The turtles and their friends had been blown away by the huge city before them.

"Unbelievable. I've never seen a place like this." said April.

"Me neither and I watch a lot of TV." said Mikey.

"Okay, we finally found a city or whatever that is. What do we do now?" asked Raph.

"What I said we need. Information about this world. 'What place is this?' 'Are there others out there?' 'How do things work?' Etc." said Leo.

"And how are we going to do that? We don't exactly have the right attire to go unnoticed." said Donnie pointing to his cloaks.

"Casey and I could go over there and ask people." said April.

"Yeah, unlike you, we can be more inconspicuous." said Casey.

"That's not a bad idea. Okay, here's the plan. April and Casey will go to that site and try to get as much information as possible." said Leo.

"And what about us? We can't stay here having such an awesome place nearby." said Mikey.

"We'll go to that huge structure over there." began Leo pointing to the huge building in the center of the island. "I'm sure that's where the ruler of the place lives, as well as have some needed information."

"Makes sense." said Donnie.

"Alright guys, let's get moving." said Leo before they all got moving.

April and Casey, both wearing capes to cover their attire made their way to the site across a long bridge.

"Why do we have to wear these things? They're a little itchy," Casey said scratching his arm.

"We don't know what era this world is in and our outfits might draw attention, so we'd best hide them." said April.

"Okay, but I plan to change if I find something better." said Casey.

Once they entered the place, they split up and set about asking the people who lived there with the intention of getting as much information as possible about that world.

Of course, when they asked why they didn't know anything, they claimed they were travelers from distant lands who had gotten lost along the way.

Meanwhile, the turtles had approached the island through the water thanks to their turtle side and once they got there, they set about climbing the cliff wall.

When they got to the top, they had to move quickly and stealthily to avoid being seen by anyone, especially since there weren't many places to hide.

Finally, they reached the central structure and as they climbed over the wall, they could see that inside there were several roving stalls as well as several guards walking around.

"Ok. This just goes to show that whoever lives here really matters." said Raph.

"Come on. Let's go inside before they see us." said Leo before the turtles entered the building just as a guard turned his gaze to where they had been.

Shortly after they entered the central building, Raya arrived at the site and got off Tuk Tuk.

"Well, here we are, buddy." Raya said as her animal friend unrolled.

"And later than I expected."

Raya turned to see a girl her own age with short black hair with a side shave cut.

"I remembered you faster." the girl said with a smile.

"Namaari." began Raya before moving forward to give the girl a hug which she returned. "It's good to see you again."

"Same here. How was your trip?" asked Namaari.

"Well… It turned out to be more complicated than I thought." said Raya.

"Really? Well, follow me and tell me all about it on the way." said Namaari before she and her friend went to the central building.

Inside the building, the turtles remained at the very top, away from everyone's view, as they looked around.

"Guys, this place is huge!" said Mikey in awe.

"It might take us a while to find the ruler or something to give us the information we're looking for." said Donnie.

"Argh. This is a waste of time. We should…" began Raph before Leo shushed him as they began to hear voices.

"Did that really happen to you?"

"Yes, exactly as I said."

That voice turned out to be very familiar to the turtles and they looked down to see Raya walking next to Namaari down the hallway.

"Hey, that's the girl we saved last night." said Mikey.

"And who might that other girl be with her?" asked Raph.

"I don't know, but let's follow them for now." said Leo before the turtles started moving forward to keep up with the conversation while staying out of their sight.

"I was having my typical relaxing trip when one night, these mysterious assailants ambushed me and attacked me." said Raya.

"Well, I can assume that you were able to handle them, right?" asked Namaari.

"It was like that at first, but then, they started to overwhelm me due to the fact that there were more of them than I thought and I would have been in trouble if not for them." said Raya.

"Them? Who?" asked Namaari.

"I don't know. They couldn't tell me their names, but I could tell they were guys almost our age and they had fighting skills I hadn't seen before." said Raya.

"Really? Wow. I would have liked to see that. And you couldn't find out more about them?" asked Namaari.

"No. They disappeared along with those assailants, but there's something I keep thinking about." said Raya.

"What is it?" asked Namaari.

"When that assailant was about to kill me, he told me that once they did, their task would be closer to being accomplished. It was as if they were coming solely for me." said Raya.

"Mmm. Yeah that's suspicious, were you able to notice anything about those assailants?" asked Namaari.

"Well… Now that you mention it, they were wearing a symbol on their clothes that looked like a bite mark." said Raya.

That made Namaari's eyes widen in horror, which her friend and the turtles noticed.

"Namaari, do you know something I don't?" asked Raya.

Namaari let out a sigh as she realized she had to if she wanted to keep her confidence.

"This happened shortly after Kumandra returned to form. While some of us accepted it with joy, there were others who didn't. They claimed that Fang should be above the other kingdoms and that we should rule them." said Namaari.

"What nonsense." said Raya.

"My mother thought so too. She ordered them to drop that issue, but they didn't and when they started to show signs of violence, my mother had them arrested, but they escaped before we could catch one of them." said Namaari.

"Why didn't you tell me anything?" asked Raya.

"I wanted to, but my mother didn't want to cause the other kingdoms any more trouble than we already caused." said Namaari lowering her head at the memories of her mistakes.

Needless to say, the turtles were confused by that.

Raya put her hand on her shoulder, causing her to raise her head.

"Namaari, that's in the past. What matters now is who you are now and what you can do for others." said Raya, making her friend smile.

"Hey, is it just me or is there something going on between them?" asked Mikey, only for his brothers to snap at him to shut up.

"So what happened to those guys who escaped?" asked Raya.

"After that, they founded a group called Jaw that aims to change the Fang monarchy to become the most powerful kingdom and rule over the others." said Namaari.

"Again, why didn't you tell the rest of us?" asked Raya.

"As I said, my mother convinced me to let Fang solve this matter on its own. At first, it was just advertisements, propaganda and a few cases of vandalism where they left their personal mark, but they had never gone so far as to kill someone." said Namaari.

"If it's come to that, they've decided to get serious." said Raya.

"Yes, no doubt Somwang must be planning something." said Namaari.

"Somwang?" asked Raya.

"She's the leader of Jaw. She used to be part of my mother's guard. *Sigh* In fact, she was almost like a sister to me, but as soon as Kumandra happened, she betrayed me for her crazy ideals." said Namaari.

"How ironic, isn't it? The one who became my friend and betrayed me was betrayed by the one who was her friend." said Raya with a small smile.

"Haha. I got that. Anyway, if you're being targeted by Jaw now, it would be best if you stayed here until the situation is more under control." said Namaari.

"Ok, but if things end up getting too twisted, I'll alert the other kingdoms. They deserve to know what's going on." said Raya.

"Understood. I'll go inform the guards to keep an eye out." said Namaari.

"I'll accompany you. After all, I witness firsthand what they are capable of." said Raya before she and the other girl left.

Meanwhile, the turtles remained in place absorbing everything they had heard.

"We seem to have gained some very interesting information." said Donnie.

"There are still some things I don't understand, but when it comes to bad guys, I get it completely." said Raph.

"I still say there's something going on between the two of them." commented Mikey.

"Okay, let's go meet with April and Casey. Maybe they have something that will be of use to us." said Leo before the turtles went to leave the building.

Meanwhile, April and Casey were walking around the central area of the giant structure.

"I must admit, this place is lovely. I wish I could explore it more." said April.

"We didn't come here for sightseeing. We've come for…" began Casey before looking ahead and seeing something that stopped him.

April followed his gaze and was shocked to see Raya, the same girl she and her friends saved last night.

"Hey, isn't that…?" asked Casey before April covered his mouth to shut him up.

It was then that Raya and Namaari became aware of her presence.

"Hey. I don't think I've seen you two before." said Namaari.

"Uh… Well… It's just… We're from somewhere far away and we're in the middle of a trip." said April with a nervous smile.

"Hey, haven't we met before?" asked Raya with confusion.

"No. This is the first time we've met. Oh, my goodness. How late it's gotten. It's time to go." said April grabbing Casey by the wrist and pulling him so they both ran away.

Raya and Namaari looked at each other in confusion before shrugging their shoulders and getting back to the main business.

Soon after, the turtles and their human friends gathered outside the site to share information.

"All right. You start, what did you get?" asked Leo to his human friends.

"For starters, the place we've been to is called Fang which is part of Kumandra along with the other kingdoms." said April.

"That's right. Those two girls mentioned about Kumandra re-forming and the other kingdoms." said Donnie.

"Apparently, the person who rules the place is a woman named Virana and she has a daughter named Namaari." said Casey.

"Wait a minute. Namaari? We already know her." said Mikey.

"What?" asked Casey.

"When we infiltrated that structure, we caught her talking to that girl we saved last night about what happened." said Raph.

"Turns out those guys weren't simple assailants, but members of a group called Jaw who are against what happened between Fang and Kumandra and want to change things even if it's by force." said Leo.

"But Raya doesn't seem to belong to Fang, why would they go after her?" asked April.

"I don't know, but it's clear they won't stop at a simple failure." said Leo.

"And if they have Fang as a target, then they're very likely to strike again." said Donnie.

"Well, there's nothing to worry about. They've said they'll increase security." said Mikey.

"Right. Like that's going to yield any kind of result. Oh, wait, it will give one, but NEGATIVE." said Raph.

"So what do we do?" asked Casey.

"What Master Splinter has taught us. Protect people and if those people are in danger, then it's our duty to help them." said Leo.

"Besides, if we help them, they might be able to help us get home." said Donnie.

"Right. April, Casey, you go back out there and keep your eyes open for anything suspicious. The rest of us and I will stay in the shadows until then. Any questions?" asked Leo.

"I have one." began Mikey getting the attention of the others. "Do you think there will be pizza here?" asked Mikey getting groans from the others.

Inside a room there was someone with his back to the door which opened shortly thereafter to let in a guy in similar attire to the assailants.

"Chief. I come to report." said the warrior.

"Well? How did the mission go?" asked the person inside in a woman's voice.

"Uh… Well… The thing is… " began the warrior very nervously.

"Speak up already." said the chiefess.

"A failure. It was a failure, boss." said the warrior.

"I sent several warriors, including skilled archers, and you couldn't deal with a single person?" asked the chiefess in an annoyed tone.

"With all due respect, chief, she wasn't alone. We would have been able to finish her off had it not been for some mysterious fellows who came to her defense." said the warrior.

"And you ran away because things got a little messy?" asked the chiefess.

"Chief, those guys weren't normal, they possessed fighting skills that no other kingdom possesses. We had no choice but to retreat to prevent any of us from being captured." said the warrior.

The chiefess was silent for a while, making the warrior feel nervous thinking she was going to punish him or worse.

"Well done. A defeat can be fixed, but the fact that they captured one of our own and got information is something I won't tolerate. Where is that girl now?" asked the chieftainess.

"She's in Fang, chief." began the warrior causing the boss's eyes to widen in surprise. "And I'm sure she will have told Namaari about us and they will have increased the palace's defenses."

The chiefess was quiet for another while until she made a decision.

"Gather a group of skilled warriors. Tell them to go to Fang and finish the mission." said the chieftain.

"Wait, really? Chief, forgive me for questioning you, but it would be risky to enter Fang now." said the warrior.

"We are true Fang warriors. Mere cowardly guards won't be enough to stop us." said the chieftain.

"What about Namaari? What do we do if we run into her?" asked the warrior.

"In that case, if possible, I want you to bring her before me. Alive." said the chieftainess.

"Before you? Why?" asked the warrior.

"I would like to have a word with her. Now go." said the chiefess.

The warrior gave her a nod before leaving the room, leaving the chiefess alone.

"It's a shame things had to be this way, but I'll be sure to open your eyes. Little sister." the chief said.

Hours had passed and the sky had turned orange due to the sun's position on the horizon.

During that time, Raya and Namaari had been alerting the guards to be on the lookout for any suspicious activity due to the fact that there was a good chance that Jaw would attack again to accomplish its failed mission to take down Raya.

"Is it all done?" asked Raya.

"Yes, we've already increased surveillance at key points that Jaw members could use to infiltrate." said Namaari.

"Well, it makes sense, since they are rebellious citizens of Fang." said Raya.

"Excuse me."

The two turned around to see April and Casey.

"Oh, it's you." said Namaari.

"Yes, sorry for not introducing ourselves earlier. I'm April." said April.

"And I, Casey, always at anyone's service." said Casey with a toothy grin.

"I keep getting the feeling I've seen them somewhere." thought Raya.

"Can we help you with anything?" asked Namaari.

"Well, actually, yes. We're new around here and we'd like to know more about the place." said April.

"And since you're the chief's daughter, we thought you'd be a good guide." said Casey.

Namaari paused for a moment to think about the request.

"Sure. It will be my pleasure to help you." said Namaari.

"Namaari, aren't we supposed to keep an eye on the surroundings?" asked Raya.

"We can do that while we show them around. It would be killing two birds with one stone." said Namaari.

"Mmm. Right." said Raya.

After that, the four of them set out to walk around the kingdom grounds.

For a while, Raya and Namaari were guiding April and Casey around the Fang grounds, telling them a bit about their culture, their products and so on.

All the while, April and Casey were listening intently.

In fact, unbeknownst to the two girls, April had the T-Phone on, making it so the turtles could hear the whole story as well, like an audio guide.

"And that's basically it Fang. I hope it's been to your liking." said Namaari.

"Oh, it really has been." said Casey.

"It's definitely an amazing place." said April.

"If you think this place is amazing, you should see the other kingdoms. They have their good stuff too." said Raya.

"We'll keep that in mind." said April.

Suddenly, a guard came running towards them.

"Lady Namaari, there is news" said the guard.

"What is it?" asked Namaari.

"I have seen some suspicious subjects hanging around the outskirts of Fang and from the description, they seem to be members of Jaw." said the guard.

"What? Where are they?" asked Raya.

"In the south-southwest area. Near the jungle." said the guard.

"That place…" began Namaari knowing what place that was.

"We're sorry to have to leave you, but it's about something very important." said Raya to April and Casey.

"That's okay. We were just leaving anyway." said April.

"We have a lot of things to do." said Casey.

"Okay. Come on, Namaari." said Raya before she and her friend ran off.

"We better go warn the others." whispered Casey quietly.

"I know." said April before the two of them ran off, leaving the guard who kept his gaze in the direction Raya and Namaari went.

"I'm sorry, but this is for Fang's sake." said the guard.
