The world of Alrest was once known as Earth until an event happened that caused it to eventually develop into what would seem like a completely alien world if anyone were to see it. However, the actions of someone in a truly alternate version of Earth cause a connection between Alrest and this Earth. One where many things would vanish into this alternate past version of Alrest. Countless amounts of core crystals would appear on the other Earth though it would all start with a single one that eventually causes many issues for both worlds. This is a blade that was lying dormant in stasis for 500 years on an ancient ship known only as the Aegis.
The original driver of this Ageis was unable to fully and properly wield and/or guide the power that was at his command/call. However, it was also possible that they might have been scared of the full power as well thus leading the Ageis to be scared of their full power. The first one that awakens a core crystal could imprint various things upon the blade that could affect how and what their personality and mind develop to varying degrees. How much is unknown but it does seem to have some effect with the Ageis not seeming to be immune to this effect either.
When the Aegis was transported to this alternate Alrest it was still known as Earth. They appeared before a man who found them to be rather interesting noticing right away the power that they possessed and just how this power could serve their purpose if they acquired it for themselves. The Ageis known as Prya confused that she was awakened but could not tell where or even when she was anymore. She had been in stasis for a long time and did not have anything to tell her that it had been half a millennia nor that she was on a different version of the planet she knew and the distant past. From her POV at least as for Prya, Earth was the distant past but for where she found herself now this era was the present.
The man who was standing before her was the leader of a global terror group known as Shadaloo, and their leader M. Bison. He felt a distribution in the flow of power that he wielded. The source of the psycho power that drew his strength seemed to crash into something and as a result, something fell through a power that he wanted for himself thus he grasped it and then pulled it towards him. The result was that this young woman had a strange crystal embedded in her chest.
Prya then seems to freeze up as the crystal in her chest then goes dark as her form fades away. Her core crystal hit the ground a dull green rather than the bright green that was before. The rules of the Blade are that once their owner dies they revert back to their dormant state yet this never happened to Prya. That probably was one of the things that made her special and unique as the Ageis. However, while that was the case she was subjected to this rule still even though it was different for her than the others. Prya had both what was known as a Driver who had originally awakened her and 'father' known as the Architect.
Seemingly she was able to maintain herself despite her driver being dead as he was just a normal human and thus could live for 500 years she was in statis. Instead, it might have had something to do with her connection to the Architect that allowed her to maintain her human form during that time. However, after falling into this alternate Earth where there was no Architect at all. In a sense, Prya had nothing to maintain in human form and thus reverted back to the dormant state that she was in before being awoken by her original driver.
As her core crystal lay there on the floor in front of M. Bison he was interested in just the power he still sensed even if it was lying dormant before him. Going to pick it up he was then flooded with all the information he needed to know about blades at that very moment and how unique and special the Aegis in his hands happened to be.
He was also aware of the process to awaken a blade from the information that flowed into him but he was M. Bison. He did not allow others to tell him what he could and could not do. As he was the one calling the shots not the one being given them. The leader of Shadaloo was not the one who was chosen but the one who chose himself. It was not a matter of whether he was worthy of anything but him taking what he viewed as his through his own might and power.
Thus Prya would not be reawakened from her dormant state if Bison was worthy, instead, she would awaken from this state before he ordered her to do so. She was a weapon and weapons are the wielded not the wielders. Their power and what it is used for is for their owners to decide as they were their property after all.
So Bison using his Psycho Power flooded Prya's core crystal until glowed once again not because she was ready to be reawakened but because she was being forcefully awoken as power being forcefully injected was taking over and rewritting her from the ground up. As Prya started to reform not as the Ageis that was supposed to be the hope of her world but instead as the blade of Shadaloo that answered only to her driver M. Bison. Her power, her will, her mind all of it was at his command as the world was now just a single person. That person was M. Bison
Prya stood before her driver now dressed in the uniform of one of his Dolls with a slight alteration to make it similar to what was wearing before. Also, the tie that more Dolls seem to wear was missing, and her core crystal which was once green now the same color as the Bison's Psycho Power. As she stood there emotionless her eyes and expression left one to think that she was merely just another one of Bison's Dolls rather than a deadly weapon from another Earth.
