A few days had passed since Shuang Yun had saved Kit's life so she had been very grateful...but "your leaving me with a babysitter" Kit said sounding somewhat displeased about the situation
"No she is a female in the wolf tribe nearly the same age as you" Bai Di said as he went to hug her "do you really have to go hunting though" Kit said with an apparent frown on her face
"I'm afraid so Kit...it's winter soon so we need to stock up on food and supplies" Bai Di said as Kit nodded in understanding then the female wolf came over
"Bai Di where did you find a cute little female" Mu Xiang said making Kit pout "I'm not cute I'm fierce" Kit said well at least she doesn't seem like a snobby brat' Kit thought to herself
"Please take care of Kit" Bai Di said "of course I will there's nothing to worry about me and Kit will be good friends" Mu Xiang said as she hugged Kit 'wow she's super friendly' Kit thought to herself surprised
"Kit I'm back where is Bai Di I brought back some fish" Her brother Enki froze when he saw Mu Xiang "Enki this is Mu Xiang a female of the wolf tribe" Kit said seeing that her brother froze in place meaning he found his true mate
"Mu Xiang this is one of my little brother's Enki" Kit said introducing the two "it's nice to meet you? Little brother...but he's taller than you?" Mu Xiang said confused making Enki snort "Shut it" Kit hissed in annoyance to her brother
"She is older she was born first she just didn't have her growth spurt that's all" Enki said as Mu Xiang was surprised "females aren't usually born first" Mu Xiang said "well my parents call me an anomaly" Kit said
They then went on a walk with Mu Xiang "I have a question for you Mu Xiang" Kit said looking at her "I'll try my best to answer" Mu Xiang said "what exactly is a female's job here" Kit said "to give birth" Mu Xiang said
'Figured' Kit thought to herself "I don't want to do nothing all day" Kit said "Kit finds herself bored most of the time so she distracts herself by picking up hobbies" Enki said "is that so" Mu Xiang said smiling at Enki making him blush
Kit heard someone following them while Mu Xiang was talking to her brother Enki "you are certainly handsome are you sure you don't have a female" Mu Xiang said looking at Enki as he looked away flustered
'Typical he's acting like a flustered and lovesick fool' Kit thought to herself as she glanced back to see the same silver wolf that had saved her 'Meanwhile he is a fool as well' Kit thought to herself sweatdropping
Several day's later...
Kit had been noticing Shuang Yun following her every time she goes out alone and then..."if your going to keep following me you may as well just ask to go with me" Kit said as Shuang Yun now goes with her instead of sitting in the shadows
"Kit" Bai Di said as he returned with a knapsack behind him "geez don't worry me like that" Kit said with a slight blush on her face "I will try to remember that next time I go hunting" Bai Di said petting her head
The next day...
"I'm going hunting" Bai Di said as Kit felt him pet her head making her lion ears flick and twitch while her lion tail is thumping on the ground happily
'Enki had officially started courting Mu Xiang as a male...and Bai Di brings back a lot of prey from hunting' Kit thought to herself as she yawns in complete and utter boredom
"Kit" Mu Xiang said as Enki followed in after her "Mu Xiang I hope my brother is treating you right" Kit said with a chuckle "he is the sweetest thing, he brought back whole deer and 3 rabbits" Mu Xiang said
hearing this made Kit smirk 'talk about devoted husband material' Kit thought to herself looking at Enki 'stop looking at me like that' Enki thought to himself flustered as he nuzzled into Mu Xiang's neck
"Honestly it's about time my brother Enki got himself a mate he's so closed off to everything I never thought it would happen" Kit said "oye" Enki said flustered and baffled his cheeks turning red in embarrassment
"I'm also curious...what is your relationship with Bai Di" Mu Xiang said with a smirk "he's not mated with me yet I've only allowed him to court me for now" Kit said Enki grows a smirk on his face "he's right behind me isn't he" Kit said
Bai Di grabs her by the waist hugging her from behind "You are the cutest" Bai Di said nuzzling his face into her neck "good grief" Kit said blushing immensely as they head back to their cave
Later...
Kit was taking a much needed nap but she heard a noise outside "Bai Di what's that noise" Kit yawned "the wolf tribe by the black river came" Bai Di said "Black River Wolf Tribe?" Kit said confused
"Why did the black river wolf tribe come here?" Kit said as she wiped her tired eyes in annoyance 'I'm tired I want to get some more sleep' Kit thought to herself in annoyance
"Their cheif and Shuang Yun's brother are brothers" Bai Di said as an explanation "I see" Kit said "they suddenly came here for Shuang Yun I think" Bai Di said only to see the angered look on kit's face
"So tired" Kit said as she rubs her head in frustration as they heard the door suddenly open and their were 2 wolf beastman "get out"
