A/N The emotions that have made Jessica wail aren't there, just the sadness. Sad only crying's not that loud, so she's softly sobbing now. Ch 20 will be the end of Jessica's story.

Jessica woke up so sad. When her crew arrived, she said, "Can you dry my tears, Driver?". Her eyes were wet with tears as she began to cry, sobbing and sniffling. Her face was covered in thick tears.

Jessica's fireman said, "Let tears fall like rain. It's the pain in your heart coming out of your eyes, so let yourself go."

Jessica's driver, as the fireman said his words, climbed on her buffer beam. "There, there, Jessica", he said, as pulled out a cloth from his pocket and softly dried her tears. "I've got your cotton waffle hanky, so let it all out. I wish I could wipe your sadness, so I shall wipe your eyes.". He rubbed her sodden cheeks and wiped her weeping eyes, listening attentively and trying to understand how she was feeling.

Thomas gave her a buffer press.

Jessica sobbed some more as fresh tears welled up, filling her eyes. She sniffled again, hard, coughed as she choked on her sobs and hiccupped. She gasped and gulped, shaking as her tears poured from her eyes, not once stopping and let her driver offer comfort.

He said, as he continued to wipe her tears away, "I've known you only since your overhaul here on Sodor, but I care so much about you. I know what it's like to be overwhelmed by powerful emotions, so sob away into your hanky and feel so much better. I love to wipe your eyes, so let those tears out.". He held the cloth to her wet, streaming eyes and wiped all her tears away as best he could, reassuring her without being overbearing, just patiently listening and supporting Jessica, offering empathy and compassion without being pushy or over-intrusive with his comfort.

Jessica sobbed and sobbed until she had no more tears left. Her driver dried her last tears away, patting stray huge water droplets from her face and dapping tears in her eyes away until they were dry, then went to the cab with the sodden cloth. Jessica smiled briefly, feeling better after crying, though her eyes were flame-red and swollen and her face was all red. Thomas shunted her to the water column, then her crew gave her a drink and she pulled her first train.

Jessica was sad again by the time she was coupled up to her train. I love crying, she thought, At least when I've got someone to comfort me. The calmness, clarity of thought and more recently, some relief from the pain my sobs bring's why I love a good cry. "She pulled her train and because of a seeing a little diesel, very ill and broken-down, said, "Can you dry my tears, Driver?" and began to cry after stopping at the last station, sobbing and sniffling, huge water droplets streaming down her cheeks. Her face wet with tears.

Jessica's driver went to comfort her. "There, there, Jessica," he said, as he took a cloth from his pocket and softly dried her tears. "Let it all out. I'm here for you, to dry the tears with you cotton waffle hanky.". He gently rubbed her sodden cheeks and wiped her eyes as her torrent of tears flowed. offering his style of comfort.

"Cry-engine!" said the meanest engine on Sodor at the station. "Still sobbing your heart out over every tiny thing? Snap out of it!"

Jessica's fireman said, "She's got depression and her form of depression causes her to sob uncontrollably over the smallest things. She can't stop the tears when she's still enough they can flow out of her heart through her eyes."

Jessica let out another sob, crying more. Though she emitted small sobs, she shed a great many tears. She was sniffling hard, coughing, choking on her tears and hiccupping. She gasped and gulped, shaking as she wept non-stop and her driver offered comfort.

He said, as he continued to wipe her tears away, "Just cry and I shall dry your eyes. Cry it out. Feel how you feel. You've got my support and understanding.". He pressed the cloth to her eyes and wiped all her tears away as best he could.

Jessica sobbed endlessly until she could weep no more. Her driver dried her last tears away, wiping her cheeks and eyes dry of tears, then went back to the cab with the sodden cloth. Her crew gave a drink from a mobile water tank and she went on with her day. She smiled a bit, feeling better after crying, though her face was bright red and her eyes were flame-red and puffy."

Her fireman said, "That mean engine doesn't understand depression. I or Driver shall wipe the tears from your eyes whenever you've got us, to wipe your pain away. "

Jessica's therapy with Dr. Tom came and he asked, "What's your feelings today?"

"I'm still just so sad, but I don't feel the other things I used to feel with it, so I don't wail anymore. I just sob softly until I'm out of tears." "Can you dry my tears, Driver?" she asked. "Why did I have to have dreadful abuse?" She began to cry, sobbing and sniffling. Her face was covered in tears.

Dr. Tom said, "Cry, Jessica. Tears are splendid in my therapy. It's brilliant you can sob from the depths of your heart when you've got sadness falling down your face."

Jessica's driver climbed out of the cab to dry her tears. "There, there, Jessica. Go ahead and just cry," he said, pulling out a cloth from his pocket to softly dry her tears. "This is a place to feel how you feel." He rubbed her sodden cheeks and wiped her tear-wet eyes.

Jessica's sobs went on and on until she had no more tears to shed. Her driver died her last tears away, wiping her cheeks and eyes until they were dry, then went back to the cab with the sodden cloth. Her face was red and her sore and swollen eyes were flame-red, but she smiled a bit, feeling better. The session went on, then her crew gave her a drink and went on with the rest of the day.

Jessica sobbed herself to sleep in the shed with her driver's comfort as Thomas gave her a buffer press. Her driver finished wiping away her tears, then left with the sodden cloth as Jessica fell asleep.

A/N After Jessica's story's wrapped up, I'll have a punishment chapter for each of the abusers. Jessica has red and swollen eyes all the time, at least once she's cried that day, when she's awake.
