It was another day in the Order of Heroes and Kiran had just finally gotten used to this new world. As he wanders around he encounters Alfonse in the training grounds.

"Alfonse!" Kiran waved cheerfully in the distance as he walked closer. "Training are you? Might I take a swing with you?"

As Kiran was trying to get along with everyone here, he tried to connect with him in any way but Alfonse was not having it. "While it is good for you to do training once in a while Kiran, I don't think this training will suit you well."

"Come on! Look at these squiggly arms, I won't last long if I don't commit to some sort of training and there is no reason for me not to try your session." Kiran said as he tried to let him train with him.

"Kiran… You should find someone else better suited to help you in that regard. I can't help you." Alfonse was distancing himself from Kiran. He was doing this all of the time and Kiran noticed him running away from him.

"I'm just trying to at least be friends with you Alfonse… You have been like this to me and all of the other summoned heroes." Kiran was getting to the point.

"..." Alfonse kept quiet and lowered his wooden sword.

"Alfonse we need to at least have each other's backs. Would it kill you to try to be friends with us?" There was silence in the room as Kiran refused to let him go until he got an answer.

"... I have… My reason… Don't want to get attached to soldiers." Alfonse gave the half-truth to him while gripping hard onto the handle of the wood.

"But you were friendly to the soldiers, I even saw you talking to them." Kiran counters his points, and Alfonse turns to him with a weary face.

"Can you please leave me be?" Alfonse gave his final answer in a gentle tone to Kiran.

Kiran was annoyed that it ended like this but it really seemed like Alfonse wasn't willing to talk about it. "... Alright sorry for trying to bother you." Kiran bows and goes away.

Alfonse looked to the ground in shame as it seemed like Kiran really wanted to be friends with him, it sort of reminded how his sister wanted to be friends with the other summon heroes. He turned to his dummy and smacked it with his wooden sword. "... Zacharias…"

After the encounter with Zacharias, Kiran seeks to know about the man who helped him and the one he goes to is Alfonse. Walking toward Alfonse's room, giving himself a moment before knocking.

"Alfonse? Can I come in?" Kiran gives two knocks waiting for his answer.

"Kiran? Yes, you can come in." Kiran, having his answer, enters inside his quarter and he takes a seat on one of the chairs here. "What's wrong Kiran?" Alfonse asked as this was the first time that Kiran was in his room.

"I wanted to ask about Zacharias… You know he just helped me and might not be the same man you know but… I'm here to learn about him." He was uncomfortable feeling that he might have overstepped here.

"He was… someone I looked up to." Alfonse gives his answer surprising Kiran with it. "I was new back then you can even say I was naive as well. The truth was I was scared of my choice to serve my people by fighting… I was scared of fighting and at times I felt like forced to do this."

"I… can't imagine that you always seemed like you wanted to do this for you people." Kiran gave his response as he had always seen Alfonse as someone serious and strong. Seeing him like this gave him a new side for Kiran to understand.

Alfonse gave a small chuckle. "Yeah I couldn't imagine doing this honestly but Zacharias helped me overall. I wanted to catch up to him, I wanted to show him how I had grown and I thought of him as an older brother I never had." Alfonse solemnly said as he closed his eyes.

"And then he disappeared from the Order of Heroes. Is that why you refuse to talk to the other heroes because you didn't want to get attached to them?" Alfonse nods to his question looking a bit shameful. "You know, I was terrified when I first came here. A new world with no one that I know and the first thing I was called was a hero who would have saved Askr."

"So was that why you were so desperate to find friends here?" Alfonse said understanding all this hero stuff was too much for Kiran to handle initially.

"Yeah, being in this world and pretty much fighting a war in which I have no stakes. Kinda sucks you know? But I got people here I wanna protect, Commander Anna, Sharena and you now right friend?" Kiran chuckles as he gets closer to Alfonse and pats his shoulder.

Alfonse looked at him for a second before looking down with a smile. "I suppose if we are going to be friends I have to become stronger to protect you and all of our summon heroes." Alfonse reaches out and pats Kiran's shoulder.

There was a moment of silence taking each other's presents before Kiran opened his mouth to ruin the moment. "We are now best friends!"

"What?" Alfonse was surprised by his sudden statement.

"Come on we just had this intimate talk there no way we're not best friends!" Kiran fully wraps his arm around his head as Alfonse considers his points to be valid and just sighs.

"I'm going to have to deal with this for the rest of my life don't I?"

Everything was peaceful for Alfonse, he finished his training, he finally talked to the other heroes and now he was resting comfortably in his room with this new tea that he recently brought from Commander Anna. There was nothing that could have gone wrong before his door opened suddenly.

"Hey, best buddy!" Except for Kiran and Alfonse, I should have expected this honestly.

"Kiran, I told you not to come in so suddenly." Alfonse sighed as he took a sip from his cup.

"You lost that right when we became best friends!" Alfonse gives him a tired stare while giving him a rather frustrated look.

"I don't believe that is the right that I can lose and again I didn't agree to become your best friend," Aflonse said while Kiran gave him a shit-eating grin.

Kiran wrapped his arm around his head and grabbed his shoulder pulling him closer to Kiran. "Nonsense! We are definitely best friends at this point! Our friendship is going to last a hundred years. No! A thousand years!"

"We will not live that long for it to last," Aflonse said.

"We're going to be so close that people are going to have debates about whether we're just friends or even closer~ Like Chrom and Robin!" Kiran gave one of his crazy talks about how to be the best-est of friends.

"But Chrom has a daughter and Robin a man," Alfonse replied like a straight man in a comedy act.

"Truth but there is a female Robin that one of the versions of her did marry to Chrom." Kiran comes back with another point as he shakes Alfonse around to the point that his teacup spills out.

While Alfonse is now forced to endure Kiran's antics from now on he gives a small smile knowing there is nothing he can do but enjoy this moment with him. "... Hehe…"

Hi, I'm Note, so this is the first story I have ever written on this site. I always had this idea of a support convo ever since I saw people do it for Mark from FE7.
I'm going to start with the Askr trio first before taking the request.
