"AAAAHH! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!"
People are seen running around for their lives in a village called Zavanta as a number of insectoid-like Emotionless had been terrorizing the place. Fortunately for everyone, a certain group of heroes are making their way to save the day.

The story opens up in a large power plant located in the city of GCW somewhere in Neo-Earth and here we see Malfatto, Marty Jay Williams and Skulker making their way towards the main entrance door of the rather dangerous facility after knocking out the guards.
"This is it." Skulker announced, "The power plant that is the main source of energy of this city." he stated.
"And in our hands..." Malfatto uttered, "... we can use it to power up all of the weapons we've gathered so far." he pointed out.
"And create world wide chaos." Marty added with a grin.
The dastardly trio were about to enter the facility when they were interrupted by a voice.
"Hold it right there, you vile villains!" the voice halted.
Malfatto, Marty and Skulker turns around to see three figure standing before them.
The first figure is a tall young man with a muscular physique, he has a long blonde hair which is tied in a ponytail with bangs around his forehead and he has blue-colored eyes. He wears a red sleeveless denim vest with a white star on the back, worn over a white cutoff T-shirt, black fingerless gloves, blue jeans, a pair of red Chuck Taylor All Star shoes and a red-and-white trucker cap. This is Terry Bogard.

The second figure a tall young man with a muscular physique, he has a long straight blonde hair and he has blue-colored eyes. He wears a gray gii with a dark-blue & red flaming design with a black sash wrapped around his waist and a dark-blue muscle shirt underneath. He wears a baggy pants with a gray, dark-blue & red flaming design and black boots. He also wears a leather gauntlet with a gray, dark-blue & red flaming design. This is Andy Bogard.

The third figure is a young woman with a voluptuous figure, a large bust, she has long shapely legs, ample wide hips and somewhat large thighs. She has a fair skin tone, she had a long brown hair tied into a tight high topknot style waist length ponytail with parted bangs and she has amber-colored eyes. She wears a red sleeveless kunoichi dress with two red and white tassels at the back containing orbs of the opposite colors and circular ropes around her shoulders. She wears a pair red colored gloves with black cuffs and black socks over red sandals. This is Mai Shiranui.

"Who are you bozos?!" Marty demanded.
"We're members of the Grand Empire." Andy replied.
"And we're here to stop you three from taking over this power plant!" Mai declared with a grin.
Skulker then brought out his hand cannon, "Nothing will stop us from getting our hands on this power plant." he argued.
Malfatto then pointed a blade at the heroes, "Not even you three." he added.
Terry got into a fighting stance, "Then it sounds to me like it's time to rumble!" he beckoned.
Marty brought out a hand gun, "Indeed, but it is you who will take the tumble~" he replied with the last word in a singing tune, much to everyone's surprise and disbelief.
Mai raised an eyebrow, "I'm sorry, hon, but did you just sing that?" she asked.
"Of course I did not!" Marty denied when his eyes widen in realization, "Wait, yes I did!" he acknowledged in shock with hands on his cheeks, "I'm sounding shrill against my will, and cannot stop this singing!" he singed while taking a step forward.
"And in my ears, I swear I hear a quite distinctive ringing!" Andy followed with a look of shock on his face to which his friends shared the same sentiment.
Skulker looks around, "This silly game is very lame, and someone's going to pay!" he singed.
Mai then steps forward, "An unknown force, but where's the source that has us in it's sway?" she pointed out.
"Who is doing this to us?" Malfatto singed while getting in between everyone, "And on this, we must concur~" he beckoned.
Malfatto, Marty and Skulker the huddled together, "They're dastardly, despicable, disturbingly inexplicable~" they sang in sync, "And infinitely kickable!" Skulker concluded while kicking a foot in the air.
Malfatto, Marty & Skulker and Andy, Mai & Terry then glared at each other, "That dirty, rotten rat is~" they singed altogether.
"The Music Meister!" a voiced interrupted as a figure magically appears before everyone.
The figure is a tall man with wide shoulders, he had a square-shaped chin and a sharp nose, and he had a curly neck-length orange hair. He wears a purple jacket with green-colored musical notes as buttons and white cuffs designed like a musical sheet, underneath the coat is a white-collared shirt with a green ribbon tie, purple baggy pants with a golden chain and black & white leather shoes. He wears a purple dandy hat with a green band and a feather, white shades designed like a musical sheet and black gloves. This is the Music Meister.

Everyone turns to him and got into a fighting stance but were then put into a trance when the Music Meister started singing.
"Put down your arms, my friends, your arrows, guns, and swords~" the Music Meister singed to which everyone did so, "Your resistance to my charm now ends, when I belt these power chords!" he belted out.
Malfatto, Marty & Skulker and Mai, Andy & Terry then started to dance with each other respectively as if they were taking part of a ballroom competition.
"Good guys or bad guys, it doesn't really matter~" the Music Meister singed, "You are all just slaves to my hypnotic patter!" he furthered, "As I regale you with my story, you'll know you have no choice but to do my evil bidding, when you hear this booming voice!" he belted out, "Oh, I'm the Music Meister!" he bellowed.
"He's the Music Meister!" everyone chorused with a pose, "And everyone just fawns!" they followed, "He's the Music Meister, and we are all his pawns!" they repeated.
"And so for me, it's destiny 'to be the maestro of villainy~" the Music Meister singed, "Yes I'm the Music Meister, and I'm here to settle the score!" he belted out, "You see, I too have plans for this power plant." he revealed, "And now that I've established who's in charge..." he trailed, "Get to work!" he barked with the six mind-controlled individuals marching their way towards the front entrance of the facility.
"Like hell we'll let you do what you want!" a voice interrupted.
The Music Meister frowned in response, "Persistent little brats..." he uttered in disdain.
Everyone then turns around to see a group consisting of Applejack Smith, Fluttershy Breeze, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity Belle, Sunset Shimmer, Twilight Sparkle and Vinyl Scratch gathered from a distance with Vinyl positioned inside a mecha-like DJ Booth with loud speakers while the rest had their respective musical instruments in hand.
They are collectively known as the Rainbooms and they begun playing their instruments and started to sing:

I didn't come here seeking
Infamy or fame

The Music Meister growled in annoyance, "I had enough of this!" he exclaimed before pointing his cane towards the girls, "Get them!" he ordered.
His mind-controlled slaves immediately charges towards the band and taking notice of them, Twilight turns to Sunset and gave her a nod, Sunset nodded back in response and she started to sing:
You're never gonna bring me down
You're never gonna break this part of me
My friends are here to bring me 'round
Not singing just for popularity
We're here to let you know

Our music is a bomb and it's about to blow
And you can try to fight

In the midst of their battle performance, a blast of magical energy flew across the area, blowing away their adversaries to the ground while snapping them all out from the Music Meister's spell.
This is then followed by an appearance large apparition of a blue-glowing alicorn, hovering itself above the Music Meister, the Alicorn spirit fires off a rainbow-colored beam towards the musical scoundrel, making him scream on the process and shattering his cane at the same time, the beam then caused a blinding explosion of light while the music comes to an end.
And when everything subsided, the Music Meister is seen lying down on the ground for a couple of minutes before he slowly getting back up, dusting himself and adjusting his hat, he turns to the Rainbooms with an impressed grin.
"Well played Rainbooms, well played." the Music Meister complimented, "For today, I'll grant you victory..." he expressed as a red-colored portal appears behind him, "... next time though, things will be different." he declared before jumping into the portal which then afterwards vanished without a trace.
"Sweet!" Rainbow cheered, "Looks like we got ourselves a nemesis." she mused.
"I don't think that is something you should be proud of." Fluttershy chastised.
As this is going on, Malfatto, Marty and Skulker slowly got back up from the ground, holding their heads in pain and utter confusion.
"Ugh!" Marty groaned loudly, "What happened?" he asked, "AAAGH!" he yelped in pain when Terry slugged him across the jaw.
"GAAAGH!" Skulker screamed in pain when Andy did a roundhouse kick at the back of his head.
"GUGH!" Malfatto grunted in pain after Mai hits him a palm strike across his chest.
The trio of villains then fell back down on the ground in an unconscious state as Terry, Andy and Mai stood above the fallen scoundrels with the Rainbooms walking towards them.
"That takes care of these guys." Andy uttered in satisfaction before turning to the Rainbooms, "Thank you very much for aiding us." he expressed in gratitude, "We were after these three after hearing reports about them trying to take over this power plant but we had no idea the Music Meister will make an appearance." he explained.
"No problem." Sunset reassured, "We just did the right thing since we've once dealt with music-related villains that mind controls others." she shared.
"Still..." Mai uttered, "... I'm still surprised that someone from Neo-City's Heroes Coalitions came to our aid." she admitted.
Twilight tips her glasses, "Well..." she uttered, "... it is said that Neo-City's Heroes Coalitions and the Grand Empire is forming an alliance soon, so we might as well help each other as a good sign of trust." she stated.
"I thought our organization is going to acquire the Grand Empire?" Rarity mentioned with Vinyl nodding in agreement.
"I heard about that." Terry voiced out, "But I think that's still up for debate." he pointed out.
"Alliance or acquisition, whichever the case may be, we do look forward on working along with ya guys." Applejack expressed with a smile.
Mai smiled back, "Likewise." she replied in agreement.
Suddenly, Pinkie jumps in front of Terry, Andy and Mai, much to their surprise.
"Hey! Can I add you guys to my SocialVerse account?" Pinkie asked with a smile, "I would love to keep in touch with everyone I met!" she reasoned with her team groaning in response.
Terry, Andy and Mai then looks at each for a minute before sharing a soft laughter, Andy then turns to Pinkie with a smile, "No problem." he accepted.
