Much like with the Sports Festival, the Hero Course students had a few days to relax after the action from the Provisional License Exam. This was perfect, since Toshinori and Tsunade's wedding was going to occur during that time, and not just their wedding but Inko and Shanks as well.

One would think a hero wedding would garner a massive celebration, but actually, such occasions tended to be very private. After all, such massive congregations tended to attract villain attacks. There would only be a few dozen people invited. Friends, family, and even Class 1-A were given invites.

The girls had already picked out their dresses, while the guys had gotten tuxes for the event.

"Oh, Izuku sweetie! I'm so proud of you getting your license! You're finally becoming a hero like you always wanted!" Inko sobbed as she hugged Izuku tightly, her eyes gushing out waterfalls of tears.

"And I'm so happy that you and Uncle Shanks are getting together! Dad would have wanted you to move on!" Izuku sobbed back.

"Heh, guess the Ocular Gushers Quirk is hereditary amongst the Midoriya Clan." Giggled a voice as Izuku and Inko turned to see a girl they recognized very well.

"Uta!"

Uta was Shanks' adopted daughter and a third-year student at Shiketsu High. Her Quirk, [Music Land], allowed her to create a specialized environment with her singing that she could freely manipulate to her whims.

"Guess we're gonna be stepbrother and stepsister instead of cousins, huh?" Uta smiled as she shared a hug with Izuku.

"Yeah, I honestly can't wait!"

The unmarked helicopters soon arrived, set to bring the guests to the wedding venue via random routes, as was standard protocol.

"Not exactly traveling in style, but obviously we can't have people interrupting the wedding just to try and take out a bunch of heroes at once." Yuuga noted.

"I've never been good at weddings. Just hope this works out." Ben said, fixing his tie.

Toshinori and Tsunade agreed the wedding would be safest being held on I-Island. With the recent upgrades to security following the attack by Wolfram, the island was more secure than ever. Izuku, Hilda, Ochako, Ben, and Penny got off their helicopter and were soon greeted by a familiar and friendly face.

"Hey, guys!" Melissa smiled as she and Sonia ran over.

"Melissa!" Ochako replied, greeting said girl with a small hug.

"Good to see you again, Big Sis," Sonia smirked as she and Hilda bumped bellies. "Heard you and your boyfriend got your licenses."

"You know it!"

The rest of the class soon arrived.

"So, it's just our class then?" Kirby asked.

"I'd assume so. Anymore would risk a possible information leak." Tenya replied.

"Wow, lots of people here. Makes sense considering it's a double wedding." Minoru noted as he looked around.

"BOOYAH! I AM HERE!" All-Might's voice boomed out as he made his dynamic entrance. "Greetings, everyone! Thank you for accepting our invites!"

"Easy there, ya meathead." Shanks chuckled as he came in more casual-like.

"So, where's the blushing brides?" Blast chuckled.

"Obviously Inko and Tsunade are hiding in their rooms until the ceremony." All-Might explained.

Shanks nodded. "You know the whole tradition of the groom and bride staying apart until the big moment."

"How are you feeling right now, Sensei?" Izuku asked.

Toshinori sighed and deflated back to his regular skeletal state as Shanks put a comforting hand on his shoulder.

"It's a total paradox. I just want this thing to be over so we're married, but at the same time, I don't want it to end. You'll probably feel the same once you decide to marry."

Izuku looked to Hilda and Ochako, who both blushed and giggled as he smiled bashfully, his freckled cheeks glowing red as well.

"Typical of you, Toshi. No tact whatsoever." David said as he came over, along with another surprise guest.

"Mirai?!" Toshinori gawked as Mirai Sasaki AKA Sir Nighteye was standing there. "I didn't expect you to come."

"Well, clearly you got Tsunade to, didn't you?"

As the men all burst out laughing, Izuku was starting to go into Fanboy Mode as he looked at Sir Nighteye.

"It's All-Might's former Sidekick, the Foretelling Hero: Sir Nighteye!"

"Down, boy." Hilda said, putting a hand over Izuku's head, causing his straw hat to cover his eyes.

It's said that something should only be called perfect once it has proven itself as such. This was the case when people years down the line talked about the weddings of Toshinori Yagi and Junko Asahi and Shanks and Inko Midoriya. And it was perfect.

"Do you, Toshinori Yagi, take this woman to be your lawful wedded wife?" The minister began.

"I do."

"And do you, Tsunade Senju, take this man to be your lawful wedded husband?"

"I do."

"Do you, Shanks Midoriya, take this woman to be your lawful wedded wife?"

Shanks smirked. "Like you even need to ask?"

"And do you, Inko Midoriya, take this man to be your lawful wedded husband?"

"I do." Inko whispered, tears building up in her eyes.

The minister smiled. "Then by the power vested in me, I hereby pronounce you Man and Wife. You may kiss the brides."

There was a great cheer as the two couples officially sealed their wedding vows. Out of the corner of their eyes, Toshinori and Shanks saw two figures watching. One looked like a man with red face markings and a wild mane of snow-white hair, the other was a man who looked like a grown-up Izuku with black hair and a five o'clock shadow.

"Hey, brother..." Shanks thought to himself, a tear escaping his own eye.

"I'll keep her safe, Jiraiya. I promise." Toshinori thought.

After the weekend was over, there was a press release for the wedding photos. Tomura was reading the magazine where they were featured.

"Hard to believe the legendary Red-Haired Shanks was Midoriya's uncle-now-stepfather."

"Indeed. It makes sense such powerful families connect together." August noted. "Still, this will be a challenge."

"Not to worry, our group may be small but we have insanity, cunning, and diabolical planning!" Batman Who Laughs chuckled as he came over, popping open a bottle of champagne. "Figured we could toast the newlyweds, at the very least!"

"Still, the power of One For All is still present in that fatass girlfriend of Midoriyas." Tomura said. "Even though All For One has been permanently dethroned, we need to make sure the most important part of his legacy lives on; His Quirk."

"Indeed and I believe we have just the place in mind to find a potential candidate." Murder Machine said as he formed a holographic computer screen and showed everyone a very prominent school that not only trained future Heroes like UA did but also helped nurture natural talents as well.

"Ah, yes, this will do nicely..." August hummed.

The name of this school? HOPE'S PEAK ACADEMY.

When they weren't meeting together to discuss future operations, the League of Villains spent time either in their apartments or hanging out at small, discreet fast-food joints.

"Gotta admit," Twice, now simply in his civvie identity as Jin Bubaigawara, said as he took a puff of his cigarette, "Working with Shigaraki and the others for so long, I've gotten a new perspective on things."

He looked down at the people from his window. He used to envy them since they tended to have a good idea of who they were while he was stuck with his fractured mind.

"Hey Jin, we need all hands on deck. We're making plans." Deidara said as he came in, tossing Jin his mask. "Put that on. We want to make sure you don't end up splitting, buddy."

"So far there's been no major change in everyone's day to day. But right now All-Might and Sister Sage have left for their honeymoon, and likely won't be back for a few weeks." Tomura noted to his crew.

"I take it there's no indication of where they are?" Airi asked.

"Obviously not, but that's not the point. The point is sooner or later some big organization is going to be making waves, and while the normal citizens have the heroes to keep them out of the line of fire, there's also going to be small-time crooks who will likely need our guiding hand." Red Death pointed out.

That got Twice's attention. He never considered himself a "good" person. He never thought he was truly evil, of course, but he always thought more along a gray line. But having been caught up in a few disasters and not getting saved, he started to think that heroes just didn't care about saving people that weren't seen as "good". However, the League had been the helping hand he had needed to get back on his feet and thus had developed a firm loyalty toward.

"Incoming call from Giran." Murder Machine alerted everyone as a holographic projection of the broker in question appeared from his hand.

"Hey, how are my favorite customers doing?" Giran grinned. "Was just calling to let y'all know I have a few more possible candidates on the back burner if you need."

"Yes, we will need potential new allies in case something comes up," Tomura noted. "Especially if one of us is captured and/or killed."

"Other than that, I take it business is going well for you?" August asked.

"Yup! Got a whole new surge on the black market, baby!" Giran laughed before frowning. "Though there is something that's concerning me; Someone's been spreading not just Trigger but also some kind of Quirk-suppressing bullets to deal with heroes."

"Sounds like some next-generation genetic warfare," Grim Knight noted. "What have your contacts said?"

"Well, I got in touch with the ones who distributed the goods and they said the merchandise came to them by way of a certain yakuza family."

"The Shie Hassaikai..." Motoko growled lowly under her breath.

"Your new lady friend is right on the money," Giran said. "I can keep talking with my contacts to find out what they're up to, but considering the danger posed by that Overhaul guy..."

"We still have plenty of capital left over from All For One and Thanoseid's departure. And we're planning on setting up a sort of... Villain protection service." Tomura assured.

"Besides, you know us, Girry-Poo, money's NEVER been an object." Batman Who Laughs giggled impishly. "After all, we helped you out when you were just a young little roach starting out."

Drowned nodded. "If you want a bonus for hazard pay, you need only say how many digits the sum should be."

Giran gave an impressed whistle. 'Mighty generous of you. I'll be sure to keep up with my contacts and let you know if anything important turns up."

With that, Murder Machine closed the holographic comm link as Tomura turned to his crew.

"Ladies and gentlemen, we're about to become Giran's most prolific and important customers. Now I don't expect him to be greedy with how much he asks of us, not with how many other clients he has. But we'll still need to build up our resources so we can continue to make use of his services. We'll head out in teams of two to different locations. Our goal is to help our fellow villains deal with heroes, especially the less powerful ones. If it's a hero you think you can take on, then by all means."

"However, there will be no killing if you can avoid it. If you know they're too strong, take the villain you're helping and flee, by whatever means necessary." August added.

"Works for me!" Parten grinned. "Maybe I'll run into Pixie-Bob again~..."

"As much as I'd love to see that bitch shit her prissy underwear when she sees you, we need to keep low." Magne warned. "After all, her friend nearly killed you during the Kamino Incident."

"But hey, we've been making some good ad revenue in the dark web for that film we made." Thrax smirked, counting a wad of yen. "Whoo-Wee! You knew how to shake that thing, hun."

As the League split off in groups to begin their monopoly plan, Twice was accompanied by Spinner, Motoko, and Phara. As they walked, Twice began to speak.

"You know, I used to not need a team. My Quirk can duplicate anything, even myself, and then make another duplicate on top of it. The copies are durable, taking quite a bit of damage before being destroyed. For a while, I set up a little kingdom with just me, myself, and I. But the copies didn't like not being in charge themselves, and they started to argue over who was the real one. For nine days I saw every copy of me slaughter each other. And even when I was the only one left, I wasn't sure I was the real me. For all I know, the real Jin Bubaigawara is still out there, either still alive or dead. Either way, I'm probably just another clone."

"I'm sorry to hear that, man." Spinner said sympathetically. "Back where I grew up, I was often ridiculed for my appearance and my Quirk wasn't seen as anything special, even amongst my family, who had pretty mundane Quirks themselves. Then I saw some of Stain's old videos that had been gaining traction and I felt inspired...then when I learned he got his worldview thrown back in his face by Midoriya and his friends, I vowed to become something better."

"And you decided to be part of a group of Villains preserving the balance of society by having evil challenge good was the best way to do it." Phara smirked. "Not the worst decision you could have made."

Suddenly an explosion went off, most people running in terror. The four hurried over to see what was going on. Motoko gasped and the others saw her hand clench. They looked near the wrecked truck to see three men, the middle one wearing something akin to a plague mask that covered only his mouth and nose.

"That's him...THAT'S OVERHAUL."

Overhaul sighed as he looked at the three people inside the wreck. Or rather, fused to the wreck.

"All that organization... Just to rob a convenience store? With how big their numbers were they should have tried going for something bigger. You guys aren't well. What you need is a cure."

"We should get out of here. I don't know what kind of Quirk he is but if it managed to do THAT to those poor guys, I don't wanna stick around to find out myself." Spinner whispered as the four hurried off.

"What did he mean by 'cure' though?" Phara questioned.

"For some reason, he believes that Heroes and Quirks are some kind of disease," Motoko explained. "I never really could understand why he thinks that."

"This could be our chance, though," Twice noted, "I can approach them on my own and try to set up a meeting between them and our team. If Overhaul's your brother he's bound to recognize you, so for now it might be best that he not know you're with us. We pull it off right, we just might get your daughter out of his hands."

"Brilliant idea, darling." Phara smiled, making Twice blush shyly.

"Yeah, if we all group together. He won't be able to take us all on." Spinner concurred. "Especially with the powers that Shigaraki, August, and the Dark Knights got going for them."

Classes some resumed for UA High. As Izuku led his class through the halls, he spotted Class 1-B as well.

"Hey guys!"

"Hey, Midoriya!" Itsuka smiled. "Check it out, we're having classes together this semester."

"Which means we're getting to team up from now on," Pony said in excitement.

"Awesome!" Kirby cheered as she and the American Exchange Student high-fived.

"There's also going to be new work studies coming up now that we're licensed heroes," Hitoshi added.

"Well, let's all do our best!" Ben smiled.

"Hell yeah! I'm pumped!" Tetsutetsu cheered.

Everyone was gathered in class as Aizawa began today's lesson.

"I'm sure you've heard of the upcoming work studies. Basically, this is work outside of class. Naturally, this will be paid work, on par with what you would normally make for this sort of job. You'll be using the connections you made from the Sports Festival. Some of you might decide to work for the agencies you interned with, others might consider joining a different agency. Now that you have your licenses your options for hero work are greatly expanded. And just like any other job, you're free to swap between hero agencies until you either find one that suits you, or are comfortable enough to go independent. Though keep in mind the latter option is only available when you graduate."

"Does this mean we no longer require permission to act during a crisis scenario?" Penny asked.

Aizawa nodded. "Correct. While you will still need to use discretion with your Quirks in day-to-day, once the agency you work for is involved with a crisis scenario you will be permitted to act as you deem necessary. Though do keep in mind your responsibilities as heroes. I'm sure you've heard this plenty of times, but being a superhero in this society is no different than any other emergency service. You all did amazing work during the Provisional License Exam, so don't let what you've learned there go to waste."

After classes, the gang took the time to clean out their dorms. Izuku was taking out the trash to the school incinerator when he felt something from nearby and turned his head toward the wall. To his shock, there was a face in the wall, smiling at him.

Understandably, Izuku screamed in surprise as he dropped the trash, turning his arm into a shotgun with the [Arms-Arms Fruit] on instinct.

"Whoa, sorry about that!" The face said as it phased through the wall, and Midoriya sighed in relief when it turned out there was a whole body attached to it. A very big, muscular body with blonde hair and a face similar to Tintin...And no clothes.

"Wait a minute, I recognize you..." Izuku's eyes widened in realization. "You're the Pants-Fall-Off-Guy from the Sports Festival two years back!"

The young man chuckled nervously. "Yeah, that's me. The name's Mirio Togata. I'm a third-year Hero Course student in Class 3-A. Anyway, I've heard people taking about you, so I wanted to see what the fuss was about. Well, see you later."

Mirio quickly dropped right through the ground, leaving Izuku thinking.

We meet our boy, Mirio! The rest of the Big Three are not far behind!
