3 weeks later, Max is readying the rust bucket with help from Wes, preparing to return to the cave alone.

Wes: Max should be ready to go soon. Do you think they are done, or do you think they will continue another week.

Max: No, they should be done by now according to what Natalie told me. Gwen will soon begin making a Den for her to have her babies in, and Ben will soon need to mark his territory as a barrier to prevent others from coming near, unless your part of his pack that is. I need to get them to Yellow Stone before their instincts take over.

Wes: Well by my estaminet it will take about 3 days if you go with the speed limit and take time to sleep.

Max: That's time I don't have. I have 2 days to get there at worst and 5 days at best. I am heading out to the cave now to get a head start so when Ben calls I can pick them up and get going.

Wes: Well good luck and safe travels to ya.

Max: Thanks and goodbye.

Meanwhile back at the cave, Ben wakes up and looks around at the mess he and Gwen made, noticing they had both shifted back to their human forms. He finds his phone and sends a text to Grandpa Max telling him they will be ready soon. Ben crawls over to Gwen, who was still sleeping next to him and licks her cheek causing her to wake.

Gwen: Good morning hubby

Gwen then licks him back.

Gwen: Are you wanting another round?

Ben: No we need to get ready. Grandpa Max should be here soon, and we need to get to Yellow Stone ASAP.

Gwen: boo your no fun. But you are right let's get ready to go.

An hour later at the cave entrance Ben and Gwen walk out to see Grandpa Max and the rust bucket ready to go

Max: come on we got to hurry. Time is not on our side.

Ben/Gwen: We know Grandpa, we know.

(Inside the rust bucket)

Max: Normally I wouldn't use rocket mode, but we need to get to Yellow Stone fast. Hunker down and hold on to something cuz this will get bumpy real fast.

12 hours later Ben and Gwen run out of the rust bucket and vomit.

Ben: Grandpa never use that again. That was horrible

Gwen: I agree.

Gwen continues to vomit

Max: Well good news we are here.

They look up to see Gwen's parents and Ben's dad waiting for them.

Ben: Where's my mom?

Carl: She wishes she could have come but couldn't get off work.

Ben: It's okay. I know her job's important.

Carl: By the way, all your all's stuff is in the main part of the cavern. You all can arrange it how you want later.

Frank: Also Natalie will be checking in on you guys every few days to make sure you're ok and to get anything you may need.

Ben: Thanks Aunt Natalie.

Natalie: Ben you can call me Mom now that you and Gwen are married and you're welcome.

They head into the cave. 3 hours of walking later, they get to the massive cavern.

Gwen shows Ben all the different ways in and out which takes another 6 hours.

Gwen, tired from all the walking, made a small bed out of the pillows and blankets and falls asleep.

Ben: So will you guys be back tomorrow?

Natalie: Well Frank and I live nearby, so we won't be far.

Max: I will be heading out. Once Gwen sets up her den, she won't want anyone but you or her mom anywhere near it.

Carl: Behave yourself Ben. I will call and video chat once I get home.

Ben (smiling): It's not me you have to worry about Dad.

Everyone looks over at the sleeping Gwen and chuckles.

Ben (serious again): Thanks Grandpa for everything. Your help means so much to both of us.

Grandpa Max: that is what I'm here for. I will always support you both.

Ben: Aunt Nat..., I mean Mom, will you be helping Gwen when the time comes?

Nat: Yes, but only this time. Next time you will be on your own.

Ben yawning: Ok thanks. I'm going to join Gwen and get some sleep.

The next day

Ben wakes to the sound of digging and looks over to see Gwen in wolf form digging down into the floor of the cavern and a big pile of debri about 10 feet away from her.

Ben: Gwen are you ok?

Gwen (glaring at Ben): need to make a den. Babies need safe place to grow. Must finish soon. Need rest.

Ben: Ummm ok I will umm go see what they left us for food and such.

Ben gets up and sees a laptop with a note on it.

The note reads: Dear Ben this laptop has information for a bank account with money set aside for you and Gwen it has your mom's life savings in it and should be more than enough to buy anything you guys may need. The login is wolfkingson and the password is vilgaxfall10. There is a debit card with your name on it for you to use pin is *. Be careful of Gwen cuz by now she is in full mother wolf mode and will need some space. You should check out all the entrances and exits twice daily to make sure they are safe and secure. Doing so will help ease Gwens mind as she prepares to give birth.

Ben walks over to Gwen

Ben: Gwen love I will be back. Need to make sure we are safe here.

Gwen looks up at Ben nods and goes back to digging.

6 hours later Ben returns to find Gwen no where in site and begins to panic until he notices a hole about 4 feet wide and 10 feet deep going down at an angle.

Ben goes down and sees Gwen In a space about 10 feet wide and 10 long with a height of 6 feet with all the blankets and pillows placed around were Gwen is sleeping. Ben smiles and go over to join her.

Gwen feeling Ben next to her snuggles closer to him as he wraps his arms around her and falls asleep.

Later Ben is cooking some dear meat when Gwen comes out of her den. She looks over and glares at him causing him to stop what he's doing. Gwen runs over and starts eating the raw meat Infront of Ben, making him sick to his stomach. After eating all the food that was supposed to last a week heads back into her den to sleep. Ben just watches wide eyed and shocked.

A few weeks later Ben is doing his usual perimeter check when he hears Gwen roaring. Ben goes into wolf from and takes off running panicking hoping Gwen is alright.

Ben: (How could I have been so stupid? If I had only patrolled in my wolf form I would have been back hours ago.)

When he gets back he sees Gwen at her dens entrance rageing at Kevin and Julie as the 2 slowly back away.

Julie (scared): Gwen, it's me Julie, your best friend. Please calm down. We don't want to hurt you. We just want to say hi and check on how you're doing.

Gwens only reply is a deep growl.

Ben jumps between them glaring at Kevin and Julie ready to attack but calms down after recognizing them.

Ben: You need to leave now.

He looks back at Gwen.

Ben: Gwen dear, it's ok. I am here. I will deal with this, so go back to sleep love.

Gwen glares at Ben before returning to her den to sleep. Ben looks over to Kevin and Julie and points to an exit as he then escorts them out of the cavern.

Kevin: I did not expect Gwen to be so moody.

Ben: She's not moody. She's just very territorial right now cuz of the babies. She doesn't want anyone to come near until she gives birth. She barely lets me get close.

Julie (relaxing): I see makes sense. We did come here unannounced and tried to enter her little hole in the ground.

Ben: That's the den. Only Gwen's mom and I can go in there. Sometimes, we aren't even welcome.

Kevin: Well that explains a lot.

Julie: explains what?

Ben: Gwens pregnant with six babies on the way.

Julie: Congrats guess we will come back after she gives birth. When is she due.

Ben: In about 6-7 months from now

Kevin: Wait so that's means we won't see you guys for like another year. I can live with that.

Julie: Kev really? We won't get to see our best friends for a year and you're ok with that?

Kev: yep very ok with that.

Julie: Why am I dating you?

Kev: Cuz I help you practice and I got a car. Oh, and you love me.

Julie: True the car is convenient and all your good for.

Kev: Wait, what? Babe that's cold, but that's what I love about you.

Ben: Ahggg, enough already just get out of here. Gwen is going to want me with her to help her calm down. No thanks to you guys. See you guys in 10 months.

Kev/Julie: Bye Ben.

Ben runs back to Gwen and sees her in her den looking for him.

Ben: Gwen it's ok I am back now so get some rest.

He wraps her in his arms and they go to sleep.
