Pokemon Shorts 5: Camp Pikachus

At the mountain area, a train whistle blows from the tunnel. Soon, a frate rain comes out as it blows a whistle and smoke comes out. On top of the frate train is the Pichu Brothers, covered in dust from the smoke. They shake off the smoke, look at each other, and laugh to see each other covered in soot. The pair are on the train and are heading back home from their adventure. They both wipe the soot on their faces to clean up and continue riding the rails on the train.

Up ahead, there is a Skarmory sleeping on top of the pole by the track. It soon hears the train coming and flies off. That causes the bag attached to the pole to swing around. The Pichu Brothers look in shock and are knocked into it. The bag swings them both around and sends them both flying.

Somewhere in the forest, a Wynaut is sitting on a tree branch eating some berries. It suddenly hears something and looks up to see the Pichu Brothers falling from the sky and landing on the branch. That puts a lot of pressure down and sends them along with Wynaut flying and sends them off.

At another part of the forest, Togepi is happily running around the forest while Sparkle the Pikachu catches up with her. Mew's Pikachu and Eevee, along with her Totodile, run around playing. Psyduck, Cyndaquil, Corsola, Amaura, Skwovet, Meloetta, Teddiursa, and Unown are also running around the forest.

Just then, the Pichu Brothers bounce off of Psyduck's head, causing him to fall down. Then Wynaut lands on Psyduck's back. Seeing the two Pichu Brothers, both Misty and Mew's Pikachu instantly recognize them right away and happily greet them. The two Pichu Brothers recognize Mew's Pikachu and Misty's Pikachu and rush over to greet him. The four pull each other to a hug and how happy they are to see each other again.

"Pika Pika Pika!" (Hey guys, these are our friends the Pichu Brothers!) Pikachu says.

"Pika Pikachu," (We met them sometime ago.) Sparkle says.

The Pokemon happily greet them.

"Pichu Pichu!" (Hello everyone it's nice to meet you!) The Pichu Brothers happily say.

Then Sparkle asks, "Pika Pikachu?" (By the way, what are you doing here?)

"Pi Pika Pika?" (And what happened to you two?) Pikachu asks.

The two Pichu soon explain their situation. They explain how they're on the frate train back to the city. Then, they explain that a bag hit them and sent them spinning and flying. And now they're lost and they need to find another train to get back to the city.

Then Wynaut comes over, and explains how he knows the train station to get there, and agrees to help take them. Pikachu, Sparkle, and the other Pokemon agree to help the Pichu Brothers get to the train station.

And with that, the group begins to head off on their adventure. They start by climbing down a rocky area.

it's a Pokémon hoedown, we'll show you what to do.

We'll swim in the river and roll down the hill,

We'll light a campfire with Cyndaquil.

Sometime later, they are now walking along an open field.

When the day is done, we'll make our camp, sleep out under the stars.

Later on, the Pokemon gang arrives at one part of the forest full of dark purple berries and begins to pick them to eat.

And in the morning, when the sun comes up, we'll start all over again!

Pikachu uses his Thundershock to help togepi get the berries.

Totdile tries to pull on a small bush of berries and pulls on it with all his might. That ends up flinging from his claws and splatters Cyndaquil in the face, causing them to laugh.

Come on down to Camp Pikachu!

The Pichu Brothers soon find another bunch of berries. Pichu #`1 tries to reach for the berries, but it suddenly moves away. He tries again, but it moves. They both look up to see the bunch of grapes is being held by a Sudowoodo. The Sudowoodo is using a bunch of grapes to tease them. Pichu #1 is not happy to be teased and jumps up to grab the grapes. Sudowoodo begins shaking to get Pichu #1 off of the grapes. Wynaut rushes over and tells Sudowoodo to stop teasing his friends. Sudowoodo begins to shake until Pichu #1 falls off. Then Sudowoodo climbs down the tree and walks away.

Meanwhile, Meowth, Wobbuffet, and Happiny are walking along the trail, and have been camping.

"Wobbuffet Wobbu," (This is very nice.) Wobbuffet says.

"Hap Happiny," (I agree. ) Happiny happily says.

Meowth however lets out a sigh, "These nature walks are for the birds. Let's find a train station."

"Wobbu," (I agree.) Wobbuffet says.

"Happin," Happiny happily says,

Looking at the map, Meowth says, "Unless I'm holdin' this upside down, we should see a very steep hill soon."

"Wobbuffet," (You're right.) Wobbuffet says.

"Happiny," (Yeah.) Happiny replies.

Unknown to them, they are already walking down the very steep hill.

"We'll have to keep an eye open for that," Meowth says.

They continue to walk down and soon, they look at their balance and begin rolling down the hill.

Meowth screams, Ï think we found the very steep hill!"

They continue rolling down the steep hill with no stopping.

Back to Pikachu, Eevee, and the gang, they find a shallow lake where they have a drink of water and play in the water. They soon hear Totodile and look to see the blue crocodile Pokemon sliding down the waterfall and splashes into the water, and slides along the water. That causes water to be splashed on the Pichu Brothers. The Pichu Brothers shake off the water and begin to try splashing Totodile. Totodile begins dancing in the shallow water as the two Pichus try to splash him. Then Totodile uses Water Gun to shoot Pichu #1 up the waterfall, causing him to slide down. Pichu #2 laugh. But then, Totodile him up the waterfall, and he starts sliding down as well, making his brother laugh.

Soon, Togepi, Wynaut, Psyduck, and even Swkovet rush over on the rocks and ask Totodile to do the same. Tododile uses his Water gun to launch them up the waterfall, allowing them to slide down. It's really fun for them. All the Pokemon begin laughing and have fun.

Later in the evening, Pikachu, Eevee, and the others continue their travels and soon see the sunset reflecting their shadow on the rocky wall. They soon begin to play with their shadows until Pikachu overshadows them.

Pikachu shouts, "Pi Pika Pika! PIIIIIKAAAACHUUUUU!"

Everyone begins laughing in response.

Soon night has come. Cyndaquil uses his flame to make a fire on the fireplace. Everyone stands by the fire, but Pichu #1 notices something in the woods. Curious, Pichu #1 walks into the woods to find out what it is. Wynaut soon follows.

Suddenly, they hear the wind blowing and hear a strange voice, "Duskull…" Pichu #1 is starting to get uneasy. Just then, they hear a snap of a branch and turn to the source. And then, a leaf begins floating towards them and continues to hear the voice. They watch as the leaf and soon a Duskull appears, making Pichu#1 scared. Duskull begins scaring Pichu #1 and making him run off a bit as he shields his eyes.

However, Wynaut begins talking to Duskull. Wynaut then explains to Pichu #1 that this Duskull is a friend of his.

Pichu #1 comes over and asks, "Pichu? Pichu Pichu?" (So then? This Duskull is a friend of yours?"

The pair answer.

And then Pichu #1 ends up with an idea.

Back at the campsite, everyone is eating some berries. Pichu #2 is eating until he feels something tapping his head. Unaware that Duskull uses a stick to tap his head. Curious, Pichu #2 decides to walk into the woods after hearing something. He walks deep into the woods. Duskull appears behind Pichu #2. He turns to see no one there. Duskull does the same trick again, and each time Pichu #2 turns to see no one is there, causing him to become frightened. Pichu #2 slowly steps back, unaware that Duskull is standing behind him. Pichu #2 feels something behind him and looks to see Duskull. Pichu #2 screams and runs away. Duskull chases after him. Soon, Pichu #2 runs to the campsite being chased by the Duskull. Then Pichu #1 and Wynaut comes out from behind the trees laughing. Pichu # 2 stops running to see his brother, Wynaut, and Duskull gather together. Soon, Duskull departs. Realizing that it's a prank with friends, the group smiles.

Just then, rain begins coming down and everyone knows that they need to find shelter. Just then, a Volbeat flies over with a leaf umbrella. Pikachu asks if there's a place for them to sleep for the night, luckily, Volbeat knows a place for them to go. With that, and gathering their own leaf umbrellas, everyone follows Volbeat to where they need to go. All except for Totdile who is happily dancing, and splashing mud into Cyndaquil's face. They continue walking up the hill and soon spot a water mill. They soon open the door to see the place is deserted, a perfect place for them to sleep for the night. They soon see wooden gears.

Meanwhile…

Meowth, Wobbuffet, and Happiny are walking in the rain.

Digested, Meowth says, "Perfect. Just when I think things couldn't get any worse, a torrential downpour. I tell ya what next?"

"Wobbuffet," (I agree.) Wobbuffet says.

"Happin," (Yeah.) Happiny replies.

Unknown to them, Duskull is secretly following them. They soon hear something and turn to see Duskull flying towards them.

Wobbuffet screams, "WOOOOOOOOOOOOOBBB!"

Soon, the three begin running away screaming and panicking. Then they all begin rolling down the hill all over again. Soon, the Duskull gives up the chase and flies off. Soon, Meowth and the others soon crash into the water wheel.

Meowth sits up and shakes his head, "We couldn't have landed in a haystack."

"Wobbuffet," (No kidding.) Wobbuffet says.

"Happiny," (That was fun.) Happiny says.

"Glad to know you had fun," Meowth says.

Soon, the three enter the old water mill themselves. Then Meowth shakes the water off his fur, but splashes Wobbuffet.

Meowth looks around, "Yeah, looks like the joint's empty."

"Wobbuffet," (Sure looks like it.) Wobbuffet says.

But unknown to the group, Pikachu, Eevee, and the others are sleeping upstairs.

Down stairs, Meowth, Wobbuffet, and Happiny begin searching around.

"Yeah. This is gonna do just fine," Meowth says.

But he suddenly trips on a loose floorboard and stumbles forward. And suddenly falls back and pushes a wooden switch. Turns out the switch begins activating the wooden gears upstairs and activating the water mill. The gears get into place and begin to turn the wheels.

Suddenly, "Psy! Duck!" (Hey! Help!)

Everyone wakes up to Psyduck's screams and looks to see the Duck Pokemon running on the moving gear. Soon, the gear Pichu #2 is standing and begins to move as well. Everyone wakes up and wonders what's going on. Wynaut begins stumbling in his sleep and falls on some platform as the gear lowers down to him. Totodile jumps on it, truong to get it to stop, but ends up spinning along with it. It would have crushed Wynaut, but Pikachu grabs him out of the way in time.

Corsola rushes to one of the moving gears and uses her horn to stop it. But the pressure pushes her back and knocks her to another switch. When the switch is pushed, another machine begins to lower Pichu #1 now. Wynaut is able to grab Pichu #1 and pulls him out in time, but then falls back on the basket and is lowered down to where Meowth and the others are.

Meowth looks around and wonders, "Oh brother! What is this place?!

"Happiny?" (What's happening?) Happiny asks.

Wynaut is able to hop off and begins talking to Wobbuffet.

"Wynaut Wy Wynaut," (Hey there. You guys need help? ) Wynaut replies.

"Wobbuffet," (We sure do.) Wobbuffet says.

Meowth turns to notice them, "Huh?"

"Wynaut?" (How did the place turn on) Wynaut asks.

"Wobbuffet?" (Meowth fell on some switch.) Wobbuffet answers.

Meowth approaches as the two talk, "Anybody wanna help me find the off switch for this ting?"

"Wynaut?" (A switch?) Wynaut questions.

"So where is it?" Meowth questions.

"Wobbuffet?" (Can you find the switch?) Wobbuffet asks.

"Wynaut will do it?" Meowth questions.

"Wynaut," (Sure I can.) Wynaut says.

"Wobbuffet" (Thank you.) Wobbuffet says..

"Wynaut," (No problem) Wynaut says.

"Wobbuffet," (Sure is.) Wobbuffet says.

Meowth soon loses his patience and screams, "Alright you two while we're YOUNG!"

Soon, Wynaut leaves as he climbs on the gear up to another floor to find the switch to turn off the gears.

Up above, Totodile tries to stop one of the gears, but Wynaut arrives above on a wooden platform and pushes one of the wooden cranes. The wheel Totodile is on moves, falls off, and begins rolling towards Pikachu, Togepi, Eevee, Pichu #2, and Sparkle. The group soon find themselves cornered at a wall. Totodile tries to stop it from rolling until he jumps off, pulls down on the rope to reveal a staircase, making the wheel go up. The Pokemon sigh in relief as Totodile jumps off and begins dancing.

Volbeat and Pichu #1 tries to hold on to the rope, but Volbeat loses its grip and lets go. Then the barrel Pichu #1 is on swings across the room and crashes to the wall, breaking the rope. Meloetta quickly catches Pichu #1 just in time. The barrel soon falls through an opening towards where Meowth, Wobbuffet, and Happiny are. They are able to move and the barrel crashes down to the wooden floor. But then, it pushes up the piece of wood that launches the three into the air. Out of the water mill and into the river. They end up riding down the wooden passage down and onto the water wheel, as Meowth screams, "Gangway!

They spin faster and faster until they are sent blasting off.

Meowth cries out, "We're blasting off again!"

"Wobbuffet!" (Not again!) Wobbuffet cries.

Back in the water mill, Pikachu, Eevee, and Volbeat find the switch. They work together to push the switch and the mill turns off. Psyduck, who has been on the wheel, is able to stop running and collapses on the floor. Everyone is relieved that the little mishalf has ended so they can get some sleep.

The next day, the sun is shining and everyone is still sleeping in the water mill. Totodile accidentally bites Cyndaquil in his sleep, causing him to use his Flamethrower on Psyduck's face. That causes Psyduck to wake up. Soon enough, everyone begins to wake up from their sleep. They all yawn and stretch, and scratch themselves a little before running out. After waking up, everyone runs outside to wash their faces. Pichu #2 tells Pichu #1 to wash his face with both of his paws. Reluctantly, Pichu #1 does just that. Volbeat then says goodbye to the others before flying off.

Back to Meowth and the others…

Meowth then picks out a cookie, "There it is. This is gotta last us for the rest of the trip."

"Wobbuffet," (That's true.) Wobbuffet says.

Happiny sadly says, "Happ Happiny," (Only one little cookie.)

"I know, but this is all we got," Meowth says.

Just then, a Skarmory flies in and takes the cookie. Meowth, Wobbuffet, and Happiny try to grab Skarmory, but they end up getting carried off.

"Let go of our grub!" Meowth shouts.

But realizes they're being carried away, "On second thought you can have it just let us DOOOOOOWN!"

Back to the Pokemon gang, Wynaut is able to lead the group to the top of a large hill.

"Wynaut Wynaut," (There's the train station, down there.) Wynaut says.

Everyone looks down to see the train station, and can see the train. However, the train looks like it's ready to leave.

Luckily, Wynaut has the solution, they use large leaves to slide down the hill as fast as possible. They all cheer in excitement as they slide down to the hill. But back at the train station, the train is starting to blow smoke and ready to leave the station. As soon as they reach down the hill, everyone runs to the train station as fast as they can go. But with a blow of the whistle, the train is starting to leave the station.

Seeing the train leaving, Wynaut has a plan. He instructs the others to follow him to find a handcar. Everyone quickly hops on and tries to push down the pump to get the train to move, but it's stuck, and it won't move. And soon, the train is starting to leave. Wynaut lets out a cry and more Wynauts appear. The wynaut's friends help push the handcar while the others try to push up and down on the pump. Soon, the handcar begins to move and begins to pick up speed. Now the Pokemon push the pump as hard as they can and catch up to the train car's caboose. Once they're close, Pichu #2 is able to hop on. But before Pichu #1 can hop on, the train begins to pick up speed.

Pikachu says that they need to find a way to go faster. Cyndaquil has a plan and uses his flamethrower to help pick up speed. A little too much speed. Psydcuk ends up getting tossed off and pushes the track switch, causing the tracks to switch. Soon, Pikachu, Eevee, and the others end up going the wrong way and up the track. Pikachu lets out a cry and Phanpy rushes to the front of the train to pick up Pichu #1. Once they're riding over the bridge as the train passes from under, Phanpy throws Pichu #1 into the air. Totodile rushes in front to try to use his Water Gun to help, but Wynaut lets out a cry. That's because the track is ending, and they crash at the bump at the end, launching everyone into the air. Luckily, Totdile uses Water Gun to fire at Pichu #1 and crashes into Pichu #2 on the caboose.

Meanwhile, Pichu, Eevee, and the others crash into the haystack.

Back on the caboose, the Pichu Brothers are so happy with each other again, and glad to be finally on the train that will lead them home. Back at the haystack, Pikachu, Eevee, and the others are able to peek out to see the Pichu Brothers are on the train back home.

Meanwhile, Meowth, Happiny, and Wobbuffet are still being carried by the Skarmory.

But Meowth cries, "I'm slipping Im slipp-"

Soon, the three lose their grip and begin falling from the sky. They soon crash into the coal car of the train. After the crash, the three soon come out.

Meowth turns to the group, "Well, it ain't no haystack, but at least we're on the train."

The train soon puffs out smoke and it covers the three in soot, causing them to cough.

Back at the caboose, the Pichu Brothers call out and say goodbye to their friends. Pikachu, Eevee, and the others say goodbye to the Pichu Brothers. Despite all the hitches, the gang ends up having a great adventure with the Pichu Brothers in the woods.
