Dipper never expected it. He did not imagine how his life, and that of his sister, would turn upside down when they went to Gravity Falls that fateful summer. As of present, He just went toe to toe with an eldritch shapeshifting god and is now in the company of the daughter of a pagan goddess who subscribes to Abrahamic religion ironically enough, two parahumans and oh there is a bird on an empty tanker that has the intelligence of an average human with empathic powers that can produce deadly sonics.

At least Wendy has been saved so has Mabel, or at least he hopes so as it's been 20 minutes by now and Mabel hasn't come back yet making him and his definitely-not-his-crush Wendy a tiny bit worried about what's going on with her especially considering she just survived from an interdimensional eldritch hyper devil. As he was thinking, he clicked and clicked his magnet gun, no blue lights, it was out of power.

"My magnet gun is all out of juice."

"So is my cell phone." Miller showed his shutdown battery

"It's the same for me," Lightfoot said as she checked her phone.

Dipper sight at this situation; all their electronics seem to be knocked out, probably due to the anomalous transportation by SCP-999 which was now in the form of an inanimate 7-pointed orange crystal on a box. Speaking of objects, he glanced at his silvery spear still in the same position which it was left.

"Waiting here does us nothing good, I see what's up with Mabel, until then can one of you- "Before he could finish, the spear moved by itself and flew to his hand making him stagger as others looked in surprise. "Or…I can do that." He uttered in fascination. Just what other secrets did this weapon have?

"That still leaves the issue of holding a silvery spear which certainly will grab attention." Leora pointed out.

"Yeah, but still I don't think- "Once again the spear did something staggering, this time disappearing from thin air.

"Dude, How did you do that!?" Wendy exclaimed, sharing everyone present's astonishment.

"Nothing! I just- "The spear then appeared in his hand again making Dipper freak out "Okay! This is beginning to freak me out!"

"I think the Spear is responding to your commands." Miller speculated.

"Oh! Does that mean you can go anime when you want to!?" Lightfoot excitedly clasps her hands.

"Let me think…" Dipper tried to run fast, making faces of someone trying to open a tightened-up can, until he gave up. "No, I can't feel myself fast."

"Maybe it's an instinctive thing?" Miller offered his speculation "You did go full fast and deadly on Jeser when your life and others were dependent on it."

Dipper then commanded the spear to disappear again. "As much as I'm both perturbed and fascinated by this development, I better check her."

Chirp

Chirp

Eir flowed and sat on his shoulder as they went to check on Mabel, she also felt something was wrong thanks to her empathic abilities.

Her hunch became true as she and Mason searching for the Pines girl found her kneeling on the ground crying.

"I-wa-was selfish, I was selfish, I was selfish and stupid." She kept repeating that

The Pines boy feeling his heart twisted by seeing the state his twin was in, came gently and sat near him.

"Hey…sis, you made us worry about how long you took." He tried to light her up with a joke, yet it did not affect her at all as she was sobbing as she began to speak.

"I saw everything-ng-g Dipper, there is no rainbow or bleakness, the world is not black and white," she hiccuped "I'v-ve spent my life thinking how I wanted the world to be with my stupid matchmaking, my stupid romance while blind to how the world really is." She kept hitting her head hence he held both of her hands from hitting herself.

"Hey, hey, talk to me sis. What happened?

"He-he showed me th-t-things!" Dipper did not need to have 12 PHDS like Great Uncle Ford to know who 'he' was as he was dreading what she meant "I saw alternate realities where you and I became bitter and in some, even worse than what happened between the Grunkles!"

Dipper grabbed the crying Mabel by her shoulder screaming at her on what she did with burning buildings around them.

"WHAT DID YOU DO!? WHAT DID YOU DO!?"

An old and deteriorated Dipper 46 perhapes with grey hair with an antipathy and jaded look was choking her shocked sister.

"What are you doing!?"

"-Something I should have done a long time ago, STANDING UP TO YOU!"

Them as adults, Dipper a cybernetically augmented knight of the Machine god with silvery hands and a white sword pulsating with blue hues fighting for a cause clashing with the sharp claws of Mabel with red predatory eyes, mouth of needle teeth with blood around her lips and two draconic wings on her back like she was the classic imagine of a demon or a vampire, a Neo-Sarkic who only cares about her own selfish desires fighting in a desolate wasteland.

"-I DON'T HAVE A SISTER! ONLY A PARASITE!"

Dipper and Mabel may be 7 years older in a heated argument both wearing gothic clothing and were pointing futurist pistols at each other in some far-off spaceship with a window to the void of space.

"ALWAYS TYPICAL! IT'S ALL ABOUT MABEL'S WORLD AND HER FANTASIES! WANTING EVERYONE TO ACT A CERTAIN WAY TO FEED YOUR DELUSIONS! GROW THE HELL OUT!

A Dipper with a scarred face wearing all black in a dystopian parody of Gravity Falls' town with polluted air impaling his sister who looked like a criminal with cyberpunk attire got up through the katana with bitter hate.

"THIS IS FOR WENDY!"

Dipper in a raw moment of grief and fury punches Mabel who falls on her knee with the dead bodies of their friends and family around them as rain falls and wood is on fire screaming at her.

"I TOLD YOU TO STAY!"

The Scarlet King in one last act of spite not only showed all of those but also made sure she would feel like she was there.

It wasn't just things that went wrong with her brother though.

She was crying as she held the corpse of her brother.

Stanley sacrifices himself to save her from a mistake she has made as she cries to him not to do it.

Herself grinding psychopathically from ear to ear with one glowing red optic with the burnt symbol of the Factory on her left cheek with two bladed scissor hands dripping in blood looking in gleeful malice at the carved and dead Candy, Grenda, Wendy and her gang.

The spiteful King showed her timelines where things went wrong because of her as well.

"Now you see the Fruits of your Labour."

Dipper already hated the Scarlet King, especially for what it was responsible for SCP-231's victims, what the hateful king and his followers did to Wendy, seeing her sister cry because of him made his loathing even greater as he gritted his teeth together. This being was even worse than Bill Cipher, it did not hide its malice by feigning friendliness, charisma, or making jokes, it just hates.

"Mabel, whatever that vile thing showed- "

"Don't patronize me!" The Pines girl got up, giving her brother a better look at her puffy face.

"I saw wars that would put every known war in human history in shame! I saw the rise and fall of civilizations that pierced the heavens, harmonies that siphoned in the very fabric of reality, and planes of existence so fantastical and horrors so eldritch I could never hope to fully comprehend!" She uttered with a haunted look with both hands grabbing her own hair "…h-h-how…how can the world be so wondrous and terrifying at the same time!?"

Mabel has changed a lot since that fateful first Summer, she lost any passion she had for things like boys, gossips, matchmaking, finding all her previous hobbies nothing more than fantasies of a stupid girl in contrast to Dipper becoming more confident and cautiously hopeful. The optimist became the pessimist, the cynical became optimistic. Both inverse.

But this experience has forever changed her, all he could help is to make sure she would change for the better not the worst and become depressed for the rest of her life. Fortunately, he had the Therapy Bird who he with a glance told her to do something which she did by projecting her empathic ability on her making her clam a bit as her breathing swallowed, though he knew she needed him as well.

"Mabel I… I won't pretend like I know what you are feeling, I can't barely imagine experiencing what you are experiencing," he held her by both shoulders as eye contact was made "But, you're a good person Mabel. A flawed yes but so as me, the grunkles and everyone else. 'He' is a being of maleficios who is unable to feel joy so he spreads suffering so that others can't, he has no right and I repeat no right," he profused with emphasis "to Judge you or anyone for that matter; besides, there's no such thing as a consistency in multiverse, there're may as well be universes where I was the one responsible, heck there may likely be universes where Hitler cured cancer for all we know!"

That got a snort out of Mabel which encouraged him to continue further "Life is scarily, it rarely makes sense, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing. You're many things Mabel Walter Seras Pines, but a bad person you're not, don't ever let anyone say that." It was then she wiped the tears from her face with her own sweater and sniffed looking at him with a small twinkle.

"Awkward Sibling…?" She asked with hands on a hugging gesture which he reciprocated by hugging her, they hugged and patted each other for a minute feeling like an eternity.

Chirp

Chirp

Eir as much as she didn't like to interrupt this sibling bonding moment, she chirped at them to get up, thus the Pines got up. "Oh right, the guys are probably worried by now." Mabel said as she cleaned herself.

They then went back to where the rest were, they saw them coming in with expressions of worry.

Corduroy was the first to speak as she came near the Mystery Twins "Mabel, what happened? You okay?" She noticed the puffy face of hers making her worry more.

The Pines Sister told her with a hand "Yeah, Yeah I'm good."

"You sure?" She inquired unsurely.

"Believe me, I wasn't well before, but I'm good now."

With things wrapping up, the group began to converse what their next action should be. Eventually after agreeing that they have to get out of the abandoned recycling factory they talked about those that were left behind.

"Do you think they'll be okay?" By 'they' the redhead girl meant Alpha 9 and others.

"I have faith in my friends." The Anahuman boy stressed in.

Dipper reminded "Our Grunkles survived way worse." The twins shared Miller's faith as well.

"And our parents are badass secret agents!" Mabel proudly declared.

"What about the doctors? Last I saw the Bright guy turned into mush."

Rainer gave a laugh that made the Fallers surprised "Ha! Oh please, if anything, they are too insane to die in that battle." even more surprised seeing the anomalies not worried about Clef and Bright at all.

Leora snided with assurance "If reality benders, neck snapping statues and a killer lizard couldn't kill them, that won't, besides Bright would just come back in a new body."

Crack

Cracking sounds were head of the crystal grabbing everyone's attention.

"999!" Meri bellowed

"What's happening to it!?" Leora remarked in uncertainty.

"What's happening to my baby!?" Mabel was dismayed.

The crack continued until the crystal like an egg broke and from it poured this orange-reddish color which then began to morphed while the cracked pieces lost their orange color and glow and became inert into transparent white.

It was SCP-999 but changed, its color from orange changed to Vermillion and though still gelatinous in form, it had 4 fingerless limbs working as hands and legs on a bipedal stand with a much slender form and still having its two black eyes.

Gurgle

It gurgled happily and gave a hi gesture with its right hand at the astounded group. Miller awkwardly slowly gave a hi gesture as well.

"Congratulations, the baby can walk." The photonic girl couldn't help but to say it in bewilderment.

Mabel was feeling an intense warmth in herself she never felt before like seeing your pet learning a trick.

"Is this…what feels like seeing your baby grow?" She uttered in awe.

The Vermillion entity tries to walk; however, it tripped a bit not being used to having legs to use for walking as it used its arms to hold its balance. It then started walking as it was getting the handle of it toward Mabel rushed in and hugged it, an act which it didn't hesitate for a second to reciprocate.

"You saved me! I knew from the first impression you're sweet!"

Gurgle

The Vermillion being gurgled cheerfully and shivered, next Mabel tried to contain her giggling hard as she felt being tickled. Grown or not, it was the same Tickle Monster.

"Hehehe! Stop it." She ended the hug.

The entity then gazed back at Wendy as it then walked toward her.

"Uh…I guess…hello you too? My uh, lost sibling or something?" The redhead unsure greeted and hesitantly as if she was just asked to hug a wild animal reciprocated its hug as she had to kneel due to her tallness thanks to Lumberjack genes clearly showing this comically. The being began to tickle her as well.

"Hehe, God this is so weird." she thought out loud, making others chuckle as well.

"Spend enough time in Foundation, you'll forget what's weird." Amused, Rainer said.

"Hehehe It's a shame the phones are down, because I'm tempted to call my fam and tell them about our new sibling!" The effects of the creature and the sheer ridiculousness of all of this made her control on her laughter harder. She made an impression of what she wanted to say " 'Oh hello dad and brothers! Did you know we had a lost half-sibling and it is a blob monster and the son of space satan?' "

That did it as the group fell on a horsley laughter, even the Therapy Bird joined the laughter by vocalizing in avians' equivalent of laughter.

Meri added as she laughed "As a devout Catholic, I would have called it the Anti-Christ if I was religious enough!" leading to another roaring laughter from everyone.

Afterward, Wendy left the hug "Alright, that'll be enough, hehe." she said as she panted from the laughter.

Mabel wiped a tear from her eye, this time because of laughter not an existential depression crisis "Forget Bundle, I'm calling you; the Vermillion Prince!" She declared proudly.

Dipper gave an eyebrow "Because he or she is colored Vermillion?

The Pines girl explained the reasoning "Vermillion is associated with eternity and life and he/she/it/they/still-working-on-it represents that! Also, partly to spite that Scarlet ass!" She snarked. Dipper now felt relieved and happy seeing his sister back to her mood.

Gurgle

From Vermillion Prince's gurgle, it was clear it liked the name as well "Aren't you a cute prince?" Mabel held its left cheek with a hand for a moment in affection and due to the jelly form of the Vermillion colored being the cheek like a jelly was stretched a bit.

"I thought you said she was a she? Shouldn't she be, Vermillion Princess?" Leora was puzzled by the change in pronoun.

"I'm still working on it, maybe they?"

As the group talked, the Tickle Monster thought the blob creature wasn't sure if she was a she, or a he or if she even had a gender or if she had she doubted it would be something recognizable in human standard.

The jelly SCP then began to wonder now that Mabel decided to be her taker, remembering her previous caretaker, wondering if she is okay or not while recalling the event that led to her fleeing from the Insurgents and Cultists.

Alarms blared red, she was being carried by her previous caretaker like an infant, passing over dead soldiers and doctors, hearing shouts, guns blazing. She wanted to do something and protect those that are being hurt but her caretaker's grip on her was hard.

They reached where that seemed to be a garbage disposal entry leading to where trash would be stored until they got recycled.

'You have to run!' The caretaker, a female human doctor with the tag 'Dr. Collingwood' on her clothing told her urgently to run, but she objected and refused to do so with defiant gurgles as she tried to come out while the doctor tried to push her to the entrance as she opened its handler. Her Caretaker gave a sad smile and gave her one last hug before putting her forehead on her's "I'm sorry little guy, but you're too important, you're meant for great things."

Gurgle

The Tickle Monster gurgled sadly, the doctor feeling tears coming on her eyes then pushed her away to the entrance as the SCP struggled and with a hitched sound she said farewell. "Goodbye."

She was pushed and tried to reach her Caretaker before the entrance became unreachable and small as she fell into darkness.

Was she still alive? She did not know, she hoped dearly she was.

The Corduroy girl decided to free her hair from her ponytail as she and others ventured outside of the abandoned facility.

On their way, A small pond of water was in which crabs that had surgical looking knives instead of crab claws feeding on a dead fish (SCP-98), though that wasn't what truly caught their eyes.

First thing caught their eyes was the strange and diverse architecture of this city from a gothic cathedral-looking penthouse, to a futuristic building that looked straight from scifi, a medieval tower, a far east establishment, an honest to God eco-tower with trees and plants around it, a steampunk style house and even an apartment that looked made of wood except it had giant green leaves coming out from it as if the apartment simply grown from the earth.

Miller was the only one recognizing what this place was as he announced in exhilaration "Holy moly we're in the 3 Portlands! I always wanted to visit this place."

The other SCPs seem to recognize what he was talking about except for the Fallers who seemed even more confused "I don't remember Portland being like that dude, and I've been in Portland." Wendy denied that being possible.

"Because it isn't." He shook his head which only served to add more to the confusion until Leora interjected.

"It is a city in a Pocket Dimension, one of the most populated Anomalous Ports in the world."

Dipper, feeling like a kid in a candy shop gawked at the buildings and its inhabitants "It's like the Crawling Space from Gravity Falls, but bigger and more urban!"

It has become apparent why there seems to be such a varied taste in architecture and why no one seemed to bat an eye on a half-deer girl and a walking vermillion jelly, as the inhabitants were diverse in ethnicity, race, and even species as the group looked in awe and wonder.

Humans, Anahumans, parahumans, Psychics, Mages, Paranormal creatures, even Robots and Aliens and so many more walked around doing their day to day jobs.

A group of tourists were sightseeing this place some taking pictures or videos with their hands or tentacles or whatever they had as snatching limbs none were clearly human or from this planet from inverterboid Gliscians and ever curious Keradids to a rodent with 5 tails to a translucent silicon-based cephalopod and even a living being made of algae forming structures.

(Unknown to the group some were SCP-5692-A instances, immigrant aliens that were smuggled by the alien slug smuggler who tried to con Soos during that party in the Shack)

A Mekhanite cyborg with a bag who Mabel amusingly thought looked like a steampunk fanboy entered a Church to worship Mekhan that honestly looks more like a laboratory than a Church which she entered by a scan from the doorbell.

3 Sunfish looking aliens called Titanians on three legs standing near the street from which vehicles were passing by, likely to take a taxi or a bus, some of the vehicles were familiar and some not, whether looking advanced or steampunk or in one case having horns and spikes.

A tall muscular man in his 40s with long blonde hair and a woman of a similar age with a brown wig were operating a small joint called 'The Turkish Walhalla' in a vehicle towered by two giant domestic goats serving food to the inhabitants of this bizzare realm. Dipper nearly lost his mind when he found out they are Thor and Sif from Norse Mythology running a joint(SCP-190-DE) from Miller amused by his disbelief.

Dipper's disbelief was going to grow even bigger. "Are those big foots!?" sputtered when he saw some of the denizens were indeed Sasquatches wearing organic clothing.

Leora answered him "Those are SCP-1000 instances, the Yerens, though they are called the Children of the Night as well for being nocturnal."

The Pines boy now gaped like a fish out of the water and brought his father's journal to make sure he didn't misrecalled what he had read, indeed the Yerens were Children of the Night. Who ever thought the most well known and famous cryptids used to inherit the Earth?

"Woah way to tick, you telling me sasquatches used to be the dominant species on earth?" Mabel shared her brother's disbelief as well.

The redhead teen whistled "Wow, my dad told me once that our family may have Big Foot DNA inside, I thought that was just some made-up story to entertain me and my brothers when we were small!"

"No kidding, from what my father's journal said they used to be so advanced that they could make computers out of wood before the Day of Flowers!" Dipper showed an artistic depiction of an Yeren working on a computer made of wood and organic materials.

Meri winced a bit "I advise you to not mention anything about the Day of Flowers or Pangloss, it's a sore moment of history for them."

Dipper nodded so as other Fallers duly noted.

As Dipper passed fastly on the Journal to get a read on beings and entities here they saw more and more strange beings with zeal.

A fishman with water tubes connected to his grills(a SCP 057-IT instance) in a fish store that nearly caused Wendy to make a fish pun if it weren't for Meri's disapproval glare

"Pescare! fresco dai mari più oscuri ed inesplorati! li abbiamo tutti, anche quelli presumibilmente estinti!

(Fish! fresh from the darkest and most unexplored seas! we have all, even the supposedly extinct ones!)"

The fishman then cut the head of an eel with sator when Miller took a closer look wincing back with a hand around his own at seeing the decapitated head and bent back while the fishman spoke in Italy to advertise his products which included a mixture of normal sea life with some definitely not usually found like a collection of dead Trilobites on ice cubes, an one eye octopus that still swimmed in a glassy aquarium and a big thankfully dead Dunkleosteus hanging from a hook.

A reptilian humanoid with a tail with dorsal plates on his back and two draconic wings working in some kebab joint with Chinese aesthetics breath fire on a couple of barbecues which made Leora nearly yelp from that with her head bended back a bit(Droganians from SCP-7629).

They passed by a few Fae people, some with animalistic caricatures like the classic Fae while others looking like the typical depiction of the Fae with long ears and insect wings and such some even flying with Dragonians while the Vermillion Prince looked in childish curiosity.

Miller who collected the cracked crystals that used to house the jelly SCP during the walk exchanged it for money to the owner of a jewelry store who was a….humanoid rat, the being checked the crystal cracks with an one-eye magnifier used to see if it is legit or not though weirdly enough he bite and licked one of them as well and tsked like he was trying to gain an understand of its taste.

The rat person finally gave his answer "Aye, it's legit." After which, he gave the money in exchange for the crystals.

A couple of seemingly religious groups on ceremonial ropes who the Pines and Corduroy from the book learned were Proto-sarkics walked passed by with their seemingly religious leader having a Nosferatu-like appearance with tall bat ears.

There were posters and commercials on ad monitors that advertised products or services numerous times.

An enormous growth of flesh with chitinous tendrils entwined throughout that looked straight out of a body horror extraterrestrial movie was holding some PC counsel (Designated by Foundation as SCP-2803-A) with a bizarre quote and the name of the gaming company and the one who supposedly said it in atrocious english.

"All wark and no ploy makes Gock a Reel Good at his Jab Boy"

- Stanlye Kooberk

totleighsoft

An ad in an orange-red color of some show from inside of a TV in an electronic store was being played.

'Nicki Knows.'

(SCP-5657)

A poster that seems to advertise a college here on Three Portlands showing the symbol of some sort of chimera of a deer with bird wings and a star above its head.

'Deer College'

An app apparently for finding lost items with the help of anomalous rats showing a rat with a funny colorful hat that Mabel's sense of fashion approved as an ad on an electronic monitor.

'Rat lost and found'

(SCP-6369)

On a wall were some retro branded graffiti words in colors of green, purple and yellow drawn by spray paint with three drawn figures 2 female one male painted in a way like they were painting the name.

'Gamers Against Weed'

"Nice, vandalism seems to be the most norm thing here." Wendy noted amusingly, well she soon will learn the giraffe was far from normal when the male painted figure moved and talked.

"Oh shot! We got caught!"

"Let's go!" One of the female figures said.

The 2 dimensional figures then ran away from one wall to another until they couldn't be seen.

The redhead for a moment stared at what just happened before she shrugged from seeing living paintings "Meh, not the weirdest thing I've ever seen."

As they walked, Leora felt the need to warn the Pines(and the honorary Pines) seeing how they seem getting overwhelmed by all they were seeing "I must warn you, 3 Portland can be strange and intoxicating to those not use to-

"OH LOOK! A PET SHOP!" Mabel pointed at what was indeed a pet shop, then she and the others spread, including her toward the pet shop while Meri glanced qui from one to the other in dismay.

"Is that a STEGOSAURUS!?" Dipper gawked at what was indeed a stegosaurus being used like a camel to carry goods by a psychic merchant who effortlessly used telekinesis to move goods on it.

Wendy looked and saw a weapon store where there was a big battle at the center mesmerized by it "Oh neat."

The worst part Miller was also joined in to geek out as he looked around in wonder.

"Oh who am I kidding," Leora with a deapane nudged her eyes, though she would admit even she was geeking out inside from all this.

Meri shared Lightfoot's opinion as well "I don't think it's a good idea to just waltz around in an environment like none of us have been before."

Wendy scoffed, "Oh stop being such a mom."

"I'm not- !" The antler humanoid nearly protested out loud before she sight in defeat "Fine, only 5 minutes, but don't get too far!"

"Yes mooom."

Meri "Gerph!" In frustration, reminded that she is the oldest of this group and now has to play the responsible one here and despite Wendy being second to, she had a history of vandalism and rebelling.

As Wendy looked around, she checked on Mabel, curious to see what caught her eye in the pet store. One of the cages had two Peacock Spiders the size of a chihuahua with a beautiful mesh mash of green, blue, yellow and red and the other was purple, blue, orange and green the former which was now performing an intricate mating ritual with the other.

"Isn't nature beautiful Meri?" The girl Pines said in reverence.

Meri with an amused smirk which was oddly a bit like her father uttered "You do know female spiders eat their mate after the tie is knot right?"

Mabel blows a raspberry in annoyance for running her mood "You really are Clef's kid." And then left to see the other animals.

The mention of Meri's father made Meri deep down a bit sad. What would her life have been like if her father didn't abandon her? Why didn't he try to meet her before? Did he love her or was she just a burden?

The pet shop had some of the strangest fauna the Pines ever saw with some even looking like common animals but having anomalous abilities like a few instances of SCP-6314 or in case of SCP-111 instances inside some fire-proof aquarium hybrids with the SCP in question being snails of numerous colors with a dragon's head, one of them spat fire on the glass as it moved which did nothing.

Dipper soon also joined his sister curious to see new and strange animals till he found something interesting, a vox with Wondertainment logo on it as he grabbed and checked it "Mabel, look, it looks exactly like that box where Pacifica got her pet from." He showed her which she nodded in agreement.

'Warning for parents: please monitor your children's placement of Adapto-Eggs…. Dr. Wondertainment is not responsible for injuries or death caused by this or any other product.'

"Hey Miller! How come this brand is not considered as a safety hazard for children?" He called out Rainer who shrugged with both hands.

"Eh, beats me, Wondertainment products' safety standards were always questionable at best."

The photonic manipulator girl as she looked at the stores away from others with both hands on pockets, in one of the stores a toyshop she saw a board game based on SCP Foundation which she found funny(SCP-2228). Then caught off guard as someone grabbed her with a hand on his mouth from exclaiming and took her to the an alleyway which she responded by kicking the attacker by projecting a hard light construct teaser in her hand and use it on the attacker causing him or her to jolt and getting free and then give a turn to see who was that.

A caucasian female dressed in brown clothes and a hood probably in her 20s who she would have mistaken as an average human if it were not for silvery green-bluish eyes that glowed despite the darkness

"Okay jerk! You chose the wrong girl to mug!" She made her point after vanishing the taser then created two hard light power fists in a defensive position.

The stranger raised her right hand up "Peace, I'm with the Serpent's Hand, it was not my intent to alarm you." To prove her point she showed the Serpent's Hand's symbol tattooed on her right hand.

"Then you should have thought better than introducing yourself like that!" Lightfoot growled "Who are you anyway!? What do you want?"

The strange woman introduced herself "Call me Silvereyes, I'm a technopath, I used to be SCP-808 before I went MIA thanks to Theli Crisis. Now, call me SCP-808-ARC as they have reclassified me."

Leora processed what she just heard and blurted out. "Theli Crisis? You were an SCP!?"

"Not all SCPs forever stay as SCPs." She further explained "They were experimenting with extra dimensional anomalies, me and some got lost across the Multiverse. I was fortunate to instead be returned to my home dimension and now I'm a part of the Serpent's Hand to send a message from Axolotl's Oracle."

Leora thought for 10 seconds before deciding to gradually command her power fists to disappear; nonetheless, she was still alert on her. "And the reason why you sneaked on me?" Then another thought came in which she knew wasn't exactly the top priority but felt to tell anyway in skepticism "Wait…there is a trans-dimensional house newt god?"

Silvereye only answered her first question as she seemed to be in a hurry. "I was sent to give you this, Axolotl's Oracle told me it would be important." She then came closer, giving her something which she cautiously took. Looking closely it was a striped multicolored scarf which would be indistinguishable to a real scarf if it were not for it to keep changing its length, squirming alive and showing a degree of sentience by rolling itself along its width to become thinner, after which it will move to form individual letters.

'BORED'

(SCP-2991)

The photonic girl felt the need to ask "…a living scarf?"

"Yes."

"The oracle of an amphibian god sent an ex-SCP who works for Serpent's Hand to give me a scarf that can only speak in less than two syllables."

"Yes."

She now felt a migraine on how ridiculous all of this was began to sound like as she held her breath "What does this even- "

"You will find out soon, we'll meet again."

She wanted to object before the Technopath used her power to cause a surveillance camera to explode which made Leora to instinctively shield her eyes. When she opened her eyes there was no hint of Silvereye.

She groaned in vexation "Can't you people be EVEN MORE CRYPTIC!?" She in exhaustion of all this cryptic messaging shouted out to the sky. Oh well, at least the scarf tidies on her by itself by adjusting its size so she won't have to worry about it not fitting.

After wearing the scarf 'It's a nice and tidy scarf' Which the photonic anahuman thought. She then went out of the alleyway since the 5 minutes ended to meet with others.

"-We saw Snails with dragon heads! They are Sooooo cute!" Mabel gushed with others as Leora came in.

Meri noticed Leora's new scarf.

"Wait a sec, where did you get a scarf? And why is it moving?" It was indeed moving by itself.

"More thickening of the plot, I'll explain later." The Leora with a tired look responded. Meri at first was gonna object but decided to roll with it.

However, before they continued their move, the redhead realized something as she sniffed the under shoulder of her left arm.

"Now I'm thinking about it, my clothes are smelling sweat and blood." The Corduroy took a look at her own clothing which indeed looked dirty in sweat and a bit of blood, though the blood in question was not hers but the enemies she slayed.

"My clothes are all torn open" Miller noted as well as looking around her damaged and war-torn clothing.

"I see nothing wrong with what I'm wearing." The Pines boy shrugged.

The Pines girl commented irritatingly "Because you rarely care about your hygiene!"

"I'm a busy man."

Lightfoot gave a sniff on him before she backed away in revulsion "Yuck! Your sis wasn't kidding!" Which made Dipper huff.

Leora then sniffed on the deer hybrid who looked confused on being sniffed at "Hmmm, you smell like fresh spring." The photonic manipulated commented with a serenity expression like she just smelled a very nice naturally produced perfume from a flower.

Meri, not sure on how to respond to that "Thank you?" so she responded in apprehension.

The Friendly Neighborhood Keter temporarily thought with a hand on his head till he reached a verdict "Eh, there is no harm in buying new clothes, for the record though, my money is not infinite so not everyone- "

An hour later…

"Oh who am I kidding?" Rainer, annoyed, declared with a frown, losing a lot of the gained money he got from the rat guy.

Everyone but Meri were now wearing new clothes.

Miller was wearing a red and black hoodie except unlike his old one it was sporty.

Leora wore a black and green boston jacket with the green part being light and had two pockets.

Mabel in her typical Mabel fashion was wearing a skirt with a set of conflicting colors with also the addition of having a baby carrier where the Vermillion Prince was there gurgling happily.

"Uh, is it necessary?" Miller bat an eye on the baby carrier.

"She's a girl, you wouldn't understand."

Leora nearly rolled her eyes "Oh for the- just pick a pronoun and stick with it before this starts sounding offensive." she exasperated.

Mason's new clothes were the most eye-catching as they were through the ringer: boots, trousers and jacket with plenty of pockets all black with only the boots and jacket grayish. Practical for adventures.

"Damn dude, you're rocketting that look!" Wendy wearing a new orange flannel complimented Dipper which he briefly had a small blush which he tried to hide. The only thing they haven't changed about their clothes is that they were still wearing their switched hats respectively.

The only one who hadn't changed clothes by now was Meri.

"Hey antler, Don't you want to try new clothes?" Wendy inquired about her.

"I'm allergic to synthetic silk, besides…" She then commanded her naturally fibre made clothing to change into a blue shirt with a set of short pants. "I have that covered."

After paying for the clothes, they continued their walk until on their way they saw a tent which was titled 'Nadox's Aeonic Comprehension.'

Mabel noticed it "Oh look a diviner tent! We should check that one out!"

"I'm probably gonna regret this but," Leora with a sigh asked, "Why?"

"We are in a place which is like every sci-fi and fantasy nerd's dream! So, who's to say all the divine future stuff wouldn't be hocus pocus here?"

Everyone considered his reasoning, Dipper also agreed with his sister as well "Not to mention, it could help us."

The antler humanoid was unsure "I uh…not sure how to feel about subscribing to witchcraft from a dystheism religion, but again I'm literally the daughter of a pagan who is also a Christian so…" she shrugged.

They unanimously decided to give divination a chance, so after paying to enter the tent they were led by a Sarkic to an underground cavern until she left them there, there was no one there, just a wet floor and growth vegetarian which suggested that this cavern is connected to a sewer network. They waited and waited; nonetheless, nothing happened.

Lightfoot impatiently tapped her foot until she announced "Well, we tried, let's get out."

She took a turn toward the exit until the ground made clicking sounds as if something huge was slithering toward them, next Meri felt a headache on her head as she put a hand on her head.

"What is it?" she asked harshly, touching her ax in preparation for an attack like others.

"I…I sense…something…ancient."

She shuddered, then the thing that she felt came out of another pathway cavern in all its glory like a serpent.

"What, in Dante's Divine Comedy is that!?" The daughter of a pagan goddess uttered breath taken so as others gasped from the thing that was in front of them.

It was some kind of giant fleshy worm with no eyes with its mouth resembling a fleshy, multi-layered Venus Flytrap with teeths looking at them with nonexisting eyes, it was as if Lovecraft and Cronerberg had put their minds together to make the most eldritch grotesque looking creature possible.

"I…I am a monument to the past epitaphs." It uttered in low pitch and gravelly.

Maybe this was really a bad idea after all as they thought staring at the grotesque abomination in front of them.

Miller feeling nervous stammed a bit "I uh- a-am sure you really are a diviner and not a fraud and all, so excuse us if we-" he tried to give an excuse for him and the group to get out as they slowly tried to walk toward the exit until the entrace was locked by threatening tendrils and the creature continue to speak from its foul mouth speaking with an authority that made them to stand still.

"There is much to talk about. And I've known things through flesh and metal and time."

One of its many tendrils then pointed at Meri who was feeling naked by the attention the thing gave to him.

"This one has the flesh of the divine, and yet her mind is unresolved."

It then got a bit closer to Dipper's discomfort flinching at getting a bit too close of a look to the abomination.

"This one has the nerve of titanium, and yet his mind is chugged with self-doubt."

It was especially unsettling for Dipper as it almost sounded fatherly.

It's head then slithered toward Wendy who was trying to look stoic.

"This one pretends to be ice, when fire is not meant to be frozen."

Wendy gave an eyebrow and was gonna demand more answers before it glanced at Mabel with one of its tendrils pointed at a mortified Mabel.

"This one is that of a shooting star, burning bright and yet falling fast."

Mabel was feeling too uneasy to care about her divination, particularly the fact that the entity seemed slightly sympathetic toward her. The fleshy Venus Flytrap then took its non-existing eyes on Leora feeling small hard light constructions sparking in her hands as she turned her head away from the too close for comfort eldritch diviner.

"This one is touched by the Serpent and the Xolotl's followers and will shine as a firefly."

The fact that she knew that she was contacted by the Serpent's Hand was confirmation to her that this was not hocus pocus.

The unsightly diviner then slithered a bit around the frozen Miller.

"This one still lives in a fantasy, thinking himself as the hero of the story and yet finds hope in the cage."

It then gazed back with another of its tendrils pointed at the Vermillion Prince who in contrast to others wasn' scared, if anything they seem uncharacteristically stoic, something that Mabel recall she only saw when the Tickle Monster exorcist Scarlet King's influence on her though in this case it wasn't more like seeing this thing as an enemy, but rather wary.

"This one is Vermillion in defiance of the Scarlet, the ender of the crimson kingdom."

The ancient oracle after giving its divination which the group could swear was there was of a bit of a sound of awe in its tone, it then went back with distance away.

"Fate has made you strange allies, but untied against the crimson tyrant it will make you brethren."

With no warning, its fleshy tendrils then held the group and dragged them away hastily toward their exit as they struggled, shouted and screamed in surprise until when reaching outside of the tent the tendrils slow their pace and gently put them on ground on both of their foots in case of Mabel who was carrying triple 9 even more so and even patted her on her head, afterwards they went back to their controller and disappeared with no hitch, resulting in the group to immediately sprint away from the tent.

They stood still after giving sufficient distance away from the tent, there was an awkward space between them as they were processing what just happened, none could formulate an appropriate response to this as they started to nowhere with haunted looks while people around them walked past them with no care in the world.

"Well…that was something." Dipper stated as he tried to process what just happened.

Leora shuddered, "Let's agree to never pay for divination even when it's legit." Everyone nodded in agreement with her, afterwards they walked a bit fast to quickly put distance away from their new nightmare.

Unknown to them, they were chased by a group of rough-street looking gang and their leader is a black-green Droganian with spikes instead of dorsal and 2 silver and three golden teeths all of whom looked like a biker gang. The leader in question looked at his phone showing the image of SCP-999 highly wanted by Chaos Insurgency and Children of the Scarlet King related to pictures of some of the kids he is watching over.

After putting distance as much as possible from the eldritch oracle and their mind in self-defense mechanism suppressed their experience, feeling hungry they chose to check on a restaurant belonging to a famous restaurant changed in the anomalous world called Ambrose.

As they sat on the table and looked at the menu given to them by a waitress, they realized it would be hard to choose what foods to order when all of them you can't find in normal restaurants.

"Caviar Platter that has Kraken egg caviar?"

Dipper amusingly thought that Pacifica would definitely try the Kraken Caviar, being rich and rich people have a thing for fish eggs. "Five Sense Linguine inducing you with temporary total sensory? How does that even work?"

"Dragon's Baked Alaska? Not too hot for my taste." Leora decided to not choose that.

"Sarkic Burger? Do they have something vegan or at least a diet? Even the bread is made of meat." Meri wasn't a vegan, but even she found the amount of meat to be excessive, but again it has Sarkic on it so it was to be expected.

Mabel found something catching her eye "Oooh Volcano Cake!"

Meri sight "Mabel, it doesn't even have nutrients."

"It's for my precious Prince! I may have a sweet tooth, but I will never ruin my look!"

Gurgle

The said Prince gurgled with whatever unintelligible way of saying.

"These all are some of the weirdest dishes I ever saw." Wendy noted, finding it hard to choose what.

Rainer gave his point "After the expenses on the clothes, I think it's best to try something light- "

An hour and a half later…

Burp

An undignified audible burp came from a satisfied Mabel.

"We were hungry." Miller looked idly at the check that surely was going to max his credit card to the half if the new clothes didn't.

Everyone was full; Dipper as he found out it is possible to temporarily feel all senses as he laid there drooling for a few minutes in a catatonic state, Meri decided to settle with Cretaceous salad dish, Wendy ate a whole Sarkic burger with her legendary Corduroy hunger, Leora was full from eating the Draconic Style Kebab, Mabel greedily ate the special pizza with toppings of an underground giant green fluorescent fungi with meat of a Cocktarice feeling like she was gonna explode from how full she was, Eir feeded on nuts, Miller choosed Yokai Noodles but upon seeing that instead of meat balls it had eyeballs he lost most of his appetite and decided to settle with Honey Jelly dessert(though he would immediately spilled it out if he found out the jelly used mushed up larva of a mongolian death worm) and the Vermillion Prince no longer on the baby carrier gurgled happily from the Chocolate Mountain it consumed digesting it in their translucent body under the table behind its curtain.

Leora groaned "I don't think I ever ate this much in my entire life."

Mabel agreed with Leora's assertion as well "I'm starting to see how my Jewish ancestors survived 40 years in the desert."

Wendy, seeing Dipper still catatonic moved her hand in front of his eyes "Hey dude."

That snapped him out "Uh, what? Everything feels duller now."

"Ugh, now I really have to go W.C." Mabel then got out of her seat to get WC.

Dipper who returned to this plane of existence after a few minutes of trying to adjust then told them something he just learnt "I think those rough biker gang-looking gangsters didn't come for dinner."

"How do you know?"

"I just experienced my 5 senses, please don't ask how." Mason begged them not to ask about what he just experienced.

Just one que, a group of rough-looking malefactors walked toward them, surrounding them. The gang were a mixture of multiple races and all had this black circle brand with a S and a on top of it with their leader being a bulky draconic humanoid.

Leora bent her head a bit toward Miller "Red alert; incoming Buffed Villain."

The Droganian, who was the leader, then began to bellow with a gruff, low sound.

"Where is it?" the strange creature asked, its voice echoing all around.

"Where is what?" Meri narrowed her eyes.

"Where is SCP-999? If you care about our welfare, you'll give it to the Chicago Spirit."

Rainer, though recognized the name wasn't intimidated, he laughed being well-versed in the history of the anomalous world he found what he just heard funny "HA! Chicago Spirit? Don't make me laugh! The real Chicago Spirit died out in the 20th century, you all just one of the wannabe gang of thugs taking their name to sound cool- " he stopped his taunt when a knife from a humanoid robot with only one optic to his neck threatened him.

"Have more to say warm blood?" The leader snarled

Lightfoot informed them "Are you really willing to do this in public?"

"What public?" The fire breathing leader asked rhetorically. And when they looked around, there indeed was no one but them.

"Now we can do this the easy way or- "

"Or what?" Wendy brought her ax with grit and Dipper made his spear appear in his hand.

Meri winced at that "Good show of defiance, but I don't think spear and ax can match guns."

The gangsters indeed had guns pointed at them.

"Now hand over the slimy sugar goo," he then turned to Eir with a growl , scaring her by a snap"ah ah! If that empathetic pet of yours tries to use its power, you all are dead!"

"I don't know what you're talking about." Miller freight ignorance which did not convince the scaly leader who with a nod of his head commanded a male human gangster with a mohawk to check under the table.

To the relief and surprise of the hostages, SCP-999 was no longer under the table.

"Huh? Isn't there a boss." The mohawk guy stated.

"I can see that milk drinker!" The Droganian growled in irritation which made him startled a bit "Take the brats, we see how corporate they will be."

"HEY!" Mabel from the other side shouted, gaining their attention holding the Tickle Monster.

"Wanna jelly? Just ask!"

She then swung the Tickle Monster like a bola.

"JELLY THERAPY!"

With a cry the jelly monster was thrown as it gurgled hitting at a Taronyu with an eye-patch's face who panicked in shouts "IT'S EATING MY FAAAAAACE!" The alien gangster shot his Tommy Gatling Gun shooting red superheated beams randomly in a failed attempt to shoot the sentient jelly causing everyone else to dash and take cover from the line of shots that

"STOP SHOOTING IMBECILE!" the humanoid dragon roared as he hid under a table.

The cashier of the restaurant heard the commotion and came to see what was going on "What's going on AGH!" he ducked down from the blasts making holes around on walls and tables with his hands on his head.

"CHEEZ IT!" Mabel shouted and she and the Mystery Gang indeed cheezed it by running away.

The jelly SCP then bounced off from the panicking alien's face and landed and then joined them in their run by landing on Mabel and then sitting in her baby carrier.

Miller on his way tossed a few money to the cashier. "Sorry man!"

As got out of the door to the outdoors, sprinting in the allies.

Roar

The door is violently opened by the flying Droganian with his underlings. "GET THEM!"

With that order the gang shot their guns at them, machine guns and gatlings shot in a rain of fire at them which caused the people around to yell out and run. One of the shots narrowly gave a flesh wound at the yelped Wendy dangerously near her neck and if she wasn't lucky the bullet would have torn the flesh instead of just some skin damage, seeing that Leora commanded shields of hard light at the back of every of the group temporarily to protect them.

On the run, Wendy threw stuff and objects around to delay their pursuers, an action which other of her group did as well. Meri to delay the chasers further made bushes with thorns which forced them to take a turn with one of them a female with dyed green hair yelped and fell into one of the bushes. "AH!" The other gangster didn't waste time aiding her.

The Dragonian in frustration as it flowed then with a fiery breath shot a ball of fire which nearly toasted Wendy if it weren't for Lightfoot constructing a shield of hard light albeit momentarily around her. Eir saw this flow a bit up and produced a sonic blast which flinged the Draconic humanoid a bit off only to regain his altitude and breathe another ball of fire which Eir bolted with a chirping exclamation away.

Miller summoned multiple portals which launched random objects to wired phones, furniture and even a soccer ball at the chaser managing to slow or momentarily inculcate them with two of them being hit on the face by a literal football bat.

3 of the pursuers took a shortcut by a turn through a valley which lead them in front of the group, in response Mabel with her new grappling hook shot on the Finfolk criminal's face catching him with its claws to his surprise and then jumped using the working gear of her grappling hook and hit him on his face with a kick dropping him, the other two a human and a Fae tried to react by shooting her but before they could Dipper threw his spear pinning the human to a near wall and Wendy went down and in acrobatic display thanks to her exercises used both of her leg to hit at the criminal Fae's chest making her gasp in and drop. The pinned human criminal who no longer had his gun as it was dropped off his hands tried to get out with the spear holding him by his right sleeve of his shirt; however, Dipper commanded the spear to disappear and on his way kicked him on his head with a brick on the ground which broke on his head and caused him to lose consciousness.

Another one this one being another Taronyu pointed his rifle at Dipper from the roof of a building who then got snatched by the claw of Mabel's grappling hook on his left arm before he yelped as Mabel pushed it up making the fiend to fall into a trashcan.

Mabel passed by Dipper who joined the run while his gun retracting "And you gave me crap for grappling hooks!" Mabel, slightly satisfied gloated on his brother as the jelly SCP gurgled happily during the whole thing like a child who just experienced a rollercoaster.

"I'm sooo gonna adopt you next with Waddles!" The Pines girl gushed over the Tickle Monster.

As the gang of Pines and anomalies ran, they reached a dead end in an alley with a wall blocking their way.

"Ah shot!" Wendy cursed.

The criminals came in with guns pointing and the group readying their weapons; Dipper with his spear, Leora constructing a hard light sci fi looking blaster rifle, Wendy with her ax, Meri growing vines, Eir landed on the ground readied her sonic weaponry with wings opened in a way to look bigger, Mabel with her grappling hook while getting in front of them and worried Vermillion Prince despite its protest and Rainer summoning a portal which gave him a bat.

"How adorable, last chance hatchlings!"

"Uh, boss? You sure that thing is the jelly thing?" The female finfolk asked.

"Yeah, why?"

"It has limbs and is all vermillion-y instead of being an orange blob."

The reptilian growled in annoyance with a hand dragged on his face "We can worry about whether that thing is or is not, after we take them from those maggots' corpses!"

"Is there a problem gentlemen?"

Someone came in behind the gang making everyone glance back on who he was.

A short stout Egyptian man with lion-like mane and a significant beard wearing a doctor's coat most noticeably, he had Foundation insignia on him.

The leader and his gang recognized the Foundation symbole and the leader gave a mocking smile with his fangs "Oh look, we have a skipper, I feel so afraid! Afraid the Suits aren't here to babysit ya!" The leader trashed him gangster style.

"Skipper?" Dipper uttered in confusion

"Suit?" Leora didn't understand what those supposed to even mean, in fact none of them got it.

Wendy snarked "Dude, we don't even know what any of those slang terms mean and that's coming from a gal with vandalism charges!"

The reptilian ignored that and began showing literal fire smoking from his mouth as his underlings pointed their weapons at them

"Now why don't you go away I don't know, keep the veil or mindwipe some screeching females?" The leader with fire in his mouth threatened.

The unknown man didn't seem intimidated, if anything he had no worry who had the warm expression of an elder who shrugged with both shoulders. "Well…what kind of man would I be if I see minors getting harassed and doing nothing?

"So…show how brave you are harming the youth."

The Droganian snarled at the seemingly innocent retort "You asked for it, waste him!" He let a ball of fire at him which hit him making a puff of smoke so as rains of fire were shot at him, when the smoke dissipated the leader's grin dropped seeing the Skipper was not there.

"Where the- !?"

"Right here." Their target inexplicably was behind him which made him to react fastly, turning back trying to bit him only to then get punched at his stomach with a powerful yellow electric punch catapulting him away till he hit inside a worker's bathroom with such force that the door got closed and the bathroom dropped backward leaving no imagination of what just happened inside with the sound of water and the groan that was coming.

The group and the gangsters' locked jaws dropped until the gangsters tried to avenge their leader with the daring humanoid dodging shots that came toward him and he intentionally made sure that every shot on him would get hit on others as well. One of the gangsters a muscular black man brought a balisong knife which he with a move of his holding hand opened its blade after which he tried to use it to slice the man with manes open 9nly for him to in response moved his hand away with a push and made a direct hit at pressure pointed causing it to go limb and drop the knife to his shock.

"My arm! It can't MOVE!"

The man who just used pressure points advised him "A friendly advice; don't idly threaten a guy who knows anatomy like the back of his hand."

He then hold his hands together creating voltages of yellow electricity with his eyes glowing in power and as it grow stronger while the gangster tried to rain on him he gestured it open causing a wave of electricity that casted them away and if the force of that wave or the crash to other objects didn't knocked them out, the electricity did as they stayed down some moaning in agony.

ROAR!

The door of the worker opens with a roaring blast of fire from which the draconic leader with his sharp teeths in a visible snarl jumped with both wings only to then dive directly at him only for him to then aligning both fists and then came from up to the scaley crime lord with such force that he crashed to the ground with a loud crushing of the earth.

The Droganian just stood there, groaning in pain with his body slightly twitching as the group gawked at the guy who just kicked the gang's collective asses by himself with the sentient scarf make an expression of shock with both ends as it was near Lightfoot's neck on both of her cheeks like hands and Eir with a shocked chirp as it sat on the ground fell backward. The said man then returned his gaze.

the defeated leader got his head up "Ya-ouuu…. Don't…" tried to put words to give a futile threat, already feeling his face puffed and losing a few of his metallic teeths.

"If there is one thing I detest more than reptiles."- the victorious man then put his foot gently on his head with a detest look-" Is those willing to put a harmful hand on children." With that finality, he pushed the reptilian's head down making him give a weak wail till losing consciousness.

He gazes this time with a jovial expression to the group of the now gawking SCPs and Pines who in reaction pointed their weapons at the new powerful threat "Well don't be shy kids, I don't bite." He said assuredly.

"Not…that we don't appreciate but who are you?" Wendy, with her ax pointed, asked suspiciously.

"I was just on the way to the hospital till I saw you needed help; besides, we SCPs have to stay together."

Meri seems to recall something from the information she absorbed "Wait…I know you! You're SCP-208!" The others looked at Meridiana for explanation. "I met him when I broke my leg during a containment breach years ago, he's good." She vouched for him.

"Please, call me Bes." Bes humbly asked.

Dipper then had a realization from all the information he gathered in mythology "Wait, Bes as in an Egyptian deity?"

Bes aligned two of his fingers gesturing "More like a lesser deity son."

The Egyptian then moved toward Wensy who was a bit reluctant as one of his hands pointed at her wound near his neck which glowed in yellow causing the wound to heal by itself.

The Corduroy in wonder checked with her hand as the wound was no more "Thanks man." He thanked him

"No problem, I detest juveniles getting hurt."

That sent off a reaction of outrage from the group.

"I'm not a child!" Miller blurted out.

"Wha- I have you know I'm 17!" Wendy in indignation complained with a hand.

"I'm 18!" Meri joined the protest.

Dipper joined as well "And I'm almost 15, technically a teen!"

Bes then grabbed two lollipops from his coat causing 999 and Mabel to immediately come to get it.

"Oh! Lollipop!" Mabel grabbed one while the gelatinous devoured the other lolipop fully.

Bes smiled amusingly while the others glared at Mabel.

"You're not helping our case!" Lightfoot hisses at the Pines girl and the Vermillion Prince who did not give a care.

A figure walked with grace in the abandoned anomalous waste disposal factory, looking around, then coming down on his knee taking the dirt with his gloved hand and sniffing it only to then drop it with a blow as the dirt began to radiate with crimson glow resulting in then holographic figures of the Pines and the others to be shown to him.

The figure gave a predatory smile looking at his new prey.

A sickly man who seemingly was possessed, stuck to a wheelchair in a straightjacket lashed out violently with his eyes turning green with eyes turning slit with the wheelchair held by a human nurse as a Fae doctor took a look unfazed by what she was seeing like this wasn't her first time.

"I will drink you out of your bone marrow!" The possessed man hissed.

The Fae doctor was not impressed even a bit "Ugh, another possession, take him to an exorcist machine." The nurse moved the wheel chair to the place this machine was supposed to be there.

In another room a man with his pale-looking woman who was grabbing both of her arms in shiver were conversing with a Finfolk doctor.

" -Her urge for blood became so great that she nearly drank out our dog if we didn't reach in time!" The husband explained in distress.

"Your wife has a case of hemovore vampirislism." The doctor gave his prognosis with a nonchalant attitude like it was anything normal to say.

There were more unusual staff and even more unusual patients here in this clean and sleek hospital with tools that either looked more advanced than the conventional medicine or were strange.

This was the place Bes led them into, a hospital.

Meri wondered out loud "I always wondered where you went, I haven't heard of you since your transfer out from Site 17."

"As much as I enjoy work as a physician at the Foundation, I always felt I could do a lot more." Bes replied, then he glanced back at her "So, how has the little sunshine been doing lately?"

"Again, I'm 18 years old." Meri said in annoyance, though there was fondness as well.

"You're still the young girl who put herself in danger risking to save others ." He said which made her smile.

The Pines noted the familiarity between Meri and Bes, reminded them and their relation with the great uncles though in his case for a literal paranormal entity he didn't act outlandish or eccentric like the Stans ironically enough, though he did have a jovial mannerism and a paternal affection for children.

As they walked, Dipper felt the need to ask "Does this make you like…the supervisor here?"

"Think of me more like an intermission from the Foundation. This hospital belongs to the Manna Charitable Foundation."

Mabel thought out loud "The SCP Foundation has a Charity?"

"Weeeell, more or less. It's its own organization but it does answer to the Foundation authority in case they do something dangerous."

"How can a charity group be dangerous?" Wendy gave an eyebrow at the notion that something akin to an international charity organisation can be dangerous, so as the Pines.

Bes chuckled, "I thought the same at first, they're good people, though they can sometimes be misguided." He then brought an example to make his point "One time one of their ex-employees tried to stop the usage of fossil fuels by resurrecting prehistoric creatures that died to make those, that caused a ruckus not to mention nearly wrecked the ecosystem, even now the Foundation is not sure that all the de-extinct creations have been contained."

Somehow that wasn't even the strangest thing the Fallers heard, causing Dipper to nudge the bridge of his nose and Wendy's face to fall deadpan at the idiocy.

Bes who now reached his office gestured to them to come first politely and to sit as he sat on the seat of his table "So, what's your story?"

They began to explain to them how they got this far; from the Children of the Scarlet King and Chaos Insurgency's invasion to how they ended up here, the hectic battle, the Scarlet King and his followers hunting them.

Bes seems to be in deep thought with a hand on his chin losing his jovial tone to that of serious and sympathetic "I go call the Foundation, but considering who we are dealing with I have to do so secretly instead of just giving them a call, so it may take time." He made his decision and got up "Until then, I can give you a place to rest for the night."

Dipper tried object "But we can't just rest, we are in some really deep sh- "

Bes cut him off with a gesture calmly "Rest, you all been through a lot more than any kid should," he then give his advise assuring them "Worry would only waste energy, try to take time to take care of yourself first, otherwise you won't be in any shape to help others."

Dipper tried to protest again but seeing how he and the others were so tired, he relented.

"There is an empty room I can give you until I contact the Foundation agents and they come, allow me to show you."

"And If any of you needed something, just say my name to one of the staff."

"Thanks Bes, I own you one." Meri thanked him which he humbly stated with a tender smile.

"You don't have anything owed to me," He smiled.

00:15 A.M…

Bes was nice enough to give them a room for 7 people with 7 beds, though the Therapy Bird had to sleep on a separate small pillow on a table which she did not mind. Although not everyone found it easy to sleep even after taking showers to clean themselves.

Dipper finally had the time to process all of this: stranded in an anomalous world, nearly losing his sister only for her to then nearly lose her mind, Wendy in agony by that parasite, the furious cry of his mother rampaging on the enemies when everyone thought Mabel was a goner and more worryingly how others back in Gravity Falls are doing by now with the battle lost. What has happened there while they ate hot meals, looked around like tourists and rested? It made his stomach twist, still he from his experience knew what Bes said was true, worry only waste energy, he has to use it when he is ready. Even still, he couldn't sleep so he continued to read his father's book.

Leora and Miller were thinking about their friends and if they survived or not. Miller though knew Bright would just change to another body after pushing him away from being crushed by that goliath of armor, felt melancholic so as about everything that happened including seeing Mabel losing her sanity and worry about his anomalous friends like his vigilant friend, Cain, Alexei, the Iris' and others. Leora also was thinking of what Silvereye told her and wondered why she gave her an anomalous sentient scarf as she boringly was playing with it to keep her mind.

Mabel thanks to being close to the Tickle Monster had the easiest to sleep despite all the trauma she just witnessed in a day as she held them like a teddy bear as they reciprocated as well feeling the Pines girl's tears from her shutten eyes on them.

Doctor Glass called it 'Smiling Depression' as Mabel and Dipper heard in their sessions with him, the act of when individuals who are experiencing depression mask it by a smile or acting silly, there was a time Mabel didn't had that and was bundled with energy and optimism truly, but that was before Weirdmageddon, before the Scarlet King tormenting her.

A common misconception was that SCP-999 erases trauma, they do not, what they do is help those affected by their anomalous ability to learn how to deal with it and move high up by experiencing their happiest state of being and contentment and re-experiencing their most cherished memories, trauma will always change a person, whether it is good for ill is the real conundrum. The Vermillion Prince did know despite all the smiles and silly self Mabel was today so as Dipper, that deep down she was still shaken and all they can do is to help her to process this healthily and take solace that she refused to be jaded and broken by the Hateful King.

Wendy with one leg on the other on her bed couldn't sleep either, still processing all things that happened.

The revelation about her mother, the memory of being tricked into thinking that she killed Dipper by that changeling who made a flesh homunculi mockery of her mother was still fresh and the mocking sound of Dehak.

'Behind the tough act and the cool mask. You are just a little girl crying for her mommy. '

She still remembered crying at the dead body of fake Dipper and was feeling responsible for rushing into things like she always did leading to Mabel nearly dying or worse with a weighting of guilt, her rash decision in her pursuit of vengeance nearly cost her everything. What if the gelatinous SCP couldn't save her? What if that vision of killing Dipper was true? What if they couldn't kill Jeser?

And what about those in Gravity Falls: what about the Stans? her friends? Her brothers? Her father? Are they okay? Are they safe? So many questions and she dreaded to know the answer to any of this. This isn't like one of those adventures were she just rushed into the danger with no second thoughts, this is life and death for herself and everyone she knew and loved, she needed to be better, she must be better, she needed to stop pretending to be ice and be fire as the eldritch diviner told her.

The Pines boy feeling the suffocating silence decided to interrupt it "Uhm…" he scratched the back of his head awkwardly, "Apparently… The Arthurian legends were inspired by a real Mekhanite sect, though they didn't believe in Mekhane being 'Broken' and all."

A few seconds was silence feeling like he just made things awkward, fortunately it was not as Rainer with piqued interest came fold.

"Oh Yeah, crazy how some of the modern mythologies were inspired by anomalous societies dude," he got up a bit "The wall Dhul-Qarnayn for example was said to be made to protect against ancient sakites and other monstrosities!"

Lightfoot decided she had nothing better to do than join in as she played with her SCP scarf "And Amoni-Ram was actually the beating capital of the Mekhanite Empire."

Wendy inquired "Amoni-Ant?"

Miller explained further, "It is the lost city of the Atlantis of the Middle East."

That brought another question to Corduroy "I never asked dude, but how do you know this much about these things?" She asked the anahuman boy.

"Well, let's just say Dipper here is not the only one with interest in esoteric things," the Friendly Neighborhood Keter embarrassingly stated and scratched the back of his head "That and I spent way too much time with Clef and Bright."

The Corduroy amused noted with a smile "And here I thought Dipper was the only nerd here who had eccentric figures." She then added "Though to be fair, from what I saw those nutjob scientists make the Stans tame in comparison."

The Teenage Gaea muttered in melancholy "You could say that…I never knew my parents."

The redhead gazed at her in curiosity at the mention of her father "Say…since now we know my mom was the victim of a satanic cult who gave birth to my technically illegitimate sibling(Dad, Marcus and the others gonna freak the heck out)..." she mumbled at the last part. "And Dipper and Mabel's parents were badass Foundation agents and Stan 2 is an interdimensional traveler," she made a gesture with her hand "What about you?"

Miller and Leora winced, making Wendy wonder what she did wrong. The answer came from the blunt response of the antler SCP.

"My father killed my mother for trying to revert humanity back to the stone ages.

Wendy was deflated by that answer and immediately regretted asking "Oh…that's deep, man our families can be messy at times."

Rainer agreed with a self-deprecating smile "It can, can't it? My own father left me and my mother and they had nothing to do with cults or anomalous things, sometimes crap just happens."

"Yeah, some parents will see you as nothing but a burden," Meridiana announced sadly. "At least you got to have parents who have been in your life." She said neutrally, but there was a hint of bitterness in it.

Lightfoot decided to interject hoping to reassure Meri "Well…I won't pretend like Clef is someone stable or some perfect paragon because he certainly is not." She emphasized on the 'not' "But, I don't see him as the type who would see his own flesh as a burden."

"Then why did he never try to meet me before, beyond just one note he once wrote?"

"Maybe because he's scared? Or to be vulnerable again?" Dipper gave his hypothesis which gained everyone's attention. "My great uncles, both of them used to fear being open because they were burnt by each other and those they thought they could count on and they fought zombies and interdimensional horrors, that led to their relationship to strained and it nearly cost them everything." He added, Mabel looked sad being reminded of how the Stans used to be and how her and Dipper's relationship nearly suffered the same fate.

Lightfoot blinked in disbelief of that assertion "Clef the guy who is literally nicknamed the Devil for his notoriety scared?" She emphasized on the last word "I don't think I ever say the word scared conjugated with a man as daredevil as him who has a whole arsenal of weaponry as a pastime hobby."

Wendy snorted "That's the stupid thing isn't it? My dad is known as the manliest man in Gravity Falls, but I saw him many times watching Sev'ral Timez. I used to think it was just hypocritical guilty pleasure of his," she then elaborated further somberly "During a heated argument with him which I'm ashamed to say wasn't the last one, I found out he watched those because mom used to watch them and was his way of coping." That sent others deep in thought at that revelation and the Pines looked at Wendy sympathetically.

She then lamented "So yeah, you can be brave enough to face the monsters that dwell in the dark and act all stoic, but it's always opening yourself that would make even the toughest of sons of fudges afraid."

Meri thinks deeply until she concurs hesitantly "I suppose…" she mumbled with a rub on her eyes "But it doesn't matter, I was raised by the Church and they were the ones who raised me, not him, there isn't even a bridge to pass over."

Dipper did not agree with her as he shook his head "It's never too late to make bridges."

Then he heard chirps, coming from Eir who got up chirping to others toward the window as she peaked with her beaks. Something glowing caught the Pines boy's eye from outside of the window which was followed by others.

"Pss! Hey Mabel." He shocked her sister, making her get up with a tired yawn so as the Tickle Monster.

"Ugh, what bro?" She nuzzled her eyes.

"Look." He told her, the SCPs and the Fallers looked outside of the window and saw a group of jellyfish floating in the air illuminating purple in mesmerizing coloration(SCP-331-FR). They looked in awe of these strange but mesmerizing creatures.

"Magnificent…" Meri in wonder uttered.

"Pretty." Mabel had the same reaction as well, as did the Vermillion Prince.

Gurgle

"Know what these are, dude?" Wendy asked Miller for his significant knowledge of anomalies, Dipper couldn't help but muse the fact that he is no longer the supposedly most knowledgeable here.

"I remember reading about them one time when I was transferred to another Site." Rainer recalled and also noted these animals didn't have Wondertainment logo on them despite being a creation of it "They were used to be Wondertainment engineered pets until they got out and breed in the wild, still they didn't harm anyone and maintain this ability to make sleep easier."

One of the creatures they saw entertaining a bunch of younger kids in an alleyway who were a mix of humans, Fae and Yerens by spinning around them and performing small figures. Wendy, Dipper and others tried to warn them only to be stopped by the parahuman boy.

"Don't worry, they don't have stingers." He assured them which stopped them from what they were doing. One of the floating jellyfish seem to take notice as it came in, at first they were hesitant until Mabel decided to open the window a bit while his twin give a her that said 'What are you doing' which was unheeded, one of the creature's tendrils came out of the window gently and Mabel slowly neared hand until she touched it. As Miller said the creature had no stingers unlike its sea-dwelling cousins.

The being glowed even brighter making Mabel smile and this time, as the Vermillion Prince and Mason noticed, it was a genuine smile not the act she played to hide her depression making them smile as well.

Things may seem as dark as the night, yet there will always be stars to guide you from the dark.

The walls were decorated with blood, dead gangsters laid dead on the floor, signs of battle and destruction were everywhere and there were knives and sharp tools stuck on the dead bodies or the walls in this visceral carnage painted red.

At the center of this dark alley was a figure helding the twitching body of the Droganian gang leader from his throat all injured with many knives on his body with his wings broken until the figure snapped his neck with an audible snappe.d.

The figure is a pale man of indeterminate age with fiery red hair matching his crimson irises and a scarlet coat with polished black shoes looking at the crimson phantasms

He gave a sadistic grin worthy of the Old Man, soon they will know why he was given the name Mr. Redd.
