Continuity Note:This chapter takes place before the "Teen Metal Show" TV Show interview in the previous chapter.
Meta Note: Since the previous chapter was posted, the real band BABYMETAL has released 2 new live albums (24 songs, from their most recent album "Metal Galaxy", and other other songs, from a 2 night appearance - 1 night per album). Recommended not just for the new songs live but to hear the older songs as played live by a more mature band.
Other: The following 10 chapter were originally written for NaNoWriMo 2019 but have been buffed and given a little polish before being posted here.
As Kiki had promised, they were given time the day after their evening concert to do some sight seeing.
"And aliens built these?" Yuki said, staring out across the ancient city, shivering in the morning air.
"So it is said," the tour guide said, speaking with an unfamiliar accent. "This is one of the better preserved examples remaining that we are able to visit."
"What happened to the other cities?" Mika asked, turning in a circle trying to see everything.
"Several have been rebuilt to be used as bases by our new leaders," she said. "They mostly match what archeologists say they looked like when new, but with more modern touches."
"Will we get to see one of their new cities?" Yuki asked hopefully. "Would that be possible?"
"Normally, permission is required, and rarely granted," their guide said, shrugging.
"Oh," Yuki said, disappointed. "So, what's next?"
"A visit to a native village has been arranged," the guide said. "Lunch and then a tour."
"Native food?" Yuki said. "That sounds like a great plan."
"Don't change," Mika said, poking her.
"Change?" Yuki said, puzzled, following their guide back to their small tour bus. "Why would I change?"
Shaking her head, Sita laughed. Yanzy, who'd joined them as their chaperone in place of Kiki, giggled at their interaction.
Following an interesting meal, and village tour, they were introduced to one of the village priestesses.
"Our goddesses have requested that the priestesses of the Fox God, and their companion, meet with them," she said, in stilted English, once the introductions had been completed.
"We would be honored," Sita said, after glancing at Mika, Yuki, and Yanzy.
"We look forward to meeting with them," Mika added.
"Think they'll let us look around?" Yuki said in a whisper.
Traveling a short way to one of the restored temple complexes, Sita, Yuki, Mika, and Yanzy were shown into a small conference room containing the Lady Shadow, Lady Air, and several uniformed women they didn't recognize.
"We weren't expecting a meeting," Sita said, once they'd been introduced to everyone, and they were seated across from them at the table.
"This seemed like a good opportunity to begin discussing our plans," Lady Shadow said. "Just to give you some idea of how we'll proceed."
"Should I be here?" Yanzy said. "This is about that other thing you said you couldn't discuss with me, isn't it?"
"If you stay you won't be able to tell anyone," Lady Shadow said.
"And we'll find something for you to do," Lady Air said, her face blank.
"It will make planning easier if someone you trust is there to provide support. We'd planned on someone we have working in your management company being sent on tour with you for that purpose but this will work much better," Lady Shadow said.
"We trust her," Yuki said, glancing at the others. "And she's not defenseless, we've been teaching her the forms."
"Attempting to teach me," Yanzy said, grimacing. "I don't quite have the flexibility for some of them."
"You're getting there," Mika said. We've just had longer to learn them. And it's not just the physical part that matters."
"It's amazing what can be learned given enough incentive," Lady Shadow said. "But, as I said, your role would be more of a supporting one, Yanzy."
"Babe, maybe you should explain a bit more," Lady Air said, sighing. "They haven't heard the complete spiel yet."
"Of course," Lady Shadow said. "We've requested that these three ladies be our agents while on tour. Occasionally we'll ask them to perform tasks for us."
"We get to be secret agents," Yuki said. "Like in the movies."
"Not quite like in the movies," Lady Shadow said. "There won't be any car chases or gun battles, or anything like that."
"Not planned anyway," Lady Air said. "We have other agents available when more direct action is needed."
"Is it dangerous?" Yanzy said. "That one likes to get into trouble." She pointed at Yuki.
"One time," Yuki said. "One time, and she won't forget it."
"That was one time she saw you being, well, you," Mika said. "You've been trouble prone for as long as you've known us."
"No I haven't," Yuki protested.
"Who tried to sign us up for a parkour race our first year at the temple?" Mika said. "You didn't even know what it was!"
"It would have been fun," Yuki protested. "And it certainly would have helped us in our trials."
"One of the Wind Clan secret forms resembles a formalized form of parkour," Lady Shadow said. "It's one of the advanced training systems my teams learn."
"See!" Yuki said. "Spies use it, so it must be useful. I think we should add it to our training."
"We have a full training slate already," Sita said. "We would have to stop doing something else."
"We can get rid of that pole arm form," Yuki said eagerly.
"You just want to get rid of that one because you're short," Yanzy said. "I think it's fun."
"That's because you're tall enough to use those poles without tripping over them," Yuki said, grumbling.
"Ladies, argue about that later," Lady Air said. "We're on a short window here."
"San, if you need to go, we can take care of this," Brittany said. "You don't need to be here for this."
"They'll be working with my crews also, not just yours," Santana said. "It may be your plan but we're all in on it."
"Rachel and Q aren't here," Brittany said. "They trust me."
"Rachel is meeting with the Chinese this week, and Q is supervising her security team," Santana said, "Otherwise they would be here, instead of the minions." She waved at the others who hadn't been introduced. "And I'm here because we're going to dancing later."
"I haven't forgotten," Brittany said. "If you'll let me finish..."
"Are they always like this?" Yuki said, in a low voice. "Domestic?"
"Yes," one of the other women, who'd gotten closer, said. "They've known each other since they were three."
"So, what are we here for, really?" Sita asked her. "And you are?"
"I'm Janice," the woman said. "You met my partner, Joy, earlier."
"Oh, she helped us with our superhero suits," Yuki said. "She was really nice."
"Superhero suits?" Yanzy said.
"You haven't seen them, have you. We'll show you when we get home," Mika said. "And they aren't really Superhero suits."
"They're a variation of what the Shadows wear in the field," the other woman said, joining them. "They aren't full combat suits like we wear in the Hands but you aren't likely to run into anything that can overpower it. On this planet anyway."
"I'd like to test it against that dragon," Yuki said. "I'd like to go back to that temple and see what else is there."
"Joy mentioned a dragon," Janice said. "Do you have any pictures of it?"
"No," Mika said. "We were on a quest and didn't have time for sight seeing."
"We also didn't have a camera with us," Yuki said, pouting.
"It was somewhere else," Sita said. "We're not sure it was on this planet."
"A portal?" Janice said. "We've run into a few of those. This quadrant is riddled with them. But you have to know where they are."
"Portals to where?" Yuki asked.
"All sorts of places," Janice said. "Some friendly, some not."
"Can you explain why we're here?" Sita asked. "They seem to have forgotten we're here."
"Ah," Janice said, looking at Lady Air and Lady Shadow quietly talking. "They'll remember eventually. But let's speed this up." Reaching into a pocket, she took out a small device, fiddled with it for a few seconds and threw it against the wall behind them where it started to beep loudly. "That'll get their attention."
"Why is there a low atmosphere warning going off?" Lady Air said.
"Boss, our guests have places to be," Janice said. "I think they have a plane to catch. Or a curfew. Or a concert?"
"If they miss their flight we can give them a ride home," Lady Air said.
"No worries," Brittany said. "The plane wont leave without them."
"We're not buying an airline, babe," Lady Air said. "We have our own transportation."
"We don't need to buy the charter service they're using," Brittany said. "We have a controlling interest in the band's management parent company. They won 't leave if we tell them not to."
"They didn't need to know that," Lady Air said. "Your growing business empire isn't public knowledge."
"We won't say anything," Mika said, "though that explains some things we noticed."
"The plan," Lady Air said. "Tell them so we can go and they can go pack for their trip home."
"We're already packed," Yuki said.
"Please tell us of this plan," Sita said. "You have stalled long enough."
"I told you they are smart," Lady Shadow said, smiling widely. "The plan is simple. We'll make sure there is room in your schedule to investigate things for us while you are on tour."
"What kinds of things," Sita asked. "What you mentioned in our previous meeting or other things?"
"We're still concerned about out little black hat problem," Lady Shadow said, "but we may ask you to investigate other things for us."
"Pirates?" Yuki asked excitedly.
"Leave the pirates to the professionals," Lady Air said. "The Black Hats aren't as dangerous. They're mainly just incompetent."
"So, how will this work?" Mika said, hushing Yuki.
"We'll know your schedule, and if there's something we want you to look into near one of your concerts we'll give you the information and a plan for completing that mission. Janice and Harriet will be your contacts if you run into something you need help with. Depending on the specific operation, other Clan assets may be involved."
"What about Yanzy?"
"She'll be your local support," Lady Shadow said. "She'll help you with your equipment and keep us updated on your status while you are in the field."
"I don't know anything about any fancy suits or equipment," Yanzy said. "How will I learn about that?"
"Janice and Joy will train you," Lady Shadow said. "It isn't complicated, most of it runs itself."
"When do we start?" Sita said. "This was our last concert until after the New Year."
"We have several operations that you can do from you home base," Lady Shadow said. "Simple ones to familiarize you with your equipment and how an op works."
"Training runs?" Mika asked.
"Only in the sense that we will be using them for training purposes," Lady Shadow said. "But they will be real ops."
"Okay," Mika said. "You'll give us the plan after we get home?"
"We'll need a place to meet," Janice said. "Someplace private."
"That shouldn't be an issue," Mika said. "We do have some resources available."
"The Fox Clan dojo network will certainly be helpful, but there may be places you need to go where they don't exist," Lady Shadow said. "Keep that in mind as part of your planning."
"So, we'll be involved in the planning for each operation?" Sita said.
"It'll take time for you to become familiar with how to plan an op, but yes. You have one of the hardest parts of this done already."
"What?" Mika asked.
"Teamwork," Janice said. "You've been a team in one way or another for years. That's one of the first things we have to learn when becoming a Shadow warrior, how to work together as a team. Tech you can learn. Planning you can learn, with experience. But if you can't work as a team the rest of it doesn't matter."
"Exactly," Lady Shadow said. "And we have to go and you need to get back to your hotel. Janice and Harriet will be contacting you in several days about your first op."
"Thank you for allowing this opportunity," Sita said, bowing to Lady Shadow and Lady Air. Mika, Yuki, and Yanzy followed her lead.
"We'll take you back to your bus," Janice said, after Lady Air and Lady Shadow left the room. "We need to pick up a few things on the way."
"We have the suits packed away with our costumes and our costumer knows not to touch them," Mika said, as they followed her down a white hallway deeper into the complex.
"Unfortunately, Yanzy can't use the training pods that you currently have access to," Harriet said. "They're an older model that cannot be adjusted for the minor differences between Clan and Terran DNA. Before your first mission we hope to correct that and allow you to run an actual training mission in the pods but Lady Shadow is still working on getting permission from the local authorities."
"The pods we've been using for training are amazing," Yuki said. "You'll love it, Yanzy."
"Not until we say so," Janice said, stopping in front of a large door. "The pods in your temple are not safe for her to use." Opening the door she ushered them into a large brightly lit room with a short woman standing behind a counter.
"We understand," Mika said. "We don't want to break her."
"I don't want to be broken either," Yanzy said. "I like me the way I am."
"We do too," Yuki said, patting her on the arm. "What are we here to see?"
"We have several things for you," Janice said. She turned to the woman behind the counter. "Joey, we need the four small packages for the Fox team and the other larger one."
"Got them right here," Joey said. "You aren't going to break them are you? A group of us are already planning on going to their next concert."
"You saw our concert?" Mika said.
"Yes," Joey said. "It was excellent."
"We are honored that you think so," Sita said. "The audience was very enthusiastic."
"What is in the package?" Yanzy said.
"Hang onto those," Janice said. "They contain comms that work with your suits or can be worn separately if you don't have a suit available. The other package is additional equipment you'll need."
"When can we learn how to use it?" Yuki said.
"We have a few minutes," Janice said. "Joey, can we use your training room?"
"Of course," Joey said. "It's free for the next few hours."
"We won't need it for that long," Harriet said, grabbing the packages. "Follow me," she said opening a door. The others followed her into a small room with a table and chairs. "Have a seat," she said, putting the packages down on the table. "All of the packages are the same," she said handing them out and briefly holding a small object over them.
Yuki looked at the one she was holding. "How does it open?"
"They've been coded for your use. Place your fingers on those indentations on the top," Harriet said. "Once you do that only you can open it."
"Interesting," Mika said, when hers turned a deep blue and Yuki's turned green. "So we don't have to worry about getting them confused?"
"Correct," Janice said. "Go ahead and open them."
"What is this?" Mika asked, holding up several small objects.
"The smaller one is a comm unit. It goes in both ears," Harriet said. "The disk is the comm controller if you aren't wearing your suit. Place it somewhere inconspicuous touching your skin and it enables the comm units."
"We wear something similar on stage," Mika said. "Though a little bigger."
"When worn with your suit, the range is several parsecs," Janice said. "Without the suit, anywhere on the planet."
"That's a long way," Yuki said. "How far is a parsec?"
"Basically, when connected to your suit the comm can reach anywhere in the planetary system," Janice said.
"It isn't perfect," Harriet said. "There are several materials that can block the signal, but you shouldn't run into any of them."
"These are new model comms. The comm techs have fixed an issue we were having with some materials used by the Red Pirates that could block the signal," Janice said. "But it will tell you if you run into that kind of shielding."
"What do we do then?" Mika said.
"If the comms tell you that they've detected Red Pirate shields you need to get out of there and call us," Harriet said. "You don't have the training to deal with them."
"We know a large number of Clan forms," Sita said. "We aren't defenseless."
"We're not saying you are," Janice said, "but you don't have the training or experience to deal with most pirates."
"We have special Trooper units for dealing with pirates," Harriet said. "Most of our training is 'run away and call for help' and we know what we are doing. Pirates are not to be trifled with."
"At least not the modern ones," Janice said. "Dumb pirates are a self correcting problem. The ones who survive are the smart ones."
"Okay, we won't go chasing any pirates," Yuki said.
"How do these work?" Sita said. "We put them in our ears and put the control disk somewhere safe?"
"Correct. And they won't fall off," Janice said.
"Glue?" Mika said. "How do we get them off?"
"They'll stay on until you remove them," Janice said. "They bond to your skin."
"How do they come off?" Mika asked again.
"They sense that you want to take them off and they unbind for your skin," Janice said.
"So, they read our minds?" Sita said, looking down at her opened package with a frown.
"Partially," Janice said. "Just basic surface thoughts. They translated your thoughts into commands and transmit what you direct at them."
"That's different," Yanzy said. "So we don't actually talk using them. We just think at them and they send our thoughts to someone else?"
"Essentially," Harriet said. "But you won't really notice the difference. It'll feel like you are talking and listening."
"What else do we need to know?" Mika asked.
"There are different channels. This model has a channel for each of you and you have a team channel. You can also use the public channels. And anyone can contact you unless you block them."
"That sounds useful," Sita said. "Is it possible to have multiple conversations going at the same Time? Can I talk with Mika and Yuki on separate channels at the same time? Different conversations?"
"Yes," Janice said. "There are limits. This model supports up to ten simultaneous conversations but it takes time to be able to learn how to handle that many conversations at the same time."
"Okay," Sita said. "The four of us should be able to talk with each other without any problem."
"Can we try it?" Yuki asked.
"Of course," Janice said. "Go ahead and put them on. Switch channels by thinking about who you want to talk to."
"Do we do anything special? Like a call sign like they use for radios?"
" No," Janice said. "The comms handle that for you."
"This is different," Yuki thought, opening a channel to everyone with a thought. "Doesn't it get confusing? So many voices at once?"
"You get used to it," Harriet said. "The comm system takes care of most of it."
"You don't have comms on, how are you hearing us?" Mika said.
"We have permanent comms implanted," Janice said. "But you have to be one of the thirteen Clans for that model."
"Does Fox Clan count?" Yuki asked.
"No," Janice said. "The mind frequency is slightly off for this model. You wouldn't be able to use them."
"What's in the other package?" Mika asked.
"Mission Intel equipment," Janice said. "Yanzy will use it will you are on an op to provide support. We don't have the time to cover it now. Just hang onto it and we'll provide in depth training at a later time. There's a basic familiarity course included with it. Yanzy, go ahead and key it to your bio signature, the same way you did the comm unit."
"It looks like a small book," Yanzy said.
"The interface is mostly holographic," Janice said. "The most useful thing you can do with it right now is setting up a privacy shield. It won't stop any of our snooping gear but it'll keep out everyone else."
"What do you think?" Yuki asked, once they were back in their room and Yanzy had enabled the privacy screen.
"Being able to have a private conversation without anyone listening in will be useful," Sita said.
"Anyone who isn't one of Lady Shadow's minions," Yuki said. "But they can't be monitoring us all of the time. Just think how boring that would be."
"They've probably been monitoring us longer than we know," Mika said. "At least since we first used the training pods."
"So, no secrets?" Yuki said.
"No secrets," Sita said. "We do not have the knowledge or training to determine how long they've been monitoring us, but we must assume years."
"A little disturbing," Yanzy said. "But have you ever talked about anything that they wouldn't know already?"
"Over the years? Probably not." Yuki said. "Even with our priestess training, we are amateurs in this business."
"Who are these Black hats that they mentioned?" Yanzy said.
"The Serpent Clan, our Mayan aliens, are opposed by people they call Black Hats," Sita said. They've asked for our assistance in dealing with them. Mainly in intelligence gathering. When we have a concert in a city with a presence of these Black Hats, we'll investigate.'"
It's not complicated," Mika said. "But it may be dangerous. They cannot know who we are."
"Our clan elders have agreed to this because we owe a debt to them. A debt we have only begun to repay," Sita said.
"I do not think it will be a simple thing," Yuki said. "Even if they are training us to be secret agents. They are going to a lot of effort for this."
"The band is a real band but it is really just a cover the Serpent Clan created for their own purposes," Sita said. "Once these Black Hats have been dealt with there will be other tasks."
"You've had visions," Yuki said. "Do we die?"
"My visions come from the Fox God," Sita said. "And he is not showing me our future far enough in the future to know."
"So, about as useful as asking for winning lottery numbers," Yuki said.
"The Fox God cares little for such things," Sita said. "He has indicated that this is the path to follow, for now. He agrees with the training we are receiving and the future it will lead our clan towards."
"Let us hope that we can use the pods for training before our first op," Mika said. "This is not something we have ever done. Even our trials were simple compared to this."
"Do you want to be a part of this?" Sita asked Yanzy. "You weren't given much choice."
"If you need me to be a part of this I'll help," Yanzy said. "If the band is not just about the music but some task set for us by your Fox God, I don't think I can refuse."
"What about the rest of the band?" Mika said. "Do we involve them?"
"Not yet," Sita said. "there may come a time where they take part but for now it will just be us," she waved at the others, "and occasionally Kiki."
"Kiki?" Yanzy said. "She knows about this?"
"She trained at the same Fox temple as we did," Mika said, "though she didn't finish the training. So she is aware of the reality of the Fox God. She also was there for our first meeting with the Serpent Clan Council and is aware of their plans to use the band."
"So, we'll have help keeping this a secret," Yanzy said. "What about the Maestro? Does he know?"
"I am not sure how much he really knows," Sita said. "He knows of the true nature of the Fox God and our connection to the Fox temple, and that the Serpent Clan is behind some of our funding. But i do not think he understands what the true purpose of the band is."
"We should introduce you to the Fox God and temple elders," Mika said.
"Will they stop me from helping?" Yanzy said.
"The Fox god already approves of your involvement in this venture," Sita said, "though it is Brother Coyote who seems to really like our music. The Fox God isn't really a musical entity."
"He's tone deaf," Yuki said, giggling "at least according to Brother Coyote."
"And Brother Coyote likes causing trouble," Sita said. "He blew fuses on the lighting panel at that concert in Montreal last month so that we had to perform in the dark while the stage tech fixed it."
"No one got hurt," Yuki said. "He just likes practical jokes."
"Fortunately, he behaved himself here," Sita said.
"One of the Serpent Clan guardian spirits, a Lady P, told him to behave or she would kick him off the planet for a month," Yuki said. "He seemed to be amused by the threats."
"Westerners don't understand our spirits," Yanzy said. "They think we're just being overly religious. But most of them are quiet and stay out of sight. Your Fox God is different."
"He's not originally from this planet," Mika said. "And we still acknowledge him."
"The Serpent Clan's guardian spirits are not very active," Sita said. "They are certainly different. But all of the Thirteen have their own guardian spirits. I do not know who this Lady P who threatened Brother Coyote is but I do not think she is a normal Clan guardian spirit. They would have just ignored him."
"I wonder if we can get the comm units hooked into our concert audio?" Mika said. "It would make things easier to only have one set of audio."
"We can ask," Sita said, "but I suspect it would not be possible. Having to sing and dance and deal with different comm channels for different purposes may be too much."
"Accidentally singing on a comm channel instead of our band audio might be amusing, briefly," Yuki said, "but it would confuse people if we suddenly went silent."
"The comms seem to be useful tech, but we don't know how it would handle singing. It is supposed to translate your thoughts into a voice but how close is it to your actual voice? And how close would your singing voice sound going through it?" Yanzy said.
"Something to experiment with," Sita said, "but not as a replacement. I do not know how you would get the actual music over a comm channel."
"The Serpent Clan must have musicians who've experimented with this," Yuki said. Any further discussion was interrupted by a knock on their hotel room door.
"Are you packed for tomorrow?" Kiki could be heard to say. "Our charter leaves at nine. We can't be late."
"We're packing now," Mika said loudly. "Yuki's suitcase doesn't seem to be big enough. I think she has more clothes than she came with, again."
"We didn't go shopping," Yuki said. "I haven't gotten any additional clothes. I think they are growing on their own," she protested.
"Maybe Brother Coyote is playing a joke on you?" Mika said.
"It's just how you are packing," Kiki said, coming into the room. "You should know how to pack by now. We've been traveling for more than a year."
"Yanzy, please turn on the privacy shield," Sita said as she watched Kiki work with Yuki to close her suitcase, leaving out just the clothes she needed for their trip in the morning.
"Why do we need to get dressed up just to go to the airport?" Yuki grumbled. "No one will care what we look like at 5AM on a Sunday morning."
"It is company policy," Kiki said. "You know this. In your homes and in your rooms you can dress as you wish, but when in public you must dress as befits a member of this organization."
"Which organization?" Yuki said. "The band? Our management? The aliens who fund us? Or as Fox temple priestesses?"
"Aliens who fund us? Where did you hear that?" Kiki said, looking nervously at Yanzy.
"Yanzy knows," Mika said. "We had a meeting with our sponsors in the Serpent Clan yesterday during our tour of the old Mayan cities."
"I was not told of any meeting to take place," Kiki said.
"That is because you decided to skip the tour," Yuki said. "If you had been there you would have been aware of it."
"And you, Yanzy, what is your role in this?" Kiki asked. "This is private Fox Clan business with the Serpent Clan."
"She has been given a place in this task by the Lady Shadow," Sita said. "When we are performing a task for Lady Shadow, she will be our control?"
"Handler," Mika corrected her. "At least that seems to be the spy term."
"That is what the training material they gave me says," Yanzy said.
"We will be introducing Yanzy to Master Xio next week," Sita said.
"The Fox temple does not allow non-Clan into the temple grounds," Kiki said. "I do not see this going well."
"It won't be a problem," Sita said. "We will continue using the Fox clan dojos. We just need to find time for training for Yanzy."
"When?" Kiki said. "We only have a short break and then we'll start working on the next tour. There won't be time for any training that is not band related."
"Lady Shadow said they will make Serpent Clan training methods available. Their training pods will give us the time."
"It's like that movie, the Matrix," Yuki said. "Except time seems to go much faster."
"You have used this training pod?" Kiki asked.
"We have an older version in the temple," Mika said. "We were given training in these pods so we could take our trials a year early, and be young enough to become idols."
"The Serpent Clan has been working on their plans for many years," Sita said. "We are only a small part of it."
"It must be like a big puzzle," Yuki said. "They are planning something big and every small piece is important."
"Let us hope they know what they are doing," Kiki said. "While you are doing this 'spy thing' we still have a band to send on tour and make records."
"And make money!" Yuki said. "We have not forgotten the reason for the band."
"Money is necessary for us to be independent and have some flexibility," Sita said. "But that isn't the primary purpose of the band. We are spreading the message of the Fox God, and cooperation with the Serpent Clan in their future battles."
"Where did you get that?" Kiki said. "Our owners have not indicated anything of that nature."
"I had a vision," Sita said. "We will need to change our message over the next few years to fit into what the Serpent Clan is doing."
"Someone should tell the writers," Mika said. "If they don't know about this idea nothing will change. We'll still be doing sugary Fox Metal instead of message Fox Metal."
"It will happen," Sita said. "There will be a meeting to discuss this."
"Do we get to be in this meeting?" Mika asked.
"No," Sita said. "Kiki and Maestro Dio will meet with the owners soon."
"Vague," Kiki said. "Are all of you visions this vague? How will we be able to prepare for a meeting of this importance if we don't know when it will happen?"
"All of the visions Sita shares with us are like that," Yuki said, sticking her tongue out at Sita. "Someone will do something sometime in the future."
"Fortune tellers are less vague," Yanzy said. "That's is why I believe her."
"Finish packing," Kiki said. "We have an early wake-up. No more talk of visions and plans for the future. Let us go home first."
"Yes, assistant Maestro," the three idols and Yanzy said, laughing.
"Idols," Kiki said with a huff, as she shut the door behind her. "Children!"
