Draco was changing out of his work clothes in the hospital locker-room, he had just finished his rounds and was currently getting ready to go visit Aurora.

"Malfoy!" A dark haired young man was leaning against the wall across from Draco.

"Fletcher." Draco drawled languidly.

Drexel Fletcher was one of Draco's colleagues, he was a handsome young man with jet black hair and green eyes. He was quite the lady killer on campus, he could actually give Wyatt a run for his money. And like Wyatt he did have an act for annoying Draco to no end, but the only difference was Draco didn't like Drexel. He was haughty and so full of himself. In fact Drexel reminded him of himself back in his Hogwarts days, which was probably why Draco could barely stand him. Draco only tolerated him due to the fact that they had to work together, but other than that he tried to avoid him as much as he possibly could.

"Some of the guys and I are meeting up for a game of Quidditch and we need a seeker, want to join?"

"No thanks, I have plans."

"Oh really?" Drexel smirked like a shark. "Are you going back home to your missus?"

"No, I'm not married."

"Really? I could have sworn you were."

Draco gave the man an odd look. "What gave you that idea?"

"That ring that you're wearing."

Draco looked down at his Slytherin ring and then looked back up at Drexel in astonishment, honestly how thick is this guy?

"You are mistaken, this is not a wedding ring."

"Oh, then, what do you have to do that is more important than Quidditch?"

"I made plans to meet with good friend of mine. Now if you'll excuse me she'll be expecting me soon."

"Ah, so it's a potential missus." Drexel leered. "Who is she?"

"I'm not inclined to tell." Draco sneered, quite frankly he was growing impatient with this bloke and his prying questions. Also he was tired and wanted nothing more than to leave.

"And why not?" Drexel asked sticking his nose in the air. "Afraid I might snatch her from you?" He said with a smug grin.

Draco rolled his eyes. "Yeah right, as if that could ever happen. Frankly idiots are not her type." He snorted, and with that he unapologetically strode out of the locker-room.

Aurora heard a rap at her door and wasted no time to answer, she knew exactly who her caller was.

"Draco!" She exclaimed with great enthusiasm throwing her arms around him.

She had caught Draco by surprise because when she hugged him he stumbled back a bit but quickly regained his footing and encircled his arms around her small waste.

"You sure do know how to welcome a friend that's for sure." He stated humorously.

Aurora stepped back with a light blush on her cheeks. "Sorry, I'm just happy to see you as all." She said smoothing out her sundress.

"No need to apologize, love. I actually appreciate the sentiment." Draco flashed her a roughish smile and winked.

Aurora's heart fluttered, he was so handsome! Especially when he smiled like that. He was also so well dressed too, Draco was wearing a grey button down shirt and a pair of black dress pants. Very causal compared to his usual attire. He usually wore a three piece suit; regardless of what he wore Aurora always thought he looked splendid, he was an absolute dish!

"So, am I allowed to come in or…?"

"Oh! Please, come in! Come in!" Aurora stepped aside allowing him to enter. "Would you like some tea?"

"Yes please."

Aurora moved about the kitchen preparing the tea. "Do you have any more Hogwarts stories to tell me today?"

Draco chuckled. "I was hoping that you could tell him some stories about Metis Academy." He walked over to her. "I mean it's only fair."

Aurora looked up, her green eyes met with is grey ones. "What would you like to know?"

"Let's start with your hobbies. What extracurricular activities were you involved in?"

"I was a dancer."

"Really?"

"Yes, I did ballet."

"Huh," Draco leaned onto the counter, "you know that doesn't really surprise me. I mean you have the physique of a dancer."

"And what would you know of my physique?" Aurora asked absentmindedly as she poured him a cup of tea.

"…Well…" Draco's voice trailed away, he was at a loss for words. The fact was he knew a bit more about her physique than a majority of people.

Aurora paused and looked up at him realizing what she had just said, her cheeks were burning with embarrassment.

"Forget I even said that!" She demanded causing Draco to laugh.

"Stop!" Aurora quickly rushed out the kitchen and into the living room.

She looked so damn adorable when she was embarrassed. Her cheeks turned as red as tomato, and her eyes would shift trying to concentrate on anything desperately trying to avoid eye contact. She looked especially cute and innocent in that sunflower printed sundress, and her hair was pulled into a loose side braid.

"What?" Draco asked following behind. "I don't see what the big deal is. You have a very nice physique. Best I've ever seen!" He joined her on the couch, her head was buried in her hands.

"You're not helping!" a muffled voice cried.

"Oh come now Rory, I'm only teasing!"

"Well don't." She pouted. "It's really embarrassing. And it's bad enough that it happened twice!"

"If it makes you feel any better the first time wasn't intentional."

"Neither was the second time! I was inebriated!"

Draco laughed once more, earning a light glare from Aurora.

"Okay, okay, I'll stop. So, tell me more about ballet."

"I began when I first came here. When I was 15 I traveled to Russia and danced for The Imperial Russian Ballet Company."

"Did you really?" Draco asked highly impressed.

"Yes, oh Draco, it was amazing!" Aurora stated dreamy eyed. "Everything from the costumes to the choreography, to the dedication of the dancers themselves…it was- it was really something."

"What about your schooling? How were you able to attend school and dance?"

"Metis Academy has a sister school in Moscow, so I continued my schooling there. But sadly my time there was short." She sighed.

"What happened?"

"I suffered a knee injury. I recovered, but I can't dance the same way that I used to." Aurora tugged at her dress. "At least I got to be in one production of the Nut Cracker and Swan Lake." She laughed lightly. "Now, is there anything else you would like to know?"

"Yes, actually." Draco stated with a smirk playing at his lips.

"Why do I get the feeling that I'm not going to like this?" Aurora groaned.

"Because now I want to start digging into your personal life."

"Isn't that what you're doing now?"

"Technically yes, but I would like to know a little about your love life."

"Well that's easy," Aurora snorted, "it's nonexistent."

"Oh, come on!"

"What? I've already told you ages ago, I've never had a boyfriend."

"Are you telling me that no one at least tried to ask you out?"

"Okay, I've been on a few dates, but that can hardly count."

Draco opened his mouth to respond but Aurora held up her hand to silence him.

"It's my turn." She cooed.

"Alright, ask away."

"Who was your first?"

Draco was stunned by her forwardness. "I beg your pardon?"

"Who did you give your virginity to?" Aurora asked once more.

"That's inappropriate." Draco turned his nose up.

"Yes, I supposed it is." Aurora paused. "However you did see me in my undergarments twice, and that was very inappropriate-"

Draco laughed running his hand through his hair, she really does know how to turn the tables.

"I mean just think about it. You have seen me in an indecent state more than once and we aren't even courting. Also you being here would be deemed inappropriate as well."

"Oh really?" Draco arched an eyebrow.

"Why, yes-"Aurora sat up and raised her chin dignity. "I am and young unmarried woman living alone, and you coming here to my place. Oh dear, what will people say?" She looked at Draco, completely serious.

The pair locked eyes staring at each other and then both broke into a fit of laugher.

"Well played, you've made your point."

"All I'm saying is you've seen me with barely any clothes on."

"So?"

"We've reached that point in our friendship where I can ask personal questions."

"Alright-"

"So, will you tell me?" Aurora asked eagerly.

"I will, but first I want you to tell me why you would like to know such a thing."

"I'm curious. I mean look at you! Handsome to the bone, I highly doubt that you haven't, so come on out with it!"

"Well if you must know, my first time was with Pansy."

Aurora wrinkled her nose. "Really? Her?"

"You said you wanted to know." Draco shrugged.

"How old were you?"

"I was 16."

"What was it like?"

"Well…I wouldn't say it was the best…"

Aurora just looked at him urging him to continue.

"I had no idea what the hell I was doing."

"Really?"

"Yeah, I mean I was only 16 and I've never been with a girl before, I was clueless. Also I'm positive that she was faking it too because- why do you want to know all this?"

Aurora shrugged. "As I said before, I'm curious. Am I making you feel uncomfortable?" She asked sincerely.

"No, not really. So what about you?"

"What about me?"

"Well-"

"If you're asking me if I've ever had sex, the answer should be obvious."

"So you're still a virgin."

"Yes." Aurora answered plainly.

"And what is it about intimacy that stirs you're curiosity?"

"It's the fact that you're willing to put yourself out there, you know? You're completely vulnerable with this other person- it's a little unnerving to think about really."

Draco looked at her and smiled.

"I know I really can't say much on the matter since I've never experienced it, but I do expect that the person I choose to share that with will be someone who will stay with me and won't leave." Aurora drew a breath and continued. "I'm sure you've already figured that I don't really let people in that much."

Draco nodded and listened intently.

"I would expect that if I was going to be intimate with someone I would be tearing down my barriers and letting see a side of me that no one has ever seen before. I would have to really trust them, you know?"

Draco nodded once more. "Do you want to wait until marriage?"

"Yes, I do."

Draco took her small hand into his. "You strike up some very good conversation, you know that?"

Aurora smiled and gave his hand a light squeeze. "I've never told anyone any of this before."

Ramona was seated at her desk with Wyatt sitting across from her fidgeting nervously. Every so often she would let out a hum of interest and went back to reading.

"I must stay this is very impressive." She stated as she set down the document.

"You think so?"

"Yes, it's bloody brilliant actually."

"That would have to be the nicest thing you have ever said to me."

"Oh, come now Wyatt," Ramona tutted. "I'm not so horrible, am I?"

"No, love, you just have a very strong personality."

"Alright, I have read your thesis, and I do recall you saying that you have a proposition for me." Ramona neatly folded her hands and placed them on top of her desk.

"Well," Wyatt cleared his throat, suddenly the room felt very small, oh come on! What are you afraid of she's your sister, ask her you bloody fool! He scolded himself.

Ramona waited patiently, the boy was nervous about something, just look at him, he was sweating!

"I've read your notes on the Dragon Orchid." Wyatt said slowly as he loosened his tie.

"Okay…"

"And, I understand that you have completed your research and you are now compiling all your notes together to present at your defense."

"Yes, what of it?"

"Well you see-"Wyatt hesitated. "I was wondering when they give you the title of Doctor, which I am positive they will because the things you have found are brilliant, if you would be willing to collaborate with me."

"Collaborate?"

"Yes, I've spoken with the head of the potions department, and he said that I am able to work with someone with a PhD to prove my thesis."

Ramona blinked a few times.

"The theory is all there, now I just need to brew the potion to back it up. I'm sure you've noticed that I had referenced you and father in my research. I found your work as well as his to be the key components of my thesis, and I thought what batter person to assist me with brewing this potion than my own sister."

It took Ramona a moment to register what her brother was saying, Wyatt wanted her to help him invent a potion. She honestly couldn't have been more flattered, for once in his life her big brother was asking her for help.

"You want me to help you?"

"Yes, that is if you can spare the time-"

"I would be honored to assist you." Ramona smiled. "Looks like we'll both be earning our Order of Merlin awards sooner than we expected."

Wyatt gaped at his sister, it was very rare that she spoke in a tone that wasn't dripping with sarcasm and skepticism. Oh, who cares how she spoke- the point is she had agreed! Originally he was planning on designing and brewing this new potion on his own, but collaborating with Ramona was a better option. Honestly, he like working with her, she had the same love for potions as he did as well as the talent for brewing them. Also she was better at determining ratios that he was. This was going to be great, if they succeed then he will become a full-fledged potioneer with a PhD and they can even patent this new potion, the Belby twins were following into their father's footsteps.
