The following day, Nova woke up. Her head is still slightly spinning. She groaned from the pounding pain that pulsed through her body.

"What happened?" She mumbled as she sat up to register her surroundings. Only to find she was in her bed in her little room. "How did I…" her mind trailed off until a sudden knock on the door.

"Nova, are you awake?" Asked in a soft raspy voice, it was May.

"Yeah, I am up," Nova replied, still groggy. She felt the back of her neck and could sense some kind of padding tapped to her tender skin. That's when it occurred to her what happened. "Peter!" She gasped as she quickly jumped out of bed. Flinging the door open and almost ran into the old-silver hair woman behind it.

"Whoa, slow down! Where is the fire?" May blocked Nova from going any further.

"Where is Peter? Is he okay?" she asked, fearing he was not so lucky.

May places a hand on Nova's shoulder. "He is fine," she assured her, "Peter is downstairs eating breakfast. You young lady, on the other hand, need to get back in your room and put some decent clothes on! We do not want to see you run around with your underwear. There are men in this house!"

"So he is okay?" She asked with relief.

"Yes, now get in your room and get ready for school," May pushed Nova into her room, "Oh, Nova," she glanced at the door, "You almost ripped the door off its hinges," The door was barely hanging on to the frame, "Have to ask Ben to come to fix it sometime this week," she sighed, "Now get ready or else you'll have to run to school."
