After getting adjusted to living with Molly and Ollie even if they would put him in the Flow of Failed Phantoms, Scratch gave his ghost friend Geoff a tour of the castle.

Scratch told Geoff about the layout. "This is the coffin where Andrea sleeps, unless she's a bat. Over there is Kat's tomb, Sheela's crypt, Darryl's room and over here lies the two headed monster I can't live with and yet I can't live without, FRANKEN-MOLLIE!" Scratch was making a spectacle of himself.

Geoff was very excited to see the two headed monster. Franken-Mollie came in and greeted Geoff. "Sweet Baby Corn!" Molly exclaimed, "Another ghost! Looks like we were right when we called Brighton a ghost town."

Geoff introduced himself to Molly and Ollie "Hello, I am Geoff, that's spelled G-E-O-F-F. Not to be confused with "Jeff" J-E-F..." Scratch cut him off. "Yeesh Geoff. They know how to spell! They go to the same school!" Molly then said "I knew that ghosts are in this monster town! I'm Molly McGee, by the way, and this boy in my body is Ollie Chen." "Nice to meet you." Ollie said.

Geoff asked Scratch "Scratch, how come you're okay with these two?" Scratch then said "They made this drawing for me. For the first time in my afterlife I feel happy and now I accept them, just as long as they..." Molly interrupted "Don't worry, we know how you want SOME of the spooky stuff in here so we put in some details to make you happy."

Scratch then looked at the castle and noticed that it has some of the stuff that was already there before the families moved. "The haunted paintings, the cobwebs, the gargoyle decorations! You kept them, for me?"

Molly then replied "Sure, what are friends for?" Scratch then burst into happy tears! "You two make this haunted house a haunted home!" Scratched said. Geoff than wondered how this would affect the Ghost Council "Are you sure that the Ghost Council would accept it?" Scratch then worried "OH NO! I think I may be..." then Scratch got an idea, "Wait a minute, maybe we can tell them that the rules of the Ghost World should change!"

Franken-Mollie loved the idea "THAT IS THE BEST IDEA YOU HAVE EVER COME UP WITH!" They hugged Scratch "Could you give me some space?" They gave Scratch enough space.

Sharon entered the room "Molly, Ollie, it's time to meet with the Brighton Retirement Home." Scratch then asked Libby about the Brighton retirees. Libby searched the internet about them "According to this, the members of the Brighton retirement home were the original Ghost Council until the corporate takeover in 1984..."

Molly then thought that it would be a great idea to meet them and change the orders of the Ghost Council. "Let's not waste any time! To the retirement home we go!"

They make it to the Brighton Retirement Home which doubles as a morgue. They meet several retired ghosts, ghouls and demons. The head of the retirees is Patty, a witch who has had a long life and likes to tell stories about her youth.

"Hello, I'm Sharon McGee, my family and Ester Chen's family have moved in a couple of weeks ago. This is my daughter and their son, Molly and Ollie." Libby chimed in "I'm Dr Libby Stein Torres, I fused them together as Franken-Mollie." Scratch introduced himself to Patty "I'm Scratch, a ghost who is living with them by the Ghost Council."

Patty then felt like memories were coming back to her when she heard the words "Ghost Council". "Ghost Council? My friends were the Ghost Council back in 1975. Frank, Michael, Jeffrey, Roy, Peter, Thomas and Don were the best of the best. That was until 1984 when Lucretia, Alister, Bartholomew, Grimbella and that stick in the mud Chairman took over. They sucked all the fun out of this town."

Scratch then said "Now I wonder why they always want this town to be in misery." Patty then asked "What's so good about being miserable? If you were chairman, you'd put the 'life' back into 'afterlife' and we'd do whatever we want!"

Scratch then thought of the idea "Me? Chairman? At last! I would finally get some respect!" Molly then liked the idea "Yeah! It would be so great! No need to be concerned with dumb old misery!" Pete then said "Molly, on the one hand I do feel the need to keep it as is. But on the other hand, it's time that we made changes!" Darryl then said "It wouldn't matter if we scare or not, we'd have a really good time! Then I'd get to all the Atomic Pink concerts I'd like to go to!" Darryl then growled in delight at Atomic Pink. Sharon then said "Down boy!" Darryl obeyed like a real dog.

Molly then said "I think that if we're gonna make sure that the ghosts can be in this haunted town, it shouldn't matter how they are!" "We're gonna be your running mates, Scratch!" Ollie replied.

Andrea then came in so excited "Scratch is running for new Chairman of the Ghost World! Hashtag 'Ghost with the most' Fan-dreas!" The mummy Kat and zombie Sheela came in to support Scratch.

Molly was happy about Scratch's suggestion. "See?" Molly said "You announce your run as Chairman of the Ghost World and everybody follows you!" Unbeknownst to them, another ghost named Jinx is watching them, Jinx was a fan of the Chairman and won't rest until she eliminates all joy from the world. Jinx then said "Run while you can, I'll still make this town more miserable then ever! HA HA HA HA HA!" Jinx cackled wickedly, suddenly Patty hears her. "Oh no you don't!" Patty said with anger. Molly then said with anger "You are gonna get used to Scratch as your boss and YOU WILL LIKE IT!" Suddenly Jinx feels scared "I think that I might not have said that in front of those poor pathetic citizens..."
