Ryusei POV

Today is Thursday exactly one day before the test, as we had little time to cover the new test topics, we made an effort to study and help sudou, ike and yamauchi. With sudo, stopping going to the club to participate more in the study group helped a lot.

It was already at the end of the class, Chabashira-sensei had already left the room and everyone was already packing their things to leave too.

???: Sorry, but can you listen to me before I go home?

The one who caught everyone's attention was Kushida.

Kushida: I know everyone is studying hard for tomorrow's test. I have something that might help with some final studies tonight I'll turn them in now.

She started handing out a sheet to each of our colleagues until she handed it to me too.

Ryusei: "Wait, that's-"

Horikita: is this a sheet with test questions? did you make them kushida-san?

Just like horikita I was surprised by this.

Kushida: Actually these problems are from old tests. I received them from a third year senpai last night.

Ike: Old test problems? Are these questions that will be on tomorrow's test?

Kushida: Yes. Two years ago, the midterm exam had the same questions as those on these tests. So if we study what is in this test, it will definitely help us.

I understand, that was definitely a good idea, but I doubt that senpai did it willingly, now that I remember, sensei said that there was nothing that couldn't be bought using points, did Kushida use her points to get that old test? I'm sure that must have been it. I doubt anyone would do something so risky without wanting some points in return, especially if the person is low on points.

But there's something else I'm wondering, was this Kushida's idea? I don't know if she would have had this idea since many could think of it as some violation of school rules.

But anyway the students started thanking kushida for doing this to help them.

Kushida: Sudou-kun, do your best while studying today.

Sudou: Yes, thank you.

Sudou took the sheet without any problems

I was going to thank Kushida but I received a voice message from my sister, so I put on my headphones and left the room to listen and I listened to her for a few minutes and basically it was her saying that after the test day sometime in June we will go out , have a day just for the two of us.

And I said yes, I would go since I have nothing to do, and it will be good for us to do this considering that we were separated for almost three years, I bet she is very excited about it. As soon as I took off the phone after listening to the message, I ended up hearing something coming from my class room.

???: You hate me, don't you?

This voice was Horikita's and also what kind of question is it? Who is she asking? I'm not very close to the door but I'm not far away either so I can hear you talking but I can't see it, I could even take the risk and try to see but I won't do that.

???: Why do you think that?

The other voice was Kushida's, does that mean Horikita asked Kushida that question?

Horikita: You're not answering because it's true...am I right?

Kushida: Hahaha, you got me.

Kushida chuckled.

Kushida: Yes, I really hate you.

After hearing this I decided it was better for me to go to my dorm.

But damn, that surprised me, so kushida hates horikita, if she hates horikita then why was she so insistent on making friends with her? In fact, at no point did Kushida ever seem to show that she didn't like Horikita.

Is she acting or just pretending to try to befriend Horikita...but why?

Looks like I'll have to be more careful with kushida from now on.

Ryusei POV

It was already the day of the test and everyone came without delay or absence.

Chabashira: No absences, it seems like everyone is here.

Chabashira-sensei entered the classroom with a smile.

Chabashira: This is the first hurdle to being able to stay in school. Does anyone have any questions?

Hirata: We have been studying diligently these past few weeks. I don't think there will be dropouts in this class, you know?

Chabashira: You have a lot of confidence. hirata.

All the other students also had a look of confidence. Lining up the tests, tapping them against the table, she passed them out. The first period is social studies. I think you can call it the easiest test among all subjects.

Chabashira-sensei: If no one fails this midterm exam and the final exam in July, everyone will be rewarded with a summer vacation trip.

Ike: Trip?

Chabashira: Yes, that's right...a dream trip on an island surrounded by the blue sea.

Now with news like this, everyone will be even more motivated to pass the exam, after all, spending your vacation on an island with the sea is a unique opportunity.

Ike: What is this strange pressure...

Chiyabashira-sensei took a step back from the pressure he felt from students (especially boys).

Ike: Everyone... Let's do our best!

"YESSSS!!"

The rest of the male students shouted in agreement as they were more excited about the possibility of seeing the girls in bikinis.

In a short time, the tests were given to everyone. And with the teacher's signal, everyone started at the same time.

Looking through the problems, I quickly scanned the entire test. Can the trio pass the test? I checked that the questions were similar to the questions on the old test that Kushida gives us.

I looked closely at the test and I see that all the questions are recognizable, so I couldn't see any difference between the current test and the old one.

If someone has a good memory they can get a good grade or even a perfect score.

Looking around the classroom, I didn't see any students who seemed confused or impatient. It seems like most students studied at the last minute.

So I also started focusing on my test.

...

It was time for the break.

What I can say so far about the test is that in the second and third periods there were Japanese language and chemistry questions but they weren't that difficult after all, the topics that Horikita covered during the study group fell in line with what the test covered.

so it was the fourth quarter. Mathematics. All the abnormally difficult problems that were at the end of the mock test are undoubtedly in this test. They probably don't understand what it means, but they should have done well to memorize the answer.

So overall I think everyone was able to pass without anyone failing.

So now some of the study group members such as Ike, Yamauchi, Kushida and Horikita have all gathered together.

Ike: An easy victory!

Yamauchi: I feel like I'm going to get a 120 this time!

Ike was very relaxed. From the smile on his face, Yamauchi also seemed quite relieved.

While they were smiling, they were holding the old test questions for a final review.

Kushida: Sudou-kun, how are you?

Kushida called Sudou, who was reviewing in his seat.

But Sudou looked sullen, and was looking at the questions with great focus.

Kushida: Sudou-kun?

Sudou: Huh? Oh, sorry, I'm a little busy

He was looking at the English questions. He had a thin layer of sweat on his forehead.

Kushida: Sudou-kun, didn't you happen to study the questions?

Sudou: I did everything except English. I dozed off in between.

Sudou was getting irritated. In other words, this is the first time he has addressed these issues.

"What!?"

Everyone was surprised by what he said

Ryusei: "It has to be a joke"

Sudou only had about a 10 minute break to solve these problems.

Sudou: Damn, none of these answers are sticking in my head.

English is different from previous tests and is not as easy to memorize. Firstly, trying to memorize all the answers in the next 10 minutes is practically impossible.

Horikita: Sudou-kun, memorize the answers that are shorter and worth more.

Rising from her seat, Horikita moved next to Sudou.

Sudou: O-ok.

And so he started studying what was easier to memorize and worth more points, like Horikita said.

Kushida: A-are you okay?

Trying not to get in the way, Kushida asked from the side, looking anxious.

Unlike Japanese, I don't know the basics, so this seems like a spell to me. Memorizing this will take some time.

Kushida: Y-yes. I also have problems with English.

10 minutes passed quickly, and the relentless sound rang out.

Sudou: I did what I could do. Before I forget, I'll try to ask all the questions I remember first.

Horikita: Yes.

And then the test began. While all the other students started solving problems, Sudou was having trouble. Occasionally he would tap his pen against his head while thinking and stand still while writing. But no one can help him now. The only way to pass the test now is for Sudou to work alone.

...

After the last test ended, we all gathered around Sudou once again.

Ike: H-hey, how was it?

Ike asked anxiously. Sudou also looked a little uncomfortable.

Sudou: I don't know... I did what I could, but I don't know how well I did...

Kushida: It'll be okay. Since you studied hard, things will work out.

Kushida tried to be positive by giving Sudou hope.

Sudou: Damn, why did I sleep?

He was tapping his fingers against the table in irritation. Horikita stood right in front of Sudou.

Horikita: Sudou-kun.

Sudou: What is this. Are you lecturing me again?

Horikita: It was really your fault that you didn't proofread the last part. However, like you said, you did your best when we were studying. You didn't throw in the towel even when it was difficult. With how much effort you put in, I think you should feel proud of what you've done.

Sudou: What is this, are you trying to comfort me?

Horikita: Comfort? I was just telling the truth. When I look at Sudou-kun, I understand that studying is difficult for you.

I really didn't expect horikita to praise sudou, everyone was surprised by what she was saying.

Horikita: Let's wait for the results.

Sudou: Yes.

Horikita: So... one more thing. Something I need to fix.

Sudou: Correct?

Horikita: Earlier, I said that your hopes of becoming a professional basketball player were foolish.

Sudou: Why are you reminding me?

Horikita: I looked at how someone could become a professional basketball player in this world. I learned that it is a very difficult journey to enter a professional career.

Sudou: Isn't that why you told me to give up? Because it's such a reckless dream.

Horikita: It's not like that. I know you have a passion for basketball. I know you probably understand how difficult it is to become a professional.

It was her usual attitude, but this was clearly Horikita's clumsy excuse.

Horikita: In Japan, there are many people who want to become professionals. Among these people, there are also people who want to become internationally known. You are part of the last group, right?

Sudou: Yes. The incredibly foolish me is trying to become a professional basketball player. Even though I may be stuck living a sad life as a part-time worker, I will achieve my dream.

Sudou: I always thought there was no need to understand anyone other than myself. But when you said you wanted to become a pro, I immediately insulted you. Looking back, I regret it. Someone who doesn't know how difficult basketball is has no right to say it's stupid and foolish. Sudou-kun, don't forget the hard work you put into studying and use it for basketball, you will be able to become a professional with that dedication. At least, that's what I think.

Horikita's expression was the same as always, but she lowered her head to Sudou.

Horikita: Sorry for what I said back then Well then, goodbye.

Horikita left, returning to her seat, I was also surprised by her words, as soon as I sat down at my table I turned my face towards Horikita and with a smile I said.

Ryusei: I'm proud, huh.

In response she just looks at me with cold eyes and tells me

Horikita: Shut up.

I just laugh at her response.

A day passed after the tests and everyone was waiting for the teacher to arrive.

Chabashira-sensei entered the classroom, looking at the students in surprise. Everyone was clearly anxious, holding their breath in anticipation of the test results.

Hirata: Sensei. We're told the results will be released today, but when?

Chabashira: There's no need for you to be so anxious, Hirata. You must have passed easily.

Hirata: So when will the results be released?

Chabashira: Well, now is a good time. There wouldn't be much time for certain procedures if we did it after school."

At the words "certain procedures", some of the students had a visible reaction.

Hirata: What... do you mean by that?

Chabashira: Don't be nervous. I will tell you now.

Considering what we've been through so far, it's normal to be nervous.

She placed the paper with everyone's names and scores on the board.

Chabashira: Honestly, I'm impressed. I didn't think you guys would score so well. Several students achieved perfect scores in math, Japanese and social studies. More than ten of you, in fact.

I scored 100 in all the subjects but honestly what matters to me now is knowing my sudo score in English.

We saw Sudou's score. Four of Sudou's scores were a solid 60 points. His English score was 39.

Sudou: YES!!

Sudou stood up and shouted in relief. Ike and Yamauchi stood up at the same time and applauded.

There was no red line to be found on the paper. Kushida, ayanokouji and I looked at each other and let out a small sigh of relief. Horikita... wasn't smiling or celebrating, but she looked relieved inside.

Ike: We showed you, Sensei! When we really give our best, we can do anything!

Ike had a confident smile.

Chabashira: Yes, I recognize that. You did well. However-

Chiyabashira-sensei had a red pen in his hand.

Sudou unintentionally let out a "Huh?"

She drew a red line right above Sudou's name.

Sudou: What is this? What does that mean?

Chabashira: You failed, Sudou.

Sudou: What? That's a lie, right? Don't give me that shit! Why did I fail?

Of course, Sudou was the first to protest.

The classroom turned 180. We stopped our applause in joy and burst into confusion.

Chabashira: Sudou, you failed the English exam. That is all.

Sudou: Don't lie to me! I got 32 points! I passed!

Chabashira: When did someone say the passing score was 32 points?

Ike: No, no. You said that! Okay, everyone!? Ike shouted in support of Sudou.

Chabashira: Say what you want, it doesn't matter. This is the undeniable truth. In this intermediate exam, the passing score was 40 points. In other words, you missed out on 1 point. You were so close.

Sudou: H-forty!? You never told us about this! I will not accept this!

Chabashira: So, should I tell you how we decide what a passing grade is?

Chabashira-sensei wrote a formula on the board.

She wrote: "79.6/2 = 39.8."

Chabashira: Last test, and this test too, each class has an individual passing grade. We calculate this score by dividing the average score by 2. And that's how we arrive at our answer.

In other words, anything below 39.8 was a low score.

Chabashira: Well, that shows how you failed. That is all.

Sudou: No chance... So... does that mean I'll be expelled?

Chabashira: Although your time here was short, you fought valiantly. After school, you will be asked to fill out a withdrawal form, but you will need a legal guardian. I will contact them for you later.

Seeing everything progress so casually, all the students knew it was really happening.

Chabashira: The rest of you, good job. You all passed without any problems. Work hard so you can pass the final exam too. Well then, onto the next topic-

Hirata: S-sensei. Is Sudou-kun really going to be expelled? Isn't there some way to save it?

Hirata was the first to show concern, even though Sudou hated him and verbally insulted him.

Chabashira: He's being expelled. He had a decreasing grade.

Hirata: Can we see Sudou-kun's answer sheet?

Chabashira: Even if you look, you won't find any errors in the classification. I already expected you to protest.

She took Sudou's English exam answer sheet and passed it to Hirata.

Hirata examined each question, his expression turned dark when he reached the end.

Hirata: There's no mistake.

Chabashira: Well, if everyone is in agreement, the class is over.

Without any sympathy or second chances, Chabashira-sensei mercilessly announced Sudou's expulsion. Knowing that any comforting words would have the opposite effect, Ike and Yamauchi remained silent. Hirata was also silent. Unfortunately, some students seemed relieved about this. They were happy that a nuisance like Sudou was being removed from the class.

Chabashira: Sudou, come to the staff room after class. That is all.

She said this as she left the room.

Ryusei: This is getting annoying, all the time some obstacle comes up when we think everything will be fine.

As I said this I stood up from my seat.

Horikita: Where are you going, nogami-kun?

Ryusei: To the bathroom.

I left the classroom and quickly walked towards the teachers' room. As I was wondering if Chiyabashira-sensei had arrived at the staff room yet, I saw her looking out the window, standing in the hallway. As if she was waiting for someone.

Chabashira: Nogami, hmm? Class is going to start any minute, you know. She said.

Ryusei: Don't worry, I intend to be quick and objective.

Chabashira: So what do you want?

Ryusei: I want you to sell me a point so I can apply it to Sudou's English test.

Chabashira: "..."

She looks at me shocked, until she laughs loudly.

Chabashira: Hahahahah!, that's certainly interesting. I didn't think you would try to buy points.

Ryusei: Well, these days ago, I ended up remembering what you said on the first day saying that there is nothing that cannot be bought with points at this school. So the idea came to me to try and buy a point for the sudou test, after all the intermediate exam is just another 'thing' at this school.

Chabashira: I see, you're a perceptive person to come up with this kind of idea. However, do you have enough points to pay?

Ryusei: Well, how much does a test point cost?

Chabashira: A very difficult question, isn't it? No one has ever asked to sell a test point before. Let's see... since it's a special occasion, I will sell you a test point for the exceptional price of 100,000 points.

Crap! I only have 76,000 points.

Ryusei: You are a cruel teacher.

If you call horikita or ayanokouji to help pay, it will be possible to pay.

"I will also pay"

A voice came from behind me, turning around I see Horikita next to Ayanokouji.

Ryusei: Horikita, ayanokouji.

Chabashira: Heh. Like I mean, you three are interesting.

Chabashira-sensei took our student cards.

Chabashira: Alright, you agree to sell a point. I will take a combined total of 100,000 points from both of you. Tell the rest of the class that Sudou's expulsion has been cancelled. She said to me and horikita.

Ayanokouji: Is everything okay? ayanokouji asked.

Chabashira: They promised to pay 100,000 points, there is nothing more to do.

Chabashira-sensei spoke with an amused tone as she continued to look at us in wonder.

Chabashira: Maybe the three of you really can reach the higher classes. Chabashira-sensei said.

Horikita: I don't know about them, but I will definitely go.

Well, I don't care if I'm in class D or A, but if my classmates want to try to make an effort to go to class A, I'll help.

Chabashira: In the past, there has never been a case where a D class was promoted. The school has already labeled you as defective and will coldly throw you away. How do you plan to achieve your goal?

Horikita: Sensei.

Without wavering, Horikita returned Chiyabashira-sensei's gaze.

Horikita: Honestly, many of the students in Class D are flawed. However, that doesn't mean they are trash.

Chabashira: What is the difference between defective products and junk?

Horikita: There is a paper-thin difference. I think with a little help, there is the possibility of improving an inferior good to a higher quality.

Chabashira: I see. When you say that, it sounds strangely persuasive.

I look at Horikita, surprised that these words were coming from her. Horikita, who previously looked at other students and people as if they were an obstacle, was slowly changing.

Of course it's not that simple. Even if it's a small glimpse of your change, it's a huge transformation. As if she noticed too, Chabashira-sensei smiled slightly.

Chabashira: Well then, I look forward to seeing what you do next. As your teacher, I will look after you with great attention and care.

Chabashira-sensei left, heading towards the teacher's room.

We were left behind in the hallway.

Ayanokouji: Well, let's go back. Class will start soon. ayanokouji said

Horikita: Ayanokouji-kun.

Ayanokouji: Hmm? ouch!

horikita hit ayanokouji.

Ayanokouji: Hey, what's that for!?

Horikita: I called you so you could help, and in the end you helped nothing.

Ryusei: Hahaha, don't be like that Horikita after all, he helped by buying the old tests.

Horikita was surprised by my speech.

Horikita: Is that true? she asks ayanokouji.

Ayanokouji: I don't know what he's talking about.

Ayanokouji tries to pretend not to know what I'm talking about.

Ryusei: Oh really? An acquaintance of mine said he saw you and Kushida talking to a third year senpai.

Ayanokouji: I think this person may have made a mistake and ended up confusing me with someone else.

Ryusei: Really? because then you have a twin brother, because you are the one who is clearly in this photo.

I say showing the photo that maki sent to me of ayanokouji and kushida talking to a senpai.

Horikita also looked at the photo.

Ryusei: Are you going to keep denying it?

Ayanokouji: Think whatever you want. he said without any expression.

He didn't deny it or affirm it, Ayanokouji went ahead, returning to class with me and Horikita behind him.

Timeskip*

After classes ended, me, horikita and ayanokouji were outside the school sitting on a bench.

ayanokouji: Class A has 1,004 points, compared to us who have 87 points. Seriously, aiming for Class A seems surreal.

Ayanokouji said sitting on a bench alone while I was sitting on another bench next to horikita.

Ryusei: But it's not impossible, we just have to get the whole class to cooperate.

Ayanokouji: You say it like it's easy.

Ryusei: I know it's not, but we should try.

Horikita: Regardless, I won't give up, I'll reach class A.

Horikita said next to me while reading a book.

Ryusei: Yeah, that's one thing you'd say.

Horikita: Is there a problem?

She looks at me and asks.

Ryusei: None, in fact I owe you one, thanks for helping me save Sudou.

Horikita: I didn't already tell you, I did it for myself.

Ryusei: Was that really the only reason?

I look towards her to face her.

Horikita: What do you mean?

Ryusei: You knew that Sudou's English grade would be at the limit, that's why you reduced your grade on purpose.

Ayanokouji: He's right.

Ayanokouji said showing his cell phone and on it you could see Horikita's grades, where she got a 100 in almost all subjects except English where she scored 51.

Ryusei: A very kind action coming from someone who doesn't say he doesn't care about others.

Horikita: I already told you, I did this to get to Class A.

Ryusei: Okay, I'll pretend to believe it~. I say in a joking tone.

I say while getting up from the bench.

Horikita: You know, I don't like your attitude, Nogami-kun.

Ryusei: Ha?

Horikita: Regret in pain or regret in despair, which do you prefer?

Horikita said as she stood up from the bench as well.

Ryusei: "What is she trying to say? In fact, that in her hand is a compa-"

She hit my arm with an object in her hand.

Ryusei: Ouch!

This thing hurts, it really isn't a joke.

...

Ike: Cheers

Holding a can of juice, Ike screamed with joy.

After the midterm exam results were announced, all study group members gathered together in the evening. Everyone was smiling... Well, except Horikita. I wonder if she doesn't do anything for fun or something that makes her happy?

Ike: What's with that gloomy face, Ayanokouji? Sudou didn't get kicked out, so it's okay now, right?

Ayanokouji: I don't mind that they're having a party to celebrate, but why are they doing it in my room?

Ryusei: It's your fault, you should have denied it when they had the idea.

As soon as ike had the idea to celebrate in ayanokouji's room, ayanokouji stayed quiet and didn't say anything, and of course that was interpreted as a yes by ike.

Ayanokouji: Yeah, I think you're right.

But if they wanted to do it in my room, I wouldn't have refused, after all what bad could happen.

Ike: My room is dirty, and Sudou's and Yamauchi's are too. And we can't go to the girls' rooms, right? I mean, of course, I'd love to go to Kushida-chan's room. But your spectacularly simple and empty room is the best option.

Ayanokouji: It's only been two months since school started. It would be strange to have so many things.

Ryusei: Personally, I don't think it's strange, whether the room is full of things or not, it depends on each person's taste.

Ike: What do you think, Kushida-chan?

Kushida: I think it's okay. It looks clean, fresh and simple.

Ike: Right? It must be nice to be praised by Kushida-chan. Hahahaha.

Yamauchi: All things considered, though, the midterm exam was dangerous. If we didn't do that study group, I would have been fine, but Ike and Sudou would definitely be expelled.

Ike: Hah? You were practically on edge too, you know.

Yamauchi: No, no, I would be able to get a perfect score if I tried. Serious.

What a beautiful joke.

Kushida: It was all thanks to Horikita-san's efforts. After all, she also taught Ike-kun, Sudou-kun and Yamauchi-kun.

Horikita stood outside the circle and was reading her novel alone. When we said her name, however, she looked up as she placed the bookmark back in the book.

Horikita: I'm just acting for myself. If someone gave up, Class D's points would also drop.

Ike: Even if it's a lie, say you did it for us. Let's think better of you.

Horikita: It's okay if you don't think better of me.

Well, her attitude is the same as always, but her participation in this group is an improvement in itself. If it was the old Horikita, she definitely wouldn't have come, although I still find it strange that she agreed to appear at this celebration.

Sudou: Well, I guess, but you're a surprisingly good person, Horikita. Sudou finally spoke.

Since Horikita apologized, Sudou stopped being hostile towards her. Before, he said she was a bad person, but people can change.

kushida: Anyway, why did Chabashira-sensei decide to cancel Sudou's expulsion?

Ike: I was wondering about that too. What sorcery did you use, Horikita-chan?

Horikita: Eh, I don't remember.

Ike: Ehhh, a secret?

Ike fell exaggeratedly.

Horikita: Just because we passed the midterm exam, we shouldn't lose our minds. Our next challenge is the final exam. Obviously, the questions on the final exam will likely be more difficult than this exam. Furthermore, we still need to find a way to increase our points.

Ike: We have to start studying again... That's the worst.

Ike buried his head in his hands.

He really doesn't like studying, it's not like asking him to start enjoying studying but he should at least understand the need to do it if he wants to continue at school.

Ayanokouji: Don't you think we should start now so it doesn't get so bad?

Ike: No! He seemed sure about this.

Ike: I don't understand this school. I don't understand the class division, the points system, anything...

Yamauchi: Ah ~ my points ~. I want points~. Poverty is really the worst~

After Ike and Yamauchi spent all their points, they had to resort to the free meals the school offered, but honestly they reap what they sow.

Kushida: Hey, Horikita-san. Do you think it will be difficult to get more points?

Sudou: We tried so hard in the midterm exam that they will give us some points, right?

Horikita: Have you seen Class D's average score? Among all classes, we are by far the lowest. If you think we can win points like this, you must change your way of thinking.

As always, Horikita told the truth without mercy.

Ike: Then we won't gain any points next month, either.

Ryusei: Maybe yes or maybe no, The class has avoided committing any infractions as much as possible, such as not being late or talking during class, and since everyone got scores that would mean no one was expelled, we can hope that we will win points even if it is little.

Kushida: Don't worry, Ike-kun. We may not have any points now, but we will get some points in the near future. Right? Horikita-san.

Horikita: I wonder.

Kushida: Can I say something? After all, we are all friends here. Horikita-san, Ayanokouji-kun, Nogami-kun and I are working together to try and get to class A. If it's okay, I want the three of them to help us. Kushida said.

Ike: Reach... Class A? Eh, are you serious?

Kushida: Yes. Of course. Trying to increase our points is obviously an important part of this too.

Ike: But isn't that exaggeration? They're smart, right? Since they are smarter, isn't it practically impossible?

You can't blame him for thinking like that, after all, class A has the students with the best academic skills in the school so they obviously must score much higher than class D students on the tests. But as we have seen, the school doesn't seem to only look at academic skills, so there may be a chance of reaching Class A, but it will be a very difficult path.

Kushida: Studying isn't the only factor that decides who goes into which class, though. Right?

Horikita: Yes, but if you can't at least study, then advancing is out of the question.

The three people whistled and looked away.

Kushida: We're still a long way from our goal, but if we work together, we'll get there. I know that.

Horikita: What makes you so sure?

Kushida: What makes me so sure, hmm? Well, you know what they say, 'A single arrow is easily broken, but not ten together,' I suppose.

Horikita: I think even if you put ten of these together, they'll still break.

Kushida: Well how about that? Three heads are better than one! Or something like this.

Horikita: I think if you combine all three test scores, you'd get a normal person's score.

Ryusei:"While Kushida tried to be optimistic by trying to say that those three are useful, Horikita is being realistic or at least that much"

Kushida: If we continue arguing like this despite, we won't get anywhere. It's definitely better for us to get along.

Horikita: I suppose, logically, you're right.

Kushida: Right?

Horikita didn't try to argue anymore.

Ryusei: What a strange group we have here, talking about reaching class A~

I say smiling ironically.

Ayanokouji: What do you mean?

Ryusei: We have a strange combination here, Kushida being the popular girl, you being the loner, the idiot trio there and Horikita being the ice girl.

Yamauchi: Hey! and you!. yamauchi complained

Ike: Sudou could be hot-tempered and would suit him.

In response to this Sudou put Ike in a rear naked choke.

Ike: Ow! ow ow, stop!

Sudou: If you say anything else, I'll strangle you.

Ike: But you're already doing this!, please stop!

I laugh seeing this scene, then I look in Horikita's direction and see her holding that damn compass in her hand... at least I won't be bored during these three years at this school.

End

I finished writing volume 1, I admit that I was stalling on finishing writing volume 1 but at least I finished it and I'm going to start writing volume 2.

Tell me something, what do you think of the Oc protagonists in the Classroom of the Elite stories? Because for example I don't really like it when they make a character act and think exactly like ayanokouji, although there are a lot of people who can make ocs different and very cool, there are also those who make an oc look exactly like ayanokouji.
