Notes

Hello my little faeries! I know it's been years since I last posted fanfic. Don't worry, I haven't forgotten my Care Bears fic as I'm still working on it. But for now, I'm currently working on my first crossover fanfic that I've been working on for months. As you can see, I love Five Nights at Freddy's and Poppy Playtime so why not write a crossover fanfic? There are some changes that I want to let you guys know so here they are.

In this fanfic, both Fnaf and PP are Alternate Universe. In this Fnaf universe, William Afton is not a psychopath killer nor an abusive father. He's a stern, overworked but loving father who loves his kids, including Michael who's going through a rebellious stage like a typical 80s teen. There was no bite of 83 nor possessed animatronics.

For Poppy Playtime universe, rather than Mommy Long Legs was made in 1992, I changed it to 1982 while keeping Huggy Wuggy the same(1984). The PP lore is still being unraveled by chapter by chapter so I'm keeping it vague until all chapters are out which is good for me as I'm a slow writer.

I do cannot wait for PP Chapter 3 release(even though it's delayed) and seeing Catnap as a new villain along with Smiling Critters. I'm drawing one of them right now. XD I haven't done Chapter 2 yet so I need to get around to play it before the next one's release date.

Chapter 1

It's a late afternoon in a small Utah town known as Hurricane. Inside a two-story 1960s-style house, two kids were in a living room, playing with their toys.

Elizabeth, a blonde-haired eight-year-old, is playing a red-haired pigtailed doll wearing a blue dress known as Poppy. She is also playing with another toy which is a pink creature doll. This one is called Mommy Long Legs which can be pulled and stretched. Her younger brother, Evan, a brown-haired six-year-old, was playing with his toy known as Huggy Wuggy, a blue fuzzy creature wearing a red bowtie and a happy red-lip smile.

They continued to play until their father, William Afton, a businessman in his early forties walked in and saw his children playing on the floor with their toys.

"Kids," he said. "Have you seen Michael? I'm looking for him all over the house."

"He's outside in the backyard," answered Elizabeth while looking up at her father. Evan just quietly nodded in agreement as he was less talkative than his sister.

"Thank you, honey," said William as he turned around to head to the back door that leads to the backyard. He opens the door to look around before turning left to the patio. There he saw his eldest son, Michael, a fifteen-year-old messy mullet brown-haired teen who looked so much like William when he was young, sitting on a patio chair. His back was facing Will as his son was reading Metal Edge magazine.

"Michael, I've been looking for you. I need you to..." he stopped as he realized his son was not acknowledging him, which annoyed William. As he went closer, he realized that Michael couldn't hear him because he had headphones connected to his Walkman. He was listening to some heavy metal band as it turned up full volume which William could hear. His son was oblivious to his father's presence listening to his music while reading a magazine, which shows the heavy metal band wearing wild clothes while women are wearing scantily and revealing clothes. He frowned and shook his head in disapproval.

William yanked the headphones off Michael's head, causing him to get startled when he could no longer hear his new favorite band.

"HERE I AM! ROCK YOU LIKE…" The music blasted out of the headphones when William pulled it off, startled by the loudness.

Michael became annoyed and turned his head around to yell at Elizabeth as she has a habit of pulling his headphones off whenever she demands something from him.

"ELIZABETH! How many times have I told you not to pull off my…." He snapped as he turned his head around, expecting to see his annoying bratty sister but instead, it was his father who was holding his headphones, not looking pleased and giving him an angry stare. He knew his dad too well when he wanted Michael to do something for him, he was not going to like it.

"Do you need something, Dad?" asked Michael with the annoyed tone of his voice.

"Yes, as a matter of fact, I do," said William.

"What is it now?" he asked.

"I'm heading to the meeting for a couple of hours, and I need you to come inside to watch your siblings," said William.

Michael just groaned in annoyance but stopped when his father gave him an angry look that could kill.

"If you're going to be that difficult, I may as well take away your music and your Walkman so I can toss them into the trash," his father said.

"NO! NO! I'll do it! Just don't throw my stuff out!" Michael yelled frantically. He knew that the last time he backtalked to his father, he ended up throwing out his latest Bon Jovi and AC/DCs vinyl records. He had to spend the last two months of paychecks he saved up to replace those albums. Since then, he dares not to piss him off which wasn't easy as Michael is stubborn. He had to keep himself in line as he had too many close calls.

"Good," said William, looking quite pleased and gave the headphones back to Michael which he breathed a sigh of relief. He almost lost his Walkman and the last thing he needed was to buy a new one as it's not cheap. He got up from the chair and followed his father inside.

They both arrived in the living room to see Elizabeth and Evan still sitting on the floor, playing with their toys. Their father cleared his throat to get his children's attention as the younger two looked up to him.

"Kids," he said. "I'm going to a meeting at Fred Bear's Diner for two hours and Michael will be watching you two. So be on your best behavior and don't give him any trouble. That goes for you too, Michael."

"Yes, Dad," said Michael.

"Okay Daddy!" said Elizabeth while Evan nodded.

"After the meeting, I'll grab some pizza and a drink for dinner so we can eat tonight," said William.

"YAY!" Evan and Elizabeth yelled excitedly while Michael grinned as he loved pizza. He certainly can't wait for dinner.

"All right, I'll be going then. Goodbye kids. I'll be back in two hours," said William.

He leaned down to kiss his kid's head and pat Michael's shoulder. He then straightened up his tie and grabbed a purple suit and a briefcase before heading out to his purple 1970 Ford Mustang. He left the three Afton siblings for the night and Michael closed the door.

His brother and sister went back to playing with their toys again while Michael decided to watch TV. He sat down on a couch, turned on the TV, and changed channels. He kept flipping through them till he found he wanted to watch MTV aka Music Television.

He was glad he turned it on because just as he clicked on MTV, he was just in time to see his new favorite band, the Scorpions. They just started playing their new hit song, Rock You Like a Hurricane for their music video. They were the talk of the town and almost every teenager and college student owned the latest album. Micheal turned the TV up to hear the music, causing his siblings to look up with interest.

They noticed that Michael was really into it. He was bobbing his head up and down while doing an air rift of guitar. Elizabeth and Evan had to cover their ears when the lead singer, Klaus Meine, was screeching in some gibberish that they couldn't understand.

"Turn it down, Mikey!" yelled Elizabeth while still covering her ears.

"No way! This is the best part!" Michael yelled back.

"It's too loud and it hurts my ears!" complained Elizabeth.

"It's not that loud, your just being a wuss!" Michael shot back.

"If you don't turn it down, I'll tell Daddy!" she said with a smirk, knowing her older brother would cave.

"Oh fine!" he said as he turned the volume down. "Happy?"

"Yes, much better," she said looking pleased and grinning.

Michael just grumbled at her smugness as he wished he could wipe that smirk off her face. The last thing he needs is for his father to take his stuff away. He couldn't wait till he turns eighteen and move out so he could do without his overly strict father and annoying siblings.

After the band was over, something else caught his eye. It was an ad for an upcoming concert and it's none other than Scorpions.

"Hey, all you fans! Scorpions are coming to your city for their concert tour live! They will be performing in your nearby cities as listed here for dates! You better get rocking so you get your tickets to your nearest record shops or Ticketmaster!" said the announcer.

During the announcement, it showed the band members singing their hit song and Michael couldn't help but squeal in excitement while jumping up and down. Lizzie couldn't help but snicker at his antics, but Mike didn't care, he was too excited and was already making plans when he grabbed a notepad and a pencil from the coffee table to write down dates and other ideas. He knew asking his father for concert tickets was out of the question as he'll just tell him that if he wanted something that bad, he needed to use his own money by working.

While he was distracted, Elizabeth and Evan got bored of playing with toys and decided to watch TV. She grabbed the remote from the armrest while her older brother was deep in thought and not paying attention, she changed the channel to Nickelodeon.

A commercial break just appeared for an ad from Playtime Co. is airing about toys as well as offering a tour of their factory. It was playing happy music and a cartoon Huggy Wuggy being an announcer.

"Hey there kids! What time is it?" said Huggy Wuggy.

"Playtime!" the kids yelled in the background.

"Playtime!" shouted Lizzie and Evan.

"Do you love Playtime?" Huggy Wuggy asked.

"YEAH!" shouted kids in the background.

"YEAH!" shouted Lizzie and Evan in excitement.

"If you love Playtime, then you should come to the Playtime Co. Factory Tour to see how your favorite toys are made and you can even meet your favorite characters in person!" said Huggy Wuggy.

During the announcement, it shows the toy factory manufacturing the toys as it shows the green robot along with the yellow cat with wings. It also shows a live tall Huggy Wuggy leaning down to hug kids as they cheer happily.

"If you want to be part of the special tour, you must get the golden tickets either in cereal boxes, mail order from Playtime Club if you're a member, or ask your parents or guardian to order from a Ticketmaster!" said Huggy Wuggy.

Micheal snapped out of his daydream plan for the concert when he heard his siblings shout and realized that one of them had changed the channel. No longer it's MTV but a Nickelodeon channel where it airs nothing but cartoons that the younger Afton's love to watch. The commercial is now airing Playtime Co. offering visitors an inside tour of the factory.

"What the heck, guys?!" Michael cried out, looking pissed. "I was watching MTV!"

"You were not!" Elizabeth shot back. "You were too busy writing and staring off and not even watching TV so I changed the channel so me and Evan could watch cartoons."

"You could have at least asked!" said Michael.

"So, how do we get the golden tickets, Elizabeth?" asked Evan as he interrupted the bickering while hugging his Huggy Wuggy plush closely. Normally, he would carry around his favorite toy, Fredbear Plush based from his father and his friend's franchise, Fredbear's Diner. It looks just like Fredbear's animatronics mascot that was used for entertainment on stage, only it's smaller and wears a black top hat while wearing a purple bow tie around its neck. The nose will make a squeaky sound if you boop its nose.

"We'll just have to find the cereal boxes and even sign up for a Playtime Club!" said Elizabeth excitedly.

"Okay," said Evan.

"That tour looks so lame," said Michael.

"It is not!" shouted Elizabeth. "It's way more fun than your dumb weirdos concert you were just watching."

"Hey!" protested Michael as he stood up from the couch. "I'll have you know that one, those weirdos are called Scorpions. Two, they are not dumb. And three, they are way more awesome than some baby tour."

Evan just watches back timidly as seeing two siblings bickering with one another. Sometimes Mike and Lizzie would get along but more than often, they would butt heads with one another. He dared not to get involved and preferred to stay out of it. He just wished those two would get along rather than fight.

"I'll tell Daddy that you are being a buttface again," said Elizabeth with a grin.

"Uuuuugggghhhh!" Michael throws his hands in frustration in defeat, showing surrender.

"I won't tell if you do something for me," said Elizabeth.

"Fine, what is it you want?" grumbled Michael.

"You'll have to play with me and My Little Ponies and do what I say," she said.

"Ugh, fine. I'll play with your dumb ponies," said Michael.

"Yay!" said Elizabeth as she grabbed Michael's hand to take him to the room. Evan got up, turned off the TV, and followed them.

"Can I join?" he asked, not wanting to feel left out.

"Sure!" she said while Michael shrugged, not caring either way.

They went to Elizabeth's room which is filled with pink wallpaper with a little purple and dark pink hearts with yellow and white stars. She has a canopy princess-style bed that is pink with white truffle trim and purple glittery stars on it. Her carpet is pink, and her curtains match the same pattern as her bed comforter.

She has a lot of toys that any spoiled kid can get. She owns a bunch of Cabbage Patch dolls on her white bookcase shelf, which Michael sees them as creepy and calls them a sack of potatoes, much to his sister's displeasure. She also owns Strawberry Shortcake dolls, Rainbow Brite dolls, Barbie dolls, porcelain dolls, some Care Bears (which Ean also owns a few), some stuffed animals, and of course, her My Little Pony toys.

Lizzie bought her big toy pink castle with blue tops (she calls it Dream Castle) and her pony toys. She gave Evan a green pony with green hair, along with a white unicorn pony with red hair and a purple streak, and an orange earth pony with yellow hair. She has seven red apples on her rump while the unicorn is a silver crescent moon surrounded by eight red stars and the Pegasus is a group of dark green glittery music notes.

"Evan, you are going to use Medley, Moondancer, and Applejack," said Elizabeth.

"Okay," said Evan as he picked the toys up to bring them closer to himself.

She then grabbed the other three ponies to give Michael to play with. He looked at them and groaned. His is like Evan's but with different colors. He has a pink Pegasus with blue hair, a pink unicorn with white hair and a purple streak, and a pink earth pony with slightly darker pink hair. The worst of all is that all of them are pink, which he hated that color so much. He wanted to gag at the pink vomit overload that his sister's room and toys had.

"Lizzie, why in the hel- I mean, heck do I have pink ponies?" Michael asked while scowling as he was recoiling at the pink monstrosities in disgust.

"They're the best ponies I gave you. Be happy I gave them for you to play with," Lizzie shot back.

"Exactly how 'best' they are?" said Michael.

"The Pegasus pony your holding is Firefly, the fastest and the best flying pony ever!" said Elizabeth as she pointed to the winged pink pony toy on the floor.

Michael looked at the toy and noticed that it has two glittery blue lightning bolts on its flank.

"That's her name? You didn't just come up to that name to yourself?" he asked.

"Yeah!" exclaimed Elizabeth. "Her name is on the back card and was on TV on spring break. Remember that show we watched?"

Michael slightly remembered back in April when he had to babysit his siblings that day as his father had to go to an important meeting that day. He and his friend, Henry Emily, were expanding their business and wanted to open another location, hence why William had to ask Michael to look after them. He then remembered Lizzie forcing her brothers to watch a cartoon movie special that was airing that afternoon, something about ponies and dark castle. It was based on the toys (which they're playing with right now) from a different toy company called Hasbro, much like Transformers which he and Evan enjoyed (Evan has a lot of toy robots that transform into vehicles and have their own cartoon that they both love to watch). The only thing he liked about the pony cartoon was the big scary minotaur/centaur monster (which terrified Evan) but that's about it.

"Ugh, that show you forced us to watch?" groaned Michael.

"That big scary horned monster was scary," said Evan as he hugged the pony toys tightly for comfort.

"Shouldn't she be called Lightning Dash? Or Thunder Bolts? Firefly doesn't even match her symbol. Wouldn't it be a bug instead?" said Michael as he picked up Firefly to inspect closely.

"How should I know?" said Elizabeth.

"And what of those two?" he asked as he picked up two ponies his sister gave him earlier.

"They were both on the show. That unicorn is Twilight, which she can wink out to other places and the other one is Cotton Candy," she said.

"What does Cotton Candy do? Stuff her face with nothing but cotton candy?" asked Michael.

"Well, she loves eating and…" Elizabeth paused as she was trying to think.

"Twilight, I get it because of stars but why does Cotton Candy have white dots instead of actual cotton candy? It would have made more sense that way," he said.

"Does it matter? Are you going to play or not?" said Elizabeth looking annoyed.

"Fine, fine, I'll play," said Michael.

Elizabeth looked pleased with his answer and then sat down on the floor behind her Dream Castle playset. She took out a white unicorn pony with blue hair and a white streak that wears a gold crown while her flank has five blue flower petals. She then picked up a small purple dragon with green scales on its back and put it on the unicorn's back.

"Okay!" said Elizabeth. "So once upon a time, in the land of Dream Valley, it was ruled by Queen Majesty and her pet dragon named Spike and all the ponies loved her. So, the land…"

Elizabeth continued with a story and had her brothers play their parts. They had to use other toys to play with like using the Megatron toy from Transformers as an evil King.

They continued to play till they heard a front door open and close. The smell of pizza hit their noses, making the Afton kids hungry for food.

"Kids! I'm home!" William yelled out cheerfully.

"Daddy!" Elizabeth shouted excitedly as she dropped her ponies and ran out of her room and headed downstairs to see her father. Michael and Evan dropped the toys on the floor as well and went downstairs to the foyer. William was holding a briefcase and plastic bags in one hand while holding a large pizza box on the other hand. He set them down on the small table while dropping the bags next to the briefcase on the floor. He opened his arms for his daughter to jump to. She gave him a big hug as he lifted her up as she squealed with excitement. Michael couldn't help but roll his eyes, he always known that Lizzie was Daddy's little princess and William tends to spoil her, hence why she gets away with things and uses it on Michael if he doesn't do what she says. He loves his sister and all, but sometimes he wishes his father would be stricter with her like he did with Michael.

"How's my little princess doing?" asked William as he smiled happily.

"Good!" said Elizabeth. "We watched cartoons and played My Little Ponies together!"

"Ah, you got Michael and Evan to play?" William said with a grin while looking at his oldest son. Michael just rolled his eyes at his father.

"Yes, Mikey is being really good and is the best bad guy voice for our ponies," she said which Michael just cringed. He had to play the villain voice of Megatron which he thought was bad, but his siblings insisted he was doing a good job.

Evan came up and wrapped his arms around William's legs, looking happy to see him. His dad put Elizabeth down and picked his youngest son up to give him a hug and a kiss.

"How are you doing, little guy? Did you have fun with your brother and sister?" he asked with a smile.

"We did," said Evan.

"Hi Dad," said Michael.

"Hello, Michael. I hope you were able to enjoy spending time with your siblings," said William.

"Daddy! Daddy! Can we eat now? I'm hungry!" yelled Elizabeth as she jumped up and down.

"Okay, okay, settle down, honey. We are going to eat right now," laughed William.

Michael picked up the bags and pizza and walked over to the kitchen with his family. William bought out plates and cups while Michael opened the box and bags and then placed them on the center of a table. William brought home a large pepperoni pizza, a large bottle of cola, and garlic bread sticks. Michael opened the bottle then poured the soda into Evan's and Elizabeth's cups then sat down to pour himself a drink. He grabbed himself a slice and a couple of breadsticks. William put the slices and breadsticks on the kid's plates before grabbing himself some. They all sat down to eat their dinner.

"I have good news, kids," said William.

"What is it, Dad?" asked Michael.

"TELL US! TELL US! TELL US!" shrieked Elizabeth as she bounced up and down on a chair with excitement.

"Alright, settle down. "You haven't even had ice cream and already you're bouncing off the walls," laughed William.

"Okay, okay," said Elizabeth as she stopped bouncing.

"The meeting I was at is to close the deal of opening two new restaurants and a rental. One will be Freddy Fazbear's Pizza and the other which is also a rental is known as Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental," said William.

"Cool," said Michael.

"Wow!" said the younger two siblings.

"What about the diner, Dad?" Michael asked.

"It'll remain open so don't worry," his father said. "So, the two restaurants will have more characters along with the rental. Freddy and Bonnie will still be part of the franchise, but I used the ideas that you kids came up with."

"Michael," said William. "I know that you love foxes and pirates, so I made a character, Foxy the Pirate."

"Neat!" said Michael with a grin.

"I figured you'll love that," said William looking pleased. "I added Chica the Chicken along with the crew. That restaurant will also have six characters in total which Henry came up with. They are more like toy versions from the other four while the other two is Balloon Boy and Puppet."

"Whoa," said Evan as his eyes grew wide in amazement.

"The Circus Baby's Entertainment will also have four or five characters. Two of them are called Funtime Freddy and Funtime Foxy. Funtime Freddy will have Bonnie which he'll be named Bon Bon as a hand puppet. The other two will have Ballora, which is an inspiration of your mother when she was a prima ballerina back in London, and the main star I created just for you, Elizabeth." Said William.

"OOOHHHHH! TELL ME TELL ME TELL ME!" Elizabeth shrieked with excitement. Michael had to cover his ears due to his sister's screaming.

"She is known as Circus Baby, the leading star of the restaurant. She can dance, she can sing, she's equipped with a built-in helium tank for inflating balloons right at her fingertips. She can take song requests. She can even dispense ice cream," said William.

"YAYYY!" screamed Elizabeth as she jumped out of her chair with excitement, startling both Evan and Michael. She then ran over to her dad to hug him. "This is the best day ever! When can I meet her?!"

"You will soon, princess. Now please sit down and finish your dinner," her father said with a smile. Elizabeth immediately went back to her chair and chomped down the pizza slice.

"The new restaurants will open up next year and I want all of you three to be there for the opening days," said William.

"What days will it open?" asked Michael.

"Freddy's will open on January 5th and Circus Baby's is on January 12th," his father answered.

"Oh Daddy!" said Elizabeth. "I wanted to ask you something."

"What is it, princess?" asked William.

"Evan and I saw an ad on TV of Playtime Co. doing a fun tour there where they show you how they made the toys, and you can even meet Huggy Wuggy!" she said. "Can we go? Please, Daddy?"

"Oh, I've been hearing about it after the meeting," said William. "But sure, we can all go together."

"HOORAY!" yelled Elizabeth and Evan.

"You're welcome, kids," said William. He then looked up at his oldest son. "Michael, are you also coming along for a tour?"

Michael snorted as he did not want to go on the Playtime Co tour. He wouldn't be caught dead going there.

"Oh please, gag me with a spoon. I am not going. I'm way too old for that babyish tour. It looks so lame and boring," he said.

"IT IS NOT!" shouted Elizabeth, looking offended at her oldest brother's remark.

"It totally is. Who wanted to go there? Only babies like that such as yourself," Michael said with a smirk.

"It is not for babies and I'm not a baby!" shouted Elizabeth as she stomped her foot in anger and stuck her tongue at Michael.

"Okay, you two, that is enough. No more fighting," said William sternly. "I want both of you to apologize to each other and then sit down so we can finish eating dinner in peace. Elizabeth?"

"I'm sorry I yelled and stuck my tongue out," she said.

"Michael?" said William.

"Fine, I'm sorry for calling the tour babyish and calling you a baby," Michael said with a bit of sarcasm.

Evan looked bummed out when he learned his brother doesn't want to go on a tour with them but chose not to say anything as he didn't want to upset everyone more than it already has. He just sat by and munched on a pizza slice quietly.

"Anyways," said William. "Let me know when you want to go so I can write it down and make sure I'm available for that day. I'll buy the tickets for you kids."

"Speaking of tickets," said Michael. "There's a really cool concert that is coming up that everyone is talking about. They are called Scorpions, and they are coming to Salt Lake City on March 29th, 1985. Can I go, Dad? Please?" Michael asked. He then got up to turn on the small TV that was on the kitchen counter to show his father the concert ad on TV. It's replaying the ad and showing the band's music video, and playing their signature hit song.

William looked at the concert ad to see the band playing their hit song. He frowned as he noticed the audience was crowding around the metal case bars that surrounded the band members. They were singing while screeching like banshees and wearing wild-looking clothes. He never understood why his eldest liked that kind of vulgar music.

"I don't know," said William.

"Come on, Dad!" Michael pleaded. "All my friends are going and this concert is going to be so rad!"

"If you want to that badly," his father said. "You'll have to work and save up the money instead of wasting it on those garbage music albums."

"Hey! They are not garbage!" Michael shot back. "Those musicians are creative geniuses. It's just different from your days when you were a teen."

His father sighed as he rubbed his temples, not really wanting to argue with his firstborn. While he and Michael looked alike (minus aging with few gray hairs), they were very much different. His son prefers rock/heavy metal music, wears wild clothes, swears, and tends to get in trouble like skipping school to hang out with his friends. William is more of a prim proper type and manners. What they do share is that they're both stubborn and losing their tempers. They used to get along when Michael was younger till he hit his teen years when they drifted apart.

It also didn't help that their mother, Clara Afton, passed away two years ago due to an illness. It hit their family hard and it wasn't the same without her. William felt bad that he had to work a lot more and get his eldest to watch his siblings. Sometimes his friend, Henry, would pitch in to help as his wife passed away after his daughter, Charlotte, was born. William is always forever grateful for Henry's help and he became an unofficial uncle to his kids.

"But I want you to focus on school as well. Your grades are slipping due to you skipping class. I expect more out of you, son," said William with a stern look. "If you keep failing, you will not go."

Michael groaned as he hated school. He would skip classes often to sneak out and smoke a joint or hang out in the woods to drink beer while listening to their boom box. They would get caught so they had to get sneakier. But he really wanted to go to that concert more than anything, so he had no choice but to suck it up and stop skipping classes. It would also mean that he had to work and save enough money for tickets, hotel, and transportation.

"Okay, I'll stay in school and work to save money at the diner," said Michael with a sigh.

"Speaking of work," his father said. "I was hoping you could work at the other locations as well. You can do extra shifts over there. You're more than welcome to pick which place you want to work at, or you can stick to the diner. It's up to you, whichever you are more comfortable with."

"Sounds good," said Michael as he sips his soda.

"And while you're at it, you better not think of pulling that stunt on your brother last year," William sternly said while glaring at Michael.

Michael winced as he remembered last year when he and his friends would always jump-scare Evan, making him cry every time. It was Evan's fifth birthday at Fred Bear's Diner and Michael thought it would be hilarious to put his little brother in Fred Bear's mouth. He and his friends picked Evan up and then put him inside Fred Bear's mouth. They left him hanging there while his little brother was screaming and crying in terror while flailing his arms around.

William arrived at the theater as he was bringing out a present when he heard his youngest cries. He looked up to see Evan's head inside the animatronics' mouth and could hear the springlocks making sounds as it was about to go off. He dropped the present and quickly ran over to grab Even off in the nick of time as the jaws clamped down two seconds after he saved Evan. If he didn't run over, it would have killed Evan. Thankfully, his youngest was okay, just scared so he had to ask Henry to look after him while going after Michael and his friends.

Michael was yelled at by his father, was punished severely, and grounded for a month. William took his stuff and made him work at Fred Bear's Diner. Michael at first didn't understand the severity of it and that the jaws couldn't do that much damage until one incident that made him change his views.

Three weeks after the prank, while working as a waiter at the diner, his father was wearing Bonnie (as it's his father's favorite character) to meet and greet as one of the mascots. It was going well when one of the kids grabbed the arm too roughly, the spring locks went off causing William great pain. Michael quickly ran over to help him only to witness the horror that blood was gushing out Bonnie's arm like a waterfall. The kids were freaking out and crying when witnessing the horror. Henry came rushing out when he heard the commotion, saw his friend in a bad state, and immediately told one of the employees, Vanessa, to call the ambulance. While waiting for help, he and Michael took William to the employee break room to remove the costume safety in case the spring locks went off (which they didn't thankfully) except the left arm. Henry feared that if he tried to remove the arm, it would cause more damage. Vanessa and Jeremy (Michael's friend) had to calm down the guests and let them leave so they could close the diner.

Luckily, his father was alive but had to be taken to the hospital and undergo emergency surgery so the doctors could safely remove the spring locks. He ended up getting stitches and had to wear a cast for a month. Michael was forever traumatized and looking back at the prank he pulled on his younger brother, he realized that Fred's jaw was a bear trap (pun not intended) and it could have easily crushed Evan's skull. He now understands why his father was upset at him and felt guilty. Since the incident with his father, he apologized to Evan while in tears and hugged him tightly. Thankfully, Evan forgave him, and Michael stopped tormenting him. He even told his friends to back off, which they did. He treated Evan better and kept teasing him lightheartedly without hurting him.

After his father was healed, he and Henry removed some of the spring locks from Fred's jaw as well as Bonnie's for safety reasons. They also decided it would just be easier to make new costumes from scratch as the employees refused to wear the animatronics that converted into wearable costumes due to the incident. The non-spring lock costumes were a hit and much safer, minus being hot and stuffy.

"Dad, I'm really sorry. I learned my lesson, especially after seeing you in the hospital last year. I've stopped bullying Evan and treated him better. I will never pull that kind of prank ever again as long as I live," he said.

"It's true, Daddy. He's really sorry," said Evan. "He stopped being mean to me and is much nicer."

"Thanks, little bro," said Michael as he leaned over to ruffle Evan's hair while giving him a soft smile.

"Well, it looks like you have grown and I'm happy to see that," said William looking happy to see his two sons getting along. "You can go to the concert as long as you stay out of trouble, work, and focus on school."

"I will and thanks," said Michael.

The Afton family finished eating dinner and ate ice cream for dessert. Evan and Elizabeth head upstairs to brush their teeth before heading to bed. Michael and William stayed behind to clean up the kitchen and put some leftovers away. He went upstairs to head to his bedroom and sat down at his desk so he could make plans for a concert weekend getaway. He looked up at his bedroom wall as it was filled with heavy metal/rock music band posters, including the Scorpions poster he bought two weeks ago. He thought about working more shifts at the diner and the new locations. The downside is that he'll no longer spend any other money except for essential things as well as sacrificing his social life. He kept telling himself that it would be worth it as this would be his first time going to a live concert.

All Michael Afton has to do is to work hard including at new locations to save enough for Salt Lake City trip for the Scorpions concert weekend, and he would be golden.
