Arthur's disclaimer: I do not own Pokemon! Hey everyone, finally got done the next chapter of this story. Took awhile figuring out what Chapter 32 will be about, and wanting to take a breather from emotional chapters for both myself and my readers. So what better way than to have a chapter entirely focus on our favorite trio XD Team Rocket.
Now there isn't a whole lot of action going on here, or anything intense. But the opportunity was there for me with this trio, to go and introduce not only their base of operation of HQ, but also introducing a new villain into the story. One who will hopefully be a good one, a long term one that will take Tey's place.
Reason for this is because I am unable to contact to the creator of said Character, and without anyway of contacting them. I will have to remove the character out from the story- WHEN Ash actually does fight and meet him. But after that I'll have to remove him, on the account the reasoning above.
So yeah hope you all like this new villain's introduction into the story, and the threats he will bring. So without further adieu! Enjoy and have fun reading!

Last time with Team Rocket, high above the sky a twinkle could be seen flashing. Followed by group of screaming soon after, with Jessie, James and Meowth. All falling straight down towards the ground from their recent defeat crashing hard and fast with a loud BOOM!
With the trio spread out from one another when they impacted the ground. Jessie back up against a tree bark, James hanging off from a branch with his stomach. While Meowth upper body is inside a bush; all three of them groaning out in pain and defeat. Miserable at that matter of what happened to them along with how long they been flying.
Had Jessie letting out a low growl of irritation, before sitting upright and throwing her arm down to her side, then crossing them under her chest. "Dammit, dammit, dammit! For crying out loud why can't anything go our way!" She screamed, alerting her two allies. With Meowth popping out from the bush and shaking his head. "Those stupid Pokemon getting in our way, of stealing and possibly taking that Buneary from the spot! But nooo!" She then closed her eyes and lifted her head up.
"Like the twerp, they have to be noble and start saving the Pokemon life! Despite her being a wild Pokemon!" Exclaimed Jessie as she glares at no one in particular. "Not only that but we also lost all those savings we gotten during the food truck of ours. From that annoying Lickitung!"
James after recovering and easing his way off the branched, hanged from it and dropped to ground level with Jessie and sighs. "Not to mention that we saved up, would have relieved us from all the debt we've gotten." Informed the man while sitting with his legs tucked in. "That Lickitung definitely made a mockery out of us."Then smiled. "Good thing we caught it though! We can sell it off and make amazing money off from it!"
Meowth walked on over to the two and nods, "Agreed, though if we're going to be selling it. We should probably sent it too the boss first though. He has been waiting for us, to get some new Pokemon to catch and report in." Informed the feline while sighing. "Honestly, I just want all this trouble behind us and just report back to base."
Making Jessie to nod lightly and then looks around where they landed. Seeing that they were in a forest like region, with some open spaces in the distance and some mountain's. That looked like Mount moon in the distance. "And considering how far we blasted off... I hate to say, we're back on the western part of the region." Groaned the woman and throws her arms up. "Which means were miles away from Pikachu!"
"But that also saves us trouble from heading too our HQ." Smiled James. "Since we're already here and the blast off, helping us this time around. We can just head on over to HQ and report in." Chuckle James, while he is getting up and dusting himself off. Having Jessie to stay in her pose for a bit and blinking her eyes, then laughing lightly.
"Well that is a good way of putting things." Giggle the woman and hops onto her feet. With Meowth nodding cheerfully, "after all- we are proficient when it comes to our job. I'm sure the boss will be happy to see us, along with the new Pokemon we have in our possession!" She smiled and looks to Meowth. "Which by the way, what Pokemon we have?"
"Well besides Lickitung, the only new Pokemon we really have is that Victreebel." Informed the cat, while rubbing his chin. "Guess could say Weezing and Arbok too- but they're your partner Pokemon. And knowing we can't really use them for our reports." He informed and then sighs. "Honestly, the rarest one we have right now is that Lickitung. Hopefully, be enough to sooth the boss."
James then groan, "Honestly not sure or picture what the boss will even do with Lickitung. Have anything usefulness to it." Stated the man towards his comrades, wondering what use will the tongue Pokemon have for their leader, Giovanni? Having the other two think it over and wonder what could be useful for the Pokemon, but were coming up with blanks.
"Oh well, we don't have to worry about it right now. We're here now, so let's head back to Viridian city, go to our base and start reporting in." Informed Jessie while shrugging her arms and shaking her head. "That and we need a break from all of this following the twerp around." She sated and began walking.
"Yeah good idea, we should probably take a break from following the twerp and trying to catch Pikachu. Won't do us any good, if we're exhausted." Cackle Meowth, following Jessie and James back to Rocket's headquarters. Along with looking up towards the evening sky and the stars that were beginning to appear.
"Maybe we might get an important mission, if we do give them Lickitung." Chuckle James. "After all, Lickitung are rare Pokemon- you can never find them anywhere or in large groups as well." And then grabs his Pokemon guide. "Even says here that in order to even find a Lickitung, you will have to go into untouched territory. Or have an area filled with delicious aroma of foods and berries." He quoted from the book.
Having Jessie to wave her hand, "Yeah, yeah-" then smiled. "But it is good to think positive. Especially what we've been through." Then gave quite a creepy smile. "I betcha Cassidy doesn't even have this type of Pokemon at all. Oh it will feel good to see the shock expression on her face, once we get there and show her we have a rare Pokemon!"
Making Meowth to sigh and shake his head, "Don't get to cocky Jess. Cassidy and Bub, tend to get a lot of Pokemon than we ever do. So, don't be upset to learn they may have also gotten a rare Pokemon." Stated the cat while opening one eye halfway towards her. Watching the proud woman to slouch her shoulders and then hummed.
"Good point," Then Jessie looks to him. "But one can always dream right?" She smiled and had Meowth grinning as well, laughing with the woman. With James joining in with the laughter. "Oh well, let's go team, greatness is waiting for us and possibly a promotion!" Cheered the woman, having James and Meowth cheering with her! As they began dashing through the dirt road, heading back to Viridian city where they hope and dream, they will be getting a promotion and possibly new equipment to work with as well!
Unaware that they were biting more than they can chew, for who they will be soon partner up with. That has quite a scary and worrisome way of collecting rare and valuable things in the world. Including rare Pokemon. One who will go the miles just to retrieve what they want and without having a care in the world if he has to beat his competitors into getting it. That both Team Rocket and our hero will soon know!

Chapter 32: Team Rocket and the Deranged Collector!

Team Rocket Headquarters, a place well hidden from the public eyes and even the police force. Surprisingly deep within the city of Viridian city. One building nobody ever suspects or even intrude on. They walk by this place many times before, never once making any glances towards said building.
Said Team Rocket works under the shadows or in this case, under the city. Their base is currently connected to the gym of the city. But no way for anyone to discover it or even think about looking. It is so well hidden, only those who work with Team Rocket. Knows where the hidden entrance is or location of said base.
And just like any organization- the headquarters of the base is very well high-tech. Having your everyday modern technology and computers that is no expense for this organization. With the money they get and receive for selling valuable rare Pokemon through the black market? There is no modern technology they could buy and get, without raising any kind of suspicion.
Within the facility and corridors of nice carpet rugs, metallic yet- clean smoothed walls. With openings and one way through windows. Our favorite trio has arrived by coming down from an elevator, to then stepping on out and walking over towards the reception desk. Where employee's of Team Rocket, goes and verifies the ID's to those who are working them and check over their portfolio.
"Jessie, James and Meowth;" The woman behind the desk began saying while handing them their id's back. Having quite a scary scowl on her face, "You haven't been sending in your reports as of lately. Nor, have you recently sent in Pokemon you have captured or taken from other trainers. Within the last couple of months." Then lower her head a bit. "I hope you have a good reasoning for this?"
Which had the trio flinching lightly and lightly gritting their teeth sheepishly. Before Jessie began laughing lightly while rubbing her hands. "Actually we have a very good reason for why...our report been late as of recently." Stated the woman while then waving a finger. "We were out scouting for very, very rare Pokemon! So rare that nobody could ever find them!"
Which had the woman at the desk raise a brow. "That's right!" James began saying after Jessie. "You won't believe what kind of troubles we had to go through, in order to finding said rare Pokemon!" Grinned the man and rubs the back of his neck. "We went and caught the very rare Pokemon, Lickitung!"
"Oh?!" The woman widen her eyes greatly, quite impressed with this. "Have you now and you won't be lying to me right?" Then shook her head with a snicker. "I have been told many times by our regulars and even rookies of Team Rocket, that they too found one. But always end up lying," she then grinned at the trio. "But considering the three of you have been working here for a long while. I might believe you." Then sat down on the chair and began typing on the computer. "Alright then, if you DO have the Pokemon. Place it on the scanner."
The trio nodded happily as Jessie went ahead and grabs the ball, placing it onto the scanner and waits for it to be read. And once the lights were finishing scanning the Pokeball, the secretary nearly leaps out from her chair and had quite the shock expression. Earning beaming smirks from the trio, "N-No way!? That, that is impossible!" Exclaimed the woman as she look towards the screen once more. While then typing away to verify the Pokemon.
"It's...true, you-you did caught a Lickitung!" Smiled the woman and look towards the trio. "Sorry had doubted you, but knowing my-" Then smiled when the trio waved it off.
"Oh don't ya worries, we know what you had to go through. Especially when new recruits talk all big and bad. Wanting to impress the boss and make lies like these." Meowth stated and happily hops onto the desk. "Now if you wouldn't mind, think we could get an audience with the boss? Show him ourselves that we caught this Pokemon."
"I'll try, though right now he is in a meeting with an old friend." The woman stated and had the trio blinking their eyes. "Which makes sense for you not hearing about him. But I heard he is quite the collector, especially when it comes to rare and valuable Pokemon." She explained. Then look to the computer, "Though I have no doubt Giovanni wants to see you. He did tell me, that if you three don't report in- to have you be sent to him personally."
Which had the trio chuckling nervously, figuring that was the case before coming here. They haven't reported in a long time- no doubt the boss will be curious of what they are doing, or what the hell they been up to as of lately. Though shook themselves out of it, when they watch the secretary grab the phone and began calling to Giovanni.
"Uh yes hello sir," Then flinched lightly when he snapped to her. "Uh yes-yes it is about Jessie, James and Meowth." She began saying while looking towards the worried trio. "Ah, yes sir they are here and reporting." Then turn the chair to her right. "Hm-mm, yes they do have a Pokemon, one that has been on our list for a long time." Then eye smiled. "Yup, they do in fact have Lickitung. I have registered it right on the computer. The data should-" then smiled when he confirmed it.
"Oh you...want them to come up?" She said slowly while turning towards the trio. "Oh! Yeah sure, I will send them right away." then hangs up and smiled. "Good news, he wants to see you three and congratulate you on finding such a rare Pokemon!"
"Really, that's great, amazing!" The trio shouted together while dancing in place. Happy that they were not going to get fired!
"Yup, he also want you to meet that friend of his I mention. Not sure of what, but I suggest not making Giovanni wait." Giggle the woman and then sweat dropped. When the trio reach out and began shaking her hand and thanking the woman graciously, "Y-your welcome!" She managed to say out with a shaking voice. Watching the trio bowing to her and then hurrying they're way to the elevator down the hallway. "Yeesh, they make it sound like it's christmas."
"Aw man this is so awesome! The boss wanting to see us and personally congratulate us." Jessie began saying while then humming, when a rocket ran over to them. Giving them the Lickitung Pokeball back, before heading off with Jessie thanking them.
With the trio walking down the halls and passing by many different faculties. One for training new recruits, one where they will be meeting and getting partner up with a Pokemon based on their skill level and ranks. While some were more for resting, regrouping or just hanging out.
"Though I do wonder who this friend is?" James began saying while looking up in thought. Making Meowth and Jessie to look at him. "She said he is quite the avid collector. Especially when it comes to Pokemon- rare Pokemon to be exact." He informed making the two to look at one another, before turning to James.
"Yeah so? He is probably the boss's personal Pokemon catcher, who goes out and gets him the strongest Pokemon he can find." Meowth informed while shrugging his arms. "It isn't unheard of if the boss, or any organization like ours has someone like that." Informed the feline while crossing his arms. "If anything us Team Rocket, who works under the boss. We're basically like scouts, going out and seeking the area of said rare Pokemon. But mostly steal and plunder from Pokemon trainers, while people like him- do the more dangerous work."
"Which I am glad," Jessie giggled out and happily marches forward. "Much I don't mind doing things for the boss. I rather not risk our lives, trying to catch a very dangerous rare Pokemon." Then winks, "Of course only if they suddenly appear in front of us. Then that is when we will try it, but I still stand where I rather not risk our lives. Over something that might be way over our heads."
Making James and Meowth to laugh in agreement as they stopped in front of an elevator. "Agreed," Then pushes a button for it. "By the way, you'd think we could probably get him to help us catch the twerps Pikachu?" James suggested. Making his partners to look at him curiously, "think about it. If he did go and catch strong valuable Pokemon for the boss. Then would it not make sense, that he too- have very strong Pokemon of his own?"
Meowth and Jessie thought it over, hearing the ding of the elevator arriving and opening up the doors. "Well it would make sense, I mean if he has strong Pokemon with him It would only stand to conclusion he uses them against powerful Pokemon." Meowth said and looks to James. "And if that is true, then maybe we can use him to help us!"
"That's where I am getting at!" Smiled James and raised both hands into fists. "Think about it, considering the twerp has all those strong Pokemon with him? We could have somebody who out powers him, defeat his Pokemon and leave a opening for us to steal them!"
Jessie thought it over and then crosses her arms while pouting a bit. "Yeah...but I don't like the idea that he gets credited for beating the twerp. While stealing Pikachu, it would not feel right if he does the work and gets to take Pikachu."
"Wait hold on Jessie," Meowth said while lifting a paw. "I think our Jamie boy might be onto something, now hear me out." He began saying while having quite the calculating gaze. "IF we let this person or friend of the boss, fight and taking on all of the twerps Pokemon? The twerp will be too focus on the battle, to worry about watching over Pikachu." He began saying.
"While he is so engross with the Pokemon fight. We can easily come and sweep Pikachu right into our paws and take him away!"
"Ergo Meowth your forgetting something." Jessie interrupted before the feline could daydream of how the events will work out. "He would immediately notice us taking Pikachu, even if he is busy with a Pokemon battle." Then leans forward a bit. "Not only that, but what if his friends see us hmm?"
"Or Pikachu letting out a cry," James said next and od lightly at where Jessie is coming from. "I see where Jessie is coming from. No way we won't be caught catching Pikachu, especially if Pikachu let's out a cry or we get spotted by the twerps friends." Informed the blue hair man and then groan.
"Oh don't you worry, Meowth has something in mind to prevent that." Cackle the feline and smiled up at the two. "We will ask the man if he could use a Smokescreen attack, with one of his Pokemon- we go in and steal Pikachu right at that moment. Seal it inside a rubber ball case, that will prevent the rat from speaking out. And make our getaway!" He smiled and rubbed his none existent nose. "No one be the wiser to think that Smokescreen, will behave our means of capturing Pikachu!"
Having James and Jessie letting out coos of brilliance from the feline. "Oh that is wicked Meowth, fitting for a team rocket member! How'd we ever doubted you!" Smiled Jessie with James, nodding his head in agreement.
"I do say that is WONDERFUL idea Meowth, we can use that cover to sneak behind the twerp and snatch Pikachu right there!" James exclaimed, watching the feline nodding his head. Then grab onto his chin with a very creepy wide smile.
"And then I'll be the top cat around here, kicking that no good Persian from where she sits, then out into the backstreets. With Meowth being the top Pokemon!" He cackled out and had the two others laughing with him, too then slowly come to a stop when the elevator let out a ding.
Indicating that they had reach the main office floor of Giovanni's pent house, or in their case. The rooftop of their HQ and began heading on out when the doors open. Revealing the open outside of the roof top, having quite the decorative hedges and trees shape like Pokemon. With a very expensive looking fountain in the middle, with tall pillars lining up in rows of two- leading towards a moderate size house like structure where their boss is waiting for them.

The trio were very passive about entering the building, especially when they heard what sounded like laughter and conversation going on within the building. That they peeked their heads around the doorway, to see what is up and who's the boss is talking too. Spotting the man himself behind a large desk, smiling and speaking calmly towards someone on the chair in front.
In which they were unable to see who it is, on the account of the chair blocking their view. Hearing the door creaking had Giovanni, lifting his gaze and smiled. "Ah there you three are, I had heard about the Pokemon you discovered." He informed and leans against his chair. "I do hope you show it to me, now come in. You are right on time meeting an colleague of mine." Informed the man while beckoning the trio to come in.
Watching the three look to one another and gulp, before separating themselves from the doorway and closes it behind them. "I do hope you won't mind old friend, but these are the three who had found the rare Pokemon; Lickitung." Then cackle and watches the trio approaching to the right side of the desk slowly, getting the new comer in their sight. "They may not be much or even look that great at first glance. But they are dedicated in their job."
Having the man smiling and laughing lightly, placing the tea cup down onto a plate. "No worries Giovanni, they actually do look dedicated in what they like." Snicker the man and turn the chair towards them. "Especially since they like to wear the opposite clothing of your group." He informed laughing confidently, adjusting his brown vest over the top of his what appears to be a formal wear of white long sleeve shirt, with gold buckles ear his wrists. Lifting his rough looking hands to his chin. "So, you three found Lickitung huh? Think you could share where you found one?"
"Um, yes sir...uhh." Jessie began saying while stopping lightly. Not wanting to be rude and continue on without getting the man's name. Who snicker and combs his left hand through his orange messy hair.
"Sorry about that, my name is Carl. I am a collector, a collector of very rare and quite valuable things that peek my interests." Then smirk, "I do anything in my power to try and get it. And always will get my way, no matter what it costs." He explained while leaning against his chair. "For example, ten years ago, I found some very rare Lopunny nest at Mount Moon- having to use the terrain in order for me to capture what appeared to be a mother of two, but only managing to get the mom. While the other two got lost somewhere during a terrible storm."
"Mount Moon!?" They exclaimed together, making Giovanni and Carl to raise curious brows. Too which the trio look at one another, then Jessie step forward. "By any chance, would you say the mother had two Buneary- but one of them evolved into Lopunny?" She asked, making Carl to hum lightly and look up in thought.
"Yes I would assume so, if the two survived these many years." Then widened his eyes. "Wait, are you saying-"
"We saw those two same Pokemon back on Mount Moon, while we were following this twerp. Who has a very strong Pikachu there, stopping us from taking the two for ourselves!" Exclaimed James and Meowth at the same time. Having Carl widened his eyes while looking towards Giovanni, who hummed and nods.
"It is written in their reports," He then shook his head. "See, told you despite them looking not dependable, they are dedicated in finding what I need or location of said Pokemon." Then sighs. "But sadly my team did not found them there. Which means whoever this trainer is- caught them and brought the two with them."
"Huh," Carl hummed and looks down at his lap. "Well I don't know anything about a trainer and a Pikachu- let alone why you three will even bother. Trying to steal this Pikachu per-say, is beyond."
"Not to interrupt, but there is actual reasoning for why we want to get this Pikachu for the boss!" exclaimed all three while bowing in respect, then lift themselves up. "You see, this Pikachu is very strong and powerful!" Exclaimed Jessie with James following up.
"That's right, this Pikachu is capable of defeating even the most powerful Pokemon trainers have. We witness the electric mouse, this one in particular- taking out a fully evolved Raichu!" James exclaimed, which Carl was about to roll his eyes- knowing that with great care and skills? A normal Pikachu could easily catch up to a Raichu, if the trainer is dedicated.
"It even defeated a Onix!" Meowth exclaimed, making Carl to raise an eyebrow but wasn't ready to accept it. "Not only that, but it also beat some powerful evolution Pokemon as well as taking on Psychic types from Sabrina!"
Now this got Carls attention and nearly rose up from his chair. "Hell, even a Cubone- who is pure ground type. Was even defeated by this Pikachu," Jessie continued and steps forward with a raised fist. "And throughout this twerps journey, it manages to go toe-to-toe with even the more experience trainers out there and coming on top! Along with his other Pokemon!"
Giovanni hums and turns his seat, "It does sound like this Pikachu is powerful. But what made you three believe it is powerful to begin with?" He asked and waited for their answers. If they got beaten by this Pikachu, it wouldn't be saying much- but when they said.
"Cause it can evenly match a Lopunny." The trio said and literally had Carl jumping out from his seat in pure shock and amazement. Surprising the trio a bit from the sudden jump, making the three to stare lightly before being asked.
"Did this Lopunny know limber?! An ability that prevents it from being paralyzed?!" Carl asked, too which had the tiro blinking their eyes and stare at one another, while looking up in thought. Before shrugging as they're not sure. "Okay, you three know that Thunder shock," Carl began saying while calming down and moving his hands outward and away from another. "Has a good percentage of paralyzing right? Or that Pikachu static ability can paralyze Pokemon when making contact? Did it look like Lopunny, suffered from any of that?"
Which had the trio looking to one another and shook their heads, "Now you mention it no. But that isn't the half of what makes this Pikachu strong!" Then Jessie exclaimed with wide arms, that had Giovanni eyes opening up greatly when she said. "Pikachu was able to take out, a Hitmonchan, Aggrong and a Golem all in one Thunder attack!"
Carl's eyes expressions were one turning bit of a need, bit of a crazy look in his eyes. His collector side showing itself and becoming quite interested and curious about this Pikachu now. Especially when he got informed how this trainer's Pikachu, could wipe out those three Pokemon with one Thunder?!
He could feel his excitement burning and getting the best of him. With his fingers flinching and clutching against his hands, that Giovanni took notice and grinned. "You three anything else this Pikachu managed to do? And what other Pokemon does this...Trainer have?" He asked, now he is getting curious about this particular trainer. At first he found it useless for the trio, to constantly hound down a Pikachu, especially one that is given to a beginner trainer. Which is odd in itself for a Pikachu, being a starter Pokemon to a trainer- who knows what that old man Oak is up too.
But after hearing this and how Pikachu of this trainer, took on these many powerful and strong Pokemon, color him intrigued as well. He watches the trio for a bit, who began humming and thinking it over of what the twerp has. With Jessie going first, "Alright, we each list off his Pokemon. Alongside Pikachu, he has a Lucario, Ninetales and Gardevoir."
"Blaziken, Flareon and Nidoqueen," James continued with Meowth finishing things off next.
"Lilligant, Meowth and Greninja!" Explained the trio, having Giovanni widening his eyes and straightening himself out. How...how could a newly beginner trainer, have such rare Pokemon? Minus Meowth of course, but the other Pokemon. That- that shouldn't be possible with a beginner!
This had Carl twitching and itching of heading out and finding this trainer now. Evening pocketing his hands into his nice style red and black jeans. Smiling bit wickedly and slightly scary, "I say- he is quite interesting indeed. Having such rarity on his hands, yet is being wasted on a beginner." He chuckled out, scaring the trio a bit. Watching the eyes go bit insane, "Sounds like a perfect job for a collector, to hunt him out and offer quite a deal!"
Jessie gulp and being braved raised a finger, "Ah-ah yes, yes sure- just remember, that-that Pikachu is the one we want to get for the boss. You, you could or possibly have the other Pokemon of his." Informed the woman, who is holding hands with James who rapidly nodded his head.
"Especially the really, really rare ones! The rest could benefit more for the boss." He stated and they look towards Giovanni, who began thinking it over and going through his thoughts. Smiling underneath his cup hands, knowing his friend will definitely want to keep some of those Pokemon.
"And what they said about Nightmare tower in Lavender town? This Pikachu is even more stronger than one would expect. It is definitely not normal to see a Pikachu, taking on and defeating such wide variety of Pokemon. Especially for a beginner's case...Something about this Pikachu is far special than these three are letting out." Giovanni thought to himself, while eyeing the trio. "Not only that, but they seem to have more experience in the fields, than most Rocket grunts here. Just by following this trainer alone, they're knowledge of the region surpasses those who work here."
That and thinking over the many times they spend money on machinery, to capture said Pikachu and other Pokemon. Only for the trainer to get in the way, along with his friends. The man turned towards Carl who is doing everything keep himself calm, without losing himself to his collector's insanity, while listening to the trio informing about the boy's Pokemon and what kind of feat they've done- which is a lot for a beginner trainer.
"Even saving Sabrina from her own split personality and void of emotions with Gardevoir, Mega evolving. Just who is this trainer?" He sounded like a nobody at first, but over the course of time and getting some reports from these three. It sounds like this trainer has done quite a lot of things, a normal trainer wouldn't have done or experience...if anything, Elite four members or the Champions themselves should be handling these situations, or the officials. But no- sounds like this boy is quite passionate of helping others and is able to succeed.
His friends also to count for too- Cassidy and Bobby, from last he heard from them. Were having trouble with a Girl and Boy with Blue hair. Who is around this trainer's age, stopping them and their plots as well being defeated by a unusually powerful and fast Eevee. Stating how they've never seen an Eevee move so fast before in their life, let alone able to take on three Pokemon in a row before being swap out.
If anything were to go by and in order to keep Team Rocket from disbanding, it sounds like he needed to either get rid of these three trainers? Or issue out an order to keep themselves away from these children, cause whoever they are... They're not normal. "You three," He finally spoke up while lifting his head and facing the trio. Who stopped their explanation towards Carl, who managed to calm himself down from all the juicy information he is getting.
"That trainer and his Pikachu, are they with a trainer with Blue hair and has an Eevee, along with a girl that has quite the strong Clefable and knowledge of medicine?" He asked, making the trio to hum and think it over. Before looking at one another with bit of a worry glance.
"Last we saw the twerp, is that he is heading towards Fuchsia city, to getting his sixth Gym badge." They informed towards the man while then shrugging. "We're not entirely sure where he is right now, or if he caught any new Pokemon."
"I see," Giovanni then smirk and stood up while having Persian, walking out from under the desk. Yawning loudly and stretching herself out, before walking around the desk and facing the group, while she and Meowth glaring towards one another. "Well then I believe a partnership is in order." Giovanni began saying.
"My friend here has been looking for new Pokemon to his collection, and it so happens. The Pokemon he wants is from this trainer alone. And if what you speak about his team, and this Pikachu is?" Then laughed. "No doubt it will be good for Carl to have quite the experience battle. Even if its going to be one sided."
Making the man in question to laugh loudly and nod, adjusting his glasses. "Especially if its just a freshly new trainer. Though not bad for a beginner to getting five badge for just starting on his journey." Cackle the man and cracked his rough looking hands and knuckles. "No doubt this will also be good fodder for my Tyranitar, who has been looking forward to an incredible match." He stated and releases the Pokemon from the ball, having the Tyranitar let out a chilling roar within the room, while throwing its head upward and about. Before looking down towards the cowering trio, who were hugging against one another- staring what felt like death's door within the Pokemon's eyes.
"No worries, she won't bite ya- unless you want her too." Laughed the man and turned towards Giovanni, pulling on his vest a bit. "Well then friend, seems like I am going on a mission. Helping out your fellow rocket grunts on a dangerous mission it seems." Cackle the man while stretching his hand out. "I'll be sure to valuate that Pikachu, see if its worth your time."
"Alright, you can have the other Pokemon if you wish." Giovanni then chuckle darkly. "After all, you have trophy stands waiting for ya back home right?" He smirked, having the trio to blink confusingly at the two. Wondering what Giovanni meant trophy stands? And turn towards Carl, who nodded and laughed.
"Yup, thanks to a special device I have- the brat won't know what hit his Pokemon. They be gone right before his eyes." Laughed the man and stops shaking hands with Giovanni. Too then turning around and having Tyranitar walking alongside him. "Come on you three, we're heading to Fuchsia city- maybe jump the boy, after he wins his badge. After all-" then look sinister towards the elevator. "Seeing a proud trainer cry is so good."
Making the trio to stare bit frighten at the man's back, before turning their heads with flinching movement to their boss. Hoping if he could clarify what he means. Making the man to shift his gaze at them and then towards Carl's back, letting out a chuckle.
"Let's just say he is a man with interesting taste. And doesn't settle just getting his prize, but also preserve them just the way they are." And then turn to the three. "But he does tend to go bit overboard, while there are times where he almost blew Team Rocket's whereabouts." Then moves his right hand into his pocket, then pulling out what look to be a portable dish ray?
"Since I don't want that happening and, no doubt it will happen. I want you three to use this, in order to counteract his own machine." Then hands it over to Jessie, who look at it and then back up to the man- who walks on over to his desk once more and groan. "You'll see once all of you head on out. If this trainer anything like you said he is, he'll no doubt will try and jump in front of that man's machine and stop whatever he is doing. Now go~" Then sat down and leered. "Team Rocket's location whereabouts is on the line, if that man becomes gun happy too much. No doubt it will lead back to us."
"Yes sir!" The trio shouted and began running off, after placing the weird dish like ray gun inside a back. Following Carl towards the elevator and getting themselves ready for the mission, to not only steal Pikachu from the twerp! But also protect Team Rocket's HQ, from...whatever it is that Carl might do.
Who is this Carl, who calls himself the collector of rare and valuable things? And what machine does he have that concerns Giovanni; that will trace everything back to their headquarters, what kind of trouble is Team Rocket getting themselves into! Just what kind of villain has been unleashed by their boss, our hero will soon face off against? Can our hero and his Pokemon pull through, whatever it is that Carl has in store for them. Only time will tell as our hero's journey continues!
