiled at Tony and said, "Thank you, Tony. I know that you don't have to though, Tony but I am happy to have the help."

Howard was surprised that his son was willing to help Phoenix. That he decided to say, "Phoenix, you'll have the help of the entire Stark family as well as our support in finding your nephew. All I ask is that you also don't let your grief over take you."

Phoenix looked at Howard and said, "Mr. Stark, I think you need to take some of your own advice as well. However, I do consider family important whether they are blood or not because sometimes friends can even become family and when you lose them; it is hard. Also, thank you for the help."

Howard blinked but he understood what she was saying because Steve Rogers was his friend almost like a brother. Then he said, "You're welcome, Phoenix."

Tony had been surprised that his father wanting to help Phoenix as well as giving her backing to do so from the family. He was also surprised that Nix had told his father to take his own advice which as far as he knew; no one had ever told his father to do that.

Rhodey was even shocked that Tony's dad wanted to help the young woman.

Peggy looked at the young woman and said, "I know you said that you are from Britain but what travels are coming back from?"

"Would you believe that I was working for MI6?" Phoenix said looking at Peggy.

Peggy's eyes went wide with shock.

"You work British Intelligence?" Howard questioned.

"Yes, I do. I just finished my mission and informed my boss as well as the Queen that I was going to take time off for a while. However, the Queen agreed that I needed time away from everything; she also insisted that I be on call just incase but I might not be called in unless she really needs me." Phoenix said.

"You look the same age as Tony!" Rhodey said in shock.

Phoenix looked at Rhodey and said, "I started working in special division in MI6 when I was fourteen and only those that I truly trusted knew about my job. My cousin was literally shocked that I was willing to do something dangerous but then he didn't have the right to talk because he was sort of doing the same thing on the special unit of the police force of the British Police."

Howard and Peggy couldn't help but get this feeling that there was something that Phoenix was hiding.

"I'm just curious, but you wouldn't be related to a Charlus Potter, would you?" Howard asked curiously.

Tony wondered why his father was asking her that. Then he watched Phoenix for a moment then he heard her answer, "Yes, he was my great grandfather where his son was like a father thus why my cousin, James and I became like siblings because they raised me until I started my job."

"Then you're probably aware of Captain America." Howard said.

"Yes, but just because I am aware of him since the Potters fought beside him. However, if I ever do meet the man; I will ask him if he knows a man named Albus Dumbledore!" Phoenix said upset.

Howard's eyes went wide and so did Peggy's eyes. Then Peggy asked, "How do you know Dumbledore?"

"Met him once. That man makes me feel uncomfortable like he's hiding something and doesn't want anyone to know about it." Phoenix stated.

So, they continued to talk for a while then Phoenix thought that it was time for her to leave and to search for a place to live. She also told them that it was nice meeting them.

Time Skip to February 1989*

Phoenix had finally adjusted to living in New York and apparently there had been a property that had belonged to the Peverell Family and every so often when the Starks were in New York; Tony would visit her and they would talk with each other. However, today was different because Howard, Maria, and Tony because the Starks were dressed in elegant clothes that she had to wonder what was going on.

"Hello, Nix." Tony said embarrassed.

"Hi, Tony. What's going on?" Nix questioned curiously.

"Well, I will let my dad explain but I think it's weird for him to suggest such a thing to you since we've been dating for a while." Tony stated.

"I'll probably agree with you, Tony. However, let me hear what your parents have to say and let me make that decision for myself, Tony." Phoenix suggested.

"Okay, Nix. But I still think it's weird." Tony said rolling his eyes.

Phoenix just laughed.

Howard cleared his throat to gain both Tony's and Phoenix's attention. Both Tony and Phoenix looked at Howard and Maria was standing beside him.

"Phoenix, we understand that you may not like about what we are about to suggest even though; you and Tony have been dating for a year." Maria stated.

"Okay, but I will listen." Phoenix said.

"Would you be willing to be in an arranged marriage with Tony?" Howard asked bluntly.

Phoenix was actually surprised that Tony's father was suggesting that her and Tony be in an arranged marriage. She wasn't exactly sure what to expect from Howard Stark but an arranged marriage between her and Tony wasn't exactly what she been expecting.

"Dad, I told you that Nix wouldn't like this idea!" Tony said suddenly.

Howard looked at Tony and said, "Son, she hasn't exactly what she thinks, yet."

"I'll do it!" Phoenix said suddenly.

Howard and Tony both looked at Phoenix in surprised. However, Maria asked, "Are you absolutely sure, Phoenix."

Phoenix looked at Howard, Maria, and Tony and said, "I'm absolutely sure. Tony introduced me to you both even before we were dating which I admit that was a bit different. However, I do love Tony for who he is and it doesn't matter to me that he's rich because he's still human and money doesn't matter to me. The only thing that matters me is Tony because he liked me for me not because I came from a wealthy family like he did. He loved me for being myself and I have enjoyed that tremendously."

Howard and Maria both smiled at her and they realized that it was possible that Tony and Phoenix were probably what Charlus Potter had called soulmates.

"What kind of wedding would you want, Phoenix?" Maria asked curiously.

"I don't care if Tony would like to have a big wedding ceremony or even a small private wedding with only friends and family. I would be happy with either one because I will be marrying someone that I truly love." Phoenix said.

Tony was surprised that Phoenix truly loved him for him being himself and didn't care that he was rich compared to the other girls that he use to date; because once the girls found out who he was, they wanted to go beyond first base and he didn't.

Phoenix looked at Tony and said, "Are you upset that I would agree to the arranged marriage?"

Tony looked at Phoenix and said, "No, I am just surprised because if my father had suggested that with any other girl; she jump right at it but she wouldn't probably have loved me for me like you do, Nix."

So, they continued talking a lot about what type of wedding that thought would be good and when they would have it; plus, Howard told Phoenix that he was aware that magic exists and it was an honor to have a witch marry into the family. He also mentioned that he and Charlus had mentioned that we would to unite their families somehow but apparently it never became a reality until now.

Time Skip to Christmas Eve 1989*

Tony was literally pacing back and forth because he was nervous because he was getting married today to his girlfriend, Phoenix Peverell.

"Tones, are you ready?" Rhodey asked.

"Yeah, it's just that I wish Nix's nephew could be here to see his Aunt that truly cares for him. I know we've searching for him while we were dating and we still are." Tony said.

"How old would the young boy be now?" Rhodey said.

"He's probably nine years old now, Rhodey. I just wish there was some way that he could be here with us and for him to know that we are looking for him, Rhodey." Tony said.

Somewhere in a cupboard under the stairs...

Harry Potter was sleeping and wanting to be found by someone new. However, he seemed to be dreaming of the same dream of flying motorcycles and a green light; then suddenly the dream changed.

~ Harry's New Dream ~

He was standing beside two men and there were people sitting in chairs while they were standing. Then suddenly music began to play and he saw several walking down the pathway that led to where he was standing with the two men. Then he heard the next sound of what was considered the Wedding March and looked just as everyone else did.

He saw a woman with black raven hair with red highlights in it. She was wearing a beautiful white dress that looked like snowflakes on it. Then he heard a small gasp coming from the man with brown-ember whiskey colored eyes as he he was staring at the young woman in white walking down the pathway.

When the young woman reached them; they began saying something.

Moments later, The man and the woman kissed and walked back down the pathway.

~ Harry's Dream Ended ~

Harry had woken up from the strange dream that he had just dreamed. He wondered what his dream actually was and it wasn't until he heard a bit of news that said the Christmas Eve Wedding of Anthony Edward 'Tony' Stark and Phoenix Jasmine Selene Peverell had just taken place in the Peverell Family home in New York and it had started snowing on their happy day.

"Why would someone marry on Christmas Eve?" Petunia said.

"I don't know, Pet. They're bloody Americans." Vernon said.

Harry blinked as he had snuck a peak at the telly and saw the beauty of the wedding and he realized that he had dreamed about a wedding.

Back in New York...

Tony and Phoenix were heading to MCUSA to file the marriage license with the American Magical World for them to have a copy. Since they did both ceremonies for it be known in both worlds. Now that was done, they decided to go on their honeymoon now as well as to continue their search for Harry Potter.
