(The following fanfic, well, it occurred to me after seeing the new tomorrowverse and more than all, Dragon Ball. And repeating once again my language is Spanish, but I also like to translate my work into English, although it is not perfect, I hope it is understandable.)

PROLOGUE

A common office worker was on his way back home, as he worked from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. "Ahhh, another meaningless day," he murmured as he walked slowly, remembering that today was his birthday and nobody celebrated it. Although he had coworkers at work, but not friends, none of them wished him on his day. He couldn't blame them either, despite sharing many moments with them, he never managed to fit in with there.

Lost in his thoughts, he regained consciousness again as he stopped at the traffic light, which turned red.

Soon he could see a truck approaching at high speed from the distance of the road, questioning how it could drive at such reckless speed on a busy road.

"My ball!" Quickly a 5-year-old girl screamed passing in front of him. Only seconds later he heard the constant honking of the truck, for some reason he imagined that the driver ran out of brakes, at the same time catching the horrified scream of a woman behind, swearing that she could be the girl's mother.

Feeling pity, he shook his head. He imagined the girl would perish soon, at the same time as he imagined that, something inside him started to throb.

Soon his surroundings changed to slow motion, he imagined that maybe it was due to the adrenaline his body was generating, and he couldn't understand why such a thing was happening. As the truck approached slowly, he decided to take a glance backward, catching a blonde woman running towards the girl with a horrified and desperate expression.

Noticing the mother's face, the sensation within him increased, urging him to do something. He knew it was absurd to think like this, as he had no powers and he was not a hero, maybe he helped people, but only that, he was not one to risk his life to a certain death.

"To hell with it," was the only thought that occurred to him, before his body acted and ran after the girl. He could swear he heard the truck's honk now louder, not knowing why, he couldn't help but put on a smile.

He reached the girl and his thoughts racing a second a minute. He knew only one could live, without thinking he grabbed the girl's hand, and gathering strength, he push her back. Soon he felt the impact.

He would swear he didn't feel pain, but strangely it also didn't seem like he had control over his body, he could only use his vision, but even this was extremely blurry. Still, he could see how the truck drove away without stopping, it seemed it would continue to flee.

For him, that was the least of it, because he could see the girl crying in her mother's arms, that was enough, although he didn't feel his body, he would swear he was smiling peacefully, at the same time his vision darkened.

Within himself, he knew his act of heroism was stupid, somewhat absurd, so to speak, but now he understood why the beating of his chest, it was regret for what would happen if the truck took the girl's life. Maybe because he never had father figures and was an orphan and knew how hard the mother's life would be.

In the endless darkness with no trace of light, the man didn't know how long he had been here. A year, two years, or more? He couldn't remember.

Strangely, he didn't know how he got here or who he was, just that for some strange reason since he arrived he had wandered aimlessly in this endless darkness that had no end. Until he found some sense, when fleeting lights began to appear in his dark cage.

As he continued to walk aimlessly, soon the group of small lights appeared, bright and dark, floating in front of him.

He tried to approach those groups of light, but every time he was about to reach the groups of light, those lights disappeared quickly into the darkness. He didn't know for what purpose he was chasing that group of light, but instinctively he wanted to leave this dark place as soon as possible and something told him that those lights were the way out.

"It's been a while since they disappeared, I imagine a new group of light is about to appear. This time I have to work harder, I'll definitely catch them this time!" the man tried to cheer himself up and then stared blankly at the darkness in front of him.

Suddenly, a dazzling light appeared and then slowly grew larger. It was a super large group of light. The man was sure he had never seen such a large and bright group of lights.

"What a big group of light. Let's see, if I can get out of here or not depends on this!"

Clutching his teeth fiercely, he exerted all his strength and swam towards the huge ball of light. The piercing astral wind hit his body, and he felt a sharp pain from the depths of his soul, tormenting him continuously, but he gritted his teeth and endured it with strength using his sheer will.

"Just a little more, I'll reach it soon."

The man's contorted face stared fiercely ahead of him, and his eyes gleamed with determination. He endured the blows of the wind and slowly advanced towards the faint group of lights.

As he approached, he discovered that the group of light in front of him was extremely large, and in front of it, he looked as small as an ant.

"Will I finally be able to leave this place?" he wondered with an excited expression, and he moved forward little by little. Finally, the moment he made contact with the group of light, it was as if a strong electric current entered his body, and suddenly his whole body was firmly attached to the surface of light.

An intense pain burned his soul, and at the same time, the flow of gray air in the darkness also blew towards the man. Two extreme pains arose from his heart, causing his face to contort. Finally, he couldn't bear the pain and passed out.

The man didn't know that after passing out, two gray and powerful energies began to converge and merge, gradually refining his soul, causing it to improve rapidly in a short period of time. Then, with a "swoosh," the man's entire body disappeared and was sucked into the inside of the huge group of light.

The gray and dark space once again returned to peace, and only occasional small flickering points of light still appeared out of nowhere and then disappeared in an instant.

Vegeta Plant, Nursery for Babies.

This was a place with high technological content. All newborn Saiyan children would spend a period of time here and then be sent to different planets to carry out missions according to their qualifications.

Due to the importance of this place, King Vegeta didn't hesitate to send a large number of troops to protect it and also installed the planet's most advanced equipment to monitor the newborns.

Suddenly, a capsule in the nursery room changed, displaying a series of power readings. The computer detected such a trace of strange energy and suddenly short-circuited, sounding the alarm.

"What happened?" An elderly middle-aged Saiyan who was in charge of watching over the babies ran after hearing the alarm and opened his eyes in surprise at such an occasion; this hadn't happened since a certain newborn.

Soon, the door to the nursery room opened and several crocodile-mouthed aliens immediately checked the computer, then ran to the capsule where the alarm sounded, carefully comparing all the contained data and responded: "Nothing, there might be a small problem with the data detection port of the training pod, which caused the computer to issue a false alarm. Just switch it to a new training pod."

"I'm surprised, it seems Lord Frieza's Radar technology isn't reliable."

Mocked a Saiyan man who had just entered, who was King Vegeta himself. Since the last incident, he frequently visited the nursery room.

The middle-aged Saiyan who cared for the babies couldn't help but break out in a cold sweat and mentally heaved a sigh of relief at his king's comment because he knew he despised Frieza and his technology, as he didn't believe in Frieza's equipment. The old man was grateful for his king's arrogance because it made everyone in the room believe it was a faulty error; he knew rather well that the child who triggered the error had great potential and power.

Unfortunately, he decided to keep silent about his conjectures because the child who triggered those frequencies was his grandson. So he decided to keep silent after the last incident with the gifted child.

He knew his king perfectly, despite being loyal to him, his mindset changed after the fear he saw in his king, that someone would usurp his throne, without realizing that this child could be the hope for the Saiyans.

Snapping out of his thoughts, he knelt before King Vegeta who couldn't help but look at his subordinates and order: "Quickly switch that child to a new pod."

The Saiyan grandfather who was kneeling secretly chuckled and soon reprimanded the aliens, "What are you waiting for? Quickly change the pod, as ordered by the King."

Upon hearing this, the subordinates shuddered and then quickly moved a new training bed, and after transferring the child, they carefully left the nursery room and continued to monitor all the baby's data, not daring to relax.

King Vegeta simply ignored them and went straight to his son's capsule and satisfied after giving it a glance, he turned around and left waving his arms as he boasted of his son's power.

The surrounding Saiyans who were used to his acts simply shook their heads in helplessness.

Soon the baby opened his eyes: 'Where am I? Who am I?' he thought in surprise, not remembering anything after passing through the huge ball of light.

Out of nowhere, a woman entered screaming excitedly, "DADDDYYY!"

The baby didn't understand the woman's excitement and just looked at her with curious eyes, at the same time he saw how the old man who had looked at him a while ago received the woman's warm hug with a smile.

Soon he saw how they both engaged in conversation until they both looked in his direction, not understanding again he just tilted his head.

The Saiyan woman looked into his eyes and put on a smile, for some reason something inside him sparked, and he smiled. At such action, the woman couldn't help but smile more softly and extended her hand towards the capsule murmuring something.

"Raido, my baby, mother has come for you, it's time to go home."

He didn't understand the woman's words, but strangely they sounded familiar and warm, causing a smile to form on his little face and he waved his hand towards hers.

Gine, the Saiyan woman, felt tears welling up at the action of her son and that couldn't be helped because when she gave birth, she was deprived of her children for a year, even though she was a Saiyan a warrior race proud of their power and superiority, for her, it was torturous to have her children taken away after childbirth. She was even forbidden to come and see him because King Vegeta said the children had to forge a strong character.

Putting those thoughts aside and suppressing her tears after seeing her son, she looked at her father, "Dad, is it okay if I take my son now?"

The old man certainly couldn't help but look at the tears that seemed like they would fall from his daughter's eyes, so he sighed and nodded. Soon his daughter couldn't help but jump for joy as she began to disconnect the capsule from the room's equipment.

He didn't understand how his daughter, despite being a Saiyan, tended to be too sensitive and kind, which often led to rejection from other Saiyan men, he was even surprised when she said she fell in love and would marry, he never thought anyone would take her as a wife, after he found out that despite his daughter's docile temperament, she had a terrifying side when she got angry.

Snapping out of his thoughts, he looked at the child in the capsule, being carried by his daughter and couldn't help but say, "Gine, my daughter, you have a gem in your hands and maybe the future of our race."

Gine looked her father in the eyes before letting out a laugh and once she calmed down she spoke mockingly, "I understand, I understand, dad, I'll tell Bardock that we have a powerful son and he'll be the future of the race."

The old man upon hearing the mockery in his daughter's words quickly shook his head imagining his daughter thought he was making fun of her and her partner. Since when she entered, she could see that her son was qualified with a power level of 89.

Serial Number: 11380

Name: Raido

Parents: Gine, Bardock

Latent Grade: Low

Battle Power: 89

Evaluation: Remain on Vegeta for 4 years and then send to a low-level planet.

He understood his daughter's thoughts, but he also knew what she was like, and he knew perfectly well that if he tried to show her what he saw, his daughter, knowing her, wouldn't keep the secret, which would endanger her safety, her husband's, and their other children/grandchildren.

Gine seeing that her father didn't say anything more decided to turn her back and carry her son's capsule as she left the room.

Raido, the baby in the capsule who was awake, couldn't help but open his eyes in surprise at the sky. 'Pink?' Although he didn't know what pink was, that didn't stop him from moving in the capsule as he waved his hands.

Gine couldn't help but move the capsule; the baby just smiled and wagged his tail happily.

Three years later, stratosphere of Planet Vegeta.

A disk-shaped spacecraft was approaching the planet, and inside were two Saiyan men murmuring with furrowed brows.

"I don't know, but all of this gives me a bad feeling. With Frieza's army having grown enormously, suddenly summoning all the Saiyans who were off-planet is very odd," muttered one.

"Come on, Bardock, you're not overthinking this, are you?" commented a Saiyan with a slim build, in response to the robust Bardock. "Though I understand your point, the distrust since all of us Saiyans hate Frieza, hahaha."

Bardock only grunted at his friend's mocking comment, which his friend took as a joke, but he couldn't be blamed. It seemed strangely odd to him that they were all summoned to their home planet when they were supposed to conquer planets, and a certain oppression in his chest made him distrustful.

As the ship landed, Bardock's comrade noticed that his friend was upset, so he tried to lighten the mood, "Okay, buddy, I guess I believe you, what you're telling me is that Frieza called us all here to eliminate us?"

To this, Bardock simply got up from his seat, opened the hatch, and jumped out of the ship before looking at his friend who followed behind him, "It's a possibility, don't you think?"

His friend momentarily looked surprised, only to then replace it with a mocking expression and comment, "HAHAHAHA, Bardock, you're delusional."

Determined to ignore his colleague and continue, Bardock was interrupted by another Saiyan approaching and greeting mockingly, "Hey Bardock, I see you returned alive."

Despite the comment, Bardock knew now wasn't the time for senseless confrontations and seriously asked the Saiyan, "Hey, do you know why we were all summoned to the planet?"

The Saiyan obviously couldn't help but puff up his chest and proudly say, "I don't know, but I think it's because Frieza's forces found a huge world to conquer, and since they couldn't, we, the best race, have to conquer it hahaha."

Bardock's colleague who was behind him couldn't help but also comment proudly, "Exactly! It must be that, finally Frieza realized that we are the best warrior race and will entrust us with a great mission."

For a moment, Bardock could also imagine it had to be that, and he slowly began to walk, but before he could, the Saiyan warrior spoke again, "Now that I remember, Frieza's subordinates were asking about a certain Super Saiyan."

Looking back, Bardock couldn't help but ask, "The Super Saiyan? Are you talking about the legend?"

The Saiyan soldier confirmed, and Bardock quickly changed his expression before unleashing a burst of power and soaring into the air.

Gine, who was currently at home, filleting some animal leg, couldn't help but overhear her neighbors' voices.

"Oh, Bardock's back."

"I see you're still alive, huh, Bardock."

Before she could look back, her husband's voice echoed.

"I'm back, I'm home, Gine."

The woman quickly turned around and welcomed him with a smile. "Huh? Bardock, is that you?"

"Yeah, during the time I was away, it seems the people in the village have become livelier."

"Of course, and it's no wonder. Now that all the Saiyan men have returned home."

"I see. And where's Raditz, Gine?"

She looked at him proudly. "Our son is already a warrior, and he's accompanying Prince Vegeta on a mission. I imagine, like you, he won't be long in returning."

Bardock was certainly surprised, then couldn't help but change his expression. "And he's with Prince Vegeta? I imagine it must be torture for him to be his companion."

Annoyed, Gine nudged him. "Hey, don't speak ill of the prince of our race. Besides, you should be proud. Our son is on a mission with him, meaning his power will surpass yours and mine."

Bardock couldn't help but smile at his wife's pride and quickly dropped the subject, asking, "And what about Kakarot and Raido? Are they still in the nursery capsules?"

The woman looked at him and said maternally, "Yes, and you've arrived just in time for Kakarot's release. Do you want to see?" before disappearing into the house.

Bardock followed her, and they entered the room, only to see two capsules with two children inside: One, aged 4, was Raido, and the other, aged 5, was Kakarot.

"Can you believe it, Kakarot? He'll be out of the incubator soon, and Raido seems to be leaving the capsule before 5. Although Raditz left before both of them. They can't be blamed; they're both slow developers. But look, Kakarot they resemble you a lot, especially with your peculiar hair, and Raido my short hair, furthermore it is he's extremely handsome; he seems to have inherited my genes."

Amid his wife's pride in their children, Bardock shook his head and just smiled as he looked at both children before furrowing his brow. "When night falls, I'll steal two capsules."

Not understanding her husband, Gine looked at him surprised. "What?"

"We'll sneak them both out and send them to another planet."

"What, Bardock, are you joking?"

Seeing his wife's horrified expression, Bardock said, "No, Gine, I'm serious."

Gine's voice began to crack, and it seemed she would cry at any moment. "Wh-why would you do such a thing at this time? They haven't even learned to speak yet."

"Understand me, Gine. With both their capabilities, they're destined to be sent away. At least I want to ensure they end up on a better planet."

"B-but it's still too early."

"We might not have much time left."

Gine looked at him surprised; she understood her husband wasn't one to make jokes. "What do you mean?"

"Freeza fears that the legendary Super Saiyan might appear."

"Super Saiyan? But isn't that supposed to be a myth?"

"That's right, though it's still a concern for him. I believe he's up to something. You have to believe me...I feel like death is chasing us."

Bardock grabbed her shoulders and looked at her; they exchanged glances, and Gine understood. She hugged Bardock tightly and began to tremble, crying into his chest.

※※※※※※※※※※※※

Raido, who was asleep, woke up, rubbing his little hands over his heavy eyelids.

'...' Confused by his surroundings and his brother's crying, he realized he wasn't in his capsule and home because the sight that met his eyes was a vast starry sky.

Despite not understanding the situation, he happily chuckled because he could hear his parents' voices from outside. He imagined they were on a trip, so he couldn't help but laugh while his brother Kakarot just cried.

Unaware of their children's emotions, the parents talked on the way.

"Wait, Bardock, I don't think this is a good idea."

"Don't worry, trust me, if I make a mistake, I'll go rescue them immediately."

The banging from Kakarot's ship could be heard along with his crying. Gine couldn't help but ask, "What if we just... flee together, the four of us?"

"We can't. With trackers, they'd find us quickly."

"Tell me why you're taking such extreme measures, Bardock. No Saiyan parent has ever been this concerned about their children."

As he loaded both ships, Bardock couldn't help but gently rock them to try to calm Kakarot's crying and let Raido enjoy the journey more. "I'm always on the battlefield. Once in my life, I'd like to save something for the first time, especially if it's people destined to be low-ranking warriors. You know, I mean my sons."

So Bardock wore a proud smile.

Raido, suddenly lowering his gaze, finally caught sight of both his parents. Excited and happy, he stretched out his little arms as if asking for a hug. But confused, he tilted his head when he saw his mother with tears in her eyes.

He heard his father mention Earth, strangely tilting his head again, confused by how familiar the word sounded. 'Earth?'

Gine approached both capsules, and the children seemed to notice the oddity in their loving and happy mother, who now had a sad expression and tears in her eyes.

Soon, his father stood behind her and spoke, "Both of you have to be strong. Remember, you're of a proud race: Saiyans."

Gine just looked at her two sons and placed her hands on both capsules while crying. "This might all be a misunderstanding, Kakarot, Raido. Once this is all over, we'll come for you both."

Raido, despite not understanding the situation, felt a deep sadness from his mother. Something inside him broke, and he couldn't help but mimic his brother Kakarot's action, approaching the red glass that prevented contact with his mother. A great sadness engulfed him, and he couldn't help but follow his brother's lead and cry loudly.

"We'll come for you, my loves."

Bardock approached and put his hand on his mother's, forming a family bond. Mother, father, and sons were united. He looked them both in the eyes. "Listen to me, whatever happens. Survive!"

"We'll see each other again."

After hearing his mother say this, both brothers' ships began to ascend into space.

"KAKAROTO, RAIDO!"

It was the last thing both children heard as they cried loudly. Soon, both ships disappeared into space.

Seeing them vanish from her sight, Gine couldn't help but cry loudly, and Bardock stood behind her, comforting her.

While the babies were heading towards Earth, they were calm, sleeping in their ships until they suddenly woke up, both crying uncontrollably. It might have something to do with their race or simply the deep connection they had with their mother. Both children felt like they had lost their most beloved person.

Raido, feeling immense sadness, cried louder than Kakarot, unaware of his increasing power. This caused the ship to short-circuit briefly, losing power and taking an alternate route as the computer rebooted.

He cried without paying attention to the vast space around him. Although he didn't know why, he felt that his mother was gone. While crying, the ship, now recovered, passed near a black hole, which absorbed the vessel.

It began to collapse and move horribly with a child inside. Raido, who couldn't stop crying and banging against everything inside the ship due to the turbulence within the black hole, soon suffered a massive impact to the head, causing him to faint.

Miraculously, the alien ship endured the journey through the black hole, but it was very worn out. The child was still unconscious, but the computer still had a destination in its hands. And so, the ship regained power and headed towards Earth.
