A/N: *crashes and falls through cement wall* AUGH! …Oy, what happened? Are we back? I think we're back. Hey guys! Sorry for the late upload, but to be honest, this chapter needed a bit more time in the oven. That and I got really sick this past week, so you can probably imagine how THAT went when it came to writing this out. But we're back, I'm feeling better, and now it's time for the chapter that I've personally been very eager to get to. Of course, the Malware Arc was a TON of fun, but now… things are about to get a lot MORE fun.

But first… I think a brief memorial is in order. Because as many of you no doubt know, Rooster Teeth has officially been shut down. I will admit, I wasn't expecting that news last week, as I'm sure many of us weren't, but at the same time… it didn't come off as all THAT surprising for me. RT was in pretty hot water for a while now, and by that point, it was probably only a matter of time before the trigger was pulled. Of course, that doesn't make it any less sad to see it go, and the future of RWBY is certainly in question now that it's purportedly being sold off. Will we see a proper conclusion to the show? …Well, that's something I don't think I can confidently answer. But what I CAN definitely say is that my story DOES have a set ending that I have locked in place. And I hope that you all continue on this journey with me so that we may one day reach that ending. Let's see where this train takes us.

Speaking of trains, since we're going to Japan in this chapter, I thought it'd be helpful to introduce a knew type of text for the occasion;

Chapter 86: Be the One

Japan. The Land of the Rising Sun. An island country that was universally considered by many to be a destination well worth going to. A place with beautiful landscapes, rich culture, fantastic food… and yes, anime. LOTS of anime. But of course, there was MUCH more to Japan than even that, as Julie Yamamoto knew full well. After all, her roots to the country were undeniable. She may have been born in America, but her father had originated from Japan himself, meaning she often went back and forth between the two countries for family visits. …Which made her all the more concerned when she saw the breaking news on television that something BAD was happening in Tokyo, where several family members of hers lived. The images of dark, terrifying beasts with bone-white armor terrorizing their way through the streets had been burned into her mind's eye, and she wasted no time in getting inside of Ship and blasting off after the Rustbucket 3 when she saw it blasting off toward the east.

She was significantly behind, but Ship still managed to keep a steady pace. And before long, as day gave way to night in a very abrupt transition, Julie could see the island country appear in the distance. "Ship, slow down a bit." she requested, to which her loyal pet followed through. "We don't want to overshoot the battle completely." Julie let out a sigh as Ship flew over the land, headed straight toward the capitol city. "Ben… please get here soon."

*CHYOOM*

"H-Huh?! What the…" Peering out through Ship's front window, Julie was left slack-jawed and wide-eyed at what had made the loud, thunderous noise. Out of nowhere, a large spaceship had soared in and was now flying in tandem with her and her pet, lowering itself down so that it was directly in front of her.

Just then, Ship's comm system kicked online, and the voice of her old flame piped in; "Did somebody call for back-up?" Ben called out.

Julie let out a breathy laugh in disbelief. "H-Hah… How did you… WHERE did you…"

"We'll explain once you're on board the ship." Kevin assured, the Rustbucket 4's rear hatch opening up for her. "Now c'mon, you're gettin' the express ship to Tokyo!"

With a hopeful smile gracing her features, Julie gave her pet the okay. "You heard him, Ship. Let's climb aboard."

"SHIP-SHHIIIIIPP." One small boost of his engines later and Ship lodged himself into the rear hatch, retracting his wings and compressing his body until he was the shape of a big, bouncy ball. Once he bounded in and came to a halt, though, he uncurled himself and shrunk back to his normal size, landing in Julie's arms while wagging his tail. "Ship! Ship-ship!"

"Hmhm, yes, you WERE lucky, little one." The sound of another voice in the room alerted Julie to Penny's presence, the redheaded android offering her a hand. "Welcome aboard, Julie. Good to see you again!"

"Oh, Penny!" Julie took the offered hand and nodded to her. "Good to see you, too. You seem…" The young woman craned her head down, noticing that Penny was now in a skin-tight Mechamorph bodysuit, which was NOT what she was expecting. "…Different."

A giggle escaped Penny's throat, her hand flying up to her lips. "Hehe, yeah, this is a… more recent development. But I can explain that later." She ushered Julie to follow her toward the front of the vessel. "Come on, the others are waiting."

The duo worked their way up into the bridge of the craft, and Julie couldn't help but be astonished by just how much ROOM there was to it. 'You could fit a whole battalion of people in here… which I guess is the point, actually.' It wasn't long before they made it to their destination, and sure enough, the ENTIRE Omni-Hunter team was there waiting… as well as Max and the Saturdays, much to her astonishment. There were a couple faces that she wasn't familiar with… though once she saw the dark-haired woman in the corner, Julie knew she HAD to be Yang's mother. She wasn't too sure about the short-haired girl, though. She'd have to ask soon. "Uh, h-hey guys." Julie waved.

"Julie!" Yang was the first to greet her, much to her relief. "Welcome… to the Plumber Space Bus!" she announced, thrusting a hand out toward the room.

"That's NOT what it's called!" Kevin barked from the front seat… where he had an alien dog sitting at his feet. Julie would have to ask about THAT later, too.

"Dude, it LOOKS like a bus." Ben emphasized. "You're not gonna stop us from calling it the Plumber Space Bus." That got a groan out of the Osmosian before Ben went to greet his ex-girlfriend with a small smile. "Hey, Julie."

She nodded back up to him. "Ben. Glad you guys could make good time." But all the same, Julie's face scrunched in confusion. "But I don't understand… Cooper told me you were on Galvan Prime and I only called you a couple minutes ago. How did you get here so fast?"

The dark-haired woman approached Julie with an explanation. "You can thank this ship's lightspeed capabilities for that." She extended a hand out with a smile. "Raven Branwen, by the way. I'm Yang's mom."

"And I'm Vernal." the short-haired girl greeted with a salute. "Yang and Ruby's big sis."

Julie beamed back at the both of them, accepting Raven's handshake. "It's a pleasure to meet all of you. …And Max, good to see you, too."

"A pleasure as always, Julie." Max nodded back and gestured over to Doc, Drew and Zak. "I'm sure you remember the Saturdays."

"Heh, how could I forget? I helped save them just the other day!"

Drew pointed at Julie and gave her a wink. "Which we're still grateful for, by the way. So, what's our next course of action?"

Ben clapped his hands together eagerly. "I'm glad you asked, because we've actually got visual coming in from the Rustbucket 3 right now." The hero motioned for everyone to follow him to the center of the bridge, a large hologram projector rising up from the floor and projecting a live feed for them to see.

…However, none of them particularly liked what they saw. It was a live visual from Shibuya, at the very center of the city. The district's famous crossing was almost completely overrun by Grimm, all lashing out and snapping at every civilian as they ran for their lives. Amongst the Grimm as well were Cinder's group, the five of them all actively trying to attack the people as well… the key word being "try". Thankfully, there was active resistance in the streets as Helen, Manny, Team CFVY, Six and even Qrow were all there, fending off the Grimm and the Ministry with everything they had. …Oddly, though, they couldn't see Cooper or Charmcaster anywhere in the action, though they didn't have much time to dwell on that as something else moved into frame from behind a large building…

…There, trudging across the city street, were a pair of Leviathans, the gargantuan Grimm both roaring down at the helpless people below. "…Welp, wouldn't be Japan without a kaiju attack." Rex said, earning him a pointed glare from Julie. "H-Hey, I'm just sayin'! Not the first time I've handled a giant monster in Japan!"

"…Well, okay, fair enough." Julie shrugged. "But could we PLEASE make sure that no buildings are harmed in this battle?"

"We'll definitely try our best." Ben avowed. "We just gotta keep them in that open area and take them down as fast as we can, right Rex? Penny?"

Penny saluted dutifully. "Right! Don't worry, Julie. We've already taken down one giant monster today, so we can definitely do it again."

The statement made Julie purse her lips in both confusion and concern. "O-Okay, just what the heck DID I miss? Did something happen on Galvan Prime?"

"Again, something that can be saved for later." Ruby asserted as she took out Crescent Rose. "Right now, we've got a bunch of Grimm to take down and a city to save. You ready for this, Julie?"

Peering down to Ship, Julie and him shared a nod before looking back to Ruby. "Give us a sec…" She then lightly tossed Ship up into the air and he came down on her head, wherein the little Mechamorph transformed around her and took on his armored form. Now donned in her Cyber Samurai armor, Julie stomped the ground and unsheathed her sword, giving the group a smile. "Alright, NOW I'm ready."

"Good, 'cause we're comin' up on the battle now." Kevin turned his head back toward the group. "Jules, Tennyson, Rex and Penny, you're up. Just stand on the platform to the back and we'll get this started."

As the four of them stepped onto the large, circular platform, Bobo sent his best friend a thumbs up. "Good luck down there, kid. Knock 'em dead!"

"I will." Rex reciprocated. "Quite literally." He offered his fist to Ben. "You ready to get big?"

"Always." Ben accepted the fistbump. "Before we go, though, anyone else feel like droppin' down?"

There didn't seem to be any takers at first… until a small, high-pitched voice spoke up. "Ooh! Ooh-ooh! I'm comin'! Wait up!"

Julie's head jerked up in surprise, the young woman whipping her head around in confusion. "W-What the… who said that—" But then, she saw a small housefly go buzzing past her head… which had a long, furry tail on it. "…What the—"

*POOF*

A gasp escaped Julie's throat as a puff of smoke erupted in front of her face, making her stagger back. And, in a flash of bright light, the fly transformed… into a tall, monkey main donned in gold armor with red accents, namely a pair of long tassels hanging from his neck and a pair of bright crimson bird feathers attached to the back of his head. In his hand, he held a long, red staff with golden clasps on each end, and he stood with it proudly while smiling at her. "Heya!" the monkey man greeted.

Utterly stunned, Julie stared with her mouth agape at the new arrival, raising a shaky finger to point at him. "Wh-Wh-Who—Who i-is th-this?" she stuttered out.

"Oh, uh, right, you guys haven't met either." Sun piped up, sliding in next to the two. "Monkey King, this is Julie Yamamoto. And Julie… this is—"

"SUN WU KONG?!" Julie finished for him, her jaw nearly falling to the floor. "THE Monkey King?!"

Monkey King raised a finger and gave a single nod. "Ding-ding-ding! And we have a WINNER!" He extended his hand and took Julie's in a light grasp, shaking it while she was still completely flabbergasted. "Pleasure to meet ya, Miss." He briefly glanced over to his protégé. "But Pilgrim, please, we're in Japan. Over here, I'm known either by Son Goku or Seiten Taisei."

"…I think it'd just be simpler to keep calling you Monkey King." Sun deadpanned.

"Fair enough!" Wu Kong spun his staff around and slung it over his shoulder. "Now enough chit-chat! We've got monsters to deal with!" He snapped his fingers in front of Julie's eyes, breaking her out of her trance. "You still with us, kid? Ready to beat down some beasties?"

Julie shook her head, now back to reality, and composed herself as best as she could. "R-Right! Of course I am! I need to make sure the place my family calls home isn't destroyed."

Wu Kong sent her a thumbs up. "Great motivation! Now let's get down there and help our pals take a load off their plates!"

…..

Down below, meanwhile, Team CFVY, Qrow and Six were doing their level best to fend the Grimm off, be it by blasting them away, cleaving through them with blades a-plenty, or even just straight up punching through them in Fox's case. The bombardment of Grimm, however, seemed to be never-ending, though that could've just been the stress talking to them since they were having to deal with Cinder's own group attacking them as well. Thankfully, though, they had their own backup for that end.

Fox himself found himself once again going toe to toe with Neo, the two of them clashing blades against one another in a flurry of quick strikes. Fox went in for a cross slash, but Neo countered it with her umbrella, leading to the two getting relatively close to one another. "Hah… we've gotta stop meeting like this." Fox quipped.

Neo smiled playfully and went in for a kick to his knee, but Fox vaulted himself up and over her to avoid it. He went in for a straight punch, but Neo's form shattered when it made contact, much to his frustration. "Gah… do we really have to fight like this?" Behind him, though, Neo stealthily snuck up and whacked him upside the head with her umbrella, giving him his answer. "GAH! I'll take that as a "yes", then…" The pink and brown-eyed girl sent him a sympathetic look, but nonetheless made a "bring it on" motion with her hand.

Across the way, Manny wasn't having any hesitation in fighting. "You think I'm AFRAID to get rough with a couple a' girls?!" Manny said while charging at Emerald and Rojo, who he was pretty sure were trying to mess with his head. "Lemme let ya in on somethin', ladies! GYAH!" He leapt up and slammed his fists down, smashing the street into rubble where they stood. "I'm an equal-opportunity ass-kicker!" …Unfortunately, he was right about them messing with his head, because as it turned out, neither of them were there. "H-Huh?!" *BLAM* "AGH!"

Manny rolled away, rubbing the side of his jaw after Rojo's landed a clean shot on him. "Aw, poor big baby." she cooed as he scowled at her. "Maybe you'd feel better about yourself if you weren't so angry all the time."

"Why you!" He lunged up at her and went for a punch… only for her Emerald to come in and use Thief's Respite's chains, wrapping them around his wrists. "Oh for cryin' out—OOF!" And just like that, Rojo socked him in the jaw… though it didn't hurt THAT much. "Gah… really? Ya think that little twig can hurt—"

"Oh, you want more?" Rojo changed Bloodstrike into its blade form and raised it above her head. "I'll give ya more!" She went to stab downward… but Manny fell to his back, causing Emerald to get tossed over his head while kicking Rojo away.

The Tetramand hybrid stood up and went to pull Emerald back to him. "Nice try, but it's gonna take more than that to stop… stop…" But, much to Manny's shock… it wasn't Emerald who he was pulling back to him. "W-What the…"

"Beloved…" Reaching out with one of her four hands, Looma caressed Manny's cheek gently. "Let's stop this senseless violence and go get married already! Forget these idiots and let's—AUGH!"

Before she could even finish saying that, Manny lightly socked her in the gut with two hands… which might not have been much, but it was enough to take Emerald off her feet. "…Yeah, no." he shook his head. "Aside from her an' me not BEING on that level yet, I've got news for you; I know for a FACT that Looma wouldn't want this fight to end unless SHE was the one endin' it. You have any idea how Tetramands work?"

Emerald coughed to regain her breath, still reeling from the blow. "Hack-hack! …Apparently not."

Meanwhile, Helen was having much better luck with Mercury, literally running circles around him as he tried to shoot her. Normal kicks had failed for him a while ago, so he had resorted to his tried-and-true tactic of breakdancing, shooting Dust rounds all around him in the hopes of hitting Helen at least once. But of course, the Kineceleran hybrid was FAR too fast for him to hit, and instead, HE ended up being the one getting kicked. Multiple times, in quick succession. "Gah! Ugh! Oof! AUGH!"

"Had enough yet?!" Helen challenged, only for a red beam of energy to shoot right past her head. "AH!"

"We should be asking YOU that!" Cinder proclaimed as she ran in, ready to aid her teammate. "You all should brace yourselves for some TRUE pain!"

Helen smiled confidently, though, ready to go fast once again. "Hah, I could do this all day, lady, I—" *THOOM* "…Uh, what was that?"

The Fall Maiden was brought to a halt as well, not expecting the large rumble. "I'm… not sure." But, as a massive shadow passed over them, Cinder craned her head up… and smiled at a sight she was MORE than happy to see. "But you cretins are about to find out."

*THOOM* *THOOM* *THOOM*

The fighting immediately stopped as Manny, Helen and Team CFVY all stared up in abject horror at the two colossal Grimm before them. The Leviathans lifted their heads and belted out petrifying roars. "GYAAAAAOOOOOORRRR!" The beasts' earsplitting bellows made all of the civilians scream and shriek in unabashed terror, a fear that only increased as the monsters skulled forward toward the center of town. They made no move to attack yet, but their arms nonetheless scraped the buildings as they trudged forth, sending glass and rubble down to the streets below.

Six clenched his teeth at the sight, whirling toward Qrow for answers. "What in the world is that?!"

"Gah… shit." Qrow spat. "Leviathans! They're pullin' out all the stops!"

"You people are seriously pulling out a KAIJU attack on Japanese soil?!" Manny snapped at the Ministry girls in front of him. "NOT cool!"

Emerald scoffed while Neo simply rolled her eyes. "Oh, please." the green-haired girl dismissed. "Do you know how used to it these people are? There's like, one every two months, right?"

Manny stomped his foot and yelled; "THAT'S FICTION!"

"Is it? Hm… didn't notice." Cinder waved her hand and created a wall of flame between her team and the heroes, allowing them to regroup and leaving them to deal with the overwhelming threat. "Either way, have fun!"

Coco grimaced worriedly, wondering what was taking her boyfriend so long to get ready. "Come on, Tech Head, we could really use our Rider right about now…" All the same, though, she knew she and her team had to get the civilians to safety. "Yatsu, Fox, Velvet! Group up with me, we've gotta get these people AWAY from here!" She put Gianduja away for the time being and met with Fox, moving over to one group of people while the rest spread out to help others. "Everyone! We need to get away from here! Come on!"

…But none of them moved. They were all staring at her in complete fear and confusion. Fox tried to hurry them along, which didn't help their sense of panic. "Let's go, everyone! What's the hold up for? We need to get—"

"Fox, Coco, that won't help." Six called out as he and Qrow gently ushered people away. "You need to work your way past the language barrier here. They don't speak—" *CHYOOM* "…Hah, what now?"

The team whirled their heads up once again and, to their delight, they saw that it was a space craft flying overhead. And there was no doubt in their minds who it could be. Sure enough, from the vessel's underside, a hatch opened up and they could see Ben, Rex, Penny and… some huge samurai and… a 7-foot-tall monkey come flying down toward them. "Haha! Yes!" Velvet cheered. "The cavalry has arrived!"

"Just in time, too!" Fox pumped a fist. "Maybe seein' Ben will help these people get the idea." To his and Coco's astonishment, however the first one to the ground wasn't Ben… but rather, it was Penny and the large black and green samurai, both propelling themselves down with the aid of their back thrusters.

The tall samurai landed in the street and unsheathed its sword, cleaving its way through several Grimm until it reached Fox and Coco, standing between them and the civilians. Then, to their amazement, a high, feminine voice piped up… speaking a different language. "Min'na! Koko kara hanarete kudasai!"

"Hai!" Penny added while pointing down the street. "Ikuyo, min'na-san!"

Almost immediately, the astounded crowd were quick to follow the two ladies' orders, rushing down the street for cover. Coco, for her part, was quite surprised… and not just because of how effortlessly they did that. "Woah… Pen, what's up with the bodysuit?" The fashionista lowered her sunglasses to get a better look. "Girl… you're ROCKIN' it!"

Penny's eyes widened before a bashful smile came to her face. "Aw! You think so?"

"Uh… hold on." Qrow interjected, leering suspiciously at the android. "Is that suit… part of your body? Because it seems WAY too attached to you."

"Well… that's kind of the case, actually." Penny admitted. "It's an upgraded form I achieved on Galvan Prime and—" "GYAAAAAOOOOOORRRR!" "…We should really save the explanations for later." Whirling around in midair, Penny's gaze hardened at the approaching Leviathans, the rest of the team confronting the smaller Grimm that were moving in.

"Right!" The Robo-Samurai asserted, bringing up her katana and thrusting it out toward the army of beasts. "Everyone, let's take the battlefield!"

"…I don't know WHO this chick is, but she is speaking my language." Fox slammed his fists together eagerly. "LET'S DO THIS!"

*FLASH*

But then, before any of them could charge into the Grimm horde, a pair of green and blue flashes shined throughout the area, overtaking even the brightest lights emitting from the neon signs and screens on the surrounding buildings. As the ground shook mightily beneath everyone, the team were greeted with the sight of Way Big and Omega Rex, standing tall face-to-face with the Leviathan duo in the center of Shibuya's great crossing. …And also crushing a majority of the smaller Grimm in the process. "KYAH!" Way Big bellowed out, he and Omega Rex raising their fists to do battle.

The EVO, though, took a bit of contention with that. "…Dude, I appreciate your commitment to the bit, but please speak like a normal person."

"…Oh, okay, fine." Way Big conceded. "But I had to do at LEAST one. We're in Japan, after all."

As the two heroes belted out their battle cries and engaged with the Leviathans, Team CFVY were left slightly confused by the exchange. None of them knew WHAT they were talking about… but further behind them, several citizens were all muttering the same word amongst themselves, and Coco quickly picked up on it. "Uh… are they saying "Ultraman" or something?"

"Yeah, Way Big looks ASTONISHINGLY like Ultraman." The Samurai Girl elaborated, sheathing her blade at her back. "It's a pretty big super hero show in Japan…" But then, she quickly realized something important. "Oh! I-I just realized I haven't given you my name yet. I'm Julie, and you must be…"

"Coco." the CFVY leader introduced herself with a handshake. "Nice to meet ya." She jerked a thumb over her shoulder. "And these are my teammates; Fox, Velvet and Yats—"

"HEY!" All of a sudden, Yatsuhashi charged forward and pulled Julie by the arm, yanking her out of the way just as a large, obsidian crystal was about to pierce through her back. "Watch out!"

Julie gasped, nearly losing her footing as she and Yatsu nearly ran into a nearby streetlamp. However, Ship acted on instinct and managed to grab the metal post with one hand and Yatsu in the other, swinging them all around to keep them on their feet. "Hah, good boy, Ship." Julie praised before moving to peer down at Yatsu. "And thank you too—" But she cut herself off when she was met with his armored chest. Only when she moved her head up did she realize that Yatsu was about as tall as Ship's armor. …And in the process, she was taken off guard by just how close their faces were. If her helmet weren't up, they'd be touching cheeks by now. "O-Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry!"

Yatsu backed up and tried to apologize himself. "N-No, I should be the sorry one. I just shoved you out of nowhere and that was unbecoming of me."

"W-What? I was the one not paying attention." Julie insisted. "YOU saved me, you have NOTHING to be sorry for."

Manny literally shoved himself between the two, shouting; "Not to interrupt who saved who here, but maybe we should MOVE?!"

On cue, a plume of fire shot between the duo and hit Manny, though he just shrugged it off. The team's attention was brought back to Cinder as she and her team walked through the flames. "Gah! There goes over HALF of the Grimm." the Fall Maiden shook her head in disappointment, glaring up at Way Big and Omega Rex as they fought back the Leviathans. "Damn you, Tennyson. I suppose it was too much to hold out hope that Malware had succeeded."

"Far from it, Cinder!" Penny proclaimed as she flew in, slamming down on the pavement so hard that it cracked. "Malware is gone, and soon, all of you will be, too!"

Emerald's eyebrows shot up as Neo scratched her chin ponderously. "Hey… does she seem… different to any of you guys?"

"Yeah… new wardrobe?" Rojo guessed, only to bring her sword up. "Ah, doesn't matter. We're still gonna do our best to leave you all with less pieces than you had coming in." The remaining Grimm all gathered around the Ministry members; a few Creeps, several Beowolves, a couple of Ursai, and a Nevermore that flew in from overhead, shrieking as it came in for a landing. "So, whaddya say to THAT, chumps?"

"I say…" Velvet thrust a finger up and quickly pointed out Way Big staggering back, the Leviathan pushing against him with its maw opening to clamp down on his arm. "RUUUUNN!"

Mercury did a doubletake, his eyes nearly bugging out of his head. "W-Wha—AAAGH! SCATTER!"

Acting quickly, Julie grabbed Yatsu by the arm and activated the thrusters on her back. "Yeah, that's for the best! LET'S GO!" The two sides sprinted in different directions as Way Big was forced onto his back, taking up the entire intersection as he wrestled with his Leviathan.

Omega Rex was fairing a bit better, using his rocket fists to repeatedly punch his Leviathan in the head. "Had enough yet?!" He charged directly at it from the front and it went to snap at him with its jaws… only for Rex to vault over it with the greatest of ease. "Because I haven't!" He latched his arms and legs onto it from the back and clung to its neck with a tight grip, wrestling it to the ground and taking up an entire street in the process. While the Leviathan did struggle, lashing its tail all around, that was quickly put to a stop as Rex SLAMMED both feet down, pinning the appendage into the ground.

"Lemme give ya some advice!" The EVO reached up and pried open the beast's jaws with all his strength."When you're in Tokyo…" One powerful wrench and a gut-wrenching SNAP later Omega Rex successfully killed the first Leviathan, its body going limp before dissolving into mist. "DON'T be a Kaiju. It won't end well for ya."

A small smile worked its way to Six's features, the agent giving a nod of approval to his protégé. "Hm. Well done." His grin disappeared, though, when he looked down at Way Big and the other gigantic Grimm still struggling in the intersection. "Now let's hope HE can be just as efficient."

Way Big grimaced as he kept the beast at bay, holding it back by its neck while it tried to bite at every part of its body. He had no idea how it was able to get the jump on him, but he DID know one thing; he had to end this quickly before anything else got wrecked. "Gah! Rex! You free?!"

"Sure am!" Omega Rex rushed over and took the beast by its tail, yanking it off of Way Big and letting him get up. "Whaddya need me to do?"

"Just keep it right… THERE!" On his way up, Way Big thrust his head forward and plunged his long, sharp head fin straight into the Grimm's neck, pushing it onto its back in the process. The Leviathan began sputtering and shrieking in pain, but couldn't do much of anything as Way Big used his elbow blades to slice off its arms. "Now… for the coup de gras!" The To'kustar picked the Leviathan up and tossed it high into the air above the city, allowing him to take aim and put his hands into the familiar L-shape. "Omnium… BEAM!" The powerful energy blast went straight through the monster's chest, and within seconds, it was blown to smithereens.

As the explosion lit up the night sky, the crowd of Tokyo civilians, along with the other heroes, all belted out loud cheers while Way Big and Omega Rex shared a fist bump. "Woo! Nice one, dude." the EVO commended.

"Nice work yourself." the Omnitrix bearer reciprocated. "And thanks for the assist."

"Ah, it was nothin'. Now c'mon, we've got more Grimm to take down." The duo transformed back into their normal selves in the center of the intersection, leaving the Japanese public stunned for a moment… but then the cheers became louder when they realized who they actually were. Ben and Rex could even hear their names being called out to them from the crowd. "Woah! Hah, who would've figured we'd have a big fanbase in Japan?" Rex waved out to the citizens.

Ben did the same as he reasoned; "Well, can ya blame 'em? Japan REALLY loves its superheroes." Scanning the crowd, he could even see some children all vying for his attention, many of them wearing Ben 10 merchandise among popular Japanese heroes like Super Sentai and Ultraman. It was only when he saw Team CFVY and the others approaching that he shifted his focus to them. "Hey guys! Thanks for getting here so fast and covering for us."

Manny raised a hand, cracking a smile. "No problem, man. Anytime."

"That IS the job we were assigned to, after all." Helen added, watching as the Rustbucket 4 came in for a landing in the crossway. "I'm just glad that you guys were able to make it. I'm guessing things went well on Galvan Prime?"

"Oh, MORE than well." Ben assured. "Malware's gone for good, the Mechamorphs have been saved and—DUCK!" Everyone immediately followed his lead, snapping their heads down as stream of fire blasted over their heads. But Ben didn't have time to react to what came next, though. From behind, Mercury came in and delivered a round-house kick straight into his gut, sending Ben tumbling across the road and back-first into a street sign.

And it was right then that The Omni-Hunters, as well as Rook and Zak, all came rushing off the ship, where Yang recoiled at the sight. "BEN!" Her expression twisted with rage and she went to shoot herself forward with Ember Celica… only to remember that her Dust had been drained. "Gah! Dammit, MERCURY!" She instead simply ran forward, reeling a fist back to strike at the silver-haired assassin. "You're gonna regret that!" But just as she was about to close the distance, a massive wall of fire cut her off, forcing her to double back.

"Not today, bimbo." Cinder sneered as she and the girls approached, the remainder of their Grimm quickly surrounding the team. "We WON'T be leaving here without a significant victory, not after Malware's untimely failure. Now…" She set her sights onto the group of Plumbers and Team CFVY. "How shall I kill you?"

Rex wasted no time in bringing out his Smack Hands, standing defensively in front of the group. "You guys will have to go through ME first before—AGH!" He reacted quickly as Mercury went in for another kick, bringing his arm up to block it. "Gah, really?!"

"Yeah, really." Mercury swiveled on his foot and brought his other one up, shooting off multiple rounds at Rex's face. The EVO brought his other Smack Hand up, but to his astonishment, Mercury managed to kick THROUGH it, forcing him to back away and deconstruct the build. "You're not gettin' off easy this time! We're getting a win whether you like it or… did it just suddenly get REALLY cold?"

Right as he said that, a burst of cold air came blowing through the streets. So cold, in fact, that it actually blew out the entire fire. Everyone was perplexed for a moment… until they heard a voice coming from above. "That'll be enough of that." Craning their heads up, the heroes were left ecstatic, seeing none other than Hope come floating down toward the battle on a platform of solid mana. "I think it's time we properly end this little charade of an "attack". This just SCREAMS desperation, doesn't it?"

"Hope!" Gwen waved. "So you WERE here!"

Charmcaster waved back at her friend. "Welcome back, Gwen! And yeah, I wouldn't miss out of this. I just had to help Cooper out with some final preparations first." She sent a condescending gaze down to Cinder, raising her nose up at her. "So, Cinder Fall… we meet again."

Cinder narrowed her eyes at Hope, recognizing her immediately. "You… the catty bitch." She thrust a finger up to the mage. "You're the one who prevented our attempt at bringing Ragnarök to this sorry world!"

"Oh, was that YOUR plan?" Hope tapped her finger against her chin, her patronizing tone managing to quite effectively get under Cinder's skin. "Because if I recall correctly… oh yeah, no, it wasn't. It was Loki's plan and he just rented you all out to help him carry it out. …And it STILL failed spectacularly. Don't know what that says about Loki, but for you five, that's pretty sad."

"Shut up, witch!" Emerald pointed her guns up at the sorceress. "We still managed to free some pretty useful convicts back then, so it wasn't a total loss."

But that just gave Hope more ammo. "Key word being "total", darling." She waved her hand down to the group. "And big whoop, you freed a few thugs when the REAL threat was their boss. Great job."

"GYAAAAH!" Cinder literally burst into flames, having heard enough of her prattle. "That's IT! You want to see power and victory?! I'll show it to you!" She created a huge, flaming sword and took hold of it in her hands, flying straight up to cleave the young mage in two.

"Infinus Defendum!" Hope was fast to react, though, bringing up a magical barrier in front of her that made Cinder's sword bounce off of it harmlessly. The Fall Maiden's eyes blazed with anger as she just kept trying to wail through the shield, only to get absolutely nowhere as her sword kept splintering off in chunks. "Honey, I don't think I have to tell you that's not working."

"BE! QUIET!" Cinder changed tactics on the fly, dispersing the blade in exchange for a HUGE bolt of lightning. "Let's see how you like this!" She thrust her arm upward and the bolt surged out, arcing around the energy shield to strike Hope from the back.

…And that still didn't work. "Electrum Divertus!" To Cinder's astonishment, Charmcaster actually caught the lightning strike and squished it in between her palms, whilst whispering another spell; "Convertis Golem." The magical shield disappeared completely after that, though Cinder didn't even get the chance to process that as Hope threw the stone golem she'd created right at her, the beast growing several sizes and tackling her to the ground.

Rojo and the others were aghast at the sight and were about to go help her. "NO! Cindy, hang on—"

"Wait just one second there!" The Ministry stopped short of running when a new voice called out to them… one that speaking fluent Japanese. "You people should be focused on the REAL problem in front of you!"

Everyone, heroes and villains alike, looked toward the direction where the voice was coming from… and were taken aback by what they saw. "…Cooper?" Weiss tilted her head. "What're you… uh… that is to say…"

"Dude, the HELL are you wearing?" Neptune spoke bluntly, pointing at the blonde genius' ensemble.

Indeed, Cooper was in quite the unusual attire, far from the clothes he normally wore. He wore a pair of jeans and a black undershirt, though that was probably the most normal thing about it. Because over the shirt, he had on a tan trench coat with long sleeves, and on each foot, he wore a mismatching high-top sneaker; one red, one blue. Needless to say, it caught everyone off guard. "Yeah… that was NOT what you were wearing when we left." Jaune pointed out.

Cooper flared the coat's lapels and placed his hands in his pockets. "You guys like it? I thought I'd get dressed for the occasion." He craned his head toward Coco with a knowing grin. "Probably only gonna be a one-time thing, though. I like the clothes my girlfriend picked out for me a bit too much."

"Aw, stop." Coco lowered her sunglasses and winked at her boyfriend. "So, I take it you're all set, Tech Head?"

"I sure am." Cooper saluted before going over to help Ben up. "You okay there, bud?"

Ben rubbed his stomach and grinned up to the blonde, giving him a pat on the shoulder. "Hah, yeah, I'll be good. So, I take it you've got a plan, Coop?"

The blonde genius nodded down to him. "Yep, just leave everything to me…" His sights locked onto the rest of the Omni-Hunters, nudging his chin toward them. "And you guys, too! You've been through more than enough today. Let me handle the rest of these clowns."

"…By yourself?" Pyrrha asked.

Cooper gave her a thumbs up. "Yep. And don't worry, thing's will be a-okay!"

Zak definitely wasn't sure what to make of this, leaning over to whisper to Ruby; "Okay, any idea what he's got up his sleeve?"

But the Hooded Huntress just shook her head. "I've got no idea, Zak. I'm just as lost as you are."

"Well, I say we give him a shot!" Nora supported, kicking back on a chunk of rubble to see how the fight would go. "Coop seems pretty confident, so either his plan's gonna blow the Ministry away… or it'll get HIM blown away. Either way, should be SUPER entertaining!"

"…Thanks for the vote of confidence, Nora, you're a true friend." Cooper deadpanned, shaking his head to get back on track. Then, he pointed toward the villains with an irate gaze. "And as for YOU all… look over there!" Switching back to speaking Japanese, Cooper directed his finger toward the terrified citizens of Tokyo; men, women and children who were all still watching the scene from further down the street. "You've left the people of this city in complete fear and disarray! You've brought nothing but carnage and destruction to Tokyo and its people! And for that, you CANNOT go unpunished!"

For her part, Julie was impressed with his fluency in Japanese. It was to the point where she could hear several civilians mumbling some supportive word for him. 'Still… what the heck is his game here?'

The Ministry were still completely confused, Mercury barking out; "Mind speaking ENGLISH, man?! What's the point in speechifying us if we can't understand it?!"

"No! This speech isn't for you." Cooper gestured toward the people once again. "It's for them! The people who you've left scared and feeling powerless… I intend to make them feel happiness again!" Cooper reached into his trench coat and started pulling something out, all while finishing his speech. "Because when the people of the world feel fear… that is when a Kamen Rider is needed most!"

Pulling his hand out, Cooper revealed something that left most of the team and all of the villains reeling in shock and even further confusion. The only ones who knew were Hope, Gwen, Kevin and Team CFVY, all of whom smiled as he raised the Build Driver up high. The Omni-Hunters all recognized it, though… and many of them immediately facefaulted at the sight. "…Cooper's threatening them with a toy." Blake smacked her forehead. "He can't be serious."

"We're doomed." Sun hung his head. "He's gone too far. We're gonna be the laughing stock of Japan now."

Julie had to do a doubletake at the unexpected move. '…Kamen Rider?' She knew of the show, it had been a favorite of her younger cousins, but… there was no way Cooper could've been serious, an opinion that was being expressed by the civilians as they began turning on the genius.

"Pfft! Kamen Rider?" One older man said. "Is this boy delusional?"

"He MUST be!" A younger man said, both of them dressed up in matching business suits. "He must be some sort of foreign otaku."

Another man, this one less well-dressed, shouted out at Cooper as he put the belt on; "OI! Idiot! You're making a mockery out of the REAL heroes! Why don't you go back to the shithole apartment you came from, eh?"

And just like that, the public opinion had swayed and Cooper was being relentlessly jeered… though that didn't stop him from pulling out the two FullBottles. Because even through all the insults, he could see the children in the crowd, staring at him in worry and curiosity. But he could also see hints of hope behind their eyes, which instilled him with that same feeling. "I had a feeling most would see me as crazy at first." he mumbled to himself. "Time to show them… to fight for them."With a bottle in each hand, he confidently stood his ground and said; "Sa… jiiken no hajime yo ka?"

Cooper started shaking the bottles… and Ben quickly noticed how the liquid inside of them began to glow. "Uh… guys? I don't think we should count him out just yet."

"Ben, I am afraid I must interject." Rook rebuked, taking hold of his Proto-Tool in the process. "Cooper is going to get himself killed if we do not—"

But it was too late. Cooper inserted the bottles into the Driver at his waist, his lips curling into a smile as he grabbed the handle and went to crank it. "…I can't watch this." Ren put a hand over his eyes and turned away. "Tell me when it's—"

"Wait!" Ilia gasped. "What's that?!"

Hesitantly, they all did… and what everyone saw was something that none of them could've expected. As it made its rhythmic clanking sound with every turn of the crank, the Build Driver on Cooper's waist actually started doing something. A large hydraulic apparatus appeared at Cooper's feet and a pair of hard light tubes were projected out of the Driver's faceplate, with red and blue energy being pumped through and solidified at either end to form two halves of a full-body suit. Then, the Driver shouted out;

ARE YOU READY?!

Cooper struck a brief pose, thrusting his arms out to his sides before bringing them close to his chest like a fighting stance. "Henshin!" The very second that word left his mouth, Cooper took a neutral stance once again, allowing the two halves of the suit to come clamping over his body. Once the hydraulic construct returned to the Driver's built-in subspace storage, Cooper adjusted his stance while the access pressure was expelled from his suit, steam blasting out of the seams so it'd be nice and snug for battle. And, as a loud guitar riff played from the Driver, Cooper struck a snazzy finger pose just for a little show.

Just like that, Ben, Team RWBY and the others were completely floored by what they were seeing. Standing in the center of Shibuya Crossing, confronting the Ministry and their Grimm horde… was Kamen Rider Build. As real as the day was long. Rojo, Mercury, Emerald and Neo were left as equally stunned by his appearance, but none were more astounded than the citizens of Tokyo themselves. "K-Kamen Rider?!" the men from before exclaimed as the children around them all lit up in excitement.

"Are you seeing this?!"

"It really IS Kamen Rider!"

"BUILD! He's my favorite!"

Like a pendulum swinging the other way, the public was now in Cooper's favor once again. And seeing their overjoyed faces brought a smile to his own, even if no one could see it. At the sound of an approaching helicopter, Build craned his head up, seeing a TV News chopper come flying in from overhead. "Hm, I was hoping for one of those. Time for my debut…"Lifting his finger up to the tank barrel antenna on his head, Cooper ran his finger up to the tip, flicking it afterward. "Shouri no housoku wa… kimatta!"

On the ground, Cinder summoned all of her strength and projected out a powerful blast of energy from her hands, launching the Golem off of her. "Hah… I don't know what's going on here, but I will NOT stand for it." She flew up on a wind gust and ordered her team and the Grimm to attack. "DESTROY HIM! AUGH!"

The Fall Maiden brought her arm up to block Hope's sudden attack, the mage giving her that same condescending smile. "Sure, you can try. But right now, you're dealing with me, missy."

"AGH! You catty witch!" Cinder brought up a pair of twin fiery swords, glaring harshly at Charmcaster as they started their clash in earnest.

The horde of Grimm belted out a collective roar and charged forward, but Build wasn't fazed in the least. "Alright, if that's how you wanna play it…" He lifted his hand and summoned his Drill Crusher from subspace, taking it in both hands as he ran straight at the Grimm. "Then let's go!" The Beowolves got to him first, with an Alpha leaping in to swipe off his head. But Cooper slid under it, arching his back before thrusting the Drill Crusher into its stomach and pulling the trigger. The drill spun so fast that it managed to split the Alpha in two.

Next came the smaller Beowolves, who all sprinted at him at top speed. "Heh, bad move." From the FullBottle holder at his hop, Build pulled up a white bottle with a stylized hedgehog face on it, plugging it into the back of the Drill Crusher. Within moments, the drill part became encompassed in dozens of glowing energy needles, and when he pulled the trigger again… Harinezumi! Vortex Break! The weapon announced its attack as Build swung it, sent out several spinning needles into the Beowolves, impaling them with little effort… and then blowing them all up.

Build quickly moved on to fight the three Creeps, but as the fight went on, nearly everyone was left completely stunned by what they were seeing. "…Is this… a dream?" Zak uttered, still in disbelief, yet wearing a full smile. "This can't be real."

"I'm pretty sure it is." Ruby nodded, still coming to grips with it herself. "Hah… so THIS is what Cooper's secret project must've been." The Hooded Huntress craned her head over to Gwen, Kevin and Team CFVY, giving them a knowing smile. "And all of YOU knew about it, but kept it secret these past two weeks, didn't ya?"

"Surprise!" Kevin waved his hands. "Cooper's nerdy persona has fully taken over with this one."

Weiss nudged her chin toward Gwen in particular. "I'm honestly quite surprised, Gwen. I didn't think you'd actively help develop something you're not that big a fan of."

The Anodite gave a simple shrug. "Eh, well, far be it from me to deny Cooper his dream. …And besides, my brother's gonna freak out when he sees this, so it'll be worth it."

After another explosion, the team whipped their heads back toward the battle, seeing Build cleaving through all three Creeps in a single swipe. The Drill Crusher tore through their boney armor like paper, as if they were no threat at all. "Well, I know one thing; Coop's kickin' COPIUS amounts of ass!" Manny pumped a fist into the air. "Keep it comin', man!"

Build peered over his shoulder, giving his friend a thumbs up. "Will do, Manny!" Focusing back on the battle, the two Ursai came at him next, which made him shake is head. "You guys really don't know when to quit, do you? Hey, Ruby!"

"H-Huh?" Ruby perked her head up as Cooper began doing something with his weapon.

"Check it out!" Build took the whole drill off of his weapon and tossed it into the air, raising the handle so that the secondary hole was facing up. Then, as the drill came down, the pointed end inserted into the hole, changing into blaster mode. He could see Ruby's eyes brighten up in excitement immediately. "What's that old saying you like?"

"IT'S ALSO A GUN!" the Hooded Huntress pumped her fists into the air. "Let's GO!"

Taking the Harinezumi bottle out, Build exchanged it for the Lion FullBottle, the barrel of the blaster glowing with a bright, golden color. Lion! Vortex Break! Once he pulled the trigger, the golden light briefly took the form of a lion's head, its maw opening and snapping shut over the two Ursai and blowing them to bits.

"…Did we really just see that?" Helen muttered.

Rook scratched his head, trying to process all of this himself. "Yes, we did… though I have no idea how any of this is possible."

"Given everything I've seen in my line of work, not much of this surprises me." Six added his two cents. "Though I will admit, compared to EVOs, this is far more out there."

The Ministry, though, were galled by everything they were seeing. Their Grimm were being mowed down by one guy in a weird suit. HOW could this be possible? "That's it! I'm putting this ridiculous idiot to bed!" Rojo unsheathed Bloodstrike from her back and shifted it into its blaster mode, aiming directly at Build. "Let's see how ya like THIS "Kamen Rider"!" *CHOOOM*

Cooper gasped, tossing the Drill Crusher to the side so he could quickly leap away… about fifty feet into the air. Everyone was left stunned by just how high he jumped, but they were even more shocked by what happened next. Build began cranking the handle on his Driver again and a long, diagonal hardlight line was generated from the device, complete with a graph that appeared seemingly from out of nowhere as well. But the line also clamped down over Rojo, trapping her in place. "AGH! W-What the HELL?!"

READY—GO! VORTEX FINISH! YEAH!

Thrusting his tank leg out, Cooper landed on the line and slid down at maximum velocity, slamming his foot right into Rojo's chest and blowing her armor clean off in the process. The redheaded hunter screaming in pain as she was thrown back several feet into a building, straight through a pane glass window.

"ROJO!" Emerald and Mercury shouted as Neo covered her mouth in horror. But it wasn't long until all three of them were glaring at Build as he landed before them. "Alright, that's it!" Emerald brandished Thief's Respite while Neo pulled out her umbrella blade. "You're gonna PAY for that!"

"Am I now?" Build pulled the Rabbit and Tank bottles out of his Driver and reached down to the bottle holder, bringing out the Gorilla and Diamond FullBottles. He shook them up even as the ladies rushed him, acting quite nonchalant. "Because I'm just getting started."

Turning the crank after inserting the bottles, the hydraulic apparatus and hardlight tubes appeared again, pushing Emerald and Neo away forcefully. "Gah! Oh, you've gotta be kidding me!" The two ladies took several swings at the tubes, but they wouldn't break even with their hardest hits. "What, are you hiding behind your little invention now?!" Emerald challenged.

But Build shook his head. "Not hiding. Just adapting."

ARE YOU READY?!

"Build Up!" Once those words were declared, the two halves were once again brought together, transforming Cooper into a different form.

Emerald and Neo did a doubletake, not sure what to make of the brown and cyan suit with the giant fist and diamond shoulder pad. "…You've gotta be kidding me." the greenette muttered. "He can change forms?!"

"Who cares!" Mercury charged in with a leaping kick. "Doesn't matter what tricks he pulls out, he's not gonna—ERK!" But to his dismay, Cooper countered the kick with a single punch from his gorilla fist, sending Mercury flying back and tumbling across the road.

"Sorry, but that's not gonna happen!" Build set his diamond-half hand on the street, transmogrifying the pavement into hard gemstone. The diamonds also jutted out over Emerald and Neo's feet, trapping them in place.

Emerald gasped and raised her guns, shooting relentlessly at the Rider. "You can't be serious right now!"

But Cooper simply raised his diamond gauntlet once again, creating a gemstone shield in front of him. "Oh, but I am. Now, how do you ladies feel about a REAL rumble?!" Cranking the driver once more, the device channeled power into his gorilla fist, the built-in piston pulling back. Build then slammed his fist into the ground, creating a small tremor that shattered the diamond into itty bitty pieces that pelted the ladies relentlessly.

READY—GO! VORTEX FINISH! YEAH!

The two girls were sent sprawling back, covered in light bruises and cuts. Their aura had been broken in one attack, and it was clear that they were both very hurt. "NO!" Mercury rushed back to his teammates, taking Emerald in his arms. "EM! A-Are you—"

"HAK-HAK! Ow…" Emerald peeked her eyes open, a sad smile adorning her lips. "I… can't believe I got punked… by a guy in such a stupid suit." Next to her, Neo raised a shaking fist in ire… only for her arm to flop back down with how weak she was.

"G-GRAAH! That's IT!" Mercury stood up and dashed straight toward the Rider, his boots boosting him along the whole way. "I'm putting an end to this idiocy!" He closed the gap and started kicking Build in the gut in rapid succession… only to find that he didn't even flinch at the strikes.

Beneath his mask, Cooper couldn't help but smirk. "Hehe, what part of "Gorilla" and "Diamond" do you not understand? But hey, if you wanna fair fight, I'll give ya one…" Jumping backward, Build reached down to his hip, where another pair of FullBottles appeared on his holder from subspace. He procured the two bottles in his left hand, revealing that they were a green Elephant Bottle and a black Barbell Bottle. "I've been wanting to take the new one for a spin anyway…" Doing away with the pair in the Driver, Cooper inserted the two new bottles;

"Oh, I am NOT gonna let you—AUGH!" But Mercury was immediately pushed back as the hydraulic apparatus appeared again, the hardlight tubes even hitting him in the face as green and black Dust essence flowed through them.

"Build Up!" Once more, the two halves snapped together over Cooper, allowing him access to a form that was entirely new to everyone.

The left side of his helmet was primarily green, with an elephant-shaped eyepiece that had its trunk sticking up to form the antenna. The right side, meanwhile, was completely black, though the eyepiece was more of a dull grey so that it wouldn't blend in. Said eyepiece, though, was an entire dumbbell sticking out at an angle to form the other antenna.

For the torso, it was the right side that was green, and its most notable feature was undoubtedly the shoulder pad. It resembled the entire head of an elephant, ears, tusks and all, with a pair of little red eyes gleaming out. The only detail missing was the trunk… and that was because Build's arm gave off the allusion of a trunk. The left side, though, was indeed black and had an entire ANVIL for a shoulder pad. And, further down the left arm… Build wielded an entire BARBELL as a built-in weapon.

And in terms of the legs, the right one was green and had little, white "toes" on the tip of the boot, giving off the appearance of an elephant's foot. However, the black boot wasn't too remarkable, with only a silver screw on it to give it any character. But when Build raised that foot and brought it back down, the ground beneath him shook once again, cracking the pavement in the process.

Zak had to do a doubletake when he saw the form, his jaw falling slack. "W-Woah, WHAT?! Build never had an elephant form! Did he seriously make new Best Matches for this?!"

"I dunno, but this is getting GOOD!" Nora pulled out a bag of popcorn from behind her back, munching down as she watched eagerly. "Now quiet! I wanna hear how badly Mercury gets his ass whupped!"

"Grr… you think I'm scared just 'cause you can change your suits?!" Mercury unleashed a volley of shots from his legs at the hero as his frustrations began to peak. "You hurt Emerald, you sealed your—H-HUH?!"

Much to his bewilderment, though, none of his shots landed. Instead, Build's green arm suddenly snapped forward and extended out, stretching like it was made of rubber so that he could whip all of the shots away. Cooper then stomped his way forward, leaving more cracks beneath his feet. "This form might no be fast… but it can deal with YOU easily!" Once more, he cranked the Driver to power it up before lashing his arm out yet again, wrapping around Mercury's midsection.

READY—GO!

"…Oh cra—AAP!" Mercury didn't even have a chance to make a move before the stretchy appendage pulled him toward Build, who raised his barbell weapon high above his head. The next thing Mercury knew, he was flat on his back… and completely helpless as the barbell struck down upon him.

VORTEX FINISH! YEAH!

The resulting SLAM was so powerful that it rippled the air throughout the area, making those standing by almost fall down. "Holy CRAP!" Rex exclaimed, putting his hands on Weiss' shoulders to support her. "Just what the hell did Cooper MAKE?!"

"He made something fictional into reality, that's what." Ben said, also supporting his own girlfriend.

"Yeah… and it's freaking awesome!" Yang pumped a fist into the air. "Take THAT, ya jerk!"

Build pulled his arm back, revealing Mercury to be completely unconscious and practically embedded into the road. Once again, just as Cooper anticipated, his aura was completely drained after one attack, right to his specifications. "Good, so those with aura CAN tank my attacks, but they're left without it afterward." He craned his head up toward Cinder, who was still fighting against Hope up in the sky. "…Though she might be a different case given her Maiden powers…"

"Hak-hak! HEY!" Cooper whirled around to see Rojo come staggering out of the building she was thrown into, her face completely covered in cuts and lacerations from the glass. She was also limping slightly, but a quick analysis by the Build Driver assured Cooper that she'd live. "You'd… you'd better NOT think about hurting Cindy… you stupidly powerful asshole!"

"Oh, trust me, I'm not about to get involved with all that up there." Build assured, setting his sights back toward the battle. "Besides, I'd say Charmcaster has her well-handled."

Cinder was NOT at all pleased with how this was going. Of course, she hadn't expected it to be easy, but taking down this witch was still taking a lot of effort to attempt. 'Then again, I shouldn't be surprised.' the Fall Maiden thought as she countered yet another blade strike from Hope. 'Gwendolyn is no walk in the park either, so a more experienced magic-user would probably be just as frustrating to deal with.' It was then that she decided to change up her strategy, pulling away from Charmcaster and combining her swords to create a long bow. She summoned three fiery arrows and shot them all at the witch.

"Oh, I see…" With a flick of her wrist, Charmcaster dispersed her energy blade and instead summoned her own bow, bringing forth three more arrows along with it. "Well, I can play that game too!" She let go of the energy string and the three pairs of arrows collided, creating a brilliant, explosive display of red and purple fireworks that lit up the Tokyo sky. "Ooh, now that's interesting…"

"What is?" Cinder spat venomously.

"That our respective powers mixed together can create something quite beautiful." Hope explained, raising a questioning eyebrow to Cinder. "Tell me, what is your goal when it comes to working with Salem? Is it power for power's sake, or perhaps something more?"

The Maiden grimaced at her opponent as she drew back her bow again, launching two more arrows. "You have no business prying into my motives, witch!" Once more, Hope countered with her own arrows, creating more vivid fireworks. "GAH! And stop DOING that! It makes me sick just watching them."

"Oh, please, no, keep 'em comin'!"

The two adversaries were taken aback by a certain voice speaking from down below, leading them to crane their heads down. There, sitting on a rooftop with his feet dangling over the edge, was the Monkey King, kicking back and relaxing as he watched the fight. "…Oh god." Cinder muttered.

"Close, but no." Wu Kong stood up and spun his staff around, resting it against his shoulder. "I'm actually a deity, ya see. Formerly a demon, found enlightenment, and ascended to Buddhahood. There really is a big difference."

Hope was left perplexed by just how casual he was being. "Um… Monkey King, were you just watching us fight this whole time?"

The Great Sage jumped off the roof and summoned his cloud, floating up to the pair with a relaxed smile. "Oh, not just you. I've been watchin' EVERYTHING go down." He craned his head down toward the ground, where the rest of the Ministry and most of the Grimm had been taken care of. "By the way, Miss Hotsy-Totsy." he nudged his chin toward Cinder. "Your people just got HAMMERED by the guy in the weird suit."

"WHAT?!" Cinder's eyes widened in horror as she saw the scene for herself. Emerald and Neo were left battered, Mercury implanted into the ground, and Rojo… was blooded and cut up, most of her armor having been blown off. And there, staring straight up at her… was the Kamen Rider. "You… you BASTARD!" All of her rage exploded in a firey burst that sent her rocketing down toward Build… but the Monkey King appeared in front of her in the blink of an eye.

*WHACK*

"Urph!" With one light, swift strike to the back of the neck, the Great Sage knocked Cinder out and sent her falling to earth, her body completely limp.

Back on the ground, Rojo gasped in horror. "NO! Cindy!" But as she fell, Build extended his green elephant arm out and wrapped it around her, catching and lowering her safely to the ground. If anything, though, this only made Rojo even angrier. "Get your damn hands OFF of her, you freak!"

"Hey, I'm saving her, aren't I?" Cooper countered, stretching his arm over to deliver Cinder to Rojo. "Hero or villain, it's a Rider's job to protect lives… unless they're complete monsters, in which case, it's fair game."

Rojo simply snarled back at him as she yanked Cinder out of his arm. "YOU'RE the monster, you freak! How the hell are you this strong?!"

Build pulled his hand back and brought it up to his antenna, running his finger along the dumb-bell eyepiece. "Because I—no, WE have taken Dust, science and magic and brought them together to create this." He reached down and put a hand on his Driver. "The Build Driver and the FullBottles are the culmination of that process. It may not be as powerful as the Omnitrix, but as you can tell, it's still very potent."

The hunter growled at first, but was quickly reminded of something when she heard the sound of large, beating wings overhead. A twisted smirk came to her face as she pointed up. "Oh yeah? Well, tell me, Mr. Science Man, how d'ya plan on handling THAT?"

Once more, Cooper craned his head up and immediately saw what she was talking about. The Nevermore was still alive, circling high above the battle as it awaited the perfect opportunity to strike. "Huh… big bird." He took out the two bottles in the driver and reached down to his FullBottle holder again, where another pair was already awaiting him. One was an orange bottle with the image of a bird molded into it while the other was dark grey and had what seemed to be the front of a multi-barreled gun on it. "No problem at all."

Once everything was set up, Cooper gave the word; "Build Up!" The two halves snapped over him, allowing him access to another new form…

The helmet this time was orange on the left side and grey on the right, with the left eyepiece resembling a hawk's head with its wing extended out to form the antenna. Meanwhile, the right eye was a gatling gun barrel with another one sticking out for its antenna. The upper torso's right side, meanwhile, was orange with a shoulder piece that resembled a bird's tailfeathers, as well as a small wing that stuck up over Build's left-side collar. The left half, however, was once again dark grey, with a bandolier of bullets molded into the pectoral piece. The shoulder pad resembled a gun clip and his lower arm was even more heavily armored, too. The boots of this form didn't have many details… though the fact that a pair of massive, orange wings came sprouting out of Build's back more than made up for that.

Rojo's expression went from cocky to despondent very fast. "…You've gotta be kidding me."

Cooper turned back to her and raised a hand, summoning something from the Driver's subspace. "You really think I wouldn't have a form capable of flight? I'm prepared for every scenario." His hand clenched around the new weapon he summoned; an orange and black hand-held gatling gun that had six barrels, a spinning chamber, and a hawk head molded into the side. The weapon was only about a foot long yet appeared to be fairly lethal despite its coloration. Hawk Gatlinger! Once the weapon announced itself, Build stepped away from the villains, ready to fly. "Now, sit back and watch how a hero takes care of business."

Spreading his wings out wide, Build propelled himself straight into the air faster than anyone could've expected, closing in on the Nevermore within second. "Wow, he's certainly fast in this form!" Yatsu noted.

"Think he'll be alright?" Fox asked. "Nevermores can be pretty tough…"

"Pfft, you seriously doubting him, Fox?" Coco rebuked, her confidence in her boyfriend unwavering. "Tech Head's got this in the bag!"

"Yes!" Velvet supported as well. "Land the finishing blow, Cooper!"

Up in the sky, Build rammed into the Nevermore's chest at high-speed, throwing it off course and forcing it to correct itself in midair. It let out an ear-splitting screech, but the genius wasn't bothered by it. 'Ah, good, noise-cancelling systems are working with the correct frequencies.' Cooper thought to himself before aiming his weapon, the Hawk Gatlinger, at the ravenous corvid, shooting at its wings in hopes to take it down quick. But to his chagrin, the beast simply flew out of the way and dove straight at him, opening its beak to swallow him whole. "Woah!"

The Rider shot up just in the nick of time, the Nevermore taken aback by just how fast he was. Then, Cooper spun the Hawk Gatlinger's chamber three times; 10! 20! 30! Deeming that sufficient, he took aim and shot thirty bullets in rapid-fire succession at the Nevermore, which couldn't avoid it this time. With its wings now full of holes, the beast struggled to stay aloft, but it still wouldn't go down. "Hm, alright then, you wanna be stubborn?" Build placed his hand to the weapon's tumbler once more. "Then I think it's time we just end this…"

Relaying a signal from the Hawk Gatlinger, the Build Driver suddenly projected a huge, spherical hard-light energy graph high up in the sky, complete with a forcefield barrier that ensured the Nevermore couldn't escape. The giant bird attempted to… and got knocked back immediately. Aiming his weapon at the Grimm, Build pulled its trigger and unleashed a total of one hundred bullets all at once… which took the form of tiny energy birds that flew all around the Nevermore and relentlessly bombarded it without end, until…

*KRA-BOOM*

The Nevermore's body exploded into nothingness. And through the smoke and fire, Build flew straight back down to the street below, landing on one knee with a powerful impact. He stood up, took one look at Rojo, and made his demands known. "Leave. Now."

"Grr… Eon. If you can hear this… we need to retreat." As if on cue, a purple vortex appeared directly next to Rojo, where she carried Cinder through immediately.

Emerald and Neo, who by this point were standing again, managed to pry Mercury out of the ground and carry him toward the portal as well. Though not before the green-haired thief sent Build one last glare. "We won't forget this… Kamen Rider Build."

Once the villains were all gone, Cooper let out a sigh, his shoulders going slack after all the fighting he did. "Hah… and that takes care of that." He pulled the Taka and Gatling FullBottles out of the Driver, his suit disappearing afterward.

All at once, the entirety of Shibuya's Crossing erupted into loud, celebratory cheers, both from the heroes and the citizens of Japan. Cooper quickly found himself being swarmed by his friends, though Coco was the first to reach him and jumped up happily into his arms. "AH! Tech Head, that was incredible!" There was absolutely no time wasted as the two locked lips in a loving kiss, though it didn't last long since they knew there'd be time for more later.

"Haha, thanks Coco." Cooper beamed down to his girlfriend. "I'm just happy that it all worked. Doesn't seem to be any problems whatsoever."

"I'm glad to hear that… because I have SEVERAL questions." Ben piped up, working his way toward the front of the crowd with Team RWBY and Zak in tow. "First of all being…" The hero thrust his finger down at the Build Driver. "How in the HELL did you make something like this, Cooper?!"

"Yeah, I mean… you made a working Henshin Belt!" Zak added, his smile still from ear to ear. "And as awesome as that is, you owe EVERYONE an explanation of how you did it!"

Cooper sheepishly rubbed his neck with a shaky smile. "Ah, hehe… well, that's gonna take a while to fully explain. I mean, two weeks' worth of non-stop labor and research is quite a lot to go through…"

"We'll MAKE time, then." Weiss pressed firmly, thrusting a finger up at him. "Because what you did today… honestly, I still don't really know how to describe it."

But Ruby zipped in to put in her own two cents. "I do! It was SO AWESOME!" She was practically bouncing in place in front of Cooper with a cheeky grin, unable to contain her excitement. "When you turned your drill into a gun? That was my favorite part!"

The blonde genius chuckled and nodded down to her. "Hehe, yeah, I had a feeling it would be." Cooper reached down to his waist and removed the Build Driver, holding it up so everyone could see. "Well, if you guys are willing to listen to me go over statistics, tests and all the other crap we had to go through to get this thing to work, then I guess I can oblige."

"EVERYONE!" The group all perked their heads up to see Raven, Vernal, Max, Doc and Drew come running toward them from the Rustbucket 4, all of them still clearly astonished from what they had seen. "What in the world did we just witness?!" Raven shouted.

"In all my years, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like that." Max scratched his head, looking up to Cooper in amazement. "Coop… your inventions never cease to amaze me."

That got another laugh out of Cooper as he nodded to the old Plumber. "Haha, thanks, Magister Tennyson."

Vernal moved next to Yang and leaned in to whisper; "So… buff nerd's now some masked superhero or something?"

"Pretty much." Yang affirmed. "He's Build… Kamen Rider Build."

"Uh-huh." Vernal motioned for her to go on. "And a Kamen Rider is…"

"Basically, a big-name superhero in Japan." Blake elaborated further. "Which, of course, is where we are right now." But then, the cat girl's eyebrows rose up in realization. "Oh… wait, that's right, we're in Japan! We should totally see some of the sights before we go."

Cooper gave a big thumbs up. "I couldn't agree more! Granted, we may not be able to see EVERYTHING that Japan has to offer in a single day, but exploring around Tokyo for a day should still be pretty exciting."

It was then that a certain girl at the back of the group cleared her throat, bringing everyone's attention to her. "Ahem…" Julie smiled confidently as she placed a hand on her chest, Ship having transformed back into his normal form. "If you guys want a little tour around Tokyo, then you're in luck. I've visited this city so often on family trips that I know it pretty well. Just stick with me and I'll get you guys through."

"Oh, Julie!" Cooper waved. "Good to see you. And thanks for the offer, too! We'd love to have you as our tour guide."

Off to the side, Ilia raised a hand to get everyone's attention. "Um, guys, I'd just like to point out that if we want to be wide awake for that tomorrow, we'd have to get in some sleep, and soon." She set her sights skyward, taking note of the darkened sky. "I don't know what time it is, but better be safe than sorry, right?"

Doc nodded in agreement. "Ilia's got a good point. You kids should all get some rest."

"Especially after the long day you've had." Drew agreed as well.

Six and Qrow came forward as well, the former straightening his tie before addressing the Omni-Hunters. "Hm, well… I can safely say that none of us were expecting this to happen, but good job, all of you. Not only was the Ministry handily taken care of, but so was Malware, and I'd say you all deserve a well-earned break for that. Feel free to enjoy your day off in Tokyo and we'll send for you when you're through."

"Yeah… right now, though, the old folk gotta get home and rest." Qrow let out a yawn.

His sister, however, simply rolled her eyes. "Hmph, speak for yourself, brother." The two narrowed their eyes at one another briefly before the Spring Maiden addressed the team herself. "But yes, Six is right. You've all done incredibly well today. Enjoy your time off, and we'll see you soon."

"Aw, mom, you don't wanna stick around?" Yang pleaded.

"I'm sorry, my dear, but there's still much to address in the wake of Malware's demise." Raven reached out and grabbed her hand. "But hey… you could bring me back a souvenir, if you'd like."

That made Yang smirk. "Oh, what, Viktor's arm not enough for ya now?"

Raven bumped her shoulder against her daughter's arm playfully. "Oh, you know what I mean! Now go, get some rest and we'll see you tomorrow."

With that, all of the adults went straight for the Rustbucket 3, right as Charmcaster came flying down from the sky. "…Well, I suppose this has been an eventful day for all of us." the young mage approached Gwen and nudged her elbow. "So, how was Galvan Prime?"

"Oh, probably just as crazy as it was down here… and that's saying something." Gwen sighed.

"Eh, I still think we had a crazier time up there." Kevin shrugged. "Sure, seeing all this Rider stuff in real life is insane to see, but… Kaiju Malware? That's a sight I won't be forgetting for a LONG time."

Cooper gave them a sympathetic grin. "Ah, wish we were there to help… but I guess it's all for the best that we were here today." His eyes glanced up when the sound of loud calls came from down the street… and it was immediately apparent as to where those were coming from. "Oh, but uh… I don't think we'll have much time to chat right now." He pointed out and indicated the practical swarm of children and young teenagers charging at them, all smiling excitedly. "We've got TONS of fans here."

"You saved us, Kamen Rider!" one little boy shouted as he waved over to them. "Thank you!"

"It's Ben 10! It's REALLY BEN 10!" exclaimed a very cheery schoolgirl as her group of friends all squealed in delight. "Let's get his autograph!"

Yang instinctively stepped closer to her boyfriend protectively. "I don't know what they said, but I'm sticking to you like glue."

The hero let out a tired sight as Julie giggled and roll her eyes. "Well, can't necessarily blame him, Yang." She shot her old flame a knowing glance. "He's VERY popular with the Japanese public… as he's learned in the past."

Ben coughed into his hand as a blush rose to his cheeks. "A-Ahem, moving ON… we'd better make sure this crowd's happy before we go anywhere. …It's gonna be quite the night."

"Uh… guys?" Sun spoke up. "Has anyone seen Monkey King?"

"Hm…" Hope shifted her gaze back up to the sky, curious about that as well. "I… honestly don't know where he went. Last I saw him, he knocked Cinder out and that was it."

Ren gave a shrug. "Ah, I'm sure he'll turn back up. After all, he's immortal, he can do whatever he wants, right?"

Sun had to admit, his fellow blonde made a decent argument. "Eh, very true. Well, I guess let's—AAH!" Without warning, the monkey boy suddenly found himself surrounded by a bunch of women… along with several of the other guys there.

"Agh! What is this?!" Jaune couldn't understand a word of Japanese, but even if he could, it was all drowned out by how much overlap there was. "P-Please, ladies, one at a time!"

And just like that, Blake, Pyrrha and Nora were all glaring at the women with vengeful intent and fire in their eyes, teeth clenched and ready to fend them off. "…Okay, we need to put a stop to this RIGHT now." the cat girl declared, the two redheads nodding in solidarity as they stormed forward.

As all of that chaos happened on the street below, Sun Wu Kong himself was actually still there, sitting atop one of the large, neon signs overlooking Shibuya Crossing. The Monkey King chortled to himself as he stood up, putting a hand to his hip. "Hehe, well, all's well that ends well, I guess." He set his focus out over the city skyline, noting the practical sea of buildings before him. "Man… this terrain's changed a LOT over the centuries, that's for sure. Which reminds me, I should probably check on—huh?"

The Great Sage's musings were stopped when he felt something… odd happen. Something that felt… otherworldly had just appeared on his radar, and lucky for him it was right within sight, too. There was a shimmering spot right at the top of Tokyo's famous radio tower, and he knew right away that was were something had just come through. "…Oh, you're not supposed to be here." The Monkey King brought out his cloud once again and flew straight to the other district in a matter of seconds, landing on the railing of the tower's observation deck.

It was there that he bore witness to something… he had never seen before. Quite the rare occasion, but he genuinely had no idea what to make of this. It was like… some sort of silvery curtain that was hanging from nothing. It was made of SOME sort of energy, he knew that much, given how much distortion there was within it. Once it began rippling, though, that's when he was put on his guard, holding Ruyi Jingu Bang at the ready.

Stepping through onto the metal surface… was a Japanese man. He was quite handsome, for that matter, his olivine skin and dark eyes shining as the city lights hit him while his tousled, brown hair flowed in the breeze. Also very well-dressed; donned in a black suit with matching leather shoes and… a button-up, magenta undershirt. '…Weird color choice, but okay.' Wu Kong mused to himself.

Hanging off the man's neck was also a small camera, which was also quite pink. He reached down and took a hold of it, almost as if on instinct. "So… this is the new AR World, hm? Interesting…"

Luckily for Wu Kong, he knew Japanese quite well… but that one term left him confused. 'AR World? Better get some info outta this guy.' Before the stranger could even turn his head, Wu Kong jumped in and stuck the tip of his staff in his face, though the man seemed more indifferent than scared at the action. "Ah-ah-ah, where d'ya think you're goin', sir? I don't think you're supposed to be here, eh?"

Raising a single brow, the stranger raised his hand and gently pushed the staff out of his face. "Very perceptive. I take it you saw me come through the curtain?"

"More than that, I sensed you coming into this world." Wu Kong rebutted, this time pressing the golden clasp against the man's neck. "Now, who are you?"

"You gonna try and kill me?" the man smirked briefly and scoffed. "Pfft, good luck with that. People have tried plenty of times… and I always return."

The sage nodded in understanding, smiling himself. "Ah, a fellow immortal, eh?"

"…In a sense." the man reached down to his hip, where Wu Kong saw something that he hadn't noticed until now; a steel-covered book. He had no idea what was in it, but given the man's motion, he could only assume it was a weapon. "Would you care to mess around and find out?"

If anything, Wu Kong's smile widened, flashing his teeth eagerly. "Ooh, you're speakin' my language, bud. I'm always up for a good scrap."

"Might I suggest you put a moratorium on that?"

The addition of a new voice, one accompanied by a light British accent, brought the two's attention back toward the radio antenna. Their expressions were ones of surprise as a late-middle-aged man approached them, donned in a white lab coat over a brown and black ensemble. Over his neck hung a pair of green lab goggles, and in his hand was a gold stopwatch, which he pocketed as he smiled at them.

"After all, we wouldn't want to disturb the peace, now would we?" Professor Paradox furthered.

"HA! Well, look who's finally showed up!" Wu Kong pulled his staff back as the stranger returned his hand to his pocket. "Time Walker! Long time, no see!" the celestial simian reached his hand out, giving the professor a hearty shake. "Where in the heck have YOU been?"

Once the handshake was done, Paradox explained; "Oh, simply spending the past month or so taking my protégé on a journey across time and space. …Or was that a year? Hm, always hard to tell these days." He bowed his head to Wu Kong all the same. "But it is very thrilling to see you as well, my old friend. You've come far from the days of being the impudent little ape I would have conversations with while he was trapped under that mountain."

Throwing his head back, Wu Kong let out a mighty guffaw. "HAHA! Oh, gods, I remember that like it was yesterday. …Thanks again for all of those, by the way. Chatting with you every half century helped me keep my sanity." He tapped his nose with a wink. "Oh, and thanks for the nose scritches."

"Hmhm, my pleasure." Paradox chortled, shifting his focus then to the stranger. "And… Kadoya-san? Hah, I thought I felt something amiss." He approached the younger man and extended his hand for another greeting. "I haven't seen you in quite a while, that I am certain of."

The man, apparently named "Kadoya", seemed to find that amusing as he shook the professor's hand. "Hah, funny. Because for me, it feels like I only saw you a month ago, Paradox-hakase."

Paradox bobbed his head to the side. "Well, you know us interdimensional travelers. We never know where or WHEN we'll meet up next. But what brings you to my neck of the woods, exactly?"

Kadoya's expression grew a bit more serious. "Your universe has become an A.R. World, Paradox-hakase. Someone here… has become a Kamen Rider." Once again, he peered down at his camera. "And as you know, I watch over these A.R. Worlds. So when this one caught my eye, I felt… oddly compelled to check it out for myself."

"Woah, woah, hold on." Wu Kong interjected. "Just what even IS an "A.R. World"? And what does this have to do with the tall, blonde kid's invention?"

Glancing back up to the Monkey King, Kadoya explained. "The A.R. Worlds are… a multiverse, to put it into the simplest of terms. Specifically, the ones in which Kamen Riders reside. There can be multiple variations of the same Rider across several universes as well…" He raised a single brow in the general direction of Shibuya. "And right here… it seems we have another Build on our hands. …Made by a fanboy, no less."

"Ah, I see." Paradox raised a hand to his chin knowingly. "Though I suspect that this universe has a bit more to it that made you gravitate toward it… correct?"

"It has… a unique feel to it, I will say." Kadoya craned his head back toward Tokyo's skyline, gazing down to the familiar city below. "I've been to universes where Kamen Riders are fiction made into reality before, yes, but… this world is connected to another… maybe even two."

Paradox nodded in understanding. "Hm, yes, those would be the worlds of Rex and Team RWBY. This isn't the first time that outside forces have wormed their way into this world… though you at least aren't trying to force your way through, unlike the Alpha Nanite that started it all."

"Hm, is that it?" Kadoya put his hands in his pockets and began casually walking away from the two. "Well, you're right, Paradox-hakase. I'm not forcing myself through…" He wore a slight smirk as he peered over his shoulder. "I'm just a passing through so-and-so, after all." That got a slight chuckle out of the professor, leading Kadoya to nudge his chin toward Wu Kong. "Oi, Seiten Taisei. You won't make a fuss if I just wander around the world a little, hm?"

Wu Kong crossed his arms, but gave a shrug. "Ah, well… if you and the Professor are cool, then I guess I'll let ya off the hook… but hey." He narrowed his eyes at Kadoya piercingly. "You do anything to harm my students… and it's game over."

"Hm. Wouldn't dream of it." Kadoya replied, not fazed by the threat at all as another silvery curtain appeared before him. "Sayonara." With a flicking wave of his hand, Kadoya had left, leaving Paradox and Wu Kong alone on the tower.

"Wow… not much for goodbyes, is he?" the sage figured.

A sigh passed Paradox's lips, though he still kept his grin. "Forgive Kadoya-san. He tends to be somewhat…"

"Impassive?"

The scientist shook his head. "No, that's not the right word. He tends to work solo these days, so he's used to coming and going as he pleases. I'm certain he won't cause any trouble while he's here." At that point, he took a deep breath and procured his pocket watch. "But I must be going as well. Oscar's training draws to an end soon… and our return to Earth proper comes ever closer." He furrowed his brows to the Monkey King seriously. "But take heed, Sun Wu Kong. There are great trials ahead for you all. I don't know if you could feel it, but—"

At that point, the Wu Kong's own expression hardened a bit. "Trust me, I do. …It's part of the whole reason I revealed myself to the team when I did." He jumped onto the railing, balancing perfectly upon it. "I've been sensing old enemies of mine stirring the pot for a LONG time, Prof. It's why I wanna make sure that THEY'RE ready to face them whenever they show themselves. …Especially the young pilgrim."

"Indeed… and being in Japan?" Paradox furthered. "I doubt that's any coincidence either."

Wu Kong's grip on his staff tightened, his scowl deepening. "Yeah… I'm gonna check on his status tomorrow. Make sure he's still right where I left 'im."

The time-walker lowered his head in acceptance. "Very well. Best of luck to you, Great Sage Equal to Heaven. I hope to see you soon."

"…Bye Prof." The second Wu Kong turned his head, he was all alone once again, leading him to sigh and recline back using his staff. "Hah… kids… I hope I can get you ready for this."

A/N: PHEW! And with that, this behemoth of a chapter is DONE. Definitely a long one, but for the occasion, I think it was definitely worth the length. That said, I'm gonna try and keep this ending note short because there was so darn much in this chapter that I can't possibly cover everything. So, we're focusing just on all the important details here!

Mainly being; the gang are all back on Earth, the Ministry has been driven OUT of Japan, and… well, we've seen the Earth debut of Kamen Rider Build, much to the joy of the citizens of Tokyo. Of course, it took seeing the transformation first hand for everyone to believe it, but they certainly do now! Cooper's now gotten EXTREMELY popular in under half an hour.

And not only did we see his first two forms in action again, but also two other forms as well! HawkGatling, a tried-and-true classic for Build… and a brand-new ALL ORIGINAL form that I came up with myself; BarbelePhant! Both very powerful and very good at kicking Ministry butts. Way Big, Rex and the others might've helped cleave through most of the villains' forces, but the fact that Cooper managed to finish off most of them by himself is still impressive.

Of course, not ALL of them were handled by him. We had Cinder and Hope encountering one another again here… and it's obvious the Fall Maiden remembers her quite well. And not exactly in a positive way, either. Though of course, we can't forget that she also had a meeting with the Monkey King as well… and she got knocked out in a single blow by him. …That's definitely gonna do something to her pride, that's for sure.

With the Ministry defeated, though, the Omni-Hunters are free to take the day off in Tokyo tomorrow, and they even have a trustworthy guide in the form of Julie! …Who also had a rather interesting first encounter with a certain tall swordsman from Team CFVY. Hm…

But oh, what's this? A new player has entered the game as well. A mysterious dimension-travelling stranger who seems to know much about Kamen Riders. …Those of you who know who this is already probably have an idea of what to expect, but for those who DON'T know about Kadoya-san… it's gonna get pretty interesting. And hey! We even got Professor Paradox popping back in to check on things! …And it seems that his journey through the universe to help train Oscar is soon going to come to an end. Guess we'll just have to wait and see when that happens… but his warning to Wu Kong certainly is ominous. What could be on the horizon for our heroes?

Well, I know what comes next, so… NEXT TIME! While everyone starts having fun on their impromptu trip to Tokyo, Ruby finds herself contemplating something on a park bench… where a certain magenta-wearing man strikes up a short conversation with her. Meanwhile, Wu Kong takes Sun with him on an important excursion up north… where an ancient seal is being overwatched by a certain Sun Goddess.
