After school one day Midna and Izuku entered the nurse's office, "What can I help you two with today?" Recovery Girl asked.

"We wanted to know if I really was misdiagnosed all those years ago," Izuku explained, "And figured you'd be able to help. We would have come sooner but… well with how busy Sensei's been keeping us with training after the USJ, and the training Nezu-Sensei and Nejiri-Chan have been putting the Chaos Core through…"

Recovery Girl nodded, "Simple enough to do. Tell me what tests did the doctor do?"

"All Dr. Tsubasa did was x-ray my left foot," Izuku explained, making the old woman's eyes shoot open as she snarled in anger.

"HE DID WHAT?!" She growled before she pointed to a small changing room, "Change into one of the robes there and we'll get to work. Taking an x-ray is only part of the process as a sixth of everyone with Quirks has the second toe joint!"

Izuku nodded and darted into the changing room while Recovery Girl calmed herself down. She then turned to Midna, "Is it safe to assume you're here for emotional support deary?"

"Yes ma'am," Midna nodded, "Rei-Chan and Set-Chan would have come too but their moms needed them for something."

The old woman nodded as Izuku came out of the changing room and put his things in a box, "Alright, we'll be going through all the normal tests. I already know what 'Well of Powers' signature is so I can remove that from the equation. First two questions are when were you examined and does your mother know your doing this?" After getting the date and that Inko was aware of the plan to have Izuku re-examines the old woman went to work, and next couple of hours moved quickly with Midna being there with her brother when she could or sitting in a chair by the door doing her homework when she couldn't.

Once all the tests were done, and the computer had gone over all the data, Recovery Girl looked at the results and nodded, "Well now I can properly put you down as misdiagnosed… Do you know if Dr. Tsubasa is still working at the same clinic?"

"Umm… He and his grandson went missing a couple months after my exam," Izuku said nervously, making the Youthful Heroin and Midna narrow their eyes.

"Very suspicious…," Midna stated.

"Indeed…" Recovery Girl mused as she turned to her computer, and a few minutes later said, "Curious… all information about Dr. Tsubasa is classified and has been since exactly two months after your exam… in other words…"

"Around the time he vanished," Izuku gasped.

Recovery Girl nodded, "I'll be telling Nezu about this Dr. Tsubasa. It's likely that was an alias. Now onto why you're here. I'm glad to inform you that you have a Mutation Quirk. It's actually similar to Nezu's in a way in that it increases your intelligence but I believe that it's main purpose is more of a risk reward kind of power."

"How so?" Midna asked.

"Basically in combat he'll be so determined to see things through to the end it'll be nigh impossible to make him surrender. If I'm right it also makes it that even if he becomes so terrified a normal person would be unable to move or faint, he'll be able to soldier through with no problem without any negative repercussions," Recovery Girl explained.

"So… I'm courageous to a fault?" Izuku asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Basically," Recovery Girl nodded, "Don't forget though that you've proven during the Entrance Exam and first Practical Heroics lesson that the effects of the Quirk doesn't impair your cognitive processes, or in a more simple term. You don't become so focused on the fight you become stupid."

"... So… Zuzu is basically Link from Legend of Zelda?" Midna asked, barely holding back her laughter, "Courage is his main power, everything else is just stuff he picks up along the way?" Izuku groaned and face palmed, he just knew Midna and Setsuna would tease him for a couple days while Reiko memed the hell out of his Quirk.

"... That's a good way of putting it actually," Recovery Girl grinned as she picked up a clip board, "Shall I put down 'Courage' as your Quirk's name deary?" Izuku groaned but nodded.

The next day Class 1-A and 1-B were heading to the USJ for their second attempt at Disaster Rescue Training with Hound Dog and Spiral-Chan once more acting as extra protection. Once there the students were led down the stairs to the courtyard, "Alright," Thirteen said, clapping her hands, "So to make sure as many of you get a chance to have a turn as possible, we'll be going in teams of two from each class. We'll be starting with the Conflagration Zone and move counter clockwise. As you might guess this zone is to simulate an area wrapped in a raging inferno," The first ones up were Yaoyorozu and Kaminari for 1-A and Awase and Kendo for 1-B.

As Midna quietly spoke with her friends while they waited for their turn she noticed both Ida and Shiozaki shooting her looks, for Ida it was hard to tell due to his helmet but Shiozaki wasn't even bothering to hide it. Rolling her eyes Midna said, "Excuse me guys. I want to have a quick word with Shiozaki-san," Midna walked over while her friends continued their quiet conversation as they watched what the four in the zone were doing through the monitors. When she drew near, Midna said, "Shiozaki-San, can I ask you something real quick?" The vine haired girl simply nodded, "Did I do anything to offend you? I've noticed you've been sending me odd looks."

Shiozaki studied Midna for a few moments before saying, "To be blunt. The fact you decided to use your Quirk to try and kill is highly offensive to me on both a personal and religious level. Despite hearing from Tokage-San and Yanagi-San that you're a good person, that doesn't change the fact you did try to kill a person…"

"Ok sorry to interrupt but a few things. First, Nomu was legally a Bio-Weapon, as in it counted as a walking corpse. That means that I was following Hero Protocol when dealing with it," Midna countered, "Second once we go Pro we will have to work with people we don't agree with, for personal, political and religious reasons."

Shiozaki sneered not noticing Aizawa and Spiral-Chan keeping a close eye on the situation, while Vlad King was in the training ground to step in if something happened, Thirteen was managing the zone's controls, and Hound Dog was watching over the students as a whole, "I highly doubt that Hero's would have a a protocol to murder someone."

Aizawa appeared next to them wanting to avoid the students getting into a fight, speaking up so everyone could hear he said, "Midoriya-San is correct, she was following Bio-Weapon Protocol," Shiozaki flinched back eyes wide, "Bio-Weapons have been illegal on a global scale for over a hundred years, and if one appears it gets an automatic 'Kill on Sight' order. That order stands for every kind of Hero no matter what country your in."

Shizuki took a step back in shock, "B, but…"

"In fact we're lucky that Yaoyorozu-San, Kodai-San and Midoriya-San took care of it that easily," Hound Dog spoke up getting a subtle nod from Eraserhead, "It was made to kill All Might in his Prime, and I know for a fact even with Vlad King, Eraserhead and myself we would have barely slowed it down enough for Thirteen to use her Quirk on it. We likely would have only had one shot at it, and if that attempt failed, then those Villains would have achieved their goal of killing all of us."

"This means Shiozaki-San that once you go Pro, if you come across a Bio-Weapon of any sort, it'll be your duty to kill it," Aizawa stated as he looked at the now shaken vine haired girl, "Normally you wouldn't be told this until second year, but there's nothing normal about what happened last time we were here."

Shiozaki looked dazed so Midna helped the girl to a nearby bench, "Would you like some water?"

"Yes please…" Shiozaki replied as Minda pulled a bottle of water out of her shadow and handed it to her. Taking the bottle Shiozaki gave the orange haired teen a surprised look.

"My shadow doubles as something like a video game's 'Inventory' system," Midna grinned, "No idea on its limits yet but it's really helpful for keeping supplies on hand at all times."

"Thank you," Shiozaki nodded and Midna went back to her friends, no one noticing Ida's sneer growing under his helmet. Despite both Hound Dog and Aizawa stating Midna was following protocol, Ida didn't believe for a second.

The rest of the time in the Conflagration Zone went by smoothly with only a few minor incidents such as Dark Shadow absolutely refusing to leave Fumikage, or Kamakiri having to cut off some of Shiozaki's vines that got a little too close to the flames as she used them to rescue a dummy-bot.

As they moved on to the next zone Thirteen said, "This is the Flood Zone, though honestly it's more like the 'giant lake' zone," She then went on to explain the basics of rescuing in a water filled area similar to like she did in the previous zone, "Sadly this will be the last zone for today due to how many students are here, but that's why we have you come here multiple times."

After class the members of the Chaos Core made their ways to Gym Gama to squeeze in some extra training before the Sports Fest next week. When they arrived they saw both Nejiri-Sempai and Nezu-Sensei making some members pale, while others wondered how Nejiri beat them to the gym. One of the two Heroes left the group exhausted, but both had the group wishing for nothing more than to slip into bed and sleep until sunrise.

Nezu grinned, "This will be the last club training session until after your internships. As such we'll be sticking to the basics."

"Internships?" Mina asked, getting a nod from Nejiri, "Also standard U.A. basics or your basics."

Nezu just grinned as Nejiri began to speak with a wide grin, "After the Sports Fest you'll get the chance to shadow a Pro for a week to learn what it's like to patrol, some of the paperwork, and some other rules you'll need to know… trust me it'll mostly be boring as it's very unlikely you'll see any action, and if you do, you'll mostly be assisting civilians instead of fighting. Now let's get training!"

"You've all been doing well these past few weeks," Aizawa said, "However soon your new skills will be put to the test during the Sports Fest, which starts next Wednesday."

"Wait, wasn't that canceled after that villain attack?!" Mineta exclaimed.

"... No. Why would you think that?" Aizawa inquired, making a motion for everyone else to stay silent.

"I mean… we were attacked by Villains in U.A.!" Mineta stated as if it was common sense, "Wouldn't they take the chance to attack again? With an even bigger army of villains due to their Warper?"

Aizawa sighed, he'd have to speak to Nezu about Mineta after school. The kid just hadn't put his all into anything, and while he wasn't saying anything to annoy the girls, he was still shooting them unsavory looks. If the kid didn't shape up soon he'd be in the General Course if not booted out entirely, "There will be five times more security in the forms of police and Pro Heroes as normal on all three days, additionally Nezu was already looking into ways of preventing people with Warp Quirks from just appearing in U.A. for years, and recently found a new lead. Now going back to the main topic I'll go over how the Sports Fest will work, the First Years will compete on Wednesday, the Second Years on Thursday and obviously the Third Years on Friday, and you'll have Saturday off as we go over all the Intern Requests you'll get."

"Requests Sensei?" Shoji asked with a hand raised in the air.

Aizawa nodded, "Depending on your performance during the Sports Fest, Pro Heros can send in requests for who to shadow them for a week to get some first hand experience doing patrols and other aspects of Hero LIfe. Don't worry if you don't get any requests as there are several places that take and teach the few who got no requests. As many of you know the Sports Fest is one of the biggest events in Japan and has been gaining even more attention over the last couple of years, so I expect all of you to give it nothing less than your all. Understood?"

"Yes sir!" Everyone cheered, when the bell rang. As the group made their way out they found a load of students waiting for them.

"How the hell did they get here so quickly when the bell rang less than five minutes ago?!" Kirishima gasped.

"We ran," One of the students replied with a shrug, "And left out stuff at the classroom so we'll have to go back for it."

"... Fair enough," Kirishima replied with a face palm, due to not thinking about the most obvious answer.

"MOVE EXTRAS!" Bakugo barked as he stomped forward small pops and bangs coming from his left hand.

"... Are all Hero Students as ill mannered as you?" A purple haired student with eyebags almost as big as Aizawa's asked with a frown as Bakugo growled.

"Do you think I give a shit what you weaklings think? NOW GET OUT OF MY WAY!" Bakugo demanded and reluctantly the students did so.

"On behalf of 1-A I'm sorry about him," Momo said with a small bow.

"As someone who's known him since we were kids… he's always been like that," Midna sighed, "At least as long as I've known him…"

"He… drastically changed when his Quirk came in," Izuku explained, "Then again always being told he has a 'powerful Heroic Quirk' and that he could do no wrong must have inflated his Ego to epic proportions…"

A girl with straw blond hair styled into two buns, yellow eyes that resembled a cat's, and the white stick of a lollipop poking out of jer mouth moved to the front to stand next to the purple haired teen, "So not cute," She pouted, "And I doubt anything would fix that, not even …"

A slightly taller teen with a lizard mutation and purple hair moved forward and put his hand over her mouth, "Himiko-Chan, please control yourself," noticing the confused looks of the 1-A students he said, "Himiko-Chan's Quirk has some, odd side effects, such as requiring blood for her diet," Pushing the lizardman's hand off, Himiko gave a toothy grin showing her fangs.

"Ah," Midna nodded and held out a hand, "Name's Midna Midoriya, and this is my brother Izuku Midoriya…"

"What are you doing getting close to that Vampire?!" Mineta cried.

"Detention Mineta," Aizawa barked, "Get back in your seat. Did you forget about the school's zero bullying policy?"

"Ignore him," Midna sighed as Himiko nodded and shook her hand.

"Will do," Himiko nodded, "Anyways, I'm Hiniko Yoga and these are my friends Shinso Hitoshi," here she nodded to the teen with eyebags, "And Shuichi Iguchi."

"Yo," Iguchi nodded, "Sorry about everyone turning up. They heard Himiko-Chan saying we should take a look at 1-A today and 1-B tomorrow, so they decided to follow us. The three of us are in the General Course class 1-J, you see and are hoping to get into the Hero Course."

"Ah I get it," Kaminari stated with a nod, and by now everyone but the Chaos Core, and the General Course Trio were still in the hallway, "Honestly if you three have been training in your free time I feel like you'll have a good chance. Might even replace Mineta… honestly don't even know how he's still in the class, with how little effort he puts into the practical side of things and how he keeps shooting perverted looks at the girls."

Himiko made a disgusted face, "Uhg. One of those huh?"

"Sadly yes, Kero," Tsu said before checking her watch, "Oh gotta go guys. Need to watch after my siblings today."

"See ya Tsu-Chan," Midna, Kyoka, Momo, Mina and Toru said as they waved goodbye to their friend.

"Hey how about we head to that Zelda Cafe and talk a bit?" Izuku suggested, "I mean there won't be any more club meetings until after the internships."

"Club?" Hitoshi asked with a raised eyebrow, "I didn't know U.A. had clubs."

"As long as it's for improvement and working towards your goal it's fine," Midna shrugged, "Just need to speak to Nezu-Sensei about it. Ours is called the Chaos Core…"

On the day of the Sports Fest down in the changing rooms Class 1-A were waiting for Momo to return and let them know to head out when Todoroki stood before Izuku, "Midoriya."

"Yes Todoroki-San?" Izuku said, looking up.

"Realistically speaking, as you can't use the full power of your Quirk, so I'm currently the strongest in the class," Todoroki said, his eyes boring into Izuku's.

"The fuck you say Icy-Hot!" Bakugo snarled, "You, Deku, even Shades are nothing, I'm the strongest in this class!"

"Oh! A new nickname!" Midna gasped in mock surprise, "First 'Shadow' and now 'Shades', how creative!"

"Shut it Shades!" Bakugo growled.

"It's hard to tell but All Might has his eyes on you doesn't he?" Todoroki asked, completely ignoring Bakugo, "If so then know this. I will beat you…" Here Todoroki gave a small smirk, "If possible with just my Ice…"

Izuku looked at the duel haired boy for a few moments before getting to his feet and holding out a hand, "I look forward to sparing with you today Todoroki-San, but please remember that I'm not the only one you need to look out for," Todoroki just turned and walked away as Izuku lowered his hand.

"Guess he still needs more time," Midna whispered to her brother as he sat down, "He's at least better than the start of the school year… if not by much."

Momo then entered the room and clapped her hands, "Alright everyone. It's time, so let's head up!" Most of the students cheered as they got to their feet.

"WELCOME LADIES, GENTLEMEN AND EVERYONE IN BETWEEN!" Present Mic shouted over the speakers, the crowd was full of Pro Heroes, parents and general visitors, "ARE YOU ALL READY FOR THIS YEAR'S SPORTS FEST?!" The audience replied with a cacophony of noise, "I'M PRESENT MIC AND I HAVE TWO CO-HOSTS WITH ME! FIRST IS THE MAN WHO CURSES HIS LUCK AS HE WON THE DRAW! THE HOMEROOM TEACHER FOR 1-A ERASERHEAD!"

"That 'draw' was you just barging into the teacher's lounge and dragging me here," Eraserhead deadpanned, making many of the audience snicker, "You haven't even given me the coffee you promised have way here."

Present Mic ignored his friend and continued on, "WE ALSO HAVE WITH US THE CHIMERA WHO RUNS THE SCHOOL AND NUMBER ONE DETECTIVE HERO IN THE COUNTRY! MR. PRINCIPLE!"

"Thank you Present Mic," Nezu replied with a jovial laugh, "I hope everyone enjoys today's activities as much as I will!"

"WITH THE HOSTS KNOWN LET'S GET STARTED THEN! FIRST UP ARE THE STUDENTS WHO PROVED THEIR METTLE IN A BAPTISM OF FIRE AND SHOWED REMARKABLE TEAMWORK FOR FIRST YEARS! IT'S THE HERO COURSE CLASSES 1-A AND 1-B!"

The two classes left their tunnels, some students like Momo, Ida, Kendo, and Monoma waving hands to the crowd while others like Izuku, Koda, Pony and Komori were staring straight ahead trying not to let the large crowd get to them.

"NEXT UP, WE HAVE THE TECH MASTERS OF TOMORROW WHO'S INVENTIONS WILL BLOW YOU AWAY! THE SUPPORT COURSE CLASSES 1-C, 1-D AND 1-E!" The students who walked out each had at least one piece of support gear though two of them, one being Mei Hatsume the other a small girl with black hair, cyan skin, lime green scales and black eyes were completely decked out in support gear, "FOR THOSE OF YOU WONDERING WHY THE SUPPORT DEPARTMENT CAN USE GEAR WHILE OTHERS CAN'T, IT'S SO THEY CAN SHOW OFF THEIR SKILLS AT INVENTING! THEY CAN USE WHATEVER GEAR THEY WANT AS LONG AS THEY MADE IT THEMSELVES AND IT WAS APPROVED BY THEIR HOMEROOM TEACHERS!"

"NEXT IN LINE WE HAVE THE BUSY BEE'S WHO HELP KEEP EVERY AGENCY GOING! THOSE WHO DECIDED TO HELP FORM THE BACKGROUND! IT'S THE BUSINESS COURSES 1-F, 1-G AND 1-H!" These students walked out completely relaxed and waved to the crowd, after all none of them really planned on competing. What was the point when they focused on the business side of things?

"FINALLY, WE HAVE THE FIRECRACKERS WITH AN URGE TO PROVE THEY'RE JUST AS GOOD AS EVERYONE ELSE! THOSE WHO IF THEY SHOW THE RIGHT SPIRIT CAN BE MOVED TO THE OTHER COURSES! IT'S THE GENERAL COURSE CLASSES 1-I, 1-J AND 1-K!"

As these students entered one of them spoke in a surprised voice, easily carrying over to the Hero classes, "That… was a far more fair announcement then I was expecting…"

"AND NOW YOUR ON FIELD HOST! HE MAY LOOK MEAN BUT HAS A HEART OF GOLD! THE MAN WHO RECENTLY MADE IT INTO THE TOP TEN! GIVE IT UP FOR GANG ORCA!" Mic announced to excited cheers as a tall man wearing a plain looking white business suit, black dress shoes, with the head and dorsal fin of an orca whale, with a long black cape that seemed to merge into his black skin, Gang Orca walked onto the field and waved a microphone in his left hand.

"Thank you Present Mic, and thank you Principal Nezu for letting me be part of this year's Sports Fest!" Gang Orca said with a deep baritone voice after stepping onto the stage in the center of the arena, "For those wondering, a different member of the top ten will be here for the Second Years, and yet another member for the Third Years but I'll leave exactly who will be here for tomorrow," A few members of the audience and even some of the students groaned good naturedly causing Gang Orca to chuckle, "Before we get to the first event, it's time for the student pledge from the person who got first place in the Hero Course Entrance Exam! Oh and don't worry students, next year we'll begin rotating who gives the pledge! For now please give a warm welcome to this year's student representative!"

Midna skipped forward with a wide grin while behind her Bakugo glared, trying to make the Twili burst into flames with looks alone. When Midna stood next to Gang Orca he handed her the mic and took a few steps back. Turning to the students, Midna grinned, "Alright everyone listen up because I'm not going to get a chance to repeat myself," Here the audience chuckled knowing the girl spoke true, "Before I get to the student pledge I have something I wish to say first. To the Pro's of today, and the Hero Students no matter what school you go to. The job of a Pro isn't to catch villains, to gain popularity, to be famous, to grow rich or even to go up in the The Hero Billboard Chart. It's to help people. From the crying child on the sidewalk, to the old lady crossing the street, possibly even the Villains because as I told a classmate on the first day, you don't know what brought them to be there. To get money for an expensive surgery for a family member, because they or someone they love is being threatened, to having been bullied, belittled and abused their entire life and are finally being sick of the abuse and striking back at their abuser… you don't know, and can't know until the interrogation. Sadly though the moment someone is called a 'Villain' by the press in the mind of the people they're automatically evil."

This got many people in the audience to murmur to each other as they realized she was right, though there was still a a good chunk of the crowd who scoffed thinking the child was living in a dream world and didn't know that most of the time things were as black and white as things appeared but surprisingly they were greatly outnumbered by those who were actually taking a moment to think about what Midna said.

Midna had to hold back her impish grin as this next part was something Nezu-Sensei had told her about when he revealed she would be the one giving the pledge, "After all… if someone is deemed a Villain then they could be illegally thrown in jail without a trial… Like Lady Nagant!" A cacophony of noise erupted from that sentence, some denying the claims while most others demanding that this travesty be rectified instantly, "For every villain sent to Tartarus you can find records of a trail… every villain save Lady Nagant, who was just thrown in on orders of the Hero Commision," Gang Orca looked at the girl shocked and was the only one to notice how hard the girl was fighting back a large grin as she did her best to keep her face neutral. The Number Ten hero was proud of this girl, and the Pro also held back a laugh as he wondered if Nezu had anything to do with this bombshell.

Tilting her head as if a thought just struck her Midna said, "... Of course now that this has been brought to light, it would be rather suspicious if Lady Nagant's health started to deteriorate or if she were to suddenly die… well that would show someone had something to hide now wouldn't it?"

In Tartarus, Kaina Tsutsumi AKA Lady Nagat was in one of the recreation rooms being one of the few inmates allowed to watch the U.A. Sports Fest, due to good behavior, felt tears starting to fall from her eyes while some of the guards looked at her in surprise. Nagant never expected the news that she was just thrown into Tartarus to get out, and by a girl in the Sports Fest of all people but perhaps she shouldn't be so surprised because anyone who was paying attention would have noticed her lack of trial. Behind her a guard burst in, his gun already drawn and aimed it at Nagant only for a second guard to rush him, the gun falling to the ground and going off, the high caliber bullet imbedding itself in the ceiling. As the Inmates jumped and took cover, the renegade guard was hauled off to the Warden who was an incredibly strict but surprisingly fair man. As long as you were well behaved and broke no rules, you'd be treated relatively fairly, those who were overly aggressive like Toxic Chainsaw were always restrained and fed by robots designed by David Shield. The Warden would be livid that at least one of his charges was illegally put in his domain, and once he confirmed the fact Nagant never had a trial, he'd have a few of his men go over every inmate of Tartarus to see if she was the only one in such a situation.

Back at U.A. Midna shook her head, "Sorry for all the heavy stuff. Now onto the Student Pledge!" There were a few audible sighs of relief as things went back to normal. Midna looked over, the students finally letting her large impish grin show, "I'll get straight to the point. We're here to show off what we can do, so let's get out there and do just that! Winning might gain some attention but in the end who cares? Fame is fleeting so let's just do our best!"

The majority of students cheered as Midna handed the mic back to Orca who gave her a respectful nod. Once Midna was back with her class he spoke, "Now then let's see what the first event is shall we?!" On a giant screen overlooking the stadium the words 'OBSTACLE RACE' appeared, "The first event will be a race on a four kilometer course around the stadium that'll have four main obstacles with the top forty-two moving on to the second round. The rules are as follows. First: You must run the entire track. No leaving it for a short cut or just turning around and crossing the finish line on the other side of the stadium. Second: While you are allowed to use your Quirks in the race, anyone harming another racer will instantly be disqualified so do be careful. Finally and this goes for the entire Sports Fest, try to have fun. This is still a school event no matter how important it might be."

Author's Notes:

So for Shiozaki… yeah I honestly have zero intent on having her be overly religious to the point she's whipping people who disagree with her. So the first chance I had to address that problem I did.

Yes I added Spinner and Himiko to UA because honestly Spinner never really felt like he belonged in the League of Villains, and I feel would have been better used as a Vigilante, aka a 'Hero' who's doing what they do, simply to help and not for the fame or money. Himiko however… oh boy. The Chaos to come!

Now for this I chose to use the official events simply to show how easy they can be to break in half if you think outside the box… or have the right Quirk. Chances are good other MHA stories I might write 'or continue if I ever get the inspiration for it', that the Sports Fest will have different events.

As for Nagant… well currently I'm not sure what I'll do with her but I'll think of something. Besides Midna pointing out Nagant didn't get a trial is a form of Chaos that makes people think, as such it's the kind she likes!
