*Hey guys Hakuorofan7 here and welcome back to another chapter of From No One To Someone.*
*So between this chapter and the last Union X has ended...and one hell of an ending.*
*Let's see we saw how Ventus, Larium, and Elaine ended up in the present, the player sacrificing themselves to seal away part of Darkness and reincarnate into Xehanort either like Ventus did with Sora or truly reincarnate into him, Ephemer and Skuld escape with the former becoming essentially the first Keyblade Master after the War, the origin of Dream Eaters, and Luxu taking over Brain's body while Brain finding himself centuries into the future somehow.*
*So basically a lot to unpack and Nomura blindsiding most of us once again.*
*Still bravo and I can not wait to see how Dark Road ends.*
*Anyway let's move onto the next chapter, shall we.*
*In this chapter Roxas learns a bit more about before the Keyblade War before finding a rude awakening back in the present. This is the last chapter before we reach the point where from here on out until the final conflict there will be quite a few battles from here on out. So I hope that you all enjoy this chapter.*
*So anyway let's start this chapter, shall we?*
*First off I do not own Kingdom Hearts.*
*Secondly just sit back, relax, maybe put some music on, and enjoy. I will see you all at the end of the chapter.*
The author snapped his fingers as the screen fades to static as the chapter begins.
Fragmentation
Roxas looked around to find himself outside of somekind of warehouse.
It had been a bit since was in one of these dreams. But it didn't take him long to find out how this was connected to Ava.
He could sense her heart along Aced's and Gula's and saw her sitting infront of the warehouse's window. Looking inside he saw Gula sitting on some boxes and Aces walking about.
"I was wrong about Ira!" The Nobody had heard Aced yell out from the door. He it as the Foretelller continued his rant. "I thought he would make a great Leader, but he let me down. He let us all down!"
With that he looked between both of his fellow Keyblade wielders.
" Well, what do you two think? You don't believe what Ira said, do you?" Aced asked.
"Of course not. His argument was unconvincing. It's like Invi said, he's just making baseless assumptions given the situation. There is no evidence to tie his accusations to anyone, let alone one if us." Gula said as Roxas entered the warehouse.
Given what they were all talking about, this must have not been long after they had the meeting about the possible traitor among among them. And judging by Aced's and Gula's tone things had not improved between the Foretelllers.
Ava just sighed as she shook her head at the two.
"Maybe there is something he hasn't told us." Ava said, only enraging Aced.
"Then he needs to tell us. How dare he look at us with suspicion! We're his commrades, his friends!" Aced yelled out, his heart growing a little darker as well.
So it seemed Aced wasn't just envious as Roxas has thought, he also felt betrayed as well. Considering that Ira was basically trying to route out a possible traitor through a method that won't work it made sense.
Though he wouldn't agree with either Aced or Ira at the moment.
"I wouldn't call us commrades..." Gula said, getting Ava to flinch at his words. "Anyway can you get to the point Aced? I know you didn't call us here just to complain."
Ava looked hurt at Gula's remark while Aced just sighed before facing the leopard masked Foretelller.
"Despite your remark Gula, I want the three of us to form an alliance." Aced declared.
"But alliances are forbidden between us Aced. At least none that are between all five of us" Ava said sadly.
" I knew it. I had a feeling that it would come down to this. So we join forced, then confront Ira?" Gula inquired.
"Confronting him is pointless, It's won't change his mind." Aced sighed out. "I know there's darkness at work. That's no question. But, I do not believe for a second there is a traitor among us. Unfortunately Ira doesn't share the same believe. He is just wasting time trying to figure out who the traitor is. But darkness won't wait and neither should we. We need to band together now and find a way to fight it."
Roxas had to admit that he agreed with Aced was saying. Mostly.
The possibility of a traitor did weaken their efforts against the darkness and had seemingly fractured the Foretellers from within.
There could even be no traitor among them for all the Nobody knew like Aced said, but he had no way of know right now.
He needed more to know more.
"Guess it makes sense." Gula said, unknowingly agreeing with Roxas.
"I agree that we need to do something to fight the darkness, but combining our Unions? That was strictly forbidden by our Master." Ava stated, getting Aced to sigh.
" He is no longer here, Ava." The bear masked Foretelller said sadly.
For a few moments there was silence between the Foretellers until one of them spoke up.
"I'm in." Gula said, surprising the other two. "But let's be clear, the alliance is between the two of us right now. I don't want my Union members involved." Gula said, getting Aced to nod.
Roxas thought it was a fair arrangement he supposed. As long as Gula kept his Union out of their alliance it would keep up with what the Master of Masters taught them and would strengthen them against the darkness.
But if things were not handled properly it would only worsen things among the Foretellers.
"Gula!" Ava called out, getting both Foretellers to look at her. The fox masked girl shifted in her seat before she spoke up again.
"I want...I want to follow the Master's teachings." Ava said shyly, getting Aced to nod.
"Understood. You should do what you think is right Ava, it is your choice to make." Aced said, getting Ava to nod.
"Yeah..." She said, not sounding too sure of herself.
Roxas was watching the interaction when he sensed a powerful heart drawing near the warehouse.
Judging by the feel of it, the heart belonged to Invi.
Why was she coming here then.
"By the way, Aced. Do Ira and Invi know?" Gula inquired.
" I haven't talked to Ira about it for obvious reasons, but I did invite Invi to join us." Aced said.
" You wanted to see me?" Invi asked as she walked into the warehouse, getting everyone's attention. She looked around before speaking again. " Gula, Ava what are you doing here? What is the meaning of this?"
"Hear me out Invi." Aced said. "I want an alliance among our Unions. Gula has already agreed. Without involving his Union, you could do the same. So will you us and together we can-"
"And disobey the Master's teachings!?" Invi interjected.
Something Roxas noticed only enraged the bear masked Foretelller.
"He is not here anymore, we don't have any choice!" Aced snapped out. "Darkness is approaching and we need to combine our strength to stand against it!"
"The Master bestowed each of us with a different role and he specifically told us to keep our Unions separate to maintain the balance of power." Invi said as she began to approach Aced. "He told us that any imbalance would lead to a desire for more power, which leads to darkness. I know you haven't forgotten!"
As she drew closer to her fellow Foreteller, Roxas began to notice her heart started to darken.
Unlike with Aced, he could easily recognize this feeling.
It was fear, but what was she afraid of?
"Perhaps...it is you who is tainted by darkness!" Invi accused.
Both Gula and Ava looked in shock of Invi's accusation while the Foreteller herself backed away and seemed be making herself look smaller. But it was to late as it looked like Aced'smrage had reached it's breaking point.
"I'm tainted by darkness?" He snarled as Roxas felt both Aced's and Invi's hearts start to darken even more. "Then what about you Invi! You spy on us and report back to Ira! You really have no darkness in your heart after what you did!?"
"Because that is my role!" She said, surprising everyone else in the room as the snake masked Keyblade wielder faced away from everyone else. "To observe us, yes. But not to disclose everything we say and do to Ira! That's-"
"For all we know, you and Ira could be allies, scheming behind our backs!" Aced growled out, cutting her off.
"That's enough." Invi said sternly.
"Yes, that is enough." Ava said as she got off from her seat before she began to walk to the warehouse's entrance.
"Ava where are you going?" Gula inquired as he got up as well.
"Anywhere but here." She said, breaking Aced and Invi from their arguments.
Before they could speak to her, she vanished is a burst of flower petals, and Roxas found his surroundings fading into darkness.
"What do you think?" Vanitas said as he inspected his newest creations.
Currently both he and Kier were inside a spare room in Maleficent's fortress, preparing for the next step of their plan tomorrow.
"That it is impressive as alway my liege. But why did you create three Husks my liege?" Kier asked as the sentient Unversed inspected the three Husks in front of it.
They were currently deactivated as they were empty, but it looked like that wouldn't last for long as Vanitas summoned a Scrapper and a Blue Sea Salt. He pushed them towards the Husks and the Unversed entered them. The two Husks then stood at attention.
"Good, now then I want you two to stand at attention outside where the two Keyblade wielders are camped out. Even the slightest sign that both of them are awake in the morning, attack them. There is already a few Unversed already there, I take it that you two already know what to do." Vanitas said, getting the two Husks to nod before they disappeared in puffs of smoke.
"I see good idea my liege, but what about the third one?" Kier asked.
"Simple, that is for later and the last Husk I will make until we get everything we need from that accursed fairy." The ancient Keyblade wielder said as he dispelled the Husk, getting Kier to not.
The arrangements were fairly simple in his mind, getting everything he asked for after helping Maleficent retrieve her wings. Minus the final component which he will not tell her until the time was right.
He wouldn't want to ruin the surprise after all.
"Now then Kier are you ready for tomorrow morning, you have a big part to play." Vanitas said, getting the sentient Unversed to nod excitedly.
"Of course my liege, I am especially looking forward to my part." Kier said excitedly, getting Vanitas to chuckle at it's enthusiasm.
"Just don't get too over confident again, you almost lost your life against Aqua last time. So I would prefer not to have a similar outcome again." Vanitas said, getting Kier to nod excitedly.
With the Husks fulfilling their purpose, they should weaken the Keyblade wielders enough and provide more data for his plan to work. Either way it would only be speeding his plan along and possibly giving Kier a shot of revenge.
Yet no matter what, tomorrow everything will come to ahead.
When Roxas's vision cleared up he saw Ava sitting on the fountain that was in the center of Daybreak Town. She looked melancholic and the Nobody couldn't blame here as it seemed that Aced and Invi were about to be at each other's throats.
Still he wondered just what had happened for things to have gotten so bad between the Foretellers?
"When will it stop? I don't want us to turn against each other..." Ava sighed out sadly as Roxas sensed someone else approaching her.
Looking at that source, Roxas saw a teen around his age with blue eyes and curly silver hair. He was wearing a white shirt with a black vest, black gloves and boot, grey pants, and a red scarf around his neck. Around his waist was a brown pouch.
What was the most surprising thing about him was the strenghth of his heart, it fealt around as strong as Aqua's. But was a lot more balanced and his light was much more gentle. It felt inviting even.
Though there was one thing that confused the Nobody.
He had the feeling he saw the teen somewhere before, but he was fairly certain that they never met before and there was thousand of years between their time periods.
So why did Roxas feel like he was so familiar to him?
"Master Ava." The teen called to her, startling the Foreteller.
She looked for the source of the voice before spotting the teen.
"Oh, hello. Your name was Ephemer right?" Ava asked, getting the silver haired teen to nod with a smile.
"Uh-huh. Anyway, can I join you?" Ephemer asked.
Ava just nodded with a sigh. Ephemer walked towards the fountain and sat not that far from her before noticing her downcast expression.
"Why the long face? Did something happen?" Ephemer asked with a concerned look on his face.
One that reminded Roxas of his Somebody almost.
The fox masked Foreteller stayed silent for a minute, as if contemplating on how to answer him before sighing.
"Long day..." Was all she sighed out, getting Ephemer to nod before she went silent for a few more moments.
"...Do you remember what you asked me before? About why the Unions compete against each other instead of working together. Actually I have always wondered the same thing." Ava said, surprising both Ephemer and Roxas.
"Isn't it just because the Master said so?" Ephemer inquired.
"Yes, and as such we must obey. The Master said so, so it is. But lately I have really started to wonder about his words." Ava said, getting Roxas to sigh at her words.
He hadn't gleamed for that kind of behavior from the Master of Masters, but considering that he could see the future thousands of years ahead and had taught the Foretellers for who knows how long. But at least he could see that most of them weren't blindly following his words.
Although considering the infighting brewing among the Foretellers, it seems like there was a great imbalance between both ends.
"You once told me that you were looking for answers, that you wanted to solve the mysteries of this world." Ava said, breaking Roxas out of his thoughts. "Well I think that is how things should be. We need to question things and think for ourselves.
"Whoa! You're really not tourself today. I guess even Foretellers have their off days. Maybe talking about the Book will cheer you up?" Ephemer said.
"Not a chance." Ava said as she turned away from him.
"Awwww." Ephemer said before pouting.
Ava turned to face him again before both she and Roxas smiled at his reaction. For the later his reactions and behavior were definitely like Sora.
Perhaps that was why Ephemer seemed so familiar to him.
"You were trying to pull a fast one on me, weren't you?" Ava asked.
"No, no! I was just joking!" Ephemer protested while waving his arms frantically, getting Ava to laugh at his actions.
"If you say so." Ava said with a sigh. "But to be honest, I think that it would be great if all the Unions could work together and be friends."
Ephemer nodded at her words and his smile grew even wider.
"You know I made a friend from another Union. She wasn't much of a talker, maybe just sigh. We're meeting again tomorrow." He said happily, getting Ava to beam excitedly at him.
"That sounds like so much fun! Then you should go home and get some sleep." Ava advised, getting the silver haired teen to nod as he jumped off the fountain. He began to run down the town square before turning to face the Foreteller.
"Well it was nice talking to you." Ephemer said with a bow. "I don't know what's got you so down, but please cheer up."
Ava smiled as the silver haired teen took off running out of the town square.
"Thank you." Ava said as she looked at his retreating form. "If the worst does come to pass, I'll be glad to leave the future of the world to the kids who see the world in thr way that you do." Ava said with a smile before looking skyward to see the wind carrying dandelion seed through Daybreak Town. "Let the wind carry you far, far away...my Dandelions."
Roxas had to admit it was a pretty sight, though he was more surprised that he guessed that he encountered someone else like Vanitas.
A Keyblade wielder during the Age of Fairy Tales that from Ava's words was one who perhaps still exists in the present. One very much like Sora as well. Maybe he was still alive or like Vanitas had managed to fall through into the worlds sometime in the preasent.
Something the Nobody might never know.
"Should have known that you would be here Ava." Someone called out from the other side of the square. Catching both Roxas and Ava by surprise.
Turning to the source of the voice it revealed that it was Aced.
Ava looked liked that she was about to bolt, but the bear masked Foreteller raised his hands in surrender.
"Ava please, we are worried about you. All three of us have decided to put our differences aside so please don't away again." Aced said, getting the fox masked Foreteller to stared at him for a moments.
She sat back down onto the well with a sigh as Aced began to walk over to the fountain.
"So Invi and Gula are looking for me as we?" Ava asked as the bear masked Foreteller sat next to her.
"Indeed, we are all worried about you Ava. Enough that the moment you disappeared like that we began put aside any differences to look for you. You had all of us scared, if Ira knew what would happen then I am pretty sure that he would have every Keyblade wielder in Daybreak Town looking for you by now." He said, getting Ava to smile a little.
"That does sound like something that he would do." Ava said, smiling a bit before frowning. "This fighting isn't going to go away anytime soon, isn't it."
Considering what Roxas knew was going to happen, it was only going to get worse.
"It will not Ava, but I really hope that it doesn't. Hopefully without anymore incidents like the Nightmare or if the traitor really does exist than we can start to mend in time. But we both know it is only a matter of time until the darkness comes." Aced said with a sigh.
"I know, but why did everything have to turn out like this Aced?" Ava asked him, getting the older Foreteller to shake his head.
"Truly I do wish to know myself. But with the Master and Luxu gone and the coming darkness we are all on edge for what is to come." Aced said, clutching his fists as the Nobody felt the Foreteller's heart starting to darken a little more. "We are all worried about what will happen next, Ira and Invi are pursuing a traitor that might not exist when we should be preparing for the darkness to come! If they can't see it then they are blind! Doubly so for Invi as she is now-"
"Aced." Ava said sternly in an icy tone that stopped the bear masked Foreteller mid rant and causing Roxas to feel a chill crawling up his spine.
What was that about?
"I know that you are mad at Invi right now, but please retract your statement as you are going to far. We both know what she would do to you if she heard you insulted her for being blind right." Ava said sweetly, sweetly enough that Aced nodded fearfully.
"R-Right I do not want to go through that again. Just please don't tell her about what I said" Aced said, surprising Roxas.
Well actually a few things actually.
That Ava could curb Aced's temper if pushed enough, see that worried him about being on the receiving end of her wrath dreading him more than facing a Darkside, and that Invi was possibly blind.
Considering that her mask lacked obvious eyes and she seemed to interact alright with the other Foretellers it was difficult to tell. Then again her senses might be as sharp as Riku's if he could do the same thing.
"I won't, I am not really in the mood to at the moment either. But you were still about to go to far." Ava said, getting Aced to sigh.
"I was." Aced said as he looked skywards. "I just wish things wouldn't have to come down to this."
"Me too." Ava sighed out sadly.
"Perhaps things will get worse or they will get better, I am uncertain what the future may hold. But I do know we all need to stick together, which is not going to be easy." Aced said, getting Ava to nod in agreement. "But I do know that you disappearing on us would probably be tougher on Ira, Invi, Gula, and myself then it would for the rest of us."
"What do you mean by that?" Ava asked, both her and the Nobody curious on what he meant. Especially when a big grin spread across his face.
"I can't imagine what we would do if our baby sister upped and disappeared on us, now would we." He teased, getting Ava to growl at him.
"And I told you all to stop calling me that!" Ava protested, getting Aced to laugh a little as she slugged his shoulder.
"Despite how much you wish otherwise ut is still true Ava." He said, getting another hit for his troubles.
The Nobody just smiled at their interactions with a sigh as Aced kept on laughing and the surrounding areas were starting to fade to black.
Though it seemed like that things were probably just going to get worse between the Foretellers, but at least that at their cores they cared for one another despite what was going on in their world and amongst themselves. But with that said there was still more to come and what lied at the end, Roxas was anxious om what he could possibly see next if it more like what happened earlier.
When the scene around him cleared up Roxas found himself on a cliff quite aways from Daybreak Town. And judging be the feel of things he was back in the Era of Fairy Tales the same way as last time.
The Master of Masters sitting on the cliffs edge was also a good sign.
"Glad that you could make it Roxas, although your time here will be brief. Care to join me?" The Master asked, getting the Nobody to shake his head.
"No thanks, I take it that you already know what I'm going to ask." Roxas stated.
"Yup and to answer your first question the infighting was a primary cause of the Keyblade War, at least when it came for the Unions. Part of the way I structured them in the first place. Now tell me Roxas, what way is best way to deal with the Heartless?" The Master of Masters said before tapping both his hands against his head. "Think Roxas, think. You and the others are currently doing so right now."
Roxas thought about what he was asking about, before the answer hit him.
It was something he was doing now, but also something that had plagued the Organization as well.
"You structured the Unions to operate interconnected, but seperate from one another. That way while there is a good chance of cooperation, there is also a good chance of conflict between each other. But enough cooperation to go against a greater threat." Roxas said, though it was mainly a guess.
It was the same in the field under the Organization and currently with Eraqus's apprentices. While there was issues, each group was able to deal damage towards whoever they were up against.
"Correct, while the Unions were not the only group of Keyblade wielders out here they made the majority of them. I have foreseen that if there was one truly united front they would crack when the time came during the Keyblade War. Falling into ruins upon the battle field en mass." The Master sighed out. "But the way I had best to set them up was like a spider's wed, with each of my students as the main strand. Providing the resources for each Keyblade wielder to grow into their own and bond with others, creating unique and interconnected strands that should hold up each other should even the main strands break. It worked during the war, while they were fighting each other they were also fighting enemy Keyblade wielders on both sides of the spectrum. Coming together long enough before continuing the fight. It worked, the Unions were mostly destroyed but they did manage to survive the war and the destruction of the war. It took years of planning to organize the Unions like that, but I just laid the ground worked for the less amount of all possible casualties. The rest I left up to faith, in my students and the members of the Unions."
"And you did the same thing for the Foretellers, putting them in positions you saw increase the best chance for them to make it through the war, even if it didn't work. Or if they weren't quite up for the role you chose." Roxas said, getting the Master to nod.
"Sadly, and it didn't really work. No matter what else I tried I couldn't save all of my Foretellers no matter what new possibility opened up from what I saw. And I take it that you would have thought that Aced would have been a better leader than Ira?" The Master inquired.
"Maybe, his heart seemed to be in the right place but his temper gets in the way." Roxas said, getting the Master to chuckle.
"Tell me about it, the reason I picked Ira was that he was more coolheaded while holding similar principals. But Ira is not that much of a people person, but his heart is in the right place. But unlike Aced whose temper gets the best of him. That and his stubborn streak!" The Master of Masters said as he threw his hands up in the air. "I mean all of us Keyblade wielders have a stubborn streak, but he has a massive one compared to us it's ridiculous!"
"I can kind of see that." Roxas said, with him think of the Master's words and realizing that he had a point.
Everyone he knew that could wield a Keyblade and had actually seen them fight had one.
Himself and Sora were no exception to that rule, how else had they survived for so long against the Heartless.
"Honestly I would have chosen Gula as another candidate, but he was perfect in his role along with being too aloof. Invi would have enough intelligence for the role, yet no matter what I tried I can not seem to shake the follower mentality out of that poor girl. Ava is a bit too young, but I selected her for the most important role of all." The Master said.
"Which would be to make sure Keyblade wielders like Ephemer and Vanitas survived the Keyblade War and beyond." Roxas said, frowning at the mention of the later.
Once he woke up he would have to deal with whatever the ancient Keyblade wielder had in store for him and Aqua. And given how close he has come to defeating the Nobody twice now, Roxas was dreading the prospect of facing him again even with Aqua.
"Yup it worked, but in the end another failed attempt to stave off the end of the world. Partly the reason why Vanitas is the way he is now I suppose. So many Dandelions lost on the winds of time, and so many more just waiting to see to see the real world once again." The Master said sadly.
Roxas watched as the ancient Keyblade Master get up from the cliff face and let out a small chuckle as he turned to face him.
"Here I was taking a break from the dreary stuff, only to talk about more of it." The Master said as he shook his head. "I am not going to lie to you Roxas things are not looking good, in the near future. Especially now knowing about this Kier."
"I figured as much." Roxas said.
"Yup even I have no clear plan on what Vanitas is planning except for the outcome he wants from you. And even then the odds of your inevitable battle between you two is blurred to me." The Master sighed out before chuckling. "There is nothing more I can provide for you at this moment, you already have everything you need to overcome this ordeal. All you need to is to wait."
"Wait for what exactly?" Roxas asked as he started to flicker away.
"Wait for when the world is lit aflame, there will be your one chance to shine brightly." The Master said cryptically.
Before Roxas could even ask what he meant, the Nobody faded away. Back to his own time.
Aqua stared at the treeline as the sun started to rise, standing over Roxas as he started to wake.
After she had taken the nightwatch, but it had been a quiet night for the most part. Except for that she kept sensing a dark heart kept creeping among the treeline as night started to turn to day.
It was a foul dark heart, but it surprisingly had a strong light to it. More surprising it was from a crow. A crow that kept an eye on them, fly off, and then comeback a while later.
Someone was keeping an eye on them, most likely this Maleficent the people of this world keep talking about.
So far nothing had happened so far, but that didn't she was not prepared for an attack to come. Nor did she was idly biding her time as she waited for her friend to wake up.
Aqua glared at the treeline as the crow returned, but this time it perched on a tree much closer then it had before and stared at them. It didn't even flinch as Aqua summoned Rainfall and trained her Keyblade at the crow.
As Roxas started to get up with a groan another crow flew onto the tree. But Aqua knew that it wasn't an ordinary crow. It was an Unversed as the red eyes set in an enraged expression and the red patterns across it's body was easy to tell.
The crow like Unversed let out a caw, getting the regular crow to nod before taking off into the distance as Aqua glared at it
It seemed like Vanitas was making his move now.
"Roxas-" "I know, I can sense them." Roxas groaned out as he summoned Destiny Rewritten as the nearby foliage started to rustle as a swarm of Floods started to rush towards them.
Only to blow up in swaths as the mines around the camp started to detonated as Unversed drew near.
"I take it that you were more than prepared?" Roxas asked, getting Aqua to smile.
"The mines needed quite a bit of magic to sustain them, but it was worth it." Aqua said as she pulled out an ether and quickly drunk it as the explosions continued around them. It lasted a few more moments until it all stopped.
A pair of Flood was all that remained along with a crater ridden area. One of the Floods was holding another one back as it continued to try charge at the Keyblade wielders.
It waited a moment before release the charging Unversed, which promptly exploded as it detonated another mine.
The last Flood waited a moment before it followed suit, only to find there it was no mines left.
It gestured to a nearby tree and another Flood poked it's head out from behind it. While nearby the crow like Unversed cawed out to the trees once again.
Both Roxas and Aqua braced themselves for whatever would come out of the brush. Yet he tightened his grip on his Keyblade on what he saw emerged.
A pair of Husks, each with their axes in hands.
If these were what Vanitas was sending after them early on, than the Nobody knew that if they weren't careful this could quickly turn into Hollow Bastion like it was for Sora.
"So these are Husks like you described." Aqua asked coldly.
"And if these two are not like the last one, there is no telling what is inside of them." Roxas said as the other Unversed gathered towards the Husks.
"Then make sure to stay close to me, it will be harder for them to deal with us that way." Aqua said coldly as she leveled an icy glare towards the Unversed. Light starting to flickering off her once again.
One of these Unversed was quite a match for Roxas on it's own and aided by a spell from Vanitas. This time there was a pair of them, but it didn't matter. They were going to get rid of them like any other Unversed and then go after their master.
And given their resembalance to Vanitas, these Husks would make good practice for what she was going to do to him.
Yet she knew that these abominations were just the first of the monstrosities he was going to unleash on them.
The screen turns to static as the author reappears, still at his desk.
