Hello everyone. I am back with the latest chapter of my awesome story. Hehe. Not really, I just wanted to say that. Anyway, this time, I'm focusing the chapter on the Deetzes and the Titans again, since the last time I did that was chapter 6, when Charles found out about the Titans. Also, you guys are probably wondering why he was relaxed about the Titans being around while Delia isn't. Well I'll tell you guys at the end. Again, Teen Titans and Beetlejuice belong to their respective owners so don't sue me, okay? This is just a story for fun. Got that? Good. Now with that out of the way, let's get started, shall we?
Delia woke up and recovered from fainting and was greeted by a nervous Charles.
"Hey, Delia." Charles said nervously.
"Charles? What's going on? Where's Lydia?" Delia asked. Charles smiled.
"With her friends." Charles replied.
"WHAT?!" Delia shouted.
Meanwhile, in the attic, Lydia and the Titans were telling Robin, Adam and Barbara what happened with Beetlejuice.
"Leave it to Raven to deal with him." Barbara playfully said.
"Hey, ghosts like him don't scare me." Raven said. "And I was protecting Lydia."
Lydia smirked. "You like me."
"Please." Raven scoffed.
"Don't hide it, Raven." Adam said.
"I only tolerate her." Raven said.
"You like me. Admit it." Lydia teasingly said.
"Fine. We're friends." Raven admitted.
"Is that all you got?" Lydia asked, slightly offended.
"Yes." Raven said smirking.
"Lydia!" Delia shouted.
"Miss Uptight woke up." Raven said.
"Shut up." Lydia said. "I better go."
"Aww! Lydia, don't go!" Beast Boy said.
"I have to, BB." Lydia said. "But I'll be back."
Lydia went downstairs to see what Delia wanted.
"Could I put her in another dimension?" Raven asked.
"No, Raven." Barbara replied.
"Shame." Raven mumbled.
Lydia came down the stairs, only to be greeted by Delia.
"What now?" Lydia asked.
"Can I meet your friends?" Delia suspiciously asked.
"Why? So you can send them away?" Lydia asked again.
"What? No, dear. I just want to meet these new people you've been hanging out with." Delia said.
"I don't trust you, Delia and you know it." Lydia shot back. "You never call me dear."
"Look, I heard you talking to people and I'm only looking out for your well being." Delia assured. This made Lydia more suspicious and confused.
"My well being? I'm not a little kid anymore." Lydia said.
"So can I meet your friends?" Delia asked.
"No." Lydia replied. "I'm sorry."
Lydia went back up to the attic in the meantime.
"Oh, that's okay. I'll find out more about them." Delia said, beginning to follow Lydia.
Meanwhile, in the attic (again), Beast Boy was looking at the model in complete awe.
"Don't even think about it." Raven said sharply.
"Aww!" Beast Boy whined. "You're no fun."
"Raven, would it kill you to be nice to Beast Boy?" Barbara asked sternly.
"Yes. Yes, it would, Barbara." Raven replied emotionless.
"Babs, it always kills her to be nice to me." Beast Boy teasingly said.
"Beast Boy, don't tease her." Barbara playfully said.
"Aww, but it's so much fun." Beast Boy playfully said.
Lydia ran up the stairs and barged in the attic.
"Wow. Knock much?" Raven asked.
"Delia wants to meet you guys." Lydia said, ignoring Raven's question.
"WHAT?!" the Titans said.
"Dude, no way." Beast Boy declined quickly.
"Miss Uptight wants to send us away. No." Raven said.
"Wait a minute, guys." Cyborg said. "Maybe she won't be so..."
Delia came barging into the attic, frustrating the Maitlands.
"Knock much?" Barbara sharply asked, earning a glare from Delia.
"Hi, Delia." Lydia blankly said.
The Titans, except Raven, smiled nervously.
"These are your friends?" Delia asked, offending the Titans.
"Delia, let me explain." Lydia said before being cut off.
"Hey! Have you looked at yourself in a mirror lately?" Raven asked. "Miss Uptight?"
Delia was offended by Raven's question immediately.
"I don't like that one." Delia said, referring to Raven as "that one".
"Feeling's mutual." Raven said.
"Raven!" Lydia shouted.
"What?" Raven said.
"Delia, let me explain..." Lydia began saying.
"What is there to explain, Lydia?" Delia asked. "Where do you find these people?"
"This isn't her fault. These guys are the most wonderful people we've ever met." Barbara defended, referring to the Titans as "these guys". Delia looked at Barbara in shock.
"Barbara, you knew about them?" Delia asked.
"Yes." Barbara simply replied.
Delia looked at Adam. "You?"
"Yes, Lydia told us." Adam replied.
Cyborg stepped forward.
"Lydia has been nothing but kind to us and you should be lucky to have a kind girl like her here." Cyborg said, making Lydia smile.
"She's been helping us trying to get home so if you're going to send us away, at least let us say bye." Beast Boy said in sadness.
Delia sighed. "I'm not sending anyone away. You can stay on one condition."
"Name it." Cyborg said.
Delia glared at Raven. "Make sure that one over there watches her mouth around me."
Beast Boy chuckled.
"Don't mess with me and we won't have an issue." Raven sharply said. "And I have a name, Uptight."
Lydia punches Raven to shut her up. "You got a deal."
"Good." Delia said before going back downstairs.
Barbara looked at Raven sternly.
"She started it." Raven said.
"You could've gotten Lydia in trouble." Barbara said.
"But Barbara..." Raven pleaded.
"No buts, young lady." Barbara said.
"Babs is right, Rae." Beast Boy said. "Listen to her."
Raven sighed. "Sorry, Barbara."
"It's okay, but you owe Lydia an apology too." Barbara said.
"I'm sorry, Lydia." Raven said.
"It's okay, Rae. Just don't do it again." Lydia said.
Raven then glared at Beast Boy. "Don't even think about it."
"What?" Beast Boy said.
"Okay, you two. No fighting." Adam sternly said.
"To my room, both of you." Lydia ordered Beast Boy and Raven.
"Lydia, I didn't do anything. She started it." Beast Boy defended.
Raven used her powers to prank Beast Boy.
"Hey!" Beast Boy shouted. "See?"
Lydia glared at Raven. "Raven."
Raven stops using her powers.
"Sorry." Raven said. "Couldn't resist."
"Would it kill you to be nice to Beast Boy?" Adam asked.
"Yes. Yes, it would." Raven replied.
Everyone, except BB, laughed.
"Hey!" Beast Boy said offended.
Well that's done. Now to answer the question. Why are Charles and Delia the opposite of each other in this story? The answer is, I thought it would be more fun if I switched them around for this story. Because to me, it's really fun to write Delia as I think she would be written the way Catherine O'Hara should've played her. Hehe. Oh and another question that's probably going to be on everyone's mind. Where the hell is Otho? Well since this story takes place after the movie, he's not in the story. He ran off after the Beetlejuice thing. So I think he moved out after that. Don't know where though. Heh. Speaking of BJ, I do have plans to have him return. Since the story is called Ghost With The Most, so I plan to have the next chapter be a two parter involving both the Deetzes and the Maitlands finding out about Lydia hiding him. Gasp! Shocking. Anyway, I'll be going now. Chapters 9 and 10 will be out eventually, when I get to them. Till the next time we meet, ciao! :)
