Logan and his news team still was the only source of information for the Zone Three. After the Internet and electricity got shut off throughout the city of Gotham including all three Zones, Logan made an executive decision to print a small newsletter every day. Kind workers from the library told him about a printing machine in the basement. It didn't require electricity but a lot of work with small details. Jimmy and one of the older librarians was working in the basement assembling the machine and editing day to day news paper. All news now could fit on one page front and back. First issues were coming out with errors and some ink marks but a little bit more of practice and Jimmy got hand of it. Logan still wanted Ilham to make videos of their reportages as long as she could keep her camera charged. He planned use videos after all and his plan was create a good documentary movie about what happened in Gotham.

That day they got a new murder and it was all the same as the past twelve. A single woman who lived alone killed in her apartment very viciously. She was found by her sister who came to visit her after she didn't hear anything from her for couple of days. Door wasn't locked but was closed after the killer leave and neighbors had never question that fact that they didn't see the victim going in and out her apartments in days.

It was a big news but it started to feel boring because there was no much of investigation about this serial killer. And yet every newsletter they put out had an announcement that "police recommends to all single living women move with their family or relatives/friends and avoid staying alone" but every week there was a new victim and a new drama.

After Logan and Ilham left the scene and was heading back to the library to start putting a newsletter together they drove next to river walk.

-Look! - Elle pointed to the other side of the river. - There are people!

Logan saw it with his own eyes too. A small groups of people were heading to the river bank not far from the bridge.

-There is police too! - said Logan surprised. - I wonder what is happening?

-The bridge is empty and it's still closed. Do you think they…

-About to bring those people here? Hm… it may be because we have less pollution here but in the same time we don't have electricity or any city services just like the main land. Also how many of them is going to come? We don't have housing for all of them unless they spread out to Zones one and two. But still why? - Logan was thinking out loud.

-I think we must not let them in. - said Elle.

-What do you mean? - Logan stopped on the intersection and looked at his sister.

-I mean do not let those people to come here! Why they are gathering there all over sudden? What happened there that they run here and if they run from something over there it can come here!

-I think they are running from the pollution. All those explosions we heard not so long ago I bet the outcome kills people. They simply suffocate there.

Ilham wasn't happy about people coming to the Zone and Logan was sure she wasn't alone in it. If there was a time to question everyone in the Zone most of the people would agree not to let people in. The main argument would be that they were bringing problems with them and Evan the psychopath murderer could easily destroy the Zone as well the main land.

Logan asked Elle to take some good clear video shots of the crowns on opposite side of a river and on that two minutes video Ilham's camera was dead.

-That's it… my portable charger is dead too. It was my last video until we get the power again.

-It sucks. - answered Logan and they went back to the car. - I think we should do a story about it in tomorrow newsletter.

-But.. we don't know much.

-But, I can bet people already saw them too and they will be asking.

Elle shook her shoulders not knowing what to say to her brother but one thing she knew for sure she had never cared about people on the main land because Zones were their projects to keep "bad" people from "good" and now those "good" people were as good as dead. And it made her feel good.
