Tails here, with the first chapter for the other new story, I talked about, and first story for Highschool DxD. This is obviously AU, and I'm still getting to know Highschool DxD, there will be a few OC's in the Maincast of the story.

5 people are walking through a forest, around 9 at night. At the head of the group is a man, he has shoulder-length, crimson hair tied in a loose ponytail in the back, as well as a crimson goatee, and bright blue eyes, he's wearing a white suit. The rest of the group is 16 year old teenage girls; on his right is a voluptuous girl, that's obviously related to the man, she has long, crimson hair and bright blue eyes, she's wearing a red sweater, black pants and blue sneakers. Beside her is a similarly voluptuous girl with very long, black hair tied into a long pony-tail and violet eyes, she's wearing a casual type, lilac dress with black trim and black heels. On the man's left is a slim girl, she has short, black hair in a bob cut and black eyes, she's wearing a nice but casual, black dress, heels and purple rimmed glasses. Beside her and the last of the group is a girl with very long, black hair and heterochromia, with her left eye being violet and her right eye being light brown, she's wearing a nice but casual green dress, brown boots and semi-rimmed light blue glasses. "Dad, why are we headed to the Occult Research Club this late, instead of the apartments?" The crimson haired girl asks.
"I agree with Rias, Lord Zeoticus." The slim girl says, and the now named Zeoticus sighs.
"I had planned on you guys getting here earlier than you did, but Rias, you and Sona should meet the current person heading the dealings with the mystic side of the town, the guy who's Territory you 4 are planning to live in now." Zeoticus says, surprising the 4 of them.
"You said territory differently than you normally would; I thought Kuoh was predominately in control of the Underworld." The slim girl says.
"You would've been right, 10 years ago, Sona, but 7 years ago a…"He says, but pauses.
"Lord Zeoticus?" The girl in the lilac dress asks.
"I'm fine, Akeno, just trying to think of the best way to explain. 7 years ago, a Dragon appeared, but he's a dragon in human form." He says, surprising the 4, Rias goes to ask something, but Zeoticus holds his hand up. "He is not a sacred gear user, so he's not a user of either Boosted Gear or Divine Dividing, he is truly a Dragon in Human form." He says, as the 5 of them come up to an old but well maintained building its three floors, painted black with a dark purple tiled roof, and the third floor is a clock tower.
"The old school building looks pretty well maintained, I thought our Peerages would have to do a lot of immediate upkeep, before the new school year started, for it to be usable." The girl beside Sona says, and Zeoticus chuckles.
"That would be because of the Elder Council, Tsubaki, that's what the Dragon calls his group, and what we'd call a Peerage." He says, surprising them.
"What do you mean dad?" Rias asks.
"The Dragon managed to copy the Evil Piece system, I'm not entirely sure how, and resurrected 7 people, creating his own group." He says, and stops. "Before we go in, and you 4 meet Issei, which is his name, I must tell you, you are never to instigate him, under any circumstances, he'd wipe you from existence with zero remorse." He says, more serious than any of them have ever heard, given he's not known for being serious, but they nod nevertheless, and the 5 walk into the soon to be Occult Research Club, while they are walking through the building, the 4 girls feel the immense pressure of 8 presences in the building, the presences alone, actually scare them, making them wonder how Zeoticus is so calm, but there's 2 they're walking towards, that is on an entirely different level, along with 1 other they've already passed by.
"L-Lord Zeoticus?" Tsubaki asks, fearfully, then they hear Zeoticus chuckle.
"It's a lot to take in, isn't it, the presence of actual Dragons." He says, and the four nod, making him laugh, surprising the 4. "You better get used to this feeling, this is their presence when they're calm and at rest, possibly even sleeping, the Elder Council does live here after all." He says, as after another few minutes, they come to a set of double doors, and those 2 presences that really put them on edge, are on the other side they walk through the doors, into an obvious mix of an office and a lounge room. The floor is covered by red carpet; the walls are black and lined with bookcases and books, on the right side of the room are a large black desk and chair. On the left side is 3 black and purple couches around a large coffee table, as well in the corner of the room is a black futon, on one of the couches around the table is the 2 people exuding the heaviest presences in the building. The first is a guy, shockingly around the 4 girls age maybe a year younger, he has messy, brown hair with black patches, he's wearing an open, black jacket, over a purple shirt, which itself is over a mesh shirt, black pants, and black and purple sneakers. The other is a petite girl, probably a year younger than the guy, she has white hair, and she's wearing a short black kimono with red trim, black stockings, with red trim as well. The two are sitting on the couch in a way that, the girls head is resting on his shoulder, while his is resting on her head, the both of them are asleep, which the girls would probably be cooing at, for how cute the 2 are, if it wasn't for the pressure the 2 are exuding. "Makes sense they'd be sleeping, we were quite late." Zeoticus sighs.
"Wait, so all their presences are all so heavy, and they're just sleeping?" Akeno asks.
"Not exactly, 2 of them are probably still awake, that 1 presence, just as bad as these 2, is definitely still awake." He says, motioning for them to sit, which they do. He then sits on the last couch, which puts him right by who they assume is Issei. "Issei wake up, we're here, sorry about being late, getting the 4 of them out of the Underworld took longer than I originally thought." He says, and after a few seconds, the pressure that Issei is exuding, almost doubles, making it hard for Tsubaki to breathe, and Issei's eyes open showing brown, but Sona swears his eyes were gold and the pupil's were reptilian for a split second.
"Zeoticus, I don't like waiting." Issei says, then his eyes flick to Tsubaki, he holds a finger out, as he and the girl glows, the pressures they've felt since they got here all disappear. "Sorry about that, we're all used to Zeoticus, who's able to handle the Pressure we generally exude, but I guess that's what I should expect from a Devil Resurrected from a Human, even if you have a Sacred Gear." He says, surprising them.
"How do you know, she's not a Full Devil?" Sona asks.
"Because Sitri, nothing on this earth has a better sense of smell than a Dragon like me, werewolves only have a tenth of the ability to smell like us. I can smell two scents on her, the scent of a Devil and the scent of a human." He says, surprising Sona.
"How do you know she's not a hybrid then, and how do you know Sona's a Sitri?" Rias questions.
"If she were a hybrid she'd have a unique scent, neither human nor Devil, like her, she only has 2 scents, even though she's resurrected from a human and Fallen Angel Hybrid, she has neither the Scent of a human or a Fallen Angel, just a Scent unique to a half Human and half Fallen Angel." He says, pointing at Akeno, shocking them. "And how I knew she was a Sitri, she smells exactly like Serias Sitri, hell she looks just like her too." He says, surprising Sona, his finger glows, and the girl cuddling with him, floats up and is gently set down on the futon.
"You're that old, to have met my ancestor?" Sona asks, shocked, but Issei chuckles.
"That's… complicated, this body you see, is entirely human and only 15 years old, but the soul and it's memories within are as old as the universe itself." He says, shocking the 4 of them. "But let's not get into that, or we'd be here all night, for me to explain that. The 4 of you are here to meet me and my Elder Council, and I don't know what Zeoticus told you, but I didn't always call it that, originally, I didn't call it anything, but He called it that one day, and I thought it fit. So I'm Issei Hyoudou." He says introducing himself, and then points at the girl on the couch. "That is my Queen, Koneko Toujou, though that's not her true name, she prefers Koneko, so call her that, you can meet the other members of my council later, it is late. I would prefer if we had more time to talk, because there are, well I'd say rules, but I really only have one rule for the occult side of the world, who live here, and that's keep the peace, and I mean that for everyone, not just Angels, Fallen Angels and Devils, everyone is to keep the peace, or you'll be wiped out." He says, as his pressure comes back, emphasizing his point, and the 4 of them nod. "Good, now let's hope the three of us can talk more at a later time, we are the respective 'Kings' of our groups." He says, and they nod, as the 5 of them get up to leave the room, they see him get up and walk over to Koneko, and pick her up Bridal Style.
"Well, Issei, see you three in a few days, for the Occult clubs finalization for Kuoh Academy." Zeoticus says, and he nods.
"I thought I was going to be the head of the Occult Research Club." Rias says confused, and Issei chuckles.
"Did I forget to tell you, you and Issei are going to be Co-Presidents of the Occult Research club, sorry, it's just that, while you will be actually in the high school division this upcoming school year, He, well knows more about the Occult than really anyone." Zeoticus says, and while a tiny bit annoyed, Rias accepts that, they open the door to the room and see a very voluptuous woman, looking like she's around her mid-thirties, with very long, black hair and violet eyes, she's wearing a black night shirt and dark blue jogging pants, and has a very tender and friendly smile. "Ah, hello Lady Anna." He says.
"Hello Zeoticus, I see the girls are here." Anna says, looking at the girls, but she stops on Akeno, and her eyes widen, similarly to Akeno herself, who is beyond shocked.
"Au-Aunt Anna?!" Akeno says, shocking Rias, Sona, Tsubaki and Zeoticus, while Issei snorts.
"I thought you reminded me of Anna, so you're related." Issei says. "Well Anna, you can see our guests out, I'll head up to my room." He says, and surprising Akeno, Anna bows to Issei.
"Right Sir." Anna says, smirking.
"Can you stop doing that, remember, just because I hold the title of King, based on the Evil Pieces, I see you all as Equals." He says, and Anna giggles.
"I know, I also know it makes you uncomfortable, when my husband and I act like that, goodnight Issei." She smiles, but the five of them can just hear the level of respect she has for Issei, he nods and goes upstairs. "Let's go, all of you, it's late." She says, strictly. " It's nice to finally find you Akeno, I'll have your father here by morning." She says.
"I don't want him anywhere near me!" Akeno yells, shocking Rias, Sona, Tsubaki and Zeoticus.
"Wait, Baraquiel's your father, Akeno, I don't know what really happened between you and your father, but I think you should talk to him, I've met him, and the man, as much as he shows to others, he's broken on the inside." Zeoticus says, trying to get Akeno to see reason, after he sees Anna twitch, when Akeno yelled.
"NO, BEING BORN TO THAT MAN RUINED MY LIFE, IT KILLED MY MOTHER!" She screams, but is silenced when a massive pressure lands on her, she realizes it's the same pressure that was only behind Issei and Koneko, they all look at Anna, only to be shocked, seeing 12 wings, 6 being the normal black feathered wings of Fallen Angels, and 6 being red scaled Dragon Wings, she turns around and glares at Akeno, which is very intimidating, since her eyes are now orange, with reptilian slit pupils and slaps Akeno, Rias and Sona go to interfere, when Zeoticus grabs ahold of their shoulders, they look at him and he shakes his head.
"This is a family matter, Akeno has needed to face her past for a long time." Zeoticus says, and the two look on apprehensively.
"How dare you say that, your mother would be rolling in her grave if she heard you. Shuri left her family, because she refused to give you up, and because she loved your father. Your father would sooner help bring back the original 4 Satans, than to let anything happen to you and your mother!" Anna seethes. "Your father, has been destroying himself trying to find you and do the few duties he currently has at the moment, Saying what you just did, invalidates, every sacrifice Shuri and Baraquiel made FOR YOU, you know Baraquiel became a Fallen Angel for falling in love with your mother and creating you, but he didn't care as long as he had you and Shuri, he could be happy, you 2 were his world." She seethes, shocking Akeno. "Zeoticus, you know the club, you can show yourself out." She says, heading upstairs.
"I'll be honest, Akeno, in the time I've known her, this is the first time I've seen Anna angry." He says.
"Lord Zeoticus, I thought Michael and Azazel were…" Tsubaki says.
"No, Michael, and all four members of the four Great Seraphs, have 12 wings, Azazel was the only known Fallen Angel to have 12 wings, well until now." He says.
"Bu-but how, the last time I saw Aunt Anna, she only had 8 wings, and that was only a few months before my mother was killed." Akeno says, shocked.
"Wait, you didn't know about this already Dad?" Rias asks.
"No, I've never seen Anna fight nor angry, until now, I did have the feeling that she was very powerful, but that's to be expected she's a reincarnated Elder Dragon after all." He says, confusing them.
"I've never heard that term before." Sona says, and Zeoticus sighs.
"I really shouldn't talk about this, but I'm not surprised, the majority of knowledge about the Elder Dragons has been wiped from the world, the 4 of you have heard the names Great Red and Ophis, correct?" He asks, Sona and Rias nod, while Akeno and Tsubaki shake their heads. "Well, Ophis and Great Red are considered to be the only beings, older than the Biblical God. But 2000 years ago, there were 10 Dragons even older than Ophis and Great Red, the original oldest living being in the universe, was The Black Dragon of Destruction; Fatalis." He explains.
"You say were, as in they're dead?" Tsubaki asks.
"Well yes… and no, 2000 years ago the Biblical God convinced the three factions and many other gods around the world to ban together and take out the Elder Dragons." Zeoticus says, surprising them.
"Why?" Rias asks, perplexed.
"Well God, hates Dragons because of the Snake that created Fallen Angels, and Unlike Ddraig and Albion who were no threat to him, Fatalis and his fellow Elder Dragons, were each in leagues of their own, at most if Great Red and Ophis teamed up, they'd barely be able to beat the weakest of the 10 Elder Dragons Amatsu." He says, and then sighs. "But unlike Ddraig and Albion, the Elder Dragons were too powerful to seal into gears, or seal away at all, and unlike the souls of modern Dragons, there's did not pass onto Ophis or Great Red, they just hung around the world." He says, and Sona's eyes widen.
"Are you about to say what I think you are, Lord Zeoticus!?" Sona asks, and he chuckles.
"Should've expected you'd be quick to figure it out, yes Sona, one of the Elder Dragon's has reincarnated, though Transmigrate is the more proper term here. With Reincarnation, the person has no memory of their past life, but with Transmigration a soul just slips into a new body, with all of their memories intact." He explains, then they hear creaking from the stairs, and see Issei standing on the stairs glaring at Akeno, he then looks at all of them collectively.
"As a Human, my name is Issei Hyoudou, but my true name is The Black Dragon of Destruction; Fatalis." Issei says, as large black dragon wings unfurl from his back, four black backwards facing horns grow out of his head, and his eyes are now gold with reptilian slit pupils, as he walks up to Akeno, as his pressure is practically suffocating them at this point, even Zeoticus is having trouble breathing. "Hear me whelp, and listen good, your father is a good man, hell he's on the very small list of the few beings I even respect, and my respect is near impossible to get, most on that list are my fellow Elder Dragons, so you better get in line, and think about what Anna told you, because he WILL be here, and if you continue acting like a bratty little girl, I will not hesitate to wipe your pathetic little life from existence. So here's some food for thought, all races, even Angels, Devils and Fallen Angels, have the capacity for Good and Evil, some Angels and Fallen Angels could be darker than any Devil, while some Devils could be kinder than any Angel, and Humans are not an exception, they have the capacity for amazing good, and horrible evil." He says, as he returns to his human state, and goes back up the stairs, and his pressure disappears.
"Well, I think we've overstayed our welcome with that, let's go to the apartments." Zeoticus says, and the four of them nod, as they leave a few days later, we see the girls walking through a hallway, the four of them are wearing the same thing, a white long-sleeved, button-down shirt with vertical linings, a black ribbon on the collar, a black shoulder cape and matching button-down corset, and a magenta skirt with white accents, they get up to an set of double doors, and Sona knocks. "Come in." They hear Zeoticus's voice; Rias opens the doors, and they see her father, then Issei, he's wearing a black blazer with white accents over a white, long-sleeved, button-down shirt with vertical linings, a black ribbon on the collar, matching black pants, and brown dress shoes, beside him on his right is a girl obviously of European descent, she looks around their age, she has, back-length, blonde hair in a messy pony-tail and green eyes, shes wearing the same outfit as Issei. On his left is another girl, she has slightly messy, light brown hair, tied into braids and gold eyes, she has the same outfit as the four of them, they also feel the same pressure from last night, from the 2.
"We're here Lord Zeoticus." Sona says, and he nods.
"Everyone here knows each other, except you 2, how about introducing yourselves." He says, motioning the 2 girls beside Issei.
"The names Aika Kiryuu, I'm Issei's second Rook." The now introduced Aika, says in a very friendly manner.
"Mordred Pendragon, Issei's second Knight." The now introduced Mordred says, uninterested in them or being here at all.
"I didn't expect to meet a descendant of King Arthur." Tsubaki says, surprised, only Issei and Aika notice Mordred twitch at the mention of Arthur. "But who in their right mind would name their kid after the Knight of Treachery." She muses aloud, only to then find a large white and silver blade with gold accents, at her throat.
"Call me that again, and I'll remove your head from your shoulders, Devil!" Mordred seethes, and after a minute Tsubaki nods her head, seeing the obvious hate in Mordred's eyes, and the sword disappears in a white glow.
"That was a Holy Sword!" Rias screams. "Or at least it felt like one, anyways." She says, shocked.
"Yes, but it's definitely not one of the eight known ones, nor is it one of the 7 fragment swords of Excalibur." Sona says.
"That makes sense, Mordred, is another of the Elder Dragons Resurrected, Malzeno, and Malzeno was a Holy Dragon, his body was imbued with Holy Power, long before Angels even knew how to manipulate Light energies, like they do now, they learnt it from Malzeno in the first place." Issei explains, shocking them, even Zeoticus. "But let's get to what we're here for, the finalization of the Occult Club and who's going to be members this upcoming school year, given I am only here because I am Co-President." He says, slightly annoyed.
"Oh don't be like that Master Fatalis, I know you'd rather be with Lady Koneko, but better you deal with this now, than to leave anything to the Devils, you know they can barely keep their own kind in line." They all hear a playful as well as seductive voice, Rias sees her dad wince, looking at the door, and they all look at the door and see a voluptuous woman that, even Rias has to admit, is Sinfully beautiful, she looks about the same age as Zeoticus, she has very pale skin, very long, pale, purple hair, pale blue eyes, she's wearing a black ball gown, thats slit at the left leg, the gown has purple trim, a purple sash around the waist, detached black sleeves from the upper arm down to the wrist, gray stockings and black heels.
"Ah… Eva, I didn't expect to see you here, since you're not exactly the biggest… fan of Devils." Zeoticus says, Rias and Sona are shocked hearing an undertone of fear in his voice, the doors shut, and the four girls are even more shocked, when twelve wings unfurl from her back, the left 6 are bat wings while, the right 6 are almost skeletal with little strips of flesh hanging on.
"Hmph, well Issei did put me in charge of handling any Devils, who come here and act up thinking they're hot stuff, so I felt it was required I be here." Eva says, smugly, while Zeoticus is beyond shocked.
"No offense Issei, but are you crazy, you know she'll use anything to justify killing a Devil!" He yells, and Issei snorts.
"Zeoticus, you know who she is, you know what she went through." Issei says, and Zeoticus just… slumps in his chair, surprising Rias and Sona.
"Yes… I do, and I know she has every right to hate other Devils." Zeoticus relents, sounding defeated, surprising Rias and Sona even more, they go to ask something, but he just holds his hand up silencing them. "All you 2 need to know, is that the Devils of old, have done uncountable injustices to Eva here, and yes she was once a Devil, but now, like all members of the Elder Council, she's a Resurrected Elder Dragon." He says, and Eva giggles.
"Aww, that's sweet of you to say little Zeo, if I ever kill you, I'll make it instant and painless." Eva chuckles, making him sweat drop.
"How about we get down to business." He says. "Mordred, since you'll be a first year in the academy, are you interested in the Occult Research Club?" He asks.
"No, I'll be helping anyway, this is Issei's territory after all, but I'm more interested in the Kendo Club." Mordred says.
"Well, Kuoh Academy is going to have an unfair advantage with you in the club." Issei chuckles.
"Aright, Sona are you and your Peerage interested?" Zeoticus asks.
"Yes, Lord Zeoticus, though the Majority of my peerage are going to be in the middle school Division." Sona say.
"So are Aika, Koneko, and I." Issei says, and she nods.
"Alright, so that's Issei, Koneko, Aika, Mittelt, Rias, Akeno, Kiba, Gasper, Sona, Tsubaki, Momo, Reya and Tomoe, so that's 13 members right off the bat, and that's not even taking into account Mordred if things get serious, and the 3 Chaperones that'll be watching over the club since they live in the club building." Zeoticus says, writing on piece of paper.
"Chaperone's?" Sona asks, and Zeoticus nods.
"One of those would be me Darling, and you all met another the other night." Eva says, as the doors open and they see Anna standing there, her hair is now tied in twin-tails, and she is wearing a black suit jacket over a white button up shirt, black, knee-length skirt, both with blue trim, and black heels. Beside her is a pretty average looking man, he has short blonde hair and blue eyes, he's wearing a black polo tucked into black pants, with an ice blue belt, and nice brown shoes.
"Hello Aunt Anna…, Uncle Takao." Akeno says.
"Now proper introductions you 2." Zeoticus says, and they nod.
"As you all know, my Name is Anna, well Anna Hawada anyway, as this is my Husband, I'm the History Teacher, and I'll also be the Coach of the Kendo Club, and I am Issei's first Knight as well as Akeno's Blood Aunt." Anna says.
"And I am Takao Hawada, as Anna said, I'm her Husband, I'm the Health and Gym Teacher, I'm Issei's only Bishop, and Akeno's Uncle by marriage." Takao says.
"And they are the Chaperones of the Occult Research Club, alongside myself, Eva Laurone, Issei's Pawn." Eva says introducing herself.
"Yes well, all of you except Issei and Eva are dismissed." Zeoticus says, they nod and leave.
"Aw, what's wrong Zeo, you still skeptical of the name I choose to go by?" Eva asks, feigning hurt.
"No… well, maybe at first I was, but considering I know who you are, I don't know why I was skeptical of you wanting a different name. But depending on if Rias, Sona and their Peerages prove themselves, do you plan to reveal who you really are?" He says, and she lets out an unladylike snort.
"It really does depend on them, if they're trustworthy, possibly, especially if Rias and Sona are anything like Runeas and Serias, how are they by the way?" Eva asks.
"Well, Runeas is in and out of sleep, she says, to keep her from aging mentally, between you and me I think, she's just lazy. And Serias, I'm not sure, she lives somewhere remote in the human world, that's all I know, she doesn't care much for the Underworld anymore, after what happened to you." He says, and Eva chuckles.
"Hehe, she always was the kindest of those children." She says.
"Why'd you ask me to stay?" Issei asks.
"2 reasons, you're the one who got her out of the Underworld, and do you know of anyone in the middle school division that Rias and Sona might want to keep an eye on?" Zeoticus asks.
"There's only 3 that come to mind immediately, Tsubasa Yura, she is mostly aware of the Supernatural, I've even seen her fight quite a few, I've been ready to have to resurrect another Elder Dragon for a while, considering how often I've seen her fighting the Occult, since she's just a regular Human, no Sacred Gear or anything, just Martial Arts." Issei says.
"That's interesting… and concerning, that she goes out and looks for fights with the Occult." Zeoticus says.
"Next would be Genshirou Saji, he has a Sacred Gear, don't know which, cause I didn't really care to look further. And Last is Makoto Uchida, he looks like an unassuming guy, much like Takao, but I'll let one of figure out what makes him special." Issei says, hinting at something.
"Alright, I'll inform Rias and Sona Later, I won't keep you away from your Queen any longer." Zeoticus chuckles, and Issei rolls his eyes opening the door, he and Eva leave, and reach the stairs, finding the rest of the group that was in the office, and he walks through them, and they all follow him, Rias lightly elbows Sona.
"Umm, Lord Issei…" Sona says.
"Just Issei, is fine, if you're looking for prospective members for your peerages, I've already told Zeoticus, of a few people, that are in the Middle School Division." Issei says.
"That'll be helpful, but that's not what Rias and I was wondering. Lady Eva alluded to your Queens title, being more than just a title." Sona says, and he chuckles.
"Koneko is my Queen in the literal sense, not just by basing the Resurrection of the Elder Dragons off the Evil Piece System." He explains, surprising the 4 girls. "So what are the name of the rest of your peerages, since I know that Tsubaki and Akeno there are you two's Queens?" He asks, and after a while they all make it back to the club, when they make it inside Mordred is toppled over by a blur, shocking the four girls, while Issei, Aika, Eva and Takao chuckle, and Anna sighs.
"Big Sis, Mordred!" A girl, sitting on top of Mordred, yells, happy, the girl is probably 13, she has long blonde hair in up twin-tails, and blue eyes, she's wearing a red zip-up hoodie over a black shirt, a black skirt and stockings, and red and black shoes.
"Oy, what have I told you about doing that you little brat!" Mordred yells, but the 4 girls can tell, she's not angry but actually happy, then they see Koneko walk up to them, they see she has gold eyes, she's wearing an open, black, zip-up jacket, with the sleeves rolled, showing the inside is red, over a black shirt with blue trim, a black skirt and black boots.
"Sorry, she's been waiting for you guys to get back." Koneko says, running up and hugging Issei, but the four girls swear they see her glare at them, her eyes switch from gold to her Sclera going blood red and her iris turns green with a reptilian slit pupil, before resting her head up against Issei's chest.
"You four already met Koneko, and only Akeno's met her." Issei says, pointing at the girl.
"Hello, I'm Mittelt Hawada, Big Brother Issei's first Rook, Akeno's cousin, and the Resurrected Elder Dragon Valstrax." Mittelt says, and they can tell she's a very upbeat and chipper girl.
"Now, care to answer my question about your peerages, as you've now met my entire Elder Council, as 8 of the 10 Elder Dragons have now resurrected." He says.
"Well… my Peerage isn't big; it's only Akeno as my Queen, Yuuto Kiba, my Knight, and Gasper Vladi, my Bishop." Rias says.
"I have Tsubaki as my Queen, Momo Hanakai and Reya Kusaka, my Bishops, and Tomoe Meguri, my Knight." Sona says.
"Vladi, Vladi…, oh you have a Vampire turned Devil, interesting." Issei says.
"He's a Dhampir actually, half human and half vampire." Rias says.
"Hmph, interesting, it's good he's in the hands of a Gremory now, considering how Anna told me Dhampir's are generally treated by their parents." Eva says.
"You say…" Sona goes to say that, but is stopped by her chuckling.
"Oh, I'm older than the majority of Devils, Sweetie, and I was locked away for a very very long time, that's one of things Zeo was referring to, and Vampires didn't breed with Humans back then, only used them for blood." Eva says, shocking Rias and Sona.
