Oblivious Owls: Lila, Tracy, Trish, Shauna, Christopher, Spikke, Brad, Dianne, Adam, Matthew, Mackenzie, and Tatiana

"Last time on Total Drama Canadian Travels…" Chris began the famous recap, as he stood with Alexis, Jenny, and Chef Hatchet.

"Our 12 veterans met our 12 newbies, and they seem to be an interesting bunch, if I do say so myself," Alexis continued. "And they were divided into two teams, the Revolting Raccoons, which consists of Fernando, Butch, Lin, Lucille, David, Ilyria, Eddy, Byron, Brittany, Juliette, Dante, and Antonio, while the Oblivious Owls consists of Lila, Tracy, Trish, Shauna, Christopher, Spikke, Brad, Dianne, Adam, Matthew, Mackenzie, and Tatiana."

"And Adam's already annoying his team, heh. Sucks to be them!" Chris laughed.

"Our new players are certainly just as quirky as everyone from last season!" Jenny added.

"Not only that, both Butch and Eddy got drunk," Alexis groaned. "Especially after Chris warned them to not go crazy on the drinks. Here's hoping they'll recover before the challenge…right, uncle?"

"Just goes to show that teenagers and alcohol don't mix." The older man shrugged as he shook his head.

"With our first challenge on the way, what will these players face? Find out, on this incredible episode of…Total! Drama! CANADIAN TRAVELS!" the host announced dramatically.

Dear Mom and Dad I'm doing fine,

You guys are on my mind.

You asked me what I wanted to be

and now I think the answer is plain to see,

I wanna be famous.

I wanna live close to the sun,

Go pack your bags, 'cause I've already won,

Everything to prove, nothing in my way

I'll get there one day.

Cause, I wanna be famous!

Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na!

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous

Na na na na na na na na na na na na na na na! (as can be heard in the background)

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous

(Whistling in tune)

Episode 2: Skee-ball Bases

Morning…

Byron and Butch (Revolting Raccoons)

Byron woke up in the hotel room, yawning and heading to the bathroom to wash up. He was rooming with Butch for that night, and he had also struggled with sleeping due to the snoring.

"Have you finally recovered from your drinking?" he asked dryly. "I can't believe you got raging drunk last night."

"Ugh, don't remind me…" Butch groaned.

"You're impossible," the blogger sighed as he brushed his hair and put his glasses on. "How on earth did you even survive last season?"

"I was mind controlled by a psycho. Other than that, sheer force of will."

"Well, this show is known for the crazies," Byron laughed a little. "Considering I'm related to one."

"Well, you got me there. Let's go get some breakfast, maybe that'll get rid of this headache."

"Sure."

*Confessionals*

Byron: "Okay, Butch seems to be cool so far. Maybe even a good friend. But we'll see what happens as the show progresses."

*static*

Butch: "Byron's alright. Honestly, with some of the people I had to deal with last time, I'm honestly a bit disappointed he isn't like his cousin. He seems so… normal."

*End Confessionals*

Lin and Juliette

"Can you believe we're roomies?" the French girl grinned. "I can tell you all about how Rebekah's doing!"

"Yeah, how is she? It's been a while since I last spoke with her."

"The police academy's been keeping her busy, but she's also touring with the Femme Fatales," Juliette replied. "How about you? I mean, now you're working with Ilyria! Who would have thought that you and a tough British girl would become friends and co-workers?"

"Not me, that's for sure. But hey, being a stealth agent pays well and it really isn't as difficult as I thought it would be. In fairness, I never expected criminals to hire idiots for guards either." Lin replied.

"I mean, I attended an elite private school. And things run a bit differently in my family. You know how the eldest usually gets the honor of leading things? It's the youngest in my family. So my little sister is set to become the future headmistress of the De Sauveterre Academy," Juliette explained.

"I… didn't know that the oldest kid usually leads things. Y'know, only child and all…"

"Honestly, I feel jealous I wasn't an only child," Juliette let out. "I mean, I get along with my two sisters."

"Trust me, being an only child isn't really all that great. Tends to get really lonely at times, especially since I had to basically live off the streets for a while."

"Oh gosh!" Juliette let out, wide-eyed. "That must have been so hard!"

"Meh, you get used to it."

*Confessionals*

Juliette: "Lin is so bad-ass. I hope we can be roomies for the entire show!"

*static*

Lin: "Juliette and I haven't talked too often since Rebekah introduced us, but she's a nice girl overall. In a way, she's sort of like Trish in that she comes from a higher economic class but is still a nice person."

*End Confessionals*

Ilyria, Brittany, and Lucille

The three women were shocked that they had to share a room, but luckily, there was a pull-out sofa bed for one of them to sleep on. Lucille had taken the sofa bed, much to Ilyria's shock, but the girl insisted. Now, the three of them were getting ready for breakfast, there wasn't much spoken between them. The three girls left the room.

David, Eddy and Dante

The three men would also share a room, with a pull-out sofa bed for one of them to sleep on.

"Do you want to wake him?" David asked as he and Dante looked at Eddy, who was still sprawled out on the sofa bed, peacefully snoring softly.

"Do I have to?" Dante asked. "I'd imagine he'll be pretty ticked off if we do that, especially with how drunk he got."

"Tell you what, how about we both pull the covers off him and hope for the best." David sighed.

"Ok… Guess we don't have much of a choice." Dante replied. He and David grabbed the blanket and silently counted to three before ripping the blanket off the boy. Eddy screamed for a moment before glaring at his two roommates.

"Good morning, sunshine!" David greeted.

"Hey man, it's time to get up…" Dante said. Eddy grumbled to himself as he slowly sat up, clutching at his head for a moment before heading over to clean himself up.

*Confessionals*

David: "Well, I'd say that worked out for the best."

*static*

Dante: "That could have gone a lot worse, thankfully he took that well."

*static*

Eddy: "Definitely drank too much last night. Thankfully my dad is sort of like that, too, and he told me that I need to drink a lot of water the first chance I get. Bacon apparently helps, too."

*End Confessionals*

Fernando and Antonio

"Who would have thought we'd be sharing a room?" The soccer player looked over at the model as they got ready for the morning. "It still sucks, since we have a horrible team name though."

"Ugh, yes, who wants to be known as revolting?!"

"It's Chris for you," Antonio grumbled. "He always comes up with the most ridiculous team names."

"Still, I suppose me being on a team with a name like that is karma from the last season." Fernando shrugged.

"We were originally teammates until the swap," Antonio reminded him. "Do you remember?"

"How could I forget?"

"Here's hoping we'll stay teammates this time," Antonio said.

Brad and Adam (Oblivious Owls)

The geek was already annoying his roommate by rambling on and on and on about Star Wars, and how it was better than any other sci-fi show out there. "Cause nothing's better than Star Wars!"

"Do you ever talk about anything else?" Brad asked, his eye twitching from frustration.

"Um, I can tell you about my girlfriend, who supports my love for Star Wars!" the geek grinned.

"Oh for God's sake…" The hatted boy groaned.

*Confessionals*

Adam: "I don't get Brad's problem. I'll be sure to convert him into a passionate Star Wars fan, just like me! It shouldn't take long to do so! STAR WARS RULES! It's so epic, I don't want it to end!" *the boy started humming the Star Wars theme song to himself.*

*static*

Brad: "If I have to bunk with him this entire show, I'll probably end up sewing his mouth shut…"

*End Confessionals*

Shauna and Dianne

"So, you're a dancer?" Dianne asked her roommate. "That's so amazing!"

"Aww, shucks, it's nothing special!"

Dianne giggled softly. "I'm jealous of you and Spikke. I wish I had a romance like the two of you," she admitted.

"Let's hope a clown doesn't end up being the one who pushes you to find someone."

"Oh?" Dianne raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah, I was not expecting Terra, of all people, to play matchmaker."

"Oh my gosh, that must have been funny," Dianne let out.

"Yeah, that girl is full of surprises, you never really know what she'll pull next. As for Spikke, he's been such a sweetheart!"

"Ugh, now you're making me even more jealous!" the young woman pouted playfully.

*Confessionals*

Dianne: "Shauna's an amazing roommate, and I hope we'll continue to room together throughout this competition!"

*static*

Shauna: "Dianne seems really nice. Hopefully she'll be a good teammate too. This time I'm going all in and putting all my focus on the game! No distractions!"

*End Confessionals*

Trish and Mackenzie

"So…" the YouTuber grinned. "Can you give me the details about your relationship with a movie star?"

"Well I can say it was definitely a bit sudden at the start, but there's no regrets at all. We haven't been able to see each other too often anymore, what with his movies and me becoming a C.O.O., but we've been able to make it work."

"Aww, I'm so sorry," Mackenzie let out. "It must be so hard."

"Oh, no, it's not so bad!" Trish assured. "I mean we still talk often and being in the position I'm in now means I'm so much more responsible than I was a year ago!"

"That's incredible!" Mackenzie let out. "You must be doing such a wonderful job."

"Aww, thanks! I try!" The posh princess smiled before getting another business call.

'I really hope she won't be too distracted by her phone throughout the competition…' the YouTuber thought to herself.

Lila, Tracy, and Tatiana

"Do we really have to leave? These hotel beds are so comfy!" Tracy said cheerfully.

"Yup, we do." Tatiana replied. "Unless you want to miss out on the chance to win a million bucks."

"Right, right, sorry." The country girl sighed. "I've just never really been to a hotel, is all."

"I completely understand!" Lila assured. "Experiences like this don't come very often and they're ever-so enjoyable! But if you think the room was nice, wait until you see how great hotel breakfasts are!"

"Really? They're that good?"

"For sure!" The shorter redhead replied. "Come on, let's go and you'll see!"

As the two left, Tatiana sighed and with a roll of her eyes, followed her roommates out of their room.

*Confessionals*

Tracy: "There's so much I really don't know about the world outside of the small town I grew up in back in the midwest. It's kind of a lot to take in. B-but I know I came here to win and I'll do my best!"

*static*

Lila: "Tracy and Tatiana were ever-so nice to have as roommates and I hope we can do it again sometime! Tracy certainly needs time to adjust to the big city and Tatiana keeps to herself a bit more than I would prefer, but maybe they both just need time!"

*static*

Tatiana: "Those two are nice and all, but they're pretty air-headed. If they're not careful, they won't last long."

*End Confessionals*

Christopher, Spikke, and Matthew

The three men exited their room. "Well, we certainly slept well," the male YouTuber let out.

"Tell me about it. Though I miss my bed," Christopher admitted.

"So, your sister is friends with Adam?" Spikke looked at the magician.

"Yep, since she tours with his band from time to time," Christopher nodded. "So I've met him, and know about his antics."

"Wow," Matthew let out.

"How about you?" Spikke looked at Matthew.

"What about me?" Matthew blinked.

"I mean, Christopher and I both have wonderful girlfriends. You must have a girlfriend, or a crush," Spikke grinned.

"Isn't it too early to talk about this?" Matthew blushed.

"It's never too early to talk about crushes," Christopher laughed. "Go on, spill."

"I have a crush on Alexis," Matthew admitted. "But I'm scared of her uncle."

"Yeah, he can be scary," Spikke let out. "But I think he's a big teddy bear on the inside."

The cast headed to the dining room of the hotel, where several of the teens grouped up with either their familiar friends from the previous season, or stuck with some of the newer contestants and their roommates.

"Hey." Butch greeted, nudging Brad's shoulder. "I saw you hit the bar with us last night. Where'd you end up?"

"I was able to control myself with just one drink and went to go play pool afterwards. Quite honestly I'm surprised you and Eddy are awake right now and not hungover."

The shorter boy joined the two with a pleased smile on his face as he heard what Brad said. Both he and Butch each had a plate piled with bacon. "What can I say, even when I go wild I know how to bounce back!"

The three sat down at the nearest table, where Lin, Ilyria, Juliette, Tatiana and Lila were already sitting.

"Good morning, gentlemen," Juliette smiled. "I trust that you slept well last night?"

"Like a baby." Brad answered. "Not sure about Dumb and Dumber, though."

"Hey!" Butch and Eddy protested.

"I mean, he has a point. You two did go too hard on those drinks last night." Lin noted as Lila nodded in agreement.

"Yes, that was ever-so irresponsible of you two!"

"Whatever." Eddy groaned. "We're up now and we're ready to get serious!"

"Sure you are," Ilyria let out. "Just know that we Raccoons won't go easy on you Owls," she said, narrowing her eyes as she looked over at Tatiana, Lila, and Brad. Lila gave the spy a confident smile while the other two simply gave her a deadpan glare.

Further away from the group, David looked rather uneasy as he carried his breakfast of an egg-white omelette over to an empty table.

"Can I sit with you?" a voice from behind him asked. It was Byron. He had a plate of omelette with cheese in it.

"Oh, yeah, go ahead." The photographer replied.

Byron sat across from him. "So, what do you think of our team so far?"

"Well, you seem nice, but I've only ever seen most of the returning cast from their time on the show. I met Lucille once through my cousin and while she's nice, Joseph and his side of our family were apparently pretty unhappy to hear about that little skinny dipping venture he and Lucille took."

"Oh no!" Byron frowned. "That must suck."

"I'm just not sure how Lucille herself feels about this. I texted Joseph last night and he said he talked to her but I tried not to pry too much. He sounded pretty upset though."

"Goodness," Byron let out. "Well, you've got drama. How did you sleep though?"

"Well enough, I guess. Family drama aside, I guess I'm a bit nervous and excited about the challenge. I overheard those intern girls saying it wouldn't be until the evening."

"Phew. Well, maybe if your cousin is up to it, I'd love to meet him through video chat," Byron smiled. "Plus, interviewing him can get me a bit more subscribers for my blog."

"I'll have to ask him, but with everything going on, I'd imagine he might not be in the best mood and when he gets testy he can be a bit-" David began before a nearby TV cut him off.

"Let's take another look at this phenomenal tackle by Tupuloa of the Kansas City Chiefs!" A sports broadcaster began as the video cut to a football game. The video showed Joseph charging towards another player who had the ball and tackling him with enough force that it almost seemed like he snapped the man in two.

"WOW!" The announcer whistled. "He nearly broke that man in half! If you look closely it almost seems like Tupuloa is genuinely angry. I don't know if he has a grudge against that man in particular but I would definitely not want to be in his way right now!"

"Ouch, that other player really got it," Byron winced.

"You're telling me!" David said, shaking his head in disbelief.

"Honestly? I'm surprised that you and Joseph are related, cause a photographer is pretty sexy," Byron let out, before blushing deeply. "Sorry, I don't know what came over me." David's nerves seemed to melt away as he raised an eyebrow and gave the blogger a sly grin. This caused Byron to raise an eyebrow in return. "What?"

"Nothing." David replied, laughing a bit.

Byron blushed a bit. "Your laugh is cute."

"Aww, thanks!"

As the two continued to talk, Shauna, Spikke and Christopher were talking to each other at another table before the three noticed Tracy looking at the buffet in front of her, the country girl seemingly in awe at the sheer amount and variety of food in front of her.

"You know, you don't have to eat everything that you see at the buffet," Christopher spoke up. "Just pick and choose what you like."

"I know, but I figured I should at least try something unique." Tracy said. "But I wasn't expecting to see foods with names I can't even pronounce. Like, what is a 'qui-chee' and a 'fritay-tay'?"

"They're pretty good, honestly," Christopher shrugged.

"Yeah, I mean, I'm Greek, so I eat lots of Greek food," Spikke said.

"Did I just hear her call a quiche a 'qui-chee' and a frittata a 'fritay-tay'?" Trish asked, as she had her own plate of yogurt and fruit.

"Yes, yes you did," Christopher nodded. "Maybe you can help Tracy with those foods."

"Oh, I thought you'd never ask!" The posh princess said, setting her food down at the table the three were sitting at and pulling the country girl by the arm. "Come on, I'll show you all you need to know about fancy breakfasts!"

"This isn't going to be like Adam telling me about that Star Wars thing, is it?"

"Oh dear lord no!" Trish assured.

"Well, while they're busy…" Christopher smiled. "Tell me more about how life's been for you two!"

"Honestly? Amazing," Spikke smiled.

"Yeah! Being on tour has been a lot of fun!"

"Lucky," Christopher smiled, before glancing over at the table where Byron and David were sitting, talking and flirting with one another. "I smell another romance in the air!"

"Those two seem to be hitting it off really well!" Shauna nodded before giggling a bit. "It kind of reminds me of how some of us were last season!"

Christopher chuckled at this. "Love's perfect, isn't it?"

They would soon be joined by Matthew and Mackenize, who had each gotten themselves some bacon and eggs. "Hey guys!" Matthew smiled a little.

"What are you all talking about?" Mackenzie asked.

"Oh, you know, life stuff, romance. The usual Total Drama business." Shauna shrugged.

"Sounds wicked," Matthew smiled. "I think our team seems pretty cool. Kenzie's actually trying to write her own songs."

"Well, I've written one so far…" Mackenzie blushed. "I'm really hoping I get a chance to play it."

"Well if you ever need advice on writing a song, I can call my husband!"

Everyone turned to see Jenny giving Mackenzie an excited look.

"I'm good, actually. The song is called 'Heart on Fire.'" Mackenzie said.

"Fancy," Spikke smiled.

"Thanks! It's sort of like a confession song, to help people confess to their true loves."

"That'll be perfect for the two Romeos over there," Christopher laughed, looking over at Byron and David.

"It might also be perfect for Tracy, considering the look she's giving her food." Trish laughed as she sat back down. The country girl by her side had piled her plate high with a variety of different foods ranging from waffles to quiche to fruit as she looked at it with a wide grin and a hint of drool coming from her mouth.

"Holy macaroni. Will you be able to finish it all?!" Christopher was wide-eyed.

"Just watch me!" Tracy assured before beginning to dig in. As most of the table watched on in a mix of awe and a hint of horror, Spikke and Shauna turned to the intern.

"From one musician to another, how is Johan anyway?" Spikke asked.

"Oh he's doing great!" The blonde woman squealed. "His band is on tour right now and they've been selling out every show they've been doing! He told me that they're about to sing a whole set of new songs to hype up the album they're releasing soon!"

"You're so lucky," Mackenzie sighed happily.

"Not just lucky, I'm blessed to have him in my life! Plus, even though he's on tour, Chris asked him to pop in every once in a while, just like some of the old contestants from last season might be able to."

"This is gonna be one epic season." Spikke said.

In the evening…

Both teams were summoned to Scotiabank Arena, where the baseball field would be set up, along with a set of buckets; each labeled with different point values; ranging from 1000 to 10,000.

Chris would be grinning from ear to ear. "Welcome everyone to the first challenge of the season!"

"Oh, this should be interesting," Brittany smirked, glancing at her team.

"Chris, just explain the challenge already," Alexis sighed, glancing at the host.

"I was getting to it! Geez!" Chris whined. "Anyway, for this challenge, we've combined a classic sport with a classic arcade game! As you can probably tell from where we are right now, this challenge will have you all effectively play baseball, but instead of running and capturing bases, your goal is to hit the baseballs and have them land in various buckets we've laid out throughout the field. The closest targets are worth 1,000 points, the midway targets are 5,000 points, and the furthest away are worth 10,000. All of you will get one swing, whichever team scores the most points will be the winner. The losing team sends someone home."

"We've got this," Brittany grinned at her team. "Hell, we've got some strong people on our team already."

"So! Who wants to go first?" the host asked. "Will it be the Oblivious Owls, or Revolting Raccoons?"

"I seriously hate that team name," Ilyria grumbled, as she looked over at Butch. "It's the worst."

"Agreed." Fernando shuddered.

"I hope it's not worse than Star Wars!" Adam piped up, as Christopher groaned again, hitting his face.

"Butch, do you want to take a shot at it first?" Brittany looked at the brawler.

"I thought you'd never ask!" The brute cracked his knuckles. "How much is a home run worth?"

"10,000, if you manage to get it in the furthest bucket, you blokehead," Ilyria grumbled.

"Home runs don't count here. If you knock it out of the park it'll be considered a miss. Just like skee-ball, which is what we tried basing this challenge off of, if you couldn't tell."

"You mean I have to hold myself back? Lame!" Butch groaned as he grabbed a bat from the box Chef provided and readied himself at home plate.

"Go Butch!" Lucille cheered.

Alexis would turn on the machine that would shoot out a baseball, and the ball would fire out from the nozzle. The ball sped towards Butch, and with a smirk, the brawler swung his bat. With a resounding crack, the ball was flung all the way towards the 10,000 point bucket. The cast all watched eagerly as the ball quickly descended and landed firmly in one of the buckets.

"And….you get 10,000 points!" Chris announced.

"Yes!" Brittany clenched her fist, pumping it. "Well done!"

"Beat that!" Butch taunted.

Spikke glared at the brawler. "I'll go." He grabbed a baseball bat from the box, and readied himself at home plate. When the ball launched at him, the rapper would hit it, and the ball would fling over to the 5,000 point bucket, landing in it.

"5,000 points!" Chris exclaimed.

"I'll take it," the rapper shrugged his shoulders as Shauna clapped from behind him.

"I'll go," Brittany said, taking the bat from the brawler, and readying herself to hit the ball. When it came, she hit the ball hard, and it would land in the 5,000 point bucket. "Meh, at least we're still in the lead."

"NEXT!" Chris called out, bored already.

Christopher stepped up to the plate, and would hit the ball into the 1,000 point bucket. He frowned a bit. "Sorry guys!"

"We'll get the next one," Dianne reassured the magician.

Lucille would go up next, and she was a bit nervous. "I really hope I don't miss…"

"You've got this, Lucille!" Ilyria cheered.

The girl nodded, and when the ball came, she hit it with all of her strength, managing to put the ball in the 5,000 point bucket. "Yes!"

"And the Raccoons have an impressive lead of 20,000 points! Looks like those Owls have A LOT of work to do," Chris chuckled.

"Brad," Spikke looked at the hatted boy. "Ready to score us a lot of points? Cause we sure as hell need it to catch up to the other team."

"On it." Brad replied, as he watched closely as the ball sped towards him, Brad gave the ball a hard smack, forcing it all the way towards a 5,000 point bucket. "Tch. Not ideal, but it's a start."

"Fernando!" Brittany let out. "Your turn!"

"Alright, alright, no need to get pushy!" The model huffed. Fernando hit the ball rather weakly as it landed in a 1,000 point bucket.

"Well, we've got a big lead, and I DON'T want us to lose it," Brittany responded, before scoffing at the amount of points he got. "Seriously? 1,000? Can you do better?"

"What?" Fernando protested. "I can't risk getting an injury now! My status as a male model rides on me being physically ready at any given moment! Besides, I don't have time to be a bodybuilder!"

"You should at least consider it," Mackenzie glared. "Because of the way you played last season, heartbreaker!"

Fernando simply sighed and sat in the dugout where the rest of his team waited.

"I mean, she does have a point," Ilyria glanced at the male model. "Still, you should at least try and talk with her at some point."

"Regardless, Owls, you're up next!" Chris announced.

Adam would grab the baseball bat, and hit the ball. It flew through the air, before landing right in front of the 1,000 point bucket.

"You've got to be kidding me…." Spikke felt his eye twitch.

"STAR WARS RULES!" Adam grinned.

"Hey, at least I'm not that bad." Fernando noted.

"Thank god we don't have him on our team," Brittany said, as Ilyria would go up next, hitting the ball in the 10,000 point bucket.

For the Owls, Lila went next, hitting the ball but just barely missing one of the 5,000 point buckets.

"Ah, I'm ever-so sorry!"

"Will she ever-so-stop with that wording? It makes me ever-so sick," Brittany grumbled.

"Chill, she's not even on our team." Eddy said before going next and gently urging Lila back to her team. "Take five, kid, watch and learn!"

Raising an eyebrow, Chef raised the speed of the pitching machine one level with a devious smirk. As the ball sped towards Eddy, the boy took a confident swing, only to miss.

"What the?" He called out as he watched the ball roll on the ground behind him.

"Really, uncle?" Alexis let out. "That was not fun."

"Yes it was! Nice going, Chef! Hehe!" Chris laughed.

"You guys are jerks." Jenny shook her head.

Brittany glared at the host. "He's a dead man."

Mackenzie would go next, and the ball would land in the 5,000 point bucket. "Not bad."

David was next up to bat, the photographer took a deep breath as he clenched the bat in his hands.

"Tupuloa genes, don't fail me now." He said to himself.

"You've got this, handsome!" Byron called out, before blushing again.

"Coming on just a tad bit strong there, I see…" Lin stated.

"I can't help it if I see someone cute," Byron let out with a shrug. Despite the outburst, David smiled before turning his attention to the pitching machine. With a bead of sweat dripping down his face, David swung the bat the moment he saw the ball speeding towards him. The ball soared upwards before finally landing in another 5,000 bucket.

"The Raccoons have an impressive 36,000 points!" Chris announced. "Okay, Owls, your move!"

"Shauna?" The rapper looked at his girlfriend. "Wanna take a shot?"

"Sure, though honestly, I don't really have the best upper-arm strength." The dancer admitted.

"You've got this," Spikke kissed her cheek. "We all believe in you."

"Yeah, that's right," Christopher nodded. "I'm sure you can score us a lot of points."

"We need this win, I'd hate to lose our first challenge," Dianne said.

"Yeah, sure, no pressure!" Shauna remarked as she went up to bat. The machine launched another ball that Shauna managed to hit with the tip of her bat. Just like David's turn, the ball flew upwards, though it didn't get as much distance. Eventually it landed in a 1,000 point bucket.

"Good job!" Mackenzie smiled at the dancer.

"Ready to take a shot, Lin?" Brittany glanced at the new stealth agent.

"As ready as I can be, I guess." The street girl shrugged as she made her way to the plate. The ball would soon shoot out at her and with a forceful swing, Lin sent the ball into one of the middle buckets.

"And the Raccoons have 41,000 points!" Chris announced. "Man, Owls, you REALLY need to catch up."

Dianne sighed and would go next, managing to hit the ball in the 5,000 point bucket. "I can't believe none of us have gotten 10,000 points yet…"

"Relax, one of us is bound to." Tatiana sighed.

Juliette would go up next for the Raccoons, managing to get 5,000 points. She grinned a little, going back to her team's dugout.

"I can go next!" Tracy assured as she went over to the plate with excitement in her eyes.

"Honestly, I'm surprised she even knows what baseball is." Brittany commented.

"Shush!" Ilyria glanced at the mob boss, who shrugged.

"I'm just saying."

The Raccoons were immediately put into a stunned silence as Tracy hit the baseball with ease, causing it to fly and land perfectly into the farther buckets.

"And that's a clean 10,000 points for the Owls!" Chris announced.

"How in the ever living f***?!" Brittany swore. Tracy turned to see the shocked looks of the rest of the cast.

"What?" She asked with a smile. "I love baseball!"

*Confessionals*

Brittany: "Maybe we've all underestimated the little-miss-country princess."

*static*

Butch: "Okay, I'll admit she caught me off guard with that one. I gotta say though, I'm impressed!"

*static*

Spikke & Shauna: *The rapper is just staring in shock at the camera, his jaw dropped. Shauna snapped her fingers in front of his face and closed his mouth.* "What? Oh, sorry. I can't believe that just happened, right, babe?"

"Mhmm…" Shauna replied.

*End Confessionals*

Byron would go up next for the Raccoons, holding the bat with a nervous look on his face.

"Let's go Byron! You can do it!" David cheered.

Byron gave David a charming smile and wink, before turning his attention back to the pitching machine. The blogger managed to hit the ball into the 10,000 point bucket. "Holy crap!"

"That's what I'm talking about!" Brittany cheered.

{Score So Far: Revolting Raccoons: 56,000 points. Oblivious Owls: 32,000 points.}

"And the Raccoons have 56,000 points!" Chris cheerfully proclaimed. "Oh, Owls! You're up!"

"I guess I'll go," Matthew said. He took a bat from the box, and stepped up to home plate, readying himself for the ball. It would be launched, and he hit it hard; as it flew through the air and landed in one of the buckets.

"And Matthew scores 5,000 points, giving the Owls 37,000 points! They're slowly catching up to the Raccoons!" Chris announced.

"Most of the team has gone already, right?" Dante asked. "Guess I'll go next then."

"You've got this, Dante," Lucille smiled.

Dante just managed to barely hit the baseball as it flew towards him at a speed he wasn't expecting. The ball rocketed towards one of the 5,000 point buckets, but instead of landing inside of it, the ball circled the rim a few times before flying back out and instead going into one of the 1,000 point buckets.

"Wha- HOW?!" Dante shouted.

"Ooh, tough break! Looks like the Raccoons only got 1,000 points," Chris let out.

"Come on, Trish!" Spikke looked at the posh princess. "You have to earn us a lot of points! We're counting on you!"

"Well, I've never played baseball, but I'll give it a try!"

An intern passed the baseball bat to Trish, who took it with an unsure look on her face.

"Just hit the ball when it comes at you," the intern said. "With the bat."

"O-Okay…" Trish replied as she took her spot. The machine was silent for a moment before suddenly launching another baseball. With a yelp of surprise, Trish swung the bat and smacked the ball over to one of the 5,000 point buckets.

"Way to go!" Spikke cheered.

"That wasn't as bad as I thought!" The posh girl sighed in relief.

Antonio would go next, and he would hit the ball hard with the bat. It landed on the edge of the 10,000 point bucket, circled around it, before it plopped into the bucket.

"Hell yes!" Antonio cheered.

"Oh, we've got this challenge in the bag," Brittany smirked.

*Confessional*

Tatiana: "They definitely do, but if my team is going to lose, I should at least do what I can to show my team that they need to keep me around."

*End Confessional*

Tatiana went up to bat next, as she narrowed her eyes towards the pitching machine, waiting for the moment to strike. The moment she saw the baseball, she put all her force into her swing, knocking it all the way into one of the 10,000 point buckets.

"And that's the second 10,000 points for the Owls!" Chris announced. "So, did everyone go?"

"I guess so," Alexis said.

"With that, the winner of the challenge is obviously the Revolting Raccoons!" Chris exclaimed.

"And that's how you do it!" Brittany smirked.

"We did it!" Lucille cheered, jumping up and down.

"I can't believe we won our first challenge!" Byron exclaimed.

"Kinda feels good to win the first challenge this time." Butch chuckled, nudging Lin's arm.

"And with no head injuries either." The shorter girl added.

"Okay, Owls, you've lost, and you'll be facing elimination. Take some time to decide who'll be eliminated, and we'll see you guys real soon," Chris looked over at the losing team.

Oblivious Owls

"Well, this sucks," Spikke grumbled, as he glanced at his team. "Now we've got the tough choice of choosing to eliminate someone."

"Is it really a difficult choice though?" Brad asked, looking over at Adam.

"Star Wars is awesome!" Adam grinned. "I'm sure we would have won if we used lightsabers instead!"

"Well, Lila missed the basket too," Dianne let out. "So we've got two choices."

"Guys, let's just decide," Matthew said. "It can't be that bad."

"Hands up if you want to vote for Lila," Spikke said.

"I'm gonna vote for Brad! He's a hater of Star Wars, and that's not a person I want on my team!" Adam exclaimed.

"You've got to be kidding me…" Christopher deadpanned.

"I don't know what's scarier, the fact that he wants to vote someone out for that specific reason, or the fact that he was even accepted onto this show in the first place." Tatiana sighed.

"Try bunking with him." Brad groaned.

"Star Wars is so epic!" Adam cheered, before humming the theme song.

"Oh Owls! It's time for elimination!" Chris called out. "Come on!"

"Well…let's get this over with, shall we?" Spikke sighed.

Elimination Time (Oblivious Owls)

Chris would lead the Oblivious Owls down to the CN Tower, where twelve stools stood before him. "Okay, go ahead and sit down there," he said.

The Owls would go ahead and sit down on the stools.

"Well, it sucks to be you! Anyway, you guys can go ahead to that porta-potty, and place your votes by saying it to the video camera attached inside! Who wants to go first?" Chris asked.

"I'll do it if for no other reason than to get this over with." Tatiana said, standing up and heading over to the voting booth.

Trish: "I have got to vote for that Adam guy, I don't think I can deal with him being so dorky for any longer…"

Christopher: "Adam, obviously."

*static*

Brad: "Yeah, no, I need that loser gone."

*static*

Adam: "Brad's a goner. He's like Darth Vader!"

Lila: "Does everyone really find me that annoying? I know I missed but is that really worth voting me off for? I suppose for now I should vote for Adam…"

*static*

Spikke: "Farewell, Adam."

*static*

Shauna: "I get that the movies are popular, or something, but Adam's so annoying!"

Matthew: "Lila. She seems too perfect."

Tracy: "Adam kinda fried my brain earlier so I think I'd prefer him gone."

Mackenzie: "I vote Lila, she's super weird being so perfect and all."

The votes would be counted, and Alexis would approach Chris with a tray of keychains, with the CN Tower on it.

"Each elimination will have a different keepsake as our safety token, and today, it'll be a keychain of the CN Tower! If you get one, you're safe from elimination," Chris said. "The first person safe is…Trish!"

"First one? Nice!" The posh girl cheered as she went over to get her keychain.

"Tracy," Chris continued. The farmer girl went over and looked at her trinket in awe.

"Dianne."

"Yes!" the cancer survivor cheered as she hurried over to collect her keychain.

"Shauna."

The dancer accepted her keychain, but glanced back at Spikke and Lila in concern.

"Spikke."

"Phew," the rapper sighed as he stood up to collect his keychain before standing with his girlfriend.

"Christopher."

The magician sighed as he collected his keychain.

"Matthew, Mackenzie, and Tatiana."

The twins would collect their keychains, smiling from ear to ear as the redhead remained stoic.

Brad, Lila, and Adam remained; the Star Wars fanatic giving the capped boy a glare while Lila began to panic.

"The three of you got votes, however, only one of you got one vote, and that person is…Brad," Chris said.

"Of course." Brad remarked, standing with the rest of his team.

"One keychain remains. Two players. One of you will be the first person out from Total Drama Canadian Travels. However, that person is not…" Chris began, going into a dramatic pause.

"...Lila!"

The soft spoken girl breathed a sigh of relief, but still didn't look happy.

"Sorry, Adam, the team has spoken. You'll be taking the Bus of Losers!" Chris announced.

"You're all like Darth Vader! I hope you all rot!" Adam glared at his team, before boarding the Bus of Losers.

"Welp, you're all dismissed. For now," Chris said.

Revolting Raccoons

The team would be celebrating in the lounge.

"Y'know, I think we should call someone to let them know we won," Brittany smirked a little.

"Well it would be nice to let him know we're doing well." David replied, taking out his cell phone and dialing his cousin.

"...Davey?" Joseph said.

"Davey?" Brittany smirked, laughing a bit.

"Ugh, yes, that's one of the nicknames my family calls me." The photographer groaned.

"We won the first challenge!" Lucille exclaimed happily.

"Nice." The football star replied flatly.

Byron adjusted his glasses with a grin. "It's sad you couldn't be here, you should have seen how we dominated those Oblivious Owls! We earned 67,000 points!"

"Well I had to train with my own team, and honestly, I feel like I needed some time to myself anyway."

"Fair," Brittany shrugged. "Congrats on the football draft."

"How are things with your parents?" David asked. The room grew silent as everyone waited for Joseph's answer.

"...Well they weren't happy that I did something behind their backs, for starters…" Joseph began. Lucille frowned a little, looking down at the ground. "Then they weren't happy with the twins having to explain what 'skinny dipping' was. So now they're grounded."

"I'm so sorry, Joseph," Lucille sighed.

"I managed to talk them into letting me stay with the rest of my team. So I can keep going until the season starts."

"Well, that's good to hear. It'd be a shame if you couldn't stay with the Chiefs, since it's fitting," Ilyria grinned a bit.

"Mhmm. But, anyway, congrats on the win."

"We'll be sure to dedicate our next win to you, Mr. Champion," Byron grinned. "And I hope I can interview you one day for my blog!"

"You may get your wish sooner than you expect." Joseph replied.

"Score!" Byron cheered.

"Yeah, Byron's actually Sierra's cousin, can you believe it?" Brittany smirked. "Who would have thought we'd have one of the legacy contestants of this show had a cousin!"

"You mean that crazy girl that stalked and sexually harassed a guy?" The tribal chief asked.

"The very same." Lin replied. "You can relax though, Byron's not crazy. As far as we can tell, at least."

"I have no craziness in me. Unlike Sierra," Byron grumbled. "But there's one creepy guy obsessed with Star Wars. Here's hoping his team voted him off, cause I do NOT want to see that guy again."

"Amen to that!" Butch added.

"We even have a country girl who's apparently REALLY good at baseball. She really shocked us," Lucille said.

"Cool." The football player said. "Well, I got a busy day ahead of me so I'm going to call it a night."

"Okay, goodnight!" Ilyria said.

"I love you, and good luck with your next game!" Lucille blew him a kiss. Joseph remained silent for a moment before hanging up without another word.

"Trouble in paradise?" Ilyria looked at Lucille.

"I suppose…" she sighed. "This is my first serious relationship…"

"I'd say you should give him some space." David stated. "I'm not sure how much time you two spent together when the cameras weren't rolling, but if I know my cousin, he doesn't like to be smothered much."

"Yeah, I guess I'll give him some space," Lucille let out. "I mean, we did spend a week together after my surgery, and then a week for New Years. After that, we basically video chatted once every few days."

"Eh, I wouldn't worry about it that much." Eddy noted with a shrug. "Think of it this way, you can give him space and the next time you see him, you can show him how much further you've gone in the game, because we're about to rock it!"

"That's true," Lucille giggled.

Chris would stand outside of the CN Tower, with Chef, Alexis, and Jenny.

"Well, our first challenge is done, and we said goodbye to that annoying geek, Adam! God, I feel my headache going away already!" the host announced.

"I know! If I have to hear anything about 'Darth Vader' or 'The Force' again, my head will explode!" Jenny added with a groan.

"Well, we're down to 23 players, and things will only get harder from here!" Alexis exclaimed. "We're heading to Calgary, Alberta for an epic challenge involving horses, mud, and a rodeo!"

"Can the Raccoons build up a winning streak? Or will the Owls bounce back from their loss and mount a comeback? Will Butch and Eddy find some way to get drunk again? Will Tracy continue to look like a deer in headlights at everything she sees? Will Byron and David continue to flirt?!"

"Will Chris continue to ask questions?!" Jenny added, growing a tad bit frustrated.

"Oh dear god," Alexis groaned. "Uncle…"

"Only on Total Drama Canadian Travels!" Chef completed before walking off-screen. "Now come on, I'm hungry!"
