Cody's dragon, Rocky, had completely healed from his past injuries. Cody brought Kimberly along for her to see him. Kimberly brought her two Hellhound friends, Ave and Phoenix. They were all amazed at the dragon, and the two Hellhounds were just as intimidated to meet the famous Sir Cody.

Kim introduced, "Cody, these are my two friends, Ave and Phoenix. Ave is the hacker I told you about who can help us against the I.S.N.A."

Cody shook their hands, "Sir Cody. Nice to meet you."

"Oh, my Satan. It's really him!" Ave whispered.

"Don't freak. Cálmate (calm down). Stay cool," Phoenix replied and then turned to Cody, "Oh, Dios Mio (Oh my god). It's an honor, sir."

"You can call me Cody. So Ave, you're a digitalist hacker. You can literally go into the system?" Cody asked.

"Oh yeah. Do you know Sombra from Overwatch? Yeah, I can do what she can do, but you know . . . better," Ave said with half chuckles.

"I'm her best friend and adoptive sister . . . and also her bodyguard. Anywhere she goes, I go. Innegociable (Non negotiable). No questions asked," Phoenix said.

"Ave's a computer wiz. Anything related to computers, coding, programs, hacking, etc. She's an expert. She also makes music videos, and she's weird. She's really into anime and rally car racing," Kim explained.

"Really?" Cody asked.

Ave gave a small smile as she sheepishly looked away while blushing. She moved some of her bangs out of the way, "Yeah, it's . . . it's really fun and exciting. What about you? Do you like racing?"

Cody shrugged, "Yeah. At least, any racing that's not NASCAR. I'll never understand that. It's just a bunch of cars covered in stickers turning to the left for four hours."

"Oh yeah, that's boring as Hell. I like ones that show challenges. Like off-road racing is pretty exciting."

Cody nodded and then turned to Phoenix, "What about you, Phoenix? What are you into? Anime, video games, Stranger Things? What?"

"A mi? (Me?) I'm a fighter. So, I'm into martial arts, which is why I watch them, including kickboxing. When I'm not kicking someone's ass, I like to cook, and I'm pretty decent at it," Phoenix answered.

"She's great at it! Almost as good as our adoptive mother, Laraine," Ave said.

"So, babe, you're going to fly your dragon today?" Kim asked.

"Yeah, Rocky's wounds have healed. So, we'll see if he can fly," Cody replied.

Billy thought he was ready to fly, so he got Cody a saddle and rings to attach to Rocky's ears. Cody put on a wind-resistant coat and overalls. The wind was going to be chilly today.

"He's a lot bigger than I thought he'd be," Kim said.

"Yeah, he's not small," Cody said, putting his gloves on.

"So, for real? He's your dragon. You have a dragon?"

"Yeah, he's mine. After we took Slaughtersburg and the Bloodhills, he sort of found me and imprinted me. He chose me as his master. I don't know where he came from, but he's had it rough," Cody said, petting Rocky.

"Dragons are very emotional. They may be some of the strongest and most fearsome creatures in Hell, but they need love," Billy said as he assembled Cody's dragon saddle.

"I didn't know that," Kim said as she gazed upon Rocky.

"That's so cool," Ave added excitedly.

"Legend says in ancient times long ago, humans and dragons were one . . . until they separated. Those who cherished the sea and land became men. Those who cherished freedom became dragons and chose to wind and fire. It's ironic when you think about it. Dragons have been symbolic of freedom for centuries, but if they are bound to love, which is why they either roam together or choose a master," Billy explained.

"That reminds me of a saying I once heard about wolves. 'Dogs can be leashed, but a wolf chooses to stay.' Kind of like dragons, right?" Kim said.

"That's exactly it!"

"Anything I need to know about flying for the first time?" Cody asked as Billy handed him the saddle and straps.

"Yeah, when you get up in the air, let him fly independently at his own pace. Take it nice and steady. He should be fine, but pay attention to how he flies. If it's not smooth like he's struggling, there's something wrong, and he'll come down. Give it a good ten minutes or so. If he's fine, then push him to fly higher and faster," Billy instructed as he helped Cody strap the saddle on.

Cody nodded, "Got it."

Cody led Rocky outside as they headed for the field.

"Good luck and be safe, babe!" Kim waved.

"I'll do my best," Cody replied with a smile.

"I'd say don't fall, but you got wings. So, I wouldn't worry about it," Phoenix said.

Cody got on the saddle, and Rocky stretched his wings, limbs, and tail. Cody put on his helmet, face mask, and goggles. He held the reins and got ready.

"Hah!" Cody called.

Rocky sprinted into a run and flapped his wings. Soon, he got off the ground and continued to climb higher. Cody could feel the cold wind blowing into him. Thankfully, the clothes and gear held up. Cody did as Billy said and let Rocky fly at his own pace. Rocky didn't go up very high, only about ten stories. Even at this height, the view was fantastic. The countryside looked pretty, and everything down below looked small.

After that, he steadied into a glide while keeping the altitude, flapping his wings every now and then. The whole time, Cody paid attention to the feel. It was smooth, and Rocky didn't make any strange noises or show signs of something wrong.

Billy called Cody on his earpiece, "How's he feel?"

Cody replied, "It's pretty smooth to me. He's not making any noises that he's in pain. I'm not seeing or feeling anything wrong."

"Okay. That's good. He's all healed up. Push him, fly higher and faster."

"Come on, Rocky! Hah!" Cody called while giving the reins a good whip.

Rocky roared and flew faster while climbing higher into the sky. It takes a long to be high above the clouds. The view was incredible. Even with Hell's red sky and dark clouds, it was stunning. Rocky and Cody stayed up there until Rocky closed his wings and took a nose dive to build up speed. As their velocity increased, so did the wind blowing into them hard.

Then Cody steered Rocky to open his wings, and they zipped around the sky with lightning speed. The girls watched in breathless awe as Cody and Rocky flew through the air with incredible speed and agility. It was like watching Toothless fly in 'How to Train Your Dragon.'

"Wow," Ave breathed.

"Look how fast he is," Phoenix pointed.

"Yeah. He's big, but he's not slow at all," Kimberly said.

Billy turned to them with his hands on his hips, "It's usually the small dragons that are fast. The bigger ones are stronger and more powerful. Redeye Blackthorns are a good mix of both. They're big, strong, fast, and powerful. Their fire can melt solid stone and metal."

"They're not the biggest?"

"No. The biggest dragon breed is the Grey Diamondback, but they don't fly. They live in the sea. They're like whales in a way."

"Are there a lot of dragon breeds?" Phoenix asked.

"Oh yeah, dozens. Red Razorbacks, Blue Horns, Black Ironclaws, and many others with different powers and abilities. I had a Silvertail a long time ago, Rosaline. She was a good dragon," Billy explained.

The girls looked at him and saw his face mixed with happiness and sorrow – a bittersweet expression.

"What happened to her?" Kim asked.

Billy hesitantly answered, "She died . . . she got sick with a heart illness. She was in so much pain that I . . . I had no choice but to put her to sleep."

The three girls' hearts ached with sadness.

"We're sorry," Ave said.

"Thank you. Don't worry. It was a long time ago," Billy said.

Phoenix looked back at the dragon ranch and the other dragons. They all varied in size, color, and form. Some had many horns, while others had few. Some had great wings, some small. Some had four legs, and others two. There are even ones with as many wings as six.

"Hey Billy, could I have a dragon, like Cody?" Phoenix asked.

Billy and the others looked at her.

"Dragons aren't horses. Having one takes commitment. If you want one, you have to be dedicated. Some are less needy than others but still need time with their masters. And that's the other thing. You don't pick the dragon. The dragon picks you," Billy said.

"Hmm, I see," Phoenix nodded, "Where's the can around here?"

"That way."

After a short while, Cody and Rocky finally landed. Each flap of his great wings kicked up a gust of wind. Cody slid off and petted his dragon.

"Great flying, buddy. Great flying. Good boy," Cody said.

Cody led Rocky into a stable for him to rest. He fed him some meat before exiting the stable. Billy took the saddle off of Rocky and picked a large brush to clean Rocky. After Cody took off his mask and helmet, Kim jumped in his arms after wrapping hers around him.

"That was amazing! I can't believe how fast you flew!" Kim praised.

"Thanks, babe," Cody said.

"Cody, I got a lot of it on camera. Do you mind if I use it for material in my next music video?" Ave asked.

"Yeah, no problem."

Kim turned to her boyfriend, "Cody, when does the mission to attack the I.S.N.A. and rescue Melman?"

"Tomorrow. King Bael and his nephews, Leo and Francesco, will attack with their army. We're gonna hit them hard. I'm nervous, though. I hope Melman's going to be okay," Cody said.

"We'll get him. We'll save him," Kim promised.

Cody looked at her with a gentle smile before hugging her close. Ave and Billy smiled as well. However, when Phoenix returned, a Red Razorback dragon was following close by. The dragon's face, body, neck, wings, tail, and four limbs were red. The horns, claws, talons, and spikes were black. Red Razorbacks look a lot like Razzle and Dazzle in their monstrous/dragon forms but without white faces.

"Guys," Phoenix glanced at the dragon, "I think she imprinted me."

Cody, Kim, and Ave gasped with shock while Billy just gave a long blink. Then he sighed while putting down the brush.

"Okay, I'll teach you what you need to do," Billy said.

Later

The day of attacking the I.S.N.A. had finally come. Everything and everyone was ready. Leo and Francesco were in their armor and had their magic swords ready. King Bael was also prepared to get some action. His army, along with members of I.M.P., were armed to the teeth with assault rifles, shotguns, and SMGs. They had everything. They had ballistic armor, helmets, and bulletproof vests. They had all the gear that special forces carry, including night vision goggles with thermal vision, thermite, C4, explosive wire, side cameras, bolt cutters, etc.

I.M.P. was geared up as well, and they looked amazing. They looked like a mix of Call of Duty Ghosts and Splinter Cell. The base where Melman was kept was the biggest and most defended in the jungles of South America. Slade, Loona, Shadow, Kimi, Vortex, Tim, and Fuko were going there first with suppressed weapons and knives. They had that, along with new next-generation weapons. Loopty and Lipton saw the movie Elysium with Matt Damon, and they liked the ChemRail gun so much that they decided to make it real. So Loona, Slade, and other members of I.M.P. were armed with ChemRail guns. Like the movie, it had a high rate of fire; its high-velocity 8.75x52mm FSDRAS (Fin Stabilized, Discarding Rail Accelerator Sabot) rounds could rip right through walls and shred enemies – even with body armor. Loopty and Lipton made a few adjustments, like making the buttstock and the sights more adjustable. Kimi's triple-barrel Galleria 1991 shotgun and Tim's four-gauge shotgun were all loaded with heavy-duty ammo, explosive ammo, and incendiary ammo.

The plan was for them to go in quietly and rescue the prisoners. King Bael, Leo, Francesco, and their knights will attack loudly from the other side. Once the power goes down, that's when things will go loud. Loona, Slade, and the others will deal with the human soldiers. Leo, Francesco, and Kyo will deal with all the major defenses, like the mobile robotic suits, armored vehicles, and anything else that would require their attention.

They used King Bael's castle as a base of operations for motoring the attack. There were computer screens everywhere, motoring each team tasked with attacking a base. Blitzo was in charge of oversight for I.M.P. King Bael was leading his nephews and his knights. There was a demon officer on each team at the other bases. Cody and Kimberly were standing with Blitzo, watching the screens as well. Stolas and Octavia were there as well.

Millie, Moxxie, and Phoenix killed the guards protecting the computer hard drives. Millie used her knives and axe, Moxxie used a suppressed SMG and a suppressed sniper rifle, and Phoenix used her hands and her demonic bowie knife. After killing the guards, Ave was in a position, ready to hack into the system to take down the security and defenses.

"Raid Command, this is Dagger One. The guards are down. Ave is in position. Say the word, and she'll be in the system. Over," Moxxie said on coms.

"Roger Dagger One. Hold position," Blitzo replied, "All teams, standby. Dagger One is in position."

"Red Team One in position," Loona said.

"Red Team Two in position," Vortex said.

"Blue Team One in position," a Hellhound demon at another base.

All teams called that they were in position. Blitzo and the other officers gave the order to move in. They used their suppressed weapons and knives to kill lookouts and patrols silently. Shadow and Fuko threw kunai knives and throwing stars at enemy guards, each hitting them in the head and throats. Loona, Slade, and Kimi used both their suppressed guns, snapped necks with their hands, and used their large knives. Vortex and Tim used their suppressed guns and strangled their enemies. Loona and the others placed thermite and C4 on the blast shield doors.

"Charges set. Waiting on you," Loona said on coms.

"Dagger One, commence the cyber-attack," Blitzo ordered.

"Roger," Moxxie replied and then nodded to Ave.

Ave glanced at the others and nodded. She stood up, her whole body glowed turquoise, and little pixelated lights surrounded it. Then, there was a bright flash, and she zapped into the computer's hard drive. Phoenix watched the computer screen as Ave made her into the system while Millie and Moxxie kept watch.

"Ave's in. System shutdown in thirty seconds," Phoenix said.

After half a minute, the base's power was cut off – all the lights went down. The guards were startled as they looked around in the darkened base. King Bael's knights and all the teams at the other bases commenced the attack. They fired machine guns and shot rockets. It didn't take long for it to turn into a heavy gunfight.

"The attack's begun. We caught them by surprise. Don't give them an inch," Blitzo said on coms.

"Let's hope Melman and the prisoners are okay," Cody said.

"If they're alive, we'll find them," Kim stated.

"Have faith, Cody," Stolas said.

"We'll get him back. Just hang in there, Cody," Octavia assured.

Loona and her team lit the thermite. It melted the big metal locks and hinges. Once they were gone, they set the C4 off to blow the door. However, the lights turned on once they got inside, making their night vision too bright. Everyone pulled them off to see that I.S.N.A. soldiers were waiting for them. Their gear and uniforms were white and red with the Templar logo on their patches. Loona and her team took cover before they opened fire.

"Shit!" Kimi shouted.

"What the fuck?! Did they know we were coming?!" Vortex yelled.

"Everyone switch to ChemRail guns!" Loona ordered.

Everyone put away their silenced weapons and readied their ChemRail assault rifles – they made charging noises as they got ready.

"Shadow. You, Kimi, and Fuko cover the right and right center. Slade, Vortex, Tim, and I will cover the left and left center. Let's see how effective these rounds are," Loona ordered.

She and Shadow pulled 9 Bangs, flash grenades that have the effects of nine regular flash-bangs. They pulled the pins and popped the safety levers before throwing them inside. The 9 Bangs went, setting off multiple bright and loud explosions, stunning the enemies as they stopped firing.

Loona and the others came out and fired at the enemy. The results were absolutely devastating. The 8.75x52mm FSDRAS rounds went right through them, shredding and ripping them apart. Like the movie Elysium, the shots made bright muzzle flashes with zaps of electricity and smoke trails from the shot rounds. It didn't matter if the enemy had body armor and riot shields. The ChemRail rifles punched right. Limbs were torn off, heads popped like balloons, and pieces of debris from the walls, riot shields, and everything else were flying everywhere, making an absolute bloody mess. In a few minutes, they were all dead – it had to be at least a hundred I.S.N.A. soldiers. Once they were all dead, they went through looking for all the prisoners.

Outside, the I.S.N.A. was sending everything they had to fight off King Bael and his army: tanks, armored vehicles, mobile robotic suits, and attack choppers. However, what they didn't expect were Exorcist angels.

"What the fuck?!" Blitzo yelled.

"Exorcists!" Stolas pointed.

"How the bloody hell do they have those?!" Octavia demanded.

"Do the other bases have them?" Blitzo asked an Imp officer.

"Negative, just the one that King Bael and his nephews are at," the Imp officer replied.

"Good," King Bael said, "Then there's no holding back now."

He and his nephews went into their complete demonic forms. Leo and Francesco's forms were similar to Stolas's, except Leo's was dark and yellow, and Fran's was dark and green. King Bael grew enormous and had multiple arms with sharp claws. Leo summoned violent twisters that sucked enemies and ripped them apart. Francesco breathed great fire and set them on fire. King Bael jumped high in the air. He sliced and impaled Exorcists. Those that were impaled, he devoured them as they were screaming while being chewed. Seeing it all gave Cody, Kim, and Blitzo chills.

"Good thing you asked for King Bael's help, huh?" Kim said.

Cody nodded, "Yeah, no kidding."

"How are the other bases coming along?" Blitzo asked.

"We successfully captured nine of them. The others are falling," the Imp officer replied.

"They're already beginning the clean-up process. Collecting evidence and burning the dead," a Hellhound officer added.

"Good. Loona, talk to me. How's it going?" Blitzo asked.

"We're almost to the cells," Loona replied.

Kimi was blasting enemies with her triple-barrel Galleria 1991 shotgun, and Tim was doing the same with his four-gauge shotgun. Each blast sent them flying in bloody pieces. Vortex switched to his dual 500 magnum revolvers and blasted big holes in the enemy bastards. Shadow summoned his double-motorized buzz saw staff. He sliced guys in half, cut off their limbs, and stabbed their chests, letting the buzz saw rip their guts out.

Fuko pulled out his red demonic katana and Slade his Blue Moon sword. They dashed with lightning speed all over, cutting through the I.S.N.A. soldiers like butter. Slade grabbed some of their heads and smashed them into the ground or the wall before throwing fast and hard at other enemies. He kicked some guys hard in the head or the gut before stabbing them or cutting them in midair. Fuko was pulling off some sweet moves that were similar to Ninja Gaiden. He'd grab guys and stab them where the blade was sticking out the torsos. With each hard slice from his sword, blood would spray out of them like a loose garden hose, especially when he cut guys in half. He'd punch, kick, or elbow guys so hard that pieces of their armor came off along with blood. Loona used her gauntlets to shoot laser blasts and set enemies on fire with her flamethrowers. She also used her Kusari-Gama weapon to tangle enemies in the chain, and either rip their heads off or swing them around and bash them into more soldiers or into the ground. She used the blade to cut throats or stab their faces. They must have killed over 200 men.

Once they got to where the prisoners were being held, they saw that they were all in cages. There were tools and equipment nearby. Most of them were as young as kids. Cody, Kim, Blitzo, Octavia, and Stolas waited anxiously as Loona and the others went through. Cody looked at Kim, and she looked back at him. They held hands tightly.

"What the fuck?" Kimi asked.

"They've been torturing them, keeping them locked up like animals," Shadow said.

"Get them out!" Fuko ordered.

However, when they tried to, the prisoners gasped and screamed in fear.

"Whoa, whoa, we're not going to hurt you!" Vortex said.

"Don't let us out! He's gonna turn!" the boy exclaimed.

The others turned to him, confused.

"Wait, what?" Cody asked.

"What do you mean? Who's gonna turn?" Loona asked.

A young in the cell next to the boy pointed, "Melman! Red Moon's a werewolf, and he bit Melman! It's a full moon tonight! He's gonna turn!"

They looked where she was pointing. A giant cell was at the end of the room under large skylight windows. In the cell was Melman, and above him was a perfect view of the full moon shining its pale light down on him.

Melman was on the floor writhing in pain, holding his chest. At first, his groans were soft but then turned into loud cries of pain. Then his cries turned to growls.

"What's happening to him?" Cody asked while trying to control his panting.

Octavia held her head while taking deep breaths. Stolas held his daughter close in comfort.

Melman's eyes turned bright green with red cracks. He bared his teeth, which were slowly growing into fangs. His body was changing. It grew bigger, with black fur growing out and ripping his clothes. He growled and ached as his fingers and toes grew claws. His mouth grew a snout mouth like a wolf. His limbs grew solid and muscular with a tail. His legs became hind like a wolf. Out of his big head grew big wolf ears.

Cody and his friends watched in horror as Melman turned into a werewolf. Cody's head felt light and like it was on fire. He panted deep, labored breaths and felt weak to the knees. Kim saw his face go pale as she held up.

When Melman's werewolf form was complete, he growled a wolf-like growl. Then he busted through the metal cage prison like it was made of twigs. Loona and the others kept their distance while aiming their guns at him. Their eyes were wide open with fear. Melman roared and growled before jumping and climbing up on all fours. He broke through the skylight windows. Everyone outside stopped to see Melman as he climbed to the tallest edge of the building. He held his head up high and let out a loud and long wolf howl that echoed throughout the dark jungle.
