"What are we even doing here?"
Darius Greg, Gino Samuels, Kennedy "Kenny" MacIntosh and Ruderford "Rudy" Tucker stood inside the bathroom. Realizing the awkward implication, the boys decided to leave the room without uttering any words.

The story opens in the neighboring city called Magnum City, which is East from Neo-City, and the city can be considered a futuristic version of Chicago, Illinois and Washington-DC combined and it's currently in heavy security under the Heroes Coalitions of Neo-City.
And why?
Magnum City is currently in the verge of imminent danger after an unknown source claimed that they will attack the city by colliding themselves into a Nuclear Factory and the aforementioned factory is located at the very end of the city, and if they successfully collided with the hazardous establisment it will make the entire city alongside it's entire population to explode.
Fearing for their lives, the city enlisted help from the Heroes Coalitions to which they obliged.
In a distance away from the large commercial institution, we see three fast moving blurs making it's way towards the city with the gray blur taking the lead while being chased by a blue and yellow blur: the latter two blurs are revealed to be Ben Tennyson in his XLR8 alien form and Kid Flash.

"Men!" XLR8 shouted in annoyance, "This guy is much faster than us!" he exclaimed.
"They're even faster than Jay and Barry!" Kid Flash commented.
"Kid!" XLR8 called out, "Contact the guys in front!" he beckoned, "Tell them that our target is coming close to the city!" he relayed.
Kid Flash nodded in response, "Right!" he complied before getting into his communication device.
At the main entrance of the city, we see Miho Nishizumi, Juniper Lee, Kim Possible, Heath Slater and Rhyno standing on guard while waiting for the intruder to arrive, and Miho is currently on top of a tank while looking over from the distance.
"Okay!" Miho replied on her communication device, "Thanks for the heads-up!" she expressed her gratitude before ending the call.
"What did they say?" Kim inquired.
"Our target is coming, so please get ready!" Miho answered with a serious look and from the distance, she noticed three blurs making their way towards them, "Their they are!" she announced, "Heath-san, Rhyno-san!" she beckoned.
Both Heath and Rhyno nodded in response before charging towards the oncoming blur, "Oh yeah~" the former cheered, "I'm going to show you not to mess with the Slater-" he was trying to say only for him to get hit by the gray blur, "AAAAAHHHH!" he screamed out loudly while being sent flying into the air and then colliding towards Rhyno which sends them crashing to the sides.
Miho then pressed a button from a device in her hand to which fired a shell towards the oncoming target but it missed and the blur responded by charging it's way towards her tank.
Taking notice of this, Juniper quickly hops over the tank, "Get outta there!" she shouted before grabbing Miho by the collar and then jumping down the tank, just in time for the blur to collide with the large military vehicle, sending it flying in the air.
The gray blur then ran passed them while being followed followed by Kid Flash and XLR8, Kim then goes on to check on the bickering Heath and Rhyno, and at the same time, Juniper helps Miho up.
"You okay?" Juniper asked.
Miho nodded in response, "Hai." she responded in reassurance, "Thank you very much.'' she expressed in gratitude before getting into her communication device, "Gingka-san, the target just made it inside the city!" she reported.
Inside the city, we see Gingka Hagane and Herald standing on a rooftop of a building while overseeing the events.
"Sure!" Gingka replied on his communication device, "Got it!" he accepted, "We got Jinx and Asuka ready in this section.'' he shared.
Down the streets, we see Jinx and Asuka Tanaka standing side by side while waiting for their target to arrive.
"Okay, Four Eyes!" Jinx called out, "You better do your duties right this time around because the whole city is at stake.'' she reminded when she noticed Asuka staring at her with a grin, "What are you looking at?" the luck-based heroine asked in annoyance.
Asuka's grin just got even bigger, "Nothing." she answered, "I just can't help but stare on how cute you are.'' she admitted.
Jinx flustered in response, "What?!" she squawked, "What the hell are you saying at a time like this?!" she chastised, "Stop it!" she exclaimed in embarrassment.
"Focus, girls!" Gingka shouted from above, "Focus!" he repeated.
Then coming from the distance, Asuka and Jinx saw the gray blur with XLR8 and Kid Flash right on it's tail with the latter managed to caught up on the gray blur by jumping on it's back but the gray blur retaliate by shaking off Kid which sends him flying and colliding towards XLR8, and both boys found themselves crashing onto a wall.
Jinx then got in front while charging her hands with mystical energy, she then hurls out a powerful blast of magic towards the gray blur but it deflected her attack, "Damn!" she cursed, "Four Eyes!" she called from behind.
Asuka then took off her glasses and her eyes began to glow pink, "Time to possess this intruder.'' she declared with narrowed eyes while staring at the oncoming blur only for her to realize something, "Ah!" the bespectacled girl meeped, "I forgot!" she yelped, "I can't possess anyone if I don't look straight at them in the eyes.'' she stated with a smile while the gray blur ran pass her.
"FOUR EYES!" Jinx exclaimed in annoyance.
"They're getting away!" Gingka pointed out.
Herald brought out his trumpet and blew on it which then created a portal down on the streets but the gray blur ran pass through it, "Oh, men!" the hooded hero squawked, "They're so fast!" he exclaimed.
Gingka then got in to his communication device, "Easy 4, Easy 4!" he called out, "The target is making their towards your direction!" he reported.
On another building, we see Fabia Sheen and Blonko Rook standing on the rooftop while looking over the streets and down the aforementioned public road, we see Kyuubi, Shawn Daggers and Horace Godwinn waiting for the intruder to arrive.
Then they saw the gray blur coming from the distance, "Easy 3!" Blonko called out on his communication device, "Target sighted!" he announced..
Blonko then brought out his Proto-Tool and began to shoot out beams towards the gray blur but it dodges every shots, Fabia then materializes a bow and arrow on her hands with the arrows glowing red before firing it towards the gray blur, the arrow then hits the concrete which then exploded alongside their target.
"Did you get him?'' Blonko asked.
Suddenly, the gray blur ran past through the smoke, "Damn it!" Fabia cursed, "Don't let them pass guys!" she shouted.
Both Kyuubi and Shawn charges towards the gray blur, Kyuubi then attacks with a flaming kick but it misses while Shawn swung his steel chair but he also missed.
Horace then brought out a bazooka and fires it towards the gray blur but also missed, "Fuck!" the rednecked pyschopath cursed out loud.
Blonko then got on his communication device, "Easy 4 to Easy 3!" he called out, "Target got away!" he reported.
"Easy 3 to Easy 5!" Gingka called out, "Target up ahead!" he reported.
On a rooftop of another building, Naoto Takayama is seen looking over the streets when he saw the gray blur coming from the distance.
"Easy 5!" Naoto responded on his communication device, "I see them!" he reported.
"Anyone ready to take it on?" Gingka asked.
Naoto then looks down the streets and saw Ashley Plutia Iris Heart sleeping in the middle of streets, " I see Miss Iris Heart...'' he trailed while the gray blur ran past her sleeping form, "... and the target ran past her.'' he shared in a dry tone.
"Lemme guess..." Gingka trailed, "... she's sleeping?'' he assumed in annoyance.
"Yup!" Naoto replied with a blank look.
"Why that useless..." Gingka growled, "All right!" he exclaimed, "Anyone there to stop it?!" he inquired.
Naoto then looks down again and saw Chie Satonaka, Ichika Orimura and Yukiko Amagi getting themselves ready for the gray blur, "Ichika-san, Chie-san and Yukiko-san are about to engage it!" he replied.
Back down the streets, Chie and Yukiko both activated their Personas, Tomoe and Konohana Sakuya respectively, before charging forward in hopes of slowing down their target but the moment they collided with the gray blur, the impact was strong that it sends them flying towards a cafe.
Meanwhile, Ichika, currently in his I.O form, brought out his white blade fueled with energy before charging forward, he then collided with the gray blur and manage to stop it, Ichika tried to push it back but the gray blur reacted quickly and tackleed Ichika while ramming him towards a wall before continuing his spree.
"Easy 5 to Easy 3!" Naoto called out on his communication device, "It got away!" he reported.
"Goddammit!" Gingka cursed in frustration.
The gray blur then ran through the left side of the streets when they saw Peacock, Andy Anvil, Avery, Tommy Ten Tons, George Bomb and Lonesome Lenny standing on it's way.
Peacock blows out a smoke from her cigar, "Come on, boys!" she beckoned, "Let's show all of these losers that we're the best!" she exclaimed with a grin.
And with that, Team Peacock charges towards the gray blur altogether but only for their target to collide with them which sends them flying like a bowling pins.
From the rooftop of a building, Rise Kujikawa witnessed all of this, "Peacock, are you okay?'' the idol asked in concern, "FINLAND!" Peacock screamed in response off-screen to which Rise grimaced in response.
As the gray blur arrives at an intersection, SpongeBob Squarepants, Nyaruto Nyazumaki, Toadal Dude and Arachnus jumps down from a building and blocked it's path.
SpongeBob, wearing his Karate gear, got into a pose, "Thought you could sneak up on us, did ya?" he mocked, "Well, you can't!" he declared, "Cause we're fast, we're mean and we can do this!" he listed off while wiggling his arms together when all of a sudden the gray blur crashes through SpongeBob turning him into a pile of cubes, "Oww..." he moaned in pain.
Nyaruto then brought put a scroll and summons a gigantic shuriken, "Eat this - nya!" he shouted before throwing the gigantic shuriken towards his target in break-neck speed but the gray blur dodges it, "Curse it- nya!" he shouted in frustration.
Both Toadal Dude and Arachnus are seen running and jumping from one building to another, and when the two got close to their target, both of them made their attack at the same time however, the gray blur dodges which causes Toadal and Arachnus to collide with each other, knocking them out silly.
On a rooftop of another building, Yuu Narukami and Sanders Fullblasters are seen standing with the latter holding a Hammerburst II and down in the streets, Yan Fung and Tomomichi Motoyama are seen getting themselves ready.
Yuu and Sanders then spotted the gray blur from the distance, "Easy 7 to Easy 3!" the former called out on his communication device, "Target sighted!" he called out while Sanders began to fire his weapon at the gray blur but it dodges every shot, "And it's gaining more momentum!" he added.
Back down the streets, Yan ignited his fists with flames before charging forward while throwing a powerful punch but the gray blur collided with his fist, the two then tried to push each other back but the gray blur managed to push itself forward by sending Yan crashing down to the streets.
Tomomichi then rips his shirt apart before charging up his left arm with electricity and his right arm with flames, he then made a big jump before dropping down and colliding with the gray blur by using two powerful double fists while creating a massive explosion and a large smoke.
However it was Tomomichi that was sent out flying from the smoke, "HUWAAAAAAH!" he screamed before crashing down to the ground.
"Holy shit!" Yuu cursed out loud in shock, "It even took down Tomomichi and Yan!" he exclaimed while Sanders kept on firing his weapon at the gray blur with no avail.
Suddenly, Kamaitachi drops down from one building, "Prepare yourself!" he beckoned before swinging down his scythe while unleashing a powerful wind but managed to slow the gray blur down a little.
Kamaitachi was about to strike when the gray blur accelerated it's speed and attacks the Yo-Kai with a tackle which sends him flying to a wall.
"Easy 7 to Easy 3!" Yuu called out on his communication device, "We lost him!" he reported.
"He is getting close to the factory!" Gingka pointed out, "Anyone ahead of ya?!" he asked.
"Clarity and that new girl, Ageha are up ahead!" Yuu answered.
Meanwhile, the gray blur went to the right side of the streets where they came across Clarity Dresden in front, "You're not getting any closer to the factory!" she declared while levitating several cars in the air, "Take this!" she beckoned, "Poltergeist attack!" she shouted while throwing the vehicles towards her target but it managed to dodged it and run pass her, "Not done yet!" she exclaimed before levitating a semi-truck and then hurling it towards the gray blur but managed to dodge it, "Curse it!" she spatted in annoyance.
As the gray blur is coming close to it's destination, Ageha Kuki steps forward with a grin on her face, "All right!" she cheered, "Time to show this punk what the strength of a Kuki has!" she declared before charging towards to the oncoming gray blur and she was about to throw a punch when suddenly the blur collided with her, "Guh!" she let's out a gasp with her eyes going wide.
Ageha didn't see it but she definitely felt a hard hand punching and digging through her stomach, she is then sent flying towards a post while the gray blur continues moving forward.
Meanwhile on a rooftop of another building, Crow Lytis stood on the edge and witnessed the gray blur getting past Clarity and Ageha.
"Easy 8 to Easy 3!" Crow called out on her communication device, "Target has past through both Clarity and Ageha!" she reported.
"This city is doomed!" Gingka shouted in panic.
"Don't give up yet!" Crow encouraged, "There is still one person that our target hasn't faced yet." she reminded.
In front of the Nuclear Factory, we see Kyoutarou Suga standing there waiting for the intruder. He is currently wearing a red leather jacket over a black top, red leather jeans with straps and red boots. His left eye is slightly narrowed while flexing his fingers.
"We saved the best for last.'' Crow quipped with a grin.
As the gray blur is getting closer to the Nuclear Factory, Kyoutarou stood still with his back turn, fully focused at the factory in front of him.
Meanwhile, Crow watches him from the rooftop of the building, "Not that I doubt, Kyou." Gingka uttered out loud, "But can he really take down that thing when the others including Yan and Tomomichi failed to do so?" he questioned in concern.
Crow smiled in response, "Just have faith in him.'' she replied.
As the gray blur is inching closer to Kyoutarou, the young man turns around and delivers a powerful kick at his target and the impact of the kick was so strong the gray blur was sent crashing back and revealing his true form of a middle-aged man.
The middle-aged man had a tall stature, he had a muscular build and a grayish complexion, he had a black semi-casual hair and grayish-black eyes. He wears a green tank top with a brown strap, black cargo pants and black combat boots.
"Gah!" the man yelled while crashing to the ground however, he quickly stood up and looks at Kyoutarou with a grin, "Finally!" he cheered, "Someone that can go toe-to-toe with me, Grad the Speed Demon, and a member of the Dark Forces' Seven Deadly Assassins." he introduced himself with an amused face.

Kyoutarou didn't responded and instead outstretched his right arm before placing both hands behind his back, standing still and motionless while keeping his attention at his opponent.
Grad smirked in response, "You seem confident." he mused, "Let's see how long you can keep up with me!" he exclaimed before charging forward while turning himself into a gray blur again.

Kyoutarou stood still while keeping his eyes focus at the gray blur that is about to collide to him, he then lifted a foot forward and hits Grad hard in the midsection.
Kyou then pushes him back but Grad retaliated by swinging a right hook but Kyou blocks it with his right arm, Kyou then did a spinning back towards Grad's midsection again before following it with a kick to the face before stomping Grad's foot and then striking his jaws with a knee strike which sends Grad crashing towards the ground.
Kyoutarou stood still once more with his hands behind his back.
Grad slowly got back up with his grin much more bigger than before, he then looks at Kyou with a chuckle before charging towards him and with that, the two began locked arms at each other and began to trade blows, Grad then got Kyou in a tight headlock but the blonde retaliated by punching and elbowing his midsection prompting Grad to let go of him.
The two then began to trade blows against each other once more, Grad then grabs Kyou and lifts him up but the blonde crawled his way out of his grip and got on his back, Kyou then quickly wraps an arm around his neck and began to choke his bigger opponent.
Grad then grabs Kyou and pulls him off of him, Grad then swung his right arm but Kyou caught it before swatting it away, Kyou then wraps around his chest before and with all his might, he lifted Grad up high before driving his back down on his knee, making the bigger man cringed in pain.
Kyoutarou quickly stood up and standing still at the same time while placing his hands behind his back once more.
Grad then got up again while letting out a chuckle, "You're good..." he complimented, "... way better than expected." he added before charging forward while turning himself into a gray blur again and went straight towards Kyou but he suddenly swerve to his right with his true aim being the Nuclear Factory.
Unfortunately for him, Kyou saw this coming and quickly acted by delivering a powerful elbow and palm thrust towards Grad's sides, stopping his movement while letting out a grunt.
Kyou then follows this by doing a spinning kick towards Grad's midsection which sends him skidding back to the streets, Grad then got on his knees but Kyou wasted no time running towards Grad and delivers a running knee strike on his head.
Grad felt his skull being shattered from the strike while falling down to the concrete, Kyoutarou then took a few steps back before standing still again with his hands behind his back.
Grad, despite lying on the ground, let's out a chuckle, "Hahaha..." he wheezed, "I wasn't expecting that." he admitted, "I wasn't expecting that!" he repeated while getting into a sitting position and then looking at his opponent with a grin, "I like you, I really like you!" he exclaimed in glee, "You are, by far, the most strongest person I ever fought so far." he declared, "I enjoy it!" he cheered, "I really enjoy it!" he repeated even louder, "But fun times needs to end as I'm ending this fight." he said before getting up, "I never really care about that Nuclear Factory." he confessed, "I only took this task in hopes of encountering a good opponent and looks like I was right." he stated, "I got more what I bargained for.'' he added while a red-colored portal appears behind him, "Before I go..." he trailed, "... what's your name, young man?'' he asked.
"Kyoutarou." Kyou answered, "Kyoutarou Suga." he furthered with a neutral look.
Grad smirked once again, "Kyoutarou Suga." he mused before pointing a finger at him, "Don't lose to anyone." he beckoned, "Because I'll be the one to take you down.'' he claimed before entering portal which then vanished without a trace.
Kyoutarou remained silent for a few minutes before letting out a sigh of relief before looking up at the sky.
Bzzzttt...
Later that day, we see everyone gathered around in front the Nuclear Factory where they are seen complimenting Kyoutarou for stopping the enemy.
Gingka then walks towards Crow, "Gotta admit." the beyblader begun, "What he did was really awesome." he complimented, "Men, Mega-Tokyo really made a big mistake not taking this guy under their wing." he stated, "Then again if they didn't, he won't be able to join us." he thought out loud.
Crow chuckled in response, "You can say that again." she said in agreement.
Meanwhile, Ageha is seen sitting by a post while holding her stomach and at the same time, she is seen staring at Kyoutarou from the distance.
Clarity then floats towards her, "Hey, are you okay, luv?'' the ghost asked in concern.
Ageha nodded in response, "Yeah, I'm fine." she reassured, "I just can't believe I was taken out like that." she admitted while keeping her stare at Kyoutarou with a grin, "Interesting." she uttered out loud, "I wonder if Momoyo can beat that guy." she mused.
Clarity saw the grin on her face but just shrugs it off.
Meanwhile, Kyoutarou stood still while staring at the Nuclear Factory when Gingka walked towards him.
"Hey, Kyou." Gingka called out, "Anything wrong?'' he asked.
Kyoutarou turns to him, "You know..." he trailed, "I had an idea how to keep this city safe from harm.'' he claimed.
"Really?" Gingka uttered in surprise, "How?'' he inquired.
Kyoutarou then jabs a thumb at the factory, "For starters..." he trailed, "... I believe it's only natural to shut this place down.'' he said with a dry tone.
Everyone thought about what he said before nodding agreement.
"I'll call HQ about this.'' Crow begun.
"I'll start a petition.'' Asuka quipped.
"I'll talk to the mayor of this city." Naoto added.
And with that, everyone began to work in hopes of shutting down the factory that they've protected but in all honesty, they believe it was for the best.
