Fontina Ori-chan: Here it is chapter 4.Sorry about the last chapter if it were not to y'all liking, i wrote the part where Charlie met the trio in the morning right after waking up and my eyes were half-lid opened. Lol, how did i wrote so much were questionable. I didn't even planned on writing it like that! In my notebooks, i wrote it like Embry part were more self-thought, Jacob almost punch Embry, and Embry having fun with Bells alone. An awkward talk between the two and all, but that was it. Anyway, hope y'all enjoy this chapter like the past ones! :)

Chapter 4: 'The Talk' but with your aunt's husband
--
It was Sunday and Bella spend the day working on homework and cleaning the house. Her girl friends were all out with their parents or busy with their part-time jobs. And Bella had quited working at the Newton's. She were not really working there anyway, just sat around with nothing to do. And while she know she shouldn't be picky about getting the cash, but sometimes, it was needed for her own sanity. Besides, Bella's not in a hurry.
She started doing homework and housework at seven after breakfast, and was done with both around eleven and twelve. So now she had nothing to do...
Ugh, this is boring Bella finally realized that while cleaning was her speciality, she needed to do something new.
Something that was new for her.
Her conscience helped her with showing her yesterday's image. The kids running around at the beach with big smiles on their faces while their parents watches them. The sun shining down on them, on her, on the nature and the rez and Forks. Then her thoughts process. Painting a lovely picture for her to draw. Just then she remembered that one time Renée had taken up interest in painting. Bella had enjoyed her time painting but whne Renée changed her interest again, she was forced to forget about it.
She could draw something. Yeah, she could. She just need to buy some supplies for the activities. Bella will ask the girl if any of them wanted to go shopping tomorrow after school. It was decided.
Now though, since Bella had remembered yesterday's thoughts, in it were the thoughts of talking with The shaman. She need to talk with him or Billy, Quil III would be the better option though. Quil III was, is the shaman, he probably know better about her situations than Billy did. Know what it was, was it a vision or time travel? What was the effect it had on her? While it wasn't significant, she can't ignore the elephant in her head. In the past week, she had predicted things unconsciously and consciously at the same time and it had come true. To short it though, Bella had said out loud about her predictions but she hadn't known why she said it or predicted it. It was not like this in the past timeline. She feels like Alice had shared her gift with her without the blanking out or seen it really happening. She just know.
Bella sighed and look out the window, feeling something had watched her, she hoped it wasn't a vampire, because if it was, she was screwed big time.
Bella click her tongue, with a frown she decided to talk with Quil III.
--
Here she is. In front of Joy Ateara's store.
What? She didn't know where Quil III lived! It isn't like she needed to go there in her past. (cue eye roll)
Bella walked in, the chiming of bells told the people inside of her presence. The cashier eyes went up and he glared at her. And she recognized that glare anywhere, no way she won't. She always got it from him in her past life. That's right, Paul Lahote's working at the store!
His glare still make Bella nervous to ask though. But she put up her big girl ass up and look into his eyes, determination for all to see, "Hey- uh, i- i was wondering if you know where Quil Ateara third live at?"
He raised an eyebrow at her. That guy was probably curious, his head probably going like this, why would the leech-lover want to see Old Quil? Or something like that.
Or something like that.
Because Bella was sure he were more harsh putting it that what she had thought or illustrated his thoughts to be.
"Why should i tell you?" He growled. Her eyes narrowed.
"Look, it's important alright. You'll probably know about it later anyway," she whispered the last part, but she was sure he had heard her with his enhanced hearing.
He growled again, and grunted, "He lived down the road, the one with woods carving and walls."
Wow, Paul was uncharacteristically generous with her today. Bella wonder why, but she doesn't mind it much and throw Paul a big smile and a thank you before walking down the road like Paul had instructed.
True to his words, there was a wooden carved house with wooden walls and wooden porch, it was very natural with how many type of plants were planted outside, reminding her of a flower shop owned by a nice old lady a few blocks from Charlie's house.
Bella walked to the front door and knocked three times. She heard the clicking sounds of stick hitting a wood surface before the click from the door in front of her. Quil III assessed her while she stand there, in front of him, awkwardly.
She didn't know what he was searching for, but whatever it was, he found it and step inside, gesturing for her to follow him.
They sat at the traditional couch there and Bella was looking around the house in awe, there were so mant carving. She could tell that those were all about the spirits, wolves, legends, whatever it was that involved the tribe. It's all in wood carvings. She should also try out carving now.
"You can eye them later, girl. Tell me your business here, now." Quil III snap her out of her musing and make her pay attention to the elephant in her head more.
"Sir, i want to know what's happening to me right now." His eyes narrowed at her.
"You're not taking me lightly are you?" Quil III were not trusting her. Of course he won't, you're a pale face. Bella reminds herself.
"No, sir. This topic I'm trying to tell you right now is serious. I need your help understanding it." He nodded and motioned for her to continue, "I woke up a week ago after Sam Uley found me in the forest with visions of my life in the next six months if i had clung myself to the Cullens. A different type of time line if i had still choose to be a vampire, a cold one.
"In that timeline, everything was messed up. I married Edward Cullen and had his baby. But he did not want it, and had been trying to find ways to abort it. Of course i understand him, even Sam Uley wanted to kill my baby. But that's the problem, it was mine. My baby. And one night, after i fell asleep, the Cullens came to kill the baby that was still inside my womb, they did it, but i also died in the process. And yet when i opened my eyes, i woke up here. I had thought it could be some sort of visions, so—"
Quil III raised his hand and Bella stopped her rant. His eyes shone with the familiar knowledgeable shine, the one that got Bella feeling like he know something she didn't.
"I know already of your situation, little girl." Bella's eyes widened. She was about to say something, but stopped herself. How..? He answered the unasked question, "The Spirits had told me everything i needed to know." So that means... He was testing me? "Yes, i was testing you, to see if you will lie or tell me the truth. And i see that you choose to tell me the truth, though bluntly. It was clear that you are definitely the one I've been searching for."
"What-?"
Quil III stood up from his chair and walked over to a shelf of books behind his chair. He picked up one of the book and throw it at her, who barely catches it. She read the title of the book, "The Swan and Time." Bella look up to Quil III, the unasked question all over her face was easy to read.
"That is a prophecy, no one know of it but me and the spirits." The old man sat back down on his chair, "No one suspected it to be one because i made it into a book. And the cover was too boring to anyone to care about it." he shrugged.
"The Swan... that.. So it was all written in a book..?"
Quil III nodded, confirming her words.
"My life..?" he nodded again.
"This... what?" She feel like her life was a joke.
First, vampires played her. The wolves wanted to kill her. Her life was basically a fairytale and suddenly it really was a fairytale. Someone had written a book of her life. And this book were in the hand of a shaman?
"That book is yours now." Bella's head snapped from the book to him. Her eyes shone with disbelief. "It's your story, little girl. Beside, i already memorized it in my head."
Bella nodded slowly, then she starts again, "Sir, can you please tell me about..." she trailed off, not knowing what to say exactly.
"About what the spirits told me?" he provided, she nodded, "The spirits told me that you are destined, the fated one. The one who will be able to fix the mistakes in your life and others, as well. A soul as pure and her heart. You, little girl, they said to me that you have the heart of a mother, even after knowing that your child could be a danger to this world, you choose to let it born into the world. Your child know her mother's thoughts and heart. She was the one who asked the spirits to take you back in time, to this point in time after she heard you wishing on a meteorite rain."
Bella was bawling her eyes out by this point. She just found out her daughter gender. my daughter, the thought was breaking her heart, her daughter couldn't make it into the world, it was her fault, her fault for being so weak.
But Quil III wasn't finished, "They had agreed, of course, and here you are, in front of me. You are one girl to have yourself involved in this supernatural mess this deep, little girl." Bella chuckled at that, "And i know this is too much to ask, but as you already know, you were the most informed person in this aspect, i want to hire you to short out the data of the supernatural."
Bella's eyes widened, he hired her? He wants her to short out the tribe top-secret data?
"It is more of a record and usually, the Alpha's mate were the one that should've done this. But we can make an exception with you."
"But- I'm not of your tribe?"
Quil III chuckled, "Silly girl, you are as much of a tribe member as i am. And more to that, you are family."
Bella put a confused look, "What do you mean..?"
He smiled at her, "my wife was Molly Swan, your Aunt."
Bella's eyes widen and her eyebrows went up an inch, "so- Quil fifth and i are related?"
"Yes," he confirmed, "He's your second cousin, i suppose."
"Wow..."
"So do you agree to the job?" Quil asked her patiently.
Bella smiled at him, "yes, i will take the honor." Quil returned her smile and patted her head.
"Good, now, do you want to stay for a bit? Maybe for lunch, i heard you make a mad spaghetti." Quil III looked like he wanted her to, Bella giggled, knowing it was Billy who talked about her food to the council.
"Sure!" she agreed.
Things seems to look up.
Now, if only Victoria was out of the picture, it could be better.
