Brooke got out of her thoughts as she turned the sign in her store to closed. She had been distracted the past few days and managed to hide it.

She left her store and drove over to one of her and Lucas's favorite places to eat.

She smiled at the sight of him already waiting at their table.

"My one and only. They just brought over the appetizers."

"Water with lemon for you. For me an iced tea." Lucas said.

"I can't believe we actually got away with hooking up in you're office. That seems to happen alot more often then i expected." Brooke admitted.

"I mean i'm a man in love. What can you do but just ravish you over and over again."

"I mean that's why i lock the door and close the windows."

"You can very vocal which makes me very happy."

"But that's for me to hear." Lucas said.

Brooke felt herself blush. "It is not my fault. You know what you do to me." She replied.

Lucas took her hand and kissed it.

The waiter bringing over their orders. Lucas already ordered in advance.

After their lunch Brooke insisted they go to the waters edge. To walk around and talk.

But as they talked holding hands. Enjoying the company of each other. Brooke lost her nerve.

Mackenzie looked up Nathan he was a public figure so finding out his information wasn't hard at all. And she soon found out he was married to woman named Rachel Scott.

Her mom's lack of insight on her involvement with him.

Made Mackenzie curious. Enough to meet him and see for herself

"So you're still upset with us over this cheer camp decision."

"I understand you wanting to go and be able to experience that like the other girls in you're squad."

"But you're dad and I know what is right for you."

"This is about keeping you safe." Brooke explained.

"You and daddy just want to ruin my fun. They are all going and their going to be talking about it when they get back when school starts again." Tegan explained.

"But it's needed. You've had some time to sit with it and what's right is to tell them. Deal with it together. As a family." The doctor explained.
