Sky was sitting up on the balcony of the clock tower looking up at the stars and remembered how his mom had always liked coming up here whenever she wanted to clear her mind and understood why.

Flashback

Five year old Sky was curious in seeing his mom up on the balcony of the clock tower.

"Mommy." Jen turned around hearing Sky's voice.

"Sky. Why aren't you asleep?" Jen asked.

"I'm not tired." Sky answered.

"Want to come here with me?" Jen asked and Sky nodded yes and brought him by the balcony.

"Why do you like being up here?" Sky asked.

"Because at times I like to clear my mind on things, I've always love seeing the stars at night." Jen explained.

"They look nice and bright." Sky said.

"Here. Let me show you something." Jen lifted her son up, showing him the view.

"Wow. That's how everything looks from up here." Sky said, looking amazed.

"Yeah. It is. Your father and I always loved coming up here and just see the view." Jen said.

"Mommy. Do you think my dad is looking over us?" Sky asked.

"Of course he is, he wants to make sure we're doing okay, especially you since you were the best that's ever happened to me." Jen explained.

"Did I tell you how much I love you." Sky said.

"Not as much as I love you." Jen responded, while her son hugged her. "Come on, let's go to bed."

"Okay. I'm already starting to feel tired." Sky said, being carried by his mom and going in the clock tower.

End of Flashback

Sky started to feel a bit sad remembering his mom.

"Now I understand why you always liked being up here mom, you don't know how much I miss you." Sky thought to himself.

"Hey Sky." He turned around hearing Jack's voice.

"What do you want, Jack?" Sky asked.

"Look, man. We really need to talk and this time don't try to get yourself out of it." Jack answered.

"Your right, I owe you and everyone else an explanation for what's been going on with me." Sky said.

"You know we're here for you and we want to help, but avoiding it won't resolve anything." Jack said.

"I know, it's just I felt like I have already failed you guys especially with Commander Cruger, he was counting on me to be a good leader and now I've disappointed him." Sky said.

"Believe me, he was upset, that you were putting your friends and sister in danger." Jack said.

"Unfortunately I did, I saw my own sister in danger in the hands of that criminal and couldn't do anything to save her." Sky said.

"Don't blame yourself Sky, I was the one who failed you in trying to protect her." Jack said.

"Why would say that?" Sky asked.

"Your sister was starting to worry about you when she heard the blasts I tried to calm her down, but she wasn't convinced so she ran off to try and find you, me along with your friends ran after her, then we heard her scream and knew she was in danger." Jack explained.

"I did too, even though I left the rest fighting the robots to check out where it was coming from, not knowing it was my own sister." Sky said.

"I wish I would have done something, but I'm not a ranger anymore." Jack said.

"Don't blame yourself either Jack, you did your best and thank you." Sky said.

"Your friend Tyler said thanks to me too, for keeping them safe." Jack said.

"So did his sister in my ranger form, she doesn't it's me, none of them do." Sky said.

"Understood, they kept asking me questions on what was going on and if I knew something, I couldn't tell them, it would blow our cover and the mission." Jack explained.

"They can't know, I don't want to put them in danger, like I almost did with Andrea." Sky said.

"Be glad she did get saved by your friends dad and the other ranger." Jack said.

"Yeah. So am I." Sky said, when suddenly they heard a sound and went back in the clock tower to see what it was when it was Bridge, Z, and Syd hearing over their conversation.

"Nice going Bridge." Syd said.

"Don't blame me, you wanted to get closer to hear what their saying." Bridge said.

"How much did you all hear?" Jack asked.

"Pretty much everything." Z answered.

"Unbelievable, you all should have waited till we came down, then Sky would have explained it all." Jack said.

"You don't know how upset I am." Sky said.

"Sky. We're sorry, we didn't mean to listen in." Bridge said.

"You just keep on avoiding what's been bothering you." Syd said.

"And know that we understand, we just want to say even if Commander Cruger is upset with you, but we're not in fact we really do need to focus on the mission." Z said.

"You guys are right I do owe an explanation, but it's going to wait till tomorrow." Sky said.

"What. Come on, Sky." Syd said.

"Don't do this again." Bridge said.

"Hey guys. Believe in his word, if he says tomorrow, then respect his decision." Jack said.

"Fine. If you say so, Jack." Z said.

"Now come on, let's rest up." Sky said, and started walking to their beds, then RIC came by Sky. "RIC. I owe you an apology for being rude to you." RIC barked happily. "Night RIC." Sky turned off the lights and everyone was already asleep.

Meanwhile

Eric, along with his kids, Alex and Andrea was telling Taylor what had happened earlier.

"We were talking to Sky about what dad had told us, when we heard explosions going on." Megan said.

"We didn't know what was going on, though Sky told us we had to leave, but he didn't tell us why we had to." Tyler said.

"He then ran off along with his friends, we didn't know where they went, except one of them stayed and took us somewhere safe." Andrea said.

"We asked his friend Jack, what was going on, he didn't tell us anything." Tyler said.

"Why didn't you all come back home? If it was really that bad going on?" Taylor asked.

"It was my fault there." Andrea responded.

"Why do you say that?" Taylor asked.

"I was worried about Sky, so I ran off to find him to see if he was out there somewhere, when..." Andrea paused for a minute.

"When what?" Taylor asked.

"I saw some robots they were carrying boxes with machine parts, they were putting them in a truck, then suddenly this whatever he was grabbed me from behind, I tried to get away, but I couldn't. He asked me who I was and who sent me here, I didn't know what he was talking about." Andrea answered.

"We heard her scream and we knew she was in trouble." Megan said.

"That was when we saw whatever this...well we don't know who or what he was." Tyler said.

"From out of nowhere we saw a Power Ranger." Megan said.

"It was a red one, he tried to save Andrea, but he couldn't." Tyler said.

"Why didn't he?" Taylor asked.

"I think dad, should explain that part." Tyler answered.

"Yeah. How did you know where we were at?" Megan asked.

"I was called in by the Silver Guardians to capture a criminal, who was stealing machine parts, we never had luck in capturing him. When I got called in to his location, Alex came along with me, we both morphed and that's when we saw the criminal pointing his blaster at Andrea, the red ranger also had his blaster pointed at the criminal." Eric explained.

"That would explain why the red ranger couldn't save Andrea." Taylor said.

"The good thing is we did show up at the right time, so I got my blaster out and knocked it off the hands of the criminal and Andrea was able to free herself, we both started fighting the criminal." Eric said.

"Then we saw other rangers show up, they were with the red ranger and helped out dad and Andrea's dad." Megan said.

"You should have seen the way dad fought, it was amazing giving it all he's got, even the other rangers too." Tyler said.

"Though unfortunately we were all taken down easily and once again he got away." Eric said.

"I even thanked the red ranger for trying to save Andrea and for helping my dad." Megan said.

"You don't know how scared I was." Andrea said.

"What matters is your okay and safe now." Alex said.

"Although Sky's friend Jack left to go find him and his friends to wherever they ran off to, I thanked him also for keeping us safe." Tyler said.

"I just hope Sky is okay, he should have seen how the power rangers fought, he would have been amazed." Andrea said.

"I'm pretty sure he would have been." Eric said.

"We didn't get a chance to know where Sky is staying at." Megan said.

"I think I know where." Alex said.

"Really. Can you take us?" Andrea asked.

"Sure, but until tomorrow right now it's late. I should get going." Alex answered.

"Already. I wanted to hear more on what you have to tell me." Andrea said.

"I will, even with Sky too." Alex said.

"If you want I'll give you ride to where your staying at." Eric said.

"Thanks, but it's okay I'm not that far so I know the way." Alex said.

"If you say so, thanks for your help. I didn't know you were able to have a morpher even though the one Wes had was destroyed." Eric said.

"Time Force was able to make two of these in case of anything." Alex said.

"Fair enough, you were a good help, again thanks." Eric said.

"It was the least I could do. I'll see you tomorrow." Alex said.

"Take care." Eric said.

"Bye dad." Andrea said, and hugged her father.

"Bye." Alex said, as he left out the door.

"Come on, let's get some sleep." Taylor said, as they all went upstairs to their rooms.
