Itsuki awoke to the smell of bacon and eggs wafting into his room. As soon as his eyes opened, his head pounded, and he groaned. He immediately knew he was hungover, but couldn't recall anything that had happened the previous day.

As he sat up, he groaned again, and out of the corner of his eyes, he saw his brother poke his head out from the kitchen.

"You're awake!" he said enthusiastically. "You've been out since yesterday."

"Have I?" he asked. "Fuck, my head hurts."

"Just rest, okay? I'm making breakfast for you," Chihiro said, keeping her voice down. "Do you…uh…remember what happened last night?"

"No, I don't," he replied, then paused. "Wait, did I do something?"

"No," she replied quickly. "You just asked like a mopey drunk, that's all." Itsuki blinked and then groaned a third time.

"Right, Nayuta and I fought. Fuck…" He fell back into the bed, which only worsened his headache. "I should probably apologize."

"What did you two fight about?"

"Just something relating to our last date, don't worry about it," he replied. "Hey, can you bring me some pain meds?"

"On it!" Chihiro walked into the bathroom and opened the cabinet, where she pulled out a small bottle, went to the fridge to get some water, and then returned to her brother. He quickly took the pills and laid his head back as Chihiro returned to the kitchen. "This is almost done, so don't worry."

"Right," Itsuki said, and as he laid there waiting, he tried to piece together what had happened last night, getting the feeling he'd forgotten something important. He could see pieces like he knew Chihiro had come over, that he'd been whining about Nayuta, but the rest was still blurry, even if slowly becoming more focused over time.

He closed his eyes and thought back, trying to remember the words, the images. He could see some things in his mind, but none of it made sense, like a blurry, fleshy bob, Chihiro speaking to him, though it sounded like it came through syrup, colors and words.

"It's done!"

He opened his eyes to find his brother looking down at him, holding a plate. He slowly sat up as she placed it in his lap and climbed onto his bed. "You don't mind if I…?"

"No, go ahead," Itsuki said. "Thanks for all this, by the way." He took a bite of the bacon and instantly felt some of his troubles melt away at the crunchy taste of the meat. "Sorry if I was weird last night."

Then it happened. He looked up at his brother and saw a blush come over his face as he picked at his eggs with his fork. "I-It was nothing, it's fine."

It all came back at once, so fast that his head felt like it split open, and he doubled over, groaning. Chihiro instantly rushed to his side. "H-Hey, are you okay?"

Itsuki collected his breath and slowly looked up at his brother.

No…his sister.

"Chihiro, you're…you're a girl?" he asked, and her eyes went wide with horror.

"I-"

Just then, the door to his apartment flung open, the person on the other side showing no apparent regard for privacy, meaning it could only be one person.

Itsuki and Chihiro looked up to see Nayuta entering the apartment, though without any of her usual zeal. Yet as soon as she stepped into the room and found Itsuki lying in bed, her eyes widened. She opened her mouth but Chihiro instantly shot up, grateful for the save.

"He got drunk last night after your argument, so he's really hungover right now. I can leave you two alone if-"

"No!"

Nayuta and Chihiro turned to find Itsuki with his arm raised at Chihiro. "Don't…leave, please." Chihiro blinked as she looked between the two, and understood. He wanted her there just in case another argument started. Even if there was now this thing between them, that Itsuki had remembered she was a girl, along with god knew what else from last night, it was her duty as a sibling to help.

She sighed and sat back down as Nayuta walked up to Itsuki.

"I just wanted to say I'm sorry for how I acted. I got upset over something that didn't really mean anything," she said as she gently grabbed his hand. "Can you forgive me?"

"I…I said some things too, so…if you'll forgive me back, then yes."

"Of course I'll forgive you, I love you more than anything in the world after all!" Nayuta said as she wrapped him in a hug, which he returned, though he looked over her shoulder to stare at Chihiro, who shifted uncomfortably.

"So, do you always make breakfast like this? Or did you know he was hungover and decided to be a cool little brother?" Nayuta asked Chihiro as she pulled away.

"A-Ah, I happened to come over last night when Itsuki was drunk, so I figured a nice breakfast might help with the hangover," Chihiro explained, only for Nayuta to hug her too.

"You're such a good brother! I really should learn how to cook so I can do that stuff too! I need to be a perfect wife, after all!" she said. "Please teach me sometime!"

"I-If that's what you want…" Chihiro said, feeling awkward in the overall situation.

"Well, I'm self-aware enough to know that I can be pretty loud, so I'm going to go for now, but call me later when you're feeling better, okay?" Nayuta said as she leaned in and kissed his forehead. "See ya." With that, she stood and walked out of the room and out the door. As soon as she was gone, Itsuki turned to Chihiro.

"About last night-"

"We can't-"

"We had sex, Chihiro."

The words stopped the girl in her tracks, her heart shooting into her throat. "Y-You…you remember?"

"All of it just took some time," he replied, his voice low. He met Chihiro's gaze and held it for a while, neither of them speaking as the awkward silence hung between them.

"Look, I-"

"Did you like it?"

Once again, Chihiro froze on the spot. "H-Huh?"

"I…I enjoyed it, even if I was drunk. Did you?" he asked.

"Th-That doesn't matter, we can't-"

"Chihiro, please just tell me," he cut her off, his eyes still on hers. Chihiro gulped as she thought about whether she should be honest or not. Eventually, she exhaled.

"I-I did, but…we can't do that again."

"Why not?"

"We're siblings!"

"Not by blood."

"That doesn't matter!" Chihiro shrieked, her face red. "Y-You have a girlfriend!"

"Please, I'm sure Nayuta would be open to sharing if she knew you were a girl, she would do anything to make me happy."

"I…but…"

"Have you run out of arguments already?" he asked, and Chihiro shook her head.

"I-I'm…I'm not…I'm not worth it…"

Before Chihiro knew what was happening, her brother had crossed the distance between them and found his lips on hers. Her eyes widened as the familiar sensation of his lips cradled her like a caring mother, and she felt her resistance crumbling as she leaned in and kissed him back. Something about it felt so right despite her knowing it was wrong.

But Itsuki didn't stop there. His hands went up to her chest, and gently squeezed her small breasts, making her gasp and whine as her body trembled in his grasp. He pulled away from the kiss to whisper against her lips.

"You're worth it to me."

She gave no objections as he kissed her again, moving even closer to press his palms to her chest, able to feel their softness even through her windbreaker. She could feel her mind slowly unraveling as her core heated. She wanted more, and Itsuki somehow seemed to know, since he grabbed her by the arm and pulled her around so she suddenly found herself in his lap. Before she could protest, a hand slid into her pants and underneath her underwear, finding damp lips within. She gasped at his touch, a reminder of what had happened last night.

"W-We can't…"

"We can," he said. "Please. I need you." Chihiro's eyes went wide at the pleading in his voice, and despite her hesitation, she relented. Her body relaxed as she gave in to him, and his finger slipped inside her while his other hand went underneath her clothes to grasp her chest directly. It was like heaven as his warmth speared her body, erupting through her like a volcano.

Every touch sent her spiraling, her body begging for more as her hips bucked into his finger, and as he added a second, she felt she'd lose her mind. For a girl who didn't masturbate often and had never known another person's touch, this was ecstasy incarnate.

She didn't last long and once again, her brother made her cum, spilling into her clothes this time as her entire body shook with the effort and pleasure. She gasped as she leaned against him for support, and once it was done, she slumped, fighting to catch her breath. He pulled his hands away and kissed her cheek.

"I love you."

The words felt so pure that they instantly snapped Chihiro out of her daze. She shook her head and gently pushed him away as she slid to the other side of the bed. She couldn't meet his eyes as she got to her feet.

"Th-There's leftovers on the counter," she said as she collected herself, and started walking to the door.

"Chihiro-"

"We can't, Big Bro, not when you're dating Nayuta. Even if I'd be fine with that kind of arrangement, she might not be," she said as she put on her shoes.

"So if she was…?" Chihiro paused and slowly met her brother's eyes. She saw the spark of hope within.

"If she was…then I'd love to be with you. Truly," she answered honestly and, not wanting to wait for an answer, she turned back to the door and walked out, her cheeks flushed at both her admittance and what they'd just done, again.

She didn't notice that Nayuta had been standing outside the door.

And that she heard everything.
