Zeno floated up to Rikku and grabbed her leg, saying,
"I'm not asking much, I just want a friend, you see."
Zeno dragged Rikku by the leg, surprising Shin and Whis. The Omni-King then flew around Rikku and told her,
"You're not like most people, you're fun. I want you to be my friend, okie dokie?"
There was an awkward silence for a few moments as Zeno came to a stop in front of RIkku's face, and the saiyan eventually asked,
"...And?"
"And what?"
"And now that we're friends, just what're we gonna do?"
"We can play."
"We can do that, I guess, but is that the only reason you called?"
"Is that bad?"
Before Rikku could respond, Shin blurted out,
"Of course not, Zeno sama! Rikku would be privileged to play with you as many hours, years or days as you wish and provide you with unsurpassed joy!"
"You be quiet."
"Y-Yes sire!"
Rikku stared at Shin perplexed. She didn't really understand why everyone was so scared around Zeno. Yeah, there were those erased universes, but he seemed like an innocent child. Zeno then asked her,
"Are you trying to tell me something, saiyan Rikku?"
"You know, you can just call me Rikku."
"Just Rikku? Yes that's fun, then what should you just call me?"
"Ah, like a nickname? Hmmmmmm……how about Zenny?"
The guard's eyes widened upon hearing this, while the Grand Priest chuckled in amusement, Whis's eyes widened in shock, and Shin fainted. Not noticing this, Zeno responded to Rikku by saying,
"Ah yes, Zenny is a very fun name. What should Zenny and Rikku play?"
"I'm sorry! I'd love to play, but now's a bad time! There's something I've got to take care of!, but when it's done we can play, I promise!"
The guards were angered upon hearing this, and yelled,
"You dare defy the Omni-King?!"
Zeno turned around and menacingly told them,
"You go now. Or bye-bye."
The guards immediately backed off, saying in fear,
"Aaaaaaah, we are terribly sorry, sir!"
Zeno then resumed talking to Rikku as if nothing happened.
"So once you're done with this busy thing, you'll play with me?"
"Yeah! And if you want, I can bring Bulla again so you won't have to wait on me!"
"Really?"
"Yeah, no problem!"
"Ok, it's a date! Oh hey, we can do that silly thing we did last time, Rikku, to show we agreed on something."
"What thing?"
Zeno grabbed one of Rikku''s hands, giggling. Rikku immediately understood, and while holding Bulla in one hand, she did a big handshake, eventually causing Zeno to hover above her head. The two laughed, and Zeno excitedly said,
"You flinging me around is funny! No one else will try! You can do what no one else can do!"
"Yeah? It's just a handshake, it's easy!"
"Can you show me some other fun things too?"
"If this is your idea of fun, it must be boring here. You should come and visit Earth sometime!"
"Hooray, let's do it! I'll give you this!"
Zeno then held his palm out and a bright blue light briefly appeared in it. Once the light dissipated, Zeno was holding a small purple button with a blue center, mirroring the colors of Zeno's face. Rikku, surprised by this, asked him,
"Whoa, what is that?"
"This is a button! If you push it, then I will appear!"
Curious due to what Zeno had just said, Rikku pressed the button, but nothing happened. Zeno told her,
"It doesn't make sense to push it now, because I'm already here, you see."
"Oh right, sorry. Then I'll save it for later."
She then pocketed the "Zeno button", and told the little Omni King,
"Seeya, Zenny!"
"Bye-Bye, just Rikku!"
Rikku then picked up the Supreme Kai, who exhaustedly said,
"Please tell me it's over."
"You bet, and we're all good!"
"Sigh…"
"I told you not to worry!"
She then slung the Supreme Kai over her shoulder and walked out with Whis and the Grand Priest on either side of her. In a green flash of light, they all were gone.
10 minutes later, after Shin had dropped off Rikku, Bulla and Whis, the saiyans were all standing in front of the completely rebuilt time machine with the present Trunks and the pilaf gang. Present Trunks was holding Bulla. The future Trunks said to Bulma,
"Mom, I can't thank you enough."
As the half saiyan smiled at his mother, Vegeta piped in, saying,
"Come on, Trunks. Let's go."
Trunks smiled and nodded, hopping into the time machine. Rikku and Vegeta also hopped in, sitting with their backs to each other. Noticing the awkwardness, Trunks started up the time machine. The circuits roared to life, and the machine slowly rose into the air. As it went higher and higher, Trunks nodded at his mother, who mentally said,
"Vegeta, RIkku, look after my boy alright?"
The time machine's thrusters then kicked into full force, and before anyone knew it, it was gone.
A bright yellow flash of light appeared in the skies of the ruined future, and out of it appeared Trunks's time machine. It slowly floated to the ground, and once it touched down, Trunks opened the pod, and he and his father jumped out of it. However, when Rikku jumped down she fell on her butt with a thud. The female saiyan rubbed the back of head in pain and said,
"My heeeead! I was staring out the window and it made me dizzy."
"Moron."
Vegeta couldn't believe her sometimes. Trunks then pocketed his time machine in it's capsule, putting it away. As he did so, Rikku remarked,
"So this is your future, huh? Looks way worse than I thought."
Trunks then noticed something, running ahead. Vegeta and Rikku ran after him, but RIkku stopped momentarily to look at the destruction. She couldn't believe how truly terrible Trunks's future was. However, this only gave her more motivation to stop Goku and avenge this world's Goten. As for Vegeta and Trunks, Trunks stopped in front of the place he had watch Pan seemingly die.
Her gi was lying there damaged, and Goten's body was just a short distance away. Trunks grimly grasped Pan's gi, and his father asked him,
"What's wrong?"
Before Trunks could reply, the saiyan prince noticed Goten's body.
"Is that..?"
"Yeah."
"Why is his hair longer?"
"He asked mom to make him a hair growth formula to grow his hair out. He didn't want to look like the spitting image of the monster destroying our world. But…there's something wrong."
"What is it?"
"There was…someone else here. Someone else he killed. This gi was her's. What happened to her body."
The 2 saiyans stood in silence, contemplating this new development.
