Here we are at Chapter 15. It's time for more hijinks. It's time for more craziness. It's time for more RWBY KEPL Chibi! I do not own RWBY. They belong to roosterteeth. I only own my OCs. Here's chapter 15. Enjoy.

Chapter 15: Loyalty and Action

Skit 1: Silent, but Not Deadly

In a dark corner of Vale, Roman Torchwick goes over a new plan with Neo on how to defeat Ruby and her friends.

"Alright, Neo. I've come up with a new plan this time. Before, we always just went in, practically guns blazing, without any strategy. But, not this time. This time, we'll discover that little red runt's weakness and all the weaknesses of her annoying friends; even her little dog too!" Roman exclaims, while Neo simply claps a little bit. "And you're the key to this operation," and now she stops clapping.

Neo pulls out a sign showing "Why me?"

"Because, thanks to your semblance and your skills as a fighter, you'll be able to sneak in there and scope out their weaknesses without anyone knowing. Now, hop to it and get as much dirt on them as you can find," Roman says, and Neo facepalms.

Nevertheless, Neo finds herself within the Beacon campus, hiding behind anything she can use for cover as she searches for Ruby and her friends to scope out their weaknesses. Of course, nothing ever goes according to plan. A sudden bolt of lightning strikes down on her and she barely evades it.

"I thought I smelled something criminal around here, and it turns Torchwick sent his trusty watchdog to do his dirty work again," Neo looks up to see Khazhak approaching with his blades out. "This is a school for students, not scumbags. This is your one chance to beat it, before I make you," Khazhak threatens her.

Neo readies her umbrella and makes the first move with a thrust of her umbrella blade. Khazhak deflects the strike with his right blade before swinging his left at Neo, forcing her to jump back. Khazhak fires off his sword guns, but Neo blocks them with her open umbrella. Khazhak comes in with a swing at her legs, but Neo twirls over it to attack in mid-air. Khazhak blocks the strike and manages to get a kick into her stomach, knocking her back. When they separate, Khazhak charges up his semblance.

"LIGHTNING SLASH!" Khazhak swings his swords, sending out his Lightning Slash technique at Neo.

Neo flips over one blast, but gets hit by a second, only to break apart thanks to her semblance. Khazhak glances around, only to feel something behind him and moves his right sword around to block a strike from Neo's umbrella at his back. Khazhak growls at her and spins around, swinging his swords to force her back. Neo jumps into the air, moving for an axe kick down on Khazhak. Khazhak jumps back from the strike, and then blocks a few more attacks from Neo with his swords. Khazhak fuses his swords into their greatsword form and when Neo thrusts her umbrella at him again, Khazhak catches it in his blade and stabs it into the ground, pinning her umbrella. Khazhak swings around on the handle of his sword to throw a spinning hook kick to Neo's face. Their two weapons separate and Khazhak makes a downward swing at Neo. Neo flips to the side to dodge it and goes for another strike, but Khazhak catches her umbrella in his right hand. He throws her towards a tree, but Neo lands on it on her feet and jumps off it right back at Khazhak. The blade in her umbrella comes out and after making a few parrying strikes with Khazhak's blade, she finds an opening and thrusts it at his face. However, Khazhak barely manages to catch it in his left hand.

Khazhak smirks, "Gotcha," and sends out his lightning along the metal blade and staff of the umbrella, causing Neo to get shocked from his lightning. Neo then falls onto the ground, looking more than a little cooked. "Now then, when you disappear this time... Don't come back!" Khazhak punts her high and far into the air, sending Neo away from Beacon Academy.

"Hey Khazhak," Khazhak turns around as Ruby approaches him. "Is everything okay? I heard what sounded like fighting noises over here,"

Khazhak sheathes his swords, "Oh, just a bit of training. Nothing to worry about, little rose," Khazhak waves it off.

"Okay, well, come on, the others are waiting for us at the cafeteria for lunch. I'm sure you've worked up an appetite," Ruby starts to walk ahead.

Khazhak walks behind her, "You have no idea," he gives a subtle wink.

Skit 2: Family Woes

In Vale, Robyn and her Happy huntresses are checking out the city for the upcoming Vytal Festival.

"I hope they have good food here," Joana notes as she looks around.

"The fairgrounds are said to have food shipped in from every kingdom. I'm sure we'll find you something that will satisfy you, Joana. As long as you don't scare the vendors, that is," Fiona notes.

"Come on, girls. We're not here to cause any trouble. We save that for Ironwood and his military, but this isn't Atlas. So, let's stick with our best behavior. If anything happened here, it could cause problems for me in next year's election," Robyn says.

"I'm sure you'd still win in a landside, Robyn. Everyone loves you, or at least everyone except for the filthy rich," Fiona notes.

Robyn rolls her eyes, "I don't really give a d-,"

"Oh, it's so nice to go on another date with you, Voshkie darling!" they hear a slightly annoying voice (annoying to Robyn) nearby and look over to see Voshkie'ahk walking with Yukari, with the latter's arms wrapped tight around the former's. "This is actually our first date in Vale, right? Oh, I can't wait to see the sights. Not to mention that it will be our first Vytal Festival together. Oh, I wonder if they have any special activities catering to couples," Yukari rubs her cheek against Voshkie'ahk.

Voshkie'ahk blushes, "Yukari, could you please tone it down a bit. We're in public and you're a celebrity, remember. I mean, don't get me wrong, I always love spending time with you, but this is a little much," she pleads.

"No, this is for being away for so long after our last romantic time together..." Yukari then leans close to her ear. "Unless... You're hoping for something a little more private for just the two of us. Something that requires... less layers of clothing," she whispers seductively into her ear.

Voshkie'ahk's blush gets worse now, "L-L-L-Let's go see what they have to eat around here! I'm getting hungry right now," she pulls a giggling Yukari along with her, looking for food while keeping more mature thoughts out of her head.

Meanwhile, Robyn is glaring daggers at Yukari, "What does that hussy think she's doing? Is she planning on doing unspeakable things to my precious niece! That's it. Change of plans. We're following them!" Robyn moves it, with her gang right behind her.

They end up at a local restaurant with tables outside the building. Yukari and Voshkie'ahk are sitting at one table, going through the menu, while Robyn and her huntresses are at another table as far away from them as possible while hiding behind their own menus.

"Um, Robyn, aren't we intruding a bit? I highly doubt that Voshkie'ahk is in any danger right now?" May asks.

"Quiet. Do you really think I'm just going to allow that sick, little, succubus to steal Voshkie'ahk's purity? No way, no how. I can't believe that Khazhak would actually allow this to happen. I thought my sister would have taught him to at least be a good, responsible older brother when it came to his sister dating anyone. She's too young for this," Robyn seethes, nearly ripping the menu in two.

Joana notices something off to the side and taps Robyn's shoulder, "Um, Robyn," she gets Robyn's attention and then points up.

Robyn looks up to see none other than Khazhak on the rooftop of the restaurant, spying on the couple with a pair of binoculars, his own eyes glaring at Yukari as she has Voshkie'ahk taste a piece of her lunch that she offers.

"I think it's safe to say that Voshkie'ahk is in good hands, Robyn. If what you've told us about your nephew is true, then I highly doubt anything bad will happen to Voshkie'ahk," Fioana tries to ease her worries.

"Safe? Looks to me like Khazhak's got a bit of a sister complex going on. That's not being a good big brother. That's bordering on being a creepy stalker," Joana notes, making May snicker a bit.

"Um, what does that say about us then?" Fiona asks.

"I'm just going to focus on what I want to eat. These crazies can tend to their own problems," May replies while looking at the menu.

She's pretty much the only one at the table doing so while everyone else is staring at Voshkie'ahk, or glaring daggers at Yukari.

Skit 3: True Loyalty

Out in the pavilion near Beacon Academy, Team RWBY are planning to have their lunch outside for a change of scenery.

"The weather sure is nice today. Perfect for a little meal out at the pavilion. Good thing I thought of it," Ruby smiles.

"More like dragged us out here without our say-so. Although, I will agree, the weather is nice out today," Weiss rolls her eyes.

"The best part about it is that not many people use the pavilion, so there should be plenty of room, and we'll have to whole place to ourselves," Blake notes. However, as they come around the corner into the center of the pavilion, her idea is proven wrong. "Or at least that's what I thought about it,"

What they find is Azula Skyfall, enjoying a wonderful cup of tea with a basket of sweets to snack on, and Klein tending to her like the dutiful butler he is.

"Klein? Azula? What are you doing here?" Weiss asks as they approach the pair.

Azula takes a sip of her tea, "What does it look like? I'm enjoying a nice cup of tea in such a beautiful and peaceful setting with Klein... or at least I was until more people showed up," Azula notes offhandedly.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Weiss glares at her.

Klein steps in, "Now, now Miss Schnee, there's no need for that. How about you all have a seat over at the other table here and I can prepare you all some tea to enjoy. This is all such a nice setting. I'd hate for anything to ruin it for anyone," Klein plays mediator until his eyes change and he starts sneezing. "Achoo! Ah, I'm dreadfully sorry, Miss Schnee. Achoo!" before he goes back to normal.

Weiss sighs, but agrees. It doesn't take long for Klein to have tea and sweets prepared for them all (which Ruby is more than happy for since he remembered to have some chocolate chip cookies with the sweets). Of course, it doesn't take long for things to stop being peaceful.

"Klein, may I have a refill on my tea?" Azula holds up her tea cup.

"Of course, Miss Skyfall," Klein comes over and prepares her a new cup of tea.

"Klein, would you happen to have more sweets prepared. We need to make sure the rest of us have something to eat before Ruby gobbles them all up herself," Weiss asks while Yang and Blake try to keep Ruby from gobbling up the remaining sweets.

"At once, Miss Schnee," Klein quickly gets to work on preparing more sweets.

"Hey, what are you doing, ordering Klein around?" Azula asks.

"Um, the last time I checked, he's MY butler," Weiss retorts.

"And yet, you haven't really needed him since you enrolled here at Beacon. He's been a great help to me though, and I pay him more than your family ever did," Azula argues back.

"But, I've always seen him as a part of my family. You only see him as an employee and never anything more than that. Klein deserves some more respect for his efforts," Weiss gets out of her seat now.

"Respect? Since when has your family ever respected anyone? You don't even get along well with each other, much less the people who work for you," Azula gets up and right in Weiss' face.

"Um, should we stop them?" Ruby asks.

"No, this is getting good," Yang says while snacking on a strawberry.

The two girls turn to Klein, "Klein, who do you prefer? Me or her?!" they both say together in perfect sync.

Klein looks between the two girls as they stare at him, "Um, well, you see... Achoo! Ah, I'm sorry, my ladies! Achoo!... Now listen, here you two! I've worked for both of you, on and off, depending on the seasons. But , I am a living being, not a piece of property that you can own!" his personality change shut them up before he goes back to normal. "However, I enjoy working for both of you equally. While I personally raised Miss Schnee, I've also enjoyed my time with Miss Skyfall. Besides, it would be ungentlemanly of me to choose one over the other and ended up hurting a lady's feelings. I choose the both of you, and that's my final answer," Klein gives his answer.

The two girls hunch their shoulders, "Even if that's just avoiding the question and not a real answer, I can't really argue," Azula notes.

Weiss sighs, "I guess he's just too good. That's the problem,"

And that's the chapter. Keep those ideas coming. I don't plan on making this a long story, but I will still be working on it for a long while, so don't fret. More hijinks still to come. Until then, please Read and Review.
