Locking his front door, he took the elevator down to the main floor. Despite getting plenty of 'exercise', when he used people as targets, Wolf was still an avid gym-goer. He had found one within walking distance of his home and for the past few years he'd been going there consistently.

Though as he walked up to the entrance, anyone who knew Wolf would consider his choice in a gym rather…out of character.

Most of the Union heads had more cash to spend than your average high-schooler, which was combined with less self-control than your average high-schooler as well. Because of this, it was common for them to live more lavishly and have a more materialistic mindset. In this case Wolf didn't seem to fit the usual Union stereotype.

Surprisingly the gym in front of him was an old-fashioned building. It looked more like one of the traditional-style houses that used to be really popular a decade ago, from the outside it was worn out and didn't really resemble a gym at all.

But that was actually one of the main reasons why he chose to workout there. "Seoul Club" was a popular gym back in the day for local residents, but because most people had moved out once entertainment districts became more popular in other regions, the gym lost many customers.

Because of the loss of income, there wasn't much funds to renovate it, nowadays besides Wolf, only the elderly who still lived in the area used the gym, though they mainly did yoga or tai chi. Even though he was the only who could be considered a "youth" there, he enjoyed the fact that no one bothered him when he worked out, and that he could exercise in quiet peace.

The only problem was that currently the doors were locked.

"Oh! I thought you'd come today."

Wolf eyed a woman who was in her late 20s, the current owner of the gym. Since Wolf was the only person younger than her that would come to the gym, they had gotten a chance to talk every now and then and were on friendly terms.

"You really don't miss a day, huh? I'll be out of town for the next few days so the Seoul Club will be closed until I get back. I thought you would come again today so I just wanted to let you know."

Wolf sighed as he realized he'll have to find a new temporary gym for the time being, "Thanks for the heads up," he replied. Not being much of a conversationalist, he started down the street not bothering to further their talk.

She watched him walk away, normally she would be slightly offended if someone just walked off like that, but since her time knowing Wolf she knew he was usually a tight-lipped individual.

Pulling out his phone he looked up nearby gyms and the closest one to him turned out to be "Jonggak Fitness". Seeing as how it was still in walking distance, he concluded his search there.

Arriving at his destination, his first impression was quite different compared to his usual gym. The entrance was bright and the walls had multiple posters promoting different instructors, classes, and memberships. Overall it looked like a modern gym that was clearly taken care of well on a daily basis.

Walking in he decided to grab a day pass as he didn't plan on coming here often, but already his mood started turning sour as he realized just how packed the gym was. He eyed the equipment and all either had someone using it, or a line of sweaty jocks waiting for their turns. His eyes finally rested on a nearby punching bag.

He was looking for an outlet and felt a punching bag would be fitting considering what he had to deal with in the past week, just thinking about Jimmy and Grape was enough to piss him off again.

Soon enough Wolf found himself going at the bag in front of him, throwing powerful fists in a steady rhythm. Unbeknownst to him, he had caught the attention of a trio of girls who were ogling him from across the room.

"Hey ladies, what're you staring at?" asked a boy clad in boxing gear as he leaned against the ropes of a sparring arena.

"Not now Mason," one of the girls replied, shooing his interruption with a wave of her hand. The trio went back to Wolf.

Following their eyes, Mason also caught sight of the trio's obsession.

Wolf however continued punching the bag with his earphone on, still unaware of the growing number of eyes watching, until he felt a tap on his shoulder.

"Hey man! Solid work, my name's Mason," he said as he offered his hand.

"What is it? You're interrupting my workout," he replied dryly while ignoring his outstretched hand.

"Well I couldn't help but notice your striking and was wondering if you wanted to have a quick sparring session with me. Well, would you?" he asked. But in reality he just wanted to impress the girls who still had their eyes on Wolf.

Originally they had come with him, despite his cocky attitude he was popular due to his skills in martial arts. In his eyes Wolf was just an amateur, and knocking him off his high horse would be enough to win back the attention of the trio.

Wolf considered the offer, normally he would have preferred to workout alone but he realized the punching bag wasn't doing it for him, he still wanted to let off some steam. "Sure, alright," he replied as the duo walked back to the sparring arena.

He had offered Wolf protective gear, which he refused, causing Mason to also toss his gear.

"So the rules are fairly simple-," began Mason before he was interrupted.

"Let's just start, I'm already familiar," he replied.

His reply surprised Mason, he didn't strike him as someone who had practiced martial arts before.

Mason was the one to take the initiative as he started closing the distance between them. He made use of his agility to throw a couple blows to his opponent's ribs, they were clean hits but didn't get much of a reaction from Wolf.

Wolf on the other hand, had more luck with his punches. He was able to land a nasty hook to Mason's jaw, causing the other to stumble back. The trio from earlier saw this and began whistling for Wolf, pissing Mason off even more.

Lunging right back, he was met with a kick to his abdomen by Wolf, immediately his body started throbbing in pain. Normally he would be more cautious of heavy-hitters, but his impatience got the better of him.

Soon it became clear just how one-sided the fight was, as Mason continued getting slammed back and met with clean hits, until finally the buzzer dinged.

Walking back, he felt content with today's workout and figured it would be enough for today, the sparring session was a lot more effective than the punching bag. Though before he could walk off, he was slammed forward.

"Don't think your getting off that early," panted Mason, he was out of breath but wasn't planning on letting the match end with his loss.

"You don't want to play by the rules? Fine by me," Wolf replied as he got back up from the floor.

He didn't bother trying to block much of Mason blows this time around, instead he continued to close the distance between them while tanking any hits thrown his way.

No matter how quick his jabs were, or any of his other hits, his opponent continued to push closer until he was backed into a corner. Seeing the purple haired boy raise his arms, he figured he was going for his head, and so he brought his hands up to his face as a defense.

However, Wolf was planning a feint from the beginning, and when he saw his hands go up, he quickly threw a powerful kick to his ribs, causing him to fall to one knee.

"You fuck! That hu-."

Was all he could get out in time before Wolf's foot knocked him out, as well as a couple teeth. With a loud thud Mason fell down, while drooling out blood.

Seeing that as his cue to leave, he didn't bother checking on his opponent and instead grabbed his belongings before walking back out.

Walking back out, he realized he hadn't broken a sweat yet, he contemplated going back in and trying some other equipment. Though he changed his mind and he noticed that there were quite a few staff members surrounding Mason, he didn't plan on dealing with all that hassle and continued walking home.

In his head he just hoped that Seoul Club's owner would be back soon, today showed him just how much better his usual gym is.
