Many students had their own perception of the Union, some saw it as a lucrative opportunity, others preferred to have nothing to do with it, and some saw it as a threat.

It was no secret the Union operated remarkably well, and that there wasn't any other organization quite like it. This was largely due to Donald's skill in the financial side of organization as well as his ability to keep everyone under "control".

The problem was that aside from people simply becoming members due to the benefits, there was really only one other way of getting those who were stil on the fence to join.

That's where the Union's heads came in, when schools refused to listen a pair of heads would often go over and get them to change their mind, through forceful methods.

Often it was in teams of two, in order to not leave anything to chance, but some of the stronger members like Jake Ji, and Myles Joo (when he still was with the union) were more than sufficient to go alone.

However, today Wolf was going with Jack Kang. Right hand man of Jimmy Bae.

When Jack had attended last week's meeting due to Jimmy having other business to handle (which in reality meant he just wasn't interested in going), he was the one to hear from Donald that Jimmy is to go with Wolf. This was told to him in private while he was in Na's office.

He was aware of the relationship Wolf and Jimmy had with each other and considered the two a ticking time bomb, the only thing that kept them at bay was physical distance. Jack didn't want Jimmy losing his temper with Wolf, because he didn't know how much of a chance he stood, or how he could handle Donald being pissed.

Instead he'd lied to Wolf saying he'd be the one joining, though Wolf didn't care much and just told him the location and time. While for Jimmy, Jack simply told him he was sick and was gonna spend the next while resting at home.

TOMORROW MORNING

On the day of their brief partnership, Jack went to meet Wolf outside CHW, the school who had refused to join.

Jack saw Wolf's signature hair color and went over to him "He-", Wolf who wasn't much of a talker, interrupted him "this'll be simple the two heads are Du-hook and Keyji, both are known to be cocky and short-tempered".

Jack didn't need Wolf to go into further detail as he already understood what the brief description meant, no need for formalities and this'll be a quick task.

Once inside they headed to the duo's office, unlike Du-hook and Keyji, Wolf and Jack were more well-known. It meant two things: one, that they didn't have trouble getting in, and two, that the duo recognised them right away.

Jack watched as a student taller than Jimmy lunged towards Wolf, grabbing his shoulders. Jack was then faced with the shorter of the pair, "name's Keyji, and I take it you're Jack?". "Yeah" Jack muttered, "not much of a talker eh? Fine by me!" Keyji tried to throw a bluff to catch him off-guard, but Jack knew a poser when he saw one.

He sent him back with a kick to the chest and watched as he slammed into the wall. Though it wasn't enough to knock him out, "you moth-" was all he could get out before having his face forced into the wall by Wolf's knuckle.

Jack wasn't too sure what was more surprising the fact that he'd knocked Du-hook that fast or how'd he effortlessly knocked out Keyji in just as much time.

After the short-lived fight Jack headed home as he knew Wolf wasn't much for chit-chat, plus he didn't feel great about the fact he wasn't much use at all.

Wolf, who was making his way home as well, thought back to his own solo task that he'd done when he first joined, he had ended up sending over 6 people to the hospital, Donald was fairly angered over Wolf's lack of control.

Which was why, despite Wolf's skill, he'd planned on sending Jimmy out with him, as he wanted to ensure there was someone who could at very least persuade Wolf to not go overboard.

Wolf felt annoyed by Donald partnering him up, it seemed both had different views on negotiating methods.
