Lana Lang finally decides to go home after her little dance with Clark, she was quite happy that they finally got to talk about why he has been avoiding her, so she decided to go home and call it a night, but she was worried about why Clark said he needed to wait and couldn't go to sleep himself. Till she saw a man walk up the street towards where she just left.
"Excuse me, Miss. Is Clark Kent here?" She immediately knew this was the son of Lionel Luthor, Lex. Everyone in the town knew of his family after all. "Yes he is in his loft, apparently he told me he couldn't go to sleep since he was waiting for someone, that must have been you."
As Lex went up to the Loft he asked if he received the quest to turn Villains into Heroes. Clark said that he got it five minutes before Lana showed up. "So your plan to turn Jeremy into a Hero worked, well that is surprising." Clark Kent told him that he indeed did, and he will eventually join as a Hero since is the ancestor of the Lightning Lad from the year three thousand.
Clark told Lex that he would be going into his dungeon to use the hyperbolic time chamber for the next eight to nine hours. Clark asked Lex if he would be missed if he went missing for the next eight hours, to which Lex told him "yes, but I can get away for the next eight hours anyway.", Clark put his hand on Lex's shoulder they teleport into the dungeon.
Clark pulls out a knife and cuts Lex's hand as Clark cuts his own and places his hands together, as this was a Kryptonite Knife, as Lex awakens his Kryptonian Powers, and a few minutes later their hands are healed. Clark told him they have four months to train thanks to gamer powers and how quickly they learn will make them be able to train their powers quite quickly.
So Lex and Clark spent four months of training and living together alone, in the chamber. Telling each other what they each have been doing for the last four years. Lex told him that he secretly has been setting up a charity to provide equipment for underprivileged schools, telling his father it was just a way to build a tax shelter, but also to improve the quality of the Human Resources his father's company could hire from.
This however was done by using the gamer powers which made it so that the things he provided would automatically update and stay state of the art wherever he gave them. This made him quite a bit of money that Lex planned to use to start his own company later on.
Lex told him that he also spent time dating some rather lovely ladies, his father was quite impressed that he was establishing relationships with such powerful women.
Clark began to tell him what he did, four years earlier Clark after school went to his parents and told them he has a secret that he has been keeping from them. Clark goes to the storm shelter and unlocks it surprising his parents that he had a key, they told him not to go down there but ignoring them he went down into the storm shelter.
Walking towards the ship and his parents are trying to stop him, "I have known about this ship since I was two and a half years old, I've been getting memories from an older version of me, I didn't understand them till I got older. There is something else you need to know. I am not supposed to exist in this world, when I mean this world I mean this reality, neither I nor my friend was supposed to be born in this reality, my friend that came with me. "
"You were supposed to have three children, I was never supposed to exist. Because of that the universe has given me an ultimatum, either I improve it or I get erased. My father Jor-El knew that my sister and I had a great destiny ahead of us, to become the hope this world needed, but unfortunately my father created an imperfect AI version of himself. The problem is that he never installed emotions into the AI, it is based purely on Logic, it made him seem like he was preparing me to be the Conqueror of the universe instead of its savior."
"We are supposed to guide humanity but instead the AI makes it look like we are trying to conquer it instead. So the first thing I am going to do is install the other crystals that will fix this little problem. This will make it so that I have improved upon this universe."
"Sisters, I can see you, stop hiding and come on out," Johnathan told that the girls need to go back to bed, Clark tells them that they need to know of this since it is important, realizing that he is right his parents agree, Clark takes out a small eight-sided disk that is the key, he inserts the disk into the ship as it opens up and places the crystal that his father hid and places three more and immediately the ship downloads all four.
Hearing Jor-El asking him why has he uploaded the memories and emotions of his father into the AI as the download is happening. Clark tells him the version of the AI is trying to get him to do things for his destiny, but the way he was going about it made Clark not trust him, but giving him the memories and emotions made the AI easier to understand and thus make it easier to trust him.
Jor-El tells him that it is the best solution to the situation if he is telling the truth. As Clark told him the memories he has Jor-El begins to scan them and sees all the mistakes that he has made, and thanks to him having his emotions, is reconsidering how to go about his training, Clark tells him he should have the memories of both his parents from that world including the AI that was based on his mother.
After hearing this he activates his wife's AI, she comes online and is ready to help her children and the other girls and their parents. Very happy to see her son, she begins to cry digital tears of joy. She tells them how she loves her precious babes, she tells them that she is willing to train the other girls and parents if they agree, Johnathan and Martha decline but their daughters agree to train.
Clark tells them that he has the perfect replicas of the crystals, that when brought together will make a perfect replica of the fortress of solitude. Clark asked why they didn't send Kara on the same ship as they did him and they inform him there was no room. They had to send three spaceships instead of one, to his shock Clark tells him he knows only about two ships.
Lara that he does have another cousin he doesn't know about, his cousin is the daughter of the sister of Kara's mother, the only reason he doesn't know is that her father is General Zod, but there is another evil version of him from another universe that is a threat to them so she was kept secret for that reason. This evil version is the brother of the version of your father in that universe, your father and Zod fought and defeated him and banished him to the Phantom Zone.
After the plan was made Clark went to the Arctic and threw it until it reached the destination it fell and went through the ice and snow as the ground shook and formations of crystals began to burst from the ground as they connected and lined together until it forms the fortresses of Solitude, what surprised him is that it was five miles away from New Krypton, the nation that was made by the refugees that came from Krypton before it exploded.
He still couldn't believe that they, the Atlanteans and Amazons had become part of the United Nations.
As he finished telling him, "So this is what happened when I was fourteen, that is enough details for now." It had been four months since they began to train in the chamber, having completed their training they began to leave the dungeon.
Lex decided to go home, and Clark decided to eat something before going back to school, they were glad they took a nap before they decided to leave the dungeon. Seen by his sisters they asked him how did the training go, he tells them that the training went as well as they had been hoping. Getting some eggs, bacon, sausage, and milk, he began to eat his breakfast and tells them what has happened in the last eight hours, and for him four months.
Getting a call from the AI version of his mother, "We have finished the test we said, all the meteor infected had meta genes already, they were just activated by the green kryptonite. Thanks to them drinking aqua kryptonite-infused water they should be able to negate the mental decay caused by the green kryptonite."
Going to school he meets up with Chloe and Pete. Pete tells them both he made the basketball team. Clark congratulates him and Chloe says it is great news, Clark asked them if they are finally together as a couple? They both decided to tell Clark that it didn't feel right, that they decided to remain friends. Pete mentions that she does have a crush on him whispering in his ear, Clark tells him that he is supposed to end up with someone else.
Clark tells him that unless she is willing to share him, Clark tells him he might end up with someone else. Clark told him about Lois and that he had a vision of them having two beautiful daughters, and he was not willing to give up that particular family, Chloe seems disappointed she left feeling sad and seeing that Pete decides to go after her.
Pretending to call Lex he began to talk with him using their communicators. "Lex I just told Chloe I want to marry Lois and she is disappointed that she thinks she lost her chance to be with me," Lex told him that he was a frigging idiot, that he was married to eight women one of them being an amazon princess, and that polygamy is very much legal in their world.
It would be rather strange for a man as powerful and influential as they are to be only married to one woman. "Clark I had to literally fight the daughter of Hercules and Queen Hippolyta, 'cause apparently, that is the only way an amazon will accept your hand in marriage, and here you are complaining about Chloe being disappointed. Do you hear yourself? Do you think you are the only person who has relationship problems? Cause if you do get married it is not always going to be hugs and kisses let me tell you."
"Girls sometimes make out with each other, they have more fun with each other than with men, since there is little to no danger of pregnancy, so get her to like the other girl that you want to be with, and she will eventually accept the concept. Is there anything else Clark? Cause that is the best I can do, you could talk to your family members."
Clark had the idea of going to New Krypton and talking to someone about it. Having ended the conversation he asked if his mother AI heard that, she told him that she did and that she will set it up in a couple of days. After this Clark goes to class and as the school day was over, he goes back to the farm and meets a beautiful woman with long black hair who was talking with Johnathan and Martha.
She introduced herself as the daughter of Dru-Zod, Karen Dru-Zod, apparently, the Kryptonians sent her as an ambassador to see if they are willing to become citizens of New Krypton, and apparently, the future fiancé of Clark and Karen wanted to meet her future husband.
She wanted to discuss this in private and asked his parents if there was any place they could talk? Clark tells her they could simply go to his Loft and there they could talk about anything in absolute privacy. He excused himself as they both went to his Loft and Martha was looking at her son with this look of almost pride at seeing how well her son was handling this situation.
As they entered the Loft he began to tell Karen about his life, and about his problem, that he wanted to have a harem so he doesn't hurt their feelings by rejecting them, which made Karen begin to laugh, telling him that is no problem at all, due to the yellow sunlight, Kryptonians have much more stamina and stronger bodies, so to prevent bodily injury and harm harems were made legal, so there is no problem at all having a harem it would be quite beneficial.
Using his Super Hearing he could hear Chloe listening to everything that was said, "Chloe please come out of hiding, I can hear your heartbeat, and you need to calm down. I want you to meet my apparent future wife. This is Karen Dru-Zod, apparently my fiancé." Karen decides to examine Chloe, to see if she is good enough to be one of the wives in the polygamous marriages, to see if she is worthy.
Looking her up and down, Karen finds that she likes what she has seen, grabbing her ass and pulling her closer, and kissing her, at first Chloe is against it, but she is soon getting into it as she places her arms around her neck and after they both end the kiss, heard Clark coughing into his hand, clearly, he was not expecting this. "Chloe you have passed my test, Clark you may add her to your marriage, I approve."
Before Clark can say anything Karen starts to bring Chloe with her to the house telling her to be prepared to be a proper wife to a person of the House of El, Clark is left alone feeling weird wondering what the hell just happened. Clark shaking his head decided to call Doctor Swann, meeting him when he was fifteen he thought it was a good idea to get in touch with him again.
Called Doctor Swann to make an appointment to see him as soon as possible, he was told he could see him in two days because he had another meeting tomorrow with another Kryptonian, he was busy today.
Two days later and he is walking into the home of Doctor Virgil Swann and his family, having brought with him a gift as a means to thank them for setting up the appointment that quickly. Doctor Bridgette Crosby was leading him into the living room.
As he walked in happily greeted Doctor Virgil Swann, Doctor Bridgette Crosby, and his daughter Patricia, as he placed a small box on the living room table, "I thank you for this appointment and as a thank you I decided to bring a small cake so we may have something nice to eat while we talk. I do apologize but there are some things only you can help me understand."
Virgil simply smiled, "Of course Clark, we would be happy to help you with anything, after all, that is what my little group was supposed to do in the first place, but I do need to mention to you what each of the members is supposed to do and some failed to do. Teague's, the Queens, the Starks, the Waynes Lionel Luthor, the Royal Family of Wakanda."
"First the Teague's. Edward Teague is a lawyer, and a powerful one. He is at this point also an honest man as much as a lawyer can be. He is also prideful and stubborn, but he is also devoted to the cause and could be a good ally for you going forward." Explained Dr. Swann before Dr. Crosby took over.
"His wife Genevieve we found however the evidence linking her to a 17th century French Duchess named Gertrude and one of the four witches that were the guardians to the map that leads to one of the Stones of Power they been guarding, the firestone and one of the lords of Khaos pretended to be her to sow distrust and cause their little coven to break apart only to later have them all but Gertrude burned at the stake to forever make sure the secret location of the map was never found."
"Countess Margaret Isobel Thoreaux placed a curse on the person that betrayed their coven, that she will hunt down the person who betrayed them and eliminate all of his descendants. Isobel had no clue that she condemned herself to forever come back from the dead since she placed the curse on Klarion the Lord of Khaos. Lana is a direct descendant of her, but after so many years, she has magic but simply doesn't know how to use it."
Clark then mentions if that is the case perhaps they could use this to their advantage if they had any of their blood. Bridgette tells him some blood stones were created, and they have the three power stones, so with them and some Kryptonian technology they could create new bodies. Gertrude has been fighting against Klarion for centuries, they are willing to help in any way possible.
"The Queens was another family, Robert only wanted what was best for his city and his country, sadly he and his daughter Olivia was lost at sea as you told us, she disappeared four years ago, and this will be the fifth year. Aside for Olivia, he has an illegitimate daughter named Emiko Adachi, and an adopted daughter named Thea. Robert founded and ran Queen Consolidated until his disappearance. He hoped that the Traveler would show us how to be a better people and that we would be worthy of that aid." Said Dr. Crosby.
"Back then we thought it could have been another alien race that sent the message but we were wrong it was the Kryptonians, they pretty much confirmed it when they established their nation New Krypton. We obtained a better understanding of the Kryptonian language."
"Unfortunately he made mistakes. Before his ill-fated trip, he informed me that he and a group of like-minded individuals had created a society that working together would help to save Starling City from behind the scenes. However, he discovered that the group had lost its way and he wanted out but feared for his safety. After his ship went down I received this in the mail." Said Dr. Swann handing him a book.
"It's a list of names written in ghost ink. A lot of them are wealthy, all of them corrupt in some fashion and benefitting from the corruption in Starling City." Said Dr. Swann causing Clark to frown as he tucked it away for later perusal.
"Well I know Olivia will be fine and I've met Thea, what of Emiko I've never heard of her?" questioned Clark.
"Emiko is troubled. Robert had a long affair with her mother Kazumi but broke it off when Emiko was 11. After that she fell in with a bad company, she worked as a courier for the Bertinelli Crime Family and has associations with a group called the Ninth Circle." Said Dr. Crosby.
"Next is Robert's wife Moira. She was never as dedicated as Robert, and I believe she truly only humored us because of our social stature. Regardless Moira and Robert weren't a good match and were distant for much of their marriage which explains Robert's tendency to cheat, there was no love in the relationship. What love she did have was focused on her children but judging by how Olivia acted neither of her parents bothered to do any parenting when it came to disciplinary action. Moira is the type of parent that believes in giving her children space to act out." Said Dr. Crosby not able to hide her negative feelings about the woman too much from Clark.
"Moira had one affair that we know of with Malcolm Merlyn which resulted in Thea. Despite this, Robert loved Thea like his own and accepted her however Emiko no longer trust the Queens after he broke up with her mother feeling like she was abandoned." Said Dr. Crosby.
"She had been missing for the past ten years, she refused to go and patch things up with the Queens."
"So why didn't they divorce if it was that bad?" questioned Clark.
"They couldn't. Their marriage was arranged with no clause for a divorce or separation. They were both trapped." Said Dr. Swann.
"I think I'd like to meet Mrs. Queen. Oliver did a lot for me I think I owe it to him to at least make sure his female counterpart's family is fine until she comes back." Said Clark.
"The next family is the Waynes, Thomas Wayne was a head surgeon and businessman, and his wife Martha a convicted cat burglar, but later in her life became an activist in the preservation of endangered species, specifically felines. They had a daughter named Bryce. They were the second main financial backers of our little group, but unfortunately, both Thomas and Martha were killed by a criminal whose identity is yet to be determined. We suspect it was done by the Falcone Family but without any evidence, there is only so much we can do."
"Bryce Wayne is absolute without a doubt obsessed with revenge, she has dedicated her entire life to fighting crime, going as far as dressing as a flying rodent, she even calls herself Batman." Clark looks at them and asked them what they say, "Yes, she calls herself Batman, even though she is a woman."
"Ok, that is odd, that is very odd in fact." Said Clark remembering the Batman in his memories.
"She has adopted some kids and trains them to be her little sidekicks, which go by the name of Robin."
The next family was the royal family of Wakanda King T'Challa and his family, they were very important in obtaining resources and great contributors to our many research endeavors. King T'Challa tragically died in battle defending his family against a group calling themselves the ten rings. His wife is now Queen of that nation her name is Ororo Munroe, who later remarried a Vancouver Canadian by the name of Logan.
The next family is the Stark Family, Howard Stark was the founder and head researcher of Stark Industries. He was one of the men who were instrumental in the creation of the Super Soldier Serum, thus the world owes him for the creation of Captain America, and his team which includes Captain Britain. He had a daughter named Antonia Stark, she is weird and likes to be called Toni.
They helped build the technology needed and to form connections around the world.
"That just leaves Bridgette." Said Dr. Swann.
"Who is here, and you trust, which means so do I," said Clark.
"Thank you." Said the woman not hiding the gratefulness in her tone.
"Anything else?" Said Clark.
"Lionel. Our sources finally finished digging with his trail coming up. We've tracked down Lucas and while he is certainly rough around the edges we think he can be salvaged. He's a smart kid but jaded especially after Lionel abandoned him. He's currently working for the company part-time and going to a local junior college to enough earn his high school credits. Now we've also discovered a Luthor that your other self didn't know about." Said Dr. Crosby causing Clark to shake his head wondering how he could be surprised.
"The woman he knew as Tess Mercer was born Lutessa Lena Luthor out of an affair that Lionel had with Lex's nanny Pamela Jenkins. After Lillian divorced Lionel not only fired Pamela but took Lutessa from her and put the girl up for adoption. Pamela is currently suffering from cancer that we have helped her get treatments for it." Said Dr. Swann.
"I met her shortly after I first came here. She graduated from Oceanside High in Starling City." Said Clark.
"Well, all the information is here on this drive." Said Dr. Crosby handing him a flash drive which he pocketed.
"What next?" questioned Clark.
"Karen told us of her idea for you to have polygamous marriage." Said Patricia Swann.
"Yeah, I'm still not sure how they plan to make that work. I don't qualify for that." Said Clark.
"We'd like to help you with that." Said Dr. Swann surprising him.
"Based on the memories you showed me I am aware my death left my family vulnerable. My trust in the Teagues and the Luthors saw both Bridgette and Patricia killed. I know even before you received these memories you showed an aptitude for science and engineering. We would like to help you bolster that knowledge and ability and help it flourish."
"I know you want to become a respected reporter but you and I know print media does not make you that much. While we would understand if you still felt the need for journalism we would like to offer you this which would perhaps give you even more freedom to move as being a reporter did and prove more lucrative allowing you into the percentile of people afforded polygamous marriages." Said, Dr. Crosby
"And in exchange?" questioned Clark.
"I'd ask only that you allow Patricia into this marriage should you both be agreeable." Said Dr. Swann.
"Honestly I'd be happy to befriend and protect her. A relationship between us isn't necessary for that. Plus I think something like that needs to grow naturally." Said Clark getting a smile from the man while Dr. Crosby and Patricia looked surprised.
"I told you he'd say that. I'd not offer just anyone the hand of our only child, especially for polygamous marriage." Said Dr. Swann.
"You are a remarkable young man Clark. Not many people man or woman would turn down such a proposition." Said Dr. Crosby.
"You two are together?" questioned Clark in surprise.
"Married for 25 years now. My name is actually Bridgette Swann, however, I kept using my maiden name for the business." Said Bridgette.
"Still Clark we'd truly like it if you let us help you out." Said Dr. Swann.
"Let me talk to my parents and I'll let you know." Said Clark.
"Excellent, we look forward to meeting them as well." Said Bridgette standing.
"Now that business is done, would any of you like something else to eat, I'm famished." Said Bridgette.
"Well, I was actually thinking of going to Mexico for a burrito." Said Clark stunning both of the women.
"I like him." Said Bridgette.
"I like him too." Said, Patricia
