Chris's Recap

"Last time, on Total Drama Nialasach…

Team Inari was split on whether or not to keep the eccentric Zaiyrin around, but decided to hold off judgement until after the challenge. Zaheen caused a lot of trouble over at Hayaji, Ebisu became a triple date, and Fudo imploded to the point where within a single conversation, Alison was able to go from the very bottom of her team to a contender for the very top. The challenge, courtesy of Zero Sum's Southern Belle, Perci, was three-fold of corralling animals into pens, plowing fields, and picking crops. Zaiyrin pulled through for Inari, keeping his word and winning them immunity first and the ability to spin the Wheel of Reward, where they took the Team Shower from Hayaji, leaving the mountain-based clan entirely without shelter. The blow was made worse for Hayaji as Ebisu decided to celebrate their narrow brush with elimination by making out with each other in front of the rest of the cast. Way to telegraph allegiances, you guys, ahahaahhh! In any case, at the elimination ceremony, no member of Hayaji could really count themselves safe, but it was ultimately Claude, the Sadistic Butler, who got eliminated from the game due to his inclination towards torturing animals, leaving Team Hayaji at only three members remaining. Our next challenge will let the players intermingle with each other, and that's a good thing too, because after tonight's ceremony, the game for all of them is about to change significantly. Who will be thought fools, and who will open their mouth and remove all doubt as to who is eliminated? Find out right here! On Total! Drama! Niiiiialasach!"

*Total Drama Theme Song Plays*

As the song starts, various cameras come out of the flora and fauna all around the island.

Dear Mom and Dad, I'm doing fine, you guys are on my mind

The camera zooms around all of Crios Cath before finally entering into the Nialasach Ruins.

You asked me what I wanted to be and now I think the answer is plain to see,

Aaron is on his skateboard, skating through the ruins, and as he moves forward, Claude can be seen following him, cleaning up the dust left by his skateboard tracks so that he can clear a path for Monica, who smiles at him, but ends up rolling her eyes, annoyed, when she's sure he isn't looking, and begins to pay attention to another part of the ruins, which the camera then shifts to.

I wanna be famous

Watts is looking over Erin's shoulder at an experiment she is working on, and she seems to be attempting to hide it from him, when the ruins wall explodes, causing Erin to fall back into Watts's arms before shoving herself out of them, the two then look over to see that the explosion was caused by Ash accidentally triggering a tripwire. She smiles and waves in an attempt to make the situation less embarrassing for her.

I want to live close to the sun

Camera switches to show Alison sitting on a beach chair and relaxing before waves come crashing in and ruin her clothes. She stands up with a huff and takes the beach chair further inland, but the same event happens, and she appears to let out a scream.

Well pack your bags, 'cause I've already won

Camera shifts up to reveal that Simon and Arnold both saw Alison's ordeal, and while Simon starts to snicker at it, Arnold begins to flamboyantly tell Simon off, and Simon plugs his ears and walks away with rolling eyes.

Everything to prove, nothing in my way, I'll get there one day

Camera shifts to Upper Ceol Fields, where Zaiyrin is seen showering Cherry with all manner of gifts and compliments, and Cherry somewhat scoffs at them before blushing with a smile once Zaiyrin leaves and heading over to Ellie to talk excitedly with her about it while Ellie is working on a costume.

'Cause I wanna be famous

Rashi and Phooko both see the events with Zaiyrin, Cherry, and Ellie, and quietly laugh to each other as they both tend to a small garden of growing plants, with Phooko's plants looking quite healthy, and Rashi's plants looking unnaturally perfect.

Na na nananana nanananana na nanananana

Camera shifts to the Glas Woods, where Raul and Vanessa are sketching each other with smiles. Camera first hovers over Raul's shoulder showing a brilliantly done sketch of Vanessa, then switches over to Vanessa's shoulder, where a sketch of Raul can be seen, but Vanessa needs to keep adding wolves to the sketch as they crowd around Raul like he's part of their pack.

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous

Mark is playing music in Cailleach Bog, but immediately rolls out of the way of a falling tree, he looks over to see an almost seething Mirai, who turns to him and begins to smile sweetly as she begs him to play. Mark is a little nervous at first but as he begins to play, Mirai begins to cheer peacefully as the camera shifts to Lower Ceol Fields.

I wanna be, I wanna be, I wanna be famous

In Lower Ceol Fields, Donny and Gabriel are engaged in a rather heated argument, and Christa and Jenae both walk up to Donny and Gabriel respectively, Christa tries to comfort Donny, but he begins arguing with her instead. Meanwhile, Jenae begins to continue to argue with Gabriel, but he stops her when he notices she's moving her hand down his chest.

As the other contestants whistle the rest of the tune around the Tine Naofa Bonfire, Gran and Zaheen both attempt to make the fire grow larger. Upon Gran's attempt the fire blows up in his face, causing Zaheen to snicker as she pulls off the trick perfectly and the flames begin to form the season title: Total Drama Nialasach

Location: Team Inari Campsite

Contestant(s): Cherry, Gran, Zaiyrin

"It was nothing short of brilliant, my acrobat!" Zaiyrin boasted as he stood directly outside the shower that Cherry was using to wash herself off.

"I've heard you the first few times." Cherry rolled her eyes inside the shower.

"And you shall hear it again, my dear!" Zaiyrin announced. "For we were the heralds of victory in this most recent challenge, and we can keep this morale going into the next one, of that I have no doubt!"

Confessional: Cherry: Team Inari

"Yes, he has been doing this ever since we won the challenge. No, it hasn't slowed down even a little bit. It's honestly sped up if anything. And I guess I don't mind him nerding out like this so unabashedly, but would it kill him to send a couple compliments my way? I mean, we had to follow this guy's instructions. That deserves a freaking cash prize on its own, let alone the one this show gives out."

End Confessional

"You shouldn't let this victory go to your head, you know. You mistake good fortune for genuine skill a little too often so you should be more humble about it."

"Quite right you are, gorgeous!" Zaiyrin smirked at Cherry. "As correct as you are enchanting!"

Confessional: Cherry: Team Inari

"Ahh, that's more like it~"

End Confessional

"Indeed I am." Cherry snarked as she got dressed inside the shower before stepping out. "Now then, what's next?"

"Next?" Zaiyrin thought to himself. "Ah, of course, you mean our relationship! I still need to give you the pre-requisite amount of gifts before I unlock the next stage, so that should be remedied as quickly as possible!"

Zaiyrin immediately set to work picking pretty flowers in the fields and putting them into a makeshift bouquet for Cherry.

"I meant in terms of the challenge, actually…" She rolled her eyes yet again.

Confessional: Zaiyrin: Team Inari

"Yes, yes, I am aware that she meant the challenge, indeed. What I am doing, however, is keeping up as eccentric a persona I entered with. After all, I know more about this show's spiritual predecessor than any other contestant, and I'd much rather keep that knowledge hidden behind a caricature of myself. I can't appear too threatening after all. Especially not in this crucial point of the game."

End Confessional

"Ah, yes, the challenge!" Zaiyrin's smile grew. "This is one in which I believe, you, Cherry, will be our greatest weapon. It will no doubt involve forcing others to say precisely what you want them to. Chris wouldn't use a challenge where one couldn't talk. That wouldn't make for good ratings. No, we're essentially playing a giant game of not being able to say a specific word while the members of the other teams do their best to get us to say it. It will require a mind as sharp as yours for us to stay in for long enough to avoid elimination."

"Uh...thanks." Cherry backed away a bit as Zaiyrin stepped forwards.

"Oh, you needn't fear, my beautiful contortionist!" Zaiyrin stepped forwards again. "I'm not about to place all the pressure onto you. I will gladly shoulder this burden with you and together we can-"

"Cherry! Zaiyrin!" Gran ran up to the two of them. Cherry sighed in relief as Zaiyrin backed away.

"Yes, Wizard Gran, what is it?" Zaiyrin asked, seriously, as he turned to face Gran.

"Okay, fucking first of all, don't call me that ever again. Secondly, I can't find Ellie anywhere! She's gone pretty far off of our general campsite, and I'm not sure what she's even doing."

"Ellie is missing?!" Zaiyrin's eyes widened. "Then we must-"

"We'll be fine." Cherry yawned. "Ellie is a big girl who can handle herself."

Confessional: Cherry: Team Inari

"She's going outside of our general area at my request, though. I'm here to keep Zaiyrin distracted. Gran here has just sort of ruined our entire plan. Looks like his own tricks aren't the only ones he can make go to shit. I just hope she can finish her business over there in time. Wouldn't want Zaiyrin using ammo against her. If he targets her, then I'll be put in a position where no matter what I'd be betraying the trust of one of them, and I'd rather have them both lock and key for a while longer if at all possible."

End Confessional

Location: Team Fudo Campsite

Contestant(s): Alison, Erin, Mark, Watts

"Are you really sure this is the way to do this?" Erin asked as she and Alison stood outside the cabin.

Alison smirked. "I'm sure it's the way that will be the most effective."

Erin sighed.

"Oh, don't be that way!" Alison exclaimed. "It's not like you're doing yourself any favors doing nothing-"

"I tend the-"

"The fire, dear, yes, I'm aware. I meant you're doing nothing socially. Perhaps it's a shock to the more nerdy introverted types but this game is all about dominating through social interactions. Oh! Speaking of~" Alison hummed as she saw Mark place himself upon their team's couch and begin stretch and relax as he looked at the sky, "I have my own sucker to convince to this~"

Confessional: Alison: Team Fudo

"I don't think I could imagine an easier player to convince to vote alongside me than Mark. He's clearly, and rightly, obsessed with my natural beauty, charisma, and skills, so I bet all I'll need to do is give him some fluttering of my lashes and he'll just cave completely."

End Confessional

Alison skipped over to the couch. "Oh Maaaaark~" She sang sweetly as she sat right beside him, causing the musician to go completely red. "Mind listening to an idea I've had?"

Confessional: Mark: Team Fudo

"Damn, she's so hot, honestly I was paying a little more attention to her body language than her actual words."

End Confessional

"She's clearly got her side of this idea covered." Erin mumbled to the camera with an eye roll.

Confessional: Erin: Team Fudo

"Well. This is...a situation. Alison seems convinced that I'm about to go seduce Watts or something and I mean, if I need to, I uh...I guess I can try to act seductive? I'm not about to kiss him or anything. My main goal is to explain to him with logic that we have the votes to blindside Jenae as long as we don't give her a reason to play her idol."

End Confessional

Erin entered the cabin to see Watts circling around the perimeter of the room. He looked up, startled that it was someone who wasn't Alison entering in without knocking. "Erin, this is a surprise, need something?"

"Your vote." Erin responded bluntly.

"I can't promise that." Watts informed. "I'm trying to think of how to-"

"You know...Alison and I were talking."
"I'm sorry. You had to talk with her."
"Well, as it turns out, if we get your vote, we'll have enough between the four of us to pull off a blindside of Jenae, medal and all."

Watts stopped.

"We'd need four votes." He turned around. "You, Alison, and I are only three people."

"She's getting Mark's vote right now."

"And can Mark...stand up to Jenae?"

"Frankly, he's done more than you in terms of standing up for themselves against Jenae recently."

Watts blinked.

Erin blinked.

"Was that a little pointed?" She asked.

"A little." Watts admitted.

"Good, then that means you still have some sense inside that head of yours after all." Erin smirked before looking over at the wall.

"Those strategies won't work until there's more people. Stick with this one."

"Um… I mean...yeah, if we have the votes...like, sounds good for now it's just…" Watts looked around. "Alison isn't spying on us right now, is she?"

"Not that I'm aware, She's busy cuddling up against Mark to get him to vote with us."

"Well, I just don't know how much I really trust her. I don't want to enter in on the bottom of an alliance she runs. She strikes me as someone who would use a person and then lose them."

"Nooo." Erin dragged. "What was your first freaking clue?"

"I…" Watts hesitated. "I'll need to think about this for a little bit. Why don't we just try to win the challenge instead, alright?"

Confessional: Watts: Team Fudo

"Erin has a pretty good case about getting rid of Jenae especially because I know that a shuffle is coming up, and Jenae is a pretty good physical player. Getting rid of her early on could help me out if I don't have to compete against her going forward in the game. Alternatively, I could always try to rope Jenae and Gabriel into an alliance of my own and nip Alison's attempt at revolution in the bud. We'd have an idol after all. All Jenae would have to do is play it, and even if she didn't we might be able to tie. That would probably score me some points with Gabriel, and I probably wouldn't be the bottom of that alliance. I dunno… It's a decision that I'm not sure I want to make lightly or freely."

End Confessional

Location: Neart Highlands

Contestant(s): Ellie, Gabriel, Jenae

"Look! Look! Look at who I caught sneaking around!" Jenae brought Ellie before Gabriel. "What should we do with her, do you think?"

"Wha-LET HER GO!" Gabriel threw his hands out. "There's literally nothing of interest for her to find here!"

"I was actually planning on delivering some woven blankets to Hayaji." Ellie explained herself as she showed of the blankets created from woven wheat stalks.

Confessional: Ellie: Team Inari

"Because since Inari and Hayaji are the only teams to have ever lost a challenge so far, it'd be nice if we could try and team up with each other to get ourselves a break, and let's face it...the other members of Inari are kind of not very good at normal interactions."

End Confessional

"But she was circling our campsite." Jenae kept a grip on the back of Ellie's shirt. "We need to make sure she doesn't report anything about our dynamics to her team!"
"Wouldn't anyone paying attention during challenges realize our team dynamics without coming over here?" Gabriel asked.

Confessional: Jenae: Team Fudo

"Listen, Gabriel, I'm TRYING to have a complete control over this team, now everyone on the team is making it hard enough as it is, alright? I don't need it made any harder by some intervening Inari bitch!"

End Confessional

Gabriel and Jenae began to start arguing with each other, and as their emotions began to heat up, Jenae let go of Ellie to walk up and try and intimidate Gabriel. Ellie watched Jenae poke at Gabriel's chest and sort of sneak a feel with her finger as her finger progressed downwards. Ellie snuck away towards the Cloc Mountain Range.

Location: Team Hayaji Campsite

Contestan(s): Ellie, Monica, Simon, Zaheen

"I bring blankets!" Ellie announced as she walked in on Monica, Simon, and Zaheen having just as heated an argument as Gabriel and Jenae.

"Well if I didn't then you would've been right on the top this whole time, darling!" Zaheen pointedly sneered at Monica.

"I'm still on the top you traitorous bitch!" Monica snapped back. "And you!" She pointed at Simon. "Why the hell did you even consider making a deal with Claude?"

"I never did!" Simon responded with just as much emotion.

"I BRING BLANKETS!" Ellie spoke louder than intended and a rumble from the mountains made everyone go silent as the three Hayaji members looked over at Ellie.

"Are they polyester?" Zaheen asked with a smirk.

"They um...are wheat stalks." Ellie smiled small as she handed one to each of the three Hayaji members.

Confessional: Monica: Team Hayaji

"Handmade blankets? I'll take 'em. Clearly this girl is over here for a reason so I think it would be nice to at least hear her out. If she says something that I like, then I'll entertain working with her in the future, but if she says something I don't like, well, she may have just signed her own death warrant."

End Confessional

Confessional: Zaheen: Team Hayaji

"What a wonderful surprise this is, darling! We have a guest at our campsite and one who came to give us blankets of her own creation to help with the mountain chills at night! She certainly has my attention now."

End Confessional

"So, what is it?" Simon asked as he took his blanket. "What did you also come here for?"

"Welll…" Ellie rocked her head a little. "I was thinkinnnng….Maybe Hayaji and Inari could, um, work together?"

"Hm." Simon thought to himself. "I like the idea of it in theory, but a final 7 with an Inari majority is…"

"Well, I don't really mean a final 7. Just until the merge or something!"

Confessional: Simon: Team Hayaji

"This is it! This is it! This is my chance to get away from the rest of this team! If I can get in good with the players of Inari...Yeah, I really think this could go well for me! More allies to end up with if I can get lucky during the impending team shuffle."

End Confessional

"Sounds pretty good to me." Simon shrugged. "Let's see...Guess we'll send you back with some predictions on the challenge. If I remember correctly, Eliana was known mainly for being quiet and a surprisingly convincing actor so...the challenge is almost certainly something to do with either speaking or staying silent."

"What? Is Chris really going to sanction a giant game of mum?" Monica scoffed. "No way are we going to be forced to stay silent."

"Well, maybe not entirely, darling," Zaheen suggested, "but if a quiet girl is being conscripted to create a challenge based on herself, we might expect to see a quieter challenge."

"Well, maybe it's more about acting. Like Simon said, she was a good actor, too, so…" Monica tried to take the superior role in the conversation, sparking another squabble between the Hayaji members.

Ellie smiled as she backed away.

Location: Cailleach Bog

Contestant(s): Aaron, Mirai, Phooko, Rashi, Raul, Vanessa

"I don't understand why you want me to be the one who goes with you to get more firewood, not that I mind." Mirai mentioned as she and Phooko walked through the bog to get more wood for Team Ebisu's fire. "It's just that I thought you'd be spending all your time with that druid girl."

"Well, I've got something a little more important than romance on my mind right now."

"I'd sure hope so! We have a game to dominate after all."

"Speaking of the game Mirai…"

"Oooooh~!" Mirai started to jitter excitedly as she smiled at Phooko. "Is this what I think it is? Are you asking me for an alliance?"

"I'm...well...it depends I guess." Phooko thought to himself mainly. "Mirai, has Aaron ever acted...suspiciously in recent memory? You're around him the most, so maybe you could shed some light on something."

"Uhm~" Mirai thought to herself. "I don't think he's been acting any different than normal. Why? He isn't sick is he?"

"No, it's just...I'm worried he might be some kind of villainous mastermind or something."

"A villainous mastermind?" Mirai stifled a laugh. "Aaron? No way!"

"He's smart enough to be one." Phooko warned. "The only issue is whether he plans to use that intelligence of his for malicious purposes."

"Oh, I'm sure he would never." Mirai smiled as she waved away Phooko's request.

"Well, what makes you so sure?" Phooko asked.

"Because." Mirai beamed sweetly as she picked up a fallen log. "If he ever did do that…"

Her grip bent and snapped the log as it fell to the ground. "I'd E N D him~."

Confessional: Mirai: Team Ebisu

"I am a part of the brilliant Team Ebisu, and I will protect that team with my entire being, even if that means I have to break up with my boyfriend because he went evil. Of course, Aaron obviously isn't evil or anything, so I don't have to worry about that, but the fact still stands. I don't like people who try to create drama, especially people that try to create drama just to watch the world burn."

End Confessional

Confessional: Phooko: Team Ebisu

"So, this conversation with Mirai has taught me two things, the first is that Aaron is almost certainly our shark in the pond. The second is that Mirai might actually be the best thing to have ever happened to this team if what she said is true. Because it's been her attention-seeking that's been keeping Aaron occupied recently, and it seems like if she ever does find out about Aaron being evil, she would seek to rectify that damage immediately."

End Confessional

Meanwhile, in another part of the bog, Aaron had made sure Rashi was busy gathering berries as he snuck over to a small area where Raul had brought Vanessa.

"Alright." Aaron whispered to the two of them. "This is important guys. While Phooko and Rashi are both busy, we have to figure out who we're going to vote for."

"Um…" Vanessa trailed.

"In the event we lose, I say we take out Rashi. We have Mirai and myself." Raul mentioned on a notepad. "And Phooko has that sort of everyman skillset that helps round out what our team is capable of."

"True," Aaron acknowledged. "But also, Phooko is a really sociable guy, and I don't like the idea of losing him to any sort of foreign team in an upcoming swamp. I just want to make sure we get this decision squared away before the challenge because if we lose, I'd rather not have any last minute scrambling."

"I um…" Vanessa spoke up. "Would really rather not vote out either one of them if at all possible."

"Well, who else would we vote for? They're the only two not in this alliance of ours." Raul scribbled down and showed a note to Vanessa.

"Wait, I don't remember agreeing to this…" Vanessa looked nervously at Raul and Aaron. "When was all this decided?"

"I'm not touching this one, dude." Aaron shook his head at Raul as he got up and left to go back to pick berries with Rashi, leaving Raul and Vanessa alone.

"Don't involve me in things without my permission like that. Those are my friends you're talking about voting off!" Vanessa shook her head at Raul, who began to fervently scribble down in his notepad before handing her the notes.

"I didn't really have a choice in the alliance. He found me looking for the immunity medal but he found it first, so I'm really stuck here and can't do anything. I need to play nice with him and that unfortunately means also playing nice with his girlfriend, and I don't want to vote you off, so that only leaves Phooko and Rashi. Please, understand."

"You could always just vote Aaron with the four of us maybe." Vanessa shrugged.

Raul looked at her in silent contemplation.

Vanessa sighed. "Whatever, I'm heading back to camp and I'll-"

"ATTENTION CAMPERS!" Chris called from a helicopter. "PLEASE MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE IONAD DESERT! IT'S CHALLENGE TIME!"

Location: Ionad Desert

Contestant(s): All Remaining

"Welcome everyone!" Chris smiled as the remaining contestants all gathered atop a dune in the desert. "Ready to hear the details of this episode's challenge, courtesy of the Zero Sum contestant Eliana? Unfortunately, she couldn't be here today. She apparently had something called a 'dissertation' she was working on. Anywho, you guys want to hear the rules?"

"Yes, obviously." Cherry rolled her eyes.

"In that case…" Chris smiled and snapped his fingers. Interns began placing headbands on each contestant's forehead, and on each band they placed a card containing three words.

"The words on the cards on your headbands…" Chris announced as everyone began to look at each other. "Are words that you are absolutely forbidden from saying, Some are random, some are words you say often. Your goal is to last as long as you can while both production and the other teams try to make you say your buzzwords! If you say any word on your card, then you are out of this challenge, and the team that is entirely out first will be sent to the Tine Naofa Bonfire Elimination Ceremony, where they will vote out a player. However...all teams will be present at this ceremony, and no teams will be spinning the wheel of reward tonight, for a reason I'm sure a few of you know already. Normally, since Hayaji and Inari are both at a numbers disadvantage, we'd have the other teams sit out some people, but we aren't doing that this time, since you do need to be found in order for people to converse with you, which gives smaller teams a bit of an edge there. Now then, does everyone understand the challenge? Gran?"

"Yes, thank you." Gran said as he put down a raised hand. "When you say our goal is to make the other teams say their words, we can do whatever we need to to make that happen?"

"In a nutshell, yes!" Chris nodded. "Whatever you need to."

Raul smirked.

Confessional: Raul: Team Ebisu

Raul scribbles down in his notepad and shows his writing to the camera. "I can't believe it. This challenge was made for me! I never thought my throat injury would end up ever coming in handy. I laid broken, fighting a force of nature, but it's time to get up and demand a rematch! I'll use the injury I sustained to keep our team in this game!"

End Confessional

Confessional: Zaiyrin: Team Inari

"Aha! My prediction was right on the money this time as well! Truly, my game is falling into place!"

End Confessional

Challenge: Don't You Dare Say It!

Rules; Contestants have cards on their heads with three words on the cards. If the contestant says any word that is on their head's card, then they are out of the challenge. "Alright, Cherry, Ellie" Zaiyrin announced. "I will illuminate you as to what your words are through games of charades so that we might outlast our opponents. I hoped Gran would be here too, but alas it seems he's already headed off further into the bog."

"Fiiine." Cherry sighed. "What's my first word?"

Zaiyrin pointed at himself and began to jump around.

"What a nerd you are."

*BEEEEEP*

"And it looks like Cherry has already been eliminated for saying 'nerd'!" Chris announced from an observing helicopter.

"What the heck, Zaiyrin?" Ellie asked. "Why not just-"

*BEEEEEP*

"And Ellie is also out for saying 'Zaiyrin'!" Chris continued to announce. "Inari is off to a really rough start!"

Confessional: Zaiyrin: Team Inari

"Oh, no, this was entirely on purpose. I need to be the only one on Inari remaining. I need to be the hero who screwed up then redeemed himself. It all plays a part for what I will try to do later on…" Zaiyrin smirked into the camera, before briefly looking up at his card through the mirror on the wall and smirking once again. "If Ebisu gets an advantage in the form of Raul, then so do we."

End Confessional

"Zaiyrin, you have to stop this, man." Simon sighed as he walked up to Zaiyrin. "I was under the impression that Hayaji and Inari were trying to outlast the six member teams together after Ellie gave us those blankets."

"Oh...she gave you blankets did she? What did she say they were made out of?"

"Wheat, if I remember correctly." Simon replied. "Why do you ask?"

"I was just curious." Zaiyrin shrugged. "In any case Simon, you're correct, this was a mistake entirely on my part. Let's brainstorm on how to tackle this problem we're in right now."

"We need a good plan of-"

Zaiyrin facepalmed and hid a grin as another *BEEEEEP* came to announce that Simon had said 'need' and was therefore eliminated.

"This is...too much, oh my goodness." Zaiyrin shook his head before heading off.

Meanwhile, Alison and Jenae were together with Mirai and Aaron.

"All I'm saying is that it's in our best interests to see one of those other weaker teams sent to elimination again." Jenae explained to Aaron and Mirai. "And to help prove my point, this rich privileged *BEEP* is here to back me up."

"I am rich and privileged. Those are just two of the many things that make me superior to you." Alison boasted. "So…" She grew an evil grin as she slid up near Aaron. "Aaron is it...you command your team of Ebisu right? Perhaps we can do things my way and form ourselves a power couple to unite our teams~. Political reasons only, I assure you."

"Niiice try…" Aaron backed away from Alison and towards Mirai. "But I'm already taken so I don't think that kind of alliance would be allowed by Mirai right here. How about we compromise? If you want us to try skewing a vote in your favor we can-"

*BEEEEEP*

"Oh no!" Mirai gasped as Aaron was taken out of the challenge for saying the word 'vote'. "Aaron, don't worry, I'll get this bitch for you!"

*BEEEEEPBEEEEEP* And then Mirai was taken away for having said two of the three of her words as well.

"That worked out incredibly well for us." Jenae stated.

"Indeed it did." Alison tossed her hair behind her head. "Because I'm perfect, and you're rubbish."

"Don't you fucking push me you snobby little-" Jenae growled as she and Alison headed off.

"N...No…" Raul growled out. Gran got up and smiled. "You said it."

Sure enough a *BEEEEEP* followed.

"You...are...a...dead...man…" He glared at Gran, who smiled wickedly.

"That's what you get for threatening me with that sheep picture." Gran snickered as Raul was led away.

Confessional: Gran: Team Inari

"Did you guys see that? I went toe to toe with freaking RAUL and won! I'm a legend! If only I had better luck in my profession." Gran exited the confessional without realizing that he could read his words in the mirror.

Meanwhile, Rashi, Zaheen, Gabriel, Monica, Phooko, and Watts were all standing around in a tense circle.

"Someone needs to break the silence so I guess I will." Watts started. "I've actually always been curious about this, but Rashi, Phooko, has anyone on Ebisu ever watched all of Zero Sum?"

"Aaron has for sure." Rashi nodded at Phooko who nodded right back. "And so has Phooko here. I think Raul's neighbors are also pretty big fans."

"That's wonderful. Makes me kind of wish I had watched it, to be honest." Gabriel responded. "However, I made a point to compete entirely on my own merits, without being influenced by previous gameplay."

"I really fail to see how that could possibly be a bad thing as long as you don't actively copy a strategy that didn't work." Watts shrugged.

"It's all relative, hon." Zaheen smiled. "Why, Monica and I have never seen Zero Sum either and we're doing perfectly well for ourselves."

"I mean…." Rashi gestured her head. "Your team is only down to three people."

"Well, yeah, but I have a medal, so I'm pretty safe no matter what." Monica casually dropped before Zaheen could throw her under the bus, only for the *BEEEEEP* to come her way. Monica had said the word 'medal'.

"By the way, Rashi…" Gabriel noted. "The garden we passed by. You started that, didn't you? Phooko and I briefly talked about it during our conversation back in Freya's challenge."

"Hell yeah I did!" Rashi pumped her fist excitedly. "Everything in that garden was grown by me and Phooko, so…" She looked straight into the camera. "You're welcome, future seasons, for the natural garden!"

Phooko facepalmed as the *BEEEEEEP* sounded and Rashi was led away for saying 'garden'.

"That is one interesting girlfriend you've got there." Zaheen chuckled at Phooko.

"Yeah, she's a bit of a riot sometimes. She once wanted to go canoe in like rapid waters, and that was a huge nope for everyone on the team, so I had to go bring her back before she hurt herself."

"Wow, she really needs to be more careful." Watts's eyes widened.

"Yeah, I dunno, I don't think careful is really in her vocabulary."

*BEEEEEP*

"Sorry man, it wasn't supposed to be in yours either." Watts gave a sheepish smile.

"Now Watts, eventually all the teams will come together, and when that day comes we might want to have been a little nicer to our adversaries. It helps foster trust."

"Gabriel whyyy?" Watts groaned.

*BEEEEEP* Gabriel and Phooko were both taken away. The former for both 'together' and 'trust' and the latter for 'careful'.

Watts and Zaheen both stared at each other a little awkwardly.

"You know, you're fairly cute, hon." Zaheen gave Watts a wink.

"Oh, uh, thanks, uh, you too." The heat colored Watts' cheeks. "I uh...I guess I'll head over to the woods now."

"Oh, I'll come too~" Zaheen smirked.

Confessional: Zaheen: Team Hayaji

"That Watts fellow, one of his words is simply 'well', and it must mean he has a habit of saying it in awkward situations. It's the name of the game, my dear. Time for my craft to come in handy."

Ebisu Players Still In: 1

Inari Players Still In: 2

Fudo Players Still In: 5

Contestant(s): Alison, Erin, Jenae, Mark, Vanessa, Watts, Zaheen, Zaiyrin

"No, no way did you make any of this artwork on your own, while you were out here…" Gran looked through Vanessa's sketches.

"Oh please…" Vanessa rolled her eyes. "It doesn't matter whether you believe it or not, it happened. I bet you couldn't even draw a horizontal line, you'd have to use a magic trick, but that's right, you can't do that either!"

"I CAN DRAW A FREAKING HORIZONTAL LINE!" Gran shouted.

Vanessa burst out laughing as Gran was taken away with a *BEEEEEP* for saying, of all things 'horizontal'.

Confessional: Vanessa: Team Ebisu

"Okay, now to just zip my lip and save either Phooko or Rashi from elimination."

End Confessional

"Come on guys!" Mark was nearby rallying the Fudo members. "Remember that there's-"

"Don't, don't!" All the Fudo members tried to stop him but it was too late.

"No tomorrow without today!" Mark finished his catchphrase and was escorted away after three *BEEEEEP*s.

"Ohmygosh Mmmmmaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrkk…" Alison ran her hands down her cheeks.

"Why don't you just try throwing money at the challenge?" Zaiyrin taunted as he happened upon the conversation. "Surely that will work."

"Throwing money always works." Alison rolled her eyes. "But I'm not about to waste any of my own money here. Hello? I need it for my hair and to buy new clothes."

The remaining Fudo members all face-palmed once again as Alison was also taken away after three *BEEEEEP*s.

"This is getting ridiculous." Erin kept Watts and Jenae close. "Literally all three other teams only have one person each right now if my math is correct. Can we just gang up on one of them and have that be the end of it?"

"Well…" Watts began.

*BEEEEEP*

"Oh, finally!" Zaheen cheered as Watts, too, was taken away, leaving an increasingly frustrated Erin and Jenae to deal with Vanessa, Zaiyrin, and Zaheen herself.

"Dammit!" Jenae stomped. "How the hell are we supposed to win immunity when-"
"Fuck." Erin cursed.

*BEEEEEP* Jenae was taken away for saying 'immunity'.

There were now only four contestants left in the challenge.

A single player from each team.

Zaheen from Hayaji.

Vanessa from Ebisu.

Zaiyrin from Inari.

And Erin from Fudo.

All four of them circled each other. "You do have to talk!" Chris called down from a helicopter. "If you don't, you'll all head to elimination!"

"I'm not about to lose. I have too much riding on this." Vanessa warned.

"Nor am I.' Zaiyrin smirked. "None of the three of you ladies could possibly hope to get me to say my words."

"I could say the exact same thing." Zaheen sneered at Zaiyrin.

"It's more important to me than it is to any of you guys." Erin announced.

*BEEEEEEP*

"You have GOT to be kidding me." Erin groaned as Vanessa, Zaheen, and Zaiyrin all cheered at their victories.

"And for saying 'important'," Chris called from the helicopter, "TEAM FUDO WILL BE HEADING TO ELIMINATION! But don't worry! The rest of you will be able to watch!"

Location: Tine Naofa Bonfire Ceremony

Contestant(s): All Remaining

Participating: Alison, Erin, Gabriel, Jenae, Mark, Watts

Watching: Aaron, Cherry, Ellie, Gran, Mirai, Monica, Phooko, Rashi, Raul, Simon, Vanessa, Zaheen, Zaiyrin

"Fudo!" Chris announced as Fudo took their places around the bonfire. "Congrats on managing to start off the challenge in a clear lead and then completely implode all at once. Takes an impressive amount of division when a team just fails to work together like that. Would you say the team is divided, Gabriel?"

"I don't know if I'd say the team is divided…" Gabriel thought to himself. "Sure we have a ...a few people who tend to disagree with the consensus but...well, that's what this ceremony is for, isn't it?"

"Ha!" Mark laughed out loud. "Gabriel, dude, really? You think it's just one problem and then your team will listen to you?"

"I...didn't realize I wasn't being listened to."

"She isn't listening to you." Mark pointed to Jenae. "She ain't listening to you." He pointed to Erin. "SHE isn't listening to you!" He pointed at Alison. "And not even HE is really listening to you" He pointed at Wants. "Just because no one is coming to you directly with a complaint, that does not mean that this team is doing fine!"

"Surprisingly well said for someone so idiotic as to ignore literally the rest of his team telling him not to say his catchphrase." Mark shivered at Erin's cold words.

"Well, Chris...it appears I might actually be on the bottom." Gabriel, gave Chris a nervous smile.

"Oh, I don't mind if you're a bottom, Gabey~" Alison giggled.

"Okay, that has also got to stop." Jenae pointed out.

"I'm not the one getting handsy with him!" Alison snapped back.

"Yeah, she's getting handsy with me!" Mark stood up.

"You stay out of this, dead weight!" Jenae barked at Mark.

Watts and Erin looked at each other nervously as they heard this argument happening on the seats behind them.

"Did you make up your mind?" Erin asked Watts.

"Yeah...I did." Watts whispered back.

"Well, to avoid spending much more time...It is time to vote!" Chris announced. "Erin, you're up first!"

Erin slowly walked up, placed her vote, and then came back.

Next was Alison.

Confessional: Alison: Team Fudo

"I am the baddest bitch on this team, and this is going to prove it. This vote is for you, Jenae~!"

End Confessional

After Alison returned, Mark was sent up.

Then it was Gabriel.

Then it was Jenae.

Confessional: Jenae: Team Fudo

"You are a spoiled, snobby, slut and this team is better off without you. Bye Alison."

End Confessional

Finally...it was Watts.

Watts spent a long time at the podium, thinking about whose name he would write down. He crossed out what he began to write multiple times.

Finally...He decided...and returned back to his seat.

"I'll go tally the votes…" He announced.

Soon he was back.

"Alright. If I call your name, come up and receive a medal. If you do not receive a medal, you will be asked to enter the Tomb of Shame, and your dreams of earning the million dollars end right here. However, before I call out names...if any of you have a hidden immunity medal and would like to play it...now would be the time to do so."

Gabriel looked around.

Mark's leg began to jitter.

Alison stretched and winked seductively as she noticed Gabriel's eyes passing by.

Erin brought both hands up to her mouth.

Watts clutched his dog tags.

Jenae reached down into her pocket.

She kept her hand there.

"Alright, the time to play an immunity medal has passed." Chris announced. "So then...Mark, Watts, the two of you are safe. Come up and get medals."

Mark and Watts both awkwardly stood up and grabbed their medals from Chris.

"Gabriel, you too." Chris called Gabriel up.

"Oh thank goodness." He sighed.

Confessional: Gabriel: Team Fudo

"I really hope whatever twist happens will help me get out of this funk where I don't seem to have anyone's trust here."

End Confessional

"Erin." Chris announced.

Erin let out a relieved sigh as she also walked up and grabbed a medal.

"Ladies…" Chris relished over the built up tension between Alison and Jenae. "This...is the final medal of the evening...and...it goes to…

… Alison."

"WHAT?!" Jenae stood up and stomped towards Chris. "You CLEARLY counted wrong! If there were any CHANCE that I'd have gotten majority votes, I would have played this freaking thing!" She shoved the medal in his face.

"Well, I counted right!" Chris smiled. "And now you get a nice little souvenir to take home with you! Congratulations on being the first contestant voted out with an immunity item in their pocket!"

"This isn't the end of this, McLean!" Jenae growled as she got her bag and stomped towards the Tomb of Shame. "I'll be pressing some serious charges about foul play here!"

"Oh...but we aren't done yet...we still need to determine…" Chris turned to the remaining contestants. "YOUR NEW TEAMS!"

This news was met with mixed reactions of gasps of panic, cheers, or relieved sighs.

"That's right!" Chris announced. "We're moving from four teams to three! So everyone come up and get a nice complimentary team medallion, no shoving, everyone will have one so be patient!"

After everyone had pulled their medallions, Chris smiled.

"Alright...everyone with the Inari Fox Medallion, please head to the green mat beside me! The New Inari consists of…

Cherry

Ellie

Gran

Mirai

Phooko

And Simon."

Chris then moved on to Ebisu, having the contestants with the Ebisu Fish Medallions head to a blue mat beside him.

"And the New Ebisu consists of…

Aaron

Monica

Raul

Vanessa

Zaheen

And Zaiyrin."

Chris grew a devilish grin. "Which means the new Hayaji consists of…

Alison

Erin

Gabriel

Mark

Watts, the five Fudo members sticking entirely together…

And Rashi rounds them out as their sixth."

He then turned towards the camera as the teams all looked nervously at each other.

"And we're down to our final 18! How will these new teams fair? Was this the break Simon needed? Can Fudo come together now that they have an outsider in their midst? And who will get what luxuries? Find out at the very least, that last thing...Next time!

On Total!

Drama!

Niiiiialasach!"

*Jenae's Final Confessional:

"Like I said, this is all rigged or something. I don't know how, but I know that rich bitch is behind this. I hope that the entire team crashes and burns into the ground, and honestly, I really don't have that much more to say about it. She's a dead girl walking as far as I'm concerned. Peace."

Jenae voted for...Alison

Mark voted for...Jenae

Watts voted for...Jenae

AN:

Poor Jenae. She really was a good character, but she was definitely up against a pretty steep challenge here, and ultimately it was her own pride and inability to read the room that led to this situation. She's a nice character, but she needed a different team for her strategy to really work and pay off, and she tried to force it on people who just wouldn't jive with the plays she wanted to make. I'd personally definitely argue that she should come back for another season though, because there is so much potential for her. Like, if she didn't get suckered into that Gabriel romance rivalry with Alison, we might have been able to see a lot more of Jenae being an absolute beast. I'd definitely say this elimination was less of a wrong team wrong time elimination and more of a just shit out of luck elimination thanks to the lack of communication between the Fudo members.

For those of you wondering, Jenae's alignment was Lawful Evil

Having studied her actions throughout the game, Jenae receives the status of: Villain

Her first major act was to basically mug Mark and Watts for the Sword Medal clue, and then she actively looked for it during a challenge, and held it over their heads, using fear to try and keep them in line. While it ultimately was more effective in getting her eliminated earlier, it doesn't make it any less of a villainous move.

Jenae's best moment though, I'd say, was actually that very mugging. She managed to get herself a medal clue, technically an alliance, and then had the smarts to read the clue and actually DISPOSE of it. Her game was short and unlucky, but that moment is still very clear in my memory, and makes this early elimination that much more impactful in my opinion.

Jenae will be back for the finale, will she get her revenge on the Fudo that voted her off?

Isaac's challenge is up next, oh boy this one has a lot of potential, what do you guys think it will be?

And as always, thank you for reading!
