Chapter 42 Dragon Gear

Mitsuki's group were walking foward together through the land and they stopped at a nearby city.
"Okay, let's get some supplies before we go."Mitsuki said.
"Yes, that would be good."Eclair said.
"Well where to?"Angel asked.
Mitsuki looks around and sees a bar."Well I at least know a place to rest."
They went inside and Angel said:"Can we get drinks?"
"Your getting water."Mitsuki said making her frown.
"I expected that."Keno said.
They went to a table and they ordered some food, Eclair looks at Mitsuki and said:"Mitsuki what is our plan?"
"Well we need to train and become stronger, also maybe find items."He said.
"I can smith some items that could give protection."Eclair said.
"Oh good, all I have is the scale that Gaelion gave me, it's a big scale, we only used a piece to give Naofumi his shield."Mitsuki said.
"Maybe if we get a bit more we can create something."Eclair said.
"Are we going to really ask a dragon to give one of his scales?"Angel said.
"He's not that bad."Pinky said.
"So what else did you get?"Keno said.
Mitsuki then takes out a bag and shows many stuff from raw materials."I've been colecting these in our journey, I always have the thing with RPG games but unlike those other idiots I can tell from reality and game."
Eclair takes them and said:"I came make something out of these."
After they ate Eclair managed to find a place to make the items and they were wearing ruby bracelets for Mitsuki, Angel and Eclair while Keno, Poppy and Pinky got a jade bracelet.
"The ruby ones have a fire resistance while the jade ones Magic Up."Eclair explained.
"But we don't use magic."Keno said.
"Pinky does."Mitsuki said and she nodded.
"Eclair also gave me a copy of Filo's hairpin."She shows off a Amber Hairpin.
"Okay, the items are good but we should also get better armor, we don't have Naofumi anymore to we can't risk being attacked before transforming."Mitsuki said.
"Yes, he's the shield Hero and he's the one that will always protect his allies, but I can see your doing better than the previous Sword Hero."Eclair said making him smile.
"Yeah, Mitsuki is super cool."Poppy said.
"So where to?"Angel asked.
"Follow me!"Mitsuki said and they went foward with him.
"Can't we bikes?"Angel said.
"Only two of us has that."Mitsuki said.
"Then let us borrow one of yours."Angel said making him sigh.
Mitsuki uses his cycle while Angel and Keno used his bike, he really didn't want to give it to a bunch of kids but he doesn't have a choice now but at least they're using ride player forms, Pinky was with Poppy and he has Eclair on his cycle.
They went foward faster and they saw Gaelion with Wyndia on his back.
"Mitsuki!"Wyndia sees him and Gaelion looks down.
"Mitsuki, good to see you again."He comes down.
"Yeah us too."Mitsuki smiles at him
"Wow."Angel and Keno were amazed.
Wyndia then saw the sword."Wait, that's the Sword Hero's weapon."
Gaelion saw it and said:"She's right."
"Yeah, you see I had another fight with Ren along with my friends fighting against him and the other two idiot heroes and the weapons rejected them."
"Really, then it seems the weapon made the right choice."Gaelion said.
"Yeah, also sorry that I have to ask you this, could we get a few scales?"Mitsuki said.
"For what reason?"He got curious.
"Because we need to get ready for the next wave, the waves are getting more dangerous and who knows what might happen."Mitsuki said.
Gaelion thinks and said:"Well... I wouldn't mind helping a friend."
They smiled and Eclair said:"Thank you lord Gaelion."
Gaelion provided them the scales with the first one being used to unlock the dragon series for Mitsuki's sword.
They arrived at the cave with Eclair making the weapons and armor for the group, Keno and Angel had chest armor made of the scales, they had gauntlets and Angel punches the air many times.
"Not bad."She smiles.
"The dragon gauntlets are strong weapons for your type of fighting style."Eclair said.
Pinky has a gauntlet with a dragon's head and a blade coming out of it, it's called the Dragon's fang.
"I made that for Pinky because she needs more help just in case."Eclair said.
"So, what did Mitsuki get?"Keno said.
"She went overboard!"
They looked and most of them got surprised with Eclair smiling, he comes out of the cave and he was now wearing the Red Mirage Armor from Unison League.
"Wow, so cool."Wyndia said.
"Yes, it's impressive."Gaelion said.
"I went into detail for that."Eclair smiles.
Mitsuki saw that it's abilities is that it negates fire attacks and has added fire bonus to attacks which is pretty cool.
They heard a roar and they saw a zombie dragon come down.
"A zombie dragon!"Gaelion said and it roars at them.
"We need to fight."Eclair said.
Mitsuki saw his stone glow and he got an idea."I have some help."He throws it and then Borreload Dragon came roaring.
"Another dragon?!"Wyndia said with those that didn't know surprised.
Gaelion looks at him and said:"I can feel great strenght from that dragon."
The zombie dragon attacks Borreload Dragon making them clash heads before Borreload pushing it back, Angel and Keno punch it making it roar in pain, Pinky changes into her bird form with the blade on her leg and she slashes the dragon.
Eclair charges at it with a dragon blade and cuts it with Poppy cheering for them."Yay!"
"Poppy!"Mitsuki said and he dodges a attack slashing the dragon with his new sword.
He then summons the disk and throws it knocking the zombie dragon's head back.
Borreload then flies up and the Zombie Dragon shoots fire at him, then Borreload charges up and Mitsuki said:"Thunder Varrel Cannon!"Borreload fires overpowering the Zombie Dragon destroying it.
"It's bad enough to kill a dragon but for fools to leave the corpse."Gaelion narrows his eyes.
"So let me guess, this happens if a dragon's dead body is just left there."Mitsuki said.
"Yes, I wouldn't be surprised if the former heroes killed him."Gaelion said.
"At least we took care of it."Eclair said.
"I wish you luck on your journey Mitsuki."Gaelion said.
"Me too."Wyndia said.
"Yes."Mitsuki said.
Gaelion looks at Borreload and said:"You have great potential, you might even become the most powerful dragon I'll ever see."
Borreload nodded and they went on his back flying away to they're destination, they got new gear that gave them buffs so they're in the right direction to get stronger for the waves.
Note:Here's Mitsuki's side and he's been making items for the group, even if they don't get the level ups they would still have the items to fight back the Waves, Gaelion is the only dragon they could ask for help.
