A/N: See bottom note, there's been a legit reason for the delay. Well 2 reasons now. Also someone commented there's too much smut in this story, and it kind of threw off my writing mojo. Is that true? Hope I did chapter 25 proud.

Chapter 25

Disclaimer: Is Olivia finally getting some good D on SVU? No? Then I probably don't own it, or OC.

Saturday Morning, Captain Olivia Benson's Apartment

Olivia groaned as a beam of sunlight flashed across her closed eyelids. Not wanting to succumb to what she assumed was the early morning light, she quickly rolled over, and buried her head into the pillow underneath her. The pillow that was also occupied by her boyfriend.

She hadn't meant to wake him up, she heard him hum as she settled against him. He had one arm under her neck, the other was draped across her waist.

Olivia ran her foot down his shin before tucking a leg between his, tangling their feet together.

Just when she thought she could fall back asleep the arm on her waist tightened, and pulled her pelvis snug against his morning wood.

"Feel so good," Elliot muttered. His voice was hoarse, still affected by his sleep.

Olivia smiled, and moved her head until their foreheads were connected, "Its early go back to sleep," she gave him a quick peck, his eyes were still closed, as she settled against him.

She felt him move and chuckle, "It's not that early, I'm shocked I haven't been called in."

"Time is it?" Olivia muttered.

"Almost 11," Elliot supplied after looking at her bedside clock.

"Wait-what?" Olivia asked as her eyes sprang open. She couldn't believe how late it was. They didn't have to work but she rarely slept in so late.

"Mhmm, not early, it's cool though, not like we're late for work or anything," Elliot mumbled as he buried his nose between her neck and shoulder.

Olivia moaned as she felt his lips press against her throat, "As much as I'd like to stay in bed with you all day, some of us have things to do."

Elliot grunted, sucking her smooth skin into his mouth, "Like what?"

"Mmmm, oh you know just adult things," Olivia groaned.

"I like to do adult things…" Elliot trailed off as he thrust his hips, his hard shaft pressing against her core. He ran his hand down the back of his dress shirt that she had fallen asleep in. His hand trailed lower, but he paused his movements at her next words.

Olivia chuckled, "I meant things like laundry, grocery shopping, cleaning, you know all the things your parents do because you live at home."

Elliot moaned loudly, disconnecting from her neck and flopping onto his back, "Wow, quickest boner killer ever."

Olivia laughed as she propped herself up on her elbow, "Sorry Detective but you're dating a grownup with real responsibilities. Come on get up, I'll meet you in the kitchen." Olivia rubbed his bare chest as she leaned over and pecked his lips before getting out of bed.

Elliot sighed heavily as he watched her walk out of the room, looking damn good in his shirt.

Elliot found his girlfriend in the kitchen popping a handful of cereal into her mouth. He could smell the coffee brewing as he approached her.

"You look good in my shirt," Elliot huffed as he grabbed her by her hips. He didn't think she had slipped on any panties, and it was clear she was still braless by the obvious hard tips he could see through his shirt, and feel against his chest. "What you eating?"

Olivia smiled, "Some apple cinnamon Cheerios. Want some?"

"Hmmm, I've never had them before," Elliot mumbled trailing his lips down her neck again. He couldn't keep his hands or mouth away from her.

"Give me a taste," he muttered, tilting her chin until he grasped her bottom lip with his mouth. He released it with a gentle pop, before plunging his tongue smoothly between her lips. He heard her moan as his tongue tangled with hers.

Chuckling slightly Olivia pressed against his strong pec, separating their upper bodies, "There's a whole box right there."

"They are good," Elliot nodded.

"Here," Olivia tossed one into the air, catching it in her mouth and grinning widely.

Elliot backed up a couple feet, "Try me!"

Olivia tossed a Cheerio in the air towards him, smiling when he caught it in his mouth on the first try. "You are a fast learner."

Elliot smirked, "Why yes I am Captain, anything else you wanna teach me this morning?"

Olivia yelped as he grabbed her by the waist and pinned her against the wall between her kitchen and entry way.

Olivia smoothed her hand over his early morning stubble, sealing their lips together again.

She felt his hand run down the outside of her thigh as he tugged and hiked it up against his hip.

Olivia moaned loudly but her thoughts and actions were interrupted by a few random sounds and a-

"What the hell?!" Nick exclaimed, standing in her doorway.

Olivia and Elliot froze, turning their heads towards the intruder.

The three of them were frozen in silence. Olivia noted the keys in the door and the bags in Nick's hands.

Olivia lowered her leg to the ground, and pushed against Elliot's bare torso.

"I-uh-brunch, I thought brunch. We-uh-brunch. We haven't had brunch in a while. Thought we could have brunch," Nick sputtered incoherently.

Olivia nodded as she stood in front of her old partner wearing nothing but her boyfriend's shirt. Elliot was only wearing a pair of boxers. There was no way to deny what he'd walked in on.

Olivia panicked, "Th-this isn't what it, I mean okay it is, but it's not, this just happened."

Olivia felt Elliot tense beside her.

"We-um met up last night to go over some training and protocols. I invited him up for a nightcap and one thing lead to another…" Olivia continued to explain.

She watched the expression on Nick's face change, "Oh, okay…"

Elliot held his hands in front of his boxers and finally spoke up, "Yeah man, it was a one-time thing, we uh-just got carried away."

"Right, right, these things happen…" Nick agreed.

The three of them stood in her doorway in an awkward silence. Olivia thanked God when Nick's phone rang.

She glanced at Elliot when Nick moved to answer his call. Even though they were trying to hide their relationship, she was surprised how much his words still stung.

Her thoughts were interrupted once more by Nick.

"That was the precinct, we gotta go, I told them I'd get you on the way to the scene," Nick supplied as he stepped into her kitchen with his bags.

"Oh um… okay, give me five?" Elliot asked.

"Just give us a few minutes, there's coffee brewing if you want some," Olivia pointed as she followed Elliot into her bedroom. He couldn't very well leave while she was still wearing his shirt.

They didn't speak as he got ready to leave, she rushed to return to her old partner.

Olivia met Nick back in the kitchen.

"I'm sorry you walked in on that," Olivia sighed as she leaned against her kitchen counter in a robe.

"Can't say I'm not surprised, didn't expect to walk into your apartment and see that," Nick grimaced.

"Are yo-you okay?" Nick questioned.

Olivia folded her arms over her chest, "Yes, like I said it just happened, I mean, I like him, and there's an obvious um, attraction, but I'm sure it was just a one night stand, I mean he's a young, good looking, eligible bachelor."

Silence fell upon them again.

Olivia ran a hand through her hair. "Look I hate to even ask you-"

"I'm not gonna say anything, you know that Liv," Nick whispered between them.

"Uhhh I just left the food…" Nick trailed off as Elliot walked out of her bedroom only looking slightly disheveled.

"Okay well, call if you need me, stay safe guys," Olivia sighed.

They both nodded in her direction before walking out of her apartment.

"Shit, shit, shit, shit, shit!" Olivia exclaimed. That was not the way she wanted her relationship with Elliot coming to light.

Elliot found himself sitting in a squad car with his partner.

"So you and Liv?" Nick broke the awkward silence at last.

Elliot rubbed the back of his neck. "Look it just happened, it was great, but it's casual."

Nick nodded, "Don't fuck with her that's all I ask."

Elliot chuckled and tried to appear nonchalant, "Naw man we both know it was maybe a mistake. I mean I wouldn't object to doing it again, but she's my boss, that could get messy."

"Ya, don't play her man," Nick agreed.

"Sure..sure," Elliot hated lying to Nick, but he knew Olivia wasn't ready to disclose their relationship yet.

The case kept them busy until Monday. Neither men had time to talk to Olivia about personal matters.

Nick was sitting in a cruiser with Fin in the early afternoon, Elliot told him he had an appointment, so him and Tutuola grabbed lunch.

Nick was taking a bite of his burger when Fin nudged his elbow.

"Liv seeing someone." It wasn't a question it was a statement.

"Wh-what makes you say that?" Nick gaped, holding his hamburger a few inches from his open mouth.

"She has a spot on her neck," Fin was squinting at someone in the distance.

"Oh, ummm, I didn't notice… Who are you-" Nick cut himself off.

"Isn't that your partner?" Fin asked.

"Uhhh ya, ya it is…" Nick trailed off as he watched Stabler get into a car with a young blonde woman he didn't recognize.

"Thought he said he had an appointment?" Fin questioned.

Nick furrowed his brows. Elliot and Olivia told him they weren't serious but he didn't like seeing Stabler with another woman on his lunch break. Especially when he told him he had an appointment.

"Let's follow him," Nick suggested.

"What? Really?" Fin was a bit surprised by the order.

"Ya, wanna know why he's lying to me, if you can't trust your partner…" Nick let the statement linger between them as Fin pulled out into traffic, following the car the couple got in to.

Fin and Nick followed the car for 20 minutes. They watched as the couple entered a nice nondescript apartment building.

"And now we wait?" Fin suggested.

Nick nodded, "And now we wait…"

The pair of Detectives kept looking around the area, waiting for either people to come back out. Nick checked his watch, "Shit man, it's been half an hour, we gotta go, Liv's gonna notice."

Fin agreed, "We all know what they're doing up there, good for him I guess, but maybe not during the middle of the workday."

"Hmmm, ya," Nick wasn't happy about his partner's behaviour. Liv was probably his best friend and deserved to know what her one night stand was doing just a day after he caught them together.

Captain Olivia Benson's Office, 16th Precinct, Monday Night

Olivia looked up to see Nick knocking on her open door.

"Hey you've had a busy 48 hours, how're things?" Olivia inquired.

She watched as Nick closed her office door.

"Look I could beat around the bush but I'd rather just get into it," Nick confessed.

"Uhhh, okay, go on?" Olivia nodded as he stood in front of her desk.

"Elliot's seeing other women."

Olivia couldn't keep her normal poker face, "I'm sorry what, how, you must be mistaken-"

"I saw him, well Fin and I saw him, with a blonde, this afternoon, I'm sorry Liv, I dunno if you really liked him or not but you deserved to know, you're not the only woman in his life, I hope you were-um-safe..you know," Nick blushed, even with his tanned skin it was obvious.

Olivia dropped her head into her hands covering her face. She didn't know what to make out of Nick's statement. She believed him but who was this blonde woman? She hadn't had a moment to talk to Elliot since Nick walked in on them but certainly he didn't believe the words she said did he?

"I'm sorry Liv-"

"No it's okay, like I told you, it was a one night stand," Olivia tried to smile.

"You want me to beat him up for you?" Nick joked.

Olivia chuckled, "No I'm good."

"Look we followed him to an apartment building, they stayed inside for a while before Fin and I had to get back to work. He told me he had an appointment, I don't know why he lied."

"Wow, well thanks for confirming my initial assessment of him," Olivia grimaced.

"Need anything partner?"

Olivia smiled, she really appreciated the friendship she had with Nick, and the way he continued to look out for her.

"Yes, knock next time?"

Nick laughed, "You got it Liv. Have a good night."

Olivia leaned her head on her hand. She needed to talk to Elliot. What Nick told her played on all her insecurities. Who was the woman and why did he lie to his partner?

A/N: Thank you for taking the time to read. I don't know when I'll be able to update again. Many of you know I lost my Gma late last year, at 96. Then I found out 2 weeks ago, that my DDD is so advanced that I'll probably be wheelchair bound within 2-3 years and it really rocked me. Normally it's my Gma I would rant to about that. Um even more sadly, my Mom found my Gpa dead, slumped over his kitchen table on Monday afternoon. He was 94, we all thought he'd die of a broken heart this year, just not this soon. They'd been together over 70 years, and all he wanted these last 2 months was to be reunited with "his queen," a phrase he's been using decades before millennials claimed it. But our family physician just saw us both last week and he got a clean bill of health. So his death was very sudden. But I'd like to think they're reunited. Less than 10 weeks apart. They lived just 3 doors away my whole life and basically raised me as my parents worked. So please excuse me if I'm not updating a lot right now. Grief is affecting my other diseases and making me quite ill. Hoping to stay out of the hospital though.

Thank you for all your continued support and likes and reviews. They mean the world in this dark dark time of mine. Very un-beta'd.

Oh and the apple cinnamon Cheerios was my Gpa's favourite cereal, little special shout-out for him.
