Lats get to it.
Saturday came around and the Louds, Rosato's, and Sam were all gathered in the Loud house in the living room. The T.V. was turned to the news where they were reporting the upcoming trial.
"We're live at the state court of North Dakota where the trial of Randy Elliott will be getting underway shortly." The reporter said. "We also have a huge crowd in front of the courthouse where one question is on everyone's mind. Will Superboy show up?"
The camera turned to reveal the enormous crowd. They all had Superboy memorabilia.
"Wow, Linky has a lot of fans." Lola commented.
"Of course he does." Lana said. "He's a hero."
"I still can't believe he was Superboy this entire time." Joey said. "Very impressive."
"And now our kids are superheroes as well." Emily said.
"And we're proud of it." Jordan said.
"We sure are." Joe said.
Soon, they all heard cheers erupt from the T.V. The camera panned up to reveal Lincoln over the courthouse. He was wearing his old suit, the one he had been using before Leni made him a new suit.
"And there he is, Superboy is here." The reporter said. "This is really a historic moment here. Superboy will be giving a testimony to the court and ensuring that justice is served."
"Well, here we go." Lori said.
"I hope he'll be ok." Jordan said.
"Don't worry, Lincoln's got this." Linka assured.
Everyone watched carefully.
At the courthouse, Superboy landed in the front, and the crowd erupted in cheers.
The Loud hero smiled and waved at everyone.
"Don't worry." He assured. "I'll ensure that Randy is brought to justice, and I'll have time to hang with you all after the hearing."
The crowd cheered again.
The eleven year old hero walked inside the courthouse. Two officers were escorting him to the courtroom.
Finally he made it, he entered the courtroom and saw Randy trying to avoid looking at him.
Randy had short black hair, a beard, and wore an orange prison jumpsuit.
It was clear he was terrified of Superboy. But after the beating he gave the criminal, the Loud hero wasn't surprised.
He sat at the front next to Mindy and her three kids, Erik, Carly, and Melissa.
Mindy had long brown hair, and wore a teal shirt, and black jeans.
Erik was eight years old. He had black hair, and had a grey shirt that gad a video game logo on it, and blue jeans.
Carly was seven years old. She had long brown hair, and she wore a teal shirt, and black pants.
Melissa was just five years old. She also had brown hair, and wore a green shirt, and blue jeans.
The four of them looked at him and smiled.
"Thanks again for saving us from him." Mindy said.
"Of course." Superboy replied.
"You saved all of us from our so called, Dad." Erik said.
"How could he hurt us like that?" Carly asked.
"I thought daddies were supposed to love their kids." Melissa cried.
The Loud hero was heartbroken seeing these kids so distraught.
"They're suppose to love their wife and kids unconditionally." Superboy said. "If you ask me, Randy there is not worthy of the titles of husband or father."
The four of them took in his words.
"You're absolutely right." Mindy said.
"Yeah, he doesn't deserve to be our dad." Erik proclaimed.
"We'll never call him 'Dad' again." Carly said.
"He's a big meanie." Melissa stated.
She then went over and hugged Superboy.
"Thank you for saving us, Superboy." Melissa said.
The Loud hero embraced her as well.
"You're welcome." He soothed.
"ALL RISE" The bailiff ordered.
Everyone then stood up and judge Alice walked in and sat at her desk.
"Please be seated." She requested.
Everyone sat back down.
"I'd like to start by welcoming Superboy here today." Alice said. "It is a true honor to have you here."
"Thank you, your honor." The eleven year old hero replied.
"Of course." Alice said. "The trial of Randy Elliott begins now."
She then slammed her gavel down.
"Let's start by calling Superboy to the stand." She said.
Superboy got up and walked top to the podium.
The bailiff then presented the bible to him, and Superboy put his hand on it.
"Do you swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth, so help me God?" the bailiff asked.
"I do." The Loud hero answered.
"Superboy, you were the first one on the scene, correct?" Alice asked.
"Yes, your honor." He replied.
"Can you tell us all what you saw when you got to the scene of the crime?" Alice asked.
"Yes, your honor." Superboy said. "I had just finished saving some people who were caught in a mudslide, when I heard pained screams, and angry yelling. I followed the sound to their house and saw Randy beating them all with a crowbar. He was definitely shocked to see me. No words were exchanged between the two of us, and I just went right to beating him. It burned me up seeing that a so called 'husband and father' was capable of doing something so horrific. The next door neighbor I guess heard the commotion and came over and saw what happened. I explained the situation and I asked her to call 911. While she did that, I tended to Mindy, Erik, Carly, and Melissa."
Alice turned to Randy.
"And why did you do something so terrible?" She demanded.
Randy slowly looked up.
"I was so stressed from work." He sputtered. "I guess something inside of me just snapped."
The courtroom erupted in anger yelling.
Alice slammed her gavel four times.
"ORDER!!!" She demanded.
The courtroom went silent again.
"I don't know what made me snap." Randy continued. "I never meant to hurt them."
Everyone scoffed at that.
"Superboy, do you have anything you want to say to that." Alice asked.
"Absolutely, your honor." The Loud hero answered. "Randy, you are truly a disgrace. You are trying to make yourself look like the victim, well guess what, we're not fools. I don't care what stress you were under. Nothing gives you the right to hurt your wife and kids like that. You deserve to rot in prison. I may not be old enough to get married, but I know that a husband is supposed to love and honor their wife. You know what, you don't have love or honor, and you don't deserve to be called a husband or father."
Randy looked down fearfully.
"Thank you, Superboy." Alice said. "You may go back to your seat."
"Yes, your honor." Superboy said.
He then walked back to his seat.
More testimonies were given, and finally everyone had heard enough.
"We have heard the testimonies." Alice said. "The jury will now go and decide on a verdict. We will resume when a decision is made."
Alice slammed her gavel down.
The jury then went out to decide on their verdict.
Randy then approached his wife and kids.
Superboy stood in front of Randy, making him back up.
"It's ok, Superboy." Mindy urged. "I want to hear what he has to say."
The Loud hero then backed off and went to the kids.
"Mindy, please." Randy begged. "Please drop the charges. I promise, I'll never hurt any of you again."
"There are no second chances when it comes to stuff like this." Mindy said. "As far as I'm concerned, I no longer have a husband."
"And we don't have a dad either." Erik chimed in.
"We never want to see you again." Carly raged.
"Yeah, your going to prison, Randy." Melissa said.
"You see that, Randy." Superboy said. "You're treatment has made you lose everything."
Randy then went back to his desk and pathetically weeped.
There was no sympathy for the criminal.
Only minutes later, the jury returned.
"Has the jury reached a verdict?" Alice asked.
"We have, your honor." One of them said. "Very quickly, I might add."
"And what is your decision?" Alice asked.
"We find the defendant, Randy Elliott, guilty of all charges."
The entire courtroom was relieved.
"So says the jury." Alice stated slamming her gavel down. "Now I will read the penalty. Randy Elliott, for the crimes of domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon, child endangerment and child abuse, you are sentenced to a minimum of thirty years in prison. Take him away."
Some officers came and grabbed Randy and took him out.
"Thank you all for coming, this court is now adjourned." Alice said slamming her gavel down.
Mindy and her kids all hugged Superboy, which he returned.
Outside the courthouse, the news anchors and the crowd eagerly awaited news.
Soon an officer came out.
"Randy has been found guilty!" He announced.
Everyone erupted in cheers.
Only a few minutes later, Superboy came out, and the crowd roared again.
For the rest of the day, the Loud hero did numerous interviews with all the news stations, and spent time with his fans.
Everything went smoothly in court.
I hope you all enjoyed this chapter. Please leave a review.
